While going up my driveway, I thought I saw colorful lights in the North West sky, right after the sun went down. After getting out of my vehicle and looking up I saw green and red lights. At times it was moving in a circular fashion, then zig zag, then shooting up and down. Its pace was like a happy being in the sky. It also appeared to have a white light on it.

I went inside and grabbed my binoculars and came out to see more. There it was still looking like a star but far to twinkly and moving. I moved my position to the back yard (where it was darker)and proceeded to watch for any change. I see it appear to be dancing and changing shape into an ancient harp or a circular shape, then dancing again..... I don't know, the sky is very clear tonight with a crescent moon.... Go out and look.

Two bangs heard and one flash seen in northern sky outside Buffalo New York at 22:41 on 9/11/15

This report does not involve any flying craft. However I feel compelled to report what I saw and heard.

I was walking my dog in my neighborhood and at 10:41 pm I was startled by a loud bang. This did not sound like thunder nor did it sound like any firecracker I have heard. This bang did not sound like a cannon blast nor a gunshot.

As I rounded a corner I encountered a neighbor to whom I asked, "Did you hear that" The neighbor said he did and said the bang sounded "metallic" certainly not like thunder. I told the neighbor, "It came from the direction of the fire hall" which was behind me. In other words the bang came from behind me, which was North. The neighbor and I stood for about 60 seconds while we looked to the north. WE did not see or hear anything during that time. I told the neighbor "maybe if we hear it again we might know what it is." I said goodnight to him and continued walking.

60 seconds later I turned around and looked North. I was looking straight when I saw a blue-white flash high in the northern sky at about a 75 degree angle from the horizon and heard another bang. The flash looked similar to lightning, but did not spread across the sky like cloud to cloud lightning. The flash was bright but not blindingly so. The flash did not look like a fireball. This second bang sounded identical to the first bang and came after the flash. The second bang did not sound like thunder. I did not see anything shoot upwards from the ground prior to the flash nor did I see anything fall from the sky after the flash.

The weather conditions were as follows: It was nighttime with drizzle and overcast skies.

Shape started far away as a white light (bright) and turned out to be a delta shape with yellowy white/red lights.

UFO seen going over Harris Hill Road in the town of Clarence, NY on the night of 09/03/2014, around 9:30pm. I was driving toward an intersection and stopped at red light. Bright white light in distance was brighter than any planets, but not as large as moon.

Upon starting to drive from red light, I noticed white light approaching pretty fast until trees on side of road obscured it. Then as I drove, I saw a flat-triangle-shaped (point facing up) object that was larger than a plane would be, flying relatively low to ground, about as high as the highest treetop and then a little higher.

Red and yellowish/white lights (2 on each side of middle point) blinked in a radiating pattern outward toward sides. Object passed diagonally at a 45-degreeish angle from one side of road over and was then obscured by trees on left side of road. Not sure of sound as my vehicle is loud. No other witness in car (I was alone.)

Object remains at same hight and static in sky at about 2000 to 3000 ft. It does not move.
Definitely not a star.

Balloon shape object, that appeared to have flames glowing within, traveling over Clarence NY 8/29/12

It was traveling about the speed of a plane in flight. It appeared to be like a balloon shape or bubble, and it clearly appeared to have flames burning within ...glowing flames within the body, I have never experienced anything like this in my lifetime. We see planes all the time, we live within a few miles of the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. The object was traveling just to the North of us, heading East. This was not an aircraft. This was something very strange. Glowing light, that appeared to be glowing golden flames...I cannot believe I saw this. It did not even appear to be that far away, not that high in the air.

Solid white lights crossing the sky at a very high altitude at a very rapid speed.

Let me first start by saying, I found this site by stumbling on it while trying to find answers to what my son & I witnessed and have witnessed in the past.

My son is a 10 year old curious young man who has questions about everything. So it was no surprise that he would have questions about the lights in the sky that we witnessed together.

I myself am a 47 year old male who has experienced some really odd and unexplainable stuff in my life after spending 21 years in the military and serving 13 years as a uniformed police office and 2 years under cover. I’ve seen just about all the weird stuff, I want to in my life.

On July 25, 2012, at approximately 21:00 hours, while fishing in a lake on our property, I observed a solid white light crossing the sky from southwest to northeast. I pointed the light out to my son, who by far has better eye sight than I do. The light was so far up that if you didn’t track it, you would lose sight of it. The light appeared to be moving at a fairly rapid speed as that of a jet plane, but with no flashing lights, the altitude was much higher than what an aircraft could travel.

