I saw a very distinct Triangle in the sky and then noticed a second one, to the right.

It was a clear night and lots of stars, but I saw a very bright set of lights blinking in the shape of a triangle and then noticed another to the right and higher in the sky, but not as bright. They were not moving. I was very intrigued but went back to bed. I have never seen anything like this before and wished I had gotten the camera as my husband suggested.

I was going to the car to get her Glasses when I look up I see 3 triangle shape floating silently but all came from the west to East so took my phone out and Called my wife then I hit record as she was asking me what was that. We called my son and niece and my daughter to look at it. I know u wasn’t going crazy it was clearly not something normal. I stop recording and more came at this point my wife is freaking out and so much was goi g through my head. Would like to know if the Life Start Helicopter from Hartford Hospital seen them cause the ones that came after where a lot lower than the ones I recorded. I decided to send this video so that you guys can see. I believe the wife might have more videos and my kids and niece where there as witnesses. Experience of a lifetime. Always was a believer but never in my wildest dream I would have thought to see one.

Craft swooped down fast & floated with bright white rotating lights & 2 beams of light darting around & on & off

The object seemed to drop straight down from high above the sky. It seemed closer to me at first, but as it slowly moved & rotated,& its lights began to rotate & flash, it became clear the object was massive & just seemed closer. Each large bright white light rotated in various directions. It had 2 beams of light that darted around downward & turned on & off. After about 20 minutes, it began to lift up farther into the sky & then swooped upward. It then shot straight up into the sky towards the atmosphere & disappeared.

Witness saw two ufos hovering and then leave and then saw one more and then leave.

Witness looked out window and saw 2 silver disk shaped objects in the sky to the north of her house. Went outside and took pictures of the objects before one flew away to the west and the other flew away to the east. Another silver disk shaped object then appeared and then left to the east. Witness did report this to the Hartford, WI Police Department who did make copies of the pictures and did file Report #23-0274 regarding this sighting.

These where reflecting a low sun but where brilliant. They were next to each other very close. They went behind a cloud for 3 seconds then one was in front of the other. I thought ok the sun is at a different angle but there was absolutely no sign of them in the sky.

It was a clear, dark night in The Connecticut sky around 10PM when my friend and I were on the way to get me home when what I thought at first was a shooting star, but then it was beyond too big to be that. It’s was hurling across the sky in a speed I’ve never seen before leaving a trail blazing behind it. The object appeared green like a gas like green glow was around it and I eventually saw it disenegrate as the atmospheric pressure could have caused that. My friend and I were in shock and had never seen anything like it. There were no posts, nothing from NASA, just nothing that was bringing up the potential sighting of this object. It was unreal.

It was a clear night in April, around 10:30PM. I saw a bright white “star like” thing in the sky. It was NOT moving.

While watching TV I noticed a bright light out the front door. After a few minutes I went and got a pair of binoculars to observe the light. This light was in the western sky and appeared to slightly change shapes. My wife came and observed the light and we both went outside for a better look. This bright light also had smaller/dimmer lights that changed from white to red to green from time to time. We then got into our truck and drove 1 mile to the town green to get a better view point and observed this light for approx. 20 mins before going back home. When we arrived home the light was still in the same spot until approx. 3-4 minutes later when we noticed it slowly moving north before disappearing past a neighbor's house.

It is an UT, unidentifiable terrestrial, he has light coming off his body every where he walks in the city of Hartford, something weird could be going on here because no one has said anything and even the cops act funny. a lot of weird things have been going on since his sighting 7 years ago, if there is anything going here this is the place to start, he seems to come in peace so be nice, but he seems lost and in need of some real help, this not a lie, you might not see him instantly but you will, start with downtown , thank you!

Several orange objects seen in sky

Fiery Objects In Hartford, Ct.

9/30/2019 After arriving home at 9:10pm (now out of my vehicle), I observed an unusual object flying north-east over the downtown area in Hartford. Suddenly out of the corner of my eye, another object (fiery orange) coming from the south-west, came into view.

I looked around to see if anyone else was seeing this. There was a man and woman also looking at the object. The object followed the same path as the first. At that point, I took out my cellphone and began taking photos and video.

Subsequently, 7 more of the fiery orange objects followed in the same manner. The man asked if I thought it were balloons? I thought that it might be, but they seem to gain ground on the previous orb. It took about three to five minutes for the event to end.

