Moving stars on several occasions

While looking for drones I spotted several stars that began appearing and moving across the sky. They came from several different areas of the sky and moved in a straight path down the horizon and disappeared. There were multiple orbs at times and some moved across the sky in an opposite direction. Some slowed, one stopped briefly and at one point three appeared and moved faster than all of the others. I am not sure if this is Starlink but I have never heard of this amount of objects being seen at one time.

My dog was acting strange. He ran into the field of my farm. The sky looked so pretty and something red was up there. I used my star app and nothing came up for that spot so I took a picture. And when I zoomed in is when I spotted what looks like a robot or and alien. The part of the picture to zoom in on is on the left hand side bottom.

A string of lights 4 in a line 1 off center moving in a snake like way up and down low in the sky.

We were outside partying and I pointed out the strange lights in the sky. there were 4 lights in a row, and one was off center. They moved in a weird snake-like way, up and down and in a southwestern direction. I pointed them out, and 2 other people at the party saw what I pointed at, while other didn't despite looking where I was pointing. One person moved to follow the movement as it passed over my house, I did not. I felt, more than saw, but it felt like there was something invisible spinning around those lights. I know that is strange, but I very much got the impression that the 4 lights were one side of the craft and the off center light was where the craft arched, or bent, and the light was passing through an invisible disc. The people who saw it agreed it was strange, and thought the movement was very odd. Suggestions of Space X and Starlink don't make much sense when compared to what I saw, but I suppose it isn't out of the question. It was low in the sky, in relation to the building across the street from me, we weren't looking directly up, it was on the horizon. One of the people that saw it suggested it might have been a drone, but I didn't hear any noise from it, but we were at a party with music and about 10 people.

Only heard it.

My 1st winter camping and I heard this Air sound in the atmosphere above or near by me that came in So fast..I didn't hear it till it's sound wooshed quickly down.Displacing Air So Fast Like Nothing You've Ever/I've ever heard, (anyway)But it slowed down and then raced away is exactly what it was like.It lasted Only but about maybe 3-4 seconds. Hours later.I swear I heard like 6 musical notes come from nowhere as well.I was out in the Woods.No homes.On a mountain.I have seen them twice before however.I was in Warwick,ma. last night when I heard it between like 11-1 I'd say.It was Quite something to hear.Wish I could of seen where it was.Mt.Grace is where I was.

Four Glowing Orange Lights

itting in my back yard i was alerted by my wife who first saw the lights. i and another witness moved to the front yard and i took out my phone and started to record. we then noticed a second set of lights following the first. they did not look like any aircraft i had ever seen before. they were glowing maybe slightly pulsating lights. i thought maybe i heard a jet type engine but if i did it was very faint.

Four blinking lights hovering without making a sound for at least 3 minutes in Orange County, NY

I was on my way to work on 5/18/21 at 0400 in Warwick, NY. I saw an unknown object in the sky with blinking lights that was flying extremely slow and appeared lower in the sky than an airplane would be. I couldn’t make out a shape of the object but it was slowly moving west of me than it came slightly back towards me traveling eastbound. It then went south with about four lights blinking from front to back. I pulled over and recorded it on my phone for 1:38. I turned my car off as I was recording to see if I could hear anything and it didn’t make a sound. This is the third time in less than a year that I have seen an object in the sky and they were all in the same place at roughly the same time, between 4:00-4:40am. The first sighting was 7/24/20 at 4:36 am and the second was 5/7/21 at 4:34. I have still photos of the first two sightings but they are blurry and of poor quality. The location of the sightings is Bellvale Rd between Sugar Loaf Mountain Rd & Kin! gs Highway bypass in Warwick, Orange County, NY.

first I saw a meteorite, immediately after noticed a bright light in the sky. at first I thought it was the moon because of how bright it was,so bright it reflected off of the ocean water. I knew it was not the moon because it began to move, while still moving through the sky I noticed the light went out. then the craft came towards us, as it got closer, I could make out three dim lights on the bottom of the triangular shape with no distinct wings or features. we could at this point tell it was not an aircraft or drone. as the craft flew past I could hear a quiet hum. the craft was about the size of a small fighter plane. then it flew off into the distance.

