Flashing and changing shape in the night sky

I observed this from approximately 9:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. I first noticed it while in my front yard. Later after going to bed, I look out my window and notice it again. The object did not stay in the same spot and drifted down to the tree line. I did not see it again afterwards. It didn't pull up as anything on the SkyView App. We own 400 acres of rural land surrounding what is called Jennings Knob.

Possibkly Mars. Mars was visible from Watertown, Tennessee, between 9:30 PM on February 28, 2025, and 2:30 AM on March 1, 2025. During this period, Mars appeared in the constellation Gemini, positioned high in the southern sky. It would have been visible from the southwest to the west as the night progressed.

Spiky Black VW Bug sized and shaped object 500 ft high, 80 mph, flew over house, no sound, looked evil.

Saturday just before sunset, twilight, 8:20 pm, temp 75 degrees, in Watertown, MA looked out the front 2nd floor window and saw one flat-black slightly misshapen sphere object with spikes approaching my house from the North (slightly west of north but not north northwest). Had spike-like protuberances coming out of a small rounded car-sized black sphere, not shiny. Had been reading about UFOs on computer before I glanced up and saw it approaching.

Thought I was looking at the frontal view of an oncoming black helicopter head-on with its bulb-like cockpit but there was no glass, no landing gear, no rotor, no tail, and no sound. Looked like a WW2 spiked ship mine. Size of an outstretched hand's thumb-nail. Moving about 80 mph around 500 feet high. Lower and slower than an airplane or helicopter, no wings or control surfaces, and no lights. Larger, different shaped, no propulsion rotors, and silent - so unlikely a drone. Left no trail. Not a weather balloon; had spikes, moving fast and steady with zero wind in a gray sky. Seemed solid metal. Spherical shape was somewhat misshapen with many protruding black spikes, each differently shaped, not uniform. Flight path was straight but it meandered slightly, maybe 5% from a straight line, like it was looking for something. Went over a house two doors down.

I ran to the back of house to get a picture but not in time. Saw it steadily depart for 15 seconds to the tree line in a south southwest direction (not direct south) so it had taken a slight turn as it went over my house. Thing had a bad military vibe to it and seemed to be intelligently controlled, maybe Ai.
Had never before seen a UFO; now I know what people are talking about when they say they "know what they saw." There is no ambiguity possible.
Noted a similar sighting from an observer in the nuforc database from last month when I went to make this report.

From a retired analytical business consultant, two graduate degrees. Happy to be contacted (by researchers). Have been studying the phenomena for a few years. Glad I finally saw one, except for the fact that this changes everything. Was 95% certain of UFO reality (thus aliens) with the 80-years of massive documentation but am now 100% certain.

A greenish blue flying object

As I was on my nightly walk along the Charles River, I noticed a greenish blue object heading East to West in the Northwest sky. I first thought it was a helicopter and it seemed to be at about the altitude a helicopter would fly at. After about a minute the object seemed to speed up and follow an erratic course to the North that would not be possible for any aircraft I am familiar with. After another two minutes there was a muted flash and and the object disappeared leaving an almost rectangular shaped outline in the sky.

UFO spotted over Watertown Ct home

I woke up from a deep sleep. I drew back the curtains and saw an object going by low about 500 feet above the ground. About 600-700 feet from the house. It had 3-4 circles lit up in a bright light. It moved much slower than an airplane and did not appear to have wings. The whole body looked like an orange yellow light almost like fire. Absolutely no noise The following morning I mentioned it to my daughter. She stated seeing a bright almost fluorescent light shining on her window out of no where that startled her Her husband looked out of the window and saw a bright fluorescent looking light Living on top of a hill there is nothing behind us

A total of 3 bright white lights, about as bright as the brightest stars in the evening night. One white light moved from the south horizon to the north horizon, then paused. A stationary light in that area then traveled from the north to the south, then turned to the southwest horizon. This passed by another stationary light in the southwest horizon, which then traveled to the east horizon. All white light, previously stationary, no color or blinking lights. I was laying on the hammock outside looking up when I noticed two faint orbs appear that were initially side by side then a third one joined in from behind them. They were much higher up than a plane would be and were moving side to side ever so slightly. My mom was outside with me and she saw the same thing. Slight greenish hue to them. They disappeared after about 15 seconds and, due to the sun, I could not see them anymore.

