I am always outside looking for meteors. About 5 minutes into looking for one, I saw a white flash in the sky looking east, southeast about 20° to 25° up. One white light blinking on the left side of the star in the picture attached then next blink, it was below the star, then next blink, it was on the left side of the star, next blink it was below the star but on the left side. It was like the blinking light was moving around the star as if it was moving in a six square box with the star in the center After a minute or two, looking at this blinking light moving around, I ran inside to get my phone camera and it was gone.

Bright melted reappeared. Followed by 5 more

At 1st the way it melted thought flare, yet blinked out followed by. intense brightness appeared to be moving directly toward me. This occurred 5 times. Grabbed phone off charger came back out there it was again. By the time I turned camera on it did not reappear waited over 10 minutes filming and nothing. Hate to go to sleep. I am a retired medical professional and an avid skywatcher. Please inform me if any other reports come in. Started before 11pm. Cannot believe phone was indoors charging.

We were getting out of the car at night and there was this singular tiny circle cloud shaped Grey thing that was flying extremely slow

There was a little gray cloud looking circle that was quite small and it was just this one singular thing flying across the sky at night with no other clouds or anything in sight and it was moving straight like not a way that a cloud would move it was moving at a strange pace as well

Formation of lights moving slowly

Saw a series of small lights in a rectangular pattern. I was thinking it may be StarLink but it looked different than photos and videos. Please zoom in on attached.photo to see what I saw. I was driving on bridge and could not pull over. It was difficult to get a good photo. I was traveling about 65 mph. Saw flying objects in the sky

Saw flying objects in the air and started videoing it ,it appears they are spinning like a top but can change shapes and with their speed or maybe for it with burst of light and swift movements. The energy around them in photos are obvious as well and aren’t in any photos taken of planets or sky unless a UFO IS SPOTTED AND YES IVE SEEN THEM MORE THAN ONCE, actually 4 different times & just recently first sighting was this one.

Bright light at 0140 a.m. bobbing in the sky, then darting extreme left, right, then back to neutral - constantly moving.

I was alone on my balcony at 0140 gazing at the stars on a clear night and a bright light(what I thought was a star) caught my attention. Then, I noticed it was "bobbing" in a vague shadow circular type of "hole" or space between the stars. I watched for 3o min. and noticed it was never stationary, it was always bobbing, then I became intrigued when the light suddenly darted at a precise 90 degree angle, returned to the neutral position continued bobbing, then darted rapidly extreme left, back to center (neutral), then a couple of minutes later it darted extreme right, back to center, bobbed for about 4 minutes, then darted upward in a precisional straightline straight up and remained bobbing at the top of the dark area (hole) in the sky. What was interesting is that the movements were so well calculated and straightline. At one point when it was bobbing I thought it was a light moving to music. I fully expected I would see it go shooting off into the atmosphere, but it didn't. Instead, it inched around at the top of the dark space or "hole" in the sky and continued bobbing around but never left the space where it was positioned in the shadow zone. In fact, the light or craft behaved as if there were boundaries in the dark shadow zone and was always remaining within those boundaries. At one point the light skirted around the top of the dark shadow area. So best way to describe it is that it remained in it's neutral zone and moved in calculated straightline movements never leaving the circular dark area between the stars. The light was far enough away that I could not determine anything more than just a bright light that appears round. I recall last year hearing a radio show (George Noori) conversation with military pilots discussing UFO's darting around their aircraft when they were in flight one night. This sighting I had on Christmas morning at 0140 was very similar to the military pilots had! described insofar as the erratic and sudden movement of the U! FO's the y had sighted one night. Decided to report this given the very peculiar movement of the bright light that I sighted 18 hours ago.

Thanksgiving vacation to Fontainebleau State Park. Thanksgiving night between 10:00-11:00 pm, I was sitting with some family around fire pit looking at the stars.

Seen a bright light I figured to be a star, but then all of a sudden, it created a streak of light going East, unsure about distance but it looked very far away, after the streak it created a bright light and a ripple and disappeared. Very similar to what you would see on a movie when the ship goes tp light speed, but this was very real.

