Bright green light hovered briefly, reversed direction, spiraled, and dropped quickly from the sky—unlike any known aircraft or natural

At approximately 10:50 p.m. on May 6, 2025, I observed a bright green light in the night sky over Indianapolis (zip code 46201). The object was high up and moved much faster than a commercial airplane. It initially traveled in one direction, then reversed course—an immediate and unexpected change that caught my attention.

After reversing, it hovered briefly in place, then began moving in a spiral or corkscrew motion. I lost sight of it behind trees, but when it reappeared moments later, it descended almost straight down at a rapid pace and disappeared from view.

The green light did not blink, strobe, or behave like a drone, meteor, or typical aircraft. Its movements were abrupt and unusual, and I have not found any explanation that fits the event. I was calm and alert during the observation, and the sighting stands out as highly unexplainable by anything I’ve witnessed before.

Fast-moving point of green light spotted to the northeast in Indianapolis.

I was driving home and spotted a green point of light to the Northeast traveling very quickly in the sky. The sky was very clear and I didn’t see any streaking behind the object like a meteor would exhibit. Although It was moving quite fast, it was not as fast as a shooting star. I have seen meteors/comets many times before and this did not look like anything I’ve seen before. I only saw it for a second before my view was obstructed.

I watched it for a few seconds, but looked away briefly to focus on driving. I looked back just a second later and it was no longer there. I looked around, frantically trying to see if it was somewhere else in the sky, but I couldn’t find it again.

Large, Black, slightly lumpy objects that were roughly shaped like a bunch of grapes

I at the time was a police officer for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, and had been dispatched to 1335 Sadlier Cir E Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46239 on a business alarm. I was accompanied by two other officers. After checking the alarm I noticed two flat black objects floating at about 1,000 feet. They were much larger than a regular party balloon, and did not appear to be a collection of balloons inside a tarp etc.. They appeared to be moved by the wind, and never appeared to move apart, or change altitude in relation to each other. They moved as if they were connected, but were approximately 50 feet apart and had no apparent connections between the two. The objects were moving from the SW to the NE. I asked IMPD SE Control to connect Indy Center who said they were balloons from an event which occurred in downtown Indianapolis, but the objects we saw came from roughly the direction of Homecroft Indiana. The date and time can be verified the CAD history for the alarm, and any notes entered in the run will also still be there. I am now retired so I no longer have access to the MECA Communications CAD, but I can probably ask a friend who still works there for copies of the CAD. There were originally three of us on the alarm run, but one has since passed.

Saw what was thought to be Venus or a star like Sirius, Vega. This light then "whooshed" noiselessly off to the west as it faded away.

I was walking down a local paved pedestrian trail, and as I walked I looked up about 45 degrees into the cloudless sky and saw what I thought initially to be a star or bright planet. As I continued looking, after about a single second it began moving rapidly towards the west where the sun had just set. As it did this, however it faded away and disappeared within another second leaving absolutely no trace, no smoke trail. There were no blinking lights, just what looked like a star/planet that did not move with the other planets/stars that were beginning to appear on the horizon; I cant estimate how fast it moved when it began to disappear but it definitely wasn't there before, it's as though it appeared out of thin air, then it flew off immediately after I saw it. It left no smoke trail but the light that shone/reflected off it left an afterimage of a trail-looking line. I obviously didn't expect it to fly off, let alone disappear, so as my eye looked at the same spot the light as it moved trailed because of my perception not because of any trail it left. It looked as though it "phased out" of reality as it moved away. It all happened so quickly, within 2 or 3 seconds.

Noticed bright light traveling quickly, abruptly stop, move slowly, and hover for several minutes with variations in light.

I'm a 40 year old woman with no background of hallucinations or conspiracy theory enthusiasm, nor am I into the whole alien- is there or is there not debunking whatsoever but I do know exactly what my girlfriend and I saw tonight. It's a crystal clear sky above Indianapolis, Indiana tonight and my girlfriend was outside smoking a cigarette when she came running inside to get me because of this object she saw in the sky. It is very bright, moving a speed unlike an aircraft, which we see all the time. It made very abrupt changes in direction and speed until it finally was hovering in the western sky. I took out my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra because I frequently take amazing pictures of this moon with it and thought I've got to be able to get a decent one of whatever this is. Began to take pictures of it from various magnifications and upon looking at them the best photo it's clear as can be that it's a triangular object and if you look closely there is a faint black oval around the entire object, it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. She proceeded to look around the sky and we did see another object that was moving oddly, kind of a zig zag pattern and then it went fast to the east then the light just disappeared, it didn't fade off, it just disappeared. There are no jet streams whatsoever in the sky for either of these objects which is what led me to submit these. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a photo of the second mentioned object, it was too quick.

I looked up and saw a flashing green craft dropping and jumping and flying super fast.

It was a large craft with extremely bright green flashing light and it would drop like throwing an object off a roof and then it would fly up almost instantly. It would then circle the area of buildings very quickly and then stop, drop to the ground and pop back up. There was plane flying and it blasted past it and then flew up to it and almost hit it. Lastly it came down to my eye level but probably 50 feet away and just “stared” at me for about 20 seconds and I did not move and then it flew up and was gone.