Unidentified flying object hovering over the Connecticut State Capitol

I observed – a dark-colored – small unidentified flying object without any lights hovering low around the Connecticut State Capitol Building and within a few minutes, the unidentified flying object increased altitude and moved higher and away from the building until it abruptly disappeared. There were three individuals that observed this phenomenon, which I recorded with my iPhone and reported to the Capitol Police immediately after it occurred. The video image clearly shows the trees near the flying object to help put the image into context.

Been seeing 3 bright lights in the sky. They are too bright to be stars. They slowly move across the sky as the night goes on. Was driving down 62 from rosine to beaver dam and that's when I see all 3 of them at once. One by the moon. It was the lowest. It looked like the shape of a ship. Then the other two were spaced evenly apart across the sky. They just looked like really really bright stars. They appear every night in the sky over Ohio county (Hartford) Kentucky. Not sure what they are but definitely sure they aren't stars. Has anyone else seen these bright lights? Tonight they disappeared early tonight around midnight but I can usually still see them when coming inside to go to bed at 1:00am. They are in the sky every night. They changed color from white to yellow to red.

Round, glows and blinks, maintains car speed and is near to me and the ground. Followed for miles, appeared to be attached to something

Flew a little lower than crop dusting plane may fly, and maintained a speed of at least 65mph, as it was next to my car for at least 8-9mi. It was a yellow/gold light shaped like the Chinese lanterns people may light on the Fourth of July. The light flashed ever few seconds, faster than an airplane or helicopter light. When I neared the next town and there were street lights glowing, it looked like the light was actually attached to a larger, round object.

As I drove through the town I lost track of the light, and when I reached the outside of town, I could no longer find it.

Strange bright light patterns in nearby fields

My husband witnessed on 219 at the turner/hartford line where there are two fields on each side of the road an extremely bright light that bounced around in an odd pattern hovering above these fields, there was no noise, five other vehicles pulled over witnessing the event, he tried to take a video or photo but his cell phone stopped working properly, it was still there when he drove off.

Star like light changing colors and moving slowly downwards

I was walking past the kitchen window at about 10:00pm and I saw a bright light in the sky. I thought it was a star at first, then I noticed that it was changing colors. Red, blue, green and back again. And it was moving. Not fast enough to be a plain. It was moving side to side and in tini circles. I called in my brother and he saw the same thing. Then I called in my mom and she agreed that it could not be a star or a plane.

I tried to take a picture but the light was too small to see.

As I watched it, it slowly started moving down to the tree line until I couldn't see it past the trees. About 10-15 minutes later.

I googled it to see if anyone else saw it and I found this website and I saw that someone else saw something just like it a month before in Knoxville, TN.

Bright Sphere blinding the eye like a mirror flying slow near an aircraft and Jets where called in.

Tonight, I saw a bright white circle, so bright, it can blind you going so slow in a soft gliding way for about 2 minutes it came so close to an airplane and than it disappeared. Normally when a plane flies away from you the lights fade away. Not this object it was like a flying glowing mirror and after it encountered the plane it faded away. I went back in and than when I went out 3 minutes later I saw a fighter jet circling the area the aircraft flew by. Not only that I started to see more airplanes in the area the object flew by. I think the government might of been contacted to check this out.

3 Triangular shaped, white or silver metallic, flying objects with NO wings/propellers/noise and or markings.

Sightings Report: I swear/affirm the statement made by me is factual, truthful and made without any duress or promises of anything in kind.

On 08/10/2105, at approximately 19:13 hours; I was sitting in a chair facing a south-westerly direction in my backyard in Hartford, Alabama; in the county of Geneva. While I was watching my dogs as they were utilizing the potty/restroom. I then notice that a passenger jet airplane was flying over from the south-westerly direction heading north-easterly over my residence. As, the airplane was passing you can hear the thrust of the jet in the distance. The airplane’s altitude was approximately 27/30,000 feet and it was leaving a contrail in its wake as it passed overhead. I watched the airplane's trajectory and contrail for approximately 2 or 3 minutes.

Something caught my peripheral vision on my right side, and I noticed that something else was in the sky following the passenger jet airplane. I immediately called my wife from the bedroom where she was changing from her work clothes to lounging clothes. I wanted her to confirm to me that I was not seeing things or my eyes were playing tricks on me. Upon her immediate arrival from the bedroom to the outside back concrete deck where I was now standing and watching the sky; I asked her what she was seeing in the sky, and explain it to me in her own words. The object was approximately 3½ miles behind the jet airplane and traveling at approximately 13/15,000 feet in altitude and following the same trajectory as the passenger jet.

