Pulling into work, I seen distortion above the laundromat. There were clouds in the sky that made it possible to see there was something there. It was big and slow moving and pretty close to the ground, but still above businesses. I was running late so I didn’t have much time to observe. I just know something weird was there.

I was driving my girlfriend to dinner when we witnessed several anomalies flying in formation. The anomaies at first looked like streaks and were in a formation. It was around sunset and when we pulled over to get photos and a video(which we did) All of them disappeared except for one. The anomaly almost looked like a chemtrail and was bright orange with the setting sun illuminating it. The object then vanished without a trace very quickly.

Unknown object emitted yellowish-white light at regular intervals along west-east route in sky.

While in my yard attempting to observe the Perseid meteor shower, I witnessed an unknown object move west to east across the sky. The object emitted one yellowish-white light approximately once every 5 seconds, with each emission lasting about a second. No beam or ground illumination was noted; the object was too high in the sky to impact any ground activity.

When the light was not emitting, the object was essentially invisible in the night sky. At times, a very dim, tiny light, the same color of the emitted light, was noticeable. It is possible that the emitted light was rotating around the perimeter of the object, appearing smaller when on the far side, opposite my field of view.

The emitted light appeared much larger than any other stars or planets in the sky. The closest approximation I can make of its size as it appeared to me was about 25-30 percent of the size of a full moon, fully risen.

No sound was heard in association with the object. Other aircraft were observed around the time of the sighting, but none in time/spatial proximity to the unknown object.

The object followed a uniform path across the sky before passing out of sight to the east.

I observed an orb of white light passing over north Princeton, going west to east. It was slow moving and without sound. Two family members first spotted it and called me outside to get my opinion of what it was. It was not a plane or helicopter, and was too high to be a drone. It wasn’t a satellite, because it was to low for the light to have been reflection of the sun; it was far too bright for reflected light, as well.

Object was bright, steady in intensity and course in space and blazing fast without shedding debris.

First sighted at low angle in the west and it traveled high overhead and was last seen in the N.E. horizon. Total duration was only 30 seconds and likely less. It was bright like Venus and steady in intensity. It didn't deviate course and the speed was steady. Blazing fast. It seemed to reflect light like the ISS, but brighter. It was silent and appeared to be in space not in atmosphere and there was no shedding of debris or comet tail.

Triangular object with blue lights on corners, red light in center, viewed with binoculars.

Was outside at 3:20 and at 3:29 noticed funny light moving through the tree outside the back door. Once it got into a clear view, I noticed it was very unusual, certainly not a normal aircraft nor a drone. I got the binoculars for a closer look, and noticed it to be triangular in shape with 3 blue/white lights at each point with one larger pulsating red light at the center. It looked to be up around 15-20,000 ft at approx 45 degrees. I watched in move very slowly, occasionally picking up speed, then stop to hover, move some more, stop then turned 180 degrees where it stood and moved north to south. It stopped for 5 seconds, became brighter, and vanished with a speed impossible to follow. The event lasted 7 minutes, the sky was pretty clear, no moon, no other planes at that time. I waited for 30 minutes, but no return. Nothing I know of can take off at that kind of speed from a stand still. Hopefully, someone may have seen it, too.

A Spherical/Cylindrical object that suddenly changes to chevron shape and abruptly disappears.

I was in my Pickup Truck headed north from work at 4:45 pm on the afternoon of 5 March 2020. The sky was clear with no clouds but did have a slight haze to it.

As I came into the town of Princeton, I noticed an object to my north at about a 45-degree angle. The object was approximately 2-3 miles in front of me and appeared to be the same altitude as most commercial jets fly.

I believe the object was heading in a northerly direction as I watched it for approximately a minute and the object never moved to the East or West and did not appear to be moving toward me. It was either headed in a northerly direction or was stationary.

The distance it was from me made it appear baseball size and to my eye it appeared to be Spherical, but I believe it was more Cylindrical. It had a very bright silvery aura around the whole object. I thought it could be the sun shining on it, but the sun was in the West and the aura encircled the whole object.

Approximately a minute into viewing the object it changed into looking like a chevron pointed toward the ground and about softball size. The object appeared to glow brighter than before. Within 2-4 seconds after the shape change it abruptly disappeared.

Pre dawn. It was beautiful in the early light

I was on my way to work. I was slightly late. At 5:45 am I was driving west on cold soil rd. I looked slightly behind me over my right hand shoulder and saw something about 1.5 miles away. I pulled over to get a better look. The sky was clear and the sun was just under the horizon. The object was slightly more rectangular than square. I couldn’t make out much of its main body but to my mind it seemed around the size of a small car yet more flat in shape. At each corner was a blazing yet contained white light. No pulsations just steady. It was about 5 or 6 hundred feet above the ground and seemed to be following the contours of Stoney Brook below it . It was a breath taking sight in the early dawn. I was late for work and regretfully did not think to take a picture of it. I don’t know why I waited so long to file this report. I have seen other unidentified lights in the sky in the past as i always look up, but this sighting was the best of all of them. I have considered that it may have been a drone, but the intensity of the lights, the size of the object and the time of day have caused me to discount the thought of a drone. It traveled slowly and I regretted having to stop looking. I didn’t want to be late to punch in at work!

I am an educator at a boarding school in Princeton, NJ. I was scheduled to interview prospective students by skype from China so I was driving to campus at about 5:30 am on Friday, Jan. 17, 2020 when I noticed a strange object in a jet black pre-dawn sky. At first I thought it was clouds partially covering the moon, but the object was far too big for that. I realized quickly that it looked like a huge floating platform just hovering in the sky above a large shopping center near my house. It was black and solid, blacker than the dark winter sky, with white, and the occasional red and green lights irregularly placed around it so it looked strange and caught my eye. Since it was off at an angle and above me, it wasn’t clear if it was a rectangle shape or a triangle. It looked like a gigantic sound platform like you see at concerts but much bigger than that, hanging silently in the air. As I drove down the road with the object hovering to my left, I could ! see that it was ridiculously huge hanging there, dwarfing the large shopping center below it. As soon as I could, I pulled off the road, rolling my window down to hear any sounds. I couldn’t calculate how high it was in the sky, but I’d say it was somewhere between where a helicopter would fly but well above the top of the shopping center. It was much bigger than the center and had no sound. I stared at it for 10 minutes trying to figure out what it was. I’ve never seen anything like it. Finally, it silently drifted off beyond the tree line and I drove off to work so I wouldn’t be late for my calls.