I have videos of all of this except the “staring” part…somehow the video stop recording that part.

I spotted a red light above the tree line to the southwest that looked like a cell phone tower, since I was already watching the skies for anything unusual, I looked at it for a bit longer and saw it gradually raise up into the sky a little bit and then come towards us silently. It went almost directly over our heads and continued on a north eastward path. It had one bright, red light and a black body that we couldn’t make out the shape of. It wads difficult to gauge the elevation- but was probably about where helicopters fly.

Beautiful day with the bluest of blue sky and white puffy clouds. Looked and saw a black object hovering.

Beautiful day while attending a car show. Looked up and thought I saw a bird, then ruled it to be a drone but the more I watched it. It was perfectly still. No wavering or draft adjusting. I was miffed and kinda in a trance as I watched. It was black and had a vertical rectangular shape but also seemed to have an upper section that tapered in and I could see that it had a slight metallic soft sheen to it that was like a very dark amber color in that section. I took my phone out to record and it was dead. I then asked the guys with me sitting with their backs to it. If they could see it. They looked and asked where was I looking and I said look northwest at about the 11 O’clock position. Of the two who were really looking, one didn’t see it as I was pointing to it and the other said he saw something but wasn’t sure what it was as when he started to focus in on it, it went further up slowly into the clouds. It was the damndest thing I’ve seen during the day. It had to be about 1k to 2k in elevation at least and no sound, no contrail, no nothing. Just a black box hovering and oddly enough disappeared when I was trying to point it out.

I’m former military and a retired 42yr veteran of the Indiana State Police. I know what I saw and this would be my second experience of this nature with my first being an age 9, and now at 67 years old.

Also after the object ascended into the clouds, at least two jets came into the area flying in a northeasterly direction, each within a couple of minutes of each other and just a few minutes before the object ascended. The jets didn’t appear to be military but hard to say as they were much higher and moving fast!

Two craft with a triangle light formation on the bottom and a flashing strobe light and zero engine noise flew past when I was outside.

I went outside around 11:40 PM EST to let my dogs out in the front yard of my house. Shortly after going outside, I noticed two blinking lights somewhat off in the distance, moving in the sky from north to south. As the lights got closer, I could start to see a triangle light formation on the bottom of the craft. There was also a blinking white strobe light on both crafts. I could make out the same triangle light formation on both crafts. Both crafts appeared to be identical. I could not see the craft clearly enough to make out its entire shape. I could mostly just see the triangle light formation and a blinking strobe light. But there was enough light to tell that these triangle lights were attached or part of the craft and not just floating lights. The two crafts were flying one in front of the other but with a safe enough distance between them. I would estimate the crafts' size to be about equal to a small or medium-sized fighter jet, like an F-16 or F-15, for example. The crafts made absolutely no sound whatsoever. No engine noises. No visible engine exhaust or afterburner. I would say these crafts were flying at about the same level you would expect a helicopter to be at if it were flying across a city. They were flying relatively slowly.

At this point of viewing the craft for maybe about a minute, I decided to run inside and get my phone as fast as I could to film. The time it took me to get my phone and start the video is probably about a minute. Unfortunately, I was not able to film when they were close enough to make out the triangle light formation. I filmed the craft continuing to fly north to south over the city of Indianapolis. By the time you see the craft in the video, I would say they are over downtown Indianapolis or possibly the Indianapolis International Airport. The craft flew in a relatively straight line when I could see them close. By the time they get over more of the city, they seem to be farther apart than when I first saw them. I wanted to go down to the end of the street to keep filming but decided to take the dogs inside first. By the time I came back outside, I could no longer see either of the crafts. I stayed outside continuing to look at the sky.

3-5 minutes after returning outside from letting the dogs in, I noticed a small white orb high in the sky. It appeared much higher in the sky than the two crafts I had witnessed. I saw the orb moving slowly in the sky for about 5 seconds when it suddenly vanished into thin air. I continued going in and outside for a few hours to see if any of the crafts returned, but clouds rolled in, and I did not see anything else that night.

A few details about the video: During the video, there appear to be three lights in the sky, but the light furthest to the right is a star, I believe. There also appear to be some bugs flying around near the camera at the end of the video. I did not have my camera’s auto-rotate feature on, and at one point in the video, I turned the camera horizontally, causing the video to be sideways. I do not have any video of the white orb I saw; it was gone before I could turn my camera back on.

I would consider myself very knowledgeable about what most military aircraft and helicopters from World War II and newer look and sound like. I read about military aviation quite frequently and have been to many airshows.

On Sunday November 5th of 2023 at 2:45pm at 86th and Zionsville Rd in Indianapolis, I was looking up into the sky when I observed a circular whirlwind and about 40 or more unidentified chevron winged aircraft in the sky. The aircraft was very high up and was visible for about 5 minutes. I only caught 52 seconds of it in video and I took 1 snapshot picture. Most of the aircraft had disappeared or fallen out of my view by the time I made the video and took a photo.

