Far away, very slow at first, brilliant pink, got harder to see as the sun was setting, spiraled, zigzagged, then disappeared.

As the sun was setting in a clear sky witness 1 saw the seemingly stationary object for about 5 minutes. He told 2 and 3 to come see. 3 determined that the object was moving very slowly due east towards due south but always SSW. 3 got a spotting scope and got a clear sharp image in the scope. 1 saw half of the object. 2 and 3 saw the complete object. It was a brilliant pink (probably reflecting the setting sun) and looked exactly like two interlocking oval chain links. The sky was clear blue, no haze and cloudless. After a few minutes 3 could not see the object any more. 1 and 2 continued to see the object. 1 and 2 reported to 3 that the object spiraled quickly and the atmosphere seemed to ripple like water. 1 and. 2 both used the phrase "like a tornado". 2 said that the object then zigzagged quickly downward using the tornado description again describing a wide zigzag that tapered downward. Then 2 saw more atmospheric distortion described again as ripples in water with a distinct symmetric pattern. 2 said the object was white during the fast movement. Then the object disappeared. At about the midpoint of this event some satellite, possibly the ISS flew over going from approx SW to approx ENE very clear and bright. 1 and 2 drew sketches.

Long Shaped object that had lights underneath no sound looked almost like a train in the sky except only one section of train.

Long Shaped object that had lights underneath no sound could be heard at all. Was headed east then turned North east. Then the object begin to fade out or disappear from the font to the back until it was completely gone or invisible. This all happened in a matter of 2 to 3 minutes. Unfortunately I have no images of this event. It could have possibly been shaped like the image I uploaded but it had what appeared to be windows underneath. It was against a dark sky and all you could really see was the light from the windows underneath. These were not overly bright lights just amber looking lights but visible from the ground at night.

Taking trash out at midnight and saw the light moving weirdly fast so I stopped to look. once it went behind a tree I never saw it again, I walked down the street to see if it had turned suddenly but no sign.

4 lights speed across the sky in a way that planes can't

Four lights arranged in a line appeared to be attached to some rigid body that I couldn't see. The spacing of the lights and the speed with which it crossed the sky made it look like an extremely low b2 bomber but it made no noise at all. It appeared overhead because a house was blocking my view of half the sky. It was either close and fast or it was far and EXTREMELY fast.

Halfway through it's flight, the lights tilted as if it were a banking jet however the orientation of the lights didn't make any sense as a man made plane. Before it reached the horizon, it faded into darkness instead of becoming obstructed by objects near the horizon.

I saw a black sphere in the night sky. Before, and during lights behind the clouds that really didn't seem to move so I thought ok it's the moon but it was 3 different distinct light's. I watched them disappear in a swirl kinda like pattern in front of me m I look and the sphere is gone as well. I honestly videoed it but there have been several I've taken over the last few days that are just gone. I wanted to watch that. Then last night I noticed a light on the night sky. No sphere but the light seemed foreign. I want to say maybe a spot light but after my experience the night before I don't know. I've been having something torment me. I dunno what's going on all the sudden but all I know is a saw a black mass in our backyard. 2 days later I'm throwing up and mysteriously fall in the bathroom. I lost some time there but I have a concussion.

I saw a chevron/triangle shaped craft that was solid black with a bright light in the middle with small one at tip and had no noise.

I saw a black chevron/triangle shaped craft approach and go over my house. I went to my van to get something. It was almost completely dark. I saw a bright light moving from a distance toward my house. I see lots of commercial and military planes in the area, but this was odd. I stopped and watched it. It was lower than the commercial planes that fly. Did not make a noise. Jet black. Solid white light in the middle and tiny one at tip. I've never seen anything like this. It was rounded like on the sides and there was a weird lined pattern all along it. You know it was not actually flat, but more like a rounded on the edges, perhaps even cone like. As it went over me I could clearly see the shape. There was one bright white light in the very middle. As it was flying it seemed to slip to the left and right a bit. It was very unusual. It did that a few times and then remained straight in the direction. When the craft got over me, the middle light fla! shed and then dimmed. Then it flickered in a weird pattern. The pattern almost seemed like a Morse code for a bit. It was unusual. I even had an eerie sense like I was being watch and it saw me because I thought I would like to see more of the craft, but the light was too bright, as soon as I thought that was when the light dimmed to where there was not as big of a glare and I could see the craft pretty well. Then a small front light came on and was going in all different directions before it faded and only the middle light remained. It was going fairly slow. The entire event lasted about 10 minutes. My neighbor saw me staring into the sky and came over and saw the light but did not see the craft as it had moved farther away. It made no noise at all--not a sound. It left no trail in the sky. It was flying from approximately the northeast to the southwest. I posted the sighting on Facebook immediately after. Before I went inside to call a friend and post this a he! licopter flew around my block and very close to the house and ! just abo ve the tree line. It was solid black as well. I thought that was odd because of stories I have heard about black helicopters and also because there is not a lot of low flying helicopter activity in our small town.

Gathering of lights and formation, fighter jets checked it out

We often see strange lights gathered in this spot.

We were playing Scrabble last night and the house shook and rumbled so my husband and daughter looked outside and saw what they believe to be two fighter jets.

Fifteen minutes later we left for mass and saw 9 lights gathered at the spot! In 9 years, we have never seen that many lights gathered there. It is highly unusual.

Three orange lights flying from west to east over Frankfort, Kentucky on Forth of July, 2016

My husband and I were down by the small lake behind our house watching fireworks going off in surrounding neighborhoods. At about 9:30 pm or so, I noticed a light to the left of us behind a tree in our yard. I assumed it was some sort of firework. I saw it go past, toward the front of our house, and paid it little mind.

About 5-10 minutes later, my husband exclaimed that there was an orange light in the sky. He had seen three orange lights in the night sky two to three months ago. He said that was the same sort of light he had seen previously. We watched the orange light fly above our house from east to west until it was out of sight. It moved in a straight line at a pretty rapid clip. The location in the sky was a little lower than where you would typically see a helicopter travel.

A few minutes after that, we saw a third light, also moving from west to east but this one was a bit to the north and not directly over our house. We watched it fly toward the east until we could see it no more.

There was no sound with any of the lights. No blinking, no trail. I will note that the fireworks going on were loud, but I think if they were a normal aircraft, we would have heard them.

I took a photo, but it isn't good at all, sadly.

One adult male and adult female witnessed six crafts, one orange the others orange, went from flew overhead and blinked out one by one

On Friday, July 31, 2015, one adult male and adult female were driving 80th avenue heading north, about a half mile from route 30. At the stop sign of 80th ave. and WN Ave. The male first saw about six lights in a jagged line seeming to be hovering in one spot. The first craft had a red light, the others were orange.

