The subject was a white light with a fog or a cloud surrounding it it also appeared to shoot off a puff of fog or smoke out the front

My friend was getting ready to leave and I looked out into the sky from the driveway and noticed what looked like a dimlett moon behind some clouds however the moon was on the other side of the sky at this time and was almost full and there is no clouds this white light inside this small Cloud was moving across the sky in an Eastward Direction and then it appeared to shoot out a puff of cloud or fog out the front of it before it continued to fly off away from us and slowly disappeared after it sprayed out the smoke it seemed to change direction and move more away from us in upward into the sky

Driving westbound just after sunset, a glowing orb of light in the SW sky was hovering and moving sound a localized position.

Driving westbound with my 6 year old daughter after sunset. The sky overhead was clear, but I saw what appeared to be a glow behind a haze of grey clouds. I thought I was seeing the moon at first and continued observing it because the light was not right, it was too small to be the moon. As I watched, a pinprick of very bright light emerged from the haze and moved abruptly south, approximately 1.5 inches distance in my field of vision. It then moved westward again and the haze returned. A circular halo of clouds/haze appeared to “puff” away from the light and the ring of it had a very distinct glow against the backdrop and was moving very fast away from the center point. I kept glancing back to the light for the remainder of my drive, and it slowly faded it receded over the course of about 4 minutes. My daughter saw it as well and kept asking me what it was/what was happening with “that weird light.”

I was driving east when I looked up in the north east sky and saw what i thought at first was the sun shining off an airplane, it didn’t seem to be moving so I checked My Radar app and there was no aircraft in the area. Once i saw nothing on radar I looked back up to the sky and it was gone.

At first I saw one

As many as 4 lights were simultaneously observed corroborated with no less than 6-7 other aircraft on Denver Center

Lights observed from the flight deck from what appeared to be slightly above or co-altitude with us in the 30's (32000-34000') from a consistent 280 heading over the 600+ mile flight northbound from dfw to rapid city. Distance to lights could not be determined as they were above the horizon. Lights would fade in from a dim red orange and intensely brighten for about 10 seconds before fading away. Lights would often move in different directions including directions that would not make sense for satellites. It was not starlink or meteors stars or planets as some lights moved upward and others downward towards the horizon. Lights would occasionally abruptly change direction and velocity with the appearance of dancing or rotating around each other. Lights were observed from a constant direction but were in no discernable formation. Witnessed by both flight crew and as many as 7 or more aircraft on frequency transiting from as far as the east coast to over Colorado from what we heard.

On my country property, I watched a near-stationery object for a long time which basically resembled a disco ball with occasional “wing

I stepped outside and was transfixed by a huge, glittering “disco ball” with occasional elongation which didn’t seem to traverse the sky (yet became more distanced after I went to get my phone). At first it looked like it had airplane wings, but ones which were not fashioned typically. I asked myself if it was a drone, balloon, or satellite, but it simply looked different from anything I’ve ever seen. By the time I retrieved my phone inside, I couldn’t see the wings, or elongation, just the ball of bright silver sparkles. I took this from a 1:33 minute video, but it was within my sight for at least 15 or 20 minutes. I hope someone can tell me what it was. Thank you.

Seven balls of light seen a couple hundred feet above the roof moving like a snake..

I was looking at the sky and within 15 seconds of me looking up I saw 7 balls in of lights (all in single file) moving in a snake like way. These balls of light were very close to the roof of Fairfield inn and suites moving southeast. It went over the hotel and I continued to see it moving southeast into the distance and disappear. I have never seen anything like this before. This incident happened at 3:30 a.m. on Christmas Day.

Disk like shape object sucking energy off the state prison with flickering bright glowing lights taking energy off prison power

Disk like glowing object sitting above the stillwater, mn state prison correctional facility. Glowing and beaming making the state prisons power source for its energy field. Lights would turn extremely bright all around the prison and would flicker all at same frequencies of each other. The object retaining the energy off the building would also glow off and on and get brighter as it would take in the source of recharge from the building. There was also another object that I couldn't see full body visual bit you could see it beaming down from above the main disk like object and see the power of the other object retaining the energy as well off the same power source as the main glowing full body disk like object.and this other object had a huge streak like formation going in a straight line directly below and over the first disk like object. Eventually you can see in my videos and photos I have this encounter happening, the line/streak like thing eventually slowly works it way towards the other object and you can see clearly that it's slowly taking the object on its way up. As if the object was a baby a d the mother was watching over her nestling while it feeds and clears for its ok to take off. I have actual footage of this taking place I have over 50 photos and over 40 something video clips watching this take place and happend.

I walked outside of my front door to take trash out and immediately noticed an extremely bright light in the sky.

After seeing the bright light in the sky I called my roommate out to watch the light with me. We both observed the light changing its direction of light almost as if the object was scanning different directions. It was hovering in the same place in the sky and we watched an airplane pass in front of it while it floated. I then watched the object slide to the right and back to the left unlike any airplane or helicopter could. We both decided to go inside and come back out in 10 minutes to see if it was still there. When we went back outside to check the object was gone.

