Small bobbing light

I thought it was a star at first. Then a satellite.

Right before the sun started lightening the sky and morning birds started waking. Looking north i noticed it moving south. Kind of bobbing in a way that it went forward but rounded back slightly to bound forward again. Like a two step forward 1 step back but in a roundabout almost smooth/fluid motion. Like it was drunk.

No sound. It was almost above me, after a couple of minutes (it moved pretty slow) before it banked a 90 degree turn towards the east. Kept up the same slow gait.

Right before it was gone a minute or two later after its turn it flashed a bright blue and flashed white between blue and the white a couple of times before it was gone. Like a flare where it phwoofed bright blue (no sound just that quick flare/dimming that is characteristic to a flare or roman candle), phwoofed to white, back and forth no more than twice each color and was gone after the brightest white flash.

Guessing several hundred feet above. Didn't seem too large.

The glow of it stayed constant redish-orange the majority of watching but flickered slightly almost like a candle flame. Like an ember. It dulled a bit when it would backtrack slightly but brighten again as it moved forward.

Saw 4, “orbs” at about 5K feet hovering over city

Was outside in my backyard listening to music on airpods and looking at the night sky when I noticed several “orbs” high in the sky swirling around each other and moving in somewhat erratic patterns. Immediately ran into the house to get my wife to come see them so she didn’t think I was nuts. The orbs seemed like a constellation, but were definitely in our atmosphere and not in space. After watching them for about 20 seconds, they began to quickly ascend and their lights blinked out. I was too awe inspired to shoot video with my phone, and I don’t think pics/vids would have done justice anyway. That said, I have seen similar videos from around the country that effectively portray what I saw, with orbs and “drones” (see below) appearing at the same time. I saw them again about 10-15 minutes later as I was talking to my sister on the phone telling her about what I saw. They repeated the pattern of moving in erratic patterns until their lights eventually blinked out. At the same time I saw the “orbs”, a couple drone-like things appeared below the orbs. They had red and green nav lights but didn’t make any noise and disappeared around the same time the orbs went dark. The next night I saw a “drone” again flying over the city (looked like a “fake” plane) making no noise. Also seemed to maneuver quite well for a little “plane”. It looked like a plane but something just didn’t seem right about it. Don’t know if it was coincidence or not, but there were two blackhawk army helicopters in the air the second night for almost two hours and they were flying over the city. Their night flights are usually confined to the Guard base at the airport for training (we are about a mile away from airport). I did not see “orbs” the second night (Thursday). I appreciate having this outlet to tell my story because there’s a certain stigma attached to admitting to people what you saw. I am a college-educated science professional and have been a skywatcher all my life, as I find the cosmos fascinating. I’m almost 50 years old and have never seen anything like that in the sky, and I’ve seen plenty of satellites and meteorites and drones and planes. I caught sight of a glint of light and saw a streak of light that started below the cloud cover and slowly accelerated and streaked out of existence. It looked similar to that of a bottle rocket being fired off. However it was not Sparks. It was one stream of light.

Large bright blue/white lights shined down right on top of us. I told my friend from Louisille to check herself for burns lonight

My friend and I decided to drive out to Becks Mill on a leisurely drive after we went out to eat. We were leaving the mill heading back to Salem. I had my right arm and face outside the Window looking up when this object was right over top of us dropping an intense light like a gigantic flash light right on top of us. I'm still pretty scared typing this.

When the light went off I saw a triagular black shape.. Maria stopped the car hit the flashers on a very dangerous road at that time of night but we hopped out. I was screaming.

So we were freaked out and got back in the car and drove to West Hackberry Street. She dropped me off at my home and she went on to her place in Louisville, Ky. I put my cell down and went to the bathroom.. when I got to my phone Maria told me over 80 people were reporting seeing "Something" at 9:45 and I remember we definitenly didn't see it til 9:48. Now, I've contacted 2 meteorologists and people are saying it was absolutely a meteor.

Maybe it entered like a meteor - I know what we saw. Is it possible a craft could enter like a meteorite? We had an intense beam of white/blue light right on top of us.. Like close encounters but the light was blue and white. It was too intense and sustained.. Meteors flash across the sky not hover above on one spot.

I'm telling you.. If they try to say it was just a meteor than there was something else using it as cover. We saw what we saw. I know what I've seen is more than a meteor.

Low flying swarm of crafts flew over fast with one flying solo out in front of the pack. Altitude was between 1000 feet and 2000 feet.3

We were sitting around a campfire at our lake property in Salem S.C., when a swarm of UFO’s came across the sky. One craft was ahead of the others, and the total count was around 15. We immediately thought about filming it but both realized our phones were too far away. We watched as the swarm of crafts flew across the night sky silently. As the approaching about 3/4 the way across the sky they simply faded, and disappeared. The entire incident only took 8 seconds. My wife and I just looked at each other spellbound, on what we had just witnessed. The swarm of UFO’s all were flying in a perfectly straight line, with the one being out from, separated from the pack. We know for certain these were not satellites. They were too low and too bright, and too fast. The fact that they vanished into nothingness was the thing that really stood out in my mind.

Saw flying rectangular metallic object then it vanished into thin air

Driving out of the mountains last week I saw a metallic flying object that looked like a flying toaster but larger. It had a dark area to the backside or left on the object. When I stopped my truck to record it the thing vanished in a blink of an eye. There were no clouds in the sky or trees in the way to block my view. It happened so fast my son did not see it. The flying object was only 300 feet high at the most. It was moving fast laterally like it was paralleling our trucks travel direction observing us. I took a picture of the sky where I last saw the object after it disappeared. I stood there for a few minutes trying to figure out where the thing went or see if it was going to reappear. No sound I could hear like a plane. Right after it disappeared there was a white jet or drone that flew overhead where the object disappeared from. The drone looking thing was high in altitude compared to the flying toaster shaped metallic object I had seen. The flying toaster object was approximately 20 ft long and 10 feet tall. No flashing lights but there was a dark area on the back or left side of the object. It was traveling fast from my left to right in the sky.

We usually can see planes or even rarely comets, but there was a red light flying eastward, but then stopped. Turned white then red several times, and jets do not stop, change directions and hover. It also went higher and then circled back and forth about two times, then it just disappeared. I could no longer see it. I told my wife it was a drone, but she thought it was too far away, since it seemed to go in and out of that dark cloud ( the light would come and go as if it was going through the cloud).

Upon arriving at my wife’s salon, while walking in, I happened to look up in sky and observed something going across the sky. I initially thought it was a balloon. Something then didn’t feel right which led me to believe it was something else. Perhaps a drone. I tried to continue filming on my iPhone 13 max, however I wanted to see with my own eyes so at that point I stopped filming.