I have video of a bright light that was dancing around in the sky and appeared to come closer at times and had a swirl in it

I was looking at the sky and asked my roommate to come look at the bright light in the sky above my neighbors house. At first I thought it was a drone but it was too big. The moon was south of this, the object was east. I took a picture but it was moving, so we took 2 videos of it. It almost danced in the sky. I held my phone still and the object appeared to come closer and had a swirl shape and it would drop out of the camera and then come right back up. It was bright white and had a yellowish bottom edge. We watched this for approximately 15 minutes until it disappeared. We went to bed and I had forgotten about it until later that afternoon.

I walked out of the school and was watching a plane and noticed something smaller fly past it heading the opposite direction.

I had just walked out of the School when I saw an airplane and stopped to view it. Then I noticed a smaller object fly past it, heading the opposite direction. I could see the wings/fins of the plane but not the other object so I took a picture and second picture on accident. I was trying to record but wasn't able to in time as it flew past and my school building blocked it. I reviewed the photos and zoomed in on them further only to see it was a disk without any kind of wings or fins.it seemed Grey and it was over a clear blue sky. Even stranger is that in the second picture I took I noted it seem the width had decreased and wasn't as slim? Could be the angle. I'm not sure.

I saw a strange light that seemed to stretch in length before disappearing

While driving this morning I noticed a strange, pastel yellow light in the sky; I noticed it because it was a shade of yellow that was distinct from everything in the skyline. As I saw this, I was going westbound on 465 in Indianapolis on the north side just before the north split to meridian/us 31. The light appeared to elongate or stretch out away from the point of origin before snapping to the new point and collapsing back to its original size. It then disappeared. There was only one source of light, it moved in a linear fashion, and it stayed the same color (did not appear to change color or have an aura-like appearance).

Circular black object with two protrusions floating just under the cloud line

While fishing with my 5 year old son at our house, my son pointed out an object just above us, “floating” just under the cloud line. It was all black, somewhat circular, with two protussions coming out of the front. It was clearly not an airplane, air balloon, or any typical object seen in the sky. I attempted to capture it with my phone and oddly my camera app would not load, and then it disappeared.

V shape moving south looked invisible but could see the shape

V moving south with the tip of the v pointing north. Had very small lights surrounding it. I was testing my s22 ultra in the dark trying to take pictures of the sky and looked around while it took the 30 second photo and saw it unfortunately my phone was in the wrong direction. It was glitchy or glassy but darker then the sky. It went behind clouds. It made a very very low rumble lower then any plane or helicopter. Looked huge have never seen anything this big in the sky. Looked more glitchy or glass like twords the ends of the v and got more noticeable twords the point of the v. The glass likeness surrounded the object. I took a picture at 30 seconds 100 iso twords where I saw it immediately and saw nothing but I took a mock up of what I saw. The red line is where it disappears the arrow is the direction and the object above is what I saw but I don't know if I can draw what I saw it was truly odd but still fresh in my mind.

Heard a high pitched ringing and turned around to see a shiny, silver space craft.

Was out for a walk after a long day. Started hearing an extremely high pitched and continuous sound. Thought it might be from my migraine, but it wouldn't go away, and seemed like it was coming from above/behind me. I finally turned around after 4/5 minutes and saw a silver spacecraft, big enough to recognise as a spaceship of some sort, but still far away. It had this strange silvery haze around it as well, that was almost beautiful. I was frozen there for a few minutes, and unfortunately didn't think to get video evidence. I was still confused and kind of scared, so decided to just go home and get some sleep. Sorry if it seems like a stupid thing to do, but I was very tired and wasn't 100% that I was seeing what I thought I was. (Though now I am sure of what I saw.) About to turn in early for the night, but wanted to get this off my chest first. Thank you for listening. If I see the spacecraft again, I will submit another report.

Former law enforcement officer reported slender black cigar-shaped object with 7 lights.

Observer had spotted an unknown object. Witness was a retired Marion County and State Capitol Police officer, and at the time of the sighting, an Uber driver. Report as follows. Beach Grove/Indianapolis, retired police officer was sitting at the corner of Thompson Road and Emerson Avenue in the old Kmart parking lot. He was in his car facing West when he looked up and saw a black cigar-shaped craft with 7 round white lights on the trailing edge of the object, which was silent. He estimated the craft was 1800-2000 feet high, similar to low flying helicopters. From witness's vantage point inside his vehicle, he estimated the object to be around 1/2 mile (2640 feet) away. When looking at it with his arm outstretched, eye to thumbtip of around 25-30 inches, he noted it was 45 degree angle up and about the size of 3-4 of his thumbnails which is approximately 3-3-1/2 inches. This indicates a large craft estimated to be about 300 feet wide which would make the 7 li! ghts on trailing edge about 15 feet across. Object moved from NE to SW and disappeared out of sight as he drove off to pick up a customer. He stated he had seen this exact same craft in August 2021 about 8-10 miles West of this location near his home.

First Possible Sighting of UFO: It began to move toward me!

I left work later in the night and decided to spend some downtime in a parks empty parking lot. Close to the time I was about to leave I noticed a ball of reddish/orange light that seemed to be one or two neighborhoods away. It was hard to tell what it was because there was no definite shape at first. I also don’t recall how long it had been there seeing as I had been staring at the sky and my phone for 20 mins at that point. It looked too big to be a star and didn’t move at all. I took a short video to catch it at 11:58pm.

