Object traveling south-west towards rural area of the county. Dark-gray triangle shaped craft. Massive area

On 04/18/2023 on or about 2345 hrs I was sitting with a co-worker in a darkened area of a property just on the outskirts of the city in a vehicle. When I blacked out my vehicle. A moment later, I observed a triangle shape craft flying through the night sky; the object appeared to be dark gray with curriculum patterns on the bottom of the unknown craft. As I was talking with my co-worker I quickly startled him and asked him to look towards the sky. The object was in range for less than 10 - 20 seconds before it was out of sight over the darkened area.

Looked like a spotlight but mot attaches to anything.

It looked like a search light from a helicopter. It was bright white. It was near the highway, maybe 150-200 feet in the air. I thought it was a helicopter at first but it did nor have any navigation lights. It also was not moving at anytime we saw it. It was not pointed in a general direction, there was no structures underneath it. I have no idea what it was.

It did not look like any airplane or helicopter or any other type of aircraft I have ever seen. I was in my backyard, sitting in my swing just watching two morning doves in the electrical line when the object moved across the sky, heading west. When I watched it, I noted how odd it moved, like it was floating, pausing but still moving. I never heard a sound the entire time. I noted the shape was angled, tilted a bit and triangle shaped if turned. It was a goldish color. I got my camera and zoomed in all the way.

My camera does not do too well with clarity, zoomed in and when it is getting dark but it is still viewable in the picture. It started to move faster, and in the same tilt then disappeared. But not really, just took off and I no longer could see it and the entire viewing was only a few short minutes.

This is the first time viewing an object like this. The way it moved, shaped and that it was completely silent with no trail at all.

Triangular shape no noise

On the night of December 20th between 7:35 and 7:40 pm, I was walking my dog and happened to look up towards the west and see movement. I thought it it was a shooting star or possibly a meteor shower. I had seen a shooting star two nights prior. I tried to focus to see if there were more when saw what appeared to be an outline of a black triangular or wing shaped object moving silently overhead. I thought it may be a flock of birds, but it made no sound was moving faster than flocks of birds that I had seen during daytime and the shape appeared to be steady. The sighting only lasted about 5 seconds. I lost the object when it flew towards some clouds. The conditions were partly cloudy with some illumination from the moon. Per intellicast the weather conditions were 33 degrees wind chill 25 visibility 10 miles and ceiling of around 5000. Per my phone compass, the shape moved west to east. From my perspective looking up, the “wingspan” was about 9 inches. The shape was below the clouds.

Multiple circular orb shaped, large, yellowish and bright. Seemed to come from the ground level straight up - disappearing when reaching a quarter into the sky. Around 15 or so lights in a dot pattern.

Once a few disappeared more appeared from the ground level. Deadly silent, no clouds, bright starry night, no light trail, smell or sound. Lasted around 5 minutes.

Blinding, white, cigar, shape-shifting craft, seen in Vernon, Alabama.

We were driving down highway 17 from Sulligent, Alabama to Vernon, Alabama, at 4 p.m. central time. I noticed there was a object in the sky flying along over the treetops.

The object was a blinding white cigar shaped craft. It then changed shape to a fat line. There was a slight glow around the object as well.

It was flying slowly along going in the opposite direction that we were driving in. Then it vanished.

My daughter saw it also.

Two unknown objects seen over Vernon, NY on 07/12/17.

Two objects(lights) were noticed after they had passed overhead. These objects produced no sound and there was no beacon as with normal aircraft. These objects were moving away from us and the intensity of the light didn't seem to change. Therefore, I am discounting landing lights as the source of illumination.

I am unable to estimate height and speed due to darkness but it took less than one minute for these 2 objects to go from overhead to beyond the visible horizon. Also, as they moved away, they seemed to change position in relation to each other as if they were in a race.

The light travelled from west to east. It was the size of a street light moving slowly. It went directly over my house. I had time to go from one room to another on the other side to see it again.

Large green, illuminated light flew right in front of our car, reaching as low as 100 ft.