As soon as I stopped filming I saw two flashes. Then a few seconds later two more flashes. At this point I lost it and began recording again looking for it. I couldn’t find it. In the 14 second video after going inside and showing my wife and oldest daughter, my daughter asked did you see that? What she referred to was the very first second on the 14 second video.

It appears what ever I saw seems to Zoom down and away at high acceleration beyond anything I have ever seen. I would never have thought much about it until I saw that portion of video and felt the need to report this. I am a police officer in Massachusetts and would like to stay anonymous to the public. Saw spaceship lift off ground then jets were scrambled towards it.

While outside on our deck, looked up in sky saw something above our residence, then fly off quickly, brushed it off as shooting star. My wife was then called out to the deck with our son to look at the stars. The sky was clear to see the stars. My wife then spotted an orangish yellow row of lights near the tree line, as she pointed it out to me it I grabbed my phone and proceeded to record. At this time the lights colors changed to a white light that was in rotation around the craft. The craft began to fly higher within the sky which then the lights started dimming. Assuming the craft may have seen the jets. We then saw the two jets fly over our house, side by side, right after the craft lights disappeared. The jets then circled the area where the craft lights were last seen. As I shut my camera off, I saw a quick flash of light below the jets, then we went inside because my wife and I felt like something was not right. We initially thought it may have been a rocket and the orangish color was the rooster tail of it until it changed to white.

I left work picked up my kid went to a friends house Saw something resembled a star I assumed it was falling star or something maybe even a lantern, because it was going straight down then It disappeared because we couldn’t see past the trees then it came back but from left part of the sky to the right I thought was odd so my daughter took a picture or filmed it and then I filmed it with my camera I don’t believe in aliens but we did see something odd . We looked for airplane lights we listened for airplane noise but it was silent and we couldn’t see the blinking lights for airplane at least I hope it was an airplane. In yard walking south around 9 pm. On phone with family member. Glanced up to sky while walking and caught movement over left shoulder. Street lights were on and it was dark out. Stars visible but possibly hazy light cloud cover. Turned around to see movement better and saw 5-6 fuzzy round objects in the sky flying north in formation. Close to airport and familiar with all sorts of aircraft coming too and from and there was no correlating sound to the objects that sounded anything like any flying object. Seemed high up like jet plane distance but bigger. No flashing lights or colors seen. The objects moved in formation smoothly like an uneven V formation like geese but way closer together. I told my family memeber I had to go and hung up and tried to grab a picture but I lost it through the outline of the tree as I was moving fast. Tracked with my eyes where it should be but looked down at my phone for camera app and couldn't find it after that. Very unfamiliar sighting and I look up a LOT in my life.

Saw bright dot lights come down in front of our apartment and then go back up. y

My wife and I were watching Ron's Gone Wrong on HBO MAX. We were sitting in front of our living room window facing the window. As we watched the movie we noticed these bright lights that were a perfect circle "turn on" but like they were coming down. Think of like a beam of light but in dots. They were a perfect circle. No glare or anything. They came down and then went back up. As it They went back up if looked like they were being turned off. One after thee other. When it got to the top we could see or sense the unknown object leave via the right side of the window. Not fast or like any known flying object, say a plane or helicopter or drone. Tonight has been very very stormy and windy which confused us. Because it would be a plane or drone or helicopter. We both saw these strange dot lights and didn't say anything until after we saw it leave. Then we turned to each other and asked if we saw that. I explained to my wife what I saw and she verified she saw the same thing. The whole experience took around 5-8 seconds. We live on the 3rd floor of apartments. There is a small open field across from our apartments. So the top of the lights had to be way above in the sky and the bottom had to be across the small field to what seemd like the ground. Behind the field there are other apartments. The lights didn't stop behind the apartments which means they were in front of them by the field. We both sat there trying to find explanation to what we saw but remembering how stormy it was also helped verify it wasn't normal. We both felt woth blank minds. Like shock perhaps or like we couldn't believe what we saw. It wasn't normal. It would have been the starlink satellites because the lights came down. It wasn't across the sky.

My wife thinks it was as if it was an object that came down turning on the lights but I feel as it was a beam of light in form of dots. We both feel like we could see the object leave slowly as if it's floating or hovering via the right side of the window.

We were at the Oregon State Fair and noticed some shapes to the north. We thought they may be balloons or sky divers. As we watched the objects move to the west, they changed formations. They were random formations at first and then moved into lines, a circle, and then into an arrow (two connecting lines) before disappearing in the west.

Salem, MA UFO sighting; by the power plant, in the same location as one before, 69 YEARS AGO!

On the night of Friday, 8/20/2021 at 7:58 pm, I was walking toward downtown Salem, after taking pictures of the beautiful sunset and (almost full) moon. I just happened to look up to my left (in the northeast direction; almost subconsciously knowing/sensing something was there, but had no other reason to look up) which is ironically, in the direction of the Salem power plant, I see almost a seemingly small, black disk/saucer type object, slowly moving toward the power plant, (where the first, original report was sighted on 7/16/1952, 69 years ago, almost to the day; I surprisingly had no knowledge of this sighting prior to this current experience, and weirdly enough, a few days days later while watching a show on TV, it happened to mention/discuss and inform me of that 1952 Salem sighting, by US Coastguardsmen) as it seems to be slowly descending down toward that area/shoreline. In my video, you can only hear a few cars passing by, as I’m walking down a main street (Bridge St in Salem, I’m also taking a left turn onto Lathrop St, while passing through the parking lot of the business of Brake and Clutch) there seemed to be almost a eerie silence, as I’m watching this black object passing by in the sky, mesmerized.

As mentioned before, it was black in color, which had no lights, and can’t really make out the outline of the object, other than it looked a black disk/saucer/sphere. Also, as earlier mentioned, didn’t seem to be making any noise; it didn’t look like a plane, helicopter, or drone, and didn’t seem to have any recognizable features on it, like you would see and/or hear. The Beverly Airport is in the opposite direction (in the northwest direction), as well as Boston’s Logan Airport (in the southeast direction) and where this object is heading, there is nowhere for anything to land in that area due to the ocean and power plant being there. As this object is descending, right before it reaches the tree line and seemingly goes out of sight and “disappears”, the object seems to be turning onto it’s side, where it looks like it might be rotating in a way. It also left no condensation/“chem” trail or eminence of the object, like a plane would. I stood around in disbelief, trying to f! ind the object after it disappeared (at least from my view), as if it may have just vanished or descend into the water. This experience was less than a minute long, and strangely as if the object noticed me videoing it, seemed to pick up speed a bit, and started to turn/rotate onto its side, and head toward the water/plant, almost looking like it was still rotating, after I lost view of it, behind the tree line. . As mentioned before, I never saw the object again. I stood around for maybe a minute or two, trying to locate it, then continuing to walk down Lathrop St, in the direction where the object seemed to head toward and/or maybe land. A few things that stood out the most during this event was the fact that it seemed to be turning onto its side and continue rotating, that it was completely silent, and the object seemed to be smaller than a regular “craft”, which had no recognizable features that I could make out, other than it looked like a small, black, seemingly rota! ting saucer-type shape, that descended out of sight, either in! to the w ater/somehow “land” by the power plant/or disappearing altogether.