The female got out of the car to video tape the event when all the crafts began to move from north west to south east in a straight line, the red one in front. As they moved passed the two adults one buy one they blinked out. The last one continues to be seen until it went behind some trees.

Bright light near my home.

My husband called me outside to look at a bright light much larger than the stars and it seemed low in the sky. I grabbed the camera and he took several photos. We do not know why the leaves on the tree are so bright unless it is the result of the flash. Enlarging the photo shocked me, as it looks like an ugly face to me, yet it was in the sky. Have no idea what this was.
We live in a rural area and this is not the first time we saw odd lights in the sky. There was no sound, but noticed two blue
lights in the photos near the ground.

I saw a bright fireball moving in the sky for 10 minutes at a constant speed and path.

It was about 9:30 PM. It happened on September, 29th 2014. I stepped outside on my deck to smoke. I looked to my right and noticed a very bright, orange light that had a hint of red to it. I immediately thought it was a plane like the small ones that often fly in this area. I was thinking it was a small 4 or 5 person aircraft like a Cessna or something. However, there were no flashing lights like are commonly seen on a plane. I then thought it might be a helicopter and it was shining some type of bright front light ahead of it in my direction. However, there was no sound. It was moving fairly slow in a horizontal path. It did not waver from side to side at all but continued on a straight course. It was going the speed that local small planes in the area normally seem to go. I then realized that it actually appeared as though it were on fire.

As it approached my house on its course, I could distinguish what looked like flames. There was a central round core of glowing orange light with a hint of red light inside and around it. There was also what looked like two plumes of large orange flames jetting on both sides. As it came over the house I noticed that there appeared to be a dark structure of some sort beneath the flames. It almost looked like there were possibly jet black wings like a plane around the flames and central area of the object. The object left no trail. The object was mainly round except for these two plumes of flames and the two wing-like structures. I became very concerned because I thought this could be an aircraft on fire and in distress. However, there was no sound or any other flashing lights or colors. The only colors were orange and the tiny hint of red. The orange was a pumpkin orange. The red was not a bright red, but a brownish red. The object did not descend or slow down, no! r did it speed up. The speed seemed to be moving in a constant speed and the direction or path of the object did not change or vary. It was going coming from the Northwest and heading toward the southwest.

As it passed over the house and continued past the neighborhood, the flame plumes began to diminish. It almost looked like they were being turned down as if I were turning off the flames of a gas stove. When the flames died down the center of the object was still glowing orange. I could then make out a dark structure of some type that did resemble an aircraft in some way. Suddenly, the central core flickered into what appeared to be two small orange lights. The lights then went out. For a second it seemed I could again make out some type of dark structure. The object was still there and moving, but it blended in with the night sky and passed out of my range of vision. It bothered me a bit. I have watched the skies a lot, and I know what planes look like. I have witnessed meteorites and such often and know how they move and appear in the sky. This did not appear to be a meteorite. It kept a consistent path. There was no sound. The speed was relatively slow. The! event lasted at least 10 minutes if not more. When I first saw it and realized that it was not a plane or helicopter, I called my fiancé to come outside and see it. She brought her phone, and I recorded at least 3 minutes of it on the phone. The video from the phone showed no color. All you can see is a white blob of light. You can hear us talking about what we are seeing.

I did see an object in 2004 sometime over Berea, Kentucky that was rather large in the sky— about the size of a full moon. That object was perfectly round, low to the tree-line, and glowed the same orange that this object tonight did. However, that object in 2004 was much, much larger and closer to the ground. It did not appear to have flames or be burning, it just glowed pumpkin orange. It also moved slowly and in a straight path until it disappeared behind the hills in Berea, KY. At that time, I had never seen anything like that before in my life; and I never expected to again. Tonight, I mentioned on the video that the color and movement reminded me of what I saw in 2004. It was very similar. The object tonight in 2014, however, must have been higher in the sky. It wasn’t near the tops of the trees but was up about whatever height the small planes in the area fly. It was much bigger in comparison to the stars. It was like a low flying plane.

I called 911 tonight to report it because I thought there might be a possibility that it was a plane in distress. The 911 operator told me to call a different number because it was not an emergency. They were not interested in taking a report. I then called the number they gave me, and that number was not in service. I then decided to call the local airport. I got a number there that gave me a hotline to call. I called that hotline number from the recording. I left a detailed message on the hotline number about what I saw. This call was made after 10:00 PM. I then decided I would look on the internet to see if there was a place to report UFO sightings. I found this website and called the hotline and spoke to a man that told me to write up this report. My fiancé will also be writing a report as well since she was there with me and witnessed the event. I also made a post on Facebook to see if anyone had seen the same object.

I would really like to know what this was. It makes no sense. I even thought of a Chinese lantern, but the object was being propelled in a straight course at a constant speed and was as large as a plane. It couldn’t have been a burning balloon or Chinese lantern. I don’t know what this was tonight. I don’t know what I saw was in 2004. I am an educated man with a graduate degree and professional career, and I would like to know what this was. Thanks for your time.

Five round lights formed in a triangle formation, two disappeared out of nowhere, the remaining three moved up up up until we could not see them.

We were driving in our neighborhood and stopped and watched, a neighbor also came outside because his dog was barking and he asked us what are those, are they helicoptors?

My son said we don't know. They were round emitting a orange-reddish glowing solid light no blinking at all. Very intriguing.

10+ silent orange flying objects in strict formation for 5 minutes then disappearing

Observation of Unidentified Flying Objects in Franklin County, Kentucky

On Saturday, May 31, 2014, at approximately 10:00 pm my wife and I observed 10 or more orange balls of light in a perfect straight line formation at an altitude of approximately 1000-1500 feet. The balls of light seem to appear one after the other and were not all visible initially.

All but one of the orange lights stayed in formation the entire time we watched. One of the lights rapidly accelerated next to another orange light and remained side by side with the other light until they disappeared.

The orange lights were flying northwest, were evenly spaced approximately 200-300 yards apart and silent. We watched the lights for approximately five minutes until they made a turn towards southwest and disappeared as they were moving away from our location. The orange objects did not have any strobes, sound, red or white light.

I have worked on numerous military bases, have been an investigator for the state government for more than 13 years, traveled internationally and have flown on private and commercial planes and helicopters. I have never observed flying objects like we saw on May 31, 2014. I am 100% certain they were not “Chinese lanterns”, helicopters or planes.

The flying objects had to be controlled by intelligent life due to the exact positioning of the objects, formation and the rapid acceleration of one object next to the other that remained side by side until they disappeared. I have observed planes and helicopters flying at night and these were definitely neither. The sky was clear over Frankfort and little to no wind.

Before reporting this incident we consulted with two Air Force Officers and they are unaware of any aircraft that are silent or displays orange lights rather than the traditional lights used on aircraft during flight.

I had serious reservations about reporting the incident because I have never believed in UFOs.

