Stationary white light connected to some unmoving dark object

As me and my wife were pulling out of an auto parts store located on Lexington Ave across from Logan Rd in Mansfield, I spotted what I thought was a plane coming towards us from a northeast direction. As we proceeded, I noticed this "plane" was not moving. So I figured it was coming straight in our direction because this usually will give the illusion of non movement. However, as I drove down Logan Rd, probably a quarter mile there was still no change in direction of the object. We then proceeded down s hill and lost view of the object behind trees to our east northest. When I continued driving going back uphill, the object was no longer visible anywhere.

Silent V shaped Lights over State Building

I got out of my dump truck and looked up in the sky towards the north and silently moving south, a tight group of what seemed to be maybe 8-10 lights flew overhead. Upon first observation, the group seemed to be in an “L” shape; one of the lights made a quick move within the group, which led to making the formation into the shape of a “V” as they flew directly overhead. I yelled at one of the guys I was working with to look up; he said he had no idea what those lights were.

I was on my way to my local ATM (I have receipt 8:51pm) so it must have been no more than 10 minutes before that, driving north on Homestead Drive in Homestead Adult Community in Columbus, NJ, I had just turned the slight left-turning curve about 10 meters north of Chestnut Hill Lane, when I saw very low in the sky, just above the treetops above the houses at the intersection of either Deep Hollow and Homestead Drive or Hill Top Lane and Homestead Drive, two alternating flashing red lights. They alternated about twice per second. The lights looked like short line segments. The lights looked about the same distance apart as the width of Homestead Drive.

It was absolutely pitch black. I could see nothing else in the sky: I could not see any object to which they were attached. The two alternating red lights moved together as if they were part of the same rigid structure in the same direction, eastward and out of sight, as the line connecting the lights. I had all the windows of my car rolled up, because it was quite cold. So, I heard nothing. They moved off eastward over Homestead Drive and somehow out of view. The entire event lasted about ten seconds. No time for me to take my cellphone out and snap a photo.

While I saw this, my feeling was that this was a police helicopter of some type, or some kind of police or military craft, because the lights were red, and because we have had many airplanes and helicopters from McGuire AFB fly over Homestead in broad daylight, since 1993. I felt it was strange, because of how low it was, but not strange enough to call it alien. It definitely WAS an unidentified flying object: a UFO, as I could not identify it. The fact that these two lights did not make a noise did not impress me. I do not remember them making a sound. But, I would really need to do an independent experiment to compare to the sounds made by known McGuire flyovers.

There was some car ahead of me, about 50 meters, on Homestead Drive, traveling in the same direction I was. I was not able to read their license plate. They would have certainly been able to see this thing, too. On Monday, November 6, I posted a note in our clubhouse asking for whomever this driver was, who was out at this same time and location, to contact me. After I got home from the ATM, I called the guardhouse/frontgate to ask if they these lights. The man on duty told me he saw nothing.

This is an addendum to previous report id=179287. On Christmas Day 2023, I unexpectedly received a text from somebody who saw my notice requesting any other witnesses come forward that night and contact me if they saw the same alternating flashing red lights. I assume they refer to the notice I physically posted on the bulletin board in our clubhouse, as that was the only notice I posted. I have withheld this witnesses name and phone #. However, they attached a photo they took. Just a single red light, but that matches what I saw.

I was picking up kids toys and the wife had just got home from work met her out in the driveway. I looked up in the sky that I’ve looked up into 1000 times or more and noticed a bright light. The object covered for almost 3 1/2 hours hey sweet side to side up and down, but never left more than 100 foot in each direction, can’t believe what I was saying so I took pictures and a video crazy factors that happen four days later same spot same thing

Went to gas station Thursday and I was coming back and seen the same UFO in the same spot. Which is weird because I’ve looked up in the sky thousands of times and they came back roughly 4 days later in the same spot for about the same duration, and did the same exact thing

I saw 3 stationary lights in a very clear sky which then disappeared one by one and reappeared in a different formation further south

I was driving Southbound on 1-71 just passed Mansfield OH when I noticed 2 objects that I thought were rockets or jets starting to form contrails close to each other. I then realized they were not contrails and they were not moving. Then I spotted a third one. They were in a sideways triangle pattern pretty far apart but perfectly distanced from each other. I captured this on video. Then one by one they disappeared. I took several still photos immediately after to see if I caught something and I did. They had moved further south and switched to another triangle pattern which would be 90° different than the first pattern. They had traveled pretty far in just a matter of seconds but I did not see them move just disappear and reappear in the pics. You will have to zoom in to see them. The more you zoom they look like bodies almost. They were also much closer to each other. Then according to the photos they either morphed together or disappeared then they changed into almost transparent orbs. It was odd because the sun was the biggest I had ever seen it and had just set. Then 10 min later I look in my rearview mirror and the moon was the biggest I had ever seen it and they were both just over each horizon. It was almost like whatever these things were gathered in between the sun and moon to witness the beauty of it. I believe that it was the blood moon too These were the first UFO"s I've ever encountered. I'm not a nutcase. There had to be alot of other ppl see these they were right over the expressway. I know there were dead bugs on my windshield but when you look at the video and photos you can clearly see that these were not bugs or bird poop. I also saw very strange contrails about 30 miles before I saw these UAPs The contrails were very short and some were curved like a C all in one spot no where else. Almost like fighter jets had been in a dog fight or chasing something in circles. The rest of the sky was completely clear. After I saw these contrails there was no air traffic at all for about 2 hours on my drive during which I saw these lights. At first I thought the objects I saw were what caused those weird contrails that's why I looked at them. Then I realized they were stationary and not causing any contrails.
I am a chauffeur and I drive long distances at all times of day and night. I have never seen anything like this. I can show screenshots of all the time and date details on these pics if needed. It all happened between 5:23 PM and 5:26 PM The pics I took at 5:28PM no longer showed anything. I also have like 3 other photos and 1 video which show these. The other video I have I took immediately after the one I included in my report and by the time I recorded it 2 of the objects had disappeared and the third disappears in the video. If you pause the video I sent at the 13 second mark you can see all 3 lights.