My son & I continued to observe three more lights over the next hour traveling in the same direction at the same speed, matching the same description as the one before it.

If it’s a UFO, interesting, if it’s plane or satellite great, we are just looking for answer to what it is. I have seen these same lights in the sky before, but in another location with my old son who was about 13 at the time.

These lights are not something notice by walking out the door of your house and looking up in the night sky. I’ve only noticed them when concentrating on the night sky in a very dark area without much interference light from surrounding homes. I don’t think you would notice them unless you are looking for them. We just want to know what they are, so when we see them again, we have an explanation.

While sitting on my deck, this "Jumper" (StarGateType)except for a huge moon like light on the bottom of it flew over me..I ran to get the wife to see, and it was gone..Tree top level and no noise whatsoever...Silent, completley silent...Did not notice any other lights..Night was star lit...

I saw a huge, bright spacecraft hovering over my forest that looked as though it was directly looking at my house.

I woke up at 6:45 AM from my alarm clock, getting ready for the day. I was going to hit the snooze button, but all of a sudden I saw a brilliant, bright light coming from a spacecraft or something that looked like the sun and that I had never seen before.

I was filled with panic and curiosity. The object was hovering above the tree line of my forest. It was as big 50 full sized moons, and it looked as though it was very close to me, hovering, pointing at me! It couldn't have been the sun because it was bigger than I had ever seen the sun and as we all know the sun rises in the east!

After figuring this out I ran to the other side of the house and saw that at the east the sun had not even come up yet! I figured that I was just seeing things and I went back to bed. I woke up again at 6:52 ish, and dashed to the window.

I saw a few lights from where they were before, like something was there, but then as it went completely away.

Then, the shadow of the house came up showing that the sun had finally come up.

A brief up close interaction with a massive UFO.

The date is approximate, I do remember hearing on TV the next morning about multiple reports of strange lights over Lake Erie near Lackawanna,NY which was the direction it was coming from when I encountered it.

I was driving down a winding country road that ran bbetween a farmhouse and it's barn then a grove of trees and finally under overhead wires into a clearing and that's when I first saw it slowly moving from right to left no more than 200' above my home at the other end of the cornfield.

The sight of this massive football shaped UFO with these 3 huge lights passing across my windshield caused me to immediately stop. I couldn't tell if I was looking at the bottom of the ship and it was scanning the countryside on its edge or if there were other sides of the ship that had more lights.

I don't know why I decided to flash my high beams but when I did it stopped, just hovering there. I exited the car and stood there staring at it. I fixated on the 3 lights and that's when I detected a very slight wobble. I remember thinking next that there was no sound and then I looked to make the shape out in the night sky and that's when I noticed all the small lights thruout the ship that enabled me to discern it's shape. Just as I was doing this one of the small lights detached and made a backwards arcing manuver which left it lower and behind the mothership? over the road ahead of me. That's when it turned on a beam shining down to the width of the road and began to approach me. I jumped in my car and instinctively went in reverse. Both ships immediately broke off in different directions and were gone in seconds. Someone recently suggested I may have been abducted without remembering anything since the encounter ended so abruptly. Something I never thought of but I did! develop a mysterious virus that I received a follow up call years after the hospital closed which while I didn't connect it to anything I do remember mentioning to my wife at the time that the call was odd. I still don't believe that I was abducted though.

close encounter in ny

as I was rounding a curve approaching my home one night in the rural town of clearence center outside of buffalo,ny I saw this approx 300ft wide oval shaped object moving slowly from right to left about 100ft in the air. It had 3 predominat lights(2 on each bottom corner and one center top)besides those there were hundreds of smaller lights dispersed thruout the oval shape(guesing on the shape since lights were the only way to define it) I stopped and got out of my car,focusing on the three bright lights I could see the vessel slowly gyrating. It made no sound as it stood in the air. I got back in my car and flashed my highbeams rapidly at it,suddenly it stopped moving from right to left and a single small light left it, made an arcing swoop to line up with the road about 50 yards in front of me and 50 ft up. It then turned on this bright white beam aimed at the road approx 45deg angle and started towards me.I then put my car in reverse and as I was scared. At that point both objects immediately disapeared from the sky in opposite directions.Not sure on date but I do know there was another reported in lakawanna,ny on the same night(25mi)
