At night in sky I saw black triangular v shape object with 3 dim lights on each side gliding for about 30 secs b4 it darted away

Westchester county Yorktowm Heights on the evening 3/15/20 we were looking up at the stars. I saw a triangular v shaped black object with dim lights (3 on each side) boomerang like. It was very high up and moved like it was gliding but in a weird s shape path and then it darted away. It was like 30 seconds. The whole thing was over before I could think what it could be or if it really happened. Weirdest thing I ever saw in my 56 years.

I have seen many drones flying at night and it wasn’t one of them ; or any type of plane.

It was a diamond shape of bright lights. It hovered over the water area about the power plant. Over the hills I also saw a V shaped lighted object. I took pictures however camera was stolen out of my car in Yonkers NY.

Flashing amber light flying very low over the Hudson River.

While traveling north through Peekskill, through the windshield of my Locomotive I witnessed an object flying from west to east over the Hudson River where Annsville Creek meets the Hudson. It passed in front of me approximately one hundred feet above the ground. It traveled at or about the speed of a fast moving single engine aircraft or helicopter. It didn't have the normal formation lights you would see on an aircraft. It had one amber light that flashed at a rate of about 5 times per second.

I was not able to determine a shape or size even though it did pass through my headlight beam at a distance of about 300 feet in front of me. If I had to guess, I would say it was about the size of a beachball.

After passing in front of me, the object turned slightly south and at this point I was able to see it from behind while I was traveling around a bend in the railroad track. The object continued to fly in the southeast direction towards the wooded hillside that! separates Annsville creek and Route 9. I lost sight of it a few seconds later because my own train was now blocking my view.

I watched for a few more seconds over my train to see if this object would rise up to clear the hillside and go over Route 9 and that was the last I saw of this object.

About an hour later I was traveling southbound on my return trip and looked around for evidence of a crash only it was too dark to see anything on the hillside.

Brilliant bright light in the twilight sky

I was in my backyard smoking a cigarette. I do believe in UFOs and I love weather related things so I am always looking at the sky when I am outside. I noticed a very very bright light. The sun had not totally gone down yet , and there were no other stars in the sky. I grabbed my binoculars to see if I could see it closer, but it was hard. All it did was made it look even shinier and the form would change because of the lenses I am assuming. I grabbed my video recorder instead and tried to get as close to the object as I could. Through that, this bright light looked like it had a type of 'strobe' effect. It had remained in the same spot for 15 minutes (as far as I know, because I dont know how long it was there before I went outside) but as i was viewing it thru my camera, it moved and I was no longer able to see it as trees were obstructing my view. It did this quite slowly , not a quick motion. I went to all of my windows of my 2 story house to see if I could capture its view again, but to my dismay, it was gone. It was the brightest thing I've ever seen in the sky ever. I dont know 'N,S,E,W' it was but I do know that it was in the area of a power plant. I am not sure if i am able to name the plant. I will continue to look online daily to see if anybody else has seen what I saw. Thank you.

A clear Sunday afternoon,Me and my girlfriend saw what looked like an amorphous color changing metallic//silver/red shaped object which sped across the peekskill sky,over the Annesville creek Bay.Also we spotted a black helicopter in the general vicinity 2 hours before the event.Keep in mind this area is very close to Indian Point/Camp Smith [which houses DEA/FB/CIA}This area has always been a hotbed of strange activity ,dating back to the well documented Indian Point UFO Incidents of 1984.I grew up in this area and this place is and always will be weird.

A 5 x 4 x 11" meteorite, from the most fully documented fireball in history, had to be intelligently aimed at its 5 x 22-inch target -- a car's right tail-light -- in order to convey a message. Massive, low flying, slowly moving craft that emitted no sound.

While travelling a back road through a wooded residential area, I observed a very large object in the sky that appeared to be just above the tree tops. I slowed my car to a near stop. My impression was that it was massive; football field in size. I could almost sense its mass before seeing it.

It moved extemely slow, there was no sound. There were lights,but I can no longer remember if colored or white nor the configuration. The lights were not exrememly bright. Its color was dark and shape unknown because of tree cover.

I could not clearly see its details, only a partial outline and impression of tremendous mass. I was perplexed and frightened.

I was following a friends car. When we reached our destination, her first words to me, unprovoked,were "Did you see that?" We were stunned.

I remain stunned to this day.

Triangle shaped Orange colored translucent object hovered near Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant emitting a loud whooshing sound.

I was laying on my living roof sofa and my Three friends were sitting on my front porch(high on a cliff)overlooking the Hudson River. All of a sudden my One friend started to call out my name. I was starting to doze off and ignored his calls at first, until the tone of his voice went frantic. I jumped up and ran outside. The object was clearly visable between my house and the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant. The object was an Orange colored translucent Tiangle. It almost seemed to be stuck or frozen. It was emitting a high pitched whooshing sound. My One young friend started to jump up and down and yell "take me,take me" at which point the object seemed to come closer. I distinctly felt menaced and started to cower toward the house. The object then made a 360 degree circle out over the river and then disappeared over the tree line to the East.

Hudson Valley area. Large, silent, triangle shaped vehicle hovered about 100-200 ft over the house for about 3-4 minutes.

My neighbor's three children came running and pointing to the sky. I looked up and saw lights in a a triangle shape not more than 200 feet overhead. It moved VERY slowly and made NO noise. My boyfriend was also with me at the time. He is an amateur pilot but could not explain what the object was. My first thought was that it was small planes flying in formation, but there was no deviation between lights and no movement...it seemed to be one huge object...about the size of 3 football fields. Later, they said it was ultra-lights, (from Stormville) but nobody who saw this and other similar sightings agreed. There were several sightings over the course of the year in the Hudson River Valley.

Hundreds witness Large slow moving Craft at Drive-in

At what was then the Hollowbrook Drive-in in 1982 or 1983, there was a large crowd of people watching the movie. From directly behind the screen appeared a huge chevron shaped craft with many white and orange lights along the forward edges.

People instantly started yelling and screaming while pointing to it, several cars started and drove quickly and erratically out of the drive-in lot. I heard no noise, but the noise of everyone in the lot was fairly loud so it would have been hard to hear anyway.

Several people starting yelling that it was "ultra-lights", (small planes), and I felt very strongly at that moment that this thing was one object and not a formnation of several objects. I am lucky enough to have also witnessed the small craft (ultra-lights) that were indeed flying the Hudson Valley at the same time as the famous triangle ufo and I can say with conviction that the two sighting were instantly and exceedingly different.

The first craft was very slow, very steady and it seemed that a jogger would easily keep up with it. The second sighting of the ultra-lights was easily recognized as a formation of small aircraft, unable to stay in precise formation, drifting towards and away from each other, and recognizable engine noise as well.

Also, the second sighting was not really a chevron shape, but more of a sloppy semi-circle of small white lights.

I can understand how those who never saw the first could dismiss the rash of sightings as bogus when they saw the second, but those of us who saw both things cannot be convinced they were one and the same.

Although there were hundreds of witnesses at the drive-in that night, and the craft moved slowly towards Peekskill city proper and many more must have seen it, I don't recall reading or hearing any report of it specifically. At the time it was one of the first of many sightings of this craft.

I estimate it to be about 200-300 feet at its widest and nearly that long as well. There was a smaller red light at its center. The larger lights were huge themselves, maybe 20-30 feet in diameter.

I saw similar lights (very large) during daylight about three years later moving in the exact same valley as the drive-in, many people pulled off the road to see them as the were BELOW tree level. The sighting lasted only a minute or so, and there were several huge white lights in a staggered pattern. I could not make out any structure, even though this was a midday sighting.