The object was triangular in shape, it had no wings, it had no rotary attachments, it was not leaving any contrail in its wake. The object was white or of a silver metallic color and material. The object was traveling at a constant speed and had no noise associated with its flight. As we both watched the jet airplane travel in the north-easterly direction; we called our son via cellphone who lives 6 houses down the street and asked him to come outside his residence and look to the sky to see what we were seeing. The object was still traveling as if in tow towards the jet airplane’s direction.

As we watched what was happening over our home, our son called us back from his cell phone and informed us to look back towards his residence that there were 2 more triangular, white or silver metallic objects traveling at the same altitude and trajectory as the first object pacing the passenger jet airplane. All of these objects were traveling at the same distance and speed of each other and approximately 4 to 5 miles apart. These objects were like the first triangular object in which they to made no noise, had no markings, left no contrail and had no wings or rotary devices attached to them, either. All three objects were all similar in shape, height, color and descriptions.

I am from New York City. I am 48 years old. I have a BS-CJ and a MS-SHRM from Troy University. I am retired from the United States Military, ARMY. I held a (TS/SBI w. SCI Access) Top-Secret Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information and was read-on in the (PRP) Personnel Reliability Program for the Confirmation, Authorization and Release of Nuclear Weapons. I also served as a COMSEC (Communications Security) Security Officer for Confidential and above Top Secret items and documents for a Nuclear Weapons Site. I was one of the Trainers, Testers and Certifying Officers for more than 40 Military Police and over 100 Host National Security Forces in Emergency Training and Duress Procedures related to Nuclear Weapons.

Just west of Humboldt, SD as I was heading west from Hartford I saw a huge, bright, orange ball as big as the sun as it is setting for the evening, but this is at 10 minutes to midnight!!! Instead of getting out I decided to continue west to get to a higher point where I could take a picture and continued to watch it move from north to south along the horizon. By the time I reached the high point in the road it was gone, COMPLETELY!! Entire event lasted less than 10 minutes.

UFO over State Captiol

New Years eve Fireworks Show at 6:10pm at Bushnell Park in Hartford, before the show started we saw a large object, couldn't tell if it was V shaped like b-2 or saucer shaped given the angle and line of sight but in the sky made a bit of a line shape, with multiple colored lights of a reddish orange color and a Green color.

The object appeared to hover behind the Capitol Building before falling rapidly then disappearing. What struck as as odd to cancel out what it could be are; though a plane or helicopter has the same colored lights, these lights seemed to alternate and if it were a plane then the a single light stretched across the entirety of both wings, aside from Medical helicopters from the hospital on the other side of town the capitol is a no fly zone this didnt take the shape of a helicopter,

There was no noise from the craft, which lifestar (local medical helicopter name) makes quite the noise when in the city area, we also canceled out the chanc! e of it being part of the fire works display, being it was before they went off, and was in the wrong direction.

Then shortly after the fireworks display started, and lucky enough to have my camera out with recording capabilities, the obeject was seen again this time on the other side of the captiol. unfortunately in video mode my camera has no zoom ability nor night vision, and appears as like that of a star in the sky. Though the object can be seen between the space of the capitol and where the fireworks were going off. Additionally towards the end of the encounter the object started a rapid descent, then a dead stop then it did it again and vanished, what strikes me odd is where the object vanished is a point of open sky, nothing between me and the object for it to hide behind, with a few flashes it was gone. The other object flashing below and to the right of it is a warning strobe on a flag pole, of the no fly zone. Some people noticed i was pointing my camera away from the fireworks which drew some curiosity but was answered when they saw the object themselves, i was lucky to get audio of two of these cases.

Circle bright object went in a zig-zag.

Was on my way home from work with my partner. I was staring at the sky when I noticed a circle bright object going fast. It slowed down then came to a complete stop. It then started movin after 1 minute. It went in a zig-zag then flew up. It started getting smaller until I finally disappeared.

It was for sure a ufo!