A formation of approx. 9 orange lights flew in formation over Watertown. Appeared to hover then moved on. One larger light followed in the back of the formation.

There was no sound. They flew vertically across the sky after hovering for what seemed like a few seconds.

I am not sure if this has any relation but a few hours earlier I was in the same location and saw two seperate birds acting very erratic. One was trying to fly through a car window repeatedly and the other was trying to fly through a window on the building. Very strange. I has forgotten about it until now. Again..exact same location just a few hours later.

Four diamond lights.

Four diamonds flying over Cambridge/Watertown line. One was stationary another came from behind and became stationary changing color from orange to blue. The first one shined a beam of light.

They remained in the same position for about 3 minutes and they changed color, and they decided to move towards the Boston skyline. They followed the same route. The last one was had shimmering lights and followed the last three.

Number of red lights flying slowly across sky

Let dog out and saw large number of reddish lights moving east to west. They moved slowly over a large park up a hill from my house. There was no discernible sound. I called my husband out and he counted a total of 23 lights in the sky. Most were in 2 main groups. A couple followed by themselves. The lights moved behind a tree and as I moved to continue to watch the lights they were gone. Single lights contined to appear from what seemed like one place in the sky. The single lights were moving in a line across the sky. They seemed to reach some point and were gone. There would be a short break where I could see no lights. Then a light would appear and 2 or 3 more would follow in a line. Then there would be a short break again and it would start again. My husband stopped watching when the large groups were gone. I contined to watch and walk around for 15 minutes or so. When I came in the single lights continued. We were going to go up to the park but t! he lights were gone when I checked 15 minutes later.

We are near Ft. Drum, so could be something military. However, no sound so not helicopters. Seems like an awful lot of drones. I don't know if drones make noise. No reports in the media of the lights.

My husband and I are both professionals. Never have seen anything like this before. I took pictures of the lights -- don't show much, except 10 lights in the sky.

Fast-moving, illuminated object similar to fireball silently crosses evening sky and in an instant plunges about 100 feet.

A fast-moving, illuminated object crossed the sky. I could not tell how far away it was and it appeared to be about 350 feet above the ground. It looked like a fireball (orange, red and white), but clearly there were no flames; it was illuminated.

I live in a suburban neighborhood. I ran to the window to watch and at the treeline it plunged about 75-100 feet in a split second and continued out of sight. I opened the window, but heard no motor or sound. About 5 minutes later, it or another similar object crossed the same area in the sky and at the same rate of speed. With the window opened I heard nothing.

UFO Sighting: Tonight 7/05/2013 Four Orange Balls of Light in the Eastern sky.

Hovered along side each other, side by side at a distance from the ground it appeared to be 5 feet apart.

They moved closer toward each other, then broke apart and hovered randomly. They appeared around 10:00 p.m. above our home in Watertown, CT lasting around 10 min.s total. They disappeared rapidly moving in an easterly direction.

These craft have been observed by us since December 2011. The contrails they leave attracted our attention. They are lond and WIDE unlike those left by commercial airliners. Most flights originate from the west and track east and some from the northwest and track southeast. For help in identifying these craft I have contacted TV stations in Sioux Falls and even NORAD but no one has responded. So, perhaps you folks can help. Are they a new generation reconnaissance aircraft?

My dad and I were standing on our back deck looking through the telescope. It was aimed just above the tree line by maybe 10-15 feet. All of a sudden the blue-white light flashed through the eyepiece. I looked up and there it it was. My first thought was, They, a satellite!"

It moved over the tree line and after crossing a side street it decelerated very rapidly. It hovered for maybe 5-10 seconds and just vanished.

I logged on to a satellite tracker and found our area. There were no satellite overpass times.

The contrail left by this craft was all that was visible. Probably a high altitude/high speed Recon aircraft. Its contrail is long and wide and definitely NOT a commercial plane. Cloud conditions permitting, the sightings are observed and recorded. The flight path this time was from West to East. This could be the government's replacement for the Aurora.

Standing in backyard, saw a blue ball of light falling from the sky, turned green before fading away

It’s Feb 28, 20012 1020pm, and I just stepped out in the backyard to have a smoke. Thru the trees ( to the north/north east) in the woods I saw a Blue light falling from the sky. Before it was beyond my sight, it turned green and was gone from my view. It was NOT a meteor, because there was no trail behind it, just a big blue ball of light.

I am 45 years old, retired after 23 years in the military, and have never seen anything like it in my life.