I sent this in June and all the sudden crafts with different lights are moving in a pattern around the lake I live on. I wanna know what is going on because these cratfs were not around until I said something to you guys.
I would like an explanation for why the government crafts feel that they can travel around my property without any kind of notice.
They may provoke a negative response from the UFOS that seem to like me. I would think you would want me to be part of the investigation seeing that they follow me wherever I go.
I don't know why this is occurring but the government SURVIVELANCE crafts are not helping the situation. Please let me know what the FUCK IS GOING ON!! THIS IS A COPY of what I sent in June!

Approximately the last week of May, 2022 I noticed an object hovering over my parents home located at the above address. When I saw it again the following day I noticed another one about 200 yards a way, closer to the street. They looked identical and once again I did not really take exception to them because of the fact that I live on a lake and the possibility of people flying drones these days is quite high. When I saw the second one I thought maybe it was some friends,or a family, that got the same type of drone and were just playing around with them. So I mentally dismissed them as that and went about life without a second thought. "UFO shit ain't my thing! Ya hear?" I said to myself, Lol!

Then I was thinking cops because the people I got away from weren't really breaking the law per-se, but I guess it was enough for me to pick up and leave to a fucking garage, Maybe 5.0 was up in our shit and followed me. This was another explanation. Once again I said to myself "Breaking the law really ain't my thing! Ya hear?" I kinda said that to myself again and now had two excuses in my mind to ignore them. (Being Isolated in a garage for a month you start talking to yourself and maybe some objects like this vacuum that always stares at me, Lololol!

As a couple weeks went on these "blinking star" like objects continued to catch my attention and I began to question why anybody would place drones in almost the exact same spots at a height a couple hundred yards off of the tree tops. How boring and what a waste of anyone's time and effort I thought.

NOW, they caught my attention and I began to take pictures around June 11, 2022. My camera on my phone is all I have. The phone is a simple Android with not a lot of photographic capabilities, or specialties for that matter. It's what some people would call a PIECE OF SHIT! What I have is what I have and I will do my best for you guys.

I have been taking pictures of these objects at least every other day, weather permitting, ever sine 6/11. Presently I'm seeing about 10 of these in the sky. Some are farther off than others. Their numbers seem to be growing and I have become concerned. I am a 51 year old male, and my 78 year old parents seem to be the only ones that are noticing these, specifically me.

I doing my due diligence, as far as my capabilities allow me to, and have concluded that these are not normal happenings for a summer time ,I SEE THEM EVERY NIGHT!

I am going to be posting videos that I take of these UAP'S. The dates will begin now, 7/19/22. Please keep in mind that I first noticed these towards the end of May though,so it's going on two months and they are still present and I am still in the process of photographing and recording them when they appear in almost the exact spot in the sky, every day like clockwork.

Description: They are a slightly blinking light, I guess strobing is a more accurate description as they catch the naked eyes attention. When viewed through the camera lens they seem to zigzag all over the place, yet I'm able to keep it within the camera frame pretty easily. They also seem to vanish for a second or two as well when looking through the lens. They then return in the same vicinity very quickly. From the naked eye they appear as a slightly moving, strobing intense bright white light. They seem to notice when I'm watching and turn to a dull grey as if to hide. They turn that intense white light on intermittently. All of this is definitely emerging from a flying object, in size about 3' by 3'. From my many pictures I seem to have been able to catch them at different angles and I am able to see two separate ports (I guess thats what they would be called) that discharge a very strong, incredibly intense bright white light. Hopefully you will be able to depict these from my pictures. The lights are coming from a body and then there is also maybe an antenna or a tail that are slightly visible in all my pictures, but not to the naked eye.

I seen an UFO hovering. It looked to be an oval shape and/or cigar shape.