Saw a spherical object with extremely brilliant white, blue, yellow, reddish lights that glistened and pulsated.

At approximately 9:15 pm on 1.6.2021 as I exited my car and walked up the driveway towards my mother’s home, I noticed a very bright object in the sky that appeared to be similar to the “Bethlehem Star” which I believed to no longer be visible. I went in the house and asked my mother for binoculars so that I could take a look at this object. When focused on the object in the SE skyline I could see very brilliant white, blue, yellow, reddish lights that glistened and pulsated. The object appeared to be spherical but not a perfect circle. I observed it in its location for approximately 7 to 8 minutes. My mother also took a look through the binoculars and saw exactly what I did. My step father also came out to take a look through the binoculars and he saw the same thing my mother and I had. I took approximately 3 pictures with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and went on to visit with my mother.

When I went to leave for the night at approximately 10:15 pm, my mother went outside to see if the object was still there. She said it was no longer there and I took a look to see that it had moved to the south (?) in the sky (right of its original position). I then borrowed my mother’s Galaxy phone as it is newer than mine, and snapped two more pictures. When I took the last picture I noticed that the object appeared to move slowly. After snapping the picture I noticed there to be two additional objects very similar to the bright sphere I first noticed in the sky and a total of 3 objects appear in the picture.

As regular habit saw the sky before entering my car in my appartment parking lot. It was cloudy outside & it was half moon shining bright. Sawn 5 white circles with an aura around them moving in randon formations with such speed it seems like some one was shining lights and moving them. Suddenly they stopped to form traingle formation & stood still in that formation for 1 min as if they are plastered in sky. Then again started moving in random pattern with rapid speed. Hot air balloon-esque lights moving slowly

At around 8:45pm I saw a bright object in the eastern sky, lower in the sky than a plane. It was about the brightness of a planet. It wasn’t moving, but it appeared to get brighter then dimmer periodically. It also seemed to have a flashing light on it, but not like a plane’s flashing lights. After not moving for a couple minutes, it began to slowly fly south-east and eventually disappear from my sight.

Another bright object appeared near where the first one was in the east sky. It started moving south-east as well. I thought they might be police drones or something. I went away to get binoculars. When I came back there were five other bright objects hovering stationary over the eastern sky (where I initially saw the first object) and there was one light object coming slowly towards the rest from the north-east.

In the stationary group of lights, there was one that suddenly became much brighter than the rest. It looked like it had just caught fire. The rest of the objects were still about as bright as planets and white/yellow in color, but this brightest object was now a red/orange color. This happened shortly after 9 pm.

A couple minutes passed, then the brightest object dimmed back to the color it originally was (the same color as the other objects). The objects began to slowly disperse after this. Three of them remained stationary and just faded away, and two of them began moving towards the south-east in the same direction as the first two objects I saw.

These objects seemed to me like hot air balloons in how they changed in intensity of brightness, but they clearly were not hot air balloons because it was night. When they were moving, they moved slowly and with constant motion.

Driving home, after dark, heading west, saw multiple moving lights in all directions. Too slow and too many to be commercial airplanes. Mostly one white light. I turned off road, stopped car and opened window. No sound from craft. It then turned towards SE again and continued.

A bright orange and red craft (fireball) moved in night sky, approx 10 minute duration. Until finally disappearing into night sky.

My friends and I were driving around and saw a smallish red and orange fireball that moved a lot like an airplane appeared on the Wisconsin side of the St.Croix. At first we believed it to be a firework, being that the sky is very active around this time of year. Then after following it a couple of blocks the ball slowly disappeared into the night sky. My friends thinking not much of it at the time, but it peaked my interest and having a previous interest in the occult. I decided to look up siting and when a saw a couple matching the same description as me I decided to submit this.

As a delivery driver with a partner, we were stopping very frequently, and happened to stop near the hovering craft, where you could clearly see the shape, color, and lights. Upon being noticed by the craft, it flew quickly near our vehicle, there were no sounds, engine or otherwise.

It then sped away and disappeared to the south-west. Flight pattern was not that of a normal air craft. Maneuvering in manners that we have not seen normal air craft perform; with high rate of speed.

Seen 1 hovering triangle craft about 500-1000 feet above ground, about the altitude a single engine air craft would fly for good scenic views.

The craft was silent. Triangle had 3 bright white lights and 1 red flashing light. Red light was in the center.

I had a better view of the craft as it came toward our car then the driver. The white lights were flashing in a sequence/chase. White lights were on each corner.

I could clearly see the craft and know it was not military or commercial/private.

After coming toward our car, it flew off south-west at a quick rate.

We were located on Ravine Circle about a mile west of Saint Croix River. Craft looked as if it was hovering above the river, before coming toward our car.

I am enclosing a drawing of what I seen. I am not a good artist, but it's what I remember.

Orange light over Stillwater following the St. Croix River North (toward Forest Lake)

I was sitting on a boat on the St. Croix River near the Stillwater bridge waiting for the 4th of July fireworks.