The next day I googled to see if anyone else had reported this. No one had, but there were 2 reports from the previous year of having seen a large triangle like that with similar lights in nearby towns at night. When I looked for images on google, the black triangle looked closest to what I saw from the ground.

I’m sure I saw something huge and unusual early that morning. I still can’t get it out of my head.

Dogs acting very strangely; three lights in the sky

We live close to exit 14 off of interstate 77. I was by myself, I stayed behind while the rest of the family went on vacation to take care of the pets. It was around 1:30 am when one of our dogs started to dig down the bedroom door trying to get inside. Not like her at all. She’s normally asleep. Then I noticed our German Shepard mix was acting super nervous and panting really hard. I went to use the bathroom and both dogs and one of the cats followed me, the dog that was digging down the door even tried to jump on my lap. I thought well maybe they need to use the bathroom for some reason, even though they never go out at this time. So I leash up the dogs, and take them outside for a short walk. I always look at the planets; I love them. While admiring how bright Mars was, I noticed there were three bright lights in the sky moving. They were pretty close together and the middle one was slightly higher than the other two. The thing that weirded me out the mos! t was that it made no sound. It was flying away from us going towards south bound 77. It made me feel very uneasy. I stood there watching it for a few minutes and then went back inside. The dogs calmed down for the most part but were still acting on guard. I have no explanation for the way they were acting. Both dogs and one of the cats acted weird. The other inside cat I couldn’t find, our outside cat I couldn’t find and my ferret was in the bedroom with me asleep. There were no storms in the area, we didn’t have any earthquakes(one of the first things I checked). I just kept telling myself it was military, until I told my boyfriend about it and drew a picture of how the lights were set up. He told me it may have been a ufo

In the western sky, there appears a red light moving erradically just to the left of Orion. as it moved further to the left it was joined by 4 other lighta dancing in the sky and interacting with it. It settled due west of my position and continued moving erratically, dancing up and down and left and right. It was still there visibly at 11:30 pm as I came in to write this report. I have attempted to record the lights, but it is not a good quality.

3 sets of red lights seem near Princeton NC

My Husband and I were going to get some dinner about 8:30 pm on March 1st, it had just gotten dark, as we went down the road we stay on we saw a very bright light with a small red light on the side of it down toward the river, we could not tell if the small light was attached to the large light or not .

We thought it was a helicopter cause we live near an air force base, as we continued to town we watched the bright light and the little red light moving toward us,it seem to be moving just not very fast, as we traveled closer to town we came to a business site that has a large drive way just off the road and we stopped to see if we could tell just what it was.

By this time the large bright light and little red light had gotten closer to us . It was not very high in the air that's why we thought it was a helicopter.

We stopped and rolled down our windows to hear if there was any helicopter sounds because we still thought it was a helicopter, but we could not hear any noise of a helicopter at all so I turn the truck off and listen again no noise, by this time the craft was even closer , but when the truck head lights went out, the large bright light on the craft went out too, and then we saw 3 sets of small red lights off set from each other. We then got out of the truck and stood in front of the truck, watching and listen to see if we could tell what it was, just then it started to turn away from us still moving very slow and with out any noise at all.

One set of red lights was in front, one set in the middle just a little lower than the others and the other set was up toward what look like the back of the craft but we could not make out the body of the craft, the red lights moved together and appeared to be together. We watched it as it went out of our sight, we just looked at each other and got back in the truck and were talking about what we thought it could have been since it we knew it was not a helicopter ,we went and got our food.

As we were heading home , we had to stop at the stop light on 70 hwy and a police car pulled up behind us when the stop light changed we went across 70 hwy the police car turned on its lights and flew around us really fast and went in the same directions as the craft did. Not sure if someone had reported it to the police or not .

Black triangle over Princeton, NJ.

Observer background: Masters student currently in 3rd year of coursework in the study or religion. Familiar with some UFO literature.

Initially observed what seemed to be a satellite, then realized it was moving in an impossible flight path (e.g. it did not move in a straight line, its speed was inconsistent as it sped up and slowed down).

I then further realized I was looking at a point of line that was connected to 2 other points of light, forming a triangle. The triangle object was very large (looked about 4 inches across and not very high up--less than a 1000 ft., I'd estimate), black with shimmering edges, and its lights did not so much pulsate as they did shimmer as well.

Called friends to come see what I was looking at, but before they could arrive, the triangle seemed to break apart into 7-8 smaller lights and flew off at impossibly fast speeds, disappearing from view within seconds.

Extremely bright objects flying at high speed.

Driving home near N. Jefferson St, in Princeton, Ky., my daughter and I noticed 2 somewhat small, but extremely! bright, objects move into view from over us, and then ahead, at fast speed. They were approximately 150-175 feet in elevation. They were both bright white lights, with smaller red lights flashing at their rear (attached).

At first I thought of gas powered RC helicopters; as I used to know and enthusiast. But then I realized they were faster and higher than I remembered seeing his fly. And as they continued on in front of us, one just disappeared into thin air. The other continued for over 1/2 mile, and that too wasn't what I remember compatible to the range of a RC air vehicle being from the operator. When the second one got several blocks ahead of us, it also vanished. (The total distance traveled by the second object, from first sight to last, was well over 1 1/4 miles.

Both objects stayed on a straight West to East course (my guess by the street we were headed toward being one that runs to the North). Neither object was ever obscured by buildings or trees, and neither just fell from the sky.

Cobalt bue lightning like flashes near I -77 exit 9 at Princeton.

Observed at least three powerful cobalt blue flashes of light behind a ridge between I-77 exit 9 and possible MM 11. The flashes were noiseless and moved from north to south.

The light event was preceded with blinkng table lamps, cable TV pixelation, house cat scratching to get in quickly at the main entry, and deep blue flashes reflecting on the southwest wall of the dining room coming in through the north facing patio doors.

After stepping out onto the rear deck I could see the last of two flashes and determined that they were not associated with the usual power company outages since the color was not typical, the flashes were noiseless, and were actually moving at a high rate of speed.

I have been an electrical engineer for forty years and this event is not typical for a rural interstate that has no transmission lines around.

