3 AM 6 bright lights rotating in perfect circle, made no noise

Couldn't sleep, walked outside to smoke cigarette and while I was messing around on my phone I was getting ready to put it up so I lock the screen but it was still really bright outside so I look straight up and it's like five maybe six really bright lights rotating in a circle going in a straight line across the sky. I brush it off as maybe some kind of new us unmaned drone but it was so close to the ground and dead silent.. I haven't stopped thinking about it

Rectangular green lights taking a grid of the sky.

While driving down main Street I observed 2 long green lights in the sky out my driver's window. The lights seemed to be parallel with one another and rectangular is shape. The lights would fade and them come back bright, they where moving slowly and in a small grid pattern, then would move to another part of the sky. The lights where in the the area of the big dipper.

immediate u- turn. no noise.

I came out to let my dog use the bathroom and was walking with her to the back yard. I looked up above the trees on the mountain behind the house and seen three rectangular lights in a triangle shadow moving slow with no noise at all. It was coming straight at me but then did an immediate u-turn and slowly went back over the trees. I knocked on the back door and had my wife come look at it and as soon as she seen it, it shot off very fast. It did make a sound like loud wind.

I went for a drive to take some landscape photo's for some paintings I am working on. The clouds were beautiful so I decided to take random photos of the sky for later study. After downloading them to my computer tonight, I have discovered a dark oval shaped object in one of the photographs which I did not notice at the time.

2 orange/copper colored metallic disks.

On Friday evening (7/24/-9) I was in the upper part of The Clinton Plaza parking lot. It had been raining with T-storms.The rain stopped but it was still cloudy. At 8:15 PM (E.S.T.) I was looking South/South-East across Market Street and the D&H Railroad when a bolt of lightning came down with two branches of lightning coming down from the main bolt.

Out of these two "tributary" bolts popped out two metallic orange/copper colored disks that tumbled out for at least one full second then suddenly disappeared. I would say that at arms length these objects were 1/2 the size of my thumb nails.I'm guessing they were at least a mile away.I don't recall any sound from them.

I swear to God these things were NOT "ball lightning". These crafts both had domes on them and were all the same color as stated above. About one minute after this, a YELLOW bolt of lightning (to the left of what I had just seen) bolted UP. If anyone has ever seen what I've just described anywhere I'd sure like to hear about it. These things were obviously manufactured by some kind of intelligence.

Flashing lights were visable.

I saw a light brighter than a star, it looked somewhat like an LED light compared to the stars. Then i zoomed in on it with a camera and found that it was actually flashing blue green and red. This could not have been a plane because of the time it spent in the same spot, only moving slightly in erratic motions. I then looked through binoculars and saw that it was actually 2 lights very close togather.

Two lights traveling at a high rate of speed

I am a frequent night observer of planes, etc in the sky. I have never seen anyting like this in the past but I cant say for sure that it was one single object. I was looking at the sky (South, South East) at approximately 8:56 pm EST when I saw two rapidly pulsating lights just appear - approximately 3 inches apart in the sky. These lights were pulsating in a sequence of 3 rapid bursts, a slight pause, and then 3 more rapid bursts. Most air craft are displaying a regular and consistant blinking of the light.

The intersting part of this is that the lights maintained the exact same distance apart (from my perspective) during the entire time they traveled thru my field of vision ( my field of vision was quite large ). The speed at which they were traveling seemed much faster than the average air craft. If, in fact this was one object traveling thru the sky, it must have been moving at an increadable rate of speed and must have been extremely large.

Strange moving, multi-colored light, not a plane satellite or star.

The object was spotted for the first time on 02/13/04 around 9:30pm. My girlfriend and I were sitting on my bed in my dorm room watching a movie. I took a glance out of the window and saw a strange star. I told my girlfriend to look at it and she said, I know I've been looking at it too. We studied it for a while and ruled out that it was not a star or a plane or a satellite. We were only able to look at the object through binoculars, but it was still very clear that this was no known object. The object was blinking red, white, and, blue. It looked orange at times possibly because it was blinking, or moving, extremely fast. After about a half hour of studying the object, it began to move upwards towards the right. It was moving quite fast because within an hour of wathing the object it was no longer visible. My girlfriend and I pondered on the sititng for a long time. On 02/16/04 when I returned to my girlfriend returned to my college to visit me for a few days we saw the object for a second time. It was noticed around the same time, about 10:00pm, in the same spot. It also began to move upwards towards the right until it was out of sight, again. My girlfriend asked me if I had seen it at all since the last time we saw it and I told her no because I hadn't. Also, the object did not follow the pattern of the orbit of the earth.