I also read in the earlier reports from this site this month, that on 8/1/2021, around 10pm, in Beverly (where I live and the northern neighboring town over, which is connected by a bridge) had a sighting there, a little bit over 2 weeks before my sighting. I love taking pictures, and always take nature/sky gazing shots. Recently, even though I don’t have the photographic evidence, I have been noticing some weird, flashing (and not flashing) bright lights in the sky, both during the day/night. I was always confused and bewildered by them, and just discounting them as something else, assuming that there was some type of explanation for it. Now, this experience has me so blown away by what I saw in my video, and I keep rewatching it to see if I notice anything else I missed, try and make out exactly what the object is or what it could be. Lately, there also has been very unusual weather patterns; spectacular sunrises/sunsets, strange/ominous looking clouds, bad storms, and som! ewhat rare and amazing views of the moon (in all its phases; it was almost a full moon that night, with the actual full moon being a few days later, but otherwise still spectacular), and wondering if it was maybe the reason why the “craft” was there, also sky gazing like I was previously, or if there even is a reason at all.

In conclusion, I am basically still in awe of what I witnessed and captured on video, trying to make sense of what exactly I saw. Obviously, I would be super excited and elated if this really was a UFO, like I believe it is.

Daughter was laying on floor by sliding glass door and started exclaiming about shiny birds. I ran over to see what she was talking about and there was a large group of floating/shifting shiny objects not far from above our home. At first I thought they were birds; they looked like they had wings at first but the way they were shining and moving seemed wrong. Perhaps, a large group of foil balloons tied together or drones? They kept getting further away and they would shift around together quickly, change formation shape and become invisible at times. My husband and 3 year old were also watching. Orbs over Salem OR

I live in NE Salem OR near the 45th parallel and for the last few weeks have observed orbs in the sky mostly after 9-9:30 pm and even in daylight if there are clouds present. I witness tem in every direction of the sky someimes flashing a light here and there and zig zagging in and out of the clouds individually and in groups.

It is currently 12:30 am PST and to the West I see a larger orb lighted steadily releasing many tiny orbs that fly off in various directions and others flying with or around the larger orb which is mostly stationary or moving slowly. Mostly I see the smaller orbs each night. As mentioned I witness them in every direction and all hours of the night.

I have attempted to video these sightings and not as successful as I would like. I have only reported these experiences on your website but thinking I should perhaps report to a news agency or law enforcement. I don’t want to be thought of as goofy and absolutely 100% certain what I am seeing is abnormal, unidentified aerial phenomenon and uncertain if these spherical beings/objects are friendly or threatening.

I believe they are intelligent. They can appear and vanish suddenly. They often camouflage in the clouds and act as if they are harvesting energy from them as I witness them more ofyen when it is somewhat stormy. This larger orb releasing multiples is out in the open sky at this time.

I have witnessed them moving about quite slowly and also with remarkable speed. I am amazed by these experiences and also somewhat frightened. I live alone and so I witness these events by myself. Every time I ask a neighbor to share the experience they behave as if I am losing my mind. I indeed am not.

I will continue to report my sightings and this is my third report. I would like an investigator to contact me and in the mean time I will continue to obtain other witnesses and/or proof. Thank you.

I continue to see ORBS OVER SALEM OR for the last week at night and sometimes if we have cloud cover during the day. I have attempted to catch them on video but not as successful as I would like. I am farsighted and can see these orbs flashing at times throughout the night in the clouds and definitely under cloud cover at lower altitude. I tried to call the hotline and my call dropped. Some of the spheres/orbs are brighter than others and I would estimate hundreds of them if not thousands flying about the entire sky.

ORBS OVER SALEM OREGON MAY 2021

I have lived in Salem Oregon for the last five years almost exactly on the 45th parallel near Portland Rd & Lancaster Dr NE. On several occasions I witnessed various types of Unidentified Areal Phenomenon but never had a camera with me to document such sights. Often, I see these things after 9pm and later.

On December 4, 2017 I saw a white sphere moving silently & slowly a couple hundred feet above me in a Southern Direction and as it moved higher into the atmosphere disappeared. I was awestruck because it was so close.

On Wednesday evening, April 14, 2021, I stepped out onto my back porch so the dog could go out and was looking up at the stars in a Southern Direction from my home and saw some type of craft drop 3-4 orange spheres (one at a time) and as each one dropped it flew off & disappeared. I had never seen anything like that before and did not believe them to be flares as they vanished almost immediately.

On Tuesday & Wednesday night, May 18 & 19, 2021, I was outside at various times both nights witnessing small white orbs dancing about in a playful manner, swirling around & racing each other back and forth through the clouds. Just when you would look at one, a slight flash of light would occur in another location flying about in the same manner. It did not matter which direction I looked toward East, West, South or North - there were I estimate hundreds (not clustered) of orbs at various heights and distances all over the sky. That Wednesday night (05/19/2021) around 9:30 I was standing in front of my house and saw a plane flying from North to South along the normal flight path over my home and saw another “craft” with just one solid light under it. It almost looked like a helicopter with a search beacon of some sort. The plane was much higher above this other craft with the very bright light headed just over my head and as they passed I couldn’t quite make out the type of a! irplane but thought it appears similar to the Stealth Bomber a triangular dark color but it went so fast I wasn’t clear what I was seeing. I saw my neighbor sitting in his car and rushed over to bang on his window to see what I was viewing. The airplane continued on its normal route and the craft with the light appeared to be speeding faster in an effort to catch up or pace the other plane when suddenly it veered on at an abnormal angle and disappeared. My neighbor thought both were airplanes, but I have never seen a plane fly at an angle such as this one did. To my amazement during the day on Thursday May 20, 2021 I saw the same orbs darting in & out of the clouds. It was shocking and somewhat difficult to see them with daylight present, but they were there. We had brief blue sky, some thunder/hail clouds, and some rain. I was able to document (as best I could) these orbs at various heights and directions around my home location. I did contact the National UFO Hotline and ! spoke briefly to Director Peter Davenport about what I thought! could b e ball lightning or some highly strange unidentified flying orbs. At his suggestion I make this report and have emailed him the videos I took. I am somewhat frightened now that the Men in Black might come visit me, lol. Then Aircraft turned to the South (180 degrees), causing bright White light to disappear. Bright white light was replaced with Flashing Red/Green Marker lights of an Aircraft. Aircraft went south for 10 min. then turned 180 Degrees and headed North again. Bright white Spot light re-appeared again, but not as intense (approx. 10 min.). Then, Turned South Again, showing Red/Green Marker Lights. Aircraft continued Traveling further South, disappearing into Southern Sky.