Pulling curtain back looking out the window the circle looked like full moon touching the tip of tree tops on the horizon. The circle of light moved from full circle to 3/4 circle in approximately 30 seconds as I continued to watch this circle of light as if it knew I was looking at it!

Circle of light slowly but continuously moved downward until it disappeared behind tree tips on the horizon.

I watched this circle of light for about 3 minutes.

Circle appeared in my bedroom window at 3:30 am on 12-13-2013 .

Nov. 14, 2013, just before 3:00 pm, I saw the first UFO I've ever seen! This occurred in Princeton, WV, while I was traveling southwest on highway 460, in the direction from Princeton toward Bluefield. I was stopped at the traffic light, which seems like one of the longest waits for any traffic light. I was the first car in line in the left lane. This light is at one of the three exits from the highway to the town. It was the Princeton exit located closest to Bluefield.

Just to have something to do, I looked up in the sky and observed what I initially thought was a jet contrail. It was up in sky on my left and was too short to be a contrail. Wasn't fluffy but rather short and precise, as if it had been drawn by a ruler.

I continued to observe as it moved forward and began to descend diagonally at a fast pace, with a sharp descent. It was headed toward the flat top of a small mountain or very tall hill, approximately 3/10 of a mile away.

As it got close to the ground, maybe 500 yards in the air, it appeared to tilt so I could see the shape and thickness of the craft just for a few seconds, and then it disappeared completely. It just grayed out like a protective covering went over it.

The shape when it tilted was modified triangle, with elongated dome on top. Based on the shape shown for an instant, it possibly could have been an Air Force Stealth fighter, as I have seen one in 1990s, at an air show, near where they're based. But there was something about its shape, platinum-like sheen, and quickness of movement that seemed completely unlike the Stealth.

I wondered what was on top of that hill/mountain. When the light changed, and I proceeded through the intersection, I looked back in my side mirror, when I got enough distance away to see that high, and it looked like a regular house up there.

I also had gazed around while stopped at the light, and could see no one else looking up. I concluded that the greatest likelihood was that this was an UFO. No blimp could have looked like a precise line, nor could it have moved that quickly to descend.

Ps. On dec 5 returning again from Princeton, I noted that the hill/mountain had been flattened on top with no remaining trees. All other viewable terrain was untouched mountains covered with trees or else commercially developed below tree line. Where the craft descended was the only available field away from people and buildings, and without mountains and trees.

Sitting in wal-mart parking lot......noticed what appeared to be bright stars....after the sun went all the way down, the lights remained in the same place in the sky......stars had finally come out and the first 3 lights (triangle pattern) began disappearing beyond the horizon, a few minutes later i noticed a 4th light seperate from the original 3.........it sat not moving.......began moving to the left rapidly

It's was midnight u stepped outside to have a smoke with my wife when we noticed two teardrop shaped objects moving in tandame with each other north over the house as we stepped off the porch to get a better sight the objects light up in a blue green light and stopped directly ofer the old cematary our back back yard runs into they stayed stationary there for about a minuet and has we watch both objects began to move agin but with a pinkish red vapor around then and suddenly they disappeared

White quick moving light in eastern Mn sky before sunrise

Looking into eastern sky before sunrise, bright light changing from white to red, then green on a SE heading aprox 135 degrees. Light moves very swiftly from left to right, down then up in short quick movements. sun has yet to rise, I am facing east so no sun reflection on this. took out my telescope but was unable to focus on quick moving object. No sounds on a very quiet morning. Was abole to view thru Binoculars and was amazed as it took such quick movements. at aprox. 6:41am, light uimmiediately went dark. Sun has yet to rise, it is now 6:44am, light has reappeared briefly on a heading of aprox. 180 degrees due south and is now absent from visual sky. There are no flashing light, just a suttle change in color with white being prominent with suttle flashes of red & green. I have seen this type of similar movement on eastern & northern sky on headings of 030-090 degrees but never this close. what is so startling is the sudden and extremly quick moevements and sudden stops. I have never seen such sharp, quick movements in an object like this

A friend and I were sitting on the swing in back yard visiting when we noticed what appeared be a bright star moving in the sky. It moved up and down, left and right. It seemed to be slowly moving to the west yet it would have frequent movements to the east and would linger. It seemed to stay in one "square" area of the sky for maybe 10-15 mins moving only every few mins. Its movements weren't just straight up/down, left/right... at times it would move in a circle, going upwards to start the circle like a clock. Other times the movements were jerky and it would just jerk quickly one way.

It also had lights. You had to sit real still to see the lights, it appeared to be red and blue moving really fast so the colors blurred. It appeared the lights were on the bottom but couldn't see it clearly enough. As I stated before it appeared to just be a very large and bright star. The colors only happened in beginning, a few occurances later but spaced out much longer apart.

Someone asked me how high it was. I know that a plane came towards it and it lowered quite a bit and the plane went over it. There were a lot of planes that night that headed that way. Some flew near it, some changed their paths, not sure if it was coincedence or on purpose. There was one really low plane that seemed big enough to be commercial but flying lower than I ever seen commercial fly unless you were by an airport. At one time we heard a loud jet, significantly loud yet couldn't see it with the trees. Never seen it near the thing we were looking at. It seemed to be a busy night, a lot more planes than normal and odd flight patterns but that may just be a coincedence.

It lasted for sure 45 mins then when I came back out 1/2 hr later it was gone. I tried to record it on my Iphone and even took pictures but all that I got was darkness. In one still shot where I'm positive I was taking a pic of it, the pic has this swirly thing in it so I'm assuming the pic took late while I was moving? My Iphone camera messed up? I would of seen swirly thing so I have no clue what happened there.

I think the most interesting part was that it just seemed like a bright large star but it would just jut back and forth moving every few minutes that it was one of those things you just don't believe your eyes. Then the colors would appear and your thinking to yourself this just can not be happening. Logic takes over, and as an educated person I applied every probable cause I was taught in school to every creative idea I had and nothing made sense. I live in town and because of all the trees the 45 mins I viewed it was when it was visible between 2 trees so after that it moved west and I'm not sure if it left for good or just left my view.

I would really like to know what it was. It moved in a circle at times for goodness sake... it was just so weird.

