I was leaving Columbus heading down state route 23 going to Jackson Ohio. Before I got to Circleville I saw 3 lights in the sky. About 10 times bigger than a bright star. They had a washed out yellowish glow to them. I thought it was just bright stars or a good night for stars until they all shut off at the same time. I thought it was weird but just kinda shrugged it off as helicopters. Until I seen it again. So I just grabbed some food in Circleville and was on my way to Chillicothe then I saw them again! The very left lower one turned on first almost like it was signaling the others to turn on. So the other 2 turned on for a few seconds all then all of a sudden the 2 on the right (not the signal light) started shooting out 3-4 other equal sized lights! Both of them! Them the lights they shot out turned off and then a few seconds later they all shut off. I was freaking out I called my fiancé then the UFO report agency. They couldn’t do anything over the phone but I tried my best to record it. My phone case makes it fuzzy and there is a lot of light pollution being on the high way so I couldn’t get good quality but when I was recording the signal light (very left) turned on. At this point I was in Chillicothe so the lights being a plane or cell tower was out of the question. Also it stayed pretty in line with stars so I drive about 45 minutes and they were still in the same spot! But as I was saying the left one turned on and for a few seconds it stayed on then it flickered for a few seconds acting like it was trying to get the other attention but nothing. Them about 4 minutes later it turned on the the middle one turned on for a few seconds but the third did not appear. They shut off and that was the last I seen of them.

White, star-like light that we assumed at first to be maybe an aircraft going really fast, but then it made a sudden sharp upward turn and then completely disappeared without a trace. No sound. I have never witnessed anything like that in my entire life.

Driving North from Bryce Canyon to Richfield ,taking Rt.89,on May 8th, 2 of us witnessed in the western sky a large bright orange orb seem to flash out or hit the ground and disappear. This sighting was in the western sky.

The second sighting was made by all of us. We were admiring the beautiful stars in the very dark sky. We stopped the car when we noticed 4 blinking lights in a square formation. These were not stars as they proceeded to change shape into 4 blinking lights in a straight line. We observed the awesome sight and thought it best to get back into the car and move along as it was very dark and we were in the middle of nowhere. We were traveling close or in the Dixie National Forest. This UAP was above what an airplane would be able to reach, so we don't believe it was an aircraft. This UAP was in the Northeastern sky.

Driving home we saw a light above some tractors that were prepping the field for next harvest. Mistaken for a helicopter at first and was just a few hundred feet above the equipment in the field. We saw one bright light, then a second one appeared next to it. Then one disappeared, and another appeared. Then the first one and then all three at once. All of this happened quite slowly. I slowed down to try and get a video, as I did this all 3 lights showed and dissolved inside each other. This was a sighting of a lifetime and I am so glad my fiancé and I got to share the experience. I truly want to see this again.

My wife and I are camping in Circleville, Ohio. Our tent has a full screen top so you can view the night sky. As we are looking at the sky you could see what looked like a dim star appear heading North real slow and disappear. Lasted 10 to 15 seconds.

Second unexplained sighting for me this year. I love watching for them.

A large blue glowing light that intensified in size and brightness.

I witnessed a large blue fireball while outside with my dog. It was an intense blue light that increased in intensity and lit up the ground all around us, like lightning would, but much brighter.

It gave me the chills and my dog was barking and seemed very scared and skittish, and ran to my side.

The glow increased in size and got brighter and then was gone. Like an explosion in space with no sound, fragmentation or trails.

2 "space worms" on a pre-dawn outing over central Ohio.

I am not really sure of the date of this occurrence, but I know it was in the fall of last year. I am very sure of the time though as it occurred when I got home from work, which is usually just before 5:30 am. I have a habit of doing some star gazing when I get home and on this night it was particularly clear.

I was facing more of less due east and was looking almost straight up, maybe 80 degrees of incline, when I observed two white fuzzy, extremely faint "worm looking things" plodding along next to each other in a northerly direction. It appeared one of the "worms" was slinking along in a steady fashion while the other was doing more of a zigzag pattern and flying around the other. It would remind you of a mother dolphin cruising with a baby dolphin swimming around her.