On a clear night on 05/27/20 at 19:30 I observed a jet flying a north/south direction probably from Portland Or. The sun was still shining and was reflecting on the silver jet. Later 5 minutes had passed and I watched the jet contrails. In the contrails or below I saw the object. It was rectangular in shape silver in color reflecting off the sun. The object was moving the same direction the jet had flown but was also turning in a circular clockwise direction. I observed this object for a full 3 minutes. Electric blue/aqua light with small drone like body speeds through the sky at an astonishingly high rate of speed in broad daylight.

On Sunday, May 24, 2020, I was out running in the early morning in a rural area of Southern Indiana. It was a clear, crisp morning with bright blue, cloudless skies. At approximately 7:30 a.m., I witnessed an object with a small drone like body flash across the sky from west to east at missile like speed.

The drone like body was whitish in color with an electric blue to aqua colored “headlight- like” light in the front. I thought this was unusual as I would normally expect a power source of something flying so fast to be in the rear of the object and not in the front, if in fact it was the power source. The overall size of the object was surprisingly small with the bluish light by far being more visible than the body.

I estimate the angle of elevation to have been approximately 45 – 50 degrees. The object was flying at a surprisingly low level in the sky. It was easy to see this because additionally there were two cargo or passenger planes flying much, much higher in the sky. I was extremely taken with the speed at which the object was moving as well. I estimate that it was only in my eyesight for 2 to 3 seconds.

I had never seen anything move that fast and it made me want to check on the news to see if anything had happened as well as file this report. It reminded me of something from the movies flying at an exaggerated rate of speed. I speculated that it might be something military in nature. It did not make me think “aliens,” but who knows. In conclusion, I never expected to see an unidentified flying object in broad daylight.

Went outside and there was a light pretty high up over our tree line (from our view) this light has been here for a while and before was accompanied with an air craft that flew significantly lower and closer to us that we assumed it was a drone and that the big one was a planet. Last night it was in a slightly different area in the sky. I said "get theres that light that i guess is a planet (laughing because I got called crazy for saying it was a if I watching the area) and i looked away for about 5 seconds after saying.this to my fiance and he said yes I see it. But as we looked back 5 seconds later we both notice it was gobe. This was very big and white light so bright youd swear it wasa planet. And then boom. Gone. As we are looking for it wondering how it just dissapeared...it came back in a very slighlty different spot to thw right. No colors flashing. It disnt really twinkle or flash. Then it got super dim amd looked like a pin for light like a no! rmal star. Then itd get brighter and dim again but more frequently but still slow enough there was no fast flash in between. Then we noticed very far away was two more but these two were grouped together and seemed to be communicating with flashes. No other colored lights. Just super white. As we looked back to the original main huge dimming light we notice it was going up and very far away to where we couldnt see it no more. It made motions the whole time that i call swimming in the sky. It loomed like the motion fish make to swim but also going up and down back and forth farther and closer.no sound associated with the craft. After that main big one dissapeared we notice one of the others also dissapeared but the other stayed. We went inside and a few minutes later I went to look out my window and seen that the last one had gone too. I have a 49 second video. But its hard to tell. And im slightly shaky from nerves so tonight (4/19/20 i intend to set up a spot so the camer! a is steady and as it gets dark i want to see if it comes back! or more come back. Also....last night we went out again after it all and there was nothing else but the hazy fog like clouds were eerie and one spot was even squiggly like a far away galaxy would appear. Probably not related to what i seen but it added to the spook. ( we are being watched) odd time with the covid19 that sightings are increasing ! I woke up with a long scratch on my leg and its still welped like it had just happened. As soon as i opened my eyes my mind went to the pain. Creepy!

An unusually high number of airplanes traveling one after the other from Northeast NH to Southwest MA

On February 15, 2020, shortly after noon, I was driving West along Rte 111 in the Salem N.H. area just before Rte 93 when I noticed to my left that there were several large airplanes, presumably passenger planes, one following another at what appeared to be the usual traveling altitude (? 30K ft) I thought it odd that there were so many airplanes traveling in the same direction, same altitude, all somewhat equally distanced from each other.

I took a couple of pretty bad pictures with my cell phone which mostly just showed the contrails of each. I then continued on my way to take Rte 93 south.

After I got on Rte 93 I saw that there were many more aircraft, as I described previously. I stopped counting at 32.

These planes were travelling from Northeast NH to Southwest Massachusetts, as far as I could tell. Nothing unusual about appearance except for the sheer number of them.

Not knowing how to research a happening like this, I asked family and friends on FB if anyone had witnessed this. No one claimed to see what I had seen.

Several Balls of light Observed of Salem Ma

I was located on the roof deck bar of the Salem hotel. I arrived there approximately at 21:15 hrs with my wife and a friend. Upon settling in at the bar and waiting for our first order of drinks of the night. I noticed 5 lights off in the distance. They were rounding a telecommunications tower off in the distance. At first I thought it might have been aircraft lining up going towards Logan international airport, but after observing them for sometime the lights were just hanging there not moving, and after several mins they began to move. I asked several people there that night if that was a normal occurrence. The two bar tenders and waiting staff replied no, it was the first time they had ever seen something like that. The lights began to move off in another direction and towards the ground were they were not visible anymore. If this was a flight pattern for landing air craft there should have been more coming in intervals, but have after these lights were g! one there were no more lights that came. From my vantage point I believe the lights were near Swampscott, Ma, and the Salem, Ma.

Roughly seven mins after being there I took a picture of these lights, and then they began to move, but they were going very slow, not like an ordinary planes flight path that should have looked quicker even at the distance that I was at. This stuck with me and I wanted to check and see if there were any other reports of these lights and I came across your website.

I have seen many things, I am month away from my contract ending with the military and I am Staff Sergeant I’m the Army. I am aware of the way aircraft work and act during observation Wether fixed wing or rotary. I also should mention there were no visible indication lights, the normal red-green blinking lights, nor were there any landing lights. What I am describing can be viewed on any aircraft. These lights did not fit that description. They looked like white balls of lights.