25-50 orange-yellow lights come out of the thunder storm

My girlfriend and I were traveling south on hwy 169 approx. 5 miles north of Princeton, MN. at approx. 10:50 p.m. July 31, 2011. There was an intense lightning storm that covered about half of the night sky {covering the sky from the S.W. to the N.E. the other half of the sky was clear with stars clearly visable), the storm was headed in a N.E. direction. We saw 25-50 orange-yellow lights come out of the storm (to our S.E.) cross the road in front of us and continue in a West - N.W. direction. We pulled onto the shoulder of the road and watched them go higher and higher in the sky until they all disappeared. Their were a lot of other cars on the road that night but I have not heard of anyone else reporting this event. I did call the local Police but no one else had reported it. I also called channel 4 news, but no one had called them either.

neon blue orb streaking by Size of the moon almost at about 4 500 feet up in the air for 2 seconds the completely disappeared

Well it all started when me and my cousin were walking to the pop machine to get some soda we were just talking and carrying on our business then up in the sky to our left id say about 4 500 feet in the air a blue orb streaked by in the sky it was about the size of the moon and it moved too fast to be an aircraft i know how aircraft move, this object was moving at about the speed of a shooting star but was moon sized after a second of flying it completely disappeared into thin air me and him both seen this and i have to tell you before i seen this i didnt believe in UFO's but tonight i know that was something i cant identify hope this info helps you...

I was with my father driving by the Toyota plant when I looked above and into the sky. I seen a large disk hovering in the air with different colors rotating around the disk. I nudged my father and he pulled to the side of the road and we sat there for about 5 more seconds before it sped away at an unnatural speed.

Very big bright white circular light flew away very quickly after I looked at it for a few seconds.

My friend saw only part of what I saw. At first I saw this huge bright circular white light, and it wasnt moving until I saw it and looked at it for a few seconds. Then the bright light starting moving away very quickly. This whole experience only lasted about 10 seconds, and there also seemed to be a dim haze around the UFO.

lights seen in central NJ night on 3/12/09.

On the night of 3/12/09 between 8:30 and 9:00 pm I was coming home late from work. It was overcast. I was heading in a western direction on US 1 (south). I was turning in a shopping center to go to Walmart when I noticed some red/orange lights.

At 1st I thought it was a plane until I noticed a similar set of lights underneath at an angle. They appeared to hover and then go back and forth. This was strange and no typical of a plane.

I took my new G1 phone and tried to take a picturng fore. It was dificult since not best camera. After taking several pictures, I spent some time looking for the phone case.

When I realized it was getting late, I decided not to go to the store,but get something to eat.But the place I wanted to go on the other side of the shopping center was closed so it mus thave been after 9 by then. I got back into my car and headed in other direction on route 1 to go to a fast food place.

I went to drive in window got my stuff and started heading back in western direction on US 1 south to 95 s toward my development. It was now at least 20-25 minutes since I first saw the lights. When I pulled in my devlopement Hopewell, NJ, the lights appeared closer. (Apparently, the sighting in the shopping center was at greater distance and the object(s) were actually closer to my home.)

When I pulled in my driveway, I again took pictures. When I looked at them I coulnt see any thing on the shopping center photos due to the distance. But 2 taken from my front yard show a bomber range or v-shaped object.

Based on the brightness of the lights at opposite ends, it appears the object was larger than a typical plane. There was no noise.

The three objects seen in the sky from my back yard in rural Texas.

At 22:20 on October 24, 2008 Three(3) objects spotted in upper stratosphere directly EAST of Princeton, Texas in Collin County.

The three objects rotated COUNTER CLOCKWISE first flashing all at the same time(independent event lasting 10 minutes), as rotation slowed and spread the three individual object flashed INDEPENDANTLY of each other. (independent event lasting 5 minutes). After spreading apart the point pointing EAST flashed very brightly and moved to form SINGLE line with the other 2 flashing points (independent event lasting 5 minutes). After this episode the 2 flashing end points moved to complete another triangular formation (one moving west the other moving south, event lasting another 5 minutes) all objects continued random bright flashing . Object then ceased flashing but shone a continuous light the objects then spun very quickly(counter clockwise) and coming together with a very bright flash and the disappeared. Total occurrence lasted approximately thirty(30) minutes. The color of the flashes ranged from deep red to bright white.

During this episode my two dogs acted very peculiarly whining and crying and rubbing their head upon the ground(as if they could hear something I could not). I was unable to look away as this events were taking place. Knowing only what the dogs were doing by what I heard.

Slow, low flying triangle shaped craft, three white lights, one red blinking light

This event occurred between 9 pm and 11pm on Friday, August 3, 2007, and was viewed solely by me from my rural residence located in mid-central Illinois, about 40 miles north of Peoria. The sky was slightly light-colored and not sharply clear (e.g., not intensely black with entire Milky Way in view), but stars, planets and high-flying airliners and their distinctive running lights were clearly visible. There was no precipitation, no fog and no moon out at the time.

I stood facing south, looking at the stars and planets in the sky. All of a sudden, I heard a roar over my right shoulder (i.e., from the north). I turned toward the sound. The roar stopped abruptly and I saw that there was an object in the sky almost directly overhead - actually west of my position by no more than 700 feet. It had an altitude of about 1,000 feet and seemed to be a solid black object, triangular in shape, and having three white lights, each at the object’s extremities in a triangular pattern, with a centered red light, blinking regularly and somewhat hurriedly. As it moved away, the blinking red light made at least one white light appear to be blinking as well – an optical illusion? The object could be blocked from view by a nickel held at arm’s length. The shape, size and black color were confirmed by how the object blocked the sky and stars from view.

The craft moved quite slowly, smoothly and silently. Its speed was significantly less than a typical small aircraft; a car would have very easily overtaken it. It was clearly not a helicopter. The object flew south/southwest and could easily be seen for at least 3-4 miles. As it flew, its altitude was even more clearly seen to be about 1,000 feet. It was the lowest object in the sky.

As it moved southward, the sky and land below and to the east of its path twice glowed with soft diffused white light; however perhaps this could be explained as being the result of weather anomalies, particularly as there was no clear view of any light beam emanating from the object.

Total viewing time of the event was about 2 minutes.