Driving down farm country back roads in Washington County, New York around 9pm, no other vehicles on the road, very few houses, several fields, noticed hovering purple/orange/green object in distance, as driving closer, the object dipped 20 feet, and then quickly returned to previous height and hovered very still again. We drove directly underneath it, with no effects to our vehicle. We were able to see above and around the object so it was not in space, it was maybe 50 feet above our vehicle. Took a side road, kept our eyes on it, it remained hovering in the same area, and then a big flash of green light was produced, and it again remained hovering.

Eventually lost it behind the tree's, stopped at local gas station, and drove back through and didn't see it again.

There was no noise coming from it, for instance not ran by an engine.

We have a balcony, so its not possible any light or laser beams could reach above 10th floor from ground level and there aren't other high buildings around.

UFO in Hartford, Connecticut. Are they watching us???

The event happened June 9, 2011, between 3:30 and 4:30 pm in Hartford Connecticut. It was the day 150,000 people lost power in Connecticut do to a powerful storm that headed west to east with no tornados but many cloud rotations.

During this time I was home sitting watching Channel 8 CT News listening to the load crackling of the thunder. As the newscaster is talking the video focuses on the city of Hartford. The camera shot is showing the tops of the buildings, traffic and the dark clouds.

In those dark clouds I noticed Lights and a figure of an object, but these lights did not belong. In a storm like this I thought to myself, "There should be no air traffic."

Thanks to my DVR I was able to rewind and go back to see it for a second, third, fourth and fifth time what was that I saw. To my amazement I thought to myself, "This is an unidentified flying object."

Below will show a list of 7 Videos to be exact choose the fifth video and fast forward to the time 1:00 into the video, in the top right corner of the video you will notice an object admitting lights.

I witnessed a total of 6 lights at this time. The object is in the frame for about a total of 2-3 seconds just hovering. Could this have been a reflection off the glass? I don’t think so.

Now this isn’t the end of it so keep watching.

At the time of the video 1:15, lights in the shape of a triangle (3 lights) and a square (4 lights) will appear in the sky maybe 100 yards away from the first sighting. These lights showing all the way threw to 1:19. Could it be lightning that lasted a whole 4 seconds? I still don’t think so.

Anyone that sees this video please respond to me. I would love to hear what your thoughts are on the video. With all these sightings happening now day’s will we get some closure soon? I hope so…

My friends and i saw a bright light crossing the nights sky that i know was not a plane!

we were going out on the ridge that my house sets on and my friend showed me a bright light crossing the nights sky. i know its the 4th of july but theres no way that a firework could stay at a consistant speed or brightness for a ten min. period. the light proceded to cross the sky at a slow pace and eventualy disapeared. recently i have seen several sightngs like this around the area.

Stars moving strange on the night of 4th of July fire works.

At 22:00 0n 06/04/09 my son and grandaughter was looking at the fire works from the 3rd floor back door facing north. When my son look up and saw a star moving south to north at a fast pace,my son call me to see but when I got there to see it,I could not see it so waited. Then my son saw the star moving again, but this time I saw it moving south to north sometimes stopping or moving slow or fade out of human sight thats when I got my night scope to keep the UFO's in sight, but even using the night scope after a while the UFO would fade from sight this went on for a hour. I saw a small twinkle in the star field thats when I raise my night vison scope to my eyes and saw a triangle formation of stars moving north to east then it fade away first by human eye sight then we use the night scope,to follow it's movement,but after a while the triangle formation faded. Then we saw more stars moving south to north in a eratic across the night sky for about a half hour.

a silver bright object!

Today is Saturday may 17 on 04/25/2008 around 4 or 5 in the afternoon i was in my house walking from the kitchen to the living room i notice my son was in the window so i looked to the window but walking at the same time, and then i saw something in the sky a block away from my apartment;I thought it was just my imagination it was silver round object but it looked blurry from where i was standing i looked back real fast it was still there but for some reason i kept walking to the living room but in a second my son scream saying "mami you seen that?"...i ask..."what?" and he said " the flying thing in the sky it was there and then it left real fast".So i ran to the window and nothing was there, only a small trail of smoke like the smoke the plane lives behind, but real short trail, like if what was there elevating and then puff!!! it left real fast.I wish i had my camera next to me.

But then 3 days ago from now May 14 2008 i was in the living room and it just started to get dark i look out the window and i thought i saw something in the sky so i grab my camera and took 3 picture the first one you can tell i was nervous the picture is a little sideway then i took the second one and there it was the same thing i saw in april 25 and my son out the kitchen window.i saw the light so i took the picture real fast.It was round but pointy at the end with glow.Im not sure if what i saw it was a omni but it got me thinking.

i would like for somebody to see the pictures.