Extremely bright object changes color & shoots into sky.

I was washing my father's Jeep, he recently had a stroke & asked me to clean it for him, we ran to the car wash.. This was a bit before 8:00pm. After finishing washing the Jeep, my partner & I drove out behind NAL (business in town) to drive down the road & dry off the majority of the water. I stopped the Jeep before the end of the road, under a streetlight, to get out & finishing drying it off with a towel.

When I was almost done I noticed a VERY bright object up in the sky (circular but bright), towards the east. At first, I figured it was an airplane or helicopter but the object was moving in too many directions for an aircraft(bobbing up & down, but moving left to right far too quickly for a plane). I yelled for my partner to look & when he got out of the Jeep he said it was probably a drone, but I’ve never seen a drone with a hazy orb around it. We couldn’t tell if the bright object was very far away or somewhat close. As I told my partner to go get his phone, to take a video it became I creasingly brighter, & the color changed from a bright white to what almost resembled fire. The object seemed to shoot off in a matter of seconds to the North & left a small faint trail of yellow light behind where it originally shot off. We heard the noise of cars on Main Street & the Jeeps engine running. There was no loud boom, like a jet breaking the sound barrier.

I have never believed in aliens visiting Earth (UFOs), and to be honest, I still don’t know what we saw. After witnessing whatever this was we were both were confused & just laughed about it. My partners bestfriend is married to a police officer, so we called to see if he was on duty, he was, & to see if anyone else had reported this weird light in the sky. He thought we were joking & after we explained what happened he told us that it was probably an airplane headed back to the airport or something from Scott Airforce Base.

Again I don’t know what we saw, but I know it wasn’t a drone or airplane. Maybe it’s something else & you’re sites employees can answer what it was? We are both scientifically minded, educated adults with good careers & don’t want people thinking we are crazy, but we have gone from confused to almost scared by what we witnessed. We just want an answer.

Extremely bright circular light shooting horizontally in sky and disappeared as if flying behind something in clear night sky.

As I was listening to a friend talk to a group of four of us, I saw a light as bright as the full moon but smaller in size, which was about 1/8 the size of the moon, travel in a perfectly straight line horizontally across the sky and disappeared into absolutely nothing. There were no clouds and the moon was full and bright. The light traveled faster than any airplane and was not a shooting star. There was no tail or lagging light behind the object. The size of the object was so large it could never be misinterpreted as an aircraft. The manner at which it disappeared into thin air was a complete mystery. I have never seen anything similar to this, and matter of fact have never seen anything other than aircraft and an occasional shooting star a handful of times. As I yelled “Did you guys see that?” I actually startled everyone because they actually did not see what I had because it was behind them. This is definitely a little scary, mysterious, and totally unexplainable.

Two disk saucer crafts witness account Salem, Oregon.

Round disk craft witness account 11-10-2018 Saturday 6:35pm Salem, Oregon. I am writing this witness account the same evening the event took place. It is fresh in my mind. The evening was cold at 49 degrees and it was a waxing crescent moon large in the sky with no clouds to block the views, I could see the stars very well…and Mars also I believe. I look to my right while driving on Kuebler Ave., heading south, and I saw a silver (dark silver) disk hovering to my right over some large trees in the distance, about a quarter of a mile from me.

The saucer type craft was spinning while hovering mid air. There were I believe 8 lights around the outside of the disk; red, green and white. Lights also on the bottom which were white. I was approaching Battle Creek Rd. and it started to go straight up then head off towards Fairview Ave. where a lot of businesses and manufacturing plants are located. I decided to follow it, so I turned right on Battle Creek Rd.

I lost sight of it for about 30 seconds then it reappeared. I pulled to the side of the road and took a few pictures and a video. The craft made no sound at all. It would dip down low like it was landing, then I would look far away only to see it back up and further than I would think it could make it in just a few seconds.

I felt as if I was playing a game of cat and mouse with it for 10 or so more minutes before thinking about heading home, my two daughters are in the car with me and I needed to get them home. It was strange there seemed to be no other cars around just us and this UFO. I then noticed a second disk shaped hovering craft, identical to the one I saw at first, and it was hovering over a large business. It was truly an awesome sight.

I was able to get several pictures and a couple short videos before leaving which I will email to you.

The power just went out for about 1min. Then came back on. I went out side to investigate and instantly noticed a flashing in the sky. It was a couple flashes then spread out to 3 flashing lights into a triangle. Then flashed a couple times then spun in a full circle. Then they came to a small faint triangle flashing then repeated that pattern over and over. A few times when it spun in a circle it went in opposite direction and had 5 lights. The event happened in the NW direction.

Break away size-shifting balls of light dance around trees.

What first appeared as two orange/amber street lights, two objects started to increase in height up to about 50 ft pulsating in brightness and changing in shape from what appeared to be similar to softball size all the way up to 6 foot in diameter. They we're dancing around a tree like neurons or protons do so around a nucleus of an atom. Movements didn't appear to follow wind patterns, there was no sound and appeared to move with intelligence changing direction and speed gracefully and swiftly. They increased speed very rapidly heading North towards Portland at the same time as they dimmed down and disappeared as fast as they showed.

Was standing in the driveway looked up and to the right noticed a red strobing light flashing from left to right. Looked like three red lights tightly formed in the front of object then a red light flashing from top to bottom. Object was incoming to my location, then stopped and hovered for several minutes.

Took out cellphone and began recording object for over 40min. Took still photos as well. Object then proceeded to move off away from my vicinity but stopped to hover again. I walked up the road to get a clearer view away from the tree lin and the object proceeded to loiter around the area for a long time. It would move left to right then come closer to me never getting as close as I would have liked.

All lights on this object were red and moved in irregular patterns sometimes the horizontal lights would go then the vertical would flash. I do not believe this object was a standard aircraft as it made no sound. And I do not believe it was a drone because of ! lengh of time of observation and battery kimitations on drone vehicles. I went to retrieve a neighbor to witness as well but on returning the object had left. I had a similar sighting about 8 years ago from much further away in the early am and on that occasion 2 F-16's gave chase.

Lights seen over Salem, Oregon same week as object witnessed in skies over Independence, Oregon!

15 Dec. 2017 6:48pm. On this date and time, this investigator spoke with the witness (who is also a relative of mine) This was in regards to a sighting of strange lights seen from his father's back yard in the area of East Salem, cross streets 45th and State Street on Wednesday 6 Dec. 2017. (witness says it may have been the day before, Tuesday 5 Dec. 2017).

How this sighting came to the attention of this investigator, I had posted a photo only with no details of a sighting that took place in Independence, Oregon on my Facebook. My cousin contacted me through a post that he had seen the same object as he was looking west of Salem the same week of the Independence incident.