Two orange orb/spheres witnessed separately, an hour apart, by two family members.

This is a report about two sightings an hour apart. As it is St. Patrick's Day, I would like to state that neither myself nor my mother drink or had taken any medications.

Tonight was an absolutely clear night, with no clouds or wind in this area, and very good view of the stars.

We had been out running errands and had a meal and as I was the driver today I had just dropped my mother off at her house and I stopped at the stop sign at the end of mom's block to make my turn and noticed to my east right about 9:30 pm an unusual colored light not to far off.

At first, I thought is it a helicopter, but the light wasn't red, it was a very bright orange, about the size of a large beach ball, perfectly illuminated all the way around, solid orange color. The orb/sphere sized light was traveling North towards my mom's house, so I rolled down my window to listen and there was no noise. It didn't resemble a plane, helicopter, Chinese lantern, drone or a balloon and was flying level about 300 to 400 feet over the treeline.

I reversed my car back to mom's house and as I pulled up into her driveway the orb/sphere disappeared over her house/neighbor's house (I probably witnessed the orb for a total of 10 seconds).

I got mom back outside (as she has seen this orange orb several years ago and reported it on this site then) and we watched the skies for about 10 minutes and did not see a thing other than planes passing high above. I went home and did not witness anything else on the ride home.

However, nearly one hour later, mom would have a second sighting. Mom forgot to bring and snailmail a couple of bills so she left to drop them off at the post office at around 10:25 pm. She gets to the corner stop sign (right where I witnessed the orb an hour earlier) and sees the exact same thing coming from the east. She stated that the bright orange light was about the size of large ball and was going from her east to the north and disappeared in the same way. She stated that it didn't come as close as her home but was further away. She also rolled her window down and never heard a sound. She also stated it wasn't a balloon, plane, helicopter and she didn't think it was a drone either. Neither one of us know what this orange light is.

Round object producing multicolored lights all around.

A neighbor friend was walking her dog and was watching something in the sky. This person called me and requested I meet her out toward the street so I said give me a minute and I'll be out there. When I walked up she pointed up towards the Northwestern sky and said what's that. My first thought is that there is usually a gaseous sun/planet in that direction (the size of a pinpoint normally). However, this was about 3 to 4 times the size of that planet and round like a planet. It was throwing out all sorts of light, white, yellowish/orangish, red, bluish and even looked as though it moved slightly to the North but I thought the movement could've been due to the light coming off from the side of this thing. We watched it outside for several minutes and I asked her if she wanted to a take a ride a few miles up the road to get a look at it from an area that doesn't have a lot of trees as it wasn't quite to the horizon line yet. We both went to lock up our! homes and when we came out (not five minutes later) it was completely gone. We took a ride due west about three miles to the tree clearing and there was nothing at all in that area of the sky. We had some wispy light clouds in the area but you could see through them and there were no big fluffy or light blocking clouds in that direction at all. I have been out the past two nights and have seen the usually planet in that direction but it is nowhere near the size or throwing off the colors of whatever was there on 9-9-15. We both know it wasn't a plane as it was mainly stationary while we watched it and it didn't have aircraft type lights on it. It also wasn't a satellite passing over.

Spherical shape object flying silently at approximately 400 knots over Mandeville, LA, at an approximate altitude of 15,000 ft agl.

My wife, daughter and myself observed a spherical shaped object flying at approximately 15,000 ft agl, moving on an approximate 190 degree heading on the approach path to KMSY (Louis Armstrong airport in New Orleans).

Estimated speed was around 400 knots. As it approached the 30 mile mode c veil for KMSY, it rapidly changed its heading to approximately 270, accelerated and disappeared within 5 seconds. The entire event lasted approximately 20 seconds.

It appeared to maintain its altitude during the entire observed path. It was orange to orange/red in color that pulsed/shimmered that change the hue of its colors.

It appeared to be completely silent as it traversed the airspace I described above.

Strange moving light over Mandeville

Watching tv when out the back window saw a small violet light move slowly straight up to about 50 degrees, stop then back down below the tree line. I was expecting it to explode thinking it may have been fireworks.

The colors switched from violet to red and some green.