I just came outside around 9:40 pm. (“Disclaimer: this is all from my point of view “) I sat in my car, rolled down my window (driver side), when I seen an object hovering in the sky. I got out and walked towards front porch. It looked to be (from my angle) an oval shape and/or cigar shape. It had pulsating lights, it seemed to be changing (multiple) colors. It was glowing pretty bright. If I took a guess on the size; I’d say about 30’ or so, maybe larger if I could figure out the distance from my location (point-of-view). It moved from one area of the sky to another(by the way the sky was pretty clear: visually). Each time it moved it hovered for a minute or two. Repeated about 3 times, before it was gone. Eventually, losing sight. You may do with this information as you please, but I assure you that what I seen was something that was abnormal flying around here in our sky’s. We have a I believe it’s a National Guard Air Base on the North-Eastern side of town (which my eldest brother was a member of until his death). We also have a hospital life flight as well, located on the west side of town (in the city limits). While getting ready to go to bed, I looked out the bedroom window to the north and asked my wife if she saw the same lights in the sky as I could. She did, and asked what it was. The lights were rapidly glittering back and forth. Traveling above the clouds, it was wider than a normal aircraft. Flying south to north east of Mansfield. I called for our sons to come see it as well. Our youngest son tried to get it on video, but he couldn't focus on it with his photo. The craft did not make any sound. It was not a satellite, it was not the space station, or comet, or meteor. I have star gazed for years and know what normal aircraft, and celestial objects are at night. The pattern of the lights did not match any that I have seen in 40+ years of watching the sky. They were bright white and did not follow the on/off pattern but, it was random, rapid, back and forth.

My wife an I were leaving our home with our two sons when we were about to pull out of our driveway when we noticed a very big bright light in the sky across the street from our house. Then we started to notice very small lights appearing out of a cloud up an to the right of the big bright light which seemed to be coming out one after another non stop an moving in a straight line an evenly spaced apart moving quite fast above and past the big bright light that was stationary in the sky. Then the small light were seeming to disappear behind another cloud on the opposite side of the big bright light an were not coming back out the other side of this cloud. Which they should have been because the cloud was quite small an their were literally at least 30 to an infinite amount of these small lights moving across the night sky just one after another constantly appearing out of this cloud an following the others in this evenly spaced straight line over top of the b! ig bright light an then disappearing again behind the cloud on the opposite side of it. An what was crazy is after we watched for aleast 20 minutes to a half hour an counted anywhere from 30 to 50 small lights moving before we had finally decided to leave for the grocery store we had also noticed 2 or 3 random similar small lights just randomly moving above our car aswell. But the craziest part was when we finally left an got down the road and got close to our destination we saw a city cop car and a sheriff's car parked on the side of the road next to a huge wide open field in which 4 or more police officers were standing outside of there vehicles, two next to the vehicles on the side of the road an 2 or possibly more others were standing in the field off the other side of the road and they were all looking up in the sky towards the same big bright star that we had been looking towards and had saw the small moving lights over before we had left our house just minutes before! . So I'm pretty positive they had seen what we saw aswell an I! 've been waiting to read about it in our local news paper or something today but haven't seen or heard anything yet but I'll definitely keep checking cause it was the craziest thing I've ever seen...

2 of 2 - Fireball entering earths, slowed down and accelerated out of earths atmosphere

Sighting 2 of 2 On September 27th, my wife and traveled to the back side of Charles Mill Reservoir, just outside of Mansfield, Ohio. The location we choose is void of light with very little light pollution from the city, perfect for stargazing and watching out for shooting stars. What would be a routine sky watching evening would turn anything but. At approximately 1:30 both my wife and I witnessed what we would both classify as the exact same event as described on July 27th, post 1 of 2.

We saw what we thought was a shooting star entering the Earth’s atmosphere from the northeast at 30-40 degrees above the horizon on a bearing of 210. Just as we thought the object was about to flame out it immediately slowed down to the speed of a commercial jetliner and the brightness of a normal star. After approximately 5-6 seconds it accelerated to the same speed as it had entered the atmosphere and the same brightness. Needless-to-say, we were both left speechless.

As a former pilot I have never seen an incident which left me wondering what it was I just saw. Whether or not this was military or something not from this Earth, I do not know. But what I do know, is what I saw. I not only saw it once, I have seen it twice. During both incidents, there was no alcohol involved as neither of us drink. I was standing outside on East First St. and saw this weird thunderstorm cloud roll by from north west to south east towards south of Wooster. The clouds were dark grey, red, yellow, and had lightning in front of it but it didn't move like clouds, as a matter of fact it was moving faster than normal clouds, I looked up and I saw a chem trail then this egg shaped craft, I thought what the hell? There was a train conductor in an Engine moving in the opposite direction and he had to see it cause I saw him looking too.

I know believe in UFO's this craft was not from here.

It was around ten thirty or eleven pm on September 24, 2015, in Mansfield, Texas. My wife and I were sitting outside in the back yard like we do any other night. We were facing northeast when we saw a flame appear out of nowhere. At first it looked as if there was a fire in the sky. Both of us saw the object for about two and a half minutes.

The object formed into a circle like shape with a bright orange, reddish color around it with a black hole formed in the middle of it. Then it flew north toward downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

My wife and I watched the object until the naked eye couldn’t see it anymore.

