Bright light Came through the clouds and stayed in the same spot, moving just a little bit up and down for about 40 minutes

Object came through clouds extremely bright. I thought it was the sun, but turned to more small and precise light that was moving up and down and in and out of the clouds this happened for about 40 minutes. I do have picture and video proof of it moving and coming in and out of the clouds. I can tell it’s not a helicopter because I had no flashing lights and the bright light was becoming brighter and dimmer bright enough to the point where I could see it flashing through the clouds from about 15 miles away possibly up to 25

Floating translunect tear drop lens floating in sky

Heading east bound on piñon hills blvd on duty for the Farmington fire dept I was working as the lieutenant of the truck in the front passenger seat and the firefighter in the back passenger seat of Ladder 2 we observed a glass concave tear drop shape that was as big as a private aircraft floating in the middle of the city. It did not move and we watched it for five minutes then the object suddenly disappeared. It was see through and colorful and very strange. I called the airport control tower who did not have anything to report on this object that day. I am a seasoned arff engineer for the city as well and am very familiar with the aircraft including the military aircraft exercises that occur in our area and this is not anything I have seen. We unfortunately were so focused on observing the object no photographs were taken. I am trying to find surveillance footage from that time of day in that area.

I saw a UFO for summer; a brief UFO visit

My name is PJ. I live in Farmington, New Mexico with my dog. On July 18, 2023, we experienced a "visit" from something completely unfamiliar to me; something we had never seen before, something apparently not of this world.

The day of July 18 passed like any other day until around 9:15 pm. It was late dusk, and my dog was outside sleeping by the front door. I was inside piddling around. Suddenly, the dog (who hardly ever barks) began furiously barking and snarling. My first thought was he was being attacked by a rabid animal, or something similar. I opened the door to see what was happening. The dog was looking skyward, snarling, barking, and snapping at the air.

Then I saw it. There in the sky in front of me, just a few hundred feet away, was some kind of metallic craft or vessel with bright lights on it, silently floating by. It was moving approximately 15 mph heading east, about 200 feet off the ground. It had no motor nor propeller; no visible means of propulsion. Its design was simply ladder-like in appearance; not like an A-frame type ladder but like a ladder with parallel legs. I could see the surface of the craft was made of what looked like brushed stainless steel. There were square and/or rectangular lights mounted along the sides and in the corners of each opening between the "rungs", and there seemed to be approximately thirty of these rungs. At the front or leading end of the object, the two parallel sides/legs came together and formed a point, but not a centered point, it was offset to one side. Mounted in the offset point was a round or oval-shaped light which was considerably larger and brighter than the other lights. The object was approximately 100 to 120 feet long and perhaps 12 to 15 feet wide.

I grabbed my cell phone and began preparing the camera to get a video. When I looked up again, it was gone. It just vanished; disappeared. Something worth mentioning: my dog was not looking at the airborne object but rather in another direction, as though something else had been there, and had obviously entered his personal space.

Though I was unable to get a photo of the thing, fortunately, I am an artist and can provide an illustration that shows exactly what it looked like; exactly what I saw that night. (See illustration)

Note: I am a 61-year-old college graduate and veteran; a man who doesn't make up stories. This report is true and based on actual events as they happened, so help me God. I feel compelled to make this report as a civic duty; to inform the public in case there is danger or peril in store for us in the near future. I don't want anybody saying I "should have said something". Well, I saw something, so I'm saying something. I just hope people are listening.

The craft was not a helicopter or airplane as I checked a app on my phone that specifically shows a radar of all aircraft in the area. Whatever this thing was did not show up on Flight radar 24 app. As the light moved across my neighbors farm field I shined a flashing light at it and the light the ufo was emitting disappeared and it was no longer seen. I did take a video of the craft although it’s not very good quality and mute volume because I yell in one part of it because I was stunned at what I was seeing. Bright yellow Light moving at steady speed across field.

I was outside looking for star link satellites. Lately I have noticed a bright ball or star shaped glowing yellow object go over my house and over a field in roughly the same direction as every last time I see it. It’s not a satellite <https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f6f0.png> because they don’t orbit around the world in one day in takes a long time for them to pass my house again. I decided to pull out my flight radar 24 tracker on my phone to see if it was a jet. I didn’t pop up on the radar that there was a aircraft in the air in the direction of this object. I also noticed jets in the air and there lights flashing up higher in the air than the ufo I was witnessing. That’s another reason why this couldn’t be a satellite because they would be really high up if they were in orbit in space. You can still see satellites in space just not as well as what I was seeing. The light on this ufo stayed a constant yellow never blinking or flashing or dimming. Jets or helicopters and ever airplanes have lights that flash. This couldnt have been a aircraft. To be honest I’m not really sure what I’m witnessing but i would like help. One big mothership that emitted two smaller crafts, all changing colors

The two of us saw 3 odd looking lights in the sky. We were trying to see if they were moving or not, and they were only hovering. About 1 minute later, we saw one of the smaller crafts start to speed up really fast, stop and hover, then continued to speed away and disappear completely. The second smaller craft did the same exact thing. But then, we saw a HUGE light, much bigger than the two smaller crafts combined. The bigger craft actually seemed to have emitted the smaller two objects actually. The big one moved only slightly, but then started to speed up quickly, disappearing moments after. On all the crafts, there were these triangular lights, flashing around the craft, red, white, and the craft itself kept on changing from a yellow light to a white light.

Bright star-like object moves slowly across sky and hovers for a minute before disappearing and reappearing

Shortly after 10PM, my son and I witnessed what we believe to be a UFO. I was putting my 8 year old to bed when we noticed lightning outside his window. So we sat by the open window for a moment and admired the sky in the distance while listening to the thunder.

A minute or so went by when I noticed out of the corner of my eye, a bright star-like object moving across the sky. There were no blinking lights so I jokingly told my son it was a UFO. He looked over and the object stopped before our eyes and was hovering!! It was almost like you could see it slightly moving, but it stayed in the same spot. We gave each other this look like, are we really seeing what we think we are?!

He then looked back out the window and the light disappeared before his eyes. I double checked to also see if it was gone, and it was but then it reappeared one more time for a few seconds then vanished again before our eyes. Afterward, we both sat there stunned for a moment and tried p! iecing together what just happened. The logical explanation is “weather balloon/satellite.” But my gut is telling me something different. Obviously, I’m not the only one to witness such occurrences, and this isn’t my first time questioning what I’ve seen. I just hope whatever it is, it’s peaceful and just curious!

This is not a sighting but a possible abduction. I have no memory of the actual abduction, but do have missing the. This abduction also occurred 4 days before my 1st ever UFO sighting. The UFO sighting had multiple witnesses as well. I went to bed watching TV on my phone. I do this often and charge the phone while I do it so it's fully charged when I wake up. An hour and 45 minutes later I tell myself in my sleep that I need to wake up. I just feel like I need to awaken and feel panicked. I wake up and immediately reach for my phone. But it's dead, but charging at 1%. It cannot die on the charger? And even had I not been charging it, it would not have died watching TV for only an hour and 45 minutes. Even if it had died, how could it be charging suddenly? I had an uneasy feeling like I had missed time. I have a guy feeling that I was abducted and grabbed my phone just as they took me. They had me long enough my phone died. I was returned and my phone put on the charger just as I woke up. I didn't really believe this until I saw an actual UFO a few days later. Now I'm extremely nervous to be by myself now. I also have had a strange and small bruise on my right armpit.

