2 synchronized orbs, moving slowly across the sky, shifting colors, no photographic evidence.

We were driving near Soulcycle of Westport when I saw the lights. It was very odd, going diagonally across the night sky. The two orbs almost seemed to be pulsing, like white...red...yellow...green...all with a hint of white color to it. Dad was driving, but the rest of us did notice it. They stayed moving, doing that odd pulse. They disappeared behind a number of trees, and then when the sky was visible again, the lights were gone. My sister also saw a strange light, but she will file her own report.

Bright orange orb flying a defined flight path with no sound.

Shelry is a chemist, biologist, and holistic nutritionist and I have a degree in physics, electrical engineering and a former privite pilot. Object was an orange / red orb changing shape. Approximately 500' away at an altitude of 300'. It flew slow with no sound then stopped and hovered for about a minute then proceeded to fly quickly to the north toward a what appeared to be a star and faded away. The second one just apperared then flew a similar flight path as the first then also faded away into a second star. See our attached videos

Unusual path and abrupt changes of direction by a star-like object in the sky

On Sunday, May 2 at around 8:45 PM I was outside on the deck of my significant other's house in Westport, CT with a group of 6 people when I casually looked up to the sky at the Big Dipper. I saw what, at first, appeared to be a star / plane-like object (yellowish-orange in color) moving fairly normally downwards in the sky near the 2nd star of the Big Dipper handle at roughly commercial airplane altitude. But then, a few seconds later, what caught my eye was that this object performed a sudden - albeit slight - turn in direction (no more than 30 degrees). It wasn't a gradual, arc-like turn but rather a pretty sudden turn on a point in the sky. A couple seconds later, it repeated a similar turn on another point in the sky. 4-5 such turns were made within the span of 15-20 seconds so that after that time the object had completely changed its direction and was now heading upwards in the sky on the other side of the same star of the Dipper...and then it (g! radually) disappeared. From a physics standpoint, it was as if something had entered the atmosphere, took this unusual path, and then exited the atmosphere. I am 43 years old and I had never seen anything like this before. It became obvious that it was neither a plane nor a meteor. I thought that it could, perhaps, be some kind of satellite capable of making such sudden turns...but I later discovered that such motion was impossible for satellites as well (unless something catastrophic was happening with the satellite). Just when I thought I'd seen a one-time unusual event...about 5 minutes later I see a similar yellowish-orange object appear just outside the the far side of the Big Dipper pan and slowly making its way under the pan and towards the handle. This time, I quickly called attention to the object to both my girlfriend and another guest at the gathering (he was about 60 years old) and they both confirmed that the strange object was neither a plane nor a meteo! r. The object continued on its trajectory across that part of! the sky making a gradual arc (straighter than the first) in that part of the sky until it had passed the Big Dipper handle. It then gradually disappeared afterwards. This object's somewhat erratic path lasted 30-45 seconds.

Two circular, rim lights blinking and one irregular lower altitude black amorphous

My wife and I were out in the back-yard laying on lounge chairs, looking up at a passing plane and discussing what causes contrails, when she pointed out another object in the sky. It was around 6PM and the sky was completely clear, good light. This other object was flashing, but not moving, from what we could tell. It appeared to be circular or slightly oval, with 3 or 4 lights on the outer edges evenly spaced, again, flashing maybe once every couple of seconds (Not sure, didn’t think to time it.) These lights were very bright, bright to the point that when they were on, the object became somewhat of a bright smear in the sky. When they were off, you could see faintly that the shape was roughly circular. The contrail of the plane that had just passed (going north) was still visible. The blinking object appeared to be at around the same altitude as the contrail, although, I am no pro at determining such a thing.

So, what do you do when confronted with something like this? Well, you look for more like it of course. We scanned the sky and didn’t see any other similar objects. However, coming from the north going south and close to us, maybe 1000ft up we saw a moving black object. It was an irregular shape and it seemed to change shape as it moved which made us wonder if it was some sort of deflating balloon that had been released. However, it was moving at a pretty steady speed and there really wasn’t much wind. I don’t know how big this thing was and will leave it at that for now because my gut tells me it was unrelated and probably some normal thing.