I am sure it was nothing, but I cannot explain it. I was on my back deck, smoking a cigar, around 23:10 on Oct. 22, 2014. I was looking at the clouds as they were moving from the NE to the SW. I saw a green triangle cross my line of sight for approximately 3 seconds, traveling from the East to the West. I did not hear a sound. It was traveling at a high rate of speed, in a straight line. It was a bright emerald green color, with circles of light (the same green color) on each point of the triangle. It was not an isosceles triangle, but an elongated one. I am a 56 year old college graduate, who has been clean and sober for over 30 years. I know very little about UFO's, nor have I ever actively looked for them. I am just reporting what I saw, in the hopes that someone else saw something similar tonight.

Red-tailed Fireballs in Mansfield, MA - June 7, 2014.

At outdoor Dave Matthews concert, admiring a satellite passing by, when a fireball with a bright red flaming tail passed through the sky and behind the trees. Many witnesses were pointing at it and screaming excitedly.

Shortly thereafter from behind us another similar object, red and yellowish, which seemed to be headed straight towards us but suddenly disappeared. It was behind the crowd's view this time, so less witnesses saw this one.

Then right after that another much smaller red object seemed to fall straight down in the same area where the first fireball was seen.

Very bright, reflective,gold, oval object low in the night sky

At 2:22 AM on January 5, 2014 and Un-identified object hovered in the night sky in the south end of Mansfield, Ohio, close to Rt. 13 & I71. The object was oval shaped, very bright and reflective. It appeared to be of a gold hue and did not move. It had lines or slashes in the exterior going from the top right to the bottom left. It hung very low in the sky.

I have lived in this area many years. I let my dog out at night and consistently take note of my surrounding, as there are coyotes known to attack. I also watch constellations and weather nightly and never has this object been seen by me or anyone that I am aware of in the neighborhood.

I viewed it from different windows facing South and South/East. As easily as it was seen it also disappeared, much like shutting off a light; it did not take off or whisk away.

There was snow accumulation on the ground; the temperature was in the low 20’s. There was no precipitation. A frigid record cold setting forecast is predicted in less than 24 hours.

It was so fast i couldnt film it since i was not anticipating seeing a ufo tonight :) No lights, it must have been white. it was very light colored against the night sky but not illuminated. it looked like a giant bird (i thought it was a strand or flock of birds at first, but the shape moved in perfect unison) or a massive hang glider and was out of sight in 5 seconds. A circular flashing craft was seen over the south Mansfield area.

As I was driving home late last night after picking up family in Willard, I thought I saw lightening on the left side of 13 South between the Cook Rd. exit and Straub Rd. I then noticed it was flashing at a consistent rate of about one second. My mother, 2 children of 11 years, and I saw this most of the way towards the I 71 exchange.

I decided to take 71 north to figure out what was going on since I had never seen anything like this before. Going north we could see that it was stationary, in the air and not one of the airplane towers, which had red lights and were lower down.

At the 39 exit, I turned around and headed south. We were better able to see the light source. It was wide, round and not very tall in comparison to its width. The lights went around in a counter-clockwise manner, so that it looked to be flashing. The lights were white with a slight blueish tint, which is why I mistook it for lightening. It was several miles east of 71 and too low and stationary for a plane, but too high to be something from the ground.

I don't know what it was, but was a bit freaked out because I had never seen anything like it. The children couldn't sleep for hours afterwards because they were freaked out as well.

7:30 p.m. Mansfield, Texas Friday, September 28, 2012 I am highly educated and I am 45 years of age.

My son and I were driving to Roadhouse to pick up something for dinner; we were about to turn right on to Country Club; we were sitting at the stop sign by Boren Elementary School and my son blurted out, "What is that?” (He is 15)… To our right in the sky line, not too far up was a sight I had never seen before….

Something really large with many vertical and horizontal white lights was flying slowly…. As it turned, we noticed that one side had many lights and the other side did not. If you live in a flight zone, which we do, (this was not in the flight zone) you see planes flying over relatively low). That aircraft was flying even lower than that?" We could not hear any sound coming from the craft. When I saw it, I immediately rolled down my window….

It made a sharp turn and began to move towards the East, towards Matlock Drive, so we pursued.. It did not turn like a commercial aircraft would, moving in a slow bank, it just turned on a dime and began moving in the other direction.. It continued toward the East so we pulled over in an area where we could continue watching. It was then that we saw something unbelievable!

As the object continued moving away from us but still very visible, one of the lights on the aircraft shot straight up into the air, which turned out to be a smaller aircraft. It was much smaller of course and it began to circle around in a large circle around the larger aircraft that it took off from. As it was following the larger aircraft, the next unbelievable thing happened. Another very large aircraft just like the first one we saw, appeared in the same airspace as the other two, coming from the Northwest and it caught up with the other two flying objects 2 very large objects and one small one. They all 3 continued flying to the East..

This morning, Saturday, September 29, 2012, I googled UFO sightings for Mansfield, Texas and there is a video that interestingly dates September 29, 2010. The object in this video looks very similar to the one we saw on the 28th, 2012, but the one we saw was much lower in flight..

While driving north on Bennet Lawson Road, observed a cylindrical object at 2:00 in the sky just south of 1187 (Debbie Lane). Object was white in color and having 2 window like openings to the left and right divided by a single bar. The color of the windows and bar were bluish grey.