Red/orange pulsating orb moving steady, slow and low altitude traveling SE to NE

On the night of 09/01/18 at aproximately 10:42pm, I was out on my back deck, in the process of setting up my telescope to do some stargazing, when I noticed a redish/orange light flicker through the trees in the distance in the southeast direction. Thinking it was just one of the amber colored street lights in my neighborhood shining through the treeline as the wind blew.

I then realized there wasn't any breeze and there shouldn't be a street light over in the area from where this light was coming from. I was bobbing my head around trying to see it flicker again through the trees. I see it 2 more times each of which it seemed to be to the left of where it previously was. I then realized this was not a street light. I thought it was a plane at first as I live within 1 mile of T.F. Green airport in Rhode Island but it was not. It looked more like a red signal flare except that it was not moving vertically upward, but horizontally with a slight ascention to it.

As it finally came into my full view from behind my neighbors' houses and trees, I could tell this was neither a plane nor a flare, as it was too large and bright for either. There was no tail, no sound and no smoke or anything coming from it. Moving too slow to be a meteor or comet. It was traveling slow and low altitude as I was viewing this easily with my naked eyes.

I then ran into the house with excitement to wake my wife and tell her look out the bedroom window. She said she saw it but I don't believe she did. I then went and got my binoculars and ran out the front door as the object has now traveled from behind my house to the front. It seemed to be heading in a north/northeast direction coming from the southeast. When I looked at it through the binoculars I could see that it was a round shaped object with a very bright (like the sun) white/yellowish glowing center and a thick red spiked halo around it which seemed to be pulsating/burning. I ran back in through my house back out to my deck to grab my telescope to try and get an even better view but! by the time I moved it to a better area I could no longer find the object. In my amazement and excitement, I didn't even think to grab my cellphone which was right outside on the deck with me and take a picture or video of it. Someone else had to see this. I am also sure that the airport MUST have seen this object fly by.

Three orange balls of light traveled past the backyard.

I was doing the backyard thing, grilling, approximately 6 PM, evening, sunny, blue skies, 80 degrees, when, out of the corner of my eye, I notice three orange balls of light approaching over my shoulder. These things weren’t little paper lanterns, you know, like the ones that you guys keep reporting on. These lights weren’t that stuff drifting way up there in the sky. Nothing like that, these suckers were big, okay, easily 50 feet in diameter, and they’re making their way slowly past me. I don’t know, maybe three or four hundred feet above me and off to my left.

And I was thinking, shit, these things are for real. No sound, perfectly quiet, and they had this majestic, almost stately, quality about them. So I’m calling my wife, you know, because she’s gotta come out and see this, and I don’t know where the hell she is, the living room, the kitchen, whatever. So I just did the next thing that came to my mind and stood there and took off my oven mitt and saluted these things.

Seriously, does the government have any idea what’s going on in the airspace above this country? I mean, these things looked like they were the ones in charge as they slowly made their way toward Greenwich Bay.

Cigar shaped craft captured in photo off the coast of Oakland Beach RI

I was taking photos with my Canon DSLR camera. Shutter speed was 3.5 seconds due to low light. Got home an hour later. Upon editing my photos I was able to see a symmetrical cigar shaped craft in the photos upon magnification. It had what looked like three white lights on the top. One on each end and one in the center of what I took to be the top. On the bottom there were two red lights positioned bisecting the lights on the top of the UFO. I was using a 3.5 second shutter speed and in that time the craft must have remained stationary because that shutter speed would blur anything in motion. End Report.

An orange glowing crescent that shrunk until it was just a dot and then vanished.

I saw an orange glow. At first I thought it was the moon because it looked like a crescent, but it was turned so that it was facing up like a smile. It gradually got smaller and smaller until it was just a dot and then it vanished. The sky itself became dimmer. It was orange and bright the entire time.

There was an unusual red light SSE of my location that at first appeared to be an unfamiliar mounted light. Upon inspection with binoculars it was unattached to anything and had a smaller green light that moved from right to left. By naked eye, it was about 1/8" around. It stayed in the sky for at least five minutes, then appeared to descend, not quickly or slowly, over a few minutes until it disappeared. There was no reduction in size as it descended. There was no sound.

I looked out my window and saw a big ball of light it looked way bigger then a plane and it was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life before. It was flying slowly in one direction just above the trees then after about 5 minutes it just disappeared. It was about 8:00 at night when i saw it i told my brother and we both went outside to look at it. It was so strange and right before it disappeared it looked like it was spinning and had many lights on it. I took pictures of it and when I look at the pictures it looked like it was changing size/shape.