The first object had moved east while we watched the black thing. It had to have moved relatively far because it was noticeably smaller. Then we noticed an object identical to this one coming in from the north, apparently moving in the direction of the first object. By this time, it looked like the first object had stopped moving again, but I could be wrong about that. Hard to tell from that distance/angle. The similar object was clearly on an intersecting path and soon the two met and then from that point on you couldn’t differentiate between them and they slowly faded out.

I can’t say much about the speed of the first object because we didn’t see it move to the other location. However, the object that “caught up” with it was moving fast. We are under a major flight path, see planes passing all the time. The second object was moving as fast as or faster than the planes we see passing by. In that moment I thought it was faster, possibly much faster, only because we had just seen a plane pass by and I think memory of that influenced my analysis. But who knows, really? At times like that you’re not exactly thinking about making accurate measurements.

Of course, I did not have my phone, having left it in my office, but even if I had my phone, I doubt the pictures would have given much because of the altitude of the objects. For the black object maybe, it would have helped because that was closer, but again, I think that was something likely to have a down to earth explanation.

I shared this information with my daughters and they had nothing productive to say, so I gave up on telling anyone else until now.

Fireballs flying across sky then burned out.

My fiance and myself went to the westport marina to watch the fireworks at approximately 10 pm on july 4th 2019 when we noticed a ball on fire floating across the sky, but spinning it would burn out after a few minutes but stay solid black flying like it had a purpose towards the ocean towards ocean shores then after it was almost out of view we noticed two more following the first one doing exactly the same thing making absolutely no noise. It wasn't fireworks I'm sure. An older army vet next to us witnessed this too he said he never saw anything like that in his life he said it didn't look military or like a drone.

Green fluorescent sphere over Saugatuck River.

While driving on I-95 South last night at 9:40 pm, I observed a fluorescent green sphere traveling up the Saugatuck River at a slow rate of speed.

The object descended as it made its way toward I-95, then appeared to disappear from sight as it approached the rooftops of the houses that are located on the riverbank.

3 steady white lights brightness and size of stars in triangle shape observed 30 degrees above horizon in east going east.

Spacing between lights approximately 1-1.5 full moons.

Horseneck State Reservation camping by firepit and noticed bright orange orb hovering at about 45º East. The orb hovered a couple of minutes then disappeared. About a minute later the orb reappeared I immediately got my binoculars and sighted the orb...to my surprise a disc appeared with bright orange lights along its circumference. The disc wobbled and then faded upwards off into thin air!

9 silent oval red lights all passed on similar trajectory from west to east then each "disappeared" at low altitude

9 silent oval red lights all passed on a similar trajectory from west to east at low altitude. Why a UFO? They were silent, emitting no noise at low altitude, estimated at 2000 to 5000 feet. Also, they "materialized" in same area of the sky, (45 degress on horizon looking west) then flew over us. They all then de-materialized at about 45 degrees looking east. They were a hazy reddish color, oval shaped.

Flew mostly in a straight line following each other although they were spaced differently apart. Moved faster than a plane or jet.

Orange fireball that hovered sunk and reemerged headed from west to east, 90 degree turn, headed north for approximately 1/4 of 1 mile. The Orange glow went completely out as if a switch turned off and the object could only be seen as a dark object in the sky until it disappeared.

At Compo Beach, after the annual Westport 4th of July fireworks display, my son and his friends observed five lights moving across the sky.

A little over a week ago, on 06/25-2012, my wife reported a dramatically similar phenomenon at this same location, and reported it to NUFORC. My son and friends were also there at the earlier occasion and saw the lights then too. According to my son, this sighting was pretty much the same thing as he had seen previously, except this time the lights appeared to be higher in the sky. In the first sighting they appeared very low.

Since I'm reporting this 2nd hand, I hesitate to provide more information. But my son took a short video which I will email to NUFORC.

Low, silent procession of orange 15-20 lights slowly flying over Westport to over Long Island Sound

Driving car along Compo Beach, on cloudy, overcast night. Just dropped off my son to see friends. No moon or starlight. Saw two or three large orange lights flying, low, slowly over Westport proceeding toward Long Island Sound. Lights about the size of a shirt button at arms length. While almost directly overhead, they appeared to be flying low and slow. If lights were not low, then they would have had to be huge.