Suddenly it began to lift vertically into the sky very slowly, too slowly to catch on camera with shaky hands but visible to me. I took another short video but again the camera wasn’t good enough. I was trying to be rational but a kinda stubby beam the same color seemed to protrude out very slightly from the bottom. It wasn’t the long white beam I thought I’d see in my first encounter but it was apparent.

The object continued to rise into the sky. I had music playing on my phone at less than half volume so I could still hear a pen drop. No sound was ever heard during any of this encounter. It was silent. Then lights began to blink, about 4 green vertical rectangular lights on the right side, and 4 red ones on the left. I took a third and final video of the blinking lights which only appear slightly in my video at 12:00am. When I zoom into the video it looks similar a sun with five/six hoops moving around it like an atom.

At that point it was a lot higher in the sky and began moving toward me at a rate that continues to send chills down my back hours later. I could tell it was fast because the size of the object increased in less than seconds. I immediately started my car, reversed, and sped off. As I was speeding off i FaceTimed my friend to explain what was happening as quickly as I could. When I was turning out of the park, I took a quick glance- but nothing. The sky was empty. The encounter felt like forever, when I looked at the timestamps I really couldn’t believe it was only about 2 mins. I’ve never been so shaken up by anything before.

. I was upstairs in the bedroom watching Netflix. My wife was downstairs when she yells up look out the window in the back yard. I say what she says look in the back yard. I think she wants me to come downstairs to look so I head that way. She says look out the bathroom window. We have a huge window in our bathroom. She comes up we look and there are 2 objects in the sky at a 45 degree angle lights at this point moving across the sky to the west. I try to take a picture but the camera for what ever reason would not capture the image. We ran out back and they were still in sight. It was dusk and they were no longer lit up. No sound no erratic movement just floating to the southwest. I ran around to the front of the house and continued to watch them. I had my phone and thought I was recording but unfortunately, I must not have hit the record button. My original photos did capture the lit objects from the bathroom window.

All the time see this u.f.o outside of my house, it has been outside of my house for about 2-3 years now. I see all throughout the year at many times throughout the night, and it just flickers and sits there. Now what got my attention of this u.f.o is the flickering, but after dismissing it a few times I started to see different colors in these flickers, and so I was like let me look at this closer, upon looking closer at it, it mesmerizes you with the perfect circle of flashy red, and blue, and greens, it's like how is it flashing like this and noone can see it or it goes un-noticed. Anyhow finally wanted to report this thing. It sits in the southwest to south east skies, and it flickers like a star, but if you look close it's full of colorful flashes!!

Red/orange orb hovering and moving in a serpentine pattern in western sky

I was out walking my dog in my parent’s neighborhood in an area known as Geist. It’s semi-rural, mostly suburban.

The dogs in the neighborhood had been barking a lot this evening (not unusual, as there are quite a few foxes and occasionally coyotes). I am visiting from New York City and needed to walk my dog down their street because of the activity earlier (dogs barking, coyotes can snack on dogs as small as mine!).

I was on the phone with a friend and it was quite dark on their street (yards have lampposts but no streetlights). The sky can be quite remarkable here as it’s far enough from major light pollution. Tonight the sky was quite mixed with clouds and some stars peeking through with heavier cloud cover to the west.

There are small airports nearby- so I’m used to seeing and hearing small aircraft and larger planes. Mostly all unremarkable- I do believe some folks may also have drones, but it doesn’t track...

I looked west as I was walking the dog after looking up to see Mars overhead (in an area where the clouds were patchy). My eye was drawn west and I saw a red/orange bright light/orb. At first I didn’t pay much attention because, as I said, there are a number of small aircraft consistently out all hours of the day and night in this area. I thought it might be a helicopter, as it was sort of winding and weaving at a relatively consistent altitude about 45’ from the horizon. It was moving in sort of a serpentine fashion. As a New Yorker, I’m very familiar with helicopter flight patterns (and most especially after this summer). The altitude and the brightness of the light (it was an orb) were too bright and also too diffuse for a helicopter. At the size, I would have been able to hear it, even if the wind was in the opposite direction. It wasn’t more than a couple of miles away based on the size (and the altitude).

It weaved back and forth, sometimes appearing to stop. It was a red/orange light- no green visible even as the object appeared to turn and dip. The altitude, like I said, was relatively consistent with some dips.

I ran inside and brought my dad out, we watched it for a few minutes and then went inside to get his star-gazing binoculars (the sky can get dark enough here to enjoy a lot of stars on a clear night). We went through the house and to the back deck with the binoculars. He switched on the porch light and I asked him to turn it off- he did and we looked for the light and it had disappeared. The cloud cover was too high for it to have disappeared through it (high, thick clouds to the west, where we saw it, but not low enough for where this aircraft was to disappear in less than 90 seconds). We went outside immediately (their house is a small ranch).

The object had completely disappeared. I have no good explanation for how it could have moved suddenly that quickly or dropped low enough to be out of eyesight in that minute and a half as we were transitioning through the house. The light was also notable- as I said it was a ruddy sort of light, and quite diffuse. Very weird! Also notable that after the light disappeared, the dogs in the neighborhood seem to have settled down. (Again, probably and very likely unrelated based on the creature activity here)..

