Perfectly still golden orb in the sky for a long duration over Long Island.

A single golden colored, circular UFO was perfectly still, relatively low in the sky. I have never seen something stay so still and so low in the sky before. The sky was fairly overcast and the object was visible underneath the clouds, so it was not a star or planet. I kept checking back every 10-15 mins and it still remained in the sky. The sun rose right at its location and it was still visible. Never seen anything like it!

Three large orbs of light moving in repeated patterns, but changing patterns after approximately 10-20 minutes.

As I walked out of my house, I initially heard a strange mechanical type of sound which lasted approximately 2 seconds.

I then noticed some lights in the sky moving in a set pattern. Three large balls of light - looked like large spotlights - moving in various patterns in the southeastern sky. Not sure when it actually started, but I spotted it at approximately 1:15 AM. Light pattern was in independent eclipses - like an atom circling a nucleus. Then the pattern changed to larger circles repelling each other. Then the pattern changed to two lights in a figure eight pattern. We tried to photograph it, but the cell phone didn't pick up anything. Finally went inside after about an hour but the lights patterns were still occurring.

Hovering in the sky still as I'm writing been there about 35 mins now. Lights change pattern so triangle appears to get bigger and smaller at some points. Sometimes 1 or 2 lights may be on and the other completely off. Sometimes only one light will be lit. At another point it seems there was a 4th and 5th light they went away after about 3 mins. I took a number of pictures. Object dwarves planes flying in the sky. Very intimidating even out the window of my room.

Orange lights seen in Elmont, Long Island, New York

On September 9, 2012 at about 8:10pm, my wife and I were in Elmont, Long Island, driving east on Hempstead Turnpike near the corner of Covert Avenue when we saw approximately 12 lights in the sky east of our car. The lights were circular in shape and orange, and about 3 times larger than a star. The lights were aligned roughly in a vertical formation and moved very slowly as they hovered in the sky. A couple of the lights moved in a semi-circular motion. Unlike an airplane or helicopter, which can be traced in the sky as they move out of view, these lights seemed to disappear from view. We watched the lights for about 10 minutes until they all disappeared.

We spoke via telephone with this witness on two occasions, and we found him to be exceptionally eloquent and objective in the description of the objects he and his wife witnessed. I was watching tv and i heard a really loud noise. at first i thought it might have been a plane. but it kept getting louder so i thought it might have been a concord. but it kept getting louder. (planes pass by all the time but this was in a different direction. they usually fly east/west but this was flying n/s) i went out side and i saw 3 things. 1 was too far away for me to identify, another was a comercial plane (flying the same way as trianlge), and a black triangle with no lights. It was no millitary aircraft i had ever seen. it looked a star destroyer from star wars but it was black. it was going extremely fast, it elevated and flew over the plane, and then sped away. (many other black triangles made no sound this is why i find this odd)

A memory I will never forget that happened meny years ago.

I saw this object many years ago. I still remember the details like it was yesterday.

It was a long ship like the size of a football field. It was also tall like 30 or 40 feet tall. It had windows from top to bottom. I could see inside there were people walking around. It was about 600 ft away from me. I was driving in a car with my friend. I was in the front passanger seat. I asked her to stop the car so she could see what I was talking about. She was denying my claims. I was shouting to her to stop the car but she wouldn't. She seemed like she was in a trance. I still remember this as if it were yesterday.

I did not know you could report things that happened a long time ago, but when I was 7 years old and attended Elmont Elementary School, in Virginia I saw a silver disk with red, orange, white, and I think green lights around the outside of it. Elmont is a rural area of Hanover County, Virginia, about 10 miles north of Richmond, Va. It was in 1977 and I lived about a quarter-mile from the school and was walking to get there early to do some activity in the school library before classes started. I was with my friend and we were in the second grade. We were walking along some pine trees on the side of the parking lot toward where the school office and cafeteria were. I looked up across the parking lot and saw a disk that was silver and glinting in the sun just over the top of some oak trees that were in a horse pasture across the other side of the parking lot, which is not very big. The lights around the side of the disk may have blinked or changed color but I'm not sure. I just recall being in shock like I was rooted to the ground and we stopped walking and just stared.

The degree of shock at seeing it was almost like an electrical shock and I was terrified. The disk made no noise whatsoever. It was just hovering in one spot. Then, and I don't remember how long it was exactly, it was just gone and nothing was over the trees anymore. We went in and later that day I told my second grade teacher who punished me for lying. I have never forgotten seeing that and I know I did not imagine it. I still wonder what in the world it was. My friend at first denied seeing it but when I asked her a few years later she said she remembered it too. I have a law degree from the University of Virginia and am not making this up.