Saw another light following first lights, then another, then another. All moving in straight line toward Long Island. Pulled car over to watch as more lights continued to add to the widely spaced procession of lights. Fifteen to twenty in all. Car windows rolled down, but could hear no sound. Another car stopped at a stop sign - not moving - as lights flew by.

Returned home and texted my son who saw them also, but said they looked red to him.

While visiting a friend on Buzzard Bay, in Mass. We both saw a round fire ball in the sky, coming from the west, traveling south/east.

First siting was on 8/10/11, after dark, and the second time was tonight, 8/12, about 20:30. It flew slightly erratic, and either got farther away, as it got smaller and smaller, then disappeared, to the south.

It appeared as an orange ball of fire, and with binoculars, it looked like it had a clear type of ball above it, which was illuminated by they fire ball.

There was no sound involved.

Large saucer in the sky over Westport, CT!

Late at night, I saw an enormous saucer in the sky above my house. This town is right near the Long Island sound and the ocean, and the saucer was floating through the sky towards the water. There were no lights or sound, it was simply illuminated by the moon. Shortly after first noticing the object, it disappeared behind the tree line, as there are tons of trees in this area. Did anyone else see this???

we were on our way home on saturday night august 18th 2007 approximately 9:45p.m.. we were on rt. 22 headed north between westport ny and port henry ny. a pretty desolate section of the road that follows lake champlain. all of a sudden my fiancee said what the h--- is that??? its a light..... it was a light he had never seen in his life. so as i had a car behind me, i said i couldnt see ( i was driving), so he said pull over and i did. of course i had no idea what he was seeing or i never would have stopped! the car behind me almost ran into me as it was going by me. i bent forward in the seat and looked out his passenger side window and saw what i would only describe as a ufo. it was saucer like looking, a fuzzy, foggy kind of light. and it was hovering as it was getting closer and closer. there was no noise. and it was jet black everywhere around it. i only looked once, and i floored it out of there. my fiancee was trying to take pictures of it, but none came out, but i would not slow down and he was shaking, so its not wonder. i was scared as he was trying to take them with a flash!?!!?i have never been so scared in my whole life, ever! it was a very helpless feeling and eerie. i sped all the way to town which was about 4 miles?? it appreared to be chasing our car? and keeping up real easy. it was at tree height, until it went straight up over the car (and at that time i honestly thought we were going to get sucked up by it!!)and then we were in town and it was never seen again. thank god! we both have a hard time sleeping at night now. i feel unfortunate to have had to have had to witness that at all. i emailed a few people about this incident and one was my cousin from willsboro ny and she called me up right away and said that a boy who works on her husbands farm had said he had seen a ufo on that friday night and went to work there on saturday morning and told her husband. they kinda laughed and shrugged it off till she heard what i had to say about the next night. we still have! yet to talk to that boy and see just what and where he saw it also. we're working on that.............

White dot motionless in sky begins to move- sheds into two white dots

The sky was blue and practically clear- except some stratus clouds. A white dot is stationed motionless in the sky. Two planes pass right under it, showing that this dot lies somewhere higher in the stratosphere. These "stratus" clouds pass over it, which dims the object, so it's obviously higher then these clouds. As the sky clears and the sun shines you can see this white dot much clearer. After about 20 minutes it, the white dot starts to move across the sky at a steady pace, as it moves a fair distance it appears to shed another white dot. So now there are 2 white dots traveling across the sky, and they end up traveling out of my range of vision. This is the third time I have seen these shapes. All three in different parts of the country. Can never explain nor figure out what type of UFO this could be.