We saw two slow moving triangle formations.

We were on 95, headed south, at the Airport Rd exit. We saw two distinct triangle/pyramid light formations. They appeared to at first be hovering but then began to look like they were moving slowly northward in unison. One formation vanished and the other one's light intensity faded out but continued moving northward. It maintained a triangle formation but the distance between each of the lights expanded. Once they got past us, they were more spread out but still maintained a triangle formation. We heard no sound from them. I called the Warwick police who said they had not received any reports and told me to call the RI State Police. When I called them, I was told that they had not had any other reports but that they would send a trooper out to the location where we saw them. They also suggested that since it was near the airport, it was probably just some airplanes. But we also saw regular airplanes flying in the vicinity at the time and the other! lights did not look anything like airplanes (or helicopters). If someone from your agency feels the need to contact us regarding what we saw, please feel free to do so but it is not necessary unless you as the experts think it is. :-)

Bright reddish/orange self-illuminated sphere rising up from Warwick Pond in Warwick, Rhode Island.

I was in my backyard around 8:40 PM EST, when all of a sudden, I saw a reddish/orange sphere that appeared to be rising straight up out of Warwick Pond, and approximately 600 feet due west from me. At first I thought it was the sun but it had already set. Also, the sphere seemed to be self illuminated.

Upon assessing the estimated distance from my vantage point to the object, the sphere appeared to be approximately 9 or 10 feet in diameter and highly reflective which seemed strange, as at the same time it seemed to be self illuminated.

As it appeared to be rising slowly from the pond my first hypothesis was that it was a mylar balloon, but after watching it for about 10 seconds I came to the conclusion that it was a) too large, b) too bright, and c) it seemed like hard metallic object, not mylar. I would also like to note that it was self illuminating as bright as the setting sun would be, but as I previously stated the sun had already set.

I ran as far as I could to the edge of my yard to see if I could see it rise above the trees, but was unsuccessful in following its trajectory. My boyfriend and I quickly got in our car to drive around the neighborhood to see if we could see any signs of a disturbance or other witnesses, but were unsuccessful.

We were sitting outside when my brother said look above the screen house, When I looked I saw a red light similar to a tower light blinking. We both observed the light and the flashing was erridic, no pattern. My brother went into the house and brought out his son and wife who both observed the red light. The light originally moved west to east but then moved east to west, the light would stop and remain motionless while still blinking for 3 to 4 minutes at a time. We all agreed that there we could not identify what we saw mabee a drone, mabee a ufo. We are hoping that someone else saw these lights.

It was a cloudy night, no stars or moon at approximately 11 pm.

From the south, I noticed 3 orange lights in a triangular shape moving silently to the ENE. It was followed by a line of orange lights in a single file formation.

Four lights moved in unison, east to west, sliding across the night sky like a water bug and accelerating to simply vanish.

Approximately 10:00 PM on November 23, 2012 in Warwick, NY.

I went outside to get something from my car. I looked up at the sky and noticed that it was very clear and there were a lot of stars. I was in the driveway facing the east, looking up at the area of the sky not too far above the horizon. My eyes scanned over two bright stars and I noticed 4 small white lights-like a dim cluster- between the stars. I scanned over it quickly and in the split seconds after my eyes passed over the 4 small lights it registered in my mind that the cluster appeared to be moving and that it must be a plane since I was looking towards New York City and there was always air traffic above Warwick(I don't live there, I was visiting there). Those thoughts took place in about 1 or 2 seconds as I returned my focus to the 4 lights. The lights were moving in unison as part of a single object. Initially they appeared to be a square but they rotated slightly as they moved over my head across the sky so as to look more like a diamond shape.

At the moment I focused my eyes on the lights they moved quickly, ‘out’ from between the two bright stars-headed west, directly over my head at such an astonishing speed and in a way that reminded me of a water bug sliding/skimming across water. The 4 lights increased their speed as they sped up across the sky and moved mostly in a straight line but ‘slid’ a bit off the straight line course so there were slight curves in its course and that is what made me think of a water bug. As it moved it dawned on me that no aircraft I know of could accelerate with such speed and at the point I was thinking that, it accelerated more and simply disappeared-blip, gone! That entire sighting lasted no more than 10 or 15 seconds from the point when I looked up, noticed the moving lights and then watched them zip over my head and vanish. My eyes were trained on them the whole time they moved and my head followed them easily as they went overhead. The lights moved in unison and fluidly, like it was sliding rather than flying. I also had the sense that the thing ‘reacted’ to me seeing it, like it had been 'spotted," largely because it happened so fast and it zipped away the moment that I focused my eyes on it.

