2 orbs hovering, apart but aligned with each other, then vanished, separately.

We were walking on Grant St. in Centerport, New York, approximately 9:15pm. It was dark, with some clouds. My friend noticed 2 orbs hovering in the western sky. They were apart from each other but seemingly aligned. One disappeared, then the other was gone. No sound.

HOVERING UFO CHANGES DIRECTION QUICKLY.

TOOK A VIDEO OF THE UFO. IT CAME FROM BEHIND A CLOUD AND CAUGHT MY EYE RIGHT AWAY, I HAD TO DO A DOUBLE TAKE. THE OBJECT HAD 4 ROUND LIGHTS THAT WERE RED GREEN AND WHITE. THEY CHANGED PATTERN AND SEEMED TO PULSATE OR BLINK ON AND OFF.

IT FLEW SIDE TO SIDE CHANGING DIRECTION QUICKLY AND ELEVATED QUICKLY, AND AFTER ABOUT A MINUTE, DESCENDED BEHIND TREES, AND I LOST SIGHT OF THE UFO.

Two bright orange balls of light moved silently overhead.

Observed two very bright orange balls of light. They were moving in a slight arch across the sky from northwest to southeast. My girlfriend has a cottage on water just south of the Milll Dam Bridge & I've been I've been going there for four year's & am familiar with the flight patterns. These objects seemed to be following each other in a path not taken by normal air traffic. They moved very fast and made no noise. I was calling for my girlfriend to come out to see then ran in to get her, but they were gone by the time she got to look.

Bright orange lit object rose vertically from Bay and took off at lightening speed.

We heard a boom and saw a flash across the bay. Just south of that we witnessed an bright orange lit object rise slowly from an area at the Vanderbilt Mansion in Centerport. It rose vertically like a helicopter, no noise.

We assumed a well lit helicopter until it reached above tree level and took off at LIGHTENING SPEED at a 30 degree angle west north west, disappearing just as fast. We looked at each other in disbelief. It took a few moments to even process what was seen.

We realized that it had actually risen from the bay right in front of the mansion, and no noise was heard.

Being it is a Bay, sounds echo and resonate as closer usually.

I still am shocked at what we saw.

A light brown transparant disc about the size of the full moon moving across the sky in a NNW direction.

Time: Summer evening (9:30?) August? Full dark. 3 to 4 years ago. Conditions: No moon. Very light haze with scatterd light clouds. Sighting: A brownish transparent disk (you could see the stars through it)about the size of the full moon. No lights. No sound. It moved at a constant velocity in a NNW direction. It disapeared before reaching the horizon. It seemed to be at least several thousand feet high but below the clouds. Obsrver: Me: 48-49, BA History good eyesight sober. Girlfriend: 38-39 BA good corrected eyesight sober. We may have been looking fo the August meteor shower. HAVE THERE BEEN ANY OTHER SIGHTINGS LIKE THIS?