It was around 10 o'clock when I saw this what appeared to be an Orange (I believe it was Orange, maybe orange and white) light drifting in the sky, it didn't appear to be very high, and it made no sound at all. I know it wasn't a firework, or airplane, or helicopter.

Whatever it was it was flying relatively slow and seemed to be following the river toward Forest Lake (heading North) very smoothly, I kept watching it drift off into the distance until it seemed to disappear. I couldn't tell if it just got out of sight or if it took off rapidly.

My girlfriend was on the boat with me and she saw it too.

I saw 7 or 8 balls of white light in clear sky at 9:00 AM that were flying in non linear fashion with a strange zigzag trajectory to NE

I noticed some bright lights in clear sky at 9:00 AM. They looked looked stars. However immediately I dismissed that assumption since first they were moving and second the sun was in the sky and no stars were visible except these moving lights. Then I thought they might be air planes but I have seen many air planes when I look at sly everyday at high altitude. The body of airplane is clearly visible in those cases and I can see the wings. but these were just spot lights. With unusual bright white. I am sure they were not planes or any conventional crafts. Moreover, they used to move not in a straight line but in a irregular shape flying NE. They were going back and forward joyously and left and right sometimes but generally flying north east. First I saw one and then I noticed they are three and then I spotted 7 or 8 of them. They were flying together. They were very far. I changed my position to see if they change position in the sky in comparison to tree tops in the scene. but their location was unchanged in comparison to my movement indicating that those objects were really high in the sky. I tried to fit every other explanation instead of UFO such as maybe they are white birds lighted with sun in the morning. But they were not birds. I look at birds in the sky everyday (I do relaxation 1 hour a day in open field) and I can recognize their body, wings etc. Moreover birds fly in a direction not such a zigzag pattern back and forward, sudden 90 degrees turn, such as these objects. Then I tried to see them as papers or objects taken by wind to high altitude but the way they moved was inconsistent with objects who are blown by winds. They did not swirled like the wind rotate the object. They suddenly changed their direction a few times with right angle turns within 5 seconds. It was obvious someone is controlling that craft or light bulb. I am a mechanical engineer, PhD, and I know a little about craft movement types. These obj! ects (lights) were not moving like a regular craft such as we ! have. I have never seen an object moving in sly like that. Their light was sometimes changing form white to light pink and then again to white. I am a very skeptic person and I tried so hard to convince myself they are not UFOs. However, I have to admit that what I saw does not fit any other possible explanation (They could not be birds, wind blown objects, planes, etc.) other than UFO.

3 Fire Orange Glowing Spheres Move Through the Skies Over Stillwater Oklahoma

I was in the employee parking lot on the north side of Walmart, in Stillwater Oklahoma. A coworker and I were chatting as usual, on our break. When, at 0:06, on October 28th 2013, we looked up and seen a fire orange colored glowing sphere come over the store, heading due north. It was moving at twice the speed, if not more, than the typical aircraft seen in that area. The size of the glowing sphere, to the naked eye, was about if you were looking at a dime you were holding up in your hand with your arm fully extended. The first sphere was visible for roughly 20-30 seconds, before it moved far enough to be out of sight.

Almost at exactly the moment when the first sphere was out of sight, a second sphere appeared from the exact location as the first. It looked exactly like the first sphere, moving at the same speed, and following the same flight path. I watched as it moved through the sky, and when it got nearly out of sight, I looked at the point in where it came from to see if there would be any others. To my amazement, a third fire colored glowing sphere appeared from the exact location as the two before it. Yet again, it was exactly identical in looks, traveling speed, and flight pattern as the previous two.

My coworker and I stood there baffled as to what they could be. Another coworker, who was out collecting carts, came and asked us if we had seen them too. He had told us that he had noticed one of them hovering in one place, just minutes before we had come out for our break. Though, he may be a bit of a strange fellow, he is an honest one, and I have no doubts that if he said he witnessed one hovering, then that is what he saw. I have thought and thought of possible explanations as to what the spheres could of been, but there is nothing that seems logical. The movements of the spheres were that of military precision. This event is by far the strangest I have ever experienced.

Bright "star" dimmed then picked up speed, shot across the sky then altered direction and disappeared.

I was looking at a bright star above and a little to the southwest of me. (This all happened in about 10-15 seconds) I observed the "star" start to dim and I first thought a cloud was covering it but it was a clear sky. The "star" seemed to have disappeared, but I noticed it was still there when I saw that it started to move in a northern direction.

The object progressively picked up speed, (~2 second duration) once it reached a speed about what a shooting star would travel it changed direction towards the western sky and disappeared. The object didn't change directions in a 90 degree fashion but made a sharp curve.

My husband and I were driving on Highway 95 towards our home in Stillwater after work. The sky was mostly clear and many stars were visible, despite the bright lights of the city below. Listening quietly to a talk radio show while my husband drove, I gazed out the passenger side window of the car, not looking at anything specific, just mindlessly observing our surroundings. I then noticed ahead of us and slightly to the right of the highway a particularly bright object in the sky. Though, as I stated, many stars were visible, at a certain point they became drowned out by the lights of civilization. The object that I saw was well below this line. It was also significantly brighter and larger than any of the stars I could see.

