I saw a triangular object, with 5 rings in a chevron pattern. The rings were reddish orange, and very dim. There were no other lights

I saw the object fly completely silently from northeast to southwest. Along the line of the islands. It seemed either large and high, or smaller and low. Fast airspeed. I didn’t have time to get my phone before it went behind the trees. Another friend posted a video on Facebook who saw the object from a different address, hours later. There were no aircraft on flight tracker nearby at the time.

Strange, gliding light formation/object on a beach in the Florida Keys

The two of us were sitting on the beach looking at the sky for about an hour. Our eyes had been adjusted and we had seen various shooting stars fly overhead. We were both facing South, and all of a sudden from the East a Chevron shaped object appears, almost looking like it was in a sharp decent. The object continued to travel west at a very fast pace, and within 15 seconds, the object had either disappeared or had already traveled out of sight.

Immediately as the object flew over ahead we both looked at each other and asked if the other had seen this object. We had both initially thought it was an array of lights that resembled some sort of large, cartoon-esque bird/dragonfly. In disbelief we realized that this could not have been the case due to how high and quickly the object travelled. We then both thought that it was a hang glider, but then realized this was impossible due to the height and speed of the object.

Still in disbelief after running through every possibility we are cautiously thinking we saw a UFO of some sort. The reason being as the lights were far brighter than the stars so we knew the object was closer, yet far enough away where it could not have been any sort of animal or man made flight object. It made absolutely no noise and it's motion was still and consistent. We also both realized that the space filled in between the lights, say where the body of the craft would be, was some what distorted from the rest of the starry sky.

As quickly as it appeared, it had disappeared. As two people who took strong stances against the sighting and stories surrounding UFO's we can honestly say we are not trying to convince ourselves that we saw something for a story. We both were on the same page with every detail and interpretation as described above. It's to the point where we both wish that we had never seen it because we are that certain we saw something flying overhead and there is no available proof. I hope that this helps and can say our minds our wandering to places and thinking of things we both never thought possible. It was truly a beautiful, yet terrifying sight to see.

We saw an actual UFO tonight. About 6:40 PM. I was out with some friends watching sunset on my boat in Islamorada, FL. It was one object but hard to actually tell the shape, if anything it looked sort of oval to my friends, but to me a little more rectangular. It looked as if it was reflecting the sun off 2 parts of the fuselage (2 separate sections and both silver and sunset red in each section), but it didn’t seem to have lights. At first we thought it was a plane (hence, my rectangular comment), but it had no flashing lights, or red lights, just what seemed to be the reflections. The colors were consistent with the sunset we had just seen. It moved right (southwest) at first then without hesitate, or any curve, move at about 90 degrees left of where it had been heading. It then shot straight away from the earth and was out of sight in less than 10 seconds. It faded to a little red spot and then to nothing.

We were looking due south from just north of Indian Waterways, mm 89 on US 1, on the bayside. It was relatively close at first, about 1 mile away. It wasn’t the shuttle, it goes across the sky, I’ve seen it and it takes minutes to traverse the entire sky line when it goes over. I’ve seen military and shuttle rocket launches too. Not the same thing and much faster and no sound.

viewing photo taken in Florida Keys shows unknown objects

My son and I were traveling by car from Islamorada to Big Pine Key on the Florida Key Highway. I was taking pictures of the highway ahead when I noticed what I thought was the moon to my upper left. I panned my camera to that way while still keeping the highway in view and getting the moon in also to make the photo more interesting. The moon was full 02-09-09, possible 3/4 02-13-09.

Viewing my pictures this past weekend 03-08-09 my wife and I were surprised to see my moon photo as not the moon at all. I got 2 images of bowl shaped objects with 2 bright orbs a short distance above.

I have zoomed in on the objects and the bowl shapes have a serrated gear edge on the flat part and the orbs have a diamond point. Can you have my photo analyzed and let me know? emailing photo.