Not really sure of what I was seeing, and thinking I my eyes were playing tricks on me, I looked to a different part of the sky for a couple seconds. I thought I'd see the "worms" there because I was pretty sure it was one of those instances where you see something moving, but it's just a "floater"(as my optometrist calls them) that is inside your eyeball. Not seeing anything in the patch of sky I was looking at I looked back to where I had seen the "worms" and sure enough I saw them still going in their northerly direction.

I did one more check by looking to another part of the sky and then back at the "worms" and had the same result. Still very perplexed I watched the objects continue northbound until I could no longer see them. In all I probably observed the objects for 2-3 minutes and they covered about a 35 degree traverse of the sky. As I said before they were extremely faint and appeared to be at a very, very high altitude. As for a size, the best way I can think of to put a scale to it would be to use the diameters of the stars. They appeared to both be about 5 star diameters long and 1 wide. I've seen plenty of satellites in the night sky and I can definitely say the "worms" were going much slower.

I've only ever told my brother about this. Being that I'm a police officer it's not exactly something I'm going to share with my coworkers and friends. The closest thing I've seen resembling these objects are in some of the "space serpents" or "space worms" videos online. However, what I saw was not merely drifting but appeared to be propelled(albeit very slowly) and guided in some way, but they did not appear to be a craft or ship of any sort. Even though I still do some star gazing when I get home I have yet to see my serpent friends again. If I do I will report it in a more timely fashion.

During an evening outdoor event at a retreat center in the mountains, on of 14 witnesses drew out attention to a couple of bright lights off to the south west of where we were standing in a field. We all turned to look and noticed the lights slowly moving toward us.

Suddenly, we saw a search light emit from the overhead light source and it appeared to be sweeping down on the tree tops. As the two lights got closer we could see they were actually 4 bright lights and a central less dim light blinking on and off. At this point we could make out a dark shadowy shape connecting the outer four lights, two on either end.

This craft was making no audible noise (a windless night) and approaching almost in our path heading south east. I estimate the craft to be at about 1500 feet above us.

As it was almost directly overhead, we could make out a faint constant engine noise.

It was a cloudless night and the dark craft appeared to have no standard aircraft body, but appe! ar to be sort of winged shaped. I estimate the length from one to end to the other be about 200-300 feet. Its speed was similar to the speed and approach of an airline jet approaching an airport, however there is no close airports. There were no red or green navigation lights visible. The craft continued on its straight path until leaving our view over a nearby mountain.

We were driving on Brown Rd between Circleville, NY and Fair Oaks, NY. Before we were about to get on the highway near the bridge. We saw a triangular shaped craft with a bright red light in the center and two white lights on the other corners. It was hovering high in the sky above Brown Rd. It was bigger than a plane and very high. It was quiet, didn't hear much of any sound besides the wind. It started to move after we pulled over and got out of the car to view it. It was floating slowly down a back road. We followed it down the back road and it disappeared. A second small craft with three white/yellow orbs/lights was seen briefly after the big craft disappeared. That quickly disappeared as well.

I went outside to look at the stars, bored out of my mind and that is what I do when I get bored. I have been seeing an unusual amount of falling stars lately but this time I was look for a certain constelation and saw 2 stars sitting together. One of the "stars" stayed in place and eventually disappeared, but at the same time there was another "star" sitting right next to it and it went to the north in a steady stream across the sky. It could NOT have been a falling star, (falling stars head "south", this one went parallel. It went across the sky for about 2 min. tops in a "straight" direction before it disappeared in the distant sky. I know I could not have been the only one to see it. I called the hotline you have twice, (twice because I didn't think I gave enough info the first time). The star that was next to the one that I am reporting seemed to stay in place before decending backwards into the black sky. This is not the first time I have exper! ienced something like that, I usually kept it to myself out of fear of being called "nuts", but this time I know for sure what I saw and I refuse to keep quiet about it, someone else HAD to have seen it as well, if not, someone is not paying enough attention!

I was heading south on St. Rte 104, about a half mile south of 762. I noticed 5-6 lights in a line west of Chillicothe. I remember looking for a plane thinking that they were flares, but saw none. They exactly like the Phoenix lights and as I got closer to Circleville they started to disappear.

we were walking out of the high school after a band performance,it was about 11:00 pm or 10:00 pm

it was very dark and cold outside which made it hard to see the UFO'S exact shape. the object had thousnds of lights on it they were,purple,blue,yellow,green and red.I looked up into the sky and seen a huge flying object with thousands of tiny lights on it.

itwas probably about two thousand feet up in th air and was probably about twelve miles away from us.i tried to get the other person's attention but they didn't hear me. when I turned around the object was about fifteen miles away from us, then it just dissapeared.