While still staring curiously at the object, I asked my husband, “What is that?” and pointed to it. He responded that he had noticed it as well and was wondering the same thing. Upon more focused observation, I could discern that it was triangular in shape, and had red lights surrounding its yellow-orange center.

It seemed to be in a fixed position hovering over the earth, but as we drove towards its general direction, we seemed to be getting closer to it. I watched it for about 10 more minutes from the car window, and it continued to stay in the same place. We parked in a parking lot to watch it without the car moving. Then suddenly it seemed to jump back into space slightly. I saw the movement and then noticed that it was smaller and dimmer, as if it had retreated. From then on it continued to stay in its new position, hovering without movement. I took several photos with my cellphone camera, and though not the greatest quality, in one of them you can clearly see its shape and the red lights around the center.

I cannot say I know for sure what it was. I just know that I saw something out of the ordinary and I have photos to prove it.

Very distant light blinking on and off at eight second intervals. Appeared to be as far away as the stars.

At 2:20 in the morning, while letting my dogs out, I saw a light in the South East sky, at approximately 60 degrees. The light, which appeared to be at the distance and approximate brightness of a surrounding star, would blink on, for a duration of less than a second, and then blink off. The light blinked on and off at eight to nine second intervals. After approximately 10 -12 flashes, the light started moving slightly. When the light would blink on, still at the same intervals, it was in a slightly different location, in the same area of the sky. The light was bright and appeared to be very far away. After about five minutes, the light turned off and never appeared again to me.

At about 3:30am August 15, 2012 pulsating light seen over Sussex county New Jersey. The light seemed to be coming from the north but the entire sky was alight with each pulse occurring at regular intervals of about 2 seconds lasting approximately 3 seconds. This continued strong for up to about 30minutes then occurred with less frequency and brilliance. Although there were storms in the area, there was not thunder and the light pulses were unlike any lightning witnessed in all my years.

6-7 Orange-ish lights (a few looking like 'fireworks') flew aross the sky from north to south in 'V' formation for 2-3 minutes.

6-7 orangish lights flew in formation from north to south high in sky until disappearing above cloud cover. a few of the lights looked like fire balls (or an exploding firework), the others were just orange lights. they moved at about the speed (prob faster) than a jet airplane but for their perceived height, their light was much larger than a jet. the front 5 flew in a 'V' formation like geese with a few following behind in no particular formation. After the lights disappeared a large jet sound reached our ears.

A strange glowing / pulsating colored light was observed in the skys along with a jet that seemed to intercept it

On April 23, 2010 at approximately 1:45 AM my wife and I watched a strange light in the sky for approximately 30 minutes before it slowly disappeared.  I was working overnight in the office downstairs when my wife called me upstairs to take a look at strange light that appeared across a nature preserve that we live on behind our house.  It was a glowing, pulsating light that randomly changed colors (red, green, orange, blue) without following any particular pattern. Every so often we could make out a white jolt of light that seemed to project out from the object in random directions (quickly like lightning). The object was brighter than anything else in the sky and mostly hovered in one spot but also moved from side to side.  At first, the light / object was large and did not seem to be very far away and I was almost sure that it was a strange type of lit up helicopter searching for something on the ground. I opened the window expecting to hear the engine! and was very surprised to find that it was dead silent outside.   I worked as a professional photographer for a few years and have all pro level equipment. I asked my wife to grab my camera (a Canon 5D digital SLR with 70-200 L 2.8 IS lens), tripod, and shutter release cable while I kept my eye on the light. I wanted to try to get a long exposure that showed the path of the light over time. Just as I got everything setup and settings dialed in, my newly charged batteries went completely dead.  I asked my wife to try to find some other batteries while I kept my eye on the light. As time went on, the light seemed to be dissipating and was getting smaller as if it was traveling away from us.

I was also scanning the sky for anything else out of the ordinary and saw a high flying jet moving overhead. The jet turned slightly and headed DIRECTLY toward the light.  We were watching as the jet approached. My wife returned with new batteries and I took a 30 second exposure with my shutter release cable (no camera movement) with the jet approaching the light in the same frame. At this point the light was very distant and just looked like a bright star.

As soon as the path of the jet overlapped and intersected the light, I expected to see the jet continue on it’s trajectory, bypassing the light in the sky. I was absolutely startled when the jet disappeared completely from sight at the exact same time that it intersected the light. It was as if the pilot shut off the strobe lights at the exact same time.  There were no clouds in the sky so I'm certain it did not go behind a cloud.

After analyzing the image, one would tend to discredit the image since the light appears to follow the exact same trajectory as the stars as the jet is approaching. However, before the image was taken, the light was much closer, much brighter, and clearly traveled in multiple directions in the sky.