I am not sure what these were but, by reporting this incident I hope to find some answers no matter what they may be.

49 sec video taken of object seen over a long distance in travel, potential abduction, 20 min missing time..

Silver gray about 30 feet long with 5 panels and what appeared to be 4 windows. The man was on his way home from work at Versailles, KY, at 2:54 AM. Drove about 8 miles west on Highway US 60 West to get to Interstate 64 West, a quarter of a mile or so from the interstate, He noticed something that looked like a low flying plane. He looked at the time on radio and it was 3:14 AM. He has tinted windows on his car so he let his window down to get a better look at it. At that time he was close to the stoplight for the left turn to get on the interstate. The light turned red and he stopped. He noticed the craft in the air stopped also. It really got his attention then. When the light turned green he proceeded left and drove up the ramp onto the interstate. A tractor trailer passed and he got in behind it. To his left on the other side of the interstate he noticed the craft, which was keeping up with his car. The speed limit is 70 and the truck in front of him was d! oing about 60. He decided not to pass and stay back and see what this thing was. It went out of his view before he passed the Kentucky River bridge. After the bridge there are rock walls on both sides going westbound. After clearing them the craft appeared at about 10 o'clock to his left. He let his window down to try and get a video of it, but couldn't get it. It was about a quarter of a mile from his exit home and it started to bear to the left. He took the exit right and when he got to the end of the exit he stopped at the stop sign. The craft made a right turn and stopped too. He proceeded right in the left lane and the craft was on the other side of the road just above the utility poles. He needed to go about 1/3 of a mile to make a left turn to get home. It stayed with him. When he slowed down to get in the left turning lane the craft turned left. He made a quick turn right and raced up the street about a half mile maybe less to the Super America store. He parked in f! ront and the craft went overhead and up in the sky. It took the appearance of a star. He went inside and got something to drink and he told the cashier about something following him. He went outside and looked up and it was still there. He got in his car and proceeded to make a right turn on US 127 South. The craft went from being a star into being some type of ship. It was within 30 yards from his passenger side window on the right. It hovered for maybe 10 seconds and slowly proceeded south up the street. He didn't remember anything until he pulled up at home to park his car. He had lost 20 minutes somewhere. The craft went to the western sky and took the appearance of a star again. He ran inside for a few minutes and then came back out to see if it was still there. It was and it looked like an orange star. He got his phone and got about 49 seconds of video. (MUFON 56143)

It appears in the image, but did not notice anything in the sky.

I drove south on 65 when I took with about 60 mph the picture of the Dinosaur. I drove a Chrysler Van and it was appx. 10 am, sunny, no clouds and appx 50 degrees.

I wanted to take the picture of the dinosaur for my grandkids and I pointed my cell phone at the Dinosaur and took the picture without checking the image I took.

Today, I noticed 2 objects in this picture that haven’t been there in the sky. I did not see anything or I did not noticing.

I am not sure I did not take a mirror image from the windshield or anything… Maybe you can help.

When driving down I64, on our way from Louisville towards Lexington, we saw what we Thought was a plane in the distance towards the left. As we continued driving, we noticed that the object was not moving, it was just hovering. There was a red flashing light, along with Blue and green lights, as well. Still driving trhead, the object was now on the right of us. My fiancee then attempted to to video the object, however thre phone died. My fiancee rolled the window down and stuck his grad out of the window to see it better. It was then that he saw the shape of the object, which was a triangle, and he saw the red and Blue lights. Again, the object was not moving, it was just hovering around in the sky approximately 500 yards in the air.

Woken up by a loud sonic explosion in middle of night

I was asleep and was woken up by a very loud noise. Almost like an explosion. It was about 3:00am. The sound was so loud that it vibranted my floors, walls and windows. It sacred me at first. The explosion lasted for a minute and then it was over. I thought about how strange that was and just rolled over and went back to sleep. Nobody else in the house heard it.

Three red/orange objects in tight triangular formation flying low and slow north to south.

Approximately 11 PM on 5/11/13 while walking my dog I noticed 3 objects, each were red/orange lights and appeared to be flickering. They were just over the tree tops as I faced east and they were moving from north to south in unison and in a perfect triangular, tight formation at a constant slow speed. There was no sound.

They were low; about as low as private prop planes or helicopters fly and speed slightly slower than these fly. They were probably only several hundred yards apart from each other.

There was only black night sky in between the objects. Their north to south movement was steady and then their direction angled southeast away from me and one disappeared, leaving one bright and one dim; until the second of three disappeared leaving one until that disappeared.

The duration was about 2 minutes.

Bright orange lights over Crystal Lake, Michigan, briefly hovering before shooting out of sight within a fraction of a second.

My seventeen-year old son and I were on the deck of a cabin we’re vacationing at on the south side of Crystal Lake near Frankfort, Michigan. Shortly after midnight we observed a bright orange light coming from the west, growing larger until it stopped a third of the way up the lake between two trees and hovered for about a minute. Then it slowly moved east over the horizon and shot like a bullet straight north over the horizon, disappearing into a small dot and then disappearing altogether in well under a second.

It was impossible to guess how large it was or how high in the sky it was, though it appeared to be at about the same height a helicopter might fly. It was obviously not a star, an airplane or helicopter, or any ordinary light. It appeared to be moving deliberately, and it was completely silent, which is especially notable on a lake where sound carries very far.

I’m combining two reports into one because the next night, 7/15/12, at approximately the same time, my son and I were out on the deck observing the stars and joking about how funny it would be if the light appeared again, when out of the west, it did. This time it hovered long enough that by the time we absorbed what we were seeing, I had time to remember that I should go get my cell phone and take a picture.

Before I could, the light flew quickly back to the west out of sight within a fraction of a second, was followed within 2 or 3 seconds by a slightly smaller orange light that hovered in the same spot in the middle of the lake for a minute or so before it shot west out of sight. All three lights that we saw were close to the same size but appeared to get larger as they advanced towards us to hover I would say about half the size of a normal full moon at their largest, and maybe just slightly oval but mostly round.

My son and I are both in agreement about the details of what we witnessed and that whatever the light was, its movements were unlike anything we’ve ever seen before and not explained by any known aircraft, satellite, or other typical explanations for an unidentified object/light in the sky.

Our background my son is a typical high school senior and a born skeptic who now believes we saw some sort of alien craft. I have a PhD and work as a consultant. While I’m open to both earthly and alien explanations for what we saw, I do know that whatever it is not readily explained.

