If it landed on highway it would've taken both lanes. After the sighting, within 10 minutes I regained my cellphone and SM Radio.

I work for the MTA NYCT, I was afraid to call 911 as it would reflect my job. 27 years. I never saw anything like this. In between the lights it was OFF BLACK.