Never seen this many things flying at once, looks like an invasion.

Bright light on southern Indianapolis from East to NWest

There was a power failure around my block, so with the family we went outside to enjoy more of the fresh air... I took my binoculars (50x10) perhaps to show the kids airplanes, Jupiter and some stars. We are south of the Indianapolis International Airport, so usually there's a lot of light pollution, light pollution was still plentiful however there was a flight coming from south towards the airport and I asked my son to have a look with the binoculars.

As the flight passed right on top of our heads I noticed this very bright light approaching from North East (over 2 o'clock if pointing North). I excitedly asked my son that was using the binoculars to look at it (wife, sons and little daughter were there), few seconds later I got the binoculars.

When looking this object (roughly at the brightness of Jupiter) I didn't see any blinking light or discernible light, so I thought it could have been the ISS, I have seen it before, but with a 10 times magnification is a bit squarish (I have seen it before). I asked my elder daughter to pass me her phone so that I could check the ISS using her data, but to my surprise it was on an orbit to South America, hence, I'm writing this.

When I checked the phone the time was 9:56 PM, thus my reported time is approximated, if possible to trace that airplane passing overhead the time would be found precisely.

15 minutes later there was another less bright UFO (I call it such because I checked it with binoculars and was not a plane), this was from the direction of the airport towards South.

On addition, I have seen an object following the same path before, but not this bright. And few minutes later the same will go in the other direction... sincerely they seem too bright to be satellites. At this main one I'm reporting I'm pretty sure was way too bright. After the second UFO my wife started complaining about me being too excited and noisy, and told me that she has seen it multiple times once even during the day, just a light, same direction.

Bright green blinking light rapidly crossed the sky,

Four adults (2 with PhDs, one in a scientific field) simultaneously observed a rapidly moving green pulsing light moving across the sky almost directly overhead. The speed of the flashing green light was 4-5x faster than the commercial aircraft on far-approach to KIND (Indianapolis International Airport) flying directly overhead just minutes before.

After one adult in the group asked "what is that?" the blinking immediatly changed from once per second to once every three seconds, but the course (roughly southeast, across Franklin Township, Marion County) remained constant, as did speed. The object moved from Northwest to Southeast across the entire visible night sky in about 90 seconds.

It was far too bright to be a meteor or satellite (it was blinking brighter than the commercial aircraft at 2k-4k altitude), and was moving far too fast to be an aircraft.

15 glowing objects in a strait line disappeared one after another. They were traveling from east to south very fast.

On April 27 around 10PM. I was going on my nightly jog and I couldn't believe what I saw. I noticed a perfect straight line of about 15 stars. I stopped because not only I noticed the line was perfectly straight but the one on the end was red. Suddenly the lights started moving fast in horizontal formation and one by one each object disappeared one right after another until all objects we're gone.

3 pulsating reddish fireballs in Indianapolis skies

Facing North me and my husband saw first one of three pulsating reddish fireballs that manifested low and began to shoot directly up vertically then slowed down to a stop after that it got to a higher elevation it bag an to slowly pulsate out. Before completely disappearing there was a second one that cane up exactly where the first one did and followed the trajectory with a few minor dud fences and then finally the last one did the same.

Just west of Jupiter an orb shot up and to the left. It was floating. Another one popped up and floated the same direction. This happen 6 times.They were never in the same location so it wasn't a repeat item. I ran in got my binoculars and spotted 12 more. I could follow the round orb across the sky with my binoculars. They were never in the same area nor the same angle of flight. I know what satelights are and these were not satelights. They were to big and to fast. They flew just above jupiter lower right to upper left. I ran in got my phone and tried to record a bunch more. I video taped for 20 minutes. I dont know if you can see them? The video isn't that good. It was amazing. Hair on my whole body stood up. Wow! Is all I can say

Strange rotating lights seen over Indianapolis Airport Hub

I was returning to work after getting food on 11/28/19 around 23:50 hours and noticed 4 to 5 lights rotating in a counter-clockwise formation equally spaced apart from each other in a diameter. The lights while rotating would zoom into the center and then back out to the exact distance they originated from above the Fed Ex Hub at the airport (Above the control tower from the perspective to my location). The clouds were low hanging, no craft was visible. I thought that it was strange to be seeing that but also that it had to be some sort of ground light making this effect. I asked my senior officer about this on 12/2/19 and he stated that there is nothing that would produce that over the hub. I have not seen the pattern before or sense. I then searched the internet and located this reporting site that also has a claim of strange lights in Indianapolis roughly 15 to 20 minutes after the time I had observed them.

Small light moving erratically over shopping plaza high in sky.

We were at a Laundry & Tan Connection, and my girlfriend said she saw something weird in the sky, from our car, far away, and couldn’t tell if it was a satellite or plane, and asked me. I took a look, and noticed flashing lights so I said it was a plane. I went back inside the laundromat and came back out about 25 minutes later, and my girlfriend pointed it out to me again, making a point of how erratic and quick its movements were. I observed, and noticed the same. It is moving too fast to be a conventional plane, and my girlfriend says that it’s too high up to be helicopter.