UFOs use meteor shower to mask activity

Approximately at 0300 my girlfriend and I stepped outside to watch the meteor shower that we had heard about. When we noticed an orange cigar/triangular shaped object flying east. When we continued to watch the object it suddenly stopped and then vanished right before our eyes. I had never seen anything like it. As we continued to look at the sky we saw more objects as well as a vertical line of flashing lights with an orange as well as a blue craft parallel to the line. Other objects were suspected of being UFOs but we couldn’t determine for sure on these. Once we had seen the crafts I went and told my father who came out, and as he did another orange craft flew directly overhead once again heading east. By this time sunlight was beginning to over power the stars. When sunrise hit no stars could be observable, only 3 crafts, 2 orange, 1 blue.

We continued to observe until sunlight overpowered the lights from the crafts and the sunlight masked the objects. This is the first time I had ever seen anything like this. I will continue to observe the night sky more intensely.

Explosion of white light / star type object

On the date of May 12th, 2018, at approximately 8:45pm in Farmington, Missouri, I was standing outside in my yard with my son and family using a star gazing phone app to find stars and planets. At this time myself and 3 others noticed a huge flash of white lite light up the sky. The flash was like an explosion of white light as though a star had exploded. That’s when a craft that looked like a small star shot off from the flash at a speed and height I have never seen an aircraft travel. The speed was almost 100 times that of a normal passenger plane and the height in the sky it was at was almost in orbit. If it wasn’t for the bright explosion of white light I would have mistaken the craft for a satellite. The craft travelled north east at an astonishing speed and disappeared within seconds. I spoke to my friend about this who is has an impressive air force and civil aircraft background and he could not think of any known aircraft capeable of such performance and! was very interested. I’m not sure if this was an experimental craft or from another world but it was very impressive.

Quiet and slow moving triangle approached us and flew directly over our heads.

We live in Farmington on a few acres with very large old oak trees. It was about 8pm and we were letting our dog out when we spotted the aircraft. The thing that first caught our attention was that the craft at first seemed to be hovering.

As we watched, the aircraft began moving very slowly from north to south across our field of view. The craft had multiple lights. I first believed the aircraft to be a plane but could hear no sound and had too many lights for a normal plane.

As the aircraft moved across in front of us, I began to suspect it might be closer to us than first expected and at that point I thought it might be some sort of drone. I had a bright flashlight which I pointed at the object for a few seconds then decided that might not be a good idea in case it was a helicopter. Right after turning the light off the object began turning towards us. As it approached, I thought for sure it must be a helicopter based on the slow speed and low altitude, flying just above the old oak trees. As the object got very close to us you could hear a deep low humming sound but none of the normal "helicopter" sound. The object appeared triangular. The object approached until it was directly over us. The sound was still very quiet for an aircraft. I doubt that it could be heard more than a hundred feet away. It was moving at about the speed of a helicopter that seemed to be approaching for a landing but when directly over us turned to th! e north and flew off very slowly.

The object seemed to be flying at about 75 feet high. The appearance was similar to a stealth bomber and the size seemed to be about the size of an Apache helicopter. As we watched it fly away slowly the sound quickly faded, not able to hear it at all after it was maybe a block away.

I'm not sure what this was but it was nothing like anything I have seen before.

Bright white glowing orb spotted in Northern Sky of Farmington NH

The appearance of a very bright circular dot flying high in the Northern part of the sky occurred around 22:00 hours on the 24th of June 2017. My partner and I witnessed it together as a glowing circle of pure white light moving rapidly in a straight line from North to South. Its movement was very swift and steady with no sound at all.

There were no blinking lights or colors as with aircraft, just a very swift and steady movement that lasted for about 30 seconds before disappearing beyond our line of sight.

About 15 minutes later we observed normal aircraft with blinking lights and the sound of motors humming within the same area but not traveling at a ¼ of the speed that the previously-sighted craft had exhibited.

A yellow diamond shaped craft hovered over the main street near the traffic lights in Farmington, Maine. As it descended around 50 ft, a red diamond shape also appeared (Red light also believed to be part of said craft). The lights went on and off at separate times. Amazing!

It was plain as day, the light it gave off was very solid, unlike a street light, or a light from a drone.

It hovered (70 ft from the ground) for three to four minute (Wasn't counting, I was too astonished). It did a one eighty and slowly, but surely disappeared into the night sky. At my angle, the light slowly got smaller and smaller. It ascended at a 90 degree angle and was completely gone within a few moments.

If it wasn't for the wait in line to return an item at Wal-Mart, I would have missed this anomaly. Has anyone else seen anything similar?

I have a few more unexplained sightings that happened in the last 9 years. In all cases, My phone or kindle were dead, so I was never able to capture any of it on camera.

Large rod ufo moving toward St. Louis, Missouri, from Farmingtom, Missouri.

My fiance and I observed a rather large object traveling from the south heading north toward St. Louis, Missouri. This object looked like a rod UFO as seen in some rod UFO photos on the net.

There was no sound nor was there any lights or contrail. The object was moving pretty quickly and the sighting lasted for a minute or less.

This object looked like a series of squares with a core but the square shapes changed as they waved like that of a centipede's legs. I looked up possible photos of what we saw and I did find a photo that looks almost identical to our encounter.

I asked if anyone else had seen this on a social media sight and found that a lady and he grand daughter had observed it, too, while traveling North on Hwy. 67.

I find it strange that a sighting was reported in St. Louis approximately an hour later, which is sixty miles north of Farmington.

This was the strangest thing that I have ever seen.

Expanding triangle-shaped puff seen early morning

Early morning, November 24th, 2015, after taking pictures of the moon setting over Farmington Bay in Utah, I was walking back to my car when I noticed a very faint, what looked like a cloud puff in the sky. It was odd because there were no other clouds in that part of the sky. This was just a lone circle cloud, very faint, sitting above the mountains to the east of me. So faint that it would not have been noticeable to someone unless they were doing some observing of the sky that morning.

When I first noticed it I'm guessing it was approximately 30 degrees from horizon.

Because it was so faint to see I wasn't able to take video of it. Instead, I used my Nikon D90 to shoot long exposures at high ISO. I used the built-in sequencer to shoot 9 shots in a row for each sequence and I adjusted the exposure time somewhat between sequences.

Because I was finished shooting the moonset and was walking a few miles to get back to my car I wasn't very interested in exploring this very faint puff in the sky. But I decided to shoot a few shots and then look more closely at them when I got home. So, after the first 20 or so shots I started walking back to the car again. I walked for another 13 minutes before I paused to review the picture that I took on the screen on my camera. When I zoomed into my shots I noticed the three distinct puffs and then realized that this was something unusual.

I then set up to shoot as many shots as I could before the sun came up. This is why the latter shots look like the object has scattered more until the sun came up and washed it out completely.

You'll notice that the object seems to move at about the same speed as the stars around it which suggests that it must be a considerable distance from the earth.

I have no idea what this thing was. I admit, it doesn't look very much like a flying object but more like some kind of space weather anomaly. Not sure what to make of it.

Observed 2 yellowish/golden fireballs

At approx. 9:00 p.m I observed a dazzling and golden colored fireball traveling from south to north. To me it somewhat resembled a yellowish/golden street light. The object was traveling at about the distance of a low flying plane and at a slightly slower speed. I watched it for approx. 45 seconds/ to 1 minute, until it faded from sight.

Less than 5 minutes afterwards, I was gazing west and was surprised to see another fireball exactly like it and at about the same height. Distance from me appeared to be less than half a mile.

The fireball was traveling west to east, but I was only privileged to witness it for about 3 seconds. It abruptly vanished as if it had never been and all that remained to be seen was a patch of empty black sky. I waited for it to reappear. Perhaps in another part of the sky, but it never did.