Early Sunday 9/20/09 at around 12:50 AM, my boyfriend & I were driving down S Frontage Rd in Vernon, CT & began to slow down for the 4 way intersection with Bolton Rd. We were heading back to Boston after visting my hometown for the day. At that time, we saw a white, greenish light moving in front of us at a speed we have never seen in our lives. It began up to our left & was shooting to over to our right. It flew right in front of the car. It was really bright and moving in a downward motion very fast. My boyfriend estimates at least 1,000 mph, I couldn't even guess how fast, in my 26 years it was the fastest thing I've ever seen move by far. It flew over us within a matter of 3 seconds. It probably started at 500 ft high and when we lost sight it was down to 75-100 ft. It looked as though it was going to crash into the woods nearby, but the trees to our right prevented us from seeing anything further. We decided to go straight onto the highway instead of t! aking a right to follow its direction – it was scary. I don’t know how anything moving that fast in a downwards motion could not have possibly crashed. It would have caused major damage, it was probably the size of a car. I kept looking back at the woods to see if something had crashed, but I saw no indication, it was completely dark. It was by far the most unexplainable thing I have ever seen in my life. We didn't hear any noise come from it at all. If it was an aircraft flying that close to our car, you can bet it would have been very loud. For the few seconds I had my eyes glued to it, the best comparison I can think of - remember Homer Simpson's radiation bar that bounced around during the Simpson's intro? It had the similar shape, though we think the UFO was a little rounder. It had a whitish/light green color and a bright illumination like I've never seen. I wish I could find someone else who saw the same thing. With the direction it came in, it flew right over a high! way overpass so I feel like someone else had to have seen it, ! however there were no other cars on the back roads I was traveling, it was a very quiet night out there.

A formation of lights breaking the sound barrier and doing odd manuevers.

I was awaken by a loud rumble. I assumed a plane may be in distress. I immediately looked outside and saw what appeared to be the lights of a low flying commercial airliner flying directly toward the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, less than 1 mile from our house. Then, it split into three separate lights, all of red, doing manuevers that airplanes aren't capable of. They all appeared to be breaking the sound barrier. They continued, after doing manuevers, to travel east toward Hinsdale, NH. Within minutes, there where several airplanes flying that same direction. I, as a volunteer firefighter, turned on my radio and listened for an extensive period and never heard any reports of any crashes in our area.

Bright lights over the southern and south eastern skies of Vernon Texas

We live out in the country about 17miles southwest of Vernon, Texas. For about two months now we have seen objects in the southern, eastern skies. These objects would move radically not accustom to known aircraft. It has been seen that when a plane or jet would be heading in the same direction, the object(light) would go stationary.

After the plane or jet had passed the light(object) would continue its radical movements. It is unknown how far these objects are away, but far enough that there is no way to determine the shape or how big the object is. The only description is like looking at a star. Sometimes the lights change colors. The flight pattern (?) of these objects is from side to side, up and down and diagonally and some times in circles. If looking in the sky, possibly do to the distance factor, the objects move the approximate length of a foot in the sky. Also the object is always bright, no flickering as a plane or jet.

So it must'eve been like midnight and witness 1 looked out the window and saw 3 flashing colors of blue , red, and maybe yellow OR purple .

We also saw a miltary craft .

The lights where like a misquito flashing all around , that's where the military craft kicked in ... and then it went DEAD DARK ... that's all i can remember .

Green Flash

We were driving home dropping off my fiances son, and we were on HWY 164 in Waukesha heading towards Big Bend, and off to the right, we saw something that was like someone had taken a green marker and quickly scratched it across the sky in a downward motion at a 125 degree angle. It was green, circular at the base. We guessed it might have been a meteor with a green tail.

Eariler on the 4th, we found out that over Chicago there was a UFO sighting and possibly a meteor shower in Wisconsin. Are they linked?