Witness was out with his dog in the back yard, looked up at about 60-70 degrees off the horizon to the west, saw an object with multiple lights (yellowish at some point) stationary- then seemed to be rotating. Square lights could be seen, 7 of them in a row, a perfect line. Witness said if he held out this thumb, object was larger than the end of his thumb. Distant estimated 1/2 to 1 mile west of his location. Witness stated the object was hovering, lights rotating then it blinked out.

It is this investigator's belief that this witness may have seen the same object and lights that were seen by 2 or more witnesses in the Independence/Buena Vista area of Polk County. Witness sent a drawing of what he saw. From the drawing showing the 'square' lights/windows it is consistant with the previous report and sighting in Independence, Or. (See drawing)

Blue spherical in West Salem

I was taking pictures for my mother in law to compare the dark clouds over her house to the clear sky at my house as we only live a few miles apart, but we live at a higher elevation so our weather is completely different. So I quickly snapped the pictures and sent them then I reviewed the pictures later and noticed the object.

The object is a blue spherical shape that appears just above the trees.

I am sending two images that show the clouds behind the object moving but the object stays stationary. As I looked at the picture closer and zoomed in the object appears to have texture of some sort.

3 yellow-ish/orange orbs that looked like oblong chunks plucked out of the sun, were seen moving across the Salem, OR, sky.

With great shock and amazement, four of us watched a single bright-orange, oblong-like orb, soar very quickly and silently, in the (West) Salem, OR, sky at 10 pm on 9/9/16!

After we lost sight of it, we turned to see two more of the same, but much more closely, and clearly, as it was only about 50 ft. higher than the tree tops that were directly in front of our eyes.

These strange oblong orbs had no tail, looked like they were made up from a chunk plucked out of the sun and moved consistently and steadily while making no sound whatsoever! It was freaky-amazing! What the heck were these?!!

Green sphere obsereved in southwest virginia

I was walking my dogs and started watching the end of a fireworks display when I noticed a green sphere off in the northeastern sky far from where the display was going on. Put the dogs away and just watched the sphere from my pouch through a set of power lines.

The green object changed altitudes several times as viewed through the power lines then turned to a glowing red and sped off the northwest. It reappeared after a few minutes to the previous position and turned back to a green color where it stayed for a while.

After the display was over the object turned red and shot straight up in the sky.

I need to mention the weather, which was solid low cloud cover with no stars visible and thunder storm clouds with some variable amounts of sheet lighting.

As we both watched it would randomly flare at intermittent intervals with random duration and intensity. It climbed to South of overhead and continued to a point South of Jupiter before it was no longer seen by us. We observed this for 5-6 minutes. It was bright white in color and would flare intensely and then the next flare may be dim.

The duration of each flare was also random in its length of duration. It moved through the sky slower than most satellites.

Bright ball of light over Salem, NH; 2 witnesses.

I was walking up my driveway whilst taking up the trash barrels with my friend and we witnessed an extremely bright ball of light suddenly flying southwest over my home in Salem. We both stopped dead in our tracks and I scrambled for my cellphone to take video.

Typically if I see a plane or a satellite, I don't bother even looking for more than a moment as they are very common in my area. However once what i thought to be a satellite at first slowed down then stopped I had to take a closer look. Just as i began recording the video the object starting moving as if it never stopped.

There were several small aircraft in the night sky and they're were on their normal flight paths. It was clear and there were many stars. Just as the main object started to fade in the distance the object which was just a brilliant white ball of light disappeared over methuen ma just a few miles in the distance but not before a smaller and less luminous object appeared directly above me and my friend.

This object flew quickly over head and was heading south of Salem. I've seen simular objects before mostly satellites, however these objects were not characteristic of a satellite or high altitude aircraft. I've been an observer for 18 years and wouldn't report anything that i felt was typical.

After the second object appeared it faded off into the distance. I checked this site to see if anyone else had any sightings in New Hampshire and they did. Not exactly the same as what i saw but ufos have a funny way of changing their appearance. So their sighting may or may not be related to mine. Here is a link to the video taken that evening. Massive square shaped lights forming 2 lines in the sky over Hatch, NM.

I was facing the horizon above the freeway connecting Garfield to Hatch from a hill in Salem. The sky was clear but very dark, when gigantic squares (probably 4 to a row) lit up very bright yellow or white light and formed two rows. I have never seen anything this large in this sky in my life.

The lights lasted about 5 minutes, and then faded out. It was too obscured to see what shape they were when the lights went out, but you could see that the object was still in the sky.

Also, when the lights went dark you could see a helicopter with dim lights fleeing from the object at great speed.

White oval object hovering very smooth

I noticed from my work window a white object.. It was oval/egg shaped moving very smooth at a decent speed coming from the north, then changing to a southeast direction near Reed Rd SE.

It was in a steady pace, very smooth motion, never going up or down or erractic. Very calm like, watched it till it disappeared past clouds into the distance.

I was driving home from work and I saw 3 orange lights coming from the south west moving slowly, I stopped the car next to a food store to get a better look.

When I got out I saw two orange red spears (sic. spheres) next too each other, with a bigger spear behind. One of the spears went completely sideways, then back went back.

By this time, crafts got over my head, right over my head, the lights shrunk, and the two crafts disappear. The third craft comes to the same spot and it disappears also but this time I see a black shadow of of the craft move off, then I lost sight off it.

Then I look back too the southwest and in the same formation three more craft are coming. They came the same flight plan and formation, and lights went out at the same spot.

Two police saw also which came to see what was doing and saw the last craft disappear all lasting 8 minutes.

Christmas was just over, i stepped out to smoke in the cold, i focused on a bright star that seemed to b flickering, i lost a contact lens, so i thought it wuz juz a blurry glare. Then i noticed that it had moved a good length.

So i closed my blurry eye n this object kept moving n displaying an incredible light show. It wuz so peaceful... It appeared to throw off glitter like or pixie like dust to the shape it took n it would slowly dim off b4 doin it over n over... Amazing...

I called my gf to come out n see it, so i know i wuznt the only one seeing it. Then it slowly took itz time getting higher n further away til it wuz not visible...

4 identical reddish orange orbs moving silently NE to SW across the sky before slowly disappearing.

I was walking the dog and noticed one reddish orange orb moving at a steady pace, but not fast. At first it appeared to be a plane on fire; however it continued to travel across the sky going northeast to southwest.

There were no flashing lights or tail, which may indicate a plane or meteor.

As It moved across the sky it appeared as if it were a Chinese lantern but it was too big for that and higher in the sky, yet lower than a jet that was also flying in the area.

