Orb fell like a meteor, but stopped and vanished. Reappeared higher up for few sec then gone again but happened once more then gone.

Looking west about half way up the night sky and saw a yellow bright ball of light falling. Thought it was a falling star. Then it stopped and disappeared. 20-30 seconds later, reappeared in slightly higher spot for few seconds seeming to move like a helicopter coming towards my direction, but no noise and it vanished again. About 30 seconds later it reappeared in exact same spot and did same exact thing then it was gone. It’s the second time I’ve seen this in 6 months. Thing is when I saw it the first time it did the same appear, disappear, reappear and vanish in the same exact spot in the sky. Only this time I saw it fall before that happened. Also, about 3-5 minutes after I saw it, a helicopter came from behind me headed right in that direction.

UFO sitting in NWI

At approximately 10:30pm witness 1 pointed out a flying object in the sky. Witness 1 and witness 2 ruled out the object from being a plane, bird, and shooting star. The object did not have lights and was a circular shape. It moved fast in a straight line and disappeared within 6 seconds behind a cloud. There was only 1 object flying and it was the color grey.

I spotted this object while walking my dog. I ran back inside to get phone for recording purposes. Months later my very healthy dog experienced kidney and multiple organ failure as did I. I experienced object in Summer of 2019 and went into unexplainable kidney/multiple organ failure on Christmas Eve 2019… was in coma and nearly died…my dog died soon after.

Looked to be a thin light colored object with a dome shape on top. It appeared to be stationary.

While we were trying to figure out what it could be, It literally disappeared. It didn't just vanish but the object became distorted by what I can best describe as heat shimmer. Like what you see from a jet engine.

After about 2 seconds, it was gone. It was a crystal clear blue sky, and not a single cloud in sight.

Coming from the south east moving toward the east I saw a bright flash of a green light almost arcing in the sky then cut out. By the characteristics it could have been a meteor with copper elements, but due to an experience a few months ago I believe otherwise.

The first sighting I had was about 5 months ago. At first I thought it was artificial (fireworks) but then I realized no one lived or could have shot off something in those woods.

It was the same color green and about the same amount of time, but it illuminated the trees from the time it was above them to the time it "landed" and illuminated from the bottom. No sound. No "pop", just the sight. It was about 50 yards in front of me too. It happened at work and the woods also happened to be something of a swamp.

I live near the Hammond airport on highway 190 and the second incident happend on 190 as well...but 3 miles apart.

Working in a rail yard, I looked up to the horizon and saw what I thought was a group of stars. I then saw that the mass of lights moved from the west to the east until it went behind a treeline. The lights were moving at a rapid speed for about 2-3 minutes. My coworker also saw the group of lights. We grabbed our phones to video it, but the lights would not show up on screen. A helicopter then came into the area and appeared to be following it.

My friend/ boss and I were standing outside watching the eclipse and looking at the stars starting around 4:30 am on highway 190 going toward Albany.

Around 4:43 am we saw a shooting star or two which isn't uncommon, but a few minutes later we both looked up when we saw a light that had appeared out of nowhere and was just hovering there for about a second, then lit up brightly and took off north much like something out of Star Wars.

We have seen a lot of shooting stars in our day, but this actually startled us because it certainly was not even close to a comet coming into orbit.

I noticed 2 shaped orange lights fly from the south headed north. It didn't have any aircraft markers on them ,then they disappeared after about 5 minutes.I told my friend to look up and he seen the same thing, his first response was that isn't a aircraft.

Walking further down the street a neighbor video taping said he seen the same exact thing.After a discussion we all left but remain outside.

A few minutes later we all seen 8 more fly across the sky ( same orange-ish circular shaped light)then dissappear. One of the flying objects came back south bound stopped in its tracks, sat there ,blinked, then dissappered into thin air.

Whatever it was it was not a aircraft.

Red light moving in odd manner over Hammond, IN

I was picking someone up from a meeting, and was talking to someone else when someone drew our attention to the north sky about 35 degrees off the horizon. A red light, moving straight but irregularly and not fast. It was pinkish red and was pulsating and fading irregularly. It got to a point where it stopped and hovered for about 30 seconds after having moved in a way at neither rotorcraft or fixed wing craft move. It seemed to be just below the cloud cover which was high, and likely too high to Be anything radio controlled. After hovering it moved due north and eventually faded out of sight. 5 or six people with me saw this, and were alarmed. I got video but it's far off and not too stable.

round green light followed by smaller ufos above hammond indiana

Me and my buddy were in my garage listening to music. Around 2:15 we came out the garage to go get some water. I looked up and saw this round green light. It was pretty big. As soon as i saw it, it zoomed from above me to behind the treeline in front of me. I was in shock telling my buddy what i saw, so we both sat in the driveway looking up at the sky.