Her father is Air Force and has shown her various aircraft and she says it just isn’t moving right. She says it’s almost moving like a fishing lure, jerking around a lot.

Walking my dog at dog park before noon. Saw an electric blue light against the blue sky. Clouds were out but minimal you could see through them. It stood out but you had to really look to see it. It went from one end of the park to the other. I tried to video it w/ my IPhone 6S, but it didn’t show up on video until the last 2 sec. It flew towards an industrial park 5 min from the dog park.

I stayed for about 10 min to see if it would come back, but I lost it. On my way back home passing the industrial park on my right, there was a helicopter. I was driving and couldn’t really tell, but to me it looked like it had no markings and it could have been a black helicopter. There is a military base 10 min away from the park and industrial area. I was driving and could not stop so I can't confirm it was a black helicopter. I don’t think it a coincidence that I see a UFO and there’s a helicopter flying around the vicinity after.

I’m frustrated as the UFO only shows up o! n video the last 2 sec, when I clearly and visually saw it the whole time while recording.

Gravity-Defying Orbs in Triangle Shape

On the night of February 20th, my wife and I decided to step outside to take in the beautifully serene property of our recently purchased home. Immediately upon stepping onto the back porch, we both looked up to see what we thought was a spotlight, even though where we live made that impossible. I quickly stated that it must be the moon, while my wife directed my attention to the moon behind me, clearing up that mix up.

As we began to try and get a better look at the lights, a clear shape took form, there were 3 GIANT white orbs in a perfect triangular shape. When I say GIANT, I truly mean that this craft (if one solid unit) must have been the size of a football field. I work in an industry that allows me to make fairly accurate scale analysis in a moments notice and my brain simply could not process the shear scale of the craft(s). I jumped up onto the bench on our back patio to peer over the roof top to see where it was moving and it appeared to be complet! ely silent and heading East towards Geist Reservoir. Just as my wife joined me standing on the porch bench, it became very clear that this was not of earthly origin....the triangle shaped craft quickly split into three orbs that shot in all different directions, breaking the laws of physics that we live by. And just like that, it was gone.

I have lived with this unsettling event now for 2-1/2 months and still do not know how to process what I saw. I steadfastly believe that this planet has been visited by ETs at some point in the history of mankind, but to see something with your own eyes, and know that there are millions others like me....it’s earth shattering.

I decided to share this information in the event it may help connect the dots to a bigger story, or at least preserve this event somewhere that it will not fall on deaf ears.

I pray almost nightly now, having never been a religious man...I pray that whatever that was will come back so I can try to rationalize what I saw.

2 Very fast Lights Chasing each other from East to West right above cloud line.

This morning at 7:17am, when going to warm up my car, I saw 2 UFO'S chasing each other! They were white lights. They caught my eye because at first, I thought they were shooting stars; but they were way too big and low. They were flying right above the cloud line and going faster than any aircraft I've EVER seen. I live by the airport so I'm used to seeing aircrafts all night and day long. This lasted 10 seconds. They were "playing" over my house and reminded me of kids chasing each other. They flew in snake like formation not a straight line. They went from the west sky until they went so far east they disappeared from my range of sight. They appeared to be their own light source.

VERY unusual loud ongoing 'engine' noise for 25 minutes or more in the sky - invisible

This morning, at around 6:45 am, I was awakened by what seemed to be a very loud ongoing noise in the sky. We are in a flight path but this seemed to be not the usual airplane engine noise. It continued for at least five minutes, and I finally went out in my pjs and stood on the driveway at the back of our cul de sac.

The sky was whited out and nothing could be seen visibly in the sky. The sound, however, was like massive engines that had tones (f and g above middle c, half note measures) and underneath those tones was a low infrasound engine tone that sounded like low heavy steady wind. It was Extremely loud and ongoing and I kept wondering why no one else had come out of their homes to see what the source was. The Only thing I could come up with is perhaps it was a Massive cloaked mothership and or a fleet of same, flying low and slow.

It kept up for at least 20 minutes and then finally started fading off and I could hear it in the distance, it seemed to be heading southwest as far as distance sound. I'm wondering if perhaps other have heard this.

Fourth of July - Very Large UFO Near Geist Reservoir and Marion-Hamilton County Line.

On Fourth of July, 2018 in northern Indianapolis, near Fox Road, and the Marion-Hamilton County line, and Geist Reservoir, at about 1 p.m., I walked into my wide backyard and glanced up.

Small, dense white clouds were traveling in a northeastern direction beneath a beautiful blue sky. I was following them across the sky when I noticed that one very large cloud to the near northwest, the exact same color as the rest, was stationary. The big cloud was gently moving, like bubbling or slowly percolating in place, and was thinner or wispier along the edges. The smaller clouds traveled northward above and beside it.

Then I focused on something I wasn’t prepared to see. The big cloud was mostly concealing an enormous craft that was not moving. The first impression was of the nose of a cruise ship peeking out of a cloud. The craft’s skin was smooth with no external appendages. Its color was a pale, washed-out, non-reflective gray. There was no sound. There were no lights or lamps. The vessel was close enough that it felt as though I was looking upward from the bottom of a tall cliff.