Because I was walking the dog, and wanted a witness, I started to jog home to alert my wife and son. Before I reached the house it had slowly disappeared.

By the time I got to the driveway there were three more following the same path. My son came outside and we observed them as they flew by. They seemed close enough that we should have been able to hear engine noise, but they were completely silent.

Each object slowly disappeared into the night sky. It took ~45 seconds to 1 minute for each object to cross the sky from the northeast and disappear while travelling in a southwesterly direction.

ufo and strange energy phenomena

I have posted a previous sighting on your website and have read all of the numerous sightings in the southern New Hampshire area. Most have seen the type of shiny object in the sky (even during the daytime as I did report). We cannot help but to be very aware of strange energy occurrences happening also in the area. This is a problem especially in the evenings. It would be nice to know if there are any ufo special stste or scientists that study strange energy changes in the area. Sometimes things that are supposed to be "normal" in society in a small town add up to things that just are not making clear and logical sense. Angry energy or anger enticing energy seems to be apparent along with a sense of aloofness. Hope this makes some sense to those of you that study strange phenomena.

Sighting while watching the eclipse.

I was outside the university watching the blood moon/super moon. There were over 50 students present watching the moon. It was still in the process of being covered since it was only about 10 pm. I am a loner so I went to watch it alone on one of the benches meanwhile everyone else was sitting around 150 feet from me. There were 2 girls sitting on the other bench near mine to my left. Everyone was preoccupied in their chatter and I was cold and bored with nothing much to do so I kept looking around. The moon was to the right and so were the big crowd of students. However when I looked to the left a very large aircraft went by. I couldn't believe what I was seeing since I have lived near the airport for 18 years and am very aware how aircrafts look and could easily identify them at night. This was different though since it was triangular in shape and upon closer inspection it was made of a black metallic object. I thought I may be overexagerating which is why I I spoke up and asked the girl next to me if she thought the plane looked odd. I pointed the plane out to her and she agreed that it was in fact unlike anything she has seen before. I had my IPad in hand since I was taking pictures of the moon and quickly took pictures of the object. At the same time I was focusing on the sound it was sort of whizzing but it made no sense because there was no way you could hear an airplane in Salem. It was a hard sound to make out because of the loud chatter and laughing of the students. It was going too fast my camera couldn't focus so I tried to do the best I could go get one picture that could at least make out the light formation that I was seeing. Although I could see the plane in decent detail my camera only picked up five lights in a triangular formation. The sort of formation that birds use when migrating. I could only get two pictures in poor quality because of how quickly it had happened. I presume no one else saw it since there was no one freaking out like me or the girl next to me. Eve yone was occupied looking the other way towards the moon.

I was walking down the street in West Salem, OR, and it was completely black outside. The sky was cloudy and full of trails.

Two balls of light appeared suddenly from the South and traveling North. They were a distance apart, but simultaniously on the same path and appearing to be going the same speed.

Suddenly, one ball appeared to speed up and merge with the second ball and it became brighter and then they quickly separated never leaving the path. Immediately after the separation, one vanished and the other faded out.

These lights were very bright like a star, but too low to be a star and WAY too fast to be an aircraft.

Dogs were barking in the neighborhood I can only assume it was from the strange sight, but I couldn't say for sure.

Saw triangle shaped purple green and red UFO on interstate heading from Salem to Luka.

Was heading down the interstate from Salem to Luka and saw what I thought was a purple star in the distance.

I pointed it out to my friend and we realized we were getting closer to it. It wasn't a plane, it wasn't moving at all. We passed it a little to the left and we saw it had flashing red green and purple lights.

Don't know what it was but it wasn't moving at all.

Something huge just fell towards Earth.

I was sitting outside on my back porch. I caught a light out of the corner of my eye. It was huge. I thought it was a shooting star. But it was huge, and got closer to earth than anything I've seen before of that nature. And it wasn't as fast like I have seen them before.

It was bright pale yellow at first then turned a light blue as it got closer to the ground, it had a smoke trail behind it. I thought it would have burned up but it didn't and I could continue to see it until it was out of sight and behind the trees in my line of vision.

I've never seen anything like it. I'm actually scared right now. It lit up the sky and I thought I was going to feel it hit. But I felt nothing. I'm shaking right now. I've never seen anything like it before.

Two balls of light moving fast West to East in Salem, Oregon.

My two friends and I were in our backyard on the patio around 7:30 PM. It was pretty much daylight. We were chatting when I noticed what I can only describe as a ball of light traveling West to East (I was facing South). The object did not have a clearly defined outline--no hard edges. It was a bright luminous mass and while I would describe it as round in shape it did not appear perfectly round or disc-like. It was moving quickly, was completely silent and moved in a straight line. We tracked the object as it moved in and out of sight behind trees. It was not high in the sky. Just about the time we lost sight of the object, another one appeared. It looked like the other one and moved along the same path. Again, we tracked it until it moved out of view. It was not shaped like a plane and none of us had ever seen anything similar moving in the way these objects did. One might describe this as having the characteristics of a comet. It gave the impression of a gaseous ball of light, in that it did not appear solid exactly. And while you could not see through the object, it had a translucent character. It had soft edges and a glow or aura. Shortly after this event we did see several planes in the sky, which only reinforced how very unique the previous objects were.

Round white object in southern NH sky, moved very rapidly and severely, and was visible despite foggy conditions.

I was sitting in my car in the parking lot of a Red Roof Inn. Despite the fog and low cloud deck, a bright white circular object zigzagged very quickly in the sky, just northwest of me. The circle would stop, then a minute or two later resume for several minutes.

I cannot be positive of the exact beginning and ending time, but I am very sure that nothing man-made could produce a similar viewing. The object moved very quickly and erratically, unlike a light of sort, and too severely to have been a drone.

If there was a solid object, it was completely surrounded by the round white ball of light.

Sighting over downtown Salem Oregon

While driving East over the Center Street Bridge I looked up over the skyline of downtown and saw the craft in the sky. It was flat and square with silver and black. It was high enough up above the buildings that it was alone in the sky.

At first I thought it was a small plane but it didn’t have wings. It was shaped more like a personal drone but upon closer inspection it would have had to be HUGE to be so far away. It was traveling too fast to be a plane or jet, at an angle that would be impossible.

I watched it for a few seconds trying to figure out what it was, then I blinked and it was gone. It was too high up in the sky to go behind a building or a tree and if it had fallen, I would have seen it. This is my first sighting.

As I type, it is continuing to move on a westward trajectory toward the coastal hills.

When closest to this location, streetlights, fans and AC units would dim when flashes occurred.