What was that in the sky on 8-1-06?

I was sitting on the back porch last night about around between 9:oop.m. and 10:00. I saw this bright light just come out of nowhere directly beneath the moon from naked eye it looked like it was about 10 feet under it from my position. Then another light showed up then another and another in a row like an Arc shape Horizontical then they all just disappeared. Then another set showed up the same way but it was vertical. They just lit up slow one after another like a traffic stop light. These lights were so bright I thought the lights were going to continue on down into my neighbors back yard. All of sudden I jumped up and ran to get someone to see it when I came back all I could see from that samne spot was a faintly light reddish ball. Then that ball faded away slowly. I am of sound mind. 41 year old female, Working on a college degree and everyone I talk to believes me. I would like to know if anyone else saw that too.

A friend and I were catfishing on the Scioto River during an August night/early morning. I had just graduaded from High School and he was about to go into the Army. We sat around on the riverbank and caught channel and flathead catfish. We cooked some hot dogs and drank grape soda.

Onto the UFO business: At approximately 0200 hours a triangular formation of lights appeared above us. It seemed relatively far away because I could not make out anything other than the lights, but was quite large. The lights vanished after we looked at it for a little while. It was a major "what the hell was that?" moment. No noise. Nothing. We sort of joked how we better not say anything about it to our buddies or else we would surely be laughed at.

Today: I saw a video on a local San Francisco News (CBS) website that showed these same lights. It was an amatuer video, but it looked exactly like the lights I saw!

Fire colored orange lights spotted in Circleville, OH.

I'm a OTR truck driver from Kentucky. On 11/13/04 at around 10pm to 10:30pm, I was passing through Circleville, OH on my way to Ohio Furnace, OH. As I neared Circleville I noticed three bright, fire colored orange lights lined up in a row. They were front to back from my point of vission. Very quickly however, the lights went out one at a time from back to front. The best way I could describe this is to have you imagine three radio tower lights on a mountain, and a cloud comming from behind at a brisk pace and obscuring them. Anyway, the lights proceded to come on, and go out repeatedly, never showing in the same location twice, and never together again either. This made it very difficult to count them. I can say for sure there were three, but there could have easily been more. I didn't stop, but watched this "weird" occurance until I could no longer see the lights.

My question is did anyone else witness this, and is there any military installations around this area?

WHEN I TURNED AND LOOKED UP TO SEE WHAT IT WAS IS WHEN I SAW SOMETHING THAT I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS A FAIRY TALE,BUT BEFORE ME AND GOD THERE WAS A OVAL OBJECT ABOUT 300 TO 500 FEET ABOVE ME.AS SOON AS I TOLD MY MOTHER WHO WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT, THE LIGHT WENT OUT, AND LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF STARTREK IT WAS GONE IN A FLASH WITH NO(SOUND AT ALL). I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN WERE THERE IS HARDLY ANY AIR TRAFFIC AT ALL, UNTILL THIS HAPPEND. Bright orange lights go on, and off in Circlville, OH.

I am a truck driver who does OTR runs. I had emptied in Lancaster, Oh, and was heading to my next pick-up in Haverhill, OH. My first sighting was as I was entering the outskirts of Circleville, OH. I noticed three fire colored (bright orange)lights, in a straight line, that went out back to front. My first thought was it was some tower or plane going through cloud cover. As I watched the area the lights came back on in a different place, stayed on for 5 to 6 seconds, and then went back out. I couldn't tell how many there were after the first three. I estimate 3-6. They continued this routine, come on, go out, change places, come back on, for approximately 7 to 8 minutes. I don't know if they stopped the routine, I watched until I couldn't see them anymore. Another thing, I don't know if this has anything to do with the lights, but there were also three small points of light that I thought were airplanes at a distance, but they made a triangle around the orange lights. From debth perception, I know the two aren't physically connected though. A question that might need to be answered is, is there a military base, or testing/practice area close to Circleville?

