10 round lights noted by attorney and nurse in Sag Harbor, July 17.

On July 17, 2015, my brother and I were standing outside Barron’s Cove Inn, talking, at about ten past ten at night. I noticed a round flickering circle moving across the sky, from Left to right. There was first just one and then a second followed in the exact same path. There was a third and then two more which were side by side followed the others. A total of ten were noted-all flying along that path slowly. After about 5 minutes the first in the row disappeared. Each one in turn did the same. The two that were side by side disappeared together. No details other than the bright circular lights were noted by us as the objects were out over the water.

Fireballs visit Long Island again

I was out on my deck and observed the so called fireballs again. I saw the same thing last summer and made a report here then, (See Sag Harbor,NY). The orange ball was travelling south to north again, this time several miles distant from me as I was looking west. Unknown altitude and speed. I called my son and told him to watch and that it would flicker out and another would appear then, exactly in the spot where we saw the first one. True to form, this is exactly what happened. I told him to watch and as soon as this one died out another would appear. This is exactly what happened as it did last summer. I don't like the term fireball as these are orange balls and have no tail. Nother appears on fire, but they sorta flicker out. Again I have no explanation for them.

Orange light over Sag Harbor.

Orange ball of light. Same color as a flame, moved across the sky slowly then just disappeared. Not sure if the same one reappeared or if it was multiple lights, but there was never more than one at the same time.

We saw it three times over the course of half an hour.

The light stayed the same color and brightness until it disappeared. No blinking lights.

Fireballs (4) flew over

I went out on my deck for a smoke tonight and finally had the chance to see the fireballs everyone has been reporting for the past 3 years.I live on eastern Long Island, and same a bright red fireballs approach from the southern horizon. Estimated speed was 80 to 160 MPH. Craft were silent. Went from south to north. Reminded me of a helicopter speed and altitude. Not a chinese lantern! Deep red with flickering inside, and died out as it passed over my house. No wind and scattered clouds. 3 more passed over at 1 exactly minute intervals, and exact same flight path. Total of 4, and I tried to take camcorder pictures, but would not focus due to being night. My opinion is it has some type of silent propulsion system, but I cannot give honest opinion as to what it is. Not an aircraft, (larger and faster and silent than a aircraft). Definitely under intelligent control, either from aboard craft or remote. Very unusual,I am 60 yoa and have never seen this before. Let me repeat, after watching 4 go over at rather high speed, they are NOT chinese lanterns, planes, satellites, etc. Cannot explain what I saw.

Bright red ball shaped object in southern sky

Went outside house for smoke and looked south over ocean and noticed a red ball of light swoop down from sky make a right turn and head in a westerly direction. The object was a bright cherry red ball of light that then faded out to darkness. Speed fast, but not too fast. No other lights or trails on object. Probably at least 5 miles from me. Unknown size. Object was not burning, just a solid lit red ball shaped craft.

Large boomerang craft escorted by two smaller craft

Getting out of my truck in my driveway, observed a large object with three white lights on it and a center red light.

Two other smaller objects seem to be be escorting it. Objects moved very slowly and did two big loops over my town in the next half hour. The large object was bigger than any commercial jet I have seen at night and appeared to have a large wingspan, maybe boomerang or diamond.

The two other craft escorting it were smaller and appeared to have red and green lights.

I did not hear any helicopter engines and the only sound I could hear was possibly a jet engine, but very quiet one if that. They were several thousand feet up. What was odd was the way they acted in the sky.

First time I have seen flying objects that seemed to be cruising around with no destination.

My 7 year old son observed the crafts when I called him out the porch. I also noticed bright flashes of light in the sky to the north at the time like a lightning storm, but the weathe! r was clear.

Strange light in the sky

I was standing on my deck shortly after dusk and looking to the east and saw a bright round light travelling towards the southeast towards the ocean on eastern Long Island. I have seen thousands of planes, satellites and shooting stars over the decades but this was different.

It was a bright white light, with no running lights such as red/green etc. It was brighter than a plane lights, but what was unusual was it was a light that was whiter than white bordering a chrome color. It was only going a hundred MPH or so, and only a few thousand feet up.

My opinion was the object was a glowing light, not an intense light attached to the object. The object was not coming towards me so I can rule out landing lights, which are never this white anyway.

Watched for two minutes until object dissappeared behind some trees. No sound, fading or unusual movements observed.

Silent green globe sighted within 200 feet!

During the middle of August, 1967, I am not sure of the exact date, I was out in my back yard playing, in Sag Harbor, located on eastern Long Island. I was 13 years old at the time, and it was about 9:30 at night.

Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a round illuminated globe through the trees in the direction of south/south east. It was about the size of a full moon and I assumed it was till I realized the moon itself was out also more to the southest. It was clear, no clouds and average summer night temperture. As I stood in my back yard, facing in a generally south direction the object came over the trees towards me into view. It was travelling north west about a lazy 5-10 MPH straight and level course was silent and with no trail. It was about 200 feet from me. probably about 75-100 above the ground.

I will now describe what I saw, even though its 38 years later I have a razor sharp memory of it.

The object was a globe, approx 25-30 feet in diamenter. The globe glowed light green. It was not necessary a solid object, although it could be. It had a haze around it, sort of like looking at a car headlight in fog. Note however, that the haze only surrounded the object a foot or so, as it was a clear night.

The haze was without question caused by the object. The haze was unusual in that it resembled fog, but was not fog. The were NO other lights on the object of windows or the like.

The object was completely silent. As it continued to approach in my direction and was not to far from being directly overhead, bright flashes began coming out of the bottom of the object. These were not lights or beams of light, but very closely resembled the bright white flashes one sees when you use an electric arc welder. Almost identical. So much so, I am sure it was some type of electrical device causing it. The flashes were so bright it lit up the top of a 30 foot tree under the object.

At no time was there any noise. At this point I had an intense feeling of fear and ran in the back door to my house. I did not say anything to my mother, but she must have noticed something was wrong as she said, "you look like you've seen a ghost."

Later I advised her what I saw, and when I gathered the nerve to look outside again, the object was long gone.

My guess is that it was one of the following. 1. an alien spacecraft. 2. Some sort of life form, or 3. some still unknown electical phenomenon. I lean either toward an unknown life form or electrical phenomenon, as I don't feel there was a crew inside, but I also do not feel it was a natural occuring event, but was under some kind of intelligent control or the object itself had intelligence and I had the feeling it knew I was standing in my yard looking at it!

Bottom line, my mind doesn't know what to make of what my eyes saw, and probably I will never find the answer.