I was watching TV with some friends at the time. We cant smoke in his house so 3 of us went outside on the porch to smoke. They were facing east and only I was facing west south west and I looked up and seen it. Was a huge blue orb in the sky i would have to day the size of two school buses put together was pretty close. Moving moving southeast to northweast very fast close to the ground no trail or anything to tell you the truth gave me the chills! I was so shaken i told everyone there they just laughed like i was telling a joke but it was not ! And i still havent been able to sleep well since ! And the reason im posting this is because just the other night end of may 2010 I had a dream ! I was in my car it was night and one of my friends was driving but i didnt like it and we went into the interssection and all the power went out. he said that he knew what it was and started to look up into the sky and the same time I felt a violent vibration on my ! body even effected my vision so violent....shaking me..and i felt myself being pulled in a thousand different ways ... like my particals being pulled a part moving up! Then I woke up abruptly so scared and rememberd so vividly and felling a scratching feeling on my side on the left just above the hip and seen a pale white line but after scratching was gone ! scared the shit out of me was scared shitless.... i fest! Is ther any meaning to this please if anyone has anything just let me know!

two round lights in NNW sky

Three friends and I had just finished having dinner and we were traveling north on hwy. 41 when the driver had noticed lights in the nnw sky. We did not see the first lights but a few minutes later the lights appeared again. We all noticed the lights this time. They were at about a 45 degree angle from the horizon. They were two lights about the size of street lights. Although they were not street lights. The lights were to high in the sky and we were between cities. They would come on at the same time but at times they went out together and at times one would dim out first. The total time they were on was about 4-8 seconds. I could see airplane lights in the sky and they looked like dots compared to the lights. I am not sure what they were. It was a clear night as we could see the stars in the sky.

moving "star" abruptly stops, waits, then changes course

While stargazing with my girlfriend she pointed out to me what appeared to be a star moving slowly from North to South in the northeaster sky, almost directly overhead.

As soon as i had pointed out that it had no running lights it stopped abruptly and ceased moving. I was observing through binoculars, and after about 30 seconds it began to move very slowly down to the East.

While attempting to move to get a better view we lost the object.

THE SECOND TIME , I LIVE CLOSE TO WHERE I SEEN IT THE FIRST. I WENT TO FEED THE DOGS. HAD A HIGH POWERED FLASH LITE AND AFTER I FED THE DOGS AND STARTED BACK ACROSS THE FENCE I SEEN THE SAME ROUND CRAFT WAY OFF. AFTER CROSSING FENCE, I SHINED THE LITE TOWARD THE CRAFT. IT TURNED AND STARTED TOWARD ME. BEFORE I COULD GET TO THE COVERED BACK PORCH, ABOUT 40 FEET, IT WAS OVER ME. NO NOISE, IT SHINED A LITE ON ME AS I WENT UNDER THE COVERED PORCH. I WAVE AS I WENT IN AND TOLD MY WIFE. CAME BACK OUT IT WAS WHERE IT WAS AT FIRST. IT TURNED WENT UP AND VANISHED, AFTER THIS WE HAVE HAD MANY STRANGE HAPPENS AT NIGHT. DOORS OPENING AND CLOSING, BUT NEVER FOUND ANYONE. ONE NIGHT I WAS HAVING SOME BAD PAINS IN MY CHEST. I TURNED THE TV OFF AND FELL ASLEEP. I WOKE UP HURTING ALL OVER, LIKE I HAD BEEN SHOCKED. THE TV HAD LINES GOING THROUGH IT WAS LIKE A ELECT SHOCK HAD GONE THROUGH IT. I LOOKED AT THE CLOCK ON THE WALL IT HAD 3:30 AM. AND MY WRIST WATCH HAD STOPPED. I HEARD A NOISE LIKE THE DOORS CLOSING. I LOOKED AT MY CHEST AND HAD TWO ROUND MARKS ABOVE MY HEART WHERE I HAD BEEN SHOCKED, I LAYED DOWN ON THE BED AND WENT TO SLEEP AFTER GOING ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH MY GUN AND FOUND NOTHING, WHEN I WOKE UP I LOOKED AT MY WATCH IT HAD STOPPED AT 3;30AM. FOOLED WITH IT AND IT STARTED RUNNING AGAIN, DONE THIS THREE MORNINGS, HAD A NEW BATTERY PUT IN THE WATCH. THIS WAS ONE YEAR AGO. HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING AFTER THAT UNTIL NOW. I HAVE THE MARKS ON MY CHEST EVEN TODAY, THEY ARE NOT MUCH THERE NOW BUT REMIND ME OF WHAT HAPPENED AND THERE WAS A COMPUTOR ON THE TABLE BESIDE ME IT TOOK ME 6 MONTHS BEFORE I COULD GET IT WORKING AGAIN.

I AM WRITTING A BOOK OF MY LIFE AND THIS IS ONLY ONE OF THE STRANGE HAPPENS IN MY LIFE.I HAPPEN TO COME ACROSS THIS FORM TODAY AND DECIDED TO FILL IT OUT.

Return of short-lived bright orange lights in night sky NNW of Ft Branch/Princeton, IN area that dissipate after initial illuminations.

While standing in the parking lot of Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, IN, talking with a friend I noticed the same orange light appear in the NNW sky as I had the prior night. I asked my friend to look in the direction that I was pointing to just as the light dissappeared. About 5 seconds later a second orange light appeared then dissappeared. I asked my friend if he had seen the same light. He stated that he had. There was another couple standing in the lot as well and I believe that they had heard me say something about the light, but I do not know if they saw it or not. We continued to watch the sky for any further events. The conditions of the night sky was dark and mostly clear with a very slight haze as the light emminated tonight was not as bright as the night before from the objects. I did notice other commercial aircraft in the sky, but not near enough the obect or travelling in the same direction that would suggest that it may be from those. The lights were high enough in the sky to obviously not be any city lights just as they were the night before. To guess, the craft would have had to been at an altitude of 10-15,000 ft. given their distance, brightness of the night and location in the sky. This is similar to the night prior at roughly the same time and location in the sky.

This reporter, being the same who filed a report last evening, is a college graduate, ex-military and works in mental health. This reporter also holds leadership positions in the community in which he resides.

Light hovering over tree top

Me and my aunt were driving north on route 52 going back to Princeton. It was still early in the evening and she was driving and I was the first to notice the object hovering and moving very slowly across the top of the tree line I had my window down and there was know one else on the road. I immediately turned down the radio and had her look at what I was seeing so we slowed down and could not hear anything from it we could not believe what we were seeing. All we could see were 3 vertical lights that were very close together kind of like a vent. I continued to watch it until it was out of sight. And to this day, I have never forgotten that night.

These are two separate events and the date is approximate.