It happened so fast and I stood out there for a few minutes considering what just happened and wondering if my eyes had played a trick on me. I focused on other objects to see if anything atmospheric (cold night air on my eyeballs making them water?) might make them ‘appear’ to move. It did not happen with any other object. I looked around for other moving objects and I saw a jet and noticed that its lights were not at all like what I had seen. I went inside and told my family and then went on-line to investigate what the stars were where I first noticed the object. They were two bright stars that make up the center portion of Orion.

I got up to let my dogs out at 1:30 AM on September 20, 2012. Standing out on my deck

I noticed how clear the sky was. When I looked to the south, there was a very bright light that was stationary. It was larger than a star and had an almost artificial look to it- not like a star, but much brighter.

I watched it for a few minutes and then went in to get my iPad. I have a star chart program and wanted to know if it was a planet or something. When I came back out a minute later, it was just gone.

Circular Object (Fiery?) over Warwick, RI

UFO sighted at 8:42pm, today, August 17, 2012 moving Southwest to Northeast over Warwick, RI; specifically over the Oakland Beach area. Object appeared as a small orange light and seemed to be on fire as it flickered in intensity. No other lights were seen on the object. A Southwest Airlines 737, on the downwind leg for Runway 23 at Providence was trailing the object at less than 1 mile and at the same altitude. I estimated the speed of the object to be around 160-190 knots. I was able to judge the speed because the Southwest jet was keeping pace with it and then start to overtake it.

The object was observed for about 30 seconds before suddenly disappearing. It'd be interesting to discover if the Southwest crew reported anything.

Weather conditions were: Temp: 75 degrees F.

Dewpoint: 67 degrees F.

Visibility: 10 miles Heat Index: 79 degrees F.

Wind: 260 degrees; 5 knots Altimeter: 29.82 Clouds: Few 050, Sct 140, Sct 250 I am a former military air traffic controller. This was no aircraft. No photo was taken as I did not want to lose sight of it.

The object was also witnessed by my son.

red lights in the sky on the 4th of july

On the 4th of July 2011 at 10:00pm.

My mother, father, myself and my husband were on my back porch watching fireworks displays in the sky. When we noticed two red lights in the sky they were redish orange and round in shape. We thought were chopers in the sky.. they moved slowly across the sky and then disapeared. They were extremly high up.

We dismissed it and continued to watch the fireworks displays when we started seeing more red flying lights appearing. Someone at that time, then others in what seemed like formation.

They were not fireworks as they were exteremly high up and seemed to be moving like aircraft would move. They moved in what seems like formation then they would disapear. This happened over a period of time.. for about 20 mins. I would like to know what these were... as they were very strange to see.

It was a sunny day, I was driving on airport road toward Post road with my wife. as I'm coming up on the intersection about three to four hundred feet away in front of me I notice a shiny metallic super reflective saucer over the tree line. I asked my wife "do you see that" she looks at it and then she looks back at me in confusion. and as we keep driving towards the intersection the trees block out our view of it.

On that same trip about 5 minutes later we see it again over some other trees, and the same thing happens where the trees block out the view as we drive. The first time was in Warwick and a few minutes later it was in Providence while driving on Huntington Ave towards Carter St. like it was just waiting for us there just hovering. and both times we didn't get to look at it for more than 5 to 10 seconds.

Driving home from work at 17:11 hours, going East on Rt. 37 to Post Road. I noticed a blue ball of light that turned white at the edges in the distance beyond the Toyota dealership. I thought it was a plane (the airport is nearby), but the ball of light fell quickly, in an arching motion, in a southerly direction and disappeared behind trees/the horizon. It looked almost like a shooting star, but much, much closer and was surely in our immediate atmosphere. It was still light out and the object left no exhaust trail.