As we proceeded down Bennet Lawson we drove under a large tree limb with leaves and after clearing the branch the object vanished.

Saw fireball in the sky while delivering papers one morning.

I and my girlfriend were delivering newspapers in a rural part of Richland County. We came to the end of one of the roads of delivery and turned left on the next road of delivery.

We drove to the first house to the left. I happened to catch a glance of what I thought was the moon at first to the east of my vehicle, but the object was too small to be the moon. It was orange and about the size of a quarter held at arm's length and moving side to side.

I tried to track the object, but when I reached the road the object could not be located.

I tried to think of any cause that would explain this; we do have a National Guard airport to the west of this, but even this does not explain what we saw.

I don't remember the day or month, except it was warm.

Subject: 2 small round UFO’s sighted When: near end of summer & start of fall 2007 Where: Mansfield, Ohio While sitting with my cat at N.W. corner of house, I looked up to notice a “swarm” of dragonflies all around a “ball” floating above that corner of the house.

I moved slightly to block the sun’s glare with the gutter, and had a clear view from 8’ to 10’ away of what looked like a metal ball - solid, perfectly round & smooth and the size of a baseball.

It started moving slowly to my left with the dragonflies moving with it.

I tried to rationalize what I am seeing as a bubble or seed pod - but it was not a fuzzy outline - but a solid perfectly round ball.

I looked around for anything else in the sky, but don’t see anything.

Continuing to watch the object, a 2nd ball - identical to the first (but with no dragonflies) moved slowly into view on the same track and height reducing the distance between the two until just above me - then it went straight up vertical from horizontal at a right angle increasing speed slightly (maybe x 2) as the first object continued on same track & height.

I was astonished that I had seen something that shouldn’t be there.

Since I had observed this for maybe a full minute and so close, I didn’t run to the front of the house to get another look as I had already seen it very clearly and didn’t really want to draw attention to myself.

Many lights of different brightness combine, get brighter and disperse.

It was the night of the total lunar eclipse. My best friend and I were out looking at the sky waiting for his wife to come out of her grandmas house. I noticed these two bright lights about 1 mile away above the tree line. The lights were verticaly aligned with on another. The top one was alot brighter than the bottom one. There were also about five or six others hovering around the top one but they weren't all that bright. The top one slowly lowered itself to the bottom one and when it touched it, it got brighter. The top one rose back up to its original spot and the bottom one was gone. Almost like they combined. After the brightest one was in place the other little ones all moved in to combine with the brightest one and it got even brighter. After a couple of seconds we seen a bunch of streaks shoot from the light in all different directions so fast we barely seen it. As soon as that happened the brightest star dimmed back to its original brightness. Then another not so dim light appeared below it like before and the whole thing repeated for about 30 minutes. We then seen alot of airplanes or jets flying in that direction, i'd say 10 or so. Suddenly the light got real bright and then shot in all directions and then we saw what looked like glitter all over the sky in the area. The lights never appeared again. At least not that night. There were 7 of us that seen it by the end and we were all in amazement. This all happened north of Mansfield.

Several UFO's, one bigger one flew right over the car.

Approx. 9 pm on Sunday night, my friend and I (we're both college students, both in our twenties) happened to notice 4 bright lights perfectly aligned in the sky, brighter than stars and seemingly in some sort of formation. We found it odd and began to drive further out into the country to get a better look. As we drove, the objects began to break formation, one even shot fairly quickly straight up into the sky. This left 2 of the objects, which had begun to blink red, green and white lights, remaining in the formation while the other two headed off in opposite directions. Even more intrigued, we drove out to a country road and parked the car, fascinated by what we were now seeing... the 2 crafts that had taken off were now inexplicably back, as well as a few more... all in all we believe there were at least 8 of these at varying points in every direction of the sky. At this time, they were all blinking, hovering (sometimes flying) and spaced at intervals, yet didn't appear to be much bigger than what an airplane flying by may seem to be. Also at this time we were still trying to convince ourselves that perhaps these were some sort of strange airplanes or military crafts (though I've never seen an airplane that could shoot straight up into the air, and there's no reason why 8 of these blinking objects would be patrolling the sky)...

This continued for approx. one and half hours, at which time one of the objects which was low in the sky began all of a sudden to increase greatly in size, and took the appearance of a large ball of white light (Much bigger than a planet, and definitely in our atmosphere). It began to move quickly directly toward where we were sitting in our car on the side of the road, and as it approached it was very low, about tree line. There wasn't any noise except for a sort of low chugging sound, no emissions from the craft and no seeming way to propel it. It flew directly over our car and I got a good look at the underside of the craft, which I can only describe as a sort of rectangular shape with 3 bright white lights in a row (much like a large traffic light flying over the car, except all 3 lights were white.) Also on one side of the craft was a small blinking red light, and a green one on the other. After this craft flew over us and continued on, the other crafts began to blink sporadically and almost resembled faint strobe lights. *It should be noted,too, that during these few hours all of the crafts were alternating between hovering in the sky and flying around, so that at times some seemed to be dangling from strings in the sky, some seemed stationary, and some had no pattern at all other than to fly back and forth.* Awed by this sight, we decided to go out the next night (last night) as well and look for these objects, and sure enough they were there again. This time, though none of them came down to our level or flew over our car, 3 seperate crafts at about half hour intervals went from being small, blinking things to the large white lights that we first saw the day before. Each time this happened, the object would go from being small and blinking, to large and glaring, and then fade back to blinking and ascend straight up into the sky. All three were in the North-Northeast sky.