I was about 16 at the time, and my mom worked nights as a private hospice worker, leaving me alone for the evening. I remember waking up, feeling calm and rather peaceful as several (I would say about 5) small beings stood beside my bed to my left. I remember thinking, I don't sleep on my back and that's why I woke up, being in a different position and needing to move. The hall light was on, and therefore behind the beings and eclipsed their faces, but still details were visible: lack of coloration to their skin giving a gray appearance, and large almond-shaped black eyes, smallish mouth. They also seemed to be wearing medium to dark blue suits with a triangle on their left breast (with the tip pointing down).

I didn't feel fear or pain, not drugged, as I was quite clear in the head, but the experience was a bit like waking up from anesthesia. I felt like I overheard conversation, but I can't remember a voice. It said "she's unfit" or something to that effect. (Years later, I was diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian syndrome, whose symptoms I had been displaying since I was 13 or 14 and nearly made me infertile).

I haven't been able to speak about it until recently, or even think about it, as going there in my memory makes me very, very frightened - even now my palms are cold and sweaty and my heartbeat is elevated.

The next experience had less to do with them than what I believe could have been a MIB encounter after my visitation - maybe a month or two.

We lived on East Drive in Princeton, in an apartment block that has now been demolished. My mom was away for the evening and it was in the dead of night. I was a night owl and fully awake, speaking to my now husband on the internet.

It must have been between 2-3am and there was a sudden, loud knock on the front door (which happened to be right under me).

I looked out of the window and saw a black car with chrome trim in the driveway, but not pulled into the parking lot (therefore effectively blocking cars that may come in or out--not like there was a lot of traffic this time of the morning, however). There were footprints in the snow (single pair) heading right up to my front door.

I called my mother, who was working. She told me to call 911 (we were paranoid and my uncle was a police officer). I did. I told the 911 operator what was going on and she said she would send an officer out. I told her I had to call my mother back or she would freak out, so I did and I remember being on the phone with her very briefly and reassuring her that everything would be ok, a policeman was on his way. I kept looking out for him.

As soon as I put down the phone, it rang. It was the 911 operator. "Where have you been? I've been trying to call you for hours. We sent an officer out and you didn't answer the door or the phone." I assured her I was just on the phone with my mother for a few minutes but everything was okay. Something feels weird about that, like I was too blase about it... And then the rest of the night is entirely blank.

I asked my mother about it just two days ago. She doesn't remember the incident at all. My husband I have been speaking with about it for a while longer remembers the night, but also has a blank spot in his memory about the resolution or what happened exactly.

On the night in question I observed 5 objects flying to the north. Their flight pattern was different than a normal flying object (plane,helicopter) which was what raised a flag in my mind.

What made me look closer at these objects originally was that I first saw two objects that seemed to be "too close" to each other flying at roughly the same altitude.I continued to watch and the object on my right seemed to "catch up" to the one on the left. At this time I noticed two more sets of lights that looked just like the first two sets I witnessed. The second set seemed to follow the first set off to the North past my house. Lastly, after I saw the second set one last set of lights similar to the first two sets appeared and moved to the north. I remember thinking how many of these things were there? And why don't I hear anything? Surely if they were helicopters, and five of them at that, it would stand to reason that I would hear something no matter how far away. I say helicopters only because the way the objects were moving, planes could'nt. Nothing super speed or anything like that, but erratic enough to know that it was'nt a plane. When I say erratic I don't mean to imply that they were flying in any aggresive or dangerous way, just simply not something you are used to seeing in the sky. They all appeared to know were the others were. As far as what they looked like I do not know. All that I saw were white lights, one on top and two on either side slightly lower like a little pyramid. They seemed to blink but not on purpose. It looked more like just that they were in motion that was causing the lights to fluctuate. Thats it.

The observer was 8 miles south of Ripon, WI, when he noticed an orange ball of light in the northwest sky. He drove on another 4 miles and witnessed a cluster of lights in the sky that looked like "the flashing lights on a pinball machine." The object looked like a cluster of lights, that were flashing sequentially.

CLOSE 100FT UFO VISIT

in 86 while i lived in princeton sc,my family and i saw a low flying object about 75 to a hundred feet high, moving about 5 miles perhour as fast as you could walk at a very fast walk., my kid were sitting on the front porch looking east ,i was in the house,some one yeild and said what is that ,i went to to see,and here what i saw with my wife and kids and i saw , an object about 30ft wide looking stright into it,couse my house was on a hill looking east across hwy 25 was a valley like, it was headed right toward us ,there was lights shinning at seems to be very dim white toward us, and there was 8 are more lights scanning the ground, these lights was differant colors,as low beam, they was cris crossing each other as if they was searching for maybe any thing that was below it,as it past over right above us it made no sound except for a little wind,it was so low i could have hit it with bb gun.as it past over i follow it as long as i could until about a 200ft behind my home,it seem to beat least a 75ft long 30ft wide 10are more ft high, round in front then tapper off to narrow tube then fin tailed out at the back , it was black as i we could tell, but asit past over i could see the shape becouse of the sky, there was a there was a tall tower across the road ,it was flying way below it. and at least 200ft as it past the tower, the lights of differant colors i believe was scanning even the giwires of the tower not to hit them because there was no way no one could flew though there at that time of night,that low and so slow,so no engines was heared just breaking wind,AND ONE MORE THING ABOUT A MONTH ORE TWO LATTER LIGHING HIT MY HOUSE AND A TREE AND DESTORED EVERY THING IN MY HOUSETHAT WAS ELECTRICIAL,EVEN MY TWO CARS THAT WAS IN THE PATH WHERE IT FLEW,

Flying Saucer: August 1967-A Teen's Observation

I realized recently that I have never written about this event or an in depth report anywhere. A few years ago, I went to a site about UFO sightings and left a very brief version of it, but nothing more than a few paragraphs and it was incomplete. It seemed that everytime I began writing about it in full detail, it sounded like a bad screen play for a "B" sci-fi movie. Now, I have decided to recall and record as much detail and as many of the impressions that I can remember.

The Summer before I entered High School was when the experience occurred, it was a week or so before school would start again. It was late in August 1967. I would 15 in a couple of weeks, The closest I can calculate to the day would be August 24th, or 25th.