When I saw it go back up, my daughter and I went into the back yard then to the driveway and watched it go way up, stop start back down then swung left about 30 degrees, came back, stopped then again went down behind the tree line.

Red fire lights over covington/mandeville

My wife and I were on interstate 10 between the Covington/Mandeville exit and the Pinnacle Parkway exit. I noticed in the sky 5-6 red lights. Solid not blinking. They seemed as though they stretched from on exit to the next. perhaps a few miles. there were 3-4 in a perfect straight line going across the horizon and one underneath what would be considered the middle light.

As I watched and looked back to continue driving I looked back and noticed the farthest two lights were gone and the three main lights turned into a triangle. the triangle changed shape 2 or 3 times. (meaning the lights changed formation but still stayed in a triangle shape. looked back a minute later and they were gone.

Redish/Orange orbs/sphere shaped objects floating by home in sets of two

Went outside between porch and driveway at 11PM New Years Eve to determine if any neighbor's had begun to popoff fireworks. Not soon after looking around I noticed a redish/orange orb/sphere appeared in the sky coming in from my South and heading over the treeline of my neighbor's home across the street heading into a dark cloud bank to my North. Right after seeing the first organe/red orb a second appeared coming from the same direction and passing over my house and heading into the Northern cloud bank the first orb had gone into. Both orbs were the same redish orange color and did not change color or make any noise as they passed overhead. I would think that both were the size of my kitchen area, 12'x12'. Within just a few minutes another two orbs exactly the same as the first two came into my site and followed the same flight path as first described. For the next 30 to 45 minutes I witnessed at least 16 to 20 of these redish orange orbs/sphere shape! d objects float over my house and the neighbor's across the street in sets of 2 every 3 to 5 minutes and disappear into a cloud bank to my North. None of the orbs changed color or shape or were different in appearance from any of the others and none of them made any noise at all. No one was outside at all on my small block area to witness what I saw and I have never seen any orbs prior to that date nor since.

White round light becoming bright/slightly larger, stopping, turning bluish/white and fading out.

Walking dog North up my street and looking into North/Northwestern sky at a set of stars that form a triangle when a round white light caught my eye (looked to be above 20,000 ft in sky) approaching the triangle of stars. The light was slightly brighter (about 15/20%) than the stars I was looking at and was heading west along the same line of sight. I stopped walking to watch this light thinking is was probably a plane which may have changed direction and began heading toward me (as I live on a direct flight path to an international airport) as the light became brighter (10/15%)and slightly larger, then stopped, then turned a sort of slight bluish/white and dimmed as if to blend in with the stars I was looking at and finally the light completely faded out (all within about 7 seconds). I stood there on my street watching this area to see if I could locate any blinking lights afterward for about a minute and saw absolutely nothing (no white/green or red bli! nking lights) that you would find on a plane had it turned it's main light off. There are some clouds out tonight but there were none in the area of the sky I was watching. Most commercial planes not heading to New Orleans airport will follow this flight path along I-12 toward Houston as I see them all the time; however, I've never witnessed one of them becoming larger and brighter, stopping, dimming to a different color and then fading out altogether. I can rule this out as a sighting of the ISS as I have witnessed this pass over my area several times and this light was nowhere near as large/bright nor was it coming from the proper direction (usually ISS passes from my NW to my SE). Lastly, I am very familiar with the star Sirius in the sky and this light was much farther North nor is Sirius in my visibility at the hour that I witnessed this light not to mention that Sirius is also visible for hours in my area when it is out (not 7 seconds). I have seen thousands of p! lanes flying over my area both AM & PM and never had witnessed! one wit h these unusual properties.

Silent orange/red illuminated jagged spherical object moved across the sky and disappeared

Brightly illuminated orange/red moving light. Not exactly spherical in nature; had a somewhat jagged (possibly starlike) shape to it. Appeared just above the trees in a large subdivision in Mandeville, LA.

The object was far brighter than any stars in the sky and moved in a straight line across the sky. The object appeared to have bright white lights that illuminated the sky above it. There was no sound. Completely silent.