3 bright lights in the shape of a Triangle

I was on my balcony watching the last rays of the sun set when i noticed some bright white lights in the distance. On my balcony you can see planes approaching Bradley Airport in Hartford, Ct. I paid no attention to them at first assuming they were a plane when i noticed that there were no flashing indicator lights, just three bright lights in the shape of a triangle. I continued to watch as i called my girlfriend from inside to come see but by the time she came out the lights had proceeded to fly over my building slowly and gracefully until i could no longer see it past my rooftop. It was shaped like a triangle with bright lights at each point. I could hear a low rumbling that got slightly louder as it flew over my building. I could not see anything in between the lights just black, the stars were out and you could not see them between the lights, It appeared very high up and appeared no larger than your tip would look at the and of your arm fully stretched out it also did not follow any of the flight paths that the approaching/departing planes would take.

Saw 1 UFO hovering over Mountain Creek Ski Resort. Stopped my car on side of road and got out to view.Dark clear night sky. Craft was long and basically rectangular with rounded corners. Viewed for 10-15 minutes. Craft hovered ,but rotated slowly above treetops in full view. Then craft disappeared in wink of an eye.

Viewed 1 UFO craft hovering above Mountain Creek Ski Resort in Vernon, NJ Ski area lights were on, but lifts not operational due to warm weather. Craft was rectangular and long with rounded corners. Not a cylinder, but long. Longer sides had an illuminated rectangular red panel centered on the side. There was a series of bright white lights that appeared round in shape. The series of these lights were comprised of 4 or 5 lights. Was hard to be sure due to their extreme brightness. Craft rotated slowly and co ntinuously in a 360 degree clockwise direction. Belly of craft was not illuminated at all, but couldn't get cear view of it due to white light brightness. Ends of craft were not illuminated at all. No noise was detected. My car was parked on the southbound side of RT. 94 in Vernon Township, NJ across from main parking lot of ski resort. I stood in parking lot to view craft. After 10 to 15 minutes of this, the craft simply vanished. There was no discernable take off, so I can't say what direction it went to The craft was located in an easterly direction when viewed. I have never before seen a craft like this. Could not distinguish any markings or what the craft was made of. Red panels on sides appeared to be backlit, like a taillight on a car. Appeared to be a lens covering of some sort.

Dear Peter Davenport, One evening between Nov. 1981 and Feb. 1982 at around 8 PM., I was driving home from work, northeast on route 94 in Vernon, NJ towards home in Warwick, NY. I saw what I thought was a 747 ahead of me to my left. It had a red and a green and a white light. I paid it little attention. As I proceeded, I saw a huge solid triangular craft through the bare trees in the sky not far above the tree line. The triangle was traveling way too slow to stay up in the sky; I’d say about 20 M.P.H. As the craft came closer (it approached at a position of about ten o’clock) each of its three corners were now illuminated with only one white light. I rolled down my window to listen because it should have been deafeningly loud at that point. As it passed overhead, I could not believe my ears - it was completely silent and there were no lights anymore, just a dark triangular shape. I had never seen anything so massive. As big as a football field was how I explained the triangle’s size to the police. The body was darker than the night sky behind it although I could not make out the craft itself. Immediately to my right was the steep incline of mountains. The craft rapidly accelerated in an upwards motion in order to clear the mountain range and lifted in a manner that I have never seen any aircraft maneuver - sort of like when you make your bed with someone and raise the sheet by all four corners quickly, then air gets trapped under it and it sort of floats down slower. My engine was still running, so I sped home where I immediately called the Vernon New Jersey Police Department. I gave them my story and asked how many others had called in, but to my amazement, he said no one else had called at that time. I never took UFOs seriously before. For years I kept this incident to myself because I had no explanation and I felt terribly alone and confused. Now, after reading Dr. J. Allen Hyneck’s NIGHT SIEGE and hearing your reports on Art Bell, I know that others have seen exactly what I had seen 18 years ago. What I found out recently, was that in 1985, my brother had also seen a UFO. I asked him to write down his experience for me. Here it is: March/April, 1985, 8-10PM Main Building, Housing Unit 9-2, Fishkill Corrections Facility, Beacon, NY As I worked one night in Housing Unit 9-2, which is a dorm-style ward, an inmate approached me at my desk and told me to look out the window facing one of the facility’s exercise yards. The window was open except for the bars. Directly over the yard and approximately 100-150 yards in the air I saw what appeared to be a circle of bright white lights which illuminated the yard below. As I watched for nearly 3-5 minutes, the circle of lights remained motionless and completely void of any noise. Eventually, the circle of lights began to move slowly over the unit in a northerly direction. It was then that I went into the hallway outside of the unit and watched there from one of the windows as the circle of lights moved slowly towards and eventually over Interstate 84. During this time trucks and cars traveling on Interstate 84 either slowed to a crawl or stopped altogether to watch as the lights passed overhead. When the other C.O.s and I questioned our supervisors about this, we were informed that what we saw was a group of planes out of Stewart Air Force Base flying in close formation.