Black triangular object scene in Watertown New York.

A friend and I were testing out my new telescope at Thompson Park and around 21:15, I decided it was too cold to keep going and started packing up. This park has very little lighting and no lighting along the paths to get down the hill.

As we walked down the path, I noticed a large black triangular object hovering above some woods. It appeared that the sky was missing but a couple of seconds later it moved in my direction swooping over my friend and I and then it flew very quickly out of sight. I told my friend what I just saw and he didn't believe me.

Up until that point I didn't believe in UFOs and I did not believe in Intelligent life from beyond Earth but this small and short event changed my mind.

I haven't seen anything since then but I havnt been to the park at night since then.

Orb changing colors and staying in sight while moving for 2 or more hours

This light has been seen for the last 6 days over Watertown . It starts in the west and stays in the same spot only moving from our sight , 2 to 4 in up ,down and around. Its changes colors of green red and white. An air craft passed below it and it actually moved down and then back up. It randomly changes colors and stays in the are for about two hours or so then slowly moves out west until in disappears.

4 lighs in shape of box over city

My fiancee and I were driving into Watertown from Watertown Center. I think it was a Sunday. This is the first Watertown Exit when approaching the city from the south via Interstate 81.

We were about a half a mile outside of town and rounded the bend with the guardrails, before the straight shot to Washington St. Upon rounding the bend there were 4 large lights in the sky above the city. The lights themselves were circular with almost the same hue as a street light but you could tell they were significantly larger than a street light. They were definitely at a distance and in the direction of Fort Drum. Without knowing the size of the lights I cannot determine if they were over Watertown or much farther north.

The lights formed a rectangular pattern. 2 on top. 2 on bottom.

Upon rounding the corner all were fully visible. I probably looked at them for a good 5 seconds before asking my fiancee "are you seeing this?". She did as well see them.

Immediately, the top two lights began to fade out and then disappeared. Immediately following that, the bottom two lights completely disappeared with no fade at all. It was extremely bizarre and slightly unsettling. Even more bizarre was a news announcement the Friday before that the military would be testing Fighter Jets and to not be alarmed by the noise. I can assure you these were not fighter jets. Unless they somehow could fly in a perfect box pattern miles apart and were outfitted with extremely large lights.

Lived here 20 years. Right next to drum and have seem hundreds of military flares, helicopters, transport planes. All the usual stuff. But I have never seen something like this.

I finally decided I should share it as we couldn't have been the only ones to see it. It was HUGE!

I seen multiple objects with flashing lights, one flew over my house and over me and my girlfriend.

Last night me and my girlfriend were watching a meteor shower, as we were doing that we noticed red and white flashing lights in the sky which was pretty far away towards the south as we kept looking we noticed another one which was west and another one which was north they were all far away so we just kept watching the meteor shower and seeing if the objects were coming closer or not. Than my girlfriend pointed and said “Look there is another one” and as I looked it was flying right over my house and over my head going west and we were looking east and when I seen it from the front it looked rounded and as it went over I could not tell the shape of it but there was multiple lights under it flashing red than white than red again. And eventually it disappeared in the sky. We also live out in country with not many buildings around us so I knew that the other objects could not be a radio tower or anything.

Three shining orbs spotted over farmland by young woman on walk

It was during the summer time. I was outside and had gone for a late walk around the neighborhood.

My house is on top of a hill and I have this wide, open view of farmland with nothing around.

As I was walking up my driveway I noticed three shining bright lights in the distance over the farms, maybe a little further back.

I stopped immediately and just stared at them. At first, I thought it was just a plane, or a few of them, since there's a lot of small planes that fly near my home. But I noticed that these were not moving. They were almost floating there and they wouldn't budge.

I tried to think of any possible explanation but there wasn't any. There are no cell towers or lights of any kind in that direction, it's all farmland and a few houses.

I stood watching them for a good five minutes, and then slowly I saw them almost fidget. That's the best way I can describe it. I had been so distracted that I hadn't bothered trying to get a photo until the last mi! nute.

I looked down at my phone to turn on the camera and when I looked up, they were gone. It was as if they just disappeared. I literally looked down for a split second. There was no way that could've been any type of plane because I would've seen the lights fade away. They just completely disappeared.

I had never experienced anything like this ever before. I always believed in life on other planets, but I never really believed in UFO sightings. Until, obviously, I had one of my own.