For five minutes we kept spotting ufos. He would see one then i would and once we saw one at the same time. After i saw the round green ufo, the other ufos were smaller or farther away. My buddy said he saw one that had a bright blue light. They were flying past us pretty fast so they were hard to spot but together we saw about 6 or 7 ufos.

Pulsating light making circles shooting out different colored balls leads to what looked like an explosion with a flume of smoke rising

I was driving south on highway 912 in Indiana when I saw what looked like a shooting star. It was a white color with a long tail that was following it then smaller different colored balls shooting off of it. So I initially thought it may have been a firework, then suddenly it began making vertical circles and followed into a zigzag motion. Seeing this I decided to pullover and take a better look because I was on my motorcycle. The portion of highway I was on is raised so I had a good view over looking the buildings below easily. When I pulled over the tail stopped and know it was a pulsating red object that was also turning white and was still shooting off balls that were colored green, purple and red they were shooting off in three's and from those balls a couple other even smaller balls were shooting off. Then a guy in my class pulled over wondering in front of me so I pulled up to him and asked him if he saw what was looking at? He actually pulled over to see if I needed help. So I pointed out the light to him which was only pulsating bye now which at first he had trouble identifying at first because of airplanes in the sky. Then we watched the light move west in a zig zagging motion along with an up and down movement with figure eights and swoops. After about five minutes we were going to leave and it pulsated real bright and I pointed it just in time to see it drop to the ground and the sky lit up like a bomb was dropped and where it lit up a smoke flume rose into the air. After the explosion which looked like it was about 4 or 5 miles away directly south southeast of chicago. The object rose back into the air dimly light at flew in a northwest direction quickly. Then I left to go home.

Evening clear sky air ship with two bright lights turning on two more total four with red flasher on top.

While driving home my wife and I observed a very brightly lighted object in a clear late evening sky. It was in the East,later found to be moving West.From this distance we observed a small red flashing light on top.But the front was very brightly lighted with white lights.Our sighting begin about six city blocks away. By the time we were less then a block away we could tell the direction it was heading. It stood out to me because it was heading East to West in a flight corridore that flies jet planes North to South every hour into OHare and Midway at approx. 20 to 40 planes an hour.It appeared to my untrained eye to be maybe a mile in the sky.As it begin to fly over us as we stopped at a stop sign we observed two more same sized bright white lights come on making four lights straight across.The lights were so bright no shape of the ship could be observed. I looked straight up at it only to see the four bright lights.We proceeded to make a left turn at which time we stopped and saw nothing except a distant object going West miles in altitude and several miles away. If this was indeed the same vehicle it had increased altitude greatly and air speed in a very short time. Local papers carried nothing I could find regarding the story.

Silent craft with 4 bright lights one red on top that floated then excelerated far and high in seconds.

My wife and I were driving home on a clear sky dark evening.A mile from home we could see a very bright lighted object in the sky. The light was clear/white. We were on 173rd st.going east.As we came to a stop sign one block from home it was floating above us heading southwest.Two round overpowering clear lights were on. As it moved closer two more lights same size came on. Now there were 4 in a row.They didnot shine down. They just kept us from making out the shape of the craft.It moved west right over us.Then in seconds took off north then southwest out of sight.Big to very high and small in seconds.It did not even seem to turn but just reversed direction. One small red light on top.No sound.Probably 5 miles in altitude and ten miles down range in seconds.The lights made it impossible to tell the shape of the vehicle.The two additional lights came on seperately like switches were thrown.This normally crosses the commercial flight path to midway and Ohare air ports in Chicago. No planes were present during this sighting.