5 lights moving in the sky

At first we noticed lights on the horizon darting up and down, they disapeared and were replaced with a red light that moved slowly down out of the sky towards the house we were standing outside. The light then hovered and I noticed a brighter white light in the middle of the red light. It then moved slowly over the house about 200 feet up and went out over the trees. We then noticed three additional lights hovering above some trees in the front yard about 50 yards out and 2 or 300 feet up.

Driving home this weird light was trippy.

I was driving around 2:45 - 3:15 A.M, and to the front left of me there was a light that would remind you of a star, and at what i'd describe as 1/4 the size of a full moon. I had just dropped off a friend and I called him and told him where in the sky it would be from his house. He said that he saw it but it looked very small from where he was, as i was heading in the direction it was in. The light seemed to move across the sky as i looked at it, but as odd as it sounds, i couldnt quite tell what direction it was moving in. The light seemed to hover and move vertical down slowly then back up. I faintly remember the light fading from its normal white to a sort of red and back again. I came to a parking lot of a resteraunt and pulled over and got out and called my dad for some reason to tell him about it. The light seemed to move inward almost directly in line towards my head, as if coming directly at me. It did this for a few seconds and then moved directly outward from me untill it dissapeared in the sky and i couldnt see it anymore from it moving further and further away.

The object was about 30 degrees south of the constellation casseopia and was not moving and emitted 8 slow flashes of real bright light

Something had caught my eye when i was having a cigarette break....it was a real slow flash and it was so far up you could not discern any shape at all.

Then about 10 seconds later i saw another real bright slow flash which they were spaced out over 10 second increments for a total of 8 flashes. Then the craft or whatever it was had more flashes but very dimmly lit as it started to move.

Ten minutes had elapsed and I saw another slow bright flash about 60 degrees from where i saw the first one and that took off at a slow rate of speed and had the same characteristics. These crafts that my sister and i encountered were at a standstill when we had observed the real bright flashes.

I read and understood your statement on fraudulant reports given in the past but as sure as Im living I would swear under law and god this was true and a very accurate report and am sorry I dont have any pictures sketches or any type of any other images to prove my sighting,but I can make up a follow-up letter of the longitude and latitude of where we observed the sighting. I thank you for your time and patients in this matter

Not a quick, here then gone event, lasted several hours and witnessed by 6 people

Crystal clear night, went to out to put dogs in kennel. Saw a multi-light figure in Northern sky. Lights seems to change colors end to end, with white lights in the center. Object bobbed horrizontily and vertically, more prominately horrizontily. Was generally stationary but would move a few degrees left or right. Called for wife and daughter. Daughter ran back in scared,(16 year old). Soon noticed a second object, same as the first maybe 30 degrees East of first. First object moved quickly East, then settled back to stationary. Scanned more and saw two more, much more distant and in upper sky than first two. One of them moved towards the other, then settled into stationary. They then would fade, then come back later to near the same position. Got neighbors across the street, one is a deputy sheriff and observed from their yard. Discovered two more, one on horrizon, one in directly overhead position. Overhead object looked massive, lights were constant white, but it bobbed like the rest. Western most object disappeared, but came back a short time later. An aircraft passed the overhead object, only a blind pilot would not have seen this. Sparse, very thin clouds moved in, objects were far above clouds. Was able to tell that the objects were massive in size, especially the directly overhead one by the clouds and stars. Could clearly see the movements by putting an object in line with a roofline or tree limb. All of the objects were to the North and West of me with the exception of the more overhead object. This is in the direction of the Shreveport metro area. I viewed for 3 hours and finally went to bed. I made repeated attempts to call ufo hotlines with no success. I wanted to call the sheriff's dept. but my wife protested. I did have a deputy as a witness, so just as well. I tried to film, but my camcorder wouldn't pick the light up. I will look again tonight. I have lived here for 20 years and have seen nothing like this in my life. My with kept saying weather balloons, etc. I told her repeatedly that weather balloons don't bob and weave and have multi colored lights. Incredible experience, glad several of us witnessed the event.

on christmas day morning(Dec.25) 1999,upon my wife and I waking up,I was using the restroom when she said "come here and look at this in the sky".

I went to where she was looking out of the kitchen window where this object was very visible to us both. We were amazed. The description is as follows;color-bright,snow white,except for a side wing or "flap". Shape of a fuselage with tail wing vertical only. No windows or markings visible.

Object was seen in broad daylight(clear sky). Approximate time was 9:30 a.m. e.s.t. Duration 5 or 6 minutes. Object was moving slowly from N northeast to S southwest. There were no side wings as an aircraft would have! No engines visible. I also viewed it with binnoculars.

What a sight for christmas morning!!!

This is an old report but I’ve never told anyone but family. It was back in December 1998.