Diamond-shaped object with 4 blinking lights very high

Just after 12:35am EST on 9/3/02 in Oneonta, NY, I saw a blinking light in the sky... it was travelling West to East in the North sky, basically in line with the Milky Way... there was no noise, it seemed very high, and it was moving at a moderate pace...

I had someone grab me a pair of binoculars, and I saw that it had 4 blinking lights, although they never blinked at the same time, and there didn't seem to be a pattern to the blinking. The positions of the lights on the craft seemed to form a diamond, with one light on what appeared to be the front. I could not see any shape to it, only the lights when they blinked. I lost it in my binocualrs soon after, but it seemed to just vanish... I'm pretty sure I didn't just lose it, it seemed like the lights stopped blinking, and when I put down the binoculars I could not see it anymore. Maybe it was a military craft or something else, but I'm pretty sure it was not a satellite, nor a passenger plane. Please help if you have any ideas!

2 Unidentified Objects seen over Mountain

I am a patrol Officer for the Oneonta and Milford NY area at Approx. 0401 While checking a clients property (Fox Care Center) I observed 2 Objects above the mountain across the Highway from me for a better prospective looking from the rear of the property which is located on a mountain you would be looking across to the other mountain on top of this other mountain near the location of the objects is a Radio tower the objects appeared to be about 100 to 200 feet above this tower to the west both appeared as very bright White lights steady no flashing and no colored lights I observed 1 travel to the east and 1 to the west the 1 traveling to the west then stopped for about 3 secs and then flew back to the other object until it was directly over the other object and they disappeared During this Time I could hear no sounds other than vehicles on the highway most of the time during the sighting it was dead silent, I contacted my dispatch and asks if any Helicopters are in the area, He advised no Helicopters are up when I went off duty at 0500 my dispatcher advised about a month ago while working dispatch at the Sheriffs Office he received a call from a farmer that lives in the exact area and the farmer complained about helicopters flying low over his fields disturbing his cows. No helicopters were in the area at that time I have 8 years prior Military and can say they did not act like anything I have ever seen I would be happy to draw a diagram of the sighting and I will check into it in more detail

father - grandfather - uncle - me standing outside one nite in the driveway about 9 pm. father said look up, what is that, we all looked up, something round about 2-3 times higher than the trees was moving over, it had lights on it, no sound if you was not looking up then you would not have known it was there, I was too ? to chase it on foot, if I had a 30-06 with a big clip we would have a real ufo now maybe.

I aways thought why would ufos need lights on it, but it was a real ufo.

Large Illuminated Oval Disk - Oneonta NY - 1965

Out of respect for Peter Davenport and for posterity, I am now recording my sighting of an extraterrestrial craft.

This event happened in the late summer of 1965 just prior to returning to high school, I am fairly confident the month was August, however I do not remember the day, I suspect the it was a Friday. I was 15 years old at the time, I am now 61 years of age. This event was later confirmed by hypnosis as a contact event and certain details of this event which I did not consciously remember were uncovered and many years later corroborated by my friend L.V. who accompanied me the evening of the sighting.