The object flickered back and forth between extremely bright and just bright. Then, it continued along its linear path and began to dim. The naked eye could still make out the outline of the object but it no longer was illuminated.

We followed the object with our eyes until it appeared to disappear among the cloud cover or maybe just disappeared altogether.

My name is ((name deleted)). My birthday party was happening and me and my friends were hanging around and shooting the basketball in my front yard. We shot the ball for about 10 to 15 minutes when there was this giant flash of light in the air.

At first all of us were blinded by the light, when we got our sight back there were 3 crafts flying very fast and very low to the ground. We could barely make out the shapes of the vehicles before they were out of sight, all we saw were 3 very fast, cigar shaped crafts flying very close to the ground. The light that was coming off the vehicle woke up a lot of neighbors and blurred our vision. The power in our house and all of the houses around us flickered for about 2 minutes before it finally turned back on. None of our car engines would turn on for at least 10 minutes.

Everyone was stunned and shocked at what just happened because it has never happened to anyone of us before.

I can honestly say that this was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed before in my life.

Hopefully you can explain to me and my friends what we saw exactly.

3 lights, pale green in color, traveling from southwest sky +30 deg, heading north in straight line formation.

On 04/02/2010 at approximately 21:30 I was out with my cousin stargazing. We started the night looking at the Orion nebula. I have a book of star charts and had my head in it trying to see what else in the area would be interesting to look at. My cousin pointed to an area in the west southwest sky (Taurus the bull) I pulled my head from the book to look in the direction she was pointing. From the left of Taurus +30 deg heading due north toward Polaris were three dull green lights traveling at a rate at that of a satellite. We were only able to track the lights for about 10 seconds before they were lost behind the trees in my backyard. I immediately began looking for a logical explanation as to what they were. I have been actively stargazing for the last five years and in that time I have seen many satellites. Never have I seen satellites traveling in this pattern(unless NASA has launched some sort of weather satellites I wasn’t aware of). The pale ! green color was also an abnormal color which I have never seen in an orbiting satellite. To put it simply this event has rendered me clueless as to what myself (Age 31) and my Cousin (Age 9) saw. One other side note as to the shape of the lights; they were orb shaped. they were like what one would see when the space shuttle would pass over head bit at a much lower magnitude in brightness. As for the distance apart from each other; If you would hold your hand at arms length and make the victory symbol(or peace sign)and measure the distance apart from your index to your middle finger, that’s the distance they were apart. From the ground they looked like the following demonstration: ( . . . ) Please do not treat this as a false report. If anyone who reads can present to me a logical explanation to what we saw, I invite your reply. I am not reporting this looking for attention in any way. I, for now am treating this event for what it was: an! Unidentified Flying Object. Until it is otherwise identified! it will remain a UFO, Not aliens or visitors from far off, but simply a UFO. Sorry, one more side note. there were no aircraft in the area, and no beacons or strobes to indicate that they were aircraft. It is so quite around my house at night you can hear a plane even when at its cruising altitude. I know these were not planes.

1 orange colored craft moved around sky,then blinked out.Then saw about 8 orange craft streak across outer atmosphere in a staggered line same orange color.Then 10 minutes later 3 orange craft came from the ground about 5 miles away and slowly rose at a great angle of asccent then faded to dim white light then blink out about 8 miles away.Then 2 more lifted up about three miles north of the others,slowly rose and moving our way the one trailing blinked out the other stayed lit until it reached a thin cloud layer at around 10,000ft blinked out just as it went over our house but with full moon behind it, it sihlouetted itself in the thin lit clouds from the moon.I could see it's disk shape perfectly moving through clouds,quite a moving experience,until I lost it.

