Silver ufo spotted for second time. 1st in Chazy now in Morrisonville

Craft shimmered very reflective metal. Could be seen from very far because of this. Object moved in and out of o e particular cloud and hovered in place at times. Then slowly continued on to far for human eyes.

After returning from movie, son and I observed flashing red light in sky (similar in appearance to aircraft navigation lights) northwest of Plattsburgh, NY, but object did not move and made no noise.

Observed for several minutes. When checked later object was gone.
