While waiting for a 4th of July fireworks display to begin, I and 3 friends noticed a blinking green, sometimes red, light in the sky.

The object hovered in the same spot for maybe 10 minutes. I would look at it off and on. I also took a 10 second video. It was very stable in it's position. I saw nothing beyond the blinking light. (I think I would have noticed the bodyframe of a helicopter. But only that one blinking light was visible.) The light was greenish in color, though at one point it turned red. I did see it move, quickly, and to the left. Then it suddenly came to a dead stop. To my eye it did not maneuver like a helicopter. It was too rock steady. And it's start-stop maneuver was too crisp. I stopped looking when the fireworks display started. About 10 minutes after the start of the display I remembered to check for the light, but it was gone. (My video is not very dramatic, but please note the small blinking light a little above the big tree that sits center-left in the video frame.)

Object seen during morning commute near Pelham, Alabama.

I was driving to work on the morning of March 22, 2018 on highway 65 from Birmingham, Alabama, to the nearby city of Pelham. It was a sunny morning, with few or no clouds, and traffic was heavy as usual but going at a good speed. I was about 5 miles from my exit, when I looked up in the sky and saw a tiny dot-sized object that was moving very slowly or maybe not at all. I would guess that it was about a mile or two away and probably not very large. It seemed to have a silvery or reflective surface. I could not tell what it was, exactly, because of its distance, and assumed it was a plane or helicopter.

I looked back down at the road for no more than 1 or 2 seconds and then looked up again and it was gone. A plane or helicopter would not have been able fly out of sight that quickly, especially given the fact that it was barely moving to begin with. I immediately knew I had witnessed something unusual, and wondered if any of the other commuters had seen what I saw.

I am a 52 year old man and have lived in the Birmingham area for most of my life. This was my second UFO sighting. The first one was several years ago and involved an unexplainable light hovering 5 to 10 feet from ground.

Three orange lights lifted through the tree line and stacked atop one another in a line. They hovered for a handful of seconds, and in perfect unison, and very quickly, the three formed a perfect triangle. The triangle hovered for about 10 seconds before darting into the distance, faster than anything I have ever seen.

Before its departure two other independent lights emerged, one hovered by itself for a minute and then took off while the other took off a few seconds prior, both following the original 3 that formed the triangle. The triangle remained in its shape until it was out of sight.

White spherical craft travelling at speed i've never seen before over Oak Mountain State Park @ 22:57 p.m. in Pelham, Alabama.

On my way to work, white sphere moving faster than anything i've ever seen before. Over Oak Mountain State Park. too close to be a comet/shooting star. too fast to be military. too bright for me to be the only one who noticed. no sound. no trail/tail. it was gone just as fast as i noticed it.

Diamond shaped object near the Quabbin in Pelham.

Driving down 202 northbound I noticed what appeared to be a low flying plane. When I came up to the Quabbin Reservoir veiwing area in Pelham I was directly under the object. I noticed it was slightly lit and reflective and diamond in shape.

I turned around and heded back toward the object but it was rapidly moving out of sight and past the treeline toward Amherst at a remarkable speed.

6 red and yellow objects in a line at first, then 3 in formation of a triangle, all moving in a fast speed across sky. All without any noise!

Then a helicopter crossed perpendicular to their line of travel and good easily hear their noise.

Estimate height about that of a small prop plane. Was able to better estimate height do to cloud and jet plane streaks in air.

Still seem to emit light even when it was between myself and sunlight.

Glowing moon-sized object moves across the sky, only to leave an orange streak behind it before it dissapears.

It was a clear sky during a cold night. It was somewhere between 7:15pm and 7:25pm.

A very large, and white colored glowing object appeared in the sky, seen from the truck my father and I were in. The object was larger than a full moon, but gave off an illumination similiar to what a star looks like in the night sky. The object was to the south.

As soon as the object appeared it started traveling to the right (to the west). It looked as if the object was at an elevation somewhere where an airplane might fly. The object was moving at very fast speed, and using both of my arms to make an angle, it continued traveling westward for about 4 seconds, making roughly a 20 degree angle from where i was sitting.

At the end of its movement, a thin orange streak shot out of the east side of the object. A half a second after this happened, the object dissapeared instantly.

My father also had the same observation of this object. The only other known probable witness was another car's driver, who was in front of us and pulled over seconds after it started, and went back on the road after we drove by.

Objects of light, with a tail falling from the sky, then stopping mid-fall and moving independently around the area unlike an aircraft.

I saw the objects as I was driving towards the interstate. At first there were 4 objects falling from the sky, that looked most like fireworks. Each object had a “tail” streaming behind just like a firework that had just exploded in the sky and falling back to Earth.

As I continued to stare, it reminded me more of a comet, especially with the tail and because they were evenly spaced in the sky and falling at the same speed. They looked more like concentrated balls of light than a firework explosion would. The objects were higher in the sky but definitely at a very close range.

Suddenly, all at one time, the 4 objects stopped mid air (a short ways above the tree line). The “tail” behind them disappeared, and they were clearly circles of light floating, now not moving at all. Then they started moving side to side, up and down, in all directions. The movement was easy and fluid and when they moved the “tails” reappeared. I’m starring wide eyed, not knowing wha! t to make of what is actually happening, then it really got weird. The objects, together as if perfectly synchronized, moved to an aligned position. It wasn’t a straight line, but more like 3 in a line, then the 4th to the side, like it made a pattern. But the way they moved to this position was the strangest. Each object moved independently, but knew it was going to that particular spot. It reminded me of kids that file into a classroom with assigned seats. It’s as if you could tell they were communicating with each other. It wasn’t a star, and it definitely wasn’t any airplane of any kind. The movement of these objects, the quick speed the floating, the dynamics indicated that it in no way could be an aircraft.

Since I was getting on to the interstate, already in the turning lane, I couldn’t pull over to watch them. But as I drove onto the interstate, they were still there, floating close to the tree line. They were no longer in my line of vision, so there is no telling how long there were really there. My husband was in the car behind me, and saw the same exact thing. My mother was about 7 minutes ahead of me, going in the same direction, and she also saw the same situation. Above the objects in the sky was there was an actual plane. I’m not sure if they were watching the object. But it was there the entire time. I drove up I-459 North, and looking in the direction that I saw the objects (to the right side of the interstate), I thought I saw one of the objects again near the tree line, but I really can’t be sure of that. It was much more difficult to see from that side. There were however, a lot of planes in the sky. Planes that were not commercial airliners headed toward the airp! ort. But they seem to be staying around that same side of the interstate in the same area as the objects. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life, but I know it was definitely not a plane, not any sort of firework, it was not natural.