Bright lights over St. Croix River/Bayport area Minnesota

Driving toward Stillwater on 1/27/10 and 1/28/10 about 8:30 pm, driving on Route 36 toward Wisconsin, noticed two bright lights similar to police helicopters with searchlights hanging in the air just above the horizon in the distance, motionless, in the distance over the next town of Bayport near the power plant, or over the St. Croix River. The first night, as we got nearer, the lights faded, one actually separated into two lights close together, one slightly higher than the other, and then both slowly got dimmer and disappeared. Last night, the second night we were driving back the same way at the same time, and the lights were visible in the same place. This time my husband and I were determined to get closer to them, so we drove down toward Bayport all the way to the river's edge, but lost them behind the trees while we were driving. The planets Mars and Saturn were clearly visible higher up in the sky, unblinking, and were not these lights. I will go ! back to the spot at 8:30 pm tonight with a camera and try to photograph it if the objects are visible.

Two seperate phenomena occuring less then 30 seconds apart over Stillwater, OK.

I was heading east after class leaving the OSU campus when I saw two white lights slowly drifting down just above a cloud.

At first I thought it was a meteor breaking up but they were falling slowly and drifting to and from each other. The best way I can describe them is a bright center with a glow in front of them.

I eventually lost sight of them after falling behind the cloud after tracking them for about 30 seconds.

I began running up a bit and searching for them again and eventually looked up to have something else catch my eye. I was looking pretty much straight up and saw a group of quickly moving objects that held an incomplete V formation, 7 to 10 total (Two on the short side the rest on the long side). The objects looked like short dashes and were also white, the same brightness as stars.

The formation held the entire time they crossed the sky west to east which took around 15 seconds until I lost them over the horizon.

I am not that much of a UFO enthusiast but the fact that I witnessed two separate phenomena within 30 seconds of each other irked me enough to decide that it needed reporting. I assume that the falling lights could have been flares, but I know of nothing that can explain the V formation.

A family of three witness two quck flashes, then a VERY fast, dramatic fireball streak west in the night sky.

Telephoned Report: A man, his wife, and their daughter were driving to the east on Highway 5, and were approximately 15 miles to the east of St. Paul, MN.

Suddenly, all three witnessed observed a momentary bright flash in the northern sky, approximately 60 degrees to the left of the centerline of their vehicle, and above the tops of the trees to their left, maybe 30 degrees above the horizontal plane.

Approximately two seconds after the first flash, with their attention focused on the area of the sky where it had just occurred, they witnessed a second, similar flash. At almost the exact instant that they witnessed the second flash, they also observed a large fireball streak from east to west in the same area of the sky where they had just observed the two flashes. It was a very dramatic flash, and the fireball was moving VERY fast, according to the father's account of the incident.

About two weeks ago my wife and I (living in Stillwater, MN) were driving to our new apartment. In fact it was the first night we were to stay here. Anyway, driving east I look out the passenger side window right beside me while my wife was driving and looking forward. I glanced up slightly and saw a huge bright light flying only a kilometer or so over the tree line. At first I thought it was a plane with its landing lights on but there is no airport near by. At closer investigation I saw that the brightest of the lights was in front of the craft and there were two more at the rear making a triangle shape. There was a blinking light directly at the bottom. While it was still a good distance from us I noticed a small light of some sort fall from underneath this thing. As it came closer I thought about pointing it out to my wife. Just as I thought of telling her I heard her ask "What is that?" We slowed down and looked at it for several seconds as it lowered and finally became less illuminated. I could see clearly the side of the craft. It had what looked like windows wrapped around what I call the hull. Just when most of it was visible it lit up again very quickly and disappeared with a bright flash of light. No sooner than we saw this my wife started to almost scream when we saw two more directly in front of us. They all looked identical to the first one. Again I saw a light (almost looked like a meteorite) fall from the bottom of one of the other crafts. One all of a sudden appeared and went straight down in the east. We were speechless. We finally talked about it when we got to the apartment building only a mile from where we witnessed all of this. To say the least this was the weirdest thing either of us have ever experienced.

Sighting background:
The witnesses, a married couple, called the UFO reporting center on the night of the sighting and witness data was relayed to this investigator in October, 2001. The investigator interviewed the witnesses on 14 November, 2001 for one hour, He did not visit the site of the sighting due to lack of enthusiasm to do so by the witnesses. Each of the 2 witnesses observed different UFOs. It is possible, but not likely, that they were related, since they were several miles apart and their appearance differed radically.

Witness Description:
Witness 1. Male, age middle 30s. Occupation: works at assembly plant in Stillwater. He was strongly impressed by the sighting and talked about “nothing else” that night with witness 2, his wife. However, he was not traumatized. He has not spoken about the sighting except for a few people close to him until the interview with the investigator. No previous or subsequent UFO sightings. Witness was in good health with good eyesight. The witness did not have any particular interest in UFOs and had not read any books on the subject before his sighting.
Witness 2. Female, age early-middle 30s, wife of Witness 1. Works in local area. Witness is apparently in good physical condition. Eyesight, hearing are good. Witness was excited about the sighting (even 6 months later) but did not describe any symptoms of trauma. No previous or subsequent UFO sightings. The witness did not have any particular interest in UFOs and had not read any books on the subject before her sighting. She has done some reading after the sighting.