Eight bright lights in sky that I mistook for stars until they started to move in formation

On 8/15/10 between 8:00pm and 8:30pm I took my dog out for a walk and when I opened the door and looked up in the sky I saw eight round lights which I first thought was the big dipper, but I quickly noticed that the moon was so much higher and the lights where big and very bright and very low. I called for my brother and his aide to come and look at the strange sky; I screamed when the lights started to move in a round formation then three lights moved away by themselves and went around in a circle. Then they stopped moving there was complete silence no noise came from them. Then a jetliner came and they took off in different directions so quickly. I watched one until it looked like a star.

I’m calling them lights since that is all that we saw they were so bright but they did not illuminate the ground or the sky.

this is not a sighting report but perhaps a clarification of an event that occured on the night of April 10, 2010 in which a UFO was reported seen over the Warwick Mall in Warwick, RI, after a recent flood. It is my belief that what was seen was a helicopter. My reasoning for this is based on the fact that many RI National Guard Blackhawk helicopters were in the air at that time because it was a disaster area and FIMA was involved as well as other state and federal agencies. The choppers were probably doing security flights as there was some looting going on in the disaster areas. I am not a debunker. I have filed two sightings with you in the past few years and I believe in what MUFON is attempting to do. I read a lot of the monthly reports with great anticipation. I guess I'm just offering one mans educated guess at what might have been seen and mis-identified by someone not familiar with the UFO phenominon or other aircraft that may look like a UFO. I am no expert myself but thought this viewpoint may be of some help.

bright light hovering over the warwick mall

It was around midnight and me and my friend were driving on the highway toward the town of Johnston from Warwick. We passed a mall in our state called “The Warwick Mall” and we a giant flashing light in the sky. I slowed down so we could keep looking because I knew it didn’t look like a plane. It got closer to us, enough to see the shape was like a tall saucer, and there were two lights in the front like headlights. Then I saw smaller lights around the rim. My friend I were starring at it in disbelief for about 10 minutes. Ironically the Warwick Mall was just flooded by a bunch of rainy weather that just happened in RI so the whole thing is damaged and closed down. I feel like “they” or “it” was looking down at that. They were hovering right over it and then passed over me on the highway and we lost sight. I almost didn’t believe it at first, but I’m sure of it.

Cloud like object streaks through sky at tremendous speed - for one second!

I walked out my door, looked up at the sky and saw a brilliant white, circular type object float through the sky. As it flew down towards the earth it was just as white and big at the bottom as at the top. (As if it was producing a flash that lit up the area it was just in too!) The funny part was that I sensed that it really was not that far away. Perhaps a small craft just 1 mile away. The thing that was most remarkable about it was the tremendous rate of speed. In just a second it appeared, flew and then disappeared. What also was remarkable was the brilliant white, milky light surrounding it. Almost like it has cloak itself to appear as a cloud, and then started to travel. Remarkable. One more thing, there was light around, the sun was up.

Myself and two of my friends were driving down the road to pick up my girlfriend when my friend in the passenger seat noticed two unidentifyable hoovering objects about two to three telephone lengths above the street. At which we stopped the car in amazement not only of what we saw but that we were the only people stopped to watch these figures. They to me looked like two orbs of light with an even stronger light in the center of the orbs. Then once we were out of the car looking for a moment one of the orbs just took off at a slow rate of speed at first but then sped up and was out of sight while the other one remained. We watched it hoover for a couple minutes as if it was watching us watching it then it startied decending at a slow rate of speed slow enough for us to follow. So we got back in the car and followed an it stopped a quarter mile up the road at a hill which was the highest point in the area which we then stopped and began viewing again while I! took pictures on my old phone which I still have. Then it started blinking on and off slowly for about ten seconds all the while hoovering upward then quickly vanished.All the while we felt that it most deffinitly knew we were watching. I decided to write this report after seeing a similiar one reported on tv. That's my story.