Orangish ball of light traveling quietly near my home, like a wave & bouncy for around 5 minutes. Hartford NY

We live overlooking farmland with treelines and mountains in the background. The night was clear with millions of stars and also a shooting star. No clouds to be seen. There was heat lighting miles away past the mountains. I didn't hear any thunder. Just a quite night. My bedroom is on the top floor which has sliding glass doors so I can see everything clearly. I noticed this object which was sort of orangish coming our way. It wasn't moving like a plane or helicopter so I told my husband to check it out. We were baffled because it was roundish, but not perfectly round and was moving slower than a plane and was about the size between a golf ball and tennis ball. It came closer to the house and I was a little scared because I thought it was coming closer and closer to my window. I almost thought maybe it was a comet at first, but then it turned and went towards the cornfield next to us. I did not see any tail on the object and the way it was moving clearly was not a comet. We watched as it just floated quietly but also had like a wavy bounce to it so it didn't look like it was traveling perfectly straight. It looked like something that was observing its surroundings. We watched it just floating along just slightly above the treelines as it dissapeared over the treelines so we couldn't watch it anymore. I was told maybe it was a fireball from the lightning, but the lightning was miles away and this thing was hovering in a bouncy wavy effect for over 5 minutes treeline level traveling slower than I would think a fireball would. We could of watched it longer if it didn't dissapear over the treelines.

Slow moving, glowing object sighted over Hartford.

At 22:31 on Monday April 17, 2006 in Hartford, CT 06120 over the Meadows there appeared to be a "Teardrop" or "Pear" shaped object traveling at an unusually slow rate of speed. The object seemed to moving in an eastbound direction at an altitude of approximately 12,000 feet. As a pilot, "single engine VFR", I am certain this was neither an airplane nor helicopter. No lights appeared on the object although the entire surface structure appeared to glow a pale blue. Trailing behind the object was a hazy contrail which did not drift despite a strong northerly wind. The object appeared above the "meadows" for approximately two minutes. Inquiries to both Bradley Air Traffic Control and Brainard Air Traffice Control confirmed that there was no air traffic in the sky at that time to account for this object.

Flashing series of lights

At the time, I was 15-16 years old. My sister was driving us home. We saw a series of lights flashing approximately 50 feet above the ground nearby a neighboring home. It was too dark to make out the shape of the object, but it did not make any sound. The lights were amber/orange and there were at least three lit up at a time and as one would brighten another would dim in a regular pattern. We watched and discussed what we were seeing for approximately five minutes before the lights disappeared. This occurred 8 miles from any town in the middle of the country.

As I and my mother were standing outside my apartment. I could not help but notice a steady blinking light in the sky to my west. The light would change in color from , white, red, and blue. I pointed it out to my mother and we watched it for about 15 minutes before going inside because it never moved. It was not a plane because we watched as the planes flew pass the unknown light object. It was a very clear night and I went out again tonight around 7:30pm EST and looked in the same direction and the light is still there blinking and not moving just as it was the night before.

Two siblings witness a large hovering object at night with blinking lights.

Roughly 4 years ago, my sister and I were on our way home from town. We had an encounter a mile from our parents house. It was pitch black so we didn't have a view of the ufo. The only thing we could see were its lights. There were 6 of them, blinking in about a 40 foot arc. We saw the first light, then the second, and then the first would dim as the third came on. This pattern continued across the visible lights, with a few seconds where we couldn't see them.

It was straight ahead of us, less than 100 yards. It hovered perfectly in place with no sound. Which is something that humans don't have the technology to do at such a short distance. It hovered around 60 feet off of the ground. This continued for about 5 minutes, and then the lights were gone. I've never seen it again or anything capable of doing what it did in my life. I hope my description was detailed enough.

I saw a ufo in the distance it caught my eye by the orangeish sun reflecting off it.

I went out side to start my fathers car. I looked up at the morning sky that was an orangish color because the sun was just rising but I couldn't see the sun, because of the 3 apartment building blocking the sun. I looked at the sky the sky to behold it beauty before going to school. As I stare at the sky I saw an object like a saucer but a slight hump on the top and bottom of the saucer that was connected. the orangish sun reflected off the unidentified flying object. It was in one spot then it appeard a mile to the side it was preveously at it was about 20 miles away.