There were only a couple of kids my age in my neighborhood. One was a cousin; the other was a friend who lived just down the street, two houses down and across the street. He was one year behind me in school, but we were close to the same age. I liked hanging around with with him but he had a mischievous side that my Mom did not trust and our time together was always limited.

One summer afternoon he asked if I could camp out in his yard and followed up by his Mom providing the assurance to my Mom that it was alright. Curiously, and in a very unaccustomed flexibility, my Mother said "Yes".

So, after dinner I ran down the street a few houses, crossed the street and starting hanging around with my friend and his younger brothers in their back yard. I found out the plans had changed and we were going to sleep in his tree house instead of a tent. His brothers were going to use the tent, a small detail my Mom could be spared.

An uneventful evening began to unfold. Earlier in the evening I went back to my house. My parents were gone someplace. I went into their bedroom and removed my Dad's pocket watch from his bureau. One I'd given him for Father's day once. It had a radium dial which would glow in the dark. Then, went back to the treehouse.

At one point his Mom came out with some snacks. It was shaping up to be a good night, Steve was being unaccustomedly polite to his Mom, a detail that gave me a sense of confidence that nothing was going to go wrong. As fun as Steve could be, I also had a bit of suspicion about him. He had a knack for practical jokes and doing unpredictable or dangerous things.

We each had a flash light, enough light for us to play game after game of "Fish" or "Rummy" or "Poker" for pennies.

As it got darker his brothers went inside at the behest of their Mom when it seemed they could no longer get along nicely. This was about 10pm. Our goal then was to stay up as long as possible. Since we never got the chance to hang out a lot we did a lot of talking. There were questions about my extended family...mostly the girls...an inventory of how I was related to this person or another, and the same questions from me about him.

Staying awake past 1 AM was not difficult. Another two hours passed of playing cards and snacking. About three AM we were both getting sleepy. ((name deleted)) had to use the bathroom and went into his house and was out in a few minutes.

In the mean time, I snuggled down into some light bedding and I was ready to sleep. When ((name deleted)) returned, he was as full of energy as ever and was standing up in the tree house looking out over the wall commenting on how many stars he could see. It was a safe structure, the walls came up to our chests but there was no roof and the old tree it was in just had some major branches. No leaves grew on this tree, it was mostly dead and we had an unobstructed view of the sky above us at all times.

After just a minute, ((name deleted)) thought he saw something while looking at the stars. From him..."Gah! What is THAT?" "Get up and look at this..there's is something FLYING around out here." .. I was ready to sleep and didn't want to get up. I was reminded of ((name deleted))'s penchant for practical jokes and could imagine his riducule if I had jumped up in amazement, I could imagine the story that would be told. I was stubbornly not taking the bait...

"I'm asleep." I said.

From him: "No, no...you've got to SEE this, it looks like a flying saucer or something!" with a hushed but very excited tone.

Me: "Uh-Huh"..."You know jets fly around here all the time".

True enough, Seymor Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, N.C. was only 12 miles away, and my Dad worked there as a Civil Servant. Low flying jets were not uncommon night or day.

From him: "No, no!" "Get up..Get up...this is really weird!" By now, I was getting curious...he said he saw something flying, but I heard no noise. How could this be? I knew he might be doing another one of his practical jokes. If I jumped up in alarm...he could tell the story for the next two weeks of how he'd tricked me. Slowly, I got up and pretended to not be interested.

"What?"...from me in a calm tone.

Him: "Look it's over there!" And he pointed in the direction of the end of the street. Directly to the east.

Me: "I thought you said it was flying around" (At first I didn't see anything.)

Him: "It was...it's over there now." pointing low, not high in the air but down the street in a low trajectory just over the trees.

We could see the houses and trees and other things not darkened into shadows by a few of street lights and it was not a completely pitch black night either. The moon was out. I noted it was about 3:15am by looking down at my Dad's glowing pocket watch.

Down the street and across the road was another street, not exactly a continuation of our street, but a slight jog over. At the end of that street and not very high over the trees was a craft I could see but I wasn't certain of the distance or scale. It was ovoid in shape with only a few lights that didn't seem spectacular or unusual for any flying air craft. It wasn't moving but hovering in the same way a helicopter would hover. I thought I was looking at the body of a helicopter head on without the benefit of being able to see the side or rear. The shape was like a bubble that was flattened on the bottom.

I said: "It's a helicopter"...Then, as soon as I got the words out of my mouth, I realized I was wrong. The object was closer than I had thought and a helicopter would be making noise, a lot of noise at that distance. The familiar "beating" of the air sound was not present and at this distance, it would have been a very noticeable sound, instead, there was no sound. It was only two "short" blocks away.

This is when I really started looking to see what it was. It continued to float without motion or sound but only for a few seconds. Then, it started moving in a straight line parallel to the street it was over and in our direction. We were mesmerized, mostly I think, because we didn't know what it was or wasn't. We didn't think to be scared and it held our attention out of curiosity, We watched it wondering what it was going to do next. The shape and size of became more clear as it approached our area.

It crossed the road at the end of our street, then it continued moving slowly until it was over an empty lot beyond the first house on our street. Then it slowed down seeming to drift. By now, the shape was distinct, and very much like a saucer or shallow bowl turned upside down with another saucer under it for a bottom.

The path it was taking was directly in line above the houses across the street from us. It drifted over the first house. It drifted over the next house, the house that belonged to an Aunt and Uncle. It continued and drifted over my house the third on the street. It slowed down and stopped right over my house. It was amazingly low. Only 75-100 ft. overhead.

Then it moved forward again to the next house, the fourth house on that side of the street. I don't remember Steve and I saying a word by now, somehow thinking that if we breathed wrong it would give away our position. By now it was almost directly across the street from us, diagonal by only the width of one lot. I could begin seeing some of the details more clearly. It was not the flashing light show many people report, just a couple of small lights in the front and the same near the back. It was about the size of two small houses. I'd say 80 ft. end to end. There was some sort of structure that zigzagged across a segment of the upper domed portion, like a system of trapezoids, alternating in inverted shapes. This structure appeared to suggest windows, but there were no windows, just more of a segmented ovoid panel outlined in trapezoids in spaces where windows should be.

After a few seconds, the object floated backwards over my Aunt & Uncle's house again and came to rest. It was high enough that I could see some of the under structure but low enough I could see the profile also.