THER WAS NOTHING BUT THE ORANGE CIRCLE. I WENT BACK TO SEE IF I COULD GET MY HUSBAND TO COME AND SEE IT BUT HE WOULDN'T. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE WINDOW IT WAS GONE.ON TUESDAY 01/02/06, WHILE AT WORK I DECIDED TO CALL TALK RADIO, WSAR - 1400 IN SOMERSET, MA. I SPOKE WITH MIKE MIRAN,THE DJ. A PICTURE TAKEN OF THE MOON AND VENUS REVEALED THIS THING I THOUGHT TO BE A SHOOTING STAR. NO REPORTS OF SHOOTING STARS WERE REPORTED FOR THAT DATE/TIME/AREA. JUST NOTICED A FLASH OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CAMERA FLASH. DIDN'T THINK OF IT UNTIL LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS LATER THAT DAY. I HAVE ATTACHED 2 PHOTOS. ONE CLOSE UP. LOOKS LIKE BLUE TO RED (MAYBE HEAT COMING OFF IT AS IT ENTERED THE ATMOSPHERE?) IT WAS 5/24/2006 AT EXACTLY 4:37:42AM.

This UFO was was exactly like a flying saucer. It had dozens of red lights but hovered slowing through the sky. A bright light flashed up into the stars and it was gone.

Westport, CT possible sighting

We (2 NYC suburb professional females, one late 30's and the other early 40's) were driving down I95 South from Fairfield CT to Norwalk CT. It was early evening 7:30pm? (dark) about 2 or 3 years ago. I am sorry I do not remember the exact date.

We saw an object in the sky that looked like a stealth bomber (black, triangular) with bright lights along the edge of it. It was hovering to the right side of I-95 over homes!

We turned to each other at the same time and asked "what is that?". We rolled down the windows in our car but could not hear any noise. If it were a plane or a jet, we certainly would have heard something. It appeared to be hovering extremely low to the ground.

If it were a plane it would have been moving very quickly, and would have certainly crashed at that low of an altitude.

We don't think anyone else saw it except us. It is a very busy highway and surely it would have been reported in the newspaper (it was not, we looked for reports!).

As we were on I-95, a very busy highway, we could not stop.

I (the passenger) in the car, turned around to see if I could see more, but could not. We had no explanation for it.

We saw the Peter Jennings report and our sighting seemed very similar to other sightings.

My friend and I frequently mention this sighting to eachother and how strange it was. Both of us to this day, remember it very clearly. We just wonder why no one else saw it.

A very bight light entering the atmosphere. Turned to level flight then it traveled at level flight to a point in the sky and stopped. It then proceeded back along it's orginal flight path until we couldn't see it any more.

We were on vacation just outside of Westport Washington My son and I were sitting out late looking at the stars and any Shooting stars we could see. I was looking up at the the Milky Way and all of a sudden I saw what I thought was a really big shooting star. But it turned, Just as I said, "what the hell!" My son said what is that? It entered the atmosphere at a steep angle, it was brighter then any of the stars in the sky and about the same color, it then turned to the east in level flight were it appeared to cool down in brightness, to what looked like a sattelite. We watched it travel halfway accross the sky and stop. It sat still for about 10 seconds then started moving west back along its original flight path. We warched this thing for about 2 minutes in total.

I HAVE SEEN TO BE WHAT I BELIVE A UFO OF SOME SORT OVER THE COAST OF WASHINGTON.

WHILE ON VACATION IN WESTPORT WASHINGTON, MY SISTER AND I WERE WALKING ALONG THE BEACH AT NIGHT. THE SKY WAS CLEAR AND THE STARS WERE OUT. WE HAD NOTICED WHAT APPERED TO BE A SATELITE IN THE SKY. AS WE OBSERVED IT, IT HAD MAD SEVERE TURNS BACK AND FORTH FROM ONE END OF THE SKY TO THE OTHER. IT WAS MOVEING SO FAST IN EVERY DIFFERENT DIRECTION. EVERY ONCE AND A WHILE IT WOULD STOP IN MID FLIGHT, THAN CONTINUE WHAT IT HAD BEEN DOING. IT DID THIS FOR ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE IT COMPLETELY DISSAPERED.

Summary : Two men in 20's, witness a beam of greenish light on merritt parkway. maybe metor, very fast and split in two right over us.