I can still see the lights clearly in my head like it was yesterday.

It was the strangest thing I have ever experienced.

Triangular shaped object in the southwestern sky with white, red and green lcd lights.

Driving back from a late night run to the grocery store, I saw a triangular shaped object in the southwestern sky. Brilliant night lots of stars but this was clearly some sort of craft. It had white, red and green LCD lights and hovered in the sky, then quickly retreated and hovered again. It seemed capable of moving a fast speeds and then would just stop and hover.

At roughly 23:50 my mother, my younger sister, and I witnessed “star like” objects moving above the clouds. I had stepped out on our back porch to smoke a cigarette and I looked up in the sky and saw, what I thought at the time was a shooting star. Then I saw one more and then another and by the forth I yelled into the house for my family to come and see these “moving stars”. Everyone came out and saw them I looked at another part of the sky and saw four more as did everyone else. At this point my stepfather who is an active duty military officer had stepped out to see what was happening. He too witnessed the lights. It was partly cloudy but we were still able to see the stars and the lights and tell the difference between the two; I witnessed about twenty-five myself. My mother saw about 12 and my sister saw about 15. My stepfather caught the last of them and says he saw 5. I thought at first it might have just been a meteor shower but all of the lights we! re moving in the same direction at what seemed like the same speed. They were all roughly the same size and shape. I checked the charts for meteor showers and it said that the last shower was May 6, and the next isn’t until August 12.

Very fast moving lights that showed a circular formation. The lights were red and sometimes orange and white. The objects moved with a very fast zig zag path never straight unless it was stopped and then it appeared to be hovering. We live near an army base so at first thought it could be manuevers until the objects became more numerous. They were directly moving from the east to the west. The lights appeared to be moving around in a circle simultaneously while the entire object zig zagged it is very hard to explain without seeing it.

Three objects moving SSW to NNE across Massachusetts night sky.

June 20, 2008. At approximately 22:00 hrs, we witnessed a circular object with haze around it traveling SSW to NNE across the night sky. It was moving at a very high rate of speed. The duration was about 30 seconds. Then about 2 minutes later another circular object with haze around it came across the sky in the same direction but with a smaller circular, bright (star like), object in formation with it around it’s 8 o’clock position. That also lasted about 30 seconds. There was myself and 5 other people that witnessed this event.

Strange blinking lights that hover appearing in the sky several nights in a row, all at the same time each night.

We live in Watertown, TN. For the past 8 nights in a row we have observed on each night several unidentified objects in the sky. Each night they are in the same areas and positions numbering around a dozen or so.

There seems to one in particular that is always in the same area of the sdy. When viewed with the naked eye, it appears to be one light that moves. When viewed through binoculars, it is actually two close together in proximity. These objects "hover" with no noise audible. They move in strange patterns. If one looks at the sky briefly, they appear to be star-like. Looking at them for a few seconds and longer you see that they are definitely NOT stars.

These objects appear around the same time each night and stay for several hours. We watch them appear each night between 10:30 - 11:00 PM CST. They leave around 2:00 - 3:00 AM CST.

Also an interesting detail: we live in a rural area and the television viewing we have is via satellite. Our satellite signal is blocked on almost all channels while the objects are near. We usually have about 3 or 4 of our channels that will acually come in while the rest of the channels say there is a signal error. Coincidence? Maybe or maybe not, we are not sure.

Noticed a strange group of lights that started off as a singular red light, and moved from the center red light outwards to left and right, four lights on either side, starting from the center out, red being the center, it went green, orange, blue. In a constant pattern. Moved EXTREMELY slowly, not a satellite by any means, or a plane, because it stood still for approximatley 20 min. Moving northeast over Black Rock State Park.

Five Objects Seen in Sky over Watertown, New York

Sky was clear blue, with very few whispy clouds very high up. I saw 4 objects in the sky directly over Watertown NY below the level of the clouds (background blue sky). I was wearing sunglasses, and could see them clearly while I looked through my glasses, when I looked without them they became alomost impossible to see. The sun was reflecting off of them, and one was distinctly "V" shaped. They were metallic, as they reflected the orange glow of the sun. They appeared stationary at first, but as I stood there, I saw they were moving south. One by one they seemed to "wink out" Before the last one winked out, I saw a large, slow-moving "white streak" approach it, as it flew past it, the "v" shaped object winked out. I watched this long white streak move very slowly across the sky, it left no kind of vapor trail at all. I watched it for several minutes before my view of it was obscured by buildings. Again, you could only really see it with sunglasses on. When I removed my glasses, it simply blended in with the sky. It did not appear to be an airplane, it was far too long in shape, and it left no vapor trail. Neither did the 4 other objects.