Sighting Account.
The witnesses were driving east on Rt. 96 near the intersection with highway 5 in a rural area 1-2 miles north of Stillwater, MN ( ~22 miles east of St. Paul.) The landscape is gently rolling comprised of crop fields and wooded areas. It was nearly dark, but some light remained in the sky, which was clear.
Witness 1,
Object description.. Sitting on the passenger side of the car the witnesses were traveling in, witness 1 noticed a lighted, triangular object to his right. The object appeared to be about 250 ft on a side. The witness reported the triangle was equalateral, though his (inexact) drawing shows it as isosceles. It was not possible to discern a texture to the surface of the object. A bright white light was at each apex of the triangle underneath the craft. The lights were not bright enough to illuminate the ground beneath the craft. There was also a red light in the center of the bottom of the triangle, less bright than the white lights, which blinked about once per second. There were no other lights on the object and no windows, orifices or other surface features were visible. The color of the object was black, but not the same color as the stealth aircraft. The object produced no sound, although the witness did not get out of the car. No other witnesses are known to have observed the object.
Position, movement and duration. The nearest surface of the object was approximately at a 60 degree angle from the ground when the craft was at its lowest altitude. When first seen the object was about 400 ft above ground but moved down “quite rapidly” to about 150 ft and hovered for several seconds, then rose up to about 400 ft. There was no apparent lateral motion of the object. The car was moving about 45 mph but slowed to 10-15 mph immediately upon sighting of the object. The object was last seen to the rear of the car and disappeared when the car got too far away for the witness to see it. The duration of the sighting was about 1 minute. Witness 2, the driver, did not see the object because she was concentrating on driving.
Drawing of object. When he came home the witness made drawing of the object (Fig. 1) which looked substantially the same as the drawing he made during the investigation. The original drawing was lost. After the sighting, he read some UFO literature, including accounts of the triangular objects seen in Belgium in the early 90s. as shown in Figure 1.

Sighting evaluation: CE1. The object described is similar to the description of many triangular objects seen worldwide for the past 20 years. There is no conventional explanation apart from the possibility that the craft was an advanced military aircraft. However, current known technology is not consistent with a craft capable of hovering and moving rapidly vertically upward and downward without engine noise.

Witness 2
Object description. Witness 2 observed two white lights, separated by the width of her thumb at arms length directly in front of her (toward the east). The lights were estimated to be 15 miles away (though she emphasized the uncertainty of this estimate), and were seen at the same time as witness 1 observed the triangular object to his right. Witness 1 also observed the two lights, but not closely, since he was occupied with observing the triangular object to his right. Witness 2 estimated the size of the lights to be about 1/8th the diameter of the moon and the brightness as brighter than a streetlight. Based on the inverse square law, this would mean the lights were more than 225 times the intrinsic brightness of a streetlight. As far as she could tell the object was not illuminating the ground. No other witnesses are known to have observed the lights.
Position, movement, and duration. Witness 2 estimated that the object was about 20 degrees above the ground. This would make the altitude of the lights about 6 miles (~31,000 ft). The lights appeared motionless for about 1 minute, then moved downward rapidly until they disappeared below the tree-lined horizon about 3 seconds after they began their descent. The calculated speed of movement was 7200 mph. The lights disappeared at about the same time as witness 1 lost sight of the triangular object. The witnesses observed airplanes in the vicinity but witness 2 was adamant that the lights she saw were not conventional aircraft. The nearest airport is 9 miles to the southwest, 135 degrees to the right of (behind) the direction where the objects were sighted. There are no airports within at least 40 miles to the east of the sighting location.
Additional lights. During the time the 2 lights were hovering, they emitted 2 smaller lights which circled downward and back up and joined with the primary light a few seconds after they appeared. The witness had no estimate of the speed of these lights and said they were not quite as bright as the primary lights.
Sighting Evaluation: Probably conventional aircraft. If the object size was 1/8th the apparent diameter of the moon and 15 miles away, it would have been a very large object, indeed. At 225 times the brightness of a streetlight, it would also have been exceedingly bright. The downward speed of 7200 mph is also extraordinary. The lack of other witnesses or press coverage of such a remarkable object as well as the inexperience of the witness and the well known difficulty in judging distances of lights in the sky causes the investigator to believe that the lights were probably much closer than estimated and thus much smaller and less bright. Despite the lack of an airport in the direction of the sighting, the presence of a major airport, MSP, 30 miles west of the sighting causes the investigator to believe that the lights could very possibly have been attached to aircraft. However, there is not enough information to make an unambiguous judgment.