I had spent the late afternoon, early evening, at my mom's house, with family, at Lake Timberline, Bonne Terre, MO. I would not attend the evening's fireworks display there, as I had a prior commitment to walk my friend's dog by 9pm (my friend was staying out of town that evening...he lives just west of Highway 67 in Farmington, MO). Because of my commitments, I was paying particular attention to the time. I left my mom's house for Farmington by just before 8:30 pm, heading north to my friend's house, and arriving at around 8:45pm. I took out his dog for a walk in the yard. We finished by 9:00 pm, and I remember hearing what certainly sounded like very large fireworks going off in the east, toward Farmington. I assumed it was their annual display. As the dog seemed increasing nervous at the sounds, I took her back in the house and left for my home in Farmington. I got on to Hwy 67 south, hung a left on Hwy H, headed east into Farmington. I continued to hear the "booming! " of what seemed to be Farmington's fireworks display, now behind me as I entered the city limits. There was some traffic that had passed on Hwy H heading west, and I was looking ahead at another oncoming vehicle, when just over the treetops appeared what I initially thought was a small plane. It is not uncommon to see small aircraft in this area as the pilots descend and make their way toward landing at the small Farmington airport. I suppose my immediate thought was that it could be dangerous perhaps for a small plane to be out, at this time on the July 4th holiday, so close to a large fireworks demonstration. The craft did not seem to be heading in a straight line, but sort of a "bee line" to the west-northwest. It took only seconds to realize that there were no flashing lights or beacon on this craft, it seemed very low, but very large, glowing brightly in an orange-red hue. I realized that this was unusual and I found my self startled. Quickly, I glanced! in my rear-view mirror, saw not traffic behind me. I slammed ! on the b rakes, and backed my car up twenty or thirty feet into the nearest drive, and parked, with my car facing north. I looked out my windshield and viewed the craft headed west. It seemed quite large, a fireball, with no discernible flashing lights, as with a plane or helicopter. I whipped out my cell phone and attempted to film the light. As soon as I got the recorder operating, I realized that filming through the windshield could interfere getting a "clean" recording, so I exited the vehicle quickly, with the phone in my right hand. I stood outside the car, between the open door and the car, leaning on the vehicle to steady my hand. The craft seemed to have moved further to the north of me, and as I filmed, it ceased to move, and hung in midair. I looked like Venus would appear in the night sky, but was as twice as bright as Venus, burning in that orange-red hue. While I watched and filmed, it seemed as though the craft appeared as a "V" shaped, but I cannot! be sure. After minutes, the object began to move due north, disappearing gradually from my line of sight. I recall stopping the camera record feature on the cell phone, and climbed back into my car. I was excited to see what I had filmed. I then realized that only ten seconds of video existed of this sighting, ending as I began to exit the vehicle, with no visual of the light I attempted to film from the windshield. I thought perhaps I "jostled" the phone upon exiting the car, but I cannot account for the fact that I remember stopping the camera record feature on my phone when the experience ended. Because there was no video to prove what I had seen, needless to say, I was extremely pissed off. I drove the rest of the way home, and explained to my waiting wife, what I had seen. I put a post on Facebook at about 9:34pm, asking if anyone else had seen this. Surprisingly, only a few responded, and some with skepticism. I was probably ranting at my wife for hours abo! ut this. How can tens of thousands of people be sitting outsid! e watchi ng the sky, and no one saw what I had seen? In retrospect, and this is purely speculation, I was left feeling that this object was responding to the fireworks in town, stopped within a short distance to observe, and then tracked slowly northward. I was extremely agitated after this experience, and in the following week, I would go outside around the same time of the evening to see if this craft would return, and I could get another chance at filming it.

My experience occurred on the night of Wednesday, 6/17/15. My youngest daughter and her fiance were staying with us from out of town that week, and they had gone out for the evening, leaving us with their dog, Mosby, a Yorkie. My wife and I had been watching television in our living room.

I noticed that it was 9:00 p.m. Central time, or getting close to the top of the hour. Keeping with my routine, we made our way to bed to settle in for the night. After quickly getting comfortable in bed, I heard Mosby bark. We called him, but he didn't come in to answer our call, so I climbed out of bed and saw him setting patiently at the front door, which indicated to me that he had to go out. I pulled off his "diaper" and hooked up his leash and took him outside so that he could take care of business. I recall the weather conditions seemed uncomfortably warm and humid that evening.

I began to look at nearby house and street lights and I thought that it looked unusually haze. I then at the sky, and noticed the moon and a few stars. The stars seemed evident, but they too were hazy because of weather conditions. I then looked nearly straight up over me. As I was looking up, I saw a flash of light. The duration was only a second, but since I was viewed it straight on and not out of the corner of my eye, I felt it was not a trick of the light caused by my eyesight or glasses.

The flash, or streak, seemed very bright, brighter than the moon, with the intensity of lightning or an electrical flash. It was silent. It would be difficult to say for sure that it was streaking, as it was so quick, but the flash seemed to indicate a movement to the north (it was almost directly above, perhaps a little to my east). The flash seemed defined in its edges, and not subject to the haziness of the other lights and heavenly bodies I had observed. While I did not get the impression that it was close to the ground, it seemed large...I would measure the width of the light by holding my hand straight out above me, with my arm extended fully and holding our my index finger...the flash was the width of the tip of my index finger.

The length of travel seemed to be half the length of that index finger. It was so fast, I questioned as to whether I actually had seen this. It did not seemed similar to any other meteor, comet, or natural object I have seen before. It did not resemble any man made object with which I am familiar. The flash seemed very similar to that of an object I watched for minutes back in the 1990's when I resided in Festus/Crystal city.

This object moved with intent, up, down, and sideways with great speed, hanging in the air near the ground, high in the air, until zipping off to the west with a flash...exactly like I witnessed most recently. Because of my previous sighting, I feel strongly that the object I viewed this month was not viewed as it had been in motion, but had been hanging directly above me, and zipped away as I looked upward in it's direction.

After the sighting that night, I could not arrive at a comfortable conclusion as to what I viewed, and I decided it best to take the dog back inside. Mosby had not acted out of the ordinary during this time. My trip outside lasted five to ten minutes, perhaps. I told my wife what I had seen, and we went to bed. I mentioned it to my daughter the next day.

Later in the afternoon on Thursday, she read the news article on Facebook from Fox 2 news regarding the Affton lights. While I found that video compelling, the only similarity between that incident and what I viewed was the time of occurrence.

4 UFO's OVER FARMINGTON, NM.

My friend and I were in my vehicle. I looked up into the sky towards the west where the sun is setting, toward some dark and grey clouds. I spotted 4 different "things" in the sky, they appeared to be black and circular. These crafts were hovering or flying together in the sky at nearly an identical speed, in formation. One craft was slightly further out than the others. The other 3 crafts formed a triangle in formation. All 4 crafts moved in the same direction, going further west.

Also, I will add, maybe 6 years ago, I've seen a previous craft take off at light speed, over my neighbors house here in Farmington, NM; I had no idea you could report UFO sightings online, otherwise I would have done it the instant it happened. The craft emitted a blue, purple, white, very very bright and brilliant colored hue when it left. The only way I knew it was there, is because I could feel the energy coming from the craft or whatever was inside.

I am a believer of extra-terrestrial intelligence.

I saw a strange light in the sky the turned from blue to white continuously and zigzagged like a snake.

I was taking out our puppy to go potty and I looked up in the sky and saw what looked like a star dropping straight down from the sky. It didn't go sideways like most shooting stars. Then immediately after seeing that, I saw what looked like a tiny star moving like a snake through the sky. The color gradually changed from blue to white, blue to white, continuously until it just disappeared after about 20 seconds. It looked further than any airplane could go, because the light looked smaller than the stars.

