A large, dark, silent boomerang

On that might , my bf and I went outside to smoke. We were staying at the econo lodge so we couldn't smoke inside. I was facing towards the trader joes area when something told me to turn around. When I turned around there was this large , dark grey boomerang flying across the street from is coming from the speedway direction heading towards the more people area away from the Blvd. No sound, no lights and by the time I was able to get my bf to look at it , it was already half way across the sky! It was low enough I thought itd hit the top of the trees . I ran back inside , but my bf saw it light up and take off up towards space. It was gone by the time I came back out.

Steady and perfectly horizontal flying bright orange orb

It was right after midnight on new years, I had stayed up for the sake of the holiday. I hadn’t had anything to drink as I had just stayed home. I had heard what were fireworks going off so I looked outside to see if they were close enough. Very initially as my experience started, my head goes to this being one of the fireworks. But then this thing was just going perfectly horizontal. And was way too perfectly circular to be a firework. It wasn’t fast but wasn’t terribly slow either, just very steady and perfectly horizontal.

Very loud, invisible, and flying very low

I Was watching the Elections on tv last night when I heard what I thought was a very low flying helicopter or plane, It was extremly loud and my entire house shook when it flew over. It sounded like it was hovering over top of my house for what felt like 10 or so minutes. So I went outside to check to see what it was and when I went outside, I could still hear it but there was nothing to be seen at all! I stayed outside until the sound disapered.

bright lights glide across the sky.

The objects in the sky were pointed out by my mom. After I seen what she explained to me as a UFO, I ran inside to get everyone that was in the house to see what we saw.

We thought it could be some type of helicopter or something of that sort. But what we saw was unbelievable. It looked as if the lights in the sky were balls of fire. The lights also didn't seem to fly but glide through the sky as if there were no gravity. The light were blinking and constantly disappearing and reappearing.

As we are all outside the my neighbors come around the corner and got out the car and seen what we were seeing.

Soon the 7 or 8 lights disappeared, shorty after the red lights disappeared I seen what I think was a shooting star.

2 lower flying small orange balls of that looked like fire and made no sound flying steadily.

We were sitting outside in the dark on the porch, when one of my friends said, "Look at that bright star behind that tree." The 'star' was actually moving towards the east-southeast. It looked like a small ball of fire - much like the fire of a hot air balloon, but was moving too fast to be that, nor did we hear the "phoom" sound you hear from a hot air balloon when they are firing it. The elevation was that of a lower flying airplane, much lower than the stars. Another one was following directly in it's path at the very same height and speed (not super fast, but swift like an airplane). It seemed much lower than a jet and did not make any noise at all. One of the people in my group thought it might be helicopters as there is an army base nearby, but no helicopter sounds could be heard. It seemed the first one 'fizzled' out - like it went behind a cloud, but there was no cloud. Then the 2nd one got brighter, and seemed to 'fizzle' out as well not long after. We were all astonished!

reddish circular oblct, appearing as if on fire, low in sky over Dewitt Michigan visible for 2-3 minutes

Our family and several friends were sitting around relaxing under the tent outside after our nephew's graduation party. We noiticed an object about the size of a quarter moon and moved at a steady pace for at of them noticed the flying object heading north to south in the eastern sky at a low-flying airplane elevation. It was defined and circular in shape appearing as if on fire or all lit up in a redish color. It made no sound as we watched it for at least 2 minutes. As we watched it,it seemed to drift away and seemed to get smaller and smaller, then disappear. We do not know if it went behind a cloud, fizzled out, or just moved too far away. It seemed to be drifting along Shavey Road from north to south around 10:40 p.m. saturday June 16th, 2007.

object was traveling from South to North directly over town at a constant speed.

Dear Sir’s: 3/10/2007 8:09 PM My wife, son and I went out for a walk because it was such a beautiful night out to look at the stars. While walking the sky was full of aircraft flying in every direction of the compass, there lights blinking and I was looking for lights that weren’t blinking but remained steady. I was looking for satellites. After about 20 minutes of walking (we left at 8 PM) walking in a westerly direction I spotted a triangular shaped object in the South and it traveled in a Northerly direction. The sky was perfectly clear but the object looked as though it was in a haze or even blurred like the atmosphere does to star’s. It was traveling with purpose and flew straight and true with no deviations.

It was almost as if it was not afraid to be seen, or it thought it could not be seen! Anyway all to soon it was gone.

March 1, 2005 outside of Dewitt IA on I30, there were 6 lights grouped into 2 triangular configurations near the eastern horizon

We were traveling on Interstate 30 East out of Clinton/Dewitt Iowa. The sun was behind the horizon causing a red hue in the sky. We noticed three lights near the eastern horizon (off to our left a little bit) in the grouping of a triangle. As we continued to drive eastward, we no longer could find them, but we noticed another triangle grouping of lights slightly to our right (northward). They did not seem to descend. They were too high off the horizon to be towers. They did not blink, but seemed to flicker. We eventually drove on the 61 southward. We caught glimpses of them through the trees, but as the darkness took over the horizon, we lost sight of them. From the time we noticed them, to the time we could not see them anymore, a total of about 30 minutes had passed. We also noticed during this time, other light orbs not in triangular groups.

observerd in east low in sky moveing slow. thought was star @ first.

i had gone outside for something,was comeing back inside when i saw the object.i observed the light for a short time then ask my cousin to come look at this. there was only 1 object,orange color, low in the east moveing slowly south w. we watched for about 5 mins. and went back in side, after about 10 mins i went back out to see where the object had gone, it was almost overhead at this time somewhat south,it was very high in the sky about the size of a star, or planet still moveing in the same direction.i don't know of any satellites that travel in this direction. i am in law enforcement, have lived in this area all my life.

Two huge fireballs with blue tails. The sound was a rumbling roar.

A hot summer night (early morning), nine months pregnant, my husband and I were out riding around because I couldn't sleep. We were stopped at an intersection just outside the city limits towards St. Charles at approximately 3-4 am when we heard a roar and looked up to watch two huge BRIGHT fireballs with blue triangle "tails" go over our heads and disappear behind the tree line.

My son was born exactly one week later with the nail missing off of his right index finger.