The part of the craft I could observe looked like a 3-layer cake. The top tier was the smallest and had no openings. The second level was deeper and wider, rounded on the end, and had about four black, vertically rectangular openings or portholes that were wider at the bottom. Other openings were probably cloaked or masked by the cloud. The black openings were the most impressive part of the craft and felt ominous, like windows or observation ports.

The third layer was wider still and had no openings that I could see. The bottom of this level, and whatever was below it, was concealed by the bubbling cloud. The craft was immense. I have brainstormed the event and tried to measure the vessel with imaginary football fields. It is at least 300-400 meters across at its widest point, assuming that it is symmetrical.

I entered and exited my home twice and can vouch that this thing was there for at least 5 minutes. The second time I left the house, it was gone. For various reasons, I did not take a photograph and kept silent for over two years. I have repeatedly brain-stormed the event in order to flesh out this description and make the most accurate possible drawing.

Yellow/orange fireball in Southern sky seen in S. Indianapolis, IN, for 4 minutes in evening of 05 May, 2018.

On 06 May 2018 at 21:55 EST, I was walking South in the 5200 block of Madison Ave. in Indianapolis, IN. Mildest haze, no clouds, visibility 8 / 10.

I saw a yellow/orange ball of light at approximately 15-18 degree elevation in the Southern sky. It appeared to have ignited, burned increasingly brighter for one minute, and slowly extinguish over the next 3 minutes. It wasn’t visible at 22:00 EST, from my perspective.

If the object had the appearance of motion, I would have thought it was a paper lantern.

I estimate the distance from 6 miles to infinity.

Two oval some what metallic objects at different altitudes crossing the sky underneath two passing jets headed in opposite directions.

Working on the Campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana, on the 4th floor of the BS building looking directly West. There is always a considerable amount of airplane traffic as the Indianapolis Airport is SW of this location. That day I counted nine aircraft that where visible due to the atmospheric change that causes water vapor contrails. As I counted two aircraft appear to be headed toward each other at different altitudes. I thought it would be interesting to record a video. In the video you see me raise my Iphone clearly seeing the bell tower in the center of campus as I point the phone to the sky you see the reflection of the office window glass and just after that I zoom in on the two jets (at the 7-8 sec mark) you see the UFO cross the path below the jets from right to left at a tremendous rate of speed. At the 9 sec mark, you see similar object cross the same path at a higher altitude. (it appears smaller) I never saw the objects until I watched and slowed down the video. The objects appears oval and potentially reflective to the sunny day. The motions where great speed from right to left. In watching the video I was shocked as I didn't see the object when I first created the video. I would have never had seen them if it wasn't for the fact I wanted to see how close the two jets were getting. I lost sight as the objects went out of range.

Flying at approximately 30,000 feet from Chicago O'Hare to Orlando, FL, over the skies of Indianapolis, IN, my 9 year old daughter got my attention. "What is that black thing near those clouds?" I immediately looked out the Boeing 767 port side window and noticed a black disc approximately 1,000 feet below about the size of an automobile, no wings, no vapor trail and it was perfectly visible because we were above the clouds with the object, contrast of the object was perfect. My wife also saw the object and asked me, "What is that? That doesn't look like a plane to me!" She is a seasoned flier, over 1,000 flights easy for business and travel, can identify nearly all commercial aircraft. After about 20 seconds time the object disappeared in the distance heading in a northeast direction.

I'm former Air National Guard, worked for 4 different airlines and Aviation Management major in college. I know the FAA doesn't allow drones at 29,000 feet, especially in Class Bravo airspace. Familiar with both Air National Guard bases in Indiana and know they do not operate this type of object the 3 of us witnessed. Daughter later told me the object had a "green dot or light" on top of disc.

multiple red lights, flying in groups of 2 or more, over Indianapolis on 10/6/2017

Multiple red lights, in groups of two or more, moving at steady pace from south to north, visible with naked eye, above western half of Marion County, in front of cloud cover. Speed was steady, not fast, not erratic. As they approached thicker cloud cover, we lost sight of them. Overall time span lasted about 11 minutes. They emitted no sound, no flashing or strobes. In each grouping, the individual lights did not alter position within the group, or individually speed up/slow down.

Light/object moved sporadically for almost 50 minuets, unexplainable speed and precision.

Stepped outside to have a smoke, and I tend to look at the sky, and to the northeast sky, I see a light, flashing like a plane far off in the distance would, but I noticed the object wasn't moving away or towards me but rather up and down, rather quickly. Also it moved in an oval shape from time to time and also in a close figure eight movement.

It also seemed to turn, that's when I noticed it wasn't really flashing but something else. I really can't explain how this thing was moving.

I have a few videos I tried to take. You can clearly see the light/object. You can see it moving sporadically up and down, side to side. My heart was pounding a few times because of the way this thing was moving, and how fast and precise it was. Honestly amazing.

A Giant, Three-Level Craft on Fourth of July.

I am sure of the day, but not the year. It was Fourth of July in early afternoon.