10-12 red/orange large glowing globe moving slowly from the mountain range across the sky then stopped moving forward changing direction to the left slowly and disappearing seconds later. 20 minutes after three smaller glowing globes appeared to rise from the ground remaining about 5 minutes and disappeared in order of arrival one at a time from the lowest to the highest in seconds.

No sound was heard and the light/globes were well below the cloud line between the ground and just above the Poor Mountain range.

I observed a single light, very high in the sky, without any blinking lights. It was traveling north from south.

The speed was faster than a jet but not as fast as the ISS.

While viewing it, still it disappeared while I still had a clear view of it. It did not "blink out"-simply just disappeared.

No regular aircraft travel this route or follow any flight plans such as this. I did observe a small aircraft traveling west to east just after my sighting.

A loud humming/whistling object with bright lights flew over my home.

I live by the town woods, which are near my bedroom window. I was awoken by a loud humming/whistling noise that sounded like a sweeper truck or something.

As I went to look out the window it got really loud and there was a bright light that was with the object. It was either a large object or a small one that went directly over my home because it was very noisy.

My dog was going nuts.

It didn't sound like a plane, but as I said was a loud humming, whistling noise. Maybe military exercise?

UFO sighted in Salem, OR, over park at around height of airplanes and is white and shiny with translucent halo blinks out & comes back.

My two young daughters and I were at Clark Creek park in Salem, Oregon, 07/14/15 at around 5:10 pm. The sky was clear and blue with a few clouds and it was a warm nice day.

I looked up near the southeastern part of the sky and noticed a stationary white object that was round, and had a sort of white or metallic look to it. It might have very slowly moved while we observed it, but I can't be sure.

I had my Canon camera with me at the park, so I started to film it, and it was hard to keep it steady because my kid started crying, as most toddlers do when the stroller stops moving.
My 5 year old was talking about it as we have talked about ufos in the past and she was very interested in it.

It disappeared right before our eyes after only being there for a few short minutes, and we continued walking in the park picking berries. I looked up again to see and it showed up again in around the same area of the sky. It sort of had a translucent halo around it that was very! hard to see but I noticed it nonetheless.

It disappeared again and we were pretty excited.

A regular big white airplane showed up and flew past the area we had sighted the ufo, maybe the same height in the sky as well, and according to the size of the plane I'll guess that ufo was maybe half the size of the plane and a much brighter shiny white color.

I have witnessed and filmed some other objects before, and my husband and I are very interested ufo researchers. He has college background I have graduated high school and we're intelligent and read a lot. This type of sighting only has me feeling they will be back again. I have submitted a report to MUFON and uploaded the video I shot today as well.

06/10/2015, Salem, Oregon, Flash, 2-3 minutes at the most, bright flashes in the sky, 06/10/2015

I saw a bright flash to the North. I called my son out to see it and within a minute we saw another bright flash, it had moved quite far in that time, and was seen in the northeast sky. Within 10 seconds another bright flash which would make one to believe it was heading in a northeast direction, again, a great distance from the previous flash. After that we didn't see it anymore.

These are large flashes of light and I have been seeing them for a number of years now and I have never seen anyone reporting in them. The bright flash does not always stay "on course", I've seen many nights that it wifi start in the north, appear next to the east, then back to the northwest.

Also, based on the timing of the flashes, this light is moving much faster than an airplane or satellite, or the space station. In fact, I've seen the light on nights when the space station is not flying over our state.

I marked 1-3 crafts due to the fact of distance moved between each flash. Maybe I'm not seeing one flash flashing 3 times but maybe 3 flashes slashing 1time. (Does that make sense?"

Sighting on Lake Harding in East Alabama

Lake Harding (located on the Alabama/Georgia State line in East-Central Alabama) I walked out on my front porch. I observed an odd light and watched to see what it was. It became obvious it was NOT an airplane. The light(s) color was a red-orange and appeared to be multiple lights. There was no flashing, or green, light as exhibited in an airplane. I walked back to the door and told my husband I was looking at something that didn’t look like an airplane.

I returned to my original position and still observed the odd lights. I walked off my porch into the yard and it changed direction to the west. It had originally been approaching from a south-southwest direction. As I walked off my front porch, the lights became very small and vanished in an instant.

Background: I worked in the local District Attorney’s Office for 32 years before retiring. After taking a year off, I decided to use my real estate license, obtained in 2008, and have been working as a Realtor® for the past 4 years. I have been a Board Member on the Opelika Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Association for Justice Information Systems. I have lived on Lake Harding, a tributary of the Chattahoochee River, for 16 years.

My husband indicated, after I explained what I saw, that he has seen similar activity in the past.

I want them to come back so I can talk to them!

10 orange orbs 1/2-1 mile above on Morningside Dr SE/13th Street SE Salem, OR 9:00 pm - 9:07pm in a file, banked to right, slow vanish

I went to the top of a street 1313 Morningside Dr SE, Salem, OR, 97302, and as I turned right onto a short drive called 13th Street SE going towards Hillendale, I pulled over to observe an orange illuminated orb about 1/2 - mile in slow movement, over the trees coming from the west to east in a straight line. It was incredibly close.

Then it took a right angle turn going south just about in front of me and began to get dimmer and dimmer with the glow turning more into embers or slight flares and then I could see its outline continuing southward and upward but without light of any kind, just fading into the night sky, but could see the outline for many seconds, without the orange, and the outline did not appear to be round, like the orb was.

Then this exact thing happened again, and again, and again, up to 10 times. The 3rd one seemed to try to catch up to the 2 in front and sped up a bit, it also seemed larger, and it slightly veered further straight before it took its right angle turn. Each one had the basic same protocols. I could not see where they came from because they would come over a tree top to the west of this small tiny street about the size of 3 houses. In all it was 7 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes to see if any more came, and none did. One seemed to stop a short while, or slowed way down before it banked right.

I am not technical, I have an old fashioned cell, and I don't know how to take pics. Now I should learn. And did not have your ph # with me, but now I will.

red flashing light over downtown salem oregon, then hovers over bush park.

This was in the middle of downtown Salem. I can't be the only one.

I was at Mission Mill Museum, taking trash out the back. It flew right over me, semi big, no sound, primarily redish orange. It was pulsing white and red. It was low enough where the building would have blocked it out if I was standing on the other side. Flew quickly (faster than an airplane) over 12th St. and Willamette University soccer field. Then stopped 5 blocks further over Bush Park area and just hovered for about 2 mins.

I grabbed the only person around (an older laidy) she agreed it was hovering and looked abnormal. It stayed for about 2 mins. Moved further slowly, then blinked in and out a few times, the disappeared, like someone turned off the light switch.
