Very bright white shape from cylindrical to round, hovered in same place for 40 minutes, eventually went higher and faded from view.

Bright light which seemed to float closer to the ground and then return higher. Had a cylindrical shape but then seemed to change into a circular pattern. Estimated altitude was ~15,000/20,000 feet. No other light in the sky. Shape hovered in the same place for 40 minutes prior to getting smaller (higher in atmosphere) and fading from view.

The planes and the object headed north, then turned very sharply east. It was exactly 12:50 PM.

On Sunday, November 9, 2014, at 12:50 P.M. While I was in my back yard in Wanaque, I saw two, what appeared to be either F-16s or F-18s "chasing" an object over the Ramapo Mountains just east of the Wanaque Reservoir.

The planes flew very low and very fast. I looked up when I heard the sound of the jet engines, and what I saw ahead of them was a very small, silvery "dot." They flew from the south over route 287 in Haskell and banked sharply east over Midvale and went over the Mountains in the direction of Oakland.

I checked the local news for any mention of an air show and found nothing. These two planes, and the object in front of them were flying way too low and too fast to be a normal training flight. As I stated earlier, I could not tell if the planes were F-16s or F-18s because they were right above me when they turned east. I was on a westerly facing mountain slope at an elevation of 460 above sea level.

Prism ball of light viewed over West milford, NJ.

A side to side circular motion. Mostly hovering in one Spot. Occationally darting up and down. In South western sky. Prism colors twinkled. Seemed to get further away. The light seemed to also change volume like it was turning.

Single white light over the Wanaque Reservoir, New Jersey.

Late Sunday night, a bright, circular light was seen near Greenwood Lake Turnpike in Wanaque, NJ. It appeared to be floating quite low to the ground for about 30 minutes near the Wanaque Reservoir. It jerked very quickly up and down, side-to-side for a short while until it disappeared.

It was seen by a male, age 27.

i was playing catch with my self, when i saw something in the sky. i looked up, and i saw alot of yellow dots flying in the sky. i loked at it foy about 30 sec. then i went inside, and got my sisters. they both saw it! it was yellowish and silverish. each dot had all lights. it looked about a quarter inch wide. at one point, they formed sort of like a L and a V. they all remained togeter. they kept flashing on and off. like they were going in and out of dimensions while flying. they were flying very high.

I saw 300 little dots flying really high, forming some kind of shape.

i was playing catch outside my house, when i noticed something in the sky. i looked up, and i saw a bunch of little yellowish silverish dots. their were about300! i ran inside, and got my sister and her freind. they saw it too. it lasted like 9 to 10 minutes. it kept blinking on and off. first i saw it then i didn't. then i saw it, then i didn't they wre forming some kind of shape, while flying over the houses.

My girlfriend saw an object fall to the ground it was bright and about half the size of a full moon.

The witness observed a round object fall to the earth. It was very bright white light and seemed to be about the size of a street light when standing abot 10 feet away. The object had a tail which seemed to linger.

It disappeared behind a building and seemed to have hit the ground fairly close but there was no sound. I was with the witness but saw and heard nothing as I was driving.

The witness is a manager of a restaruant and in my opinion very reliable.

8 vertical strobing white lights above Wanaque reservoir NJ

I was living in Fairlawn, New Jersey, at the time going to a cookout in Pompton Plains, driving on the highway towards the Wanaque reservoir, I looked above the hill, 200 ft. to 300ft. in the air, and saw a 50-100ft. vertical strip of evenly spaced white lights above the water, strobing up-and-down, up-and-down. They were all the same brightness except for one light was brighter and would go up three, down five, up six, down all the way, then halfway up and so on. It did this random strobing very fast. It was so unusual and compelling I immediately slowed down from about 60 mph to about 30 mph(on a highway!), never looking away. Slowing down allowed me to view it for about 1-2 minutes. I should've pulled over to the shoulder to keep watching it but my subconscious kept telling me that I would figure out what it was, so just keep driving. When I passed the hill it was above I lost sight of it then realized I HAD to go back and see it again. I exited, turned arou! nd, merged back on the highway, (this took 5-10 mins.), but by then it was gone. I later saw the video of the Salida, Colorado UFO, and realized they're exactly the same type.

This happened many years ago but I remember it like it happened yesterday. I told everybody at the party and they said that the reservoir has a history of strange lights coming in and out of the water.

A few weeks later I read in USA TODAY that an incident involving the military happened there about 30 years previously; a white light coming out of the water, hovering quite a while observed by many people. The police were called and then eventually the military.

I now live in North Carolina, and a few years ago saw two strange lights about 20 feet above some trees in WhiteCross NC. They were flat, about 15 feet across and did not project light but rather contained the light, no glowing, no rays, almost as if they were portals. When I drove back to see them again, they too just disappeared.

On the beltline in Raleigh, about 8 yrs.ago, I was with two driving students, and observed a small pin of green light materialize about 300 yards above some trees, it instantly expanded into an oval shape and then streaked across the sky leaving a green trail behind it. This event took about two seconds. This happened while the student who was driving happened to be talking about an event two years previously when he saw some strange green lights in the sky flying in random patterns. In the middle of his story, the green light appeared in front of us! We all shouted at the same time (sort of in Harmony); " oh my God, did you just see that!" All three of us shouted the exact same words;" oh my god, did you just see that". The kid driving started freaking out pretty bad saying,"that's it! that's it! that's the kind of light I saw two years ago!" it was as if 'they' heard us talking about 'them' and said, "yeah, here we are!". Needless t! o say I had him pull over to the shoulder so we could all catch our breath and figure out what just happened.

Oval shaped object floating along tree top level

I was in a field next to my home looking at stars with my telescope. I was 11 years old at the time.

As I was looking North I spotted a oval shaped bronze objected gliding along tree top level, moving in a eastward direction.

As I was observing the object, my mom came around the house, walking our dog. She was also able to observe the object with me.

The duration was about 20-30 seconds.

As we were observing the object it suddenly disappeared.

The object made no sound and appeared to be oval shaped and exhibited a bronze color.

Oval shaped object gliding along tree top level.

I was in my yard with my telescope looking toward the North. As I was looking through my scope, my mother came from around the house and got my attention. She pointed toward the North. We both observed an oval shaped object gliding silently along tree top level about 100 yards from our location. Within seconds the object simple vanished.

The object exhibited a bronze color. The object held horizontal flight until it disappeared. I was 11 years old at the time of the sighting. My mom has since passed away.