While watching the World Series between San Francisco and Kansas City, the boys were outside to see if their Grandpa needed help with anything, and they come back telling me about a light in the sky traveling southeast on Troy King Rd over the Farmington Airport without ANY sound or beacons flashing.

It's amazing just what-so-ever I was on the subject of crafts in the night skies of NW New Mexico. It traveled about 15 seconds ESE, then the bright Object traveling disappeared.

At approximately 10 p.m on July 27th, my partner and I saw a bright orange light move at a rapid speed across the sky heading north.

We watched the light disappear into the sky.

We went back inside for approximately 1 minute before we saw yet another light of the same color and speed perform the exact same movement.

There was no sound at all.

These were not aircraft, we see numerous aircraft as we are close to the airport.

Three horizontal bright white lights hovering in southwest sky at night

Had noticed a strange orb in the southwest for weeks.

Tonight while traveling home and during same time of each previous encounter something different happened. Looking up at the orb that was in southwest at approx 22 degrees from the earth I noticed the bright white light was closer and then turned into 3 different bright white lights side by side and appeared to be connected to the same single object.

The orb then slowly dropped straight downward and then stopped at approx 15 degrees. Then it dropped fast downward until it almost hit the earth and then shot off to the north quickly still hovering just above the ground.

We then lost sight of it into the trees.

Multiple lights moving in and out of formation

To the north above what seemed to be Bloomington from west to east were 9+ lighted object in a rainbow or arched pattern. The object were completely still for about 1-3 min and then started to slowly move in multiple directions. He objects wove in and out of formation a few times all while staying lit up the same way.

After all object had dispersed one object stayed behind and got EXTREMELY bright before taking off to the east following the other objects.

The total event time was over a period of 20+ min with what seemed to be a few stragglers hanging around for another 20.

And within another 30 min of this sighting we had noticed that ALL air traffic had completely ceased.

7 bright orange fireballs travelling easterly over Farmington

My husband first observed about 6-7 orange fireballs upon exiting the house and gazing easterly into the sky. He called to me to see the objects.

Within just a few seconds there were just three left. The three that remained appeared to be travelling north easterly and eventually disappeared in the cloud cover.

We then observed another directly over the house that appeared as if it might fall upon us. However, it continued in the same direction as the others, silently moving through the sky.

We often observe planes, however we also can hear them.

Orange lights would fade out but could still see the outline of some of the objects continuing on the same course.

Driving East on Grand River Ave and noticed a flash in the sky. What I saw was a teardrop shaped mass flying north.

Speed unknown and height was at least hundreds of feet in the air.

The shape was not a plane. Not sure if any blimps in the area. The shape of the object was very strange.

Three lights that formed a triangle moving across clear skies

Stepping out to retrieve my phone from my vehicle I happen to notice three lights moving north high in the sky. I figured them to be stars at first but quickly realized that stars do not move in this manner.

The three lights formed a triangle and were moving at the same speed keeping an equal distance away from each other. I observed the lights for a short period before they faded out all at the same time.

Huge Florescent Blue Orb Much Larger Than The Moon.

At approximately 11:00 p.m 5 Correction's Officers working B-Side Yard at Farmington Correctional Center witnessed a brilliant occurrence in the southern sky which they determined may have been Saint Elmo's Fire.

Storms were present earlier in the evening, but the sky was clear & stars were shining at the time of the sighting.

It began as a splendid florescent blue streak in a zig zag motion. Resembling a line like on a chart.

Then it produced a very huge (much larger than a full moon) florescent blue floating orb.

None of the 5 had ever seen anything like it. After much discussion on the topic that it may have been an ufo, one of the officers (a sailor) determined that it may have been St. Elmo's Fire. All agreed that it should be reported to NUFORC anyway.

As the wife of the Yard Sgt. I was elected to make this report.

Even though I did not see it. The 5 were to tired at the end of shift to report it themselves.

Huge fireball type object with humanoid object in the center

On the night of November 8th 2012 I was walking down a street in Farmington Missouri and I glanced up at the sky. This is when i noticed that in the north west sky there was a bright object. There was a building obstructing my view so I walked a little quicker to get around it and that is when I saw a huge fire ball type object sitting in sky silently maybe as low as 10 stories up. It looked like a mini sun that was just hovering there. The middle of the huge buring object however was black and I noticed it looked like something in the middle of it was moving. When I got a better look it realized that in the middle of this burning ball of light was what appeared to be the shape of a human only larger than any man that I have ever seen. I noticed the figure appeared to raise it's arms up then the fire around it started to get bigger and bigger and then it went from a still position to moving slowly away. Then It moved diagonally up and imploded on it's self! after making an enormous flash of light.

September 3, 2012 Sitting on my back patio tonight. Neighbors had been shooting fireworks in celebration of Labor Day holiday. Time was 9:50pm. Orange/amber orb appeared from nowhere approximately 200 ft. vertical above my backyard. I live in a very populated neighborhood; however, lots of farmland surrounding area. I first thought this was some sort of remnant from a firework and it appeared to be “on fire”. It was moving very, very slowly from the southeast sky toward the northern sky. It literally stopped overhead and hovered for approximately 1 minute and then continued on this northern direction, remaining perfectly horizontal to the ground at the same altitude it first approached. As I watched it glide across the sky, totally without sound, I kept trying to process what this could be. I even thought someone must have an awesome remote control toy, until it disappeared in the distance. During its flight, it would get brighter, then dimmer but was absolutely NOT an airplane or h! elicopter and no other lights or colors----just the steady glowing orange/amber color. I can only seem to describe it as what the sun against the night sky would look like, only much smaller form. As I was trying to explain this, another one appeared in the exact location as the first and mimicked the flight pattern exactly as the first, just as the first was almost out of sight range. I am not panicked about this….just extremely curious. Another side note, temperatures outside 80 degrees and zero wind. I am a very sane person…….this was VERY odd.

25-40 circular objects moving slowly/hovering at times in Farmington, Mn

I was outside talking to my neighbor, when she pointed to the sky and asked "what is that?" I look up and didn't see anything right away. After about 30 seconds I see 25-40 white circles appear in the sky. We continued talking and watching these objects for about 45 minutes. They were white moving slowly, almost hovering at times no sound. It appeared that they were rotating because they were white, then they would all appear metallic and then black and then they would all at the same time disappear and reappear shortly after either in the same spot or all in different location all at together. After about a 1/2 hour I got smart and had my youngest run in and get my oldest daughter and her boyfriend and their phone and Ipod. They ran down the street and tryed to take pictures and video but all that showed up were a couple of black dots. Not anything like we actually saw.

Bright flashing blinding white light, loud vibrating humming sound. No visual of anything but lights.

My sister was lying in her tent looking out of the screen tent window above her. Her and her husband were laying down talking and she saw a light that was so bright it touched the side of the roof. It made things white because it was so bright. A long vibrating sound protruded as it rose up and the lights flashed brightly. The birds sleeping in the trees were spooked and flew away from the noise and the lights.

Meanwhile, as they were lying in the tent outside I was inside the house in the living room closest to where there tent was outside and I was on the phone. I quickly saw a white flash of light around 1:15-1:30AM, and heard no noise, but I thought nothing of it until I spoke with my sister in the morning.

We live near a state troopers barracks and they do have helicopters, but we heard no blades churning or the usual noise of a helicopter, unless they had a stealth helicopter, perhaps?

We heard a swishing noise outside our tent. We looked to the south and saw a circle shape object with three white lights on the bottom of the craft.

The UFO was silver and shinning with a spinning motion. The UFO was around 2500 feet above the ground and moving to the north at a slow speed.

After the craft left strange lights were flashing in the area.