Three low,silent craft hovering,looping over each other,flaring huge,bright,then fly head-on near-collision course.Videotaped

Driving on Lake Avenue in Stillwater I and another witness saw a brightly lit silent craft hovering, then moving very slowly just over the trees. I pulled my car over and began videotaping. It was lit from underneath, an intense yellow-orange solid light, round or oval, and with a smaller light above sometimes visible revealing a dark unlit mass above the light. I drove a little further to get a view unobstructed by the bare tree branches,then drove again to get closer. I knew I was close to Flike Road where I had videotaped a dramatic sighting on December 18th,and it was a safer road to stop on,so I sped there. Just as I turned the corner we saw the craft heading slowly away from us,and loop directly over another similar craft. The higher craft's bright light showed more clearly an unlit upper section of the craft that passed beneath. This maneuver brought them dangerously close to each other,and the lower craft's altitude was less than fifty feet, the other not much higher. The one craft was so low, lower than the tops of trees it passed behind, I thought it may have been on the ground, or possibly coming up from the nearby Hudson River. I pulled a little closer. One craft seemed to change into a flat triangle with multiple warm lights and traveled more quickly, moving off to the west. I believe that these craft can sit upright to hover and move very slowly, like a rocket does when lifting off. Instead of a rocket engine it seems to be balanced over a glowing globe which could be its source of lift or propulsion. I think these craft can lower themselves from upright to a horizontal attitude, which reveals them to be triangular or near triangular with a slightly rounded back end. They travel faster in a more direct line in this position. However, it's the nose of the triangle that seems to be the bright round light, which leads me to think that when they sit upright (or at least at a 45 degree angle) t! hey may be sitting on the nose rather than the back end. As the one passed behind the trees there was a second smaller light visible above the main light but at an angle, resembling a tipped cone or party hat drifting slowly sideways. It could also be sitting upright on its nose but with the third point unlit or unseen from my vantage point. Then, a third craft rose up from the trees to the right, across a field. It seemed triangular, brightly lit underneath, casting a diffuse beam of light before it. It traveled east towards the remaining craft and as they got closer they, too, looped one over the other. It was a strange, silent aerobatic maneuver, but graceful. To see it performed twice, minutes apart, and involving three different craft, was startling. The craft were all drifting to the south, so I drove to follow, losing sight of them for a few minutes.I pause the tape. When I turned the corner onto George Thompson Road I saw one hovering over a cornfield and began filming again. As soon as I turned on my hazard lights and got out of the car it bagan to flare incredibly brightly, like a yellow-orange flame with an aura around it, like it was burning, on the videotape it seems more white than it did to the naked eye. It also seemed to get much bigger,as large as the moon, and totally round. It was larger and brighter than anything I've ever seen in the night sky besides a full moon. It may have come quite close to us, and I'm a little concerned about that, I've heard accounts of UFO witnesses being affected by radiation. To some that may sound a little far-fetched, but I guarantee you'd feel the same if you were there with us. After a minute it started to move away from us, and then was clearly a flat triangular craft. As I continued filming it travel west over Route 67, we saw a second tria! ngle come into view going east. They were on a collision course,one was higher than the other and they even adjusted their altitudes to head right for one another, nose to nose. I expected one to veer off as they got closer but they didn't,they came closer than the width of either craft, literally feet from colliding head-on. We both thought they had collided until they passed each other. It was unbelievable, and I was thrilled to have this, any of this really, on videotape.Then the east bound craft turned around to follow the other and they flew out of our sight. I have sent a copy of this tape to Mr. Davenport and the NUFORC in Seattle.

Rectangle Shaped Object observed hovering over plowed field SE of Stillwater Oklahoma

While driving South on Perkins road, just to the south of Stillwater Creek, I saw a set of landing lights just above the tree line, about 2 miles to the South East. This was strange because there is elevated ground in that direction that would make a small plane flight way too low and hazardous.

I proceeded to turn east on 32nd street to head to my house, which would bring me just to the South of the area I had spotted the object. It was about ¼ of a mile East of Perkins road, and just about 50 yards North of East 32nd street. My view of the object (landing lights) had been obscured by a hill and the tree line as I drove the mile to my exit from the first sighting. The object did not move at all while I observed it. My assumption at this point was it would be a helicopter hovering over the field for some reason.

Once I turned onto East 32nd, I could see that the object was again in view, and hovering about 75 feet off the ground, further above the tree line than I had first imagined. It did not take me long to get to a clearing in two tree lines, in which a wheat field was present.

Now I was able to see that about a dozen “landing lights” were spaced almost evenly apart, giving the object a distinct rectangular/box shape. Having been into aviation I thought a helicopter that size and shape could only be something like a CH-53 Sea Stallion, but there are no Marine or Naval Air assets anywhere close to Stillwater, Oklahoma, and I was only used to seeing UH-1 Hueys, CH-47 Chinooks, occasional AH-1 Cobras, and civilian aircraft in the skies.

As I got close I could not hear anything, having ridden in large helicopters before, and been around them while in the Military (later in life) I realize how much racket they make. There was no wind this night, which is unusual for Northern Oklahoma.

I decided to place my car in neutral, and then turn off the engine, so the only sound would be the tires on the blacktop. My windows were down because it was still warm outside, and my car did not have any air conditioning. There was complete silence, other than the sound of the tires on the blacktop, and the tall Johnson grass on the side of the road was not swaying around. There was no rotor wash from the blades of a helicopter, nor the rotor slap that would have been audible. When someone is this close to a helicopter the rotor slap often generates sound waves so powerful that a person can “feel” them as well.