A object appeared to hover over Hammond LA, the object changed colors the object was disc shaped

A neighbor came by to tell me that the International Space Station was visible, he pulled out his telescope and we took a look, on the opposite end of the sky approximately at a 2:00pm position in the sky there was a flickering object in the sky, my neighbor knows his stuff, he said it was not a planet or star. The light visible with the naked eye appeared redish or green or orange at points. We tried to focus on the object from the telescope and it appeared to have a darkish center. I went and got my camera, a Canon 30D with an attached 70-200mm lens. I took some photos of the object and some of a bright star to compare. The photos certainly didn't match. I caught in photos the object changing shades of color, red, orange, green were three colors I captured. The object appeared to be disc like. I still couldn't get too close with that lens so I added an extender to the lens making it 400mm. I saw the object as cigar shaped lights, I thought it was camera shake, so I took pictures of a star again to compare, the star picture was circular this was not. I appeared the object was possibly facing sideways sometimes and other times the bottom or top of the object appeared visible. I couldn't myself beleive what I was seeing I would certainly be interested in an explanation. What led me to write here was that I saw a news report of a U.F.O. in London that was spotted by an airline pilot from 40-miles out, the pilot concluded the object was a mile wide. the shape of what I saw seems to be comparable so I thought I'd share the sighting. The object was still visible when I came in to write this, I took well over 200 photos of the object.

black triangular object without lights moving very slowly above treeline along I-12

I am a truck driver and had just made a pick-up off Hwy 190 in Hammond, LA. As I was driving on the onramp(exit 42) to get onto I-12 west something caught my eye just over the tree tops alongside of the interstate approx. 1/8 of a mile away. The object was a black triangular(rounded not pointed) object without any lights. The object appeared to be moving east at a very slow speed or perhaps even hovering about 150/200ft high. The treeline on the west bound side of I-12 where the object was is about 150/200ft away from the interstate. When I was at the closest point to the object I thought I was looking at a stealth fighter that had the capability to hover. There was no sound and no movement in the tree tops. I-12 exit 42 is Airport Rd. The airport is approx. 5 miles from the interstate. It is a small airport that has an Air National Guard unit there so I thought it may have been some type of military craft. The incident lasted for 8-12 seconds.

UFO that appeared out of the corner of my eye, hovering up and down while going vertically southeast.

I was out on a star watch when I noticed an object appear out the corner of my eye about..not to high off the ground. To be brief about this as possible, I could not tell if the object had any shape but it had 2 red lights ( one of which faded on and off)1 green light and 1 white light. Now I was about to dismiss this as a plane except for 2 odd factors. I stared at the object through my 12x50 binocs, noticing it was going up and down while traveling. I thought it was just me shaking the binos till I saw it better with my eyes and noticed it was infact going up and down :-). Now I thought this would be weird for any object I've ever seen. The other factor was the NO SOUND that came from it. A brief second after I spotted it, I looked up and saw a jet flying HIGH up, over 30,000 that made a loud noise but this object I was staring at..made NO SOUND. So I thought it was odd, So I just followed it for a while till it almost dissappeared over a concrete wall but then it stopped for a moment, so I continued to stare at it, then it stareted to hover up a bit and travel some more ( What was odd about it..was it stopped when it was almost out of my view twice, as if it didn't want me to not miss it!) It eventually dissappeared over the horizon after making a few zig zag patterns and stopping a few more times.

A floating, rolling silvery-black disk flies over the treetops in Hammond, Indiana.

The object I saw was a silvery black disk that both rolled like a tire in the sky and floated all at the same time above the trees. It looked somewhat square-shaped with rounded edges. It was heading in a north to south direction, in a straight line, right above the trees. It was fairly small in size and compact. A non-commercial plane had just flown over the house in an east-west direction. I had looked up at the plane when I saw the object.

At approximately 10:40 PM on March 22, I observed two bright lights (estimated twice as bright as any of the visible stars. The lights were travelling almost due west and directly overhead when first observed. they were elongated in the direction of travel (estimated 3:1 ratio) and were situated one behind the other. I estimate they were separated by about 4-5 degrees of arc. They appeared to be flickering rapidly (several times per second). There also appeared to be a very thin line of smaller or dimmer lights connecting the pair. This, however, could have been an ionization trail or optical afterimage. The lights maintained the same relative distance as they moved from overhead to about 45 degrees above the western horizon in approximately 10 or 12 seconds. The lights then swung in a wide arc to the south and vanished behind a cluster of tall pine trees. During this "swing", they appeared to move into a side-by-side orientation, rather than the fore-and-aft arrangement when they were travelling west. At the point where I lost sight of them, they appeared to be about 30 to 35 degrees above the southwestern horizon. During the entire episode, there was no sound. Weather conditions in the area were thin scattered clouds (elevation unknown) and little wind. I believe the objects were below the clouds, as they did not appear to dim when passing one or two of the clouds. My first impression was that these were a pair of Air Force fighters on a night training mission. However, there was no sign of the normal red and green marker lights, and absolutely no sound. My wife also observed this phenomenon. After considerable discussion, I decided to report this to you.