I went into my large backyard and happened to glance up. The sky was bright blue and small white clouds were traveling northward. There was one large cloud to the near northwest that was the same color as the rest, moving (sort of bubbling in place but not changing position in the sky). The smaller clouds were moving past it, above and below. Then I realized that the large, stationary cloud was mostly concealing an enormous craft. I noticed it because most of it was concealed by the cloud, except for the front and about 4 or 5 dark openings.

The color of the craft was a pale, washed-out gray.

From my vantage point, I couldn’t tell whether I was seeing a side view of a disc or of a cigar-shaped object. The overall effect was like seeing the nose of a cruise ship peeking out of a cloud.

The structure I could observe resembled a 3-layer cake. The top layer was the smallest and had no openings. The second layer was larger and wider, and had about 4 or 5 dark, vertically rectangular openings, being a bit wider at the bottom. The rest were concealed by the cloud. The third layer was still larger and had no openings that I could see.

I don’t know how big the craft was but judging from what I saw, it must have been hundreds of feet across.

I have never doubted life beyond that on Earth, so the sight didn’t much affect me. I went back in the house, came out again five minutes later and it was still there. It was gone about twenty minutes after that. I should have had the presence of mind to photograph it.

I have told my wife and two other people about this. I think it makes them uncomfortable.

It was trying to make contact

It was a bright bleeding orange aurora surrounding this object hovering 50 ft over my cousins vehicle. It act like if it wanted to land in front of us on a busy intersection , but the crazy part about that night is there were no cars nowhere to be found at the time which I find crazy. But shortly after hovering the object disappeared only to break into 3 other objects and start zipping the the sky doing out of this world maneuvering that I’ve never seen before ,at one point it completely stopped mid air for about 20 seconds then took off at an amazing speed i only see on movies I’m actually shaking writing this from the vivid memory of this I just want answers it’s really eating me alive because I feel as people will think I’m a crazed person when I in fact have actual footage I just don’t want to share it with anyone and risk my life being in danger is I have the video on my YouTube channel (HoosierdaddyTtv) fox59 news couldn’t explain what the craft was I just need answers I feel like I’m going insane … PLZ HELP

I was on the highway on e 38th st & pendleton pike when I seen a object that resembled the sun it was a bright ball of light hovering over the highway and as we were getting close it split into 2 other lights then started maneuvering in a weird way it started traveling at a amazingly fast speed then all of a sudden came to a halt and started blinking rapidly as it seen me recording like it was trying to let us know it seen us but shortly after it disappeared and then reappeared on another side of the sky really fast I was shocked on how close we were to it like I never experienced anything of this nature but after this incident I started having problems concentrating on things and seeing strange light hover by my house its really bothering me as if it knew I was recording it and I wasn't posed to or something but I'm glad I got to share my experience and I also have video of this event I'm willing to share

Fireballs over Indianapolis on New Years Eve.

Balls of fire went from a spot on the horizon and came up into the sky in a straight line. One after another, a small gap between a couple of times. Four in the sky in a line at once. Went to a specific point in the sky and then disappeared one after the other. Fireworks were going off and that was what we were watching.

After the started this event started to happen and coninued several minutes after the end of the fireworks.

Multiple flying and lit-up diamond-shaped objects were seen going from one specific place to another waiting in sync for each one to go.

Around 1:01AM on Friday, December 30th, 2016, I witnessed multiple flying objects in the night sky. I was up watching a show, when all of a sudden I heard a loud and peculiar noise, not one of an airplane but it was louder and more high pitched.

I looked out of my bedroom window and noticed a flying, lit-up diamond shaped object coming from across the sky, so I watched it. Curiously, I stayed until it was out of sight, then right as I was about to turn around, I saw another one coming from the same area where the first one had come from.

So I waited for that one to pass, but before I knew it I was there for over 45 minutes just watching these objects go from one side of my window to the other.

Finally I had gotten tired of waiting for another one after about the 15th one so I headed to bed. There was a gap between the 15th,16th and 17th ones.

Around 1:55AM, I went to lay down in bed whenever I heard the noise get louder. Two of the objects flew close to each other a! nd stopped. About 15-20 seconds later they left one going one way and the other the other way.

I thought it was finally over until I heard the noise coming back again, but shortly after that, a train came at 2:02AM, and after that train, there were no more flying objects that were seen.

23 amber lights travelling northwest to southeast making no sound.

Upon returning from the grocery, I noticed amber lights in the sky as I carried groceries from the car. They were travelling northwest to southeast and made no sound. I counted 23 of them. They weren't keeping a strict formation and some were stragglers. I reported them to CBS 4. I've not heard back.

Silent orange orbs fly very low and disappear.

I saw two orange orbs from my backyard.

Both were moving in different directions, one west, the other north-east.

The lights looked very low, and didn't flicker or wobble.

No sound, as one flew nearly directly overhead.

I called my girlfriend outside, who managed to witness one before we lost sight.

They followed a straight path before disappearing behind trees and houses.

I work at night at a busy airport, and I have never witnessed anything like it.

Unsettling because of their altitude and how close to home they were, and their silence.

A friend of mine several blocks to my north witnessed five orange orbs in a formation while looking my direction, on the same evening.

He watched them disappear all at once, "as if turning off an old TV." Best rational explanation I can think of is Chinese lanterns or drones, though those explanations don't satisfy me.