Red orb UFO sighting in Farmington, Minnesota. 06/18/2012

I walked out of my shop for a smoke at about 23:25 on june 18 2012. I looked up down the street and saw a red light in the sky thinking it was a flare. So I watched it for about a minute and noticed it wasn't falling or leaving a smoke trail like a flare would. I grabed my phone to record it thinking it was a bit odd and watched it move higher and higher. Then it ended up flying towards me and right over me until it was out of sight due the the roof blocking the view.

It looked like a red orb floating in the sky. More like a flare that didn't shimmer. It didn't have a single flashing light like all aircraft have. There was some cloud cover in the sky and this light was under the clouds. It didn't make a single noise as it flew over me. A plane flew by short after and the lights on it wasn't as bright as the UFO, the plane made noise, and was a bit slower as it flied by.

I didn't know what to make of this. I searched on google to see if there was a similar sighing and I found one that was exactly the same as mine. The only difference was that the other sighting had 3 UFO's and mine was only 1. I don't have any pictures, but like I said above, I made a video. The video quality wasn't nearly as good as seeing it in person but it was the only thing I could think of doing to capture it at the moment.

Mysterious light source traveling in many directions, then randomly disappears, but is still able to see an object wandering in the sky

I have seen a circular like object wandering in the sky.

I first assumed it was an airplane, but instead of a blinking light, this object had a constant light source.

Also, unlike an airplane this object did not have a constant travel path. It went in many directions.

Then, after approximately 3 minutes, the light source mysteriously disappeared. Even though the light disappeared, I was still able to see the minuscule black object moving around in the distance.

After 5 minutes I lost sight of the object. I am 100% positive this u.f.o was not a shooting star or an airplane.

Trangular shape with red base color and three yellow lights at points of triangle seen moving; no sound.

At about 9:15 p.m. (the Syracuse basketball game was almost over) my sister saw a lighted object float past the skylight in her living room in the town of Farmington, NY. She went to her sliding glass doors by her deck, saw it, and called me over. We saw a triangular shape in the sky that was moving slowly that was a bright base color of red that had three yellowish lights at each corner of the object. The lights were constant with no discernible pulsations nor was there any engine noise heard. It moved in a straight line, stopped a few times, appearing to shift slightly to the left and/or right while stopped. It then kept slowly moving and simply winked out after about four minutes of observation. It was cloudy that night so we could not tell if it disappeared into the clouds to create this slow winking out.

Soundless white light moving horizontally just above tree line

I was sitting on my front porch, looking out due west at the clear, starry sky. Straight ahead, I noticed a white light moving horizontally, from west to north, just above the tree line. I thought it odd that it was so low and close, yet I heard no noise.

My view was partially blocked by a few leafless trees, so I could not be sure if the light was steady or blinking. It moved with a steady velocity, neither slowing nor speeding up.

It was moving towards dense forest, and would soon be blocked from my vision, so I walked down my driveway to observe for as long as possible. I watched it until I could no longer see it.

Oddly enough, I did also see a shooting star just west of the light, while i was standing in my driveway. This was an interesting comparison to me, because what I'm reporting was definitely not a meteor.

I do live about 30 miles from an airport which use to be the site of an air force base and also about 10 miles from a smaller airport. I have seen every sort of aircraft imaginable, but nothing like this.

I do not consider myself a UFO buff, nor am I the type to seek out sightings or contact. I felt the need to report this because it was so odd, low, close and soundless.

Single reddish circle in the sky that wasn't jet nor satelitte

It's been nearly 2 years since I saw it, but after hearing your show on coast to coast I thought I would share my story. What surprised me was the mention of circle shaped objects that looked red or even like fire balls. I had no idea it was a common description of UFOs. What I saw that night was a circle shape that was reddish orange with a dull glow in the sky towards the east. It almost looked like a large planet glowing low and far in the sky, but then I noticed it was moving slowly. It could not have been an airliner because they have more than one light and usually have one blinking, and it clearly looked like a single large circle of light. I wondered if it might be a satellite, but it was too large to qualify as one. I was stumped. I've never witnessed anything quite like it. I watched it for about five minutes as it slowly drifted away eastwards.

Weather ballon spotted over Farmington, New Mexico by many people.

At 7:05 p.m. on September 8, 2011, we were coming out of a Walgreens Pharmacy in Farmington, New Mexico when we noticed a large shiney object in the northeast sky.

We had 5 people including myself in our party. There were others coming out of the Walgreens that saw the object and watched it as well. We all made comments as to whether it was a planet or a ballooon. The object did not appear to move at all or moved very slowly.

The next day, NASA arrived at the Farmington Airport and rented 4 wheel drive vechicles to go and retrieve a weather balloon. I do not believe this was anything other than a weather balloon but I wanted to file this report in case others saw this as well. Weather balloon launches are very common in that area. Also, I doubt NASA would make a big deal or even comment on a weather balloon if it were anything else.

Hovering stationary sphere over field. Seen on two separate days.

I was driving truck during harvest season of 2011 in Farmington, Washington (State). This sphere appeared one day just outside town above a field. Think one of those balls they put on powerlines in some places, but there are no lines up where this was.

It must have been a few hundred feet in the air. The sun catching the top of it, shadow on the bottom side. Must have stayed there, without swaying like a balloon would, plus no wire, perfectly still.

At least an hour went by and it was gone when I glanced over again. I was sitting in a field sitting stable this whole time.

The pic I have here is from a few days later when it showed up again. I do not know how to work image software to clean it up, maybe someone could take a look? Uploaded image is raw and unaltered from the day I took it.

It appeared to me to be rust reddish in color, I could see some faint detail on the part that was catching the sun, zooming in on this image in Windows image viewer shows how the top half is catching sun on the top and shading the bottom.

An oval-shaped yellow light emitting an odd electronic sound hovered about 100 feet off the ground 3/4 of a mile away from me and left.

I was sitting in my bed trying to get asleep, when I heard this sound that I can’t describe. It was coming from outside my bedroom window I could tell. I was curious so I sat up and looked out my window. I lived in circle of townhouses at the time and my bedroom window was facing the center. There was a swampy pond in the middle.

Out in the distance I saw past the swamp an oval-shaped yellow-white shape with a yellow outlining. It was probably ¾ of a mile away from my house. The sound it emitted was a kind of electronic, hovering sound that was low-pitched. It stayed there for about three minutes, and then it took off with staggering speed and strange motion to the upper right.

A bright light was seen very close to my property behind a stand of poplars, staying on for 30 seconds and then suddenly going off.

At 1:21 am May 21, 2011 I was getting ready for bed. I noticed a back porch light on and flipped a switch near the window of my upstairs window to turn it off.

Just then, I noticed a very bright light on the other side of a stand of Poplar trees to the east of our property and very close to our house. The trees were blocking my vision so all I could see was the light. I have never seen anything like it. The light appeared to be coming from something very close.

We live in the foothills along the Wasatch Front in Davis County, Utah. We are on the north edge of a gully on a ridge that drops several hundred feet.

The light seemed to be coming from something hovering like a helicopter with its search lights on just to the east of our property. It was not high in the sky, nor was it on the ground. I thought at first that it may be a truck on the service road that hugs the mountainside with its headlights turned west in my direction but the light was much brighter than what light would filter across the gully at such a distance. It was like a spotlight had been turned on. A huge spotlight, big enough to produce a light that fill! ed the neighbor's yard.

I heard no loud sound like a helicopter would make, although the windows were closed. Suddenly the light went out. This whole thing lasted about 30 seconds.