3 arrow shaped objects brown in color flying in a triangular formation moving very quickly

As i was looking up at the sky, stargazing 3 arrow shaped objects flying very closely in a triangular formation flew directly over me on a right to left angle. They traveled very quickly, and if I was to guess I would say at least 2000mph and maybe around 2 to 5 miles up. They went right over providence airport and were a dull brown in color and made no noise. Also, there were no lights visible and it was a crystal clear night. The body and the (wings)were proportionally the same size. All 3 parts of each craft were the same color. Almost like if you put 3 pencils on a table and made an arrow shape. The 3rd craft on right rear flank strayed off slightly to right towards the end of the sighting. Also, A collegue of mine spotted 3 lights on the same night around an hour earlier but was driving around 15 miles north of me towards my direction. The 3 lights formed a triangular formation. We both drive for a living and we both have never seen anything like this.

we were driving in our car it was about 4:00 pm when i was looking out the window when i saw one light it was bright red and when you looked at it from closer up it looked like a triangled plane with no wings it was the color white or metallic then it went a little bit farther of the the distance of were our car was and thats when another object came they stared to circle each other and make a formation thats when some airplanes started to approch the object and then it disappered. the object most of got scared by the airplane

Large bright white UFO releasing smaller red/orange UFOs.

I got out of bed to use the bathroom around 11pm-midnight in mid December 2004, and, while looking out the third story bathroom window (looking towards Rt 2, which is about 2 miles away), I noticed a strange (and very large) white plasma like light on the horizon (cigar/eye shape). Due to its location on the horizon and apparent size, I estimate the object to have been 300-600 feet in length. It was moving from my left to right very slowly, in a relatively straight line, but in a strange non-linear way (i.e. it appeared to skip/teleport forward).

After watching the object for about 5–10 minutes, it stopped moving and multiple orange/reddish spherical objects (much smaller) were released from the top/center of the larger white object. I saw a few of these orange/red balls moving through the woods (they appeared to be searching for something or just gathering info), and one flew over my house (pretty close too, probably about 200–300 feet above). It appeared to be more of a bucky ball shape (more like a boxy sphere), around 10–20 feet in diameter, and metallic, with multiple red/orange lights. It made no noise at all and appeared to just slowly float by and slowly rotate in random directions.

After about 30 minutes, the smaller orange/red objects made their way back to the much large white plasma object (mother ship?) and re-entered through the top/center. The large white object then continued moving from left to right (going roughly in the north direction) similar to how it was moving before it stopped, but slightly faster, until it was out of sight.

The sighting lasted for 45 minutes to an hour.

The next morning, the sky was covered in criss-cross streaks (commonly referred to as “Chem-Trails”), more than I had ever seen, even up to the present day (almost 13 years later).

Thank you for the quick reply.

I was thinking about it last night and my date may actually be wrong (it might have been Dec 2005 or even 2006 - I'll confirm with my mom - i know it was the final December before we moved out of my old house after my fathers death). I'll confirm the date with her and email you back asap. I came to the site mainly to see if anyone had reported a similar siting (as i find it unlikely that no one else would have seen that!). The morning after the event the only person I spoke to about it was my mom and she thought I was crazy, on drugs, or possibly dreaming (i was not).

After being dismissed by my mom i kinda just brushed it off and put it on the back burner for a while. I didn't really hear of these UFO reporting sites till later on, and even once I did, I was kind of embarrassed to talk about it/report it. I feel like it makes me a crazy "conspiracy theorist" to other "normal" people and being labeled as a conspiracy theorist in my line of work (Engineering in the Biotech/Pharma industry) is almost like a death sentence to your career (more so "conspiracy theories" pertaining to natural health solutions though - such as articles from Mercola.com or alternative news such as Infowars.com, Drudgereport.com, etc). Anyway, thank you for taking me seriously and not making me feel crazy. Bright flat object moved upwards and disapeared behind cloads.

I was at Shaws Lakewood (a supermarket) when i was walking towards the west I saw a object. I thought first it was a plane becuase it was flat,and the light looked not like a light but more like sunlight reflecting off chrome. The "reflection" was the brightest yellow i have ever seen,just like the sun.The object stayed still for about 3 minutes then went upwards at a speed not to fast,but faster than a normal plane that would fly in the area.(Small planes at tf green airport -planes dont travel vertical).The object continued upwards for about 7 seconds and disapeared behind a cload.I kept looking towards the cload every 5 min and could not find the object.(If it was a plane it would have made itself visible after it exited the cloud.

Heard on AM 630 WPRO art bell,ufos were spotted.Went out w/ portable radio saw a big bright light an what appeared to be a comet.

