Bright light that changed color and faded on and off.

I was leaving to walk my dog when I saw what looked like a meteor by its brightness. It did not move like one but did maneuver in the sky with some speed. It was going north to south then stood stationary. It would change from bright white to orange the fade out. Then repeat. As it was faded out, it maneuvered further away when dark then reappear in another spot illuminated again. Looked like it could have been a very large drone, but it's range of travel seemed unlikely to be a personal drone. It eventually remained lit and returned to the north off into the horizon and left my sight heading towards North Shore of LI / Connecticut. I recorded 2 30 second video clips. Also this was 100% not a plane or helicopter. I had full visual of all the plane traffic in the area and they all were at the correct altitudes for arrival into JFK. This light was intense. You can see airplanes and a star in the background of the videos I took.

While looking out of my living room window to the south,I observed 2 dots , diagonally positioned from each other, 1 slightly brighter than the other( what would normally appear to be Stars/ planets). I often watch the night sky observing orbiting satelites. But these dots were not familiar as I often study SkyView to identify constellations and or passing satellites. As I watched, they slowly grew dimmer and simply vanished without movement . They faded the same way an orbiting satellite would as it moves further from sunlight. Yellowish light flying in a straight line across the sky at high speed, there was no sound. Another one followed about 2 minuets later.

This happened about 1 year ago. I was in my back yard there was a bright yellowish light flying in a stright line almost directly overhead across the sky from the North traveling South at very high speed, there was no sound. I did not see any structure to the object which suggests that it was pretty high up, it was just a bright yellow light. After that object passed by and disappeared in the horizon about 2 minuets later another one that looked exactly the same passed by following the same exact path as the first one and traveling at the same high speed. Again there was no sound which suggests that these were not just airplanes.

silver disc seen by family and neighbors

apx. 1970, i was the age of 9. one saturday afternoon, i was in the house reading the newspaper when my sister ran in the house and said if you want to see a ufo come quickly! there in the middle of the street were a few neighbors and family looking up at the sky and pointed it out to me. there in the low overcast clouds was a disk floating in the clouds. it was apx. 1500 feet above us and ever so slowly drifting north. it looked like your typical disc that you would see in the movies. it was just close enough to see windows on the ship. later at dinner, my dad came home and the discussion arose about the sighting.(a highly educated man, he holds 2 college degrees). he said it probably was a space sattilite. i asked him how far up are satilites. he said apx. 250 miles. i asked how far is 250 miles? he said from here to new jersey. i said well it couldnt be a satillite because i saw windows and i cant see 250 miles away. he slammed his knife on the dinner dish and said the discussion is over...we finished the meal in silence and i havent spoken about the sighting untill 30 years later when my sister sugested to put the sighting on this website.