At this point I realized it was not a large helicopter and I began to panic, as I was quite familiar with the UFO phenomenon from early age. I quickly turned the car back on and threw it back into drive and sped off towards my home.

Just on the off chance it might be a blimp of some sort, I peered over my left shoulder as I was travelling east of the object and looked at it as it was now in front of the “haze” or pink skyline of the City of Stillwater. The air is rather dirty in that part of Oklahoma, and even small communities have skylines that are shrouded in a pinkish layer of light pollution at night.

In addition there were thick clouds that night, and the ceiling for the clouds was low enough to reflect a lot of the light pollution. This should have provided me enough difference to see if there was a structure above a “gondola” that would have been on a very large blimp. But all I could see where the bright blue, white, and red landing lights that gave the object its distinct box and/or rectangle shape.

The combination of bright skyline, low cloud ceiling, and the angle of the object should have made any giant gas containing structure of a dirigible visible as a dark shadow against the background.

At this point I accelerated to a high rate of speed, and proceeded to go home, which was about another two miles east of this location. The home I lived in was perched on a hill, and when I got out of the car and looked to the West, I could see the object just above the trees.

When I got inside, I went into my Father's room and attempted to wake him up and see if he would come and observe it. He was tired, it was way past his bed time, and he did not believe in “UFO nonsense” so despite my frantic state, would not get out of bed or listen to what I had to say.

Because it was above the tree line, and I had no other reference points, my guess to its size is simply that. It looked about the side of two greyhound busses set side by side.

After calling a friend who lived in town and telling him about it, I was brave enough to walk out to the edge of the yard and look west to see if it was still there, but it had disappeared. This happened sometime in the fall of 1989 or 1990, but I do not remember the exact date.

Another friend talked me into going to the wheat field and looking it over the next day, but it had been plowed sometime in the past couple of weeks, and was soft from rainfall. We saw nothing in the general area where I observed it to be hovering that would indicate that it had landed.

No sounds were heard from the object.

Because that was and still is a sparsely populated part of the area, I knew no one to ask to see if they had observed it as well. In addition the fear of ridicule meant only my Father, and a couple of close friends knew about the encounter.

Ok.. this happened some time ago but I think it is important and significant enough to report, when it first happened I had no idea who to contact.. I called the airport but was laughed at and I but it out of my mind for a number of years until 1995 when I finaly went to the police, I was interviewed by the Lt. as well as some one from your office.. I believe this was before you came to take over. Any way.. to stream line this.. it was a black object with a big red light on top that went slowly on and off while it moved.. when hovering it would cease all together and rotate a black and white checker board center while tilting left and right.. then it would level out and stop rotating the center and the red light would come on again. It did this for a long time.. this even has traumatized me and my mother for years. My mother is very religious.. she saw it first. My dad is retired Military but he wasn't home.. anyway I can draw images and maps if you are more intersted with this.. you may still have the recording from 1995. The guy said it was to old for a report.. but it is NOT in my mind.. it is burned in memory and I relive it alot.. I gues I have post traumatic stress from this.

Large green luminous object appears in field, disappears suddenly into night sky.

I am reporting this for my grandmother and mother. For many years my mother and grandmother have kept this story a secret, mostly so that it wouldn't scare us until we were old enough to understand. The fear in my mothers face when my grandmother tells the story is real and I am convinced that the story is sincere.

My grandmother lived in a house close at the border of a large field that turned into a lightly wooded forest that became a large blueberry bog. The field was used in part to grow crops and for their livestock to graze.

One night in July my grandmother was getting the house hold ready for bed when the pigs that lived in a pen adjecent to the house began to screetch she looked up and saw a large, fire like green light just before the treeline and the field through the dining room window. She says it was very large, 80 feet or more long and nearly as tall as the trees and just incredibly bright, illuminating all the trees and out buildings. She says it was bright florescent green and was oval shaped but didn't look like a solid structure and it just seemed to appear there silently. Though startled by it she calmly walked up stairs to my mothers bed room, who at the time was 16. She woke my mother and said "Linda, you need to come and see this".

My mother and my grandmother walked down the stairs and they both witnessed the object together for several minutes when suddenly it accelerated into the night sky vertically at an amazing rate and disappeared.

There is a significant bog where they lived, and when asked about the sighting being swap gas my grandmother explains that she has seen swamp gas having grown up there and this was most certainly not. What is almost more compelling is that she contacted a local airport / national guard post the next morning. Who told her they did have an unknown blip on their radar screen the same time she and my mother saw the object.

Grass at edge of the treeline and field was discolored and "crushed".

I have heard this story over the past 5 years or so and it is always the same and continues to make my mother very uncomfortable and often renders her speechless.

What is interesting and perhaps disturbing is that I and my brother have had similar experiences before ever knowing this story of our family history.

I don't know what to make of it.