Observed two objects with pulsating lights that changed positions, 4 additional objects released from these

On the evening of Sunday, November 6, 2011, at 7:00PM EST my wife was outside our home (which is 3 miles southwest of Frankfort, Kentucky). She noticed a bright pulsating light to the north-northeast. I went outside and immediately noticed the object, which was about 40 to 45 degrees above the horizon and appeared to be hovering over downtown Frankfort, Kentucky. Object was noticeably brighter than stars in the sky. Weather was clear at the time, no clouds noticed in the area. When I first saw it, there appeared to be two smaller red pulsating objects circling below it, then these disappeared. The main Object appeared to occasionally give off a flash of white light, kind of like a photography flash bulb. Object was hovering at high altitude, much higher than the helicopter traffic we often see in this area. It did not emit any noise. Object moved up and down very rapidly but remained fixed over the same area around 7:15pm. I am estimating it was 3-5 mi! les away, guessing in the area of the intersection of highways US-127 and US-421, this would be on the north side of Frankfort, KY. We observed this until 7:30pm and went back inside. I went back out at 8:00PM, the object was still in the sky in about the same position as before. At 8:15pm, Object also appeared to fall suddenly dropping maybe 5 degrees on the horizon.

At this point, we saw 3 small but very bright red lights dropping down out of the main object one right after the other. Two of these began heading due west at slow speed. The third red light remained hovering below the main object, then at very high speed moved towards the other two red pulsating lights. They then moved into a triangular formation and headed off due west at slow speed. At this point, I went inside and got a set of binoculars, through the binoculars I could see that each of the red lights was actually 3 pulsating red lights in a V or chevron type shape. Hard to tell size but definitely! in a V shape and flying in formation. The red objects did no! t emit a ny sound. At 8:20pm we noticed a similar object to the east had appeared also with the same pulsating green, red, yellow lights. Then about 8:25pm we saw the eastern object drop suddenly in altitude and stop. Suddenly the eastern rotating object dropped a single red flashing light...through the binoculars it also appeared to be 3 flashing lights in a V-shape, also headed due west at slow speed. Same type of 3 sets of pulsating red lights in a V-shape as the previously observed ones. Aropund 8:45pm, The westernmost object moved south at slow speed towards us, this would have put it over downtown Frankfort,KY or US-127. The eastern object I would guess would be in the Versailles Road/US-460 area maybe ?? We called the Franklin County, Kentucky dispatch center non-emergency number, they said quote "What do you want us to do about it ?" The dogs in the been barking continuously all night since about 6:30 if that means anything at all. At 10:30PM this evening we went back out! side, we observed that both of the main objects were gone. I am age 40, a human resources professional for the US government and a current graduate student. My wife is age 33, a manager for an oil company and has 1 year of college. I have been around aircraft my entire life having lived near 2 airports, plus spent 20+ years in the Civil Air Patrol. Our event is not consistent with any aircraft I have ever seen before or any type of aircraft marker light beacons. Objects were much brighter than stars in the night sky, weather conditions were clear with 3/4 moon, no clouds. I've never seen a star change position and drop objects...I have seen a meteor shower and "shooting stars" before, this was not either of those.

Hi! Sorry I wasn't so detailed, I have a house full of kids with the flu.

Ok, I was looking from my bedroom window toward our back yard (northeast towards the tinley park, il) and right above the tree line I could see three lights. The lights were in a line and then moved to a triangle formation. They were in teardrop shape and white, may be yellow in color.

We have seen this once before and we reported this last year as well. I didn't drive to see what exactly it was this time because when we did drive to see it last year, we could never reach it and then our very new van started making weird sounds like it was going to break down. When I say we could never reach the sight, I mean those lights were moving faster than we could get to it. I have never seen anything like it and where we thought the lights were at, there is farm land only.

I hope that explains more of what I saw.

On 9/30/2010 at approx. 02:25 hrs., I was driving Southbound on IN State Road 29.

I was about 8 miles Northeast of Frankfort, IN. In the Southern sky, I saw a large blue flash of light.

About 30 seconds later, I saw another large blue flash of light in the same Southern direction.

The sky was clear, and there were no storms in the area.

Thought it was plane at first, but it emoted no sound nor flashing light.

A lone , bright white light in a clear evening sky which when viewed through binoculors seems to reflect the glowing round craft it is emoting from. It traveled east over Utica, NY, into the Mohawk Valley, pausing only momentarily just outside of Utica then proceeding slowly into the Mohawk Valley.

Once, it travels just past Frankfort, NY it begins to gradually pick up speed and then in the blink of an eye and like hitting warp speed it shoots out past the Valley like a bullet being shot out of a gun barrel.

Multiple Crafts (7-8) - 3 Super Bright White Spot Lights w/Shooting/Flickering

Traveling in a car, for the entire duration of our trip, we witnessed a super bright white light in the sky. I was curious as to what it was since it was not moving, but standing completely still in mid-air, too high in the sky to be a cell phone tower. As we proceeded to get closer, the light, we noticed, was actually 2 spot lights. At that point we thought it was a plane, the lights being the 2 wing lights. I began to notice a "shooting" type light, flickering from side to side, from one white light to the other. I know that a plane's wing lights flicker, but they don't shoot across the plane's wings! At this point, I was sure it was an alien craft. I kept my eye on this thing the whole trip, and as we came to the stop light, we were directly beneath it, as it hadn't moved the entire time we were driving. I actually rolled the window down and looked up into the sky to witness yet another light, which formed a perfect triangle with the other 2 light! s, and was sitting still in the sky as of yet. I said to my friend, "This is a UFO, an alien craft!" As I said this, the craft then (after 15 minutes of keeping my eye on it) began to move slowly with the wide end of the triangle as the front of the craft, shooting lights and all, and headed south toward the Monee/Peotone area. I took my eyes off of the craft and then immediately noticed 6 or 7 more identical lights in the sky around the Frankfort/Mokena/Tinly Park area. They were the same color, brightness, and height as the previously seen craft. They looked just like the first one before I was close enough to see the shooting light.

Flashing lights in Central NY sky

My cousin was sitting on the front porch when he witnessed some blinking lights in the sky and called me outside to observe them. In the northeastern part of the sky there was a circular object which seemed to be flashing many lights that were red, white, blue and green in color. The object started low in the sky and rose as time passed by. After further sky watching we were able to see to more of these objects flashing the same type of lights. All three if the objects rose in the sky and seemed to get farther away as time passed by. We watched the objects for a couple of hours travel farther from us. The next night my cousin once again checked the sky to see if the objects would appear again and all three objects were again visible the next night. We are unsure of what these lights could be and can't find many answers with online research thus far.

Triangle UFO in Frankfort ILLINOIS

I was in Frankfort Illinois (suburb of Chicago)Me my fiance and my friend Ashley were driving down us 30 and we saw strange lights in the sky we stopped at the stop sign and watched the lights turn into a bright red(the 3 corners were at least) Triangle with a red light off the side. As we were watching it it would turn directions while the triangle maintained its shape.

At 6:55 pm I called Frankfort, IL 911 they said that there was multiple calls regarding the sightings.