I moved to the next room where there is a huge window facing south east and overlooking the mountains. Along the "bench" or base of the mountains there are power lines connected to towers strung out across the mountain from north to south for miles in each direction. On this bench I saw a pillar of light as if a power line tower was suddenly aflame although the light was white-yellow and not orange like a fire. Other lights flashed close to this pillar, possibly emergency vehicles for these lights were much fainter than the original light and in whites and reds and they moved like cars would.

In seconds, the pillar of light seemed to pop and then all the power went out.

I immediately called the police. The 911 dispatcher told me that "they are taking care of it." The power stayed out for 2 hours.

I heard a helicopter about 15 minutes later.

The next morning I posted a comment on Facebook. Several of my friends responded. One said, "OK so strange! I totally saw a flash of light then we lost power. And one of our satelite recievers will not work. Hmmmm"

Another said, "I was up watching tv when the power went out.. It was weird that it took so long to come back on. Usually it comes back on in 1 hr... But no I didn't see the light!"

The object was at altitude could estimate around 500-2500 ft. plane that was in front of it but landing at local airport. The “craft” dropped down off a star. The “craft” emitted a bright light and turned off. I looked around for it and said “where are you” the craft emitted smaller lights that looked like dancing around the sky at the same altitude for couple of minutes and stopped and turned lights off. Repeated “where are you” the crafts lights up and starts to make shapes in the sky. First were a square, rectangle, and a three face pyramid and held position over south side of Farmington.

I tried to take a photo of it but cell phone turned off cause of magnetic field (housing neither lights not affected nor cars). The last shape created was a SOLID METALLIC DIAMOND near me the street light reflected off it and disappeared over my head. Immediately following the craft leaving the animals in the area near me went nuts parking meowing like crazy.

Triangular Craft spotted in CT.

While driving south down a 2 lane highway, noticed an object in the sky moving towards me. I thought it was a passenger plane heading to Bradley Airport but it seemed low to be this far away if coming in for a landing. I turned left on to RT 4 keeping an eye out for the craft. I saw it coming towards me, now to my right. I pulled my truck off the road and rolled down my window sticking my head out. It passed directly over me at a constant rather slow speed - it was now on the left side of the truck. I listened hard for a sound of engines. None detected. I could make out a triangular shape, although the rear corners of the wings (or whatever) had a radius - not sharp angles. Craft was the width of my fingers held 2 - 3 inches wide at arms length. There were 3 rather large square white lights, or illuminations, down the bottom center of the craft. This seemed unusual to me. There were two white strobes flashing on each side of the craft - seemed so! rt of standard for aircraft. This may have been a secret military craft. It flew a constant, straight path towards the north. I do not feel it was alien in nature. It did nothing remarkable.

Last November, I saw a black craft just above a tree in my backyard. I live in town and our sky is dark gray at night, so the craft was visible to me. Even though it made no sound and it had no lights.

It was the size of a large van or small bus. It was blimped shaped sort of, but was not a blimp.

Please do not discount me for saying it appeared almost alive. The back end was wadded & what frightened me the most, was that it had a flexible and moving feeler type object hanging underneath. I promise that I am being truthful. The craft scared me sick. There was something very wrong about it. It did not belong. I was awe~struck for approx. 30 seconds. It was just passing over my roof in a southern direction, when I ran in the house to try to get my husband to come and see it. When I went back outside on the patio it was gone. At the slow speed it was flying it could not have vanished from my range of view that quickly. I only took my eyes off it for about 20 seconds. I wasn't going to ever report it, but only the other night a neighbor on the street behind us saw the same craft. I never spoke of what I saw to anyone in this town. So I know he saw what he saw and that his fear of it was as upsetting and justified as mine.

I would also like to add that on seveal occasions during the past year low flying fighter jets, have roared swiftly overhead. Horrifying sound. I don't ! believe they are suppose to have practice drills over residental areas. The first F16 we saw & couldn't help but hear, dipped and soared above our town on the same day that New Yorkers saw & heard the F16s flying over the Statue Of Liberty. Last year. I never believed the explanation that made the news. Something else was going on that day. Perhaps what I saw was a government probe spying on people, or a craft being manned by drug smugglers from Canada, ballsy Russians or Chinese spying on our country or even a craft not of this world. Who knows. All I know is that it frightened me to death & I do not trust my government enough to leave my name.

Strange saucer like object with red flashing lights decending slowly from moon

At 9:45pm in Farmington New Mexico a UFO was seen, first, above and slightly to the right of the moon. Then disappeared and reappeared at the bottom left side of the moon. As we watched, it slowly started moving downward. At a closer look you could see flashing red lights moving in a circular motion horizontally. After a few minutes the object started to fade and eventually disappeared.

When it was first noticed, it looked as if the light from the moon was being reflected off of the object. It's shape was not very distinct, but appeared flat and round. We have recently been interested by this subject and are not sure if this has played a role in our sighting. Whether it was actually seen or just a hallucination is not determined between us but we both witnessed and described matching details to each other.

Night Visitations?

My husband and I woke up at 7 am and he looked at me and asked if I was okay. I told him "yeah, why?" and he proceeded to tell me that something happened the night before. He knew that I have had at least 10-15 horrible nightmares about alien abduction since I was a child (I am 32 now and have been having these dreams since I was 6-7 years old). He didn't want to tell me, but he told me to make sure I was okay and to go to the bathroom and take a shower and look over myself. He was really upsetting me, I refused to go and look until he told me what was going on, and finally he told me that he had a "dream" that he woke up and something was holding him down and he saw something "weird". I told him it was just a dream and sleep paralysis. My husband is/was more of a skeptic regarding aliens and the conspiracy theories than I ever have been. And he then said "no, you don't understand, I don't have sleep issues, and I know what I saw". He went on to explai! n that first he heard what sounded like shuffling around the bed. The lights were off, but due to ambient light from a distant bathroom nightlight, he could see small shadows when he moved his eyes down as far as he could. He said his first thought was to wake me up, and he couldn't move and he couldn't make any noise to wake me. He said "all I could do was move my eyes around, I couldn't talk or move or anything, it was scary as hell". He said finally he was able to move his head down a little and when he did he said there was something the size of our son standing right beside the bed kind of "looking" at him. He said when his head moved, this "something" jumped back a little, like it was surprised. He said he then felt like something larger was in the doorway of our bedroom and he heard shuffling again like what ever it was, it was going away from the bed, and he fell asleep. To let you know, our son was, at that time, had just turned 7 years old and was about 3'3! " - 3'5" tall. He said that he knew there was more than one o! f these things in the room and, again, it was "like something bigger was in the doorway" he said to me. I do not recall anything that happened that evening whatsoever. But my husband was so intent, he even bought a black light to inspect the carpet around the bed and got on his hands and knees to find anything that would prove it to me. The strangest part of this was that we switched sides of the bed that evening for the first time in 7 years, because I told him "I just want to sleep here". I had no real reason why and I haven't done that since.

As a side note, my husband is not the only person who has told me this has happened to them while I was in the room with them, sleeping. My father also explained to me that a few times in 1979, when I was a couple of months old, that "demons came out", held him down to where he couldn't speak or move. He blamed it on my mother, now his ex-wife. He said that once he was divorced from her, the "demons quit visiting the house." When they were divorced, I moved with my mother. He told me that he remembered these "demons" holding him down a lot from 1979-1983 - 1983 being the year my mother left him. My mother collaborated this story when I asked her. I asked her if anything odd ever happened in her sleep when i was a baby / kid. She said sometimes she would wake up scared and unable to talk but that it was just "night terrors". My father told me this because he was trying to convince me that my mother was evil (bad divorce, even still today), and I personally and directly! asked my mom if she ever had anything weird happen to her while she was asleep around me.