It was November 1968 in Vernon Connecticut. I was 13...and I received a phone call from my friend across the street. He told me to go into my back yard...and look up in the sky.It was about 5:30 at night...it was a cool,clear night. No wind...no clouds. I ran into my backyard with my mother & father & sister right behind me. When I got to the back of my house...everyone in my neighborhood was in my backyard. I looked up..and there was a round...bright object sitting stationary almost over my house. There was no sound...there was some slight movement...then it started to move slowly to the left. It stopped...and then started to go behind a clump of trees. There were no leaves on the trees at this time of year...and the object illuminated the bare branches. It came close to the ground...stopped...rose again..and remained stationary. It moved to the right...then stopped. It went behind a different group of trees..went close to the ground...stopped...went back up to! it's original position. We had no idea what this thing was. Everyone remained silent while this went on. It lasted appox.10 minutes or so. The object remained the same size during the sighting. Then suddenly it rose up....and disappeared in seconds without making a sound! There were no planes or any other aircraft in the area. What a night that was!!!

I was 7 years old when I saw this object, and I will never forget it.

I was at a schoolmates house, around 6 pm. I was saying goodbye at the door to the apartment where he lived. I was facing the inside, and he was looking out.

He looked past me and his eyes widened. I turned to see what happened and saw a red triangle descending slowly behind a nearby church. There was no noise. The church was about 100 yards away.

I turned back to look at my friend and he slammed the door, and I ran home as fast as I could.

The next day we went behind the church but saw nothing, no impressions in the ground.

I told my parents, but they would have none of it.

Orange/Red Light in sky defies laws of physics.

Five of us were in a car driving around in the country late at night when the object was spotted. At first we thought it was a helicopter until it started maneuvering unlike anything we had ever seen.

The object was a light in the sky. The light was an orange/red color. I always thought the color looked like a window that had an oil lantern burning inside.

It could fly very slow and even stop and hover. It could take off at high speed and then stop immediately. It could go straight up to very high altitude and then stop or make 90 degree turns at speed.

It mostly just went very slow at low attitude like it was searching for something. It would sometimes blink off and immediately back on somewhere far away. We could see for miles and miles from where we were as we watched it.

We had stopped on the country road and were just watching it for maybe an hour when it came to a stop down the road we were on. The driver then said I am going to catch it and took off as fast as the car would go toward it.

Then the light just blinked off and then back on right in front of us. The light just filled up the windshield and car and surrounding area with its bright illumination and scared all of us greatly.

The driver put the car in reverse well before we stopped and floored it to try and get away from it and we finally started going backward at high speed. The light blinked off and back on in another location.

We all decided that the device was just warning us off and we took the hint. We watched a little longer than went home. I need to mention that the device made no noise at all and of course could defy our laws of physics as it flew around the county side.

We could not tell anyone about this for a couple of reasons. People that reported UFO’s were nuts and made fun of back in those days.

We looked in the newspaper the next day to see if anyone had reported anything but there was no news.

Later in the day, the Wichita Falls, TX, rRadio station reported on the news that a truck driver reported a UFO in the Red River area. This was maybe 40 miles from us.
