On Monday, December 9th, at 4:42 PM, I was driving east on Vollmer Road, approaching the intersection with Cicero Avenue in Matteson, Illinois, when I noticed something unusual in the sky. In the distance, three bright lights hovered motionlessly in a triangular formation against the darkening sky.

The lights were steady and silent, lacking the typical characteristics of conventional aircraft or drones. Their behavior defied immediate explanation, sparking my curiosity and wonder.

I quickly grabbed my phone and took a few photos, hoping to capture the mysterious lights before they disappeared. Upon reviewing the images, the lights appeared just as I had seen them: distinct, bright, and oddly suspended in the air.

As I continued driving, the lights gradually faded into the horizon, leaving me with more questions than answers. The photos I took serve as evidence of this strange encounter, a reminder of the mysterious sight I witnessed on Vollmer Road that day.

Bright orange saucer shaped craft. Flying/hovering just inside the clouds.

About 7pm I saw a bright orange saucer shaped craft flying/hovering heading East toward my house. West South/West. It was cloudy, and it was just inside the clouds. It was generaly flying East and at times was hovering. I didn't hear any sound from it. I'm an Army veteran. It wasn't flying like an airplane, or hovering like a hellicopter.I unlocked the door and got my wife and showed her. Then got my younger son. The first thing my wife said is that "It's hovering." By the time I got my younger son to see it. It was heading West and much further away. It's flight characteristics were all wrong.

Several stars are continuing to move over our house in different directions and are changing direction at extremely fast rates.

We are still looking at lights that appear to be autonomous. They look like stars however they are zig zagging over my house. They appear to be just as far away as stars. An airplane even flew by for comparison. One vanished while still in the middle of the sky. There's nothing anyone can do about it, but they're definitely just hanging out above us.

Firework visitors

Triangular craft, red and blues lights--I believe we caught a side view of it. It moved very swiftly back and forth, almost like a drone but much too fast, high, and clearly intelligent to have been one. It would curve, hover, and dip in the air. It looked as though it were watching the Vulcan that night as the fireworks went off, the entire time. It would hover downward into the trees every now and again, only twice throughout the duration of time, and always either in a curved motion or a clean vertical hover.

I have multiple videos of this experience.

Bright light flickering & moving - stationary for a while then would move a little from time to time. NOT a star.

Bright light like a star but much brighter, a little bigger and moving, and light(s) flickering.

First seen above treeline (still far away), and gradually moved higher up in the sky. Would be still for a while and then move a little. It's now 4:30 a.m. and it is still there.

NOT a star. I tried to take a photo, but it was too far away to get.

Several lights like craft appear from the West in Alabama, hover and disappear to the west I a V formation.

I went out to smoke a cigarette at my apartment and was gazing at the moon, when suddenly lights appeared from the west at an instantaneous pace. They were one behind the other in a line and came upon the city lights and seemed to stop and file into a V formation. The within a second disappeared up and west again. Then they were absent from sight. Like if they were aircraft I have never seen any US aircraft move that fast and suddenly. I froze and gasped! This was not of our planet unless there is another country far ahead of the US. I believe they were from another planet just scoping. I am not nuts. I ignored it til I saw a film "Forgotten Phoenix". It was supposedly base on a true story about the "Phoenix Lights". OMG the footage whether real or not looked very much like what I saw in Birmingham, Alabama!!!

Unexplained single bright light passes overhead in Alabama suburban neighborhood.

This sounds a little implausible but obviously I am taking the time to report this, and may have been the only witness (also I have never seen a UFO before, although I once saw a satellite move across the sky late at night).

I was driving alone past a crowded mall last night about 7:15pm CST (right in front of the Brookwood Village Mall, just south of Birmingham in Homewood, Alabama)-hardly the place where one would expect to see a UFO. Being just before Christmas, there was a lot of light from passing vehicles and of course from the mall itself.

All of a sudden, I became aware of a single bright light passing rapidly overhead, directly over my car maybe 2-3,000 feet up or possibly higher than that, moving in the same direction as my car. As quickly as I saw it (I did NOT imagine a bright light moving overhead), it was gone, so it was moving quite fast. In all, the whole incident couldn't have lasted more than 3 seconds.

In my best judgment, no way that was a plane, a satellite, or even a reflection on my windshield, which was my first thought, since I plainly saw an isolated light up in the sky outside the car, and obviously very bright (like a ball of light) in order to show up over the ambient light from the mall and passing vehicles. I had the car windows rolled up, so I wasn't able to hear anything to be honest.

Since I live nearby, I know planes don't customarily fly over the Brookwood Village, much less that low, so that is obviously not a flight path. There is no way the light could have been from a military jet, a private jet or even a regular plane, since I would have noticed lights on its wings, or a blinking tail light etc. and again it was moving far too fast to be a plane. This was a SINGLE bright light (the color of a car headlamp) which was moving very rapidly.

I have no idea what it could have been, but thought you'd like to know. I started to call 911, but decided against it, so I don't know if anyone else has reported this.

Bright, fast-moving, glowing or flaming object moving south to north approx.10 - 15,000 feet. 'Flames' went out at passed overhead.

I was sitting on my front porch. I noticed, coming from the south at a hign altitue, a glowing light, as if a flame, bu not an aircraft. It was moving quickly. but not a a very high altitude. My estimate is about 10 - 15,00 feet. It was moving quickly, as if a plane at about 35,000+ would move. As it got closer, it was moving directly at me, south to north, as appeared to be a hot-air balloon, but moveing WAY too fat for that. As it moved overhead, it was silent and it looked like a balloon with a flame under it, but very high. I took two pictures with my iPhone, both show a cigar or banana-shaped flame/fire when I look at it close up. As I went through my house to call my wife and look at it out the back (north side), it was no longer bright. It's as if the lights/flame had gone out, but you could still see it's dark shape against the sky. My wife said that it looked like a cigar to her. It did to me at that time, as well. It was still moving ver! y quickly and faded away as it moved north. Being a flight/plane enthusiast, I immediately looked at flight traffic over my area on flightaware.com. For the first time EVEr, it was blank. No flight traffic showed up on either Midway or O'hare airport's radar screen. Now, I have been viewing flightaware.com air traffic for a long time and I have never had a blank screen. Also, all flight traffic from Midway Airport, which had been flying over my house on approach to the airport at the time of the sighting, just stopped. It ended very quickly. No more jets. Very strange. During this entire eposide, there was no sound associated with the object at all.

I am very disappointed in a lot of what is published on the internet ect, that's why I'm writing this report. origionally, I just met with the investigator(bill)at a waffel house in birmingham al at the time(my memory has always been foggy when it cames to dates and times- but not with events). So, if this does get published, I want to say that there is "NO DOUBT" in my mind asd to what I saw! I'll get to it, then say my thoughts on the matter on a whole.

Driving twards birmingham al, on a slight up-hill twards a ridge(small to med height), a silver glowing object (substantially large) came over the crest at my "2-oclock" and landed approx. where a mall area is. another went into the air and assended with "great speed". To be more specific, it didnt go too far into the air(200-300 ft) before it really shot away!. what was comming twards me(the driver of the car didnt see it) was moving "as if it had leaped the mountain top" and came down very knowingly and controlled. I even saw the silver color hit the ground at the ridge. Therefor, I say it was 2 that i saw, though not at the same time. seemed like one came and the other left. I was very scared! i thought that a missle was comming or something. I don't know when the fear left and the realization began, but I sure didnt stop the car or tell the driver till we were well away. he was a bit mad about it, but I know better than to mess with what I dont know about. well, that's it. no weird dreams or sudden realizations of an "antimatter energy".