So I did the only thing I could, as I had no camera besides my camera phone which was not a very good at taking clear picture. So I started driving towards the UFO to get a better shot from a closer distance. after 30 miles we were into Indiana and the UFO was just a little too far out of Camera Range.

While we were driving towards Indiana There was a lot of people sitting on the side of the road taking pictures. I never stopped to get any numbers and I would love to be able to contact those people.

As we were driving into Indiana. The lights dimmed down as we saw 6 lights coming out of the south the strobe colors on the new lights were RED WHITE AND BLUE and they were fast movers. I think they were the air force because they circled the area for over an hour. I called all of my friends and family that were in the area and they went outside to look but they were too far away at the time. I also called channel 2, 5, & 7 news and they said that they would look into it through the police blotters. I left my number and so far I haven't gotten a call back.

But I'm hoping that someone comes forward with pictures or videos that we can submit to the UFO hunters or the news.

I never got a good picture of the Craft but we saw the objects for over 2.5 hours. The lights on the craft would switch from red to a bright orange about an half inch wide in the sky which is pretty big. there is no way this could be an airplane or a weather balloon or flares, because the lights would go out for a while then go back to a higher intensity and change color but it always kept the same formation. I lived outside of a air force base and have seen a lot of different aircraft flying and I have never seen anything like it. It reminded me of the '05 Tinley Park, IL sightings (which i saw too after my friend called me to look outside) If anyone has any pictures or videos please submit them. I am sorry I don't have any pictures but I will review the video some more and see if there is anything good on it.

Very bright lights in the sky that would stop, rotate, fly away, come back...almost like they were playing in the sky.

Last night, Sunday February 1st, 2009 my husband and I witness a very bright light in the sky and it looked like it was slowly rotating, but it was staying in the same spot. Then came 2 more lights. They were not planes that we normally see in the sky. One of the lights seems to stop, then turn on a dime and zoom off. Like it was playing in the sky. We did capture this on video, but we think we were pretty far away and are not sure if it is worth it to show anyone. I could copy the disc and send it to someone. We live in Frankfort, Illinois; the lights looked liked they were over Tinley Park or Orland Park, Illinois. It lasted about 30 to 45 mins. Bright lights, with sometimes a red light interchanging. It was pretty cool to see. This is the second time we have witnessed these lights, planes or whatever it is. I wish I knew what it was!

Very unusally HIGH amount of air traffic at sunset

Driving home from dinner Thursday evening September 18th from Southwest Suburban Tinley Park, Illinois south on Harlem Ave. approx Vollmer Rd. at approx 19:00. The wife and I noticed in the sky directly above us and streaming accross the sky due west were an incredible amount of white trails from "jet-wash" (i believe is what it's called).. I don't mean ten or twenty; we actually stopped counting at fifty. They strangely did not criss-cross each other at all either. The sun was just about set so the trails were extremely visable in a clear, calm, cloudless, bright blue sky. Air traffic is common w/Midway airport to the north and Gary Airport to the southeast. We found it strange since these trails were all quite fresh, as if these aircraft had "all" flown over at the same time.. and very recently too. No aircraft were visible in the immediate sky at the time. We're used to seing jet trails all over the sky on clear days but this was even beyond unusal. I really doubt commercial jet traffic would be "that" heavy for the given time and day. Military traffic might make sense but why and to where? No word was mentioned on local A.M. radio or local Internet news. Really very curious if anyone else in the area found this odd? We both noticed it immediatly; surely someone else did too?

bright balls of light spinning disapearing and reapearing in lines staying in one spot then moving horizontily and vertically then it took off towards kokomo then 2 jets flew over the same direction like they were trying to catch it but they were to slow.

And then i heard on the scanner they had an explosion in kokomo and they couldn't find any dibree or figure out what it came from then in the morning we had an earthquake then the goverment said it was jets leting off flares so they dropped flares that night to show what it was but it was not the same thing and the goverment said all jets were on the ground at grissom airforce base at 10:15 pm that night but the explosion didn't happen until 15 minutes after that and i was watching them fly over before they reached kokomo. iv'e seen these same crafts for 15 years.

UFO seen over Harlem Ave.

I was driving to the local Walgreens when My sister and me noticed 2 bright red lights past harlem ave. in mattesson, I've seen these before, and in "V" formation, and they have been reported in local newspapers. So on the way back i start to drive towards one which has moved right over the harlem rt. 30 intersection, then it jets around at a velocity uncommon to man made aircraft. After that it remained stationary for about 2 seconds then just disappeared, the other bright light remained back over matteson I'm not sure for how long though.

Franklin/Scott County Kentucky Round Object With Red, Blue, and White Lights

At approximately 9:20pm, I went outside on my balcony to smoke. I looked off to the northeast – towards Scott County – and saw a round shape with bright lights of Red, Blue, and white. The lights went all around the object and sometimes seemed to be steady and at other times seemed to strobe or even rotate around the object. The object also had at least four straight extensions coming off of it and running underneath the main object. The extensions were also lighted. The object sat perfectly still. I got my daughter to come look at it. She thought it was a Police Helicopter, mainly because of the red and blue lights. The object was way too high to be a Helicopter and the area it was hovering over would have been very rural. My daughter went back inside. I continued to watch. We do not have binoculars, so I went inside to get my daughter’s Digital Camera that has Zoom capabilities and thought that might help. When I returned to the balcony, the object was still there but then there was a second object much closer and much larger. It was more of a perfectly shaped orange ball and almost appeared to be “sitting” on a house off in the distance. I called for my daughter again and she thought it was a full moon. I did not think that was the case because it was too orange and I don’t recall ever seeing a full moon in that spot before. This morning I looked at the Naval Observatory’s Web Site and according to it there was no full moon last night, it should have been a “Last Quarter” moon. My daughter told me that I had watched one too many X-Files and that she was sure it was a Police Helicopter and a Full Moon. While I do not know what either object was, I do not believe they were those things, and my daughter who was so sure of herself was too “scared” by what she saw to sleep in her room downstairs last night.

White Ghost Like Figures Hazey Very Low In The Sky Seen In Our Back Yard Frankfort, IL

On October 11, 2007 it was in the hours of 8:00p.m. To 9:00p.m.

I live in Frankfort, IL I was letting my 3 dogs to go outside in our back yard, when I saw these lights up in the sky, the lights where not too high up, at first I thought it was one of those beams for when they advertise something, but I knew that it wasn’t so, because I saw that these lights where almost right over my neighbors house, and when I saw these lights, they looked like ghost flying around and around in the air,(The colors where White) I’ve never seen anything like it before. We just moved into this area a month ago. I stood from my patio door and watched it just for a little while, and then I closed the door and blinds. I almost wanted to call my neighbor next door, to tell her about it, but I didn’t want to bother since it was late at night and she has 2 young children who might be sleeping. My husband was out of town on a business trip and it was just me and my 4yr old, he was asleep at the time that this was taken place. The reason why I just now reported this is because I was searching to get some news from our daily newspaper, when I had saw an article saying people had spotted a UFO in the Tinley Park, IL location a few years back, and it kind of looked as what I had observed. 2nd time in one night, please read this and the end...

