3 digital pics of 2 conjoined dark cloud circles with illuminated crown of blue/white light in sky at 4 pm on Sun, 30 Oct 2022.

While I was alone in my car driving North on I-380 from Cedar Rapids to Cedar Falls, the generally strange look of the clouds in the westerly sky caught my attention. Then I saw the two conjoined circle clouds, darker than the other wisps of clouds, which appeared to be illuminated at the top with a crown of bright blue/white light. I observed they seemed to be moving separately from the surrounding clouds, or that they were not moving while the other clouds moved past them in the sky above them. Out of curiosity, I turned off I-380 about three miles later, on the exit for Center Point. I wanted a clear view, so turned left to cross over the interstate and drove a short distance to get past power lines that would have obstructed my line of sight of the objects, then turned left onto Wildlife Road, and pulled over on the side of the gravel road. I stepped out of my car with my iOS phone (Apple 13) and found where the objects were in the sky, then took three photos. Once I’d done that, I hopped back in the car and continued home.

I found it odd that there were no anti-collision lights nor position lights, and made no sound at all.

About an hour before actual sighting, there were 2 aircraft with full position lights and anti-collision and landing lights on. One appeared to be chasing the other for about a hour. I didn't hear any aircraft sound and they were rapidly changing direction, so that was kind of unusual in itself. I decided to stay outside and watch them when I noticed traveling from the south a triangle shaped aircraft without position lights or anti-collision lights, but what appeared to be landing lights in all 3 corners. I couldn't see the body of this aircraft as it was dark outside. the lights turned and headed east and faded into the darkness. I'm not saying that it is of alien origin, but that it is an unexplained unidentified flying object. I would like to know if some special aircraft was being tested in this area. This is the 1st time seeing something like this.