My friend L.V. and myself had spent the evening at the movie theater. The show lasted approximately 1 1/2-2 hours and started at around 7pm. It was around 9pm when the movie got out and we walked home up Main Street. The walking trip home was approximately 30 minutes. I remember that I didn't want to go to the movie that evening but my friend insisted and afterward I was very anxious to get home. I remember I had a sense of dread walking home, I was on edge. As we approached the street where my friend was to turn down in order to go home, leaving me alone to walk the rest of the way to my house, something happened which caused an argument between my friend and myself. I consciously could not remember what it was (explained below). The argument caused us to not speak to each other for several weeks. What I consciously remember is I angrily walked off leaving her on her way as I proceeded home. As I approached the turn off to my street approximately 2 blocks away, I b! egan to hear a very peculiar noise which grew louder and louder the further I walked. The sound was akin to something metallic revolving very fast which I attributed to the axle of a tractor trailer in the distance. I kept expecting to see traffic on the street but oddly there was none -- not one car passed the entire time, yet the sound continued increasing in volume. I realized I couldn't determine which direction the sound was coming from -- it sounded as if it was coming from all directions. The sound took on the tone of what is described as 'metallic bees' but what was remarkable is there were no other sounds -- nothing -- no crickets, no traffic -- just the noise. It frightened me a great deal as I picked up my pace anxious to get home. When I reached the corner of my street, the sound became intense and I realized it was coming from directly behind me. I swung around and there in the air just above house top level was an oval-shaped brightly glowing disk hoveri! ng above Main Street. It was arc welder white with swirls of ! various scintillating colors and almost hurt the eyes to look at it. It was approximately 40 degrees above the horizon and above house top level. At arms distance the craft was approximately 32". It was as wide as a Victorian house. It was approximately 6 times wider than it was thick. When I first saw the craft it has been moving very slowly in a southward direction and gave the impression that it was following behind me as I walked up the street. Immediately after I turned around and saw it, the sound became extremely intense and it sped up, I could see it go behind a stand of tall spruce trees traveling parallel to the ground, I lost sight of it behind the houses for a few seconds, to see it emerge at the end of the street where there was a large drop off. It arched skyward and I watched it until it disappeared among the stars. The sound I had heard dissipated the further the craft went away from me. Afterward, I ran directly to my house screaming to my mother that th! ere was something strange in the sky. I noted the time to be 10 minutes to eleven p.m. after my mother commented that I was late returning home -- which was more than an hour later than it should have been. I had no explanation for the time lapse other than my friend and I spent some time talking before she went home.

Years later I had a reoccurring dream where my friend L.V. and I had an argument about a UFO we both had seen which first appeared as a "shooting star" that approached us from behind. It stopped dead in the air and dropped at a right angle to the ground behind some trees in a near by park. In my dream my friend insisted it was a UFO and I vehemently denied it and we argued about it. She walked off in a huff. I never attributed this dream as relative to the conscious sighting described above. In 1995 under hypnosis, 30 years after the conscious event described above, I recalled the conscious sighting event to be the end of a contact experience where 'shooting star' dream was the beginning of the contact event. The unremembered contact event happened in the park where L.V. and I had seen the 'shooting star' drop to the ground. Under hypnosis, I witnessed a large oval craft on the ground and its occupants. I'm not going to go into all the details of this hypnosis sessi! on here, except to say that there was one 5' tall grey being with large black eyes which politely led me to the sitting craft where I met many other beings which appeared as extremely thin bug-like mantis creatures with whitish skin and very large black eyes. They were non hostile and the event seemed to be some sort of meeting which I was not able to recall the details of under hypnosis. I did recall under hypnosis that the beings were very amused that I couldn't figure out what they were and they had been given me information which was extremely important that I would remember later. It is notable that this hypnosis session was more than 20 years after I'd lost contact with my friend L. V. However ironically a few years after the hypnosis session I accidentally met her again. When we saw each other at a distance, we nearly ran to each other saying we had to talk -- and we both knew what we had to talk about. L.V. confirmed that she consciously remembered the 'shooting star' and that was the source of the argument the night of the sighting. L.V. also disclosed that a few days after this event she and another friend mutually had another sighting of their! own of a large glowing craft where there was about 10 minutes missing time experience and she and the other girl found themselves in a different location several blocks away from the location of the sighting.

Thank you for allowing me to record my sighting. Hopefully it will be of benefit to others. After a life time of pondering various unusual events in my life, I have come to the conclusion that we are definitely not alone in the Universe and the entities which have made contact with human beings are benign, highly advanced and represent civilizations billion of years older and wiser than human beings. I am no longer fearful of these events or the unknown in the Universe. My only wish is that humanity will be able to some day achieve the technological expertise to peacefully traverse the stars and in turn welcome meeting other sentient extraterrestrial races rather than spend their time and resources killing life here on Earth. Life is precious in the Universe, and that is a lesson human beings have yet to learn.