I was driving home from business training in Dallas. I was between Cincinnati and Cleveland on the interstate driving north. It was dawn and I had been driving since the previous afternoon so I was pretty tired to say the least. It was a clear morning and the sky was just turning blue. There were very few cars on the highway.

I rolled down the window to get some cold air on my face to wake me up. I leaned my head out and after a few seconds I tilted my head back to get some wind on my neck. At about a 75 to 80 degree angle above me a pewter colored sphere just dropped into my view way up at the edge of the atmosphere. It paused for a split second then zipped toward the west so fast that my eyes didn’t even try to follow it.

A second later another one dropped into view and followed the first one, then a third and then a forth.

I rapidly braked and pulled onto the shoulder without taking my eyes off of the spot where they had appeared. I got out and watched for several minutes but nothing else happened.

When I say sphere, I could only see the bottom of the….what ever they were so from my perspective I could almost imagine them as being a ball shaped.

They moved so fast to the west that getting a profile perspective as they moved off was impossible.

Ball of light enters van twice and dissolves through door and occupants experience missing time.

My name is ((name deleted)). I am a retired police ((deleted--senior officer)), 4--- years old. I have some info about an experience with a spherical light probe that entered my van some years ago. I am not some nut or some glory hound, I am a level headed person that had an unexplainable experience. I had taken my ex-wife ((wife's name deleted)) with me to a training class held by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) held in London, Ohio. I recall it was a one day session. My certificate for 1989 show 2 dates of one day long training, May 30 & July 10, 1989. I don't know which date this occurred on.I was driving on US Rt. 30 between Mansfield, Ohio and Wooster, Ohio. Actually I was closer to Mansfield. It was at night time, late between 11pm and midnight. My wife asked me the time, I looked at the clock and told her. Immediately there was a blinding flash of light. The bright flash occurred in the sky. The light was a very bright lightning flash. It filled my whole field of vision, filled the whole windshield of my Ford Econoline van. My wife screamed and I looked at her. This is when I saw "it." The "it" was a white-bluish bright ball of light that appeared to be floating in midair in my van. The ball of light was floating right in front of the abdomen, over the lap of my then wife (-now ex-wife). As she screamed the ball of light became more agitated. It clearly was reacting to her screams. It rapidly moved back and forth as it floated in front of her. It then moved to her right and vanished THROUGH the door panel of the van. It actually went through the door panel. The window was up and there was no sound. Within in a second or two the ball appeared back in the same location in front of her. I didn't see how or from where it appeared. It did exhibit the same properties and behavior as the first light ball, with one exception. I got a long and hard look at the ball. I stared at it and watched it. It appeared to be a ball of whitish-blue light (similar to the light of an arc welder). The ball was about the s! ize of a grapefruit with about 6 smaller light balls circling its equator. This ball of light moved back and forth in sync with ((wife's)) screams. It was then observed to float through the door panel, as before.

What is interesting is that from the time this experienced occurred until it ended, I figure 30 seconds had went by. In reality, when I looked at the dash clock 15 - 30 minutes had gone by!! I had never stopped driving the van. I never pulled over to the side of Rt. 30 or stopped. I have no memory of what I was doing during the experience. All I know is that I kept driving but I was looking at, staring at, studying the light balls. How this occurred, I have no idea.

((Wife)) did sketch the lights when we got back to Canton. We had divorced in 1988 but were friendly. So usingou dvorce and my training certificates, I have narrowed the occurance to two dates. I have not seen my ex-wife for over 10 years and I don't know what she did with the sketch.

I am a trained observer, 2- ((twenty +)) yr police ((senior officer)) and I know what occurred. I just can't account for the missing time and how I kept driving.

Fast, small, round low level ATC tower fly over.

USAF, retired Major,Master Navigator Instructor C-130, FAA Air Traffic Control Instructor Radar and Tower.

As I was opening the tower at the MFD Airport, I turned on the Brite screen, (tower radar). I saw a round blip on the outside ring, (15 miles), heading directly to the airport.

We were closed for another 5 minutes so I just kept doing my opening checklist. I kept an eye on the target occasionally because in a few minutes I figured I may be talking to him. Primary target only, but the target was exceptionally large.

Visibility was unlimited and no cloud cover. I expected to see some lights and here the pilot transmit on the common freq with closed tower procedures. I glanced again and the the target was moving fast, so it got my attention. I saw it the last time on the 5 mile range ring then I saw a round ball, no lights, unable on color zoom low level directly over the tower. Unsure on altitude but it caused me to reflexively duck, so low very low. I thought at first it went through the tower over my head. But I realized that was not possible, I think it's speed and low altitude caused this feeling.

Size, very small, smaller then an airplane. Hard to estimate, dark, fast no lights, no noise. I would say a little larger than a beach ball. Maybe smaller though.

Long time ago, I never reported this to anyone. Hope this helps with your investigations. Below I checked other aircraft in vicinity, these aircraft were all buttoned up on the flight line. No airborn aircraft in vicinity.

Only other guy awake that time of the day at Mansfield Airport is the radar guy, he saw the target, but I did not discuss the incident with him.