Another time in 1994, my best friend was staying the night with me and claimed to be held down in her sleep. She said she couldn't see me or hear me but I must have "drugged" her because the room was bright white, and she couldn't move or talk. She was extremely upset because of how scared she was, and continually blamed me. We were not friends after this because she truly believed I drugged her with something.

My ex-fiance also claimed that he was "so sick" he couldn't get up in the middle of the night - (we were both fighting a cold at the time). He said "I couldn't move or talk or nothing and it was like something was holding me down". He also said that when he could finally move that he got up to tell me about it, but I was not there in the house. He said that I must have got up in the middle of the night to party. But when he woke up the next morning, he said I was back in bed with him. He even asked me what time I got back in that morning. I did not leave and we fought about that.

I do have dreams about abduction, they are very vivid and I can recall a lot about my dreams; however, I do not recall these dreams on the nights that I can remember that my husband, friend, and ex-fiance told me they were held down. The details and information in these dreams are extremely odd to me - such as the texture of skin when they are holding my hand, a difference in feeling light/heavy, and information given to me. The dreams have been nightmarish in nature because it's generally scary seeing these things, but things that happen in the dream are really not so bad. Only once was the dream a complete, horrific nightmare and oddly enough, the aliens in that dream were different than the other dreams. Is there any explanation for this??

There was a skinny disk with a very bright sphere of light coming from it. You can see clearly that the light was in a circle form and it was white. The disk started to slowly rise making the light get wider and less bright until the disk completly dissapeared. After the disk dissapeared there was still some light which slowly faded away.

Swirling, white orbs flying in random patters over Farmington Missouri.

At about 9:20 P.M CST, my fiancee and I witnessed as little as 2 and as many as 7 flying lights making what appeared to be completely random swirling patterns in the sky over highway 67 in Farmington Missouri. Objects were flying very fast, and in a very fluid-like motion. There was no sound. The sky was overcast and so the objects seemed to disappear and come back again at times. One of the lights was brighter than the rest. All the objects were bright white orbs. The objects did not flash, and maintained a bright, white color. I watched the objects for approximately 10 minutes before they completely vanished very quickly, one at a time.

Nighttime rendevous turns into a UFO sighting

I was with my boyfriend sitting in his car in a field. We were in the backseat of his car when I noticed a strange light come from outside. I sat up and opened the door against my boyfriends wishes, he wanted to continue or little rendevous. So I looked out and a bright light flashed in the sky again. At first I thought it was an airplane, but it was such an odd shape and color. It was diamond shaped with a pointed front in back, or so it looked and it emitted a silvery glow. It last for about 30 seconds and disappeared.

UFO Sighting - Outside Farmington Missouri.

My 9-year-old daughter and I were standing outside waiting for the bus. We live in a very rural place with much farmland (right at 15 minutes outside of Farmington Missouri (south west)). Our lot is 5 acres and we have dogs, cats, horses and cows on the surrounding farmland.

It was right at 6:30 am and it was still pretty dark here. I saw what I thought to be a very bright star in the North East sky. And it was not twinkling, however it seemed to get larger and larger. It was very quiet here and we could not hear anything at all.

When I noticed for certain it was getting larger I just figured it was an airliner going southwest towards us. My daughter and I just watched it for about 2 more minutes and when it started to get closer and closer, I could see how low it was and got scared.

My daughter and I then went under the nearest tree and I tried to hide her under me a bit. The aircraft was in full view the entire time and it came right over us. The light on the front was a very large bright white light, just one light in front that we could tell. The light was too bright to be able to see the topside of the craft.

When it went right over us at about 100 feet, the horses and cows and dogs went crazy and started making loud sounds. The lights on the side were blue and there were 5-8 of these small blue lights on the left and right side (underneath). The object was triangle in shape and never made a sound.

It did not seem to interfere with the trees at all, though it was right above the tree line (approximately 75-100 feet high). There was no wind or anything else emitted from the object. When it passed over it was going rather slow. It seemed to slow down a bit going over the farmland right across from the road. I could not say how fast; however my daughter and I were able to tell what the underneath looked like.

The color of the craft was mainly gray-scale and was not what you see in movies at all - meaning it was not all flat and perfect. It had what looked like ridges and mechanical wiring, etc... It was not a shiny object.

After it passed I quickly moved to the right of the tree so I could see the backend of the object and it had red lights on the back end, though I could not say how many lights were on the craft - definitely more than 5 and they were small.

Then the craft just took off very fast on the same heading. Soon after the animals got quiet and nothing else followed.

Of course I came inside as soon as possible and did not wait to see if there were any to follow, either. I will be honest and say that I did not believe before I saw this in the sky. I did ask my daughter what she thought that was in the sky, and she said she did not know but thought it was strange because it did not make a sound and the animals did not like it.

I had her explain it to my husband and as she was explaining it, not one detail was different from what I experienced.

I looked up some military aircrafts online to see if perhaps it was on of them. The closest I could find was the stealth bomber, however this was still quite a bit different from what we saw. Differences between the stealth and the object we saw were the underside was different, the lights were not the same and no sound came from the object we saw. They were very similar in shape, however the craft we saw was a perfect triangle from underneath.

She stated that between 7:30 at dusk a family friend of my sister stated that she reported seeing a reddish round circular object with four other objects moving in the air. Then she said that something was coming out of the bottom and it was large. She stated that she never saw anything like it before. She stated that between 7:30 at dusk between Farmington, and Kirtland, New Mexico. She said over seven people were looking up into the sky watching these strange objects. She stated that suddenly the military appreared, which is strange since this community has no military bases or operations in the area other than one small guard unit. Trucks and jets began swarming the area. She stated she had never in her life seen anything like this in the air. My sister's friend said that her son took pictures and video/DVD of the incident.

Strange triangular object gliding across the sky in Farmington Michigan.

I was gazing out my window when i noticed a bright light approaching. I was thinking to myself, "Thats going way to slow to be a jet." I went out onto my patio and watched it approach. As it was coming, no sound was heard. It was not to high as it approached, it was rather low. 5000-6000 feet maybe. As it was directly over me it was triangular shaped with what looked to be two jets off of the back. There were white beacon lights on each edge of the triangular shape. As it went over, it was completely silent. I knew it wasnt a jet because of its speed. It was going slow, almost hovering. Then, it was right in the path of an oncoming jet plane, luckily it did move out of the way. Then, it picked up speed and made a southeasterly turn and picked up speed, then it went out of sight. I never did hear any sound from that triangular craft. It was chilling. I know what i saw was a UFO.

Brilliant White Object Parallels the southern horizon.

A Brilliant white object parallel the bluffs along the southern edge of Farmington, NM. The object made no sound nor did it leave a streak. It moved very fast and traveled from the western horizon to the eastern horizon. It seemed to be as low as the aircrafts in the area. Four Corners Regional Airport was north of where the object was seen.

There was an aircraft in the area, it was flashing red and blue lights. The aircraft seemed to be higher than the object. The aircraft was making an apporach to the airport.

There was another witness along with myself.

The coordinates of the sighting was N36 degrees, 43.859 min & W 108 Degrees, 14.616 mins.

a bright lights traveling very fast with a green tail that exploded into four lights!

there was one bright light traveling at a high rate of speed heading northeast the light split into 2 lights then split into four lights all the same size. There was a green tail behind the lights.There was like an explosion but there was no fire and nothing fell it all stayed the same distance apart and thats when it split into four lights. according to the GPS we were located at N 36 degrees and 44.963 and w 108 degrees at 10.466. our degree of view was approximately 45 degrees. We contacted the flight tower in Farmington, NM right after the event and there were no dispruptions and he didnt really take us seriously. we would have reported the event sooner but we just found this website. We checked the news to see what it was but all they said it was possibly a meteor or part of the spacestation. We want an explanation as to what we saw, so if there is any information about this sighting and what it was we would like to know. How come no one has any photos I thought new mexico has some high tech stuff that tracks stuff in the sky.