Metallic objects following the ISS.

I filed a report about a sighting I had at Tybee Island tonight, and I was doing so I wanted to report something strange my daughter and I saw in 2004. She lived in Ohio County Kentucky near Hartford. I can't recall the zip code now.

At any rate I have always tracked the International Space Station and receive alerts when it is in our area. I live in Utica, Ky, about 13 miles from where my daughter did live at the time. I happened to be at her home this particular morning early and remembered the ISS would be coming over around 8 AM.

I stepped out on the porch and waited and recognized it once it came in view. The sun wasn't totally up but the sky was light. This was one of the longest views I'd ever had of it as it crossed the sky in front of her home. I noticed something strange behind it that I had never seen before. It was metallic and then realized there were two of these objects.

Neither object wavered or danced in the sky but steadily followed along some distance behind the ISS. I'd seen the ISS many times both at night and during the day and this seemed strange to me. I called for my daughter to come out and she saw them also. What interested me was the steady motion in which they moved..the fact that they seemed to be on course with the ISS. They weren't large enough to see first hand what they were but it was quite curious. I mentioned that it seemed odd something was following the ISS in a perfect line and was prob much farther behind it then it appeared to us. That night I emailed NASA. I mentioned what we had seen and asked if they could give me any information as to what the objects might have been or if there was some other aircraft in the area at the same time of the sighting. I really never expected to receive an answer. However the next day NASA responded. The man gave his rank and all but I no longer have the email. He assured me there was nothing in the sky at the time of this sighting in this area or the area around the ISS. He said the crew had released some silver or met! allic de bris at some point during the flight. I think he said bags. I don't remember exactly what he called them but the first thing I thought was how in the world would we see a bag from that distance...even if the sun were shining on it? Compared to the ISS, a bag, as far as I was concerned, would be like an ant there in the sky. It seemed to me I was getting the standard answer of "debris". At any rate I simply responded with a thank you and left it alone.

At least I learned there was nothing in the area and I know we did see something following the ISS. It would have had to have been large for us to see it at that distance.

2 very unusual possibly related events correspond in time with no explanantion in Connecticut.

there was a mysterious power blowout affecting thousands in the Manchester CT area last night. I, in Hartford, witnessed an arcing sensation outside and the lights/ tv and computer dimmed briefly/ a pop noise and appliances/lights kind of fizzled. It was exceptional in that I felt that something big had happened.

That night on coast to coast, a caller from the another corner of the state(Westport, CT) related to George Noory on coast to coast that he witnessed an incredibly huge craft thousands of feet in the air with blinking lights and an antenna coming down from its underside. It was over US95 in Westport. the local utilities and newstation claim today they are puzzled byt the electrical failure.

Two horizontal rows of bright amber lights in the sky having no sound, after approximately 5 minutes they disappeared.

My husband, my son and myself saw lights in rows or formation in the sky. My husband, taller than I, saw approximately 16 lights. He saw them first. When he realized it was not the moon or any star, he called me ( approximately 2 minutes).

When I went onto the front porch, I saw in the sky, in the timberline, approximately 12 or more lights in the sky. The lights were in two horizontal rows or appeared to be. I could make out approximately 6 lights or more in a row. The lights were sort of amber in color, but very bright.The lights were too far for me to see any particular shape to the formation other than straight lines. My first thought was stadium or ballpark lights, we watched for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

I listened and could hear no sound other than the air conditioner and the television. I grabbed my shoes and took off for our truck to get our binoculars so that I could get a better look. I grabbed the binoculars and took off down our road at a fast walk or trot. My husband was following about 20 foot behind and our son had stopped at the end of the drive. I had gone approximately 40 foot just getting ready to look with the binoculars when the lights went out. Just like flipping a switch. Our son came onto the front porch a few seconds after I went out. He thought it was flares or something. So, he saw the lights. He also mentioned that we should check that area regarding the livestock. I called the local Sheriff's office and the State Police to see if anyone had called in a sighting or saw something unusual. Both departments said, no. We lived in a rural area. Very small and very quiet. We have lived here for 2 years we go out at nigjt to listen.

There is wildlife in this area and we have livestock. To date we have never seen anything like what we saw tonight. We are close to Fort Smith, Arkansas which has a small airport and an "Air National Guard" we are used to occasional sights and sounds of some of these type aircraft. What I saw tonight did not fit into any previously seen or heard aircraft. I wish I could have gotten closer before the lights went out. I'm 51 years of age, my husband is 53 and our son is 15.