We are two men in late 20's business perfessionals. Looked like maybe a metor. very fast and very bright! a greenish look. we were in car travelling about 55 mph. it stood out, and split apart and continued across the horizon. hard to say the height of it. but it was close enough to notice the light instantly. it was pretty large. again it had a neonish green appearence!

Silent, very slow moving, pulsing red lights under perimeter, passed directly overhead, making 90 degree change of direction, S to W.

I was returning home from me job, across the main road (Post Road), on the 5mph entrance road to the Lansdowne Condos, when I noticed out the windshield, that a craft was passing very slowly above me. I immediately stopped, to just observe it. I could hear nothing. I rolled my window down, and still heard nothing. It was a crystal clear night, so it was extremely difficult to guess at it's physical size. There were trees lining both sides of the road ahead of me, that I estimate were about 40 feet tall. The roadway was about 30 feet wide. From my vantage point, if the craft was just clearing the trees, I would estimate that it was at least 50-60 feet in diameter. But, since the evergreen trees were not illuminated by the pulsing red lights on the underside perimeter of the craft, and there were no street lights illuminating the underside of the craft, I could not clearly determine it's elevation. It may have been several hundred feet above me, in which case, from my vantage point, it would have had to have been as wide, or wider than a football field. If it was at the lower elevation, it seemed to just hover over the same road that I was traveling, and seemed to have changed direction, to the right, above the T in the road, exactly where I made the same turn. I quickly drove to that corner and turned, and the craft was no longer in sight.

Spinning saucer with very bright lights. Quite large- about the size of a small house.

My friend and I stayed at the Meadowmount School of Music, and decided to stay left behind whilst most of the students went to a movie. Thus the campus was quite dark.

We heard some pretty loud motor sound outside and wondered what it was. When we came out we saw a large saucer -like vehicle hovering and spinning to a stop. The light for immensely bright and we stared into it but couldn’t see anything. We heard what sounded like a door close quickly and then it zoomed off, spinning in circles at a very high speed- higher than I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. And it disappeared into thin air leaving no trace of odor or sound behind.

We did not feel afraid, but we both felt almost hypnotized or certainly mesmerized by it.

We never reported it as we both were certain no one would believe it.

Two Stars flying parallel to one another at undescribeable speed, then stopping on a dime momentarily to only part in differant directions from each other simotaneously.

As a child I slept in the backyard quite often in the summer time. I was about 11 yrs. old gazing at the stars above on a clear night when I saw 2 bright lights that were the same size as the stars I had been watching, suddenly shoot across the sky parallel to one another coming to a complete stop imediatley. It's difficult to guess how fast they were moving but if I were to do so I would have to say more than 600mph.They sat in possition for maybe 3sec. Before they flew off in two different dirrections one due south and the other due west at the exact same moment. They were gone just as fast as they arrived into my view. Even as a child I knew this was nothing created by man. This has not been my only experience and consequentially get a bit angry at those who try to denounce the possability that we are not alone. Thank you very much for all the time you have spent in the field of UFO's.

Six bright lights in "V" formation seen in Westport Mass USA in August, 1969.

I'm reporting an incident that happened 50 years ago in 1969 when I was 15. Due to my age, I was afraid to say anything- especially to my parents. Later, I became a government employee with a security clearance so I never reported it. I have thought about this almost every day of my life. Here are the details: Date: Mid-August, 1969 Location: Westport Mass., Brayton Point Road on the eastern side of the southern end near the ocean, Time: Mid to late afternoon (15:00-17:00)

Friends and I were in the back yard of a home on Brayton Point Road directly on the water facing east. For no reason, I happened to look into the sky in that direction and saw bright lights in a “V” formation over the water in the proximity of Mummy Rock- a rock formation in the water that resembles a reposed mummy. There were six lights suspended in the air. It wasn’t a plane because it didn’t move. It wasn’t the Concorde jet because there was no sound. They were not as high as the clouds. They did not move and in a few seconds, they disappeared randomly, one by one, into thin air. I looked over at my friends who were busy talking and facing in the opposite direction. I could tell they didn’t see it.

I couldn’t talk and was too afraid to say anything. To this day I never have.

I would like to know if there’s a way to find out if anyone has ever reported this. Thank you.