We then looked back to the woods and there was no craft there.

Silver disc saucer hovers above town, then disappears

I was driving my car with three friends of mine to the annual pumpkin festival in Circleville, OH. It was a sunny, cloudless afternoon. I believe it was around 2:00 PM. One friend in the front seat was turned around talking with the other two friends, who were sitting in the back seat. As we approached Circleville from the north (coming from Columbus), I saw a classic, disc-shaped saucer hovering above the town. It was shiny silver and I did not notice any sound; since we were at a distance of approximately 0.5-1.0 mile, I can only guess the size was somewhere between 100-200 feet in diameter. Since I was driving, I switched back and forth from looking at the saucer and watching where I was driving. I looked back and forth approximately three times and the fourth time I looked back up, the saucer was gone (i.e., I did not see it depart). I remained in awe and speechless the entire time. After it had gone away, I asked my friends, "What was that?" My friend in the front seat had been turned around the entire time and did not see the saucer. The person with whom he had mainly been talking had not seen anything either, or at least she did indicate she had. The other person in the back seat apparently had seen it and replied, "I don't know (what it was)."

The two in the back are from Germany and returned there in early 1995.

I am still in frequent contact with my friend, who was sitting in the front seat.

Large object with flashing seen from 3 directions over Circleville.

I had just left the restaurant that my girlfriend worked at in South Bloomfield and headed south on U.S. 23. As I approached the State Highway Patrol office I noticed what looked two strobe on either side of a third, central flashing light in the distance, beyond the tree line of Cook's Creek Golf Course. The two strobes would flash 3 times, then the central light would flash once. Of course I thought it was a plane, as up and to the right of it were more lights that seem to be headed towards it's location. The highway curves to the right just past the golf course, losing sight of it because of the trees. As I emerged, directly ahead was the lights, sitting completely motionless. As I got closer to it the lights never changed or moved. I decided to turned off 23 and onto North Court St. at 84 Lumber and go through town and take ST RTE 56 home.

At this point I was now east of town and as I looked to the west I saw the lights, in the same formation as before. That had me even more suspicious, so I decided to head toward it. I turned onto Tarlton Rd. and headed west. The closer I got the more I could see that it was near DuPont off 23 and was further away than I was willing to drive that night, so I turned south and went the back way home, all the while looking at the lights and they still looked the same from a S/SE view point. But that is not craziest part. My best friend worked 2nd shift and did not come to work till 3:30pm. He had no time at all to talk to those that I worked with, as he worked in a different department. As I was about to tell him about it he turned and said "dude, you will not believe what we saw last night". He began to tell me that he and another of our friends who worked with us were headed north (from the south of Circleville), coming from Chillicothe, at almost the exact same time as me. According to him as they approached DuPont they saw something over the factory. They pulled over to watch it and said that it began to come toward them. They described lights flas! hing 3 t imes in a circle under it with a ventral strobe light. This is one of about a dozen different encounters I have heard of in the same location.

On Sunday night, August 21, 1994, at 10:35p.m., a triangle-shaped craft was observed flying over U.S. Route 23 in front of the local Dupont plant, just south of Circleville, Ohio. It was heading northeast at about 3000 feet and approximately 300-350 miles mph. It was first seen below the full moon for about 3 or 4 seconds. The whole sighting lasted about 20 seconds. These figures are of course estimated. No sound could be heard above the outside plant noise (which was moderate). The bottom of the craft was seen from the 5th floor at the plant. It looked grayish in color. The craft appeared to be a little longer than the fuselage of a Boeing 707. Two large white blinking lights were on the end. Both lights blinked at the same time. Another small red light appeared in the middle. Two small white lights were in front bottom of the braft. These lights also blinked. I was outside and looking toward the moon, which was high up in the Eastern sky. It was cloudless at the time in that section of the sky. The outline of the craft could clearly be seen because of the moonlight. The craft was last seen just east of the local GE plant and still flying horizontal. I later called Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base's control tower. No other calls were received about this sighting. My personal feeling is that this object was perhaps one of our secret projects or an alien craft.

Walking home from school as a child a huge gray saucer-shaped object came down above our heads (maybe the size of half of a football field), hovered for awhile, no lights on it, then zoomed straight up in a matter of seconds. Probably was 50 feet above our heads.