UFO over Hammond.

I was walking to a night class at the Hammond career center when saw A large object behing the hammond civic center. I approached the object which was 300feet in the air. it had three light that looked white on each point of the triangle. The object was not point on the ends but rounded off. it floated there not making a sound. It didn't move for a few minutes but as I started to walk away from the object, it seemed to follow me. I ran into the building and never told anyone.

Aftee class was over, I took the same route home but not found no object. I thought it could have been light fixtures around the building but it followed me. I was a 16 year old black kid living in a rough neighborhood. I didn't report anything because I thought only white people saw things like that.

I was sitting in front of the window listening to the radio one night and saw this object slowly descending, like the sun setting on the horizon until it disappeared. It was shaped rather like a pencil that has been sharpened at both ends. It was a bright, glowing yellow with two equally bright orange bands which seemed to have a few greyish-green round windows? along the bands. It was moving vertically and the craft was also vertical as if standing on end. I watched it descend and saw it through the trees. I thought it was going to land until I realized it was beyond the horizon. It took maybe 20-30 seconds. I don't know if it made a sound as I had headphones on and was looking out the window. This happened a long time ago when I was in high school. I was the only one to see it. I would have called my dad into the room except by the time I realized what I was seeing, it was gone. It was very bright in the sky on a clear night, and I remember looking at the clock and noting it was 1:00 a.m.

myseld and several witnesses encounter a glowing ball on a lovely summer night in about 1976

This happened when i was about 11 or 12 at a school yard in Hammond, Indiana. I'm reporting many years later. It was a lovely summer evening. Myself and several boys around my age were just killing time in a school building alcove we called the cage. It was covered by the building and had to open sides. The side nearest the parking lot and an open area of blacktop and school yard and a ball field. And just to our right or southwest of our location was an old tree. After going over these events over the last years I have always wondered why this particular tree was saved from being sawed down being it was the only tree around. They had even blacktopped around it. I know,having no proof,believe the tree was spared because other people may have seen what I saw and believed the tree had some significance. So as myself and my friends were sitting there on the beautiful summer night. I was the first to notice it. A glowing ball like object floating over the tree.It h! ad the same color white as you see in many scifi movies,that bright white light. Although my friends were scared of the object,i have always been very daring and I walked right up to it. My friends followed when they saw I was safe. I have to say, when I say I walked up to it, i mean I got closer, but before I could actually stand underneath it, it moved. Like a steak, very fast movement. I would characterize the movement as, zipping. Well it moved to the back part of the school the other side then we were that was considerable darker.We all followed in wonder. As we reached the new location it was situated a little higher then previously. About phone pole high. I could here some neighbors who had been out walking their dog, referring to the object. But I don't remember exactly what they were saying. But I do know they were acknowledging it. As I walked off to it's west profile,it started shrinking in it's space,and shaking. It reminded me of how small grass spiders shake their we when! I used to poke at them with small stick,or like when vehicles! travel very fast,they shake. By the time i realized that it wasn't shrinking in place but actually traveling away at the perfect angle to give the false impression. And just as I realized what was truly happening it was gone. We all went home and I told my mother who didn't believe me. So she called the oldest boy with us that night who was a very honest kid. He currently holds a position of prominence locally. Now I have never compared stories with any of the other boys involved. Other then my mothers phone conversation with the one boy.One boy has since passed. And when I did manage to run into one of the other viewers ,and remembered to ask about it. This one boy told me that severe alcohol abuse had removed all memory from that time.

Triangle shaped object with flashing lights, Hammond Indiana ( Hessville ) 1966 or 1967

It was Xmas vacation time, as I was 13 or 14 years old at the time. The year was 1966 or 1967. It was dark outside, evening hours, I looked out the front window and noticed a triangular craft, approx 6-feet in diameter with blue, red, and white flashing lights desending downward, stopped and hovered in the air approx 50 feet. I ran and got my father to witness. When my father arrived we saw the object start to slowly gain altitude, and the fly away east on a sharp angle, gaining speed until it was out of sight. Dad and I to this day can not imagine what this object was.