And now just minutes after my last encounter i decided to go back out with my laptop and a camera, as we were sitting there and looking at the stars, crafts passed by very quicky over head a house next door, and there was no sound, no vibrations, nothing, we ran inside very quicky, locked all doors, all blinds and curtains. Right now were inside our living room which is relativly protected from windows. We are really freaked out, if you have any sightings like this send me and email, ((e-address del and label it UFO sighitng so i dont delete it, please im really freaked out.

It was my first sighting, and it scared me to death.

A witness and myself were sitting on my open roof patio star gazing when we spotted a light about 100 feet above the trees in the distance. We looked at this object for about 15 seconds, then it started to move, it gradually gained speed untill it sped off at a speed i could not make out. This was my first sighting, and it really freaked me out, but i will keep looking for it and try to take some picutures next time.

My husband and I was in our pick up truck southwest of Frankfort, In. It was right at dusk. Not quite dark yet. We was backing out of a field near a wooded area as I looked out my opened window towards the back of the truck I saw 6 lights in a row in this clouded area near us. The lights were compared to a car head light but was a yellow-gold color. They did not move, they were just there for maybe 5 to 6 sec then they faded away from left to right one at a time. As we backed onto the road I would not take my eyes off of the very spot that I saw them. I saw a very dim outline of a rectangle with the same lights but very dim to the eye. I just saw that for a few sec and it just faded away. I was relieved to hear my husband say that he saw the lights too.

Stationary orange lights in sky NE of Frankfort, Indiana on 2/25/07

Clear skies tonight. First saw three orange balls in lower sky NE of Frankfort, IN Two were small, one large. Approx. 25 degrees up from where I was standing. Bright at first then faded away after 5 - 8 seconds. About 6 - 8 minutes later saw four orange balls higher in the sky, all appeared separately and further apart and faded away seaparatley (within 1 - 2 seconds of each other). These were approx. 40 degrees up from my point of reference. Total lapse of time 6 - 8 seconds. None appeared to be moving...very stationary. About 5 minutes later saw one orange ball very high (approx. 75 degrees up and now more NW of Frankfort) in the sky, same fade in/fade out over 5 seconds. No sound. 5 minutes later saw two pair of jet aircraft (could hear them) flying in pairs criss cross the area of sky where I saw the orange balls. Jet aircraft had one white strobe light each. Then one prop aircraft flew low through the area with multiple lights. Returned to my car and drove home.

Two randamly blinking lights moving with quickly changing direction ans speed oves South Ohio. Orange light while something was dropped

Saw two white lights moving in the sky. The lights were blinking randamly and were bright like an aircraft but blinking randamly. When the light was not on there appeared to be a faint yellow or orange light. The lights moved much like aircraft except the movemebt was more errattic, ie, the lights abbruptly chanced direction and speed. A bright orange light appeared at one of the light location and the blinking light stopped. The orange light was bright, had a bright center and a fringe of distinct rays that ended in a circle around the bright center. Something was dropped while the orange light was on. Whatever was dropped could be seen dropping much like you can barely see a fire works rocket going up prior to it exploding except it was dropping. The orange light then went out and the blinling began again. I believe the orange light was relatively statioary. Shortly thereafter the secund light did the same as the first light relative to the orange light and dropping something. The two lights then deaded off to the Ease and disappeared. As the lights moved off to the East I could hear a noise much like a jet but less turbilent. Unlike a jet plane the noise did not diminish as the lights moved off into the distance. The sound abruptly stopped.

Lights seen above Lake Michigan September 3, 2006

On the night of September 3, 2006 my boyfriend and I took a road trip to Northern Michigan to watch the sun setting over Lake Michigan. We arrived just as the sun began to sink below the horizon, and decided to sit and watch the stars come out. I attempted to take some photos with my digital camera of the sun setting; only to find that when the flash would go off we noticed several small particals, for lack of a better term, all around us. When the flash would go off we could clearly see these particals, they appeared white. Upon viewing the pictures taken the particals appeared as multi-colored specks of light. We thought nothing more of it dismissing it as some freak occurance.

After the first hour or so it became quite dark and I noticed a bright solid white light moving across the sky, I watched it intently knowing full well it was NOT an airplane (no flashing lights of any kind) and thought it was simply an orbital satalite. The object flew across the sky in a West to East trajectory and as it crossed over where we sat the light grew in brightness and then quickly vanished. I figured it was just another random sighting, and hadn't had time to ask my boyfriend if he'd seen it as well, so I though nothing more of it.

I'd say about twenty minutes later I noticed another solid light, not as bright moving from the North to the South. It flew over head at a high altitude and as it did so my boyfriend pointed to it and asked if it was in fact moving. As I was about to reply in the affirmative, the light stopped. It hovered for several minutes and then moved quite rapidly back from the South to North. This light continued to move from N to S and then back again. It would stop and hover above us for several minutes and then continue on it's path.

Over the next several hours we counted at least sixteen more lights in the sky. All moving in random patterns at different altitudes. The objects would move, stop, hover, zig-zag, and change direction mid-flight. They would form triangle shapes with stars and then increase and decrease the sizes of these triangles at will. At 11:00 p.m. there was a bright light that came over the horizon and proceeded to follow in the same manner, the only differences were this one was closer and much brighter, and along with the solid white light there were mulitcolored lights that flashed in random patterns. We watched this light for quite some time marveled in the way it danced and at it's brightness. It was then that we noticed two pairs of faint lights moving in perfect unison. One pair was located to the South and the second was to the NorthEast. They seemed to dance across the night's sky in a most beautiful and random fashion. None of the lights would stray too far from where they were first seen. They would move a certain distance and then return to their original location.

We spent a great deal of time trying to determine if it was simply ours eyes that were playing tricks on us, watching stars to see if they moved; and found nothing. We spotted planes of vairous sizes and knew that this was not the explaination either. I have over the years seen many strange lights in the night sky, but this was the first time I had ever seen so many lights at the same time in the same area. This was also the first time I have ever had a witness with me to collaborate my sighting.

Bright Light In Frankfort INDIANA

Well at 1:00 that night we saw a light we just thought it was nothing. The light was long and grew size as light progressed. It was white in color. This encounter didn't last very long. We ran inside. So I went back outside to see if I could see it again. I did that time it was long and still grew in size as it progressed. Except I saw something that was a disk shape inside of the light. Also, this time it was pulsating green and red. My encounter lasted about 30 seconds.