I first looked out my window after hearing on art bell lights were spotted,went to the side of my house to look at it,saw a bright light that turned out to be a star. I then went to my backyard becuase there are less trees,and looked up and saw nothing.I then went back to the front of my house,(same route),and once i arrived at my driveway,near my deck,almost ready to enter my door,i saw a very bright white light. (I did not see it when i was leaving my house,becuase it was in back of me.)I then went inside to get my binoculars and zoomed in the light was steady and did not blink,the shape did not change. I then looked above my roof to see if there were any other objects near it,and i saw what at first i thought was a comet.(Some haze)I zoomed in and i saw 5 white circles,with steady non blinking light,the objects did not move,all the circles were the same size.(The circles were much smaller and farther away than the other object to the right.) The circles were arranged one behind another equally spaced in a arrangement that looks like a hook. I was pretty convinced this was a comet,as soon as I looked at it becuase one circle in the middle had a little haze around it.But that would not explain how the much bigger circle and much closer circle did not have haze around it also. It was very cold out and i went inside for about 15-20 min then went back out to see if the objects moved,and they did not.I then zoomed in on both objects again and there shape did not change and they did not move.I went back inside after 5 min,then i went back outside after my dog started barking (he does this alot i doubt it had anything to do with the light).But I did find it strange and i was a bit scared becuase he stayed outside for about a hour,and i thought the weather got to him,or he got to a fight with another animal. I yelled out his name a couple times 4 or 5 and he came in. I then went back outside with my binoculars for a final look and the objects did not change. I went back inside. I assume the objects may have stayed out there all night until the early morning,but i was to cold and not very impressed by it,(i thought it was a comet),but know think otherwise.(After hearing all the reports. Summary : I was watching Deep Space Nine which airs at 12pm when a unusual bright object caught my eye I quickly got up and looked out my front window looking for the object again,it was moving not extremely fast but faster than you see commericial planes from TFgreen airport (in warwick)it moved horizontally(---)which i thought was very strange becuase planes dont move in a straight lines and planes never fly in this area(i know the zones the planes fly in from living here a long time)the object always went in the same direction,then,it disapeared started back from the beggenning and did the same routine about 10-50 times. The object emitted a pulsing light exactly like a star.

1 person witness.I told my sister about it she looked out the window for a second or two but it was gone by then,the object was round,it was large enough to catch your eye,(not huge,),The light was white (pulsing light) I am 16 and my sister is 18 i go to pilgrim high school,i moved from providence to warwick when i was about 6 years old.It was a very clear night out ,there were many stars out (and very few cloads. I have pictures of my house and i can add with a graphics program where the object went.

Extremely fast, silent craft

I looked up at the clear night sky and observed this:

Craft was roughly triangular in shape, at approx 2000 feet high. No lights (only illuminated by moon light): because it caught the moonlight at different angles, the shape became apparent as it moved. Extremely high speed (almost that of a shooting star) roughly South to North. No sound at all, no sound of wind, no sonic boom, no engine noise.. Nothing.

large matalic disk shaped object hovoring over field, 30' from street, 20-25 feet off ground

Was driving south down warwick ave,when we noticed a large disc shaped object hovoring over Morras farm field, it was app.75 ft long, 25ft high and about 20ft off of the ground, we pulled over and got out of our car,as did 3-4other cars. We proceeded to watch it slowly move in a north direction,and as it was almost directly over house, it just disappeared! While looking up we noticed an object flying Erratically way up in the sky moving in directions like nothing we had then,or know...from that point i was hooked.

Hoping someone else that pulled over will see this and remember also.

Two orange/gold saucer shaped craft

The event in question literally changed my life as I saw this as a small boy and I continue on in life as an adult to look toward the skies and ponder this incredible moment daily.

Two saucer shaped craft were trailing each other in a very measured and steady pace at what I approximated to be an east to southwest direction.

The craft were saucer shaped, glowed orange/gold, and had what seemed at the time to have revolving/pulsating globes around the crafts center.

It's impossible to measure size or distance but they were either huge or incredibly close to the treetop level.

They passed over the outer edge of T.F. Green Airport but I did not see any airplanes or recognition of the craft from the skies.