I'm fairly sure the glow from the woods was not caused by human activity.

I just wanted to share something that may be of interest. It was around the year 2000 in mid November in Hartford, Maine, a rural town of about 800 people. From 1993 to 2005, I would make my annual deer hunting trip to my cousin "Jane " and her husband, "John"s"(not real names), place in Hartford. I drove up from southern Connecticut and would plan on being there each year during that time for about 10 days each time being in the middle of November. They owned and lived on about 60 acres of prime deer hunting land. 95% of their land was pristine Maine hardwoods. John was an avid outdoorsman, a hard working guy and very protective of his family and property.

It was a Saturday night and since there was no hunting allowed on Sunday, John and I stayed up late watching TV and chatting as we had many things in common. It was a cold clear night (about 20 deg F) and I suggested that we sit out the back deck and enjoy some star gazing (it was around midnight). We were on the deck over looking a field that he cleared out some years prior that extended out about 300 feet to a 2 foot tall rock wall. Just at that point and beyond it was an all hardwood tree line extending left to right for quite a distance. There were no homes,buildings, roads or streetlights or any source of lighting back there in the woods. There were few close by neighbors and none of those properties were anywhere close to the area I described. I knew the lay of the land very well and it was pitch dark. We were facing in a northerly direction. It was a moonless night as well.

As we were talking for a while, I noticed a "glow" of light illuminating the bottom of the trees at the above mentioned tree line extending up to the upper branches. It was not real bright, not dim but somewhere in the middle but it was there. The glow was white , the best I can describe, was like the headlights of the newer cars these days. There was no noise, no movement and the glow stayed at the same intensity and did not move either. It covered a wide swath, left to right. In a scary movie, one would expect to see the dark outline of some creature leaving the woods with the "glow" as a backdrop! Anyway after a few minutes of seeing this, I said :"John do you see what I see?" "See what?" "That glow in the woods" "What glow?" "oh yeah...wanna go out an take a look?" "Ahhh no John thanks" "Oh come on lets go out there and look.... are ya chicken?" "Yes I am" "Oh well, I guess your not that interested then" That was that!

We stayed on the deck for at least another hour, John was just chatting away like nothing was wrong and I, well, kept one eye on the glow! The glow was still there when we went inside about 2am. The next morning I scoured that area behind the tree line for several hours and found no trace of anything unusual. There was no trail back there and no real access by any type of vehicle. I never again saw the glow on my return trips, nor did I ever see it before.

Upon my return trips after the event I would ask John about what we saw that night. His answer was always the same "hey, you didn't want to out and look that night so.........." And he would just change the subject. I never did get his take on what we both saw that night. John was not a practical joker. In fact during that event he was recovering from an auto accident and had limited mobility-it took all he had to go hunting with me that year so setting up an elaborate ruse to scare the begeezus out of me is of out of the question. But for a guy who had the safety of his family and the privacy of his land at the top of his important list..that glow we saw caused him no alarm.

It's a mystery to me just what was going on out there! John knew SOMETHING and even my cousin Jane was closed mouth about it as well. John passed in 2011, never saying anything about what we saw unless I brought it up and his answer,again, was always the same as mentioned above. I have asked Jane many times about the strange glow in the woods that night after Johns passing and well, she would just kind of ignore the question and move the conversation in a different direction. So for me, the 64 dollar question is has anyone ever seen anything like this? It was not the Northern Lights as I have seen that up in Maine before. What I saw was from the ground up. It was not anything that was the result of human activity that I could explain.

Just a little about me personally: I'm now 57 years old. I'm a high school graduate and work for the local power company as a transmission/substation supervisor. I have been with the Company for 36 years. I was, for 10 years, a seasonal Lake Patrol Officer with a local lake authority/ State DEP Law Enforcement. I am an active Ham radio operator and a history buff and I love to read. In my younger days, I was into astronomy. I have NO rational explaination for what I saw that night. I have an open mind when it comes to UFO's or other events that can't be easily explained away.

Lights that seemed to almost dance looked like very large spot lights , first seen in a triangular formation then converged into one object then split into three again and did this a couple times before totally disapearing with no sound The objects were of white opaque color. We were at a cemetary at a little bit after 8:00. I am a Unix Network Admin and Computer Technician also currently involved in college my female friend is also a student.