While floating there, a hatch slid open on the bottom which was evident by the light was visibly appearing from inside and projecting toward the ground. (The light was already on when the hatch opened.) The hatch was squarish and off center from the the bottom of the craft and this light from the inside appeared to create a shaft of light onto my Aunt & Uncles' house. Then the craft moved forward and became stationary again over my house with the shaft of light illuminating our roof.

After a few seconds, the light appeared to flicker and the squarish shaft of light went out. A few seconds passed and another light flickered back on except this time, it was a different shape, not the shaft of a light formed from the hatch opening, but a tighter and more "focused" light and it seemed to have movement, not the stationary light as before.

From the hatch the source of the light then began a small sweeping and circular motion around my house, lighting up the back yard and it's immediate vicinity. Then the source of the light protruded from the hatch. It reminded me very much of the kind of search light that people used to mount on their cars. It began to pivot. It behaved as though it was on an articulating mechanical arm. The light started making circles around my yard and house and then in deliberate swinging arcs.

The light began swinging outward toward the neighboring houses and then across the street. It arced back and forth, sweeping it's light further and further away from it's location with each pass. ((name deleted)) and I stared silently and dumfounded. In a couple of arcs, it was swinging it's light into the parking lot across from where we were, which co-incidentally was the parking lot for the municipal swimming pool.

We watched as the light continued to swing and then the light hit the fence for the swimming pool and the arcs continued sweeping wider and further out. I could tell that soon the sweeps would extend to reach our location, and right after that the light began to swing near the edge of ((name deleted))'s yard. I was beginning to feel a little frightened.

On the next sweep the light made it's way toward us but before it arrived I ducked behind the wall of the tree house with my back against it. My friend however continued to stand there with his usual insensibility to danger. I remember looking up and seeing the tree we were in being lit up and my friend stood there squinting into the light, his hands still holding the top edge of the wooden tree house wall. The light did not appear to be of unusual brightness, but it had a bluish cast. By now, it was no longer swinging back and forth but fixed on our location. My friend appeared slack jawed above me and he was not looking away.

I said: "Get down!," but he continued to stand there almost frozen and he began mumbling something I couldn't understand. Not wanting to desert him, I decided I would stand up. I looked at my father's glowing pocket watch again. It was 3:20 AM.

I stood up and looked over the wall that came up to my rib cage. In the time that I was below the wall, the source of the light had changed. Rather than being the sweeping spot light from under the craft, it was coming from a smaller light that was emanating from the edge about one third of the way from the front. I remember thinking thinking it could be some kind of bizarre craft from Seymour Johnson with Air Force personnel in it.

I was a little worried that word of the event might get back to my father, but then I thought, "We haven't done anything wrong"... we never even left my friend's yard that night. So I stood there confident that what was going to follow was not going to result in my getting into trouble. There was no sound from the craft, it was continuing to hover.

Then, another light came on near the other one and it began to point more directly at me. This light had a quick flickering quality as with some kind of semaphore or a pattern. I remember thinking, "I will NEVER forget this." Then the lights flickered off.

The next thing I recall clearly was sitting down in the tree house and again looking at the glow of the pocket watch. It was 3:45am. Twenty five minutes had passed.

Then we stood up again to see the vessel continuing to float. I could then hear a low whining sound, it sounded as though some kind of momentum was building but it was very quiet.

Then the vessel began to pivot. Still parallel to the ground it just turned away and it began to move off directly to the north with a slight gain in altitude. There was a purplish discharge of light around the entire vessel at this point. It moved slowly at first then instead of speeding away with a steady increase in speed...it made a sudden leap and it was only slightly higher in the sky and about 500 hundred yards away. Then moved off faster for a second or so, then it made another leap in speed and distance which would have placed it at the altitude of a low aircraft. It appeared to be bright object in the sky at this point moving off quickly.

Then it made another leap. This time, it made a long bright arc away from where it was. The bright arc went high and to the west and then it was gone. In all, this took about ten seconds for this sequence to pass. All of this without any sound other the low whining sound during it's initial ascent. There was no sonic boom, no sound of turbines, or an engine of any kind. An ordinary jet would have created a heavy sonic boom and this thing was flying faster than any jet I had ever seen.

My friend and I stood there in astonished silence. I remember ((name deleted))'s hair literally standing up on end and every time he touched it, it crackled with static. He said mine was the same way and my hair crackled as I ran my hand through it. This went away after a minute or so. Incredibly, we went to sleep after that.

The next day, both of us remember feeling powerless to relate what we had seen, but this didn't stop my friend. He thought we should be telling everybody we saw. I didn't. He began telling everybody about the siting which brought the predicable disbelief, which was also projected onto me now. He also had a reputation for exaggeration and now, the more detail we related was followed by an equally heightened disbelief by the listeners. He would have been the epitome of an unreliable witness by all past accounts, but this time...he was right.

We didn't talk about the event very much. About a week later, school began. When he would see me he would begin telling the story and asking me to verify it. My verification amounted to little. I was going in to the 9th grade, he was going in to the 8th and I thought the best thing I could to maintain any credibility as a 9th grader was not to talk about it. The event then served to separate us, rather than creating a bond.

I fell silent about the event. I might occasionally mention I had seen a UFO when television began to popularize the topic during the 70's, but I never related any details. Even saying I had seen a UFO brought the usual scorn and disbelief. I did nothing to convince anyone of what I had experienced.

I kept the experience to myself for a long time. Never talked about it. I would see so called pictures of UFO's in newspapers and discounted them as valid because they did not look like the one we saw. At that time I was not prepared to believe that anything other than the type of vessel we had seen was authentic.

My senior year of High School, I did see and article in a newspaper with a photograph of an object much like the one we saw. The photo was taken in Norway. I have seen footage of a UFO shot in Mexico that seemed remarkably similar in the past few years. By some accounts, the craft I saw was not sensation. It didn't blink, or spin, or bounce and weave. It floated and flew off at great speed, sometime reports would have similar details.

About 25 years after the event, I made it a point to find my friend who is still living near our home town. Something was drawing me toward the idea that if I could write about it effectively, perhaps some of the scorn might have waned since there was growing number of reports in the media.

When he and I talked, the details matched just as we had lived them years ago. We never talked about the missing time, he seemed uncomfortable to go any further. So was I.

I did find moon data on that night to verify how much ambient light there would have been since the object was not initially emitting any light until it left. Information is for Raleigh, N.C. forty miles west of our location at the time.