3 red lights in formation traveling southeast slowly and faded out one by one.

My husband, and three children observed three red lights in formation, moving slowly. We first observed them in the northeastern sky and we watched them slowly move east of us. They stayed in the same formation, equal distance apart, and at the same speed. They traveled in our sky for about 25 minutes before they slowly faded out one by one. We called friends and family and all were able to see the lights from Orland Park, and Frankfort.

5 red lights in a row vertically drifting slowly eastward.

At approximatley 10:30 pm I was looking North into the sky and saw 5 red lights all stacked in a straight line vertically. I went in to get my wife and when she came out there were only 4 lights left in the same formation. I then proceeded to watch them and they seemed to be slowly drifting to the East, but still holding the same straght line. after a few minutes another one of the lights went out, leaving three, a few minutes later another went out until there was only one lit. Again a few minutes later the last one went out.

3 lights in a triangular formation in the north sky

I live in Frankfort IL.My wife and I were sitting on a neighbor's patio the evening of August 21st. We had just finished our block party.While we were chatting, I noticed 3 red lights in the sky just to the north of us. We were facing West, but I saw them out of the corner of my eye. So I faced North to get a better look. I watched them for a good 45 minutes. One light was at 12 o'clock, one at 6 o'clock and one at about 7 .The objects were at a 45 degree angle from where I was standing. It seemed to be about 5 or 6 miles away. I am on about 205th and 80th Ave. I didn't hear anything, but after we left the neighbors, I kept watching from my kitchen window. They seemed to get dimmer, and the one at 7 o'clock was now even with the one at 12. Then they just kind of faded.

The lights were very bright at first, kind of like the ones on the power lines.

Orange lights in the Indiana sky, 4 witnesses.

This is the forth time I've seen these lights around my house. Its been interesting. Well, my friend and I were coming home from kokomo, driving west on 26. I was looking out the window while listening to The Beatles when I saw those familiar orange lights. There were four of them. I told darren to pull off the side of the road so he could see. Well we waited about 5-6 minutes and decided we weren't going to see it [just military jets in the sky, as usual]. We got back in the car and headed home. I called my house and told my sis to go watch at the end of our road with her bf and she said alright. It took us about 4 minutes to get to my road, 700 east, where we met my sis and her bf. We asked them if we saw anything and they replied nope. We told them that we were going to eat and then we'd be right back. So we started down my road.. about 1-2 minutes later [we were driving quite slow, still looking] I saw this big orange light to the right of me. It was MUCH closer than any of the ones I've ever seen. I had Darren stop and we jumped out. This light was just sitting there, military was circling the area. My sister saw it too and drove down to where we were. Just around then we see these little tiny orange lights break apart for the the bigger one. A ton of these lights spilt off.. then they all faded away. I asked if everyone had saw this, and pretty much the same thing coming out of all their mouths was, "Wow." We were all kinda stunned.. it was like watching a movie. We looked for another minute before deciding we better eat so we can come back out. We were home eating and you could just hear all the jets in the area. It was apparent they were either chasing the object or it was one of theirs [though I do not see how it could've been a manned object]. We got back out at 9:30 and it was pretty quiet. As we were driving around the country roads we passed two slowly moving vehicles [possibly other people who saw the same thing?]. Nothing was seen for the rest of ! the night.

Fading orange lights witnessed by a 19 y.o. & 48 y.o. formations seen.

I was driving home by myself, looking at the stars when I saw an orange glare to my right. I turned to the right [north] to see it, just as the light faded into darkness. It was right about this time I thought, "This is the same thing I saw last summer!" [My report is on here, 05/29/02] Just then I saw the a light appear in the western sky quite far from the original location. When I told my family about these strange lights last summer, they just brushed it off like it was no big deal, so not beign far from home, I decided to call my mom and pick her up so she could see them. Hurrying home I saw the lights a few more times.. I was paying more atteniton to the road though. I got my mom and drove to 26. We got out and waited. In no less that 5 minutes we saw 2 lights appear in the northern sky about 40 degrees above the horizon. We decided to drive up 26 a little farther and pull onto a country road. There were 3 lights now, they felt very very close. As we watched I was stunned to see them dissappear for a minute only to all reappear eventually as a triangle. Another minute or so pass and my mom says, "Look!" and they were in a perfectly straight horizontal line. [this summer I saw a vertical line] This is about the time we decided we saw enough and left. My mom felt "obligated" to call the cops when she got home, they ofcourse, had no idea what it was. I do remember seeing & hearing a lot of other planes afterwards.. *especially* last night.

3 glowing objects near Frankfort, IN, in Dec. 2002

My husband and I were driving about 10 miles south of Frankfort, IN. We were headed toward Frankfort. I was talking to him and as I was talking, I noticed some balls of light in the sky. I continued talking while watching the lights when my husband interrupted me to ask if I saw those lights. We then watched them for about 5 or 10 more seconds when they just disappeared, as if the lights had been turned off. At first I thought that there was a tree between us and the lights, but after about 10 more seconds we still had not passed any trees along the side of the road. We looked all around but could not see them anywhere. My husband saw two balls of light and I thought that I had seen another one briefly to the left of the larger ball. There was one large ball of light and another smaller one to the right. The light was a kind of yellowish with pinkish tones. They appeared to be about one half mile away. They were maybe about the same altitude as a small plane, or maybe a bit lower. About 7 or 8 minutes later, we were just outside the Frankfort city limits when my husband saw them again. This time there were three distinct balls of light, one a bit larger than the other two. They seemed farther away the second time. The larger one's light got bright and then dimmed, like a dimmer switch, and then brightened briefly again. Then it dimmed and went out. All three balls of light went out at the same time. We called my son-in-law at the Tippecanoe County Sherriff's dept. to see if anyone was reporting a similar experience. He called one of the Frankfort police. However, there were no other reports made.

We saw unusually moving bronze lights in the sky in Indiana I’m 2002.

Late at night, out in the country at a friend’s house a bunch of kids from church were camping in her backyard. She casually pointed up and we all saw bronze fiery lights in the sky. She wasn’t surprised, she said she saw UFO’s all the time out there. We stood there and watched the lights move around in different formations, usually in a line. They were beautiful and looked like they were dancing gracefully at one point. They moved very slow sometimes. Accelerated very quickly. At one point some of them moved so far across the sky I knew I was looking at something I have never ever seen before, no plane or helicopter can move so quickly. They also slightly changed color from bronze to white. They were so far away we couldn’t truly see what they were, just balls of fire like stars that had come alive. Eventually they all took off, one by one, very quickly, and disappeared .

huge orange lights fading away then reappearing again 15 mins later

I live in rural north-central Indiana [near frankfort]. Last night, the 30th, I was talking and looking at the stars with my girlfriend. All of a sudden something caught the corner of my eye. I stood up and saw 2 bright orange lights that appeared to be very big being very still in the sky. Three seconds later they fade out. Another three secs and 3 lights appeared west of the first set. Then fading again.. We ran inside to tell her parents. We came out and looked for about 15 minutes, then the same light caught my eye. We stood up seeing 3 orange light fade away. Then 2 seconds later *four* huge orange lights appear in a vertical line then the middle fades out, then the rest go. I was scared ((deleted)).