A yound man noticed a large, white orb in the night sky, which suddenly split into two smaller orange spheres. One of the smaller spheres moved around the sky a bit, and then the two objects reunited, forming the original white orb again!!

A huge, dark, rectangular craft in CT.

I enjoy looking at the night sky when I noticed stars disappearing. Quickly realized there was a dark silhouette and rectangular craft, the size of a football field traveling slowly from left to right. No sound at all! Altitude had to be at least 20,000 feet high. It had a slow pulsating red light in the bottom-center of craft. It was traveling towards CT River/East Hartford.

I remember there used to be a Marines barrack not too far near Brainard Airport. It's no longer there.

stange light in the night sky unlike i never seen before

I was walking with some friends down garden street towards the Collin Bennet building.

While walking south from Albany avenue in between Ashley street and Collins street I looked up into the night sky. I noticed a solid light , from a close distance I immediately thought it was a helicopter.

So I listen for the noise of the motor but the object made no noise.

I tried to alert my friends of this strange object with no sound but I could not because I felt in a trance or mesmerized by the sight.

So I thought to myself it was heading in the south direction so it should pass over the Collin-Bennet building and the reflection of the light should illuminate the building and the object because it was passing at a low altitude so i stared. Continuing to walking down the sidewalk my friends was talking. I was so amazed with what i was seeing i did not hear a word they were saying. With anticipation the object finally proceeded to pass over the building and truthfully what i saw next is indescribable but i will try my best. The light hit at a very close proximity and it looked very dim and controlled the light illuminate a very small portion of the building almost like a beam unlike nothing i have ever seen before.

I believed the object was no more than 10 feet from the top of the building.

So the light should have been more visible. The light from the object was only visible within a diameter of no more than 5-10 feetin a controlled space. I never seen that in a beam of light.

After the object passed out of sight range i immediately turned to my friends and said" DID YOU SEE THAT "?. They looked at me with such confusion it still effects me to this day. Its been seventeen years and i still think about that day.

I cant get it out of my head so i decided to write you.

This date has an emotional connection because a week later my uncle ((name deleted)) died of cancer so that’s why i am sure that it was in April of 1992.

No later than the last week of March 1992 for any skeptics.

The object moved slow, steady, and balanced about 5 mph when it passed over the building there was no type of vibration or movement. I also remember that night the news had reported a strange light over downtown hartford.

fireball at night went under car on highway.

At night I was driving north on I-91 near Hartford, CT. It was a hot night, probably in July or August. All of a sudden a small fireball appeared to the left of the car, as if having fallen from the sky. It landed on the road near my car and must have rolled under my car. My friend screamed, "What the H**** was that?" I was scared that it would ignite the gas in the tank and make the car catch fire. That's all we saw of it, even though I looked in the rear view mirror to see where it went. We never had any explanation of this except that maybe it was a meteorite.

wedge shaped objects flying in formation over hood of car at dusk while driving on highway.

Back in early spring 1973 a friend and I were driving north on I-91 near Hartford, CT when there appeared three silvery wedge-shaped objects flying from west to east right in front of the windshield of the car. The objects were small, about one foot in length and were plain, no lights, nothing at all. What was just as strange is that they appeared and then disappeared but we didn't see them fly in or fly away - they came and then they were just completely gone. I looked into the other cars to see if people were waving or pointing but no one else seemed to have seen the objects so I kept my mouth shut. A few minutes later, my friend said, "You are going to think I'm crazy...." I said something like "Go ahead..." He said,"Did you see anything strange?" I became very excited because he had seen them too and our descriptions matched exactly. These three objects were flying in a V shaped formation and neither of us could explain what they were. We knew we were near Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks so we kept trying to explain it on those terms, that it was experimental aircraft of some sort. Then I said maybe they were remote controlled toys - but who would fly them across a busy highway? and why did they appear and disappear so suddenly like that? I turned on the car radio to see if there was any mention on the news but there wasn't. When we got to my parents' house I ran to the tv to see if they were talking about it but there were no reports and there was nothing in the papers the next day either. I have never forgotten this incident. Small, wedge-shaped, close-up, dark silver, appeared and disappeared suddenly, at dusk in early spring. I shudder when I see the stealth planes now because the shape reminds me, although what I saw back then was small and just straight lines like an arrowhead.