3 Amber Circles enclosed in Rectangle - Healing requested.

On November 20, 2003 I had been taking a nap and at 6:00 p.m. "something" told me to wake up and open my eyes. As I did, the first thing I saw was a big white light in the sky across the street. It was so big and nearby, it could have only been coming from a helicopter. But it was an unusually warm day in WI and I still had my windows open. Had it been a helicopter, there would have been loud noise coming from it. There was no noise whatsoever. I watched it for about 15 seconds and it went behind the house across the street so I lost sight of it. It just silently glided out of my view.

About 15 minutes later again "something" told me to take the dogs outside. My dogs never go out at that time (they're on a regular pattern and had gone out a little earlier already). As I took the second dog outside, I looked up in the sky and telepathically said: "Are you still in the area?" Right then I noticed a plane going overhead. I said out loud: "Oh, that's just a stupid plane again!" And before I finished that sentence, I saw something else and said: "THAT's not a plane!" Not too far behind the plane was a configuration of three amber circles enclosed in a amber rectangle. It glowed amber as if it was pure energy and a sentient being in and of itself. As it glided through the atmosphere, it didn't fly straight like human made planes do, rather it traveled on an angle. I watched it only for a few seconds before it just disappeared.

For character reference: I am a Disclosure Project Representative, have worked directly with Golden Eagle, have investigated the two WI Crop Circles this summer, been healed from PID from an ET in 1995, am a Natural Healer and Metaphysical Teacher/Student. Among many other things I am directly connected to Aztalan and Rock Lake, WI. I was born at 11:11 a.m. during a Grand Cross / Planetary Alignment.

Something to watch: In December my mother was diagnosed with Advanced Breast Cancer. Since I myself was healed by an ET, I have strongly requested those same ETs to heal my Mother. Beginning in December, the Phoenix area (within WALKING or WORKING distance from my family) has had a UFO Sighting / Flap. And in that time, a mysterious white "UFO" van has been spotted numerous times right near where they live. So I have Faith that they are going to heal her. It will be a Miracle that will be widely talked about with documentation.

The object was sort of cross like, and there were 3 large lights that could be seen. In this sense, the shape was maybe like 2 ears, lit, an eye on the forehead, lit, and no fourth light. The lights were crime light colored and the object hovered. It was very close, maybe 30 stories high. I could only see the lights, and they suggested a helicopter shaped figure, but THERE WAS NO NOISE AT ALL, and it seemed to be emitting beams of light that were filtered by the fog/mist in the air!!! It changed direction and lifted away. It was a foggy morning, and I was out for my morening bike ride when I noticed this object hovering in the sky at a very close distance from me.

The object picked up speed and followed us.

Me and my friend were going 4 wheeling when we saw what we thought was a plane. As we got closer we realized it was not a plane but a rectangular figure. We slowly came to a stop. it was headed south. when we stopped we noticed it had very bright lights. the lights were greenish blue, white, and red. Sudenly the object made a sharp 180 degree turn. this made the object come right for us. when it got above us it started to shine light on us. Since my friend got really scared, she told me to go as fast as i could and go into the garage. But i did not listen. instead i went up my driveway and noticed that the object had turned anither 90 degrees and was begining to follow us. So my friend and i got off the 4 wheeler and went to get my mom and brother. By this time the object had picked up speed and shot across the sky. I begged my friend to get back on the 4 wheeler and when she finally did we went to the other side of my house where the object went. we went back to park it and my friend got really scared and got off the 4 wheeler and ran in the house. As i was parking the 4 wheeler i noticed the lights again. so i called for my friend, but she did not come. As i looked at it more it began to dissapear. it did not go out of my sight. it never move farther along the sky. it just vanished. we haven't seen it since.

There was no noise present!

flashing object moving north across constellation Leo, then turning sharply to the west (a 90% turn).