The evening of 9-11 we lost our electricity which was very frightening after what happened earlier that day. We went outside, the sky was so clear, and to the west was a white streak of light, similiar to a contrail, but not dissipating as they do. It was visible for about 15 minutes and just disappeared gradually. I saw that Bolingbrook also lost their power which is about 35 miles from me. I never found out what caused the power outage. but it was light outside and power was back on by 8 or 8:30. There was nothing about the outage in the local papers either. I now find that odd since reading that Bolingbrook also lost power.

I was in my backyard swimming and I looked up and say a triangle.

I has swimming in my backyard when my freind said " what's that". I looked up and saw a black triangle hovering about 40 ft off the gound. At fist I didn't see any lights, but then about three seconds later, I saw three white lights go on. Then two seconds later I saw three red lights go on, and then it started looking blurry, and took off faster then anything I've ever seen.

hi i know its been awhile since i seen this thing i never really wanted to write in but i have to because what i seen was clearly not a plane helicopter or anything like that i have seen in my life we was visiting my uncle at his house i was on the front porch around 8:00 pm when i looked up i seen something very huge in shape moving very slow it was in the shape of a triangle it moved directly over my head so i could make out every single detail of it on the front of this triangle looked like around 10-15 bright spotlights half way down this odject was a circular cutout it was hallow towards the middle i could look right through the inside and see the stars overhead that was really strange because i know of nothing like that in any of our military/civilian aircraft this event lasted around 2 minutes i went back inside the house and told everyone to come look on the front porch with me but only one other person came outside to look for himself and at the back og this thing was another set of around 10-15 bright spotlights whats strange is there was no sound what so ever it was low enough to us we should have heard something there was nothing this was something that really took my breath i cannot explain what it was except to say it was not a military craft or civilian either one.....

massive black triangle with red lights at ends hovering

BLACK TRIANGLE with red lights at each end. no sound from what i could tell,was in moving car sitting passenger though. seem to turn in place very slightly could of been because of car moving. 1 mile or 3 miles between lights each end of triangle or more 2 mile to 5 miles in air, hard to judge freind would not pull over. me and two freinds sitting behind me saw it and i was speechless for a few seconds.location east side of rt 45 north of laraway rd before gas city was built. clear night very dark. it was shocking to me after seeing tinley park case on television same thing i saw years earlier. (Also saw ufo in daylight last summer. my girlfreind told me to look at the moon because it was full , i looked at moon and small dark object dot with blurry edges went across moon and i tracked it for 10 to 12 seconds very fast and very small. moved across in a straight line from north to south could of been traveling 3000 to 6000 mph or more. very hard to estimate. ! hight as high as the the moon so fast lost sight of it by lookin back at moon and back towards object. no vapor trail or jet streem and no sound impossible to mankind. not a sattelite.) we are definately not alone there is without a dought something out there unknown to mankind. ive seen it with my own eyes .

Object was 50 ft. across, and 150 ft. off the ground. It had red, green, and blue lights around the sides. The craft itself was a dark silhouette, and there was no noise coming from it. My nephew was with me, and he saw the same thing. The craft was not moving. I am a 37 year-old white male, who does not drink, smoke or use drugs of any type. I am well respected in my community.

I was a teenager and sleeping. I had school the next day . It must've been about 1-2AM when it felt like my room was shaking and my room was lit up with light. A loud boom is what woke me up initially. This lasted for probably a minute or 2. I pulled my covers over my head until it stopped. My parents worked 3rd shift that night, so I was home alone. I called my boyfriend and woke him up and he had no idea what I was talking about. I kept asking classmates at school and everyone apparently hadn't heard or seen anything. Finally, in my science class, my teacher said she experienced it and had been researching to see if maybe it was a sonic boom, meteor, crazy storm, etc. To my knowledge, it was never explained. I'm sure there were more people that experienced it. I wish I had written it down in a journal or something so I could have that information today. I even checked the paper the next day thinking I'd see something about it and there was nothing.

Large flashing light extending down from sky to lake Michigan.

Clear evening very little over cast. Myself and my wife observed a large shatf of light out over lake Michigan. It looked like a very thick bolt of lightning but continued to pulse about once a second. It stayed in a genreral area moving back and forth. It extended down from the sky to the lake and was very bright kind of like a strobe light. It appeared to be thick in diameter and long given the distance out over the water. As stated it would flash about once a second and move back and forth in the same general area. It continued for about 30 minutes when it just stopped. It did not look like a lighthouse due to the length of it and the way it moved from south to north and back again. I have a brief portion on video that is being sent via mail. I did not film the entire duration unfortunately.

Multicolored disk across the street.

I was five at the time that I saw the craft, so memories of the incident are hazy. I was in my house when I decided to walk around, there was nothing to do. My house has a small room in which people take off their coats and shoes and put them away, the entryroom. I walked into the entryroom and approached the window to the side of the door. The windows are tall and thin and are to the sides of the door, and have a white lace-like cloth over them. I pushed the curtains asid to see any traffic. There's a tool factory in front of my house across to street, with a small wooded section blocking the factory's veiw. In a large central brak in the wooded section is where a disk shaped craft slowly crpt into veiw. The craft had multicolored lights to its side, which didn't seem to shine like a beacon, yet there was a definite shine to them. The craft, as it was disk shaped, had a side to it where the lights were atached, streching all around the craft. The craft did swirl a bit, and I can remember a soft beeping noise, like when you dial-up onto the internet. After about twenty-five, thirty seconds, the carft dirfted the west, where i wasn't able to see the craft agian, do to the width of the window.

A brownish copper metallic saucer the size of a football field seen. Frankfort NY on hill.

I was running up hill turned around to see the view and metallic saucer unlike anything I have seen in any picture was hovering silently above my head around around 40 meters. It remained hovering 10 seconds then moved over the horizon in about 2 seconds. The horizon had to be at least 20 or 30 miles from the height I was at. It never made a sound and I could not believe no one saw it other than myself. This was many years ago but I cannot forget what happened and I have seen 2 other sightings but not in the daylight which makes this unexplainable.

Bright white light, traveling South to North at a very fast speed. The light would fade then turn very bright. It was totally silent and was way to fast for a plane.

A couple nights later my wife and I were standing on front porch and saw the same thing traveling on a reverse rought from North to South.

I never saw anything like it again.