Driving down a straight stretch of Highway 59 in Mandeville at 5:30 A.M. and saw this bright light ahead in the sky, roughly the size of a planet.. I got closer and then thought it was some kind of helicopter just sitting stagnant in the sky,.. as I drove closer, I noticed it was moving, and I eventually got a real close profile view of it.. I couldn't stop staring at it, I had never seen any kind of aircraft in my life. it was triangular shaped with lights,.. didn't make a noise. TR-3B Astra is the closest description I'm getting.

cigar shape which I initially thought was a plane but didn't have wings

This day in June was mostly a clear early evening day with a few small clouds slowly passing by with a temp around the mid 80's. I was sitting in a chair in my backyard brushing my dogs and talking on my cell phone occasionally. I took a break and leaned back in my chair scanning the southern sky for a few minutes when what I first thought was a plane entered my view. This object flew in a straight line from my western point to an eastern point in about 6 seconds. The object looked like a commercial plane (say 727 size) from underneath it. As this object was flying across my view the underbelly of it was lite up (white metallic looking) which I thought was probably from the way the sun was hitting it from underneath as dusk was approaching. In my estimation the object was flying at a lower altitude (10,000 to 15,000 feet) as I could tell the body resembled that of a plane's size. Two things really stood out at this time: first, this object had no wings (I repeated this several times to myself) and second, it had none of the underbelly lights (red/green) that you would see on a commercial airliner.

To say truthfully, I was shocked and kept saying how can this be a plane as it doesn't have any wings. I stepped outside of my backyard area to attempt to listen for any noise as it began to go out of my view to the east, but I live in a condo and there were 3 airconditioners running within a 20 ft area of me so I couldn't hear anything other than the a/c. I live on the flight paths to both the N.O. International and Regional airports and see planes around me all the time and have never seen one flying without wings.

seen lights that looked like stars playing

This is the second sighting my wife has seen from our balcony. We live in a apartment and she doesn't smoke inside it so, she spends allot of time on the balcony.

About 10:55 pm 04/09/06 her and her sister were smoking and looking at the stars. My wife seen what she said looked like to stars moving across the sky one in front of the other moving very fast. The one in the front then looped behind the other one. After that it looped back in front and then they dissapared.

My wife said it looked like to stars were playing. It lasted only about 5 seconds and my wife was tring to get her sister to see it, but the sighting didn't last long enough for my wife to tell her sister where to look in the night sky.

I only seen it for a few seconds then it disappeared from view behind the roof tops of the apartments.

MY 12 Y/0 DAUGHTER AND I WERE COMING HOME IN OUR VAN WHEN WE SAW A YELLOW/ORANGE FIREBALL ABOUT THE SIZE OF A LG. GRAPEFRUIT WITH A SIVER/ILLUMINATED WHITE TAIL EMITING BRILLIANT SPARKS. IT FLEW OVERHEAD APPROXIMATELY 100 FT ABOVE US HORIZONTALLY AND SLIGHTLY TILTED UPWARD. WE DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING. WE WATCHED IT ABOUT 25 SECONDS UNTIL IT PASSED OVER THE TREE LINE WHERE WE COULD NO LONGER SEE IT.THIS OCCURRED AT 10:30 PM OVER QUAIL CREEK SUBDIVISION IN MANDEVILLE, LA.

A Twenty Minute Experience @ 2:13 AM in Mandeville Louisiana

This event happened just as I looked out my window... I was looking closely at Mars and there for a few seconds there was an object I thought was na airplane light. On further observation this object suddenly became clearer and there it was a "Triangular Shaped " with three red lights each on the tips of the pointed angles...I had my binoculars handy and looked closer. The object had a n unusual metal type appearance and it seemed to hover for awhile... Unfortunately I did not have a video camera because the lights and shape were very distinctive and would have produced a really visible image... I felt a chill up my spine and eary feeling fell over me... Almost doomlike yet excited that this maybe a UFO... Varied thoughts passed through my mind which elevated fear I have never felt before... I felt like something was reading my mind and then an image crossed in it and I sensed and could see through my mind's eye an image and also a sound of something near...I froze for a moment or two and then a sudden air of heat came over me and then the object in the sky was gone...I had pinched myself and had gotten myself a glass of water to get back to the evening's reality... I was stunned yet an overwhelming calm came over me and I felt safe...This is the first account I have ever experienced and have some heavy thoughts that seem difficult to dispell...Today, I sat quietly and pondered whether or not I should tell anyone. I feel a release and also relieved that this site exist. so that my experience can be told...I am not sure that what I saw was a UFO, but for now it seems so...