My son and I were looking for galaxies through our telescope in the constellation Leo when suddenly we noticed an object moving directly across it to the North. At first I didn't think anything of it because that night we had seen three planes and five satellites crossing the sky in the same area. This object flashed a strange bluish-white light that gave off a sharp triangular appearance. I soon realized that it couldn't have been a plane because those give off repetative rythmical flashes. This object's flash was not like that. It would flash, pause a second, flash two or three times, pause a couple seconds, then back to one flash, then one long pause, then flash again. It just repeated like this, very unrandomly for about 7 or 8 secs. Then suddenly and without warning it made a sharp and quick 90% turn west, flashed again, then was gone. I also noticed that when it wasn't flashing, the object seemed to have a grayish-metallic spherical appearance to it. I don't know what I saw, I just know I've never seen anything like it before. I should also probably mention that an aircraft came to the exact position of this object. It arrived only seconds after it left.

squadrons of orange balls pass over Watertown, WI

I observed "squadrons" of orange balls pass over my house during approximately a 1 hour period. They all moved very fast and I believe them to be lower then cloud level. All the sightings lasted 7-8 seconds from them to pass from East to West in the sky. The first group had 12-13 balls in a row that moved apart from each other, then converged into what seemed to be one bigger ball before disappearing. The next groups had 7 or 8, 5, and 3 balls each all in a V formation, traveling in the same direction height, and speed. I managed to snap a picture of one group but the flash went off. They stopped after I took the picture.

My two brothers and I witnessed two distinct, dark yellow lit, triangular objects stay still and then suddenly move to the left.

At first my brother (age 20) called me outside because he said he saw a UFO. I didn't quite believe him until a few seconds later he came inside and dragged me out. I couldn't tell exatly how many lights where on it, but there appeared to be 3 in a triangular shape in the darkest yellow I have ever seen on an aircraft. It didn't appear to be moving and my other brother (age 18) got our telescope. As he was gone I watched the object move quickly to the left behind some trees. It didn't dart across very fast but moved a lot faster than any plane I had seen before, and it had done this after not moving for quite a while. When my brother came out we could barely make it out behind the trees. It was then that we noticed another object looking like the other that was not there just a second before. We weren't looking when it appeared but it must have moved very fast to its position as 3 of us were watching the skies. We ran down our driveway with the telescope so we could see behind the trees and get a good look at the objects, but once we got down, they were no where to be found. We waiting for about 40 minutes but there were no signs of any others. It was then that I came in I searched for a UFO Reporting Center.

Two lights traveling in sync dissapeared behind the moon.

Two lights in the sky flew over our heads vey high and fast in the atmosphere. It was a full moon night and we watched as they flew over head. They were very high so we assumed either an airplane or satelite. The only problem is that they were in a course with the moon. They flew in to the path of the moon but never came out of the otherside. I was currently at this time enlisted whith the New York national guard. I was some what injured at the time and just wrote it off to being satelites, but now I am a little curious to what it might have been. I have no real proof other than a handful of soldiers and my-self were watching.

Strange Hovering Light - Noticed and Approached Us

This is a while back but I remember it quite well.

Back in 2005 my sister was driving home from some late night dinner with my mother and as we drove down our street I saw a light at the end of the street over a house just above the trees about two feet above. I automatically assumed that it was a airplane flying low at night and the perspective was throwing off the actual height. So my sister stopped to get the mail at the bottom of our 150 ft driveway. I stared and then noticed the light was not moving. Just as a mentioned this to my mother and sister the light began to zip smoothly towards us. My sister did not pull up the driveway, but my mother began to panic and said to get up the driveway. My heart began to race since this light as now apparently only 2 feet above the treeline! As we pulled in the garage I looked overhead and saw the light skirt over the tops of the trees and then we were in the garage. As I ran inside to look out the windows, the object had left and that was the end of the excitement. To date my mother doesn't talk about it because she doesn't want people to think she is crazy.

We were looking at how beautiful the stars were and as we both gazed upward, a large cigar shaped "sillouette" floated past us very slowly. It almost appeared to be a craft silently cruising without it's lights on. It was a black shaped that moved across the horizon. It lasted approx. 30-45 seconds, then it was out of view in the dark.I estimate by it's proximety to the ground, and to us, as well as it's scale against the various buildings around that it was aprrox. 300-400 feet long and approx three times the "height" of a large airliner.

We looked at each other and my friend, whos dad was a pilot and who was very familiar with aircraft said..." I have never ever seen anything like that have you?"........I replied "No____,...I have not". We got in and attempted to catch and pursue it, but were unsuccessful in finding back roads to follow it. We talked about it well into the night and to this day, we still believe we saw something very unusual.