I lost site of the craft as they dissapeared out of my point of view and this lasted about 2 minutes. (This was viewed from a bedroom window)

Warwick, Rhode Island Jan/Feb 1978 Red Orb

It was 1978, (Jan 25th-Feb 5th 1978)two weeks before the big Blizzard. The place was Warwick, Rhode Island, the Buttonwoods/Appanoag Section. It was sometime late at night or early morning. My parents were sleeping. I went to the bedroom window. I observed round (like a ball) light, slowly decending to the ground. The distance I'd guess was about a city block away. Since I was a child, I said to myself, "Oh a plane light fell off". I had not heard of UFO's, etc. The next day I went to my babysitter's house. I told he about the "red plane light" in a nonchalantly way. It was not a big deal to me. The babysitter's husband, worked at TF Green airport in Warwick about a mile away. When I recall his uniform it had decoration like an Airforce uniform. I guess he might have been in the service somehow. The babysitter told her Husband what I saw. The Husband came home and I overheard him telling his wife there was a lot of phone calls about the red light and that no airplanes lost lights. He proceeded to question me about it. I simply told him that I saw an airplane light fall. He made a phone call and then returned to work. As an adult now, I realize that an airplane light, if it fell off a plane, would not still be lighted up red. I researched old newspapers for any mention of this incident. For all the phone calls there supposedly were, not one mention in the local Providence Journal Bulletin.

UFO sighting? Unbelievable expierience!

Late afternoon, after dinner my boyfriend and I went for a drive. We would go to Mt. Peter and enjoy the view. My companion and I looked ahead at the view,and a bright light appeared in the sky. It was so bright, white hot and it pulsed on and off. It continued to do this for about 2 minutes and then moved in a diagonal trajectory, continuing to pulse in a out of visibility.

It was still daylight. I asked my boyfriend if he could see it and he said he did. I asked if he knew what it was and he said he did not. After moving in an extemely precise diagonal it began to grow smaller as it pulsed in and out of view, until it finally disappeared.

I've never forgotton the incident. My former companion became less and less willing to discuss it. I've long since moved to within a mile of it. I'm not sure that is why... but I'm not sure it isn't!

I can still remember it vividly. I recall being to afraid to exit the vehicle but thinking about it. I do recall feeling the technology of what I was witnessing was extemely advanced.

I saw a fast moving, brightly lit, huge object, within 25 ft of me for half an hour.

It was around 8PM and I took a drive down to a local park, to sit by the ocean.

It was a hot night and there wasnt any wind. I was alone, but there was two other cars parked near me with people sitting inside.

Off in a distance I saw a bunch of bright lights coming closer. The object darted suddenly up and down and sideways. There was red and green lights all around the base of the object, which flashed on and off. The object was moving extremely fast, and within a few minutes was within 40 ft. of my car. I look in total shock as I had a very clear view of the object, which looked like nothing Ive ever seen before. It stood in the sky maybe 75 ft. high and 40ft away from my car and just stayed there, totally silent.

It looked made of metal, and was very shiny. It was weird shaped, and didnt look as if its huge size could fly, as there was no wings, like an airplane. Some white lights started to flash, brightly. I got out of my car and walked towards the object. I was within 25ft of it and it just stayed where it was. I knew at this time, it wasnt from Earth, but I felt no fear. Maybe 30 minutes passed as I stood there. Then all of a sudden it went straight up and enormous speed and went sideways and totally vanished within 5 seconds.

As I drove away from the area, I looked into the other cars parked there with me, and saw very shocked faces inside. Later in my life, Ive seen many more sightings, but never saw this particular object again.

I'd be willing to take a lie detector test! I'm also willing to be contacted by a researcher using email.

I might also note, Im not sure of the actual date this sighting happened, as it was many years ago, but I'll never forget it!

Silent enormous disc shaped craft

As my friend was driving and I was a passenger, I saw what I thought was a shooting star as we were were headed to her home.

As we got out of the car, there was a silent, enormous, disc shaped craft stalled over her house. It was approximately 1000 ft off the ground, and larger than her 5 bedroom, 2 story home. It was circular and a dull metal color, like pewter, with a compartment beneath lit up by lights.

After about 5 minutes, it started moving slowly, and it was scanning a creek behind her home with a red, transparent light disc which was directly in the water and moved in sync with the craft. I still wonder what they were looking for.

After about ten minutes, it slowly moved away from her house, and we got in the car and proceeded to follow it. It stopped over a local farm where we could not gain access. It then emitted a noise sounding like three jet airplanes preparing to take off, then darted up diagonally, and in five seconds, was no longer visible.

That was it, I never saw it again, and I will never forget it as long as I live.