Blue and Purple Fireball with noise sighted

On a clear, Saturday night, me and my sister witnessed 2 different colored fireballs that had a "light hissing sound". At around 10:00 PM on that Saturday night, I was looking out my window in the night sky searching for the space shuttle "Atlantis", when I noticed right where I was staring a bright blue fireball emmiting "sparks" and a light hissing sound. Astonished by what I had just witnessed, I jetted downstairs into my living room to explain to my sister what I had seen in full detail. I excited my sister greatly, so much, that she decided to search for what she thought, were 'shooting stars'. Now, I personally didn't think that it was a shooting star, and if it was, it must have been a heck of a bolide. So I took a shower after that, and when I finished, my sister told me that she saw a purple one. I am not sure if this is true, since she is young, and has an imagination, but she does not often lie. This spectacle amazed me to the point in which I'll never forget.

Brilliant green flash sighted

On a Thursday evening on August 24th, I was laying in bed, observing the late night commute out of my bedroom window (looking at cars at night settles me down before I go to bed). As I was observing the late night streets (at the time it was about 10:00 pm) i noticed an extremely bright green flash that occupied the entire sky for about a split second, brighter than lightning.

I was slightly horrified and scared by what I had just seen.

I thought it was a mere hallucination, until I told my friend at the bus stop about a week later, and he said that he had seen it as well.

These flashes seem to go on regularly around my area for some strange reason in which I don't know, but no flash was as bright as I had just seen.

Explanation for 8/24/06 Flash (*please do not post, this is not a report*)

Dear NUFORC, As I looked into the bright green flash event that illuminated the sky on August 24, 2006, I discovered one possible explanation for the event others that live near me wittnessed as well. One day, while speaking with my father about the event, he had said he saw the same phenomena. We talked about it, and past "green flash" events, and traced it back to an air-fuel making plant located in Rosemount, MN, which emits such flashes at times.

Rosemount is about 5 miles North East of my location, and where me and a friend witnessed the same event as well.

Once also, there was a powerfull explosion that came from the plant around five years ago, which illuminated the entire night sky to the point that it was seen from Eagan, MN, which is an estimated seven miles from the plant. Now I cannot fully include that this is the cause of the flash, but that is what I am now assuming the cause is.

aproxamitally 7:30pm in Farmington, NM trying to capture a picture of mars and captured a picture of what appears to be a round ufo

We were looking at Mars through our telescope when one of the neighbor kids took my digital camara and tried to get a picture of Mars for extra credit for school.

What was captured was what looks a ufo. The object is smalller at the top then comes down, tapers out then is round on the bottom..

After pulling the image off of our computer, there are distinctive white or amber lights going around the top then a blue light around the bottom. We never saw it with the naked eye..

We also captured what appears to be a satalite then another object that we are not sure of at all.

The digital camara picked up many many stars. It is amazing.

Farmington Utah bright white light with blue in the middle in the shape of fixed wing aircraft flying Southwest to Northeast.

I saw what looked like the shape of medium sized fixed wing aircraft. The light from the craft was very bright. There was bright white light on both sides. Like the light given off from an arc welder, but it was not obscure.

It was very clear intense light. In the center the object appeared to be bigger, as the light appeared to be in a cluster. It was very clear and intense, but it was blue in color.

I picked the object up in the south southwest sky over Farmington. It was traveling North Northeast towards the mountain. I stepped away from my truck and followed the object over head where I saw the below view. I could only see white light from the bottom. Following from behind the object was a tail in the shape of a cone. The large portion of the cone attached to the object and the point at the end. The cone appeared to be whit light also, but it was not as intense as the light emmiting from the front of the object. There did not appear to be any turbulance in the cone, like it was a jet engine. The object made no noise at all.

speculate that it was approximatly 100 to 150 feet over my head. I lost the object as it went behind my home. My first assumption was that it would crash into the mountain just to the north of my home. I stopped to listen for any sounds of impact, but heard none. When I was able to run throuh the whole scenario again when I came home from work, I realized that I should have been able to see the object come out from the roof on the house, as the path that the object was traveling would have brought it into view again. I surmise that the object made a turn staight East while the house blocked my view and went up the canyon and over the mountain. The speed that the object was traveling was about the speed of a plane that was gliding without any propulsion. This is the most facinating thing that I have ever seen. Is there any other sightings that match this event?

It looked like a star, but then started moving, it zig zagged and went back the other way. We watched it for five minutes.

At first it looked like a star, then it started moving. It moved very fast, then slowed down and turned around and kept going slow and zig zagged and went back the other way. It would go so far or turn in a way that we would lose it and then all of a sudden it would be back. It stopped and then moved halfway across the sky. It really did some unusual moves. After five minutes it disappeared.

fireball came out of northern sky toward the south and vanished

it was a clear starlit night. i was out looking at comet neat in the western sky. all of sudden a fireball or meteor appeared from my right the northern sky at 45 degrees and traveled horizontally to the south and disappeared. i already had my binoculars focused in that direction and had an instant to look at it before it vanished. it looked like a red fireball and it left a quick shower of burning red debris in its tail.

We were Ice skating at about 8:30pm. We paused for a second and noticed 3 Lights, white, red and white flashing about every second. In a rotating pattern. It seemed to be in a circle but we coulden't see the outline of the craft. No sound at all. Moving about as fast as a small air plane. It moved In an irratic curved path across the sky.

Object moved slowly and extremely fast seemingly at will, object lit sky up a flourescent green "brighter than day", object left trails

This is the first time anything so strange has happened to me. I was out walking my dogs in the back yard, when, as I looked toward the treetops, a huge, intensely colored neon-green sphere was slowly rising. Once it got above the tops of the trees, and was completely visible, it quickly shot upward even more, and within a matter of seconds had moved from one side of the sky to the opposite, leaving behind it a distinct crackling sound, much as a jet leaves a sound trail. For the duration of these happenings, the entire sky lit up neon green, and was, as I describe, brighter than day. I could see everything, and given the circumstances, thought we were being bombed. Once everything was back to normal, and the object was no longer visible, I could see flickering trails that were the same color as the UFO disappearing almost as quickly as they were able to be seen. This all happened within a matter of seconds, but everything remains so clear in my mind. As I went back inside to tell my family, there had been reports of transformers blowing around the county, and a wire down on a nearby street. These events seem peculiar to me, and though there could be some rational explanation, I am very skeptical. I know what I saw, and I've never seen or heard of anything that comes close to being like it, especially not the fact that the entire sky was brightened even past the normal daylight we are all accustomed to. I leave it up to the readers of my "sighting" to come up with a logical explanation to this, whether it was something "explanable" or in fact a UFO.

Small light seen zig-zagging over West Virginia camp

I was standing outide waiting for the next event on the shcedule of our summer camp when I turned my head upward. I saw a single, strange, white point of light zig-zagging across the sky. I followed it with my eyes as it zig-zagged. It flew behind a small tree and back into view on the other side. After a few more seconds of zig-zagging, it stoppedfor a second anm then shot off like a bullet, looking just like a strike of lighting blasting thruogh the atmosphere.

lg green fireball!

My husband, daughter, and I werereturning home from Grand Junction, Colorado over Red Mountain Pass when we saw a huge greenish ball in the sky. It was not a meteor and gave the snow a greenish cast. It went behind Engineers Peak after travelling slowly to the southeast. I was so shocked I'm not sure of the duration of the sighting, but I do know that we saw no flames, etc. coming off of it