Electric storm, 5 red dots in a row, taking off in an arcing shape outside object first then inside objects.

An electric storm had started up quickly, with circling clouds and red lightning.

There were 5 red dots in a row. The two objects on the ends of the row took off first, arcing away from the center object and then the next two in took off in the same way, arcing away from the center and then the center light took off last, going straight ahead.

Enormous dark craft very slowly and quietly crossed sky overhead from east to west

When I was 16, we lived on a gravel road seven miles northeast of Mansfield, far from street lighting and most stray light pollution. It was particularly dark that night, no moon or new moon. The atmosphere was especially clear and the stars were brilliant from horizon to horizon. Many of the neighborhood kids were congregated in the road in front of our home talking when I noticed that all of the stars on the eastern horizon began to 'wink' out. Thinking it might be a cloud system moving in, I continued watching. The object was moving slowly yet too quickly to be a cloudbank. There was no wind or breeze. As it approached overhead, we could make out only five, dim white lights stretching out north to south along the bottom of the craft. It passed overhead, silently and steadily, and continued until it disappeared over the western horizon. The entire incident took maybe five minutes. We were all asking each other if we could make out a shape, but because of the inky black sky, none us could make out any perceptible shape. It was enormous however, based on the large expanse of starlit sky that it covered.

Famous Coyne helicopter encounter

Army Reserve helicopter encountered domed, craft-like object that beamed green light into cockpit, lifted helicopter off course (UFOE II). The Army helicopter 68-15444 was returning from Columbus, Ohio, to Cleveland, Ohio, and SE of Mansfield Airport while flying at an altitude of 2500 feet and on a heading of 030 degrees, SSG Yanacsek observed a red light on the east horizon, 90 degrees to the flight path of the helicopter. Approximately 30 seconds later, Yanacsek indicated the object was converging on the helicopter at the same altitude at an airspeed in excess of 600 knots and on a midair collision heading. Captain Coyne observed the converging object, took over the controls of the aircraft and initiated a power descent from 2500 feet to 1700 feet to avoid impact with the object. A radio call was initiated to Mansfield Tower who acknowledged the helicopter and was asked by Capt. Coyne if there were any high performance aircraft flying in the vicinity of Mansfield Airport, however there was no response received from the tower. The crew expected impact from the object; instead the object was observed to hesitate momentarily over the helicopter and then slowly continued on a westerly course accelerating at a high rate of speed, clear west of Mansfield Airport then turn 45 degrees heading to the NW. Capt. Coyne indicated the altimeter read a 100 fpm (feet per minute) climb and read 3500 feet with the collective in the full down position. The aircraft was returned to 2500 feet by Capt. Coyne and flown back to Cleveland, Ohio. The flight plan was closed and the FAA Flight Service Station notified of the incident. The radio returned to normal 10 minutes after the incident, having gone completely dead on both UHF and VHF frequencies just after Coyne had established contact with Mansfield control tower. Some witnesses on the ground reported seeing the helicopter as well as and object "like a blimp" and "as big as a school bus" hovering above the helicopter. When the UFO's gr! een ligh t appeared it was described by the witnesses as "like rays coming down and the helicopter, the trees, the road and everything turned green." Capt Coyne: "From a speed of 600 mph, it abruptly slowed down to our exact speed of 100 mph and hovered above us." Co-pilot Jezzi: "The object was cigar-shaped, metallic grey, with a dome on top." Staff Sergeant Healey : "It was about 60 feet long, without any portholes or intake openings that we could see. At first it was just showing a red light in nose. Then a green spotlight at the back swept around and shone into our cabin." (Sources: Zeidman, NARCAP Case 36, Army Disposition Form 23 Nov 1973). Reviewing his instruments, Coyne noticed that the magnetic compass was rotating slowly, while the Radio Magnetic Indicator was functioning normally. Cigar shaped craft chases little boy home.

I am reporting this on behalf of my son, who may choose to file his own report later. He may not recall this as he was only eight years old at the time.

This report relates to the Sighting Report filed by the Police Captain and occurred within the Mansfield, Ohio city limits just south of the west end of Cook Road.

After an early dinner our son went out to ride his bicycle while his mother and I finished our meal. It was a clear, sunny and beautiful early evening. Our son ran into the house, out of breath and said that a space ship just chased him on his bicycle and he ran into the house. Our son was NOT prone to exaggeration but after a casual glance outside on our part, we dismissed the subject and idea.

His description of the craft was that it was shaped like a cigar and had red, blue and green flashing lights. He said that it got "real close" to him but I don't know what the distance might have been. No mention was made of any noise comming from the craft and he did not say what happened to it.

Parents learn lessons the hard way sometime. That evening on the news out of Cleveland, 65 miles to the north east of Mansfield, it was reported that a military helicopter on a flight from Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio on it's way to Cleveland had to take evasive action to avoid a collision with a cigar shaped UFO with red, blue and green flashing lights. The encounter occurred over Mansfield, Ohio in the same time frame as our son's experience. The pilot was interviewed along with his co-pilot and both men were highly respected by the military and were considered honest. I had heard, years later, that this was one of the best documented and most reliable accounts on record. Also, years after the experience, there was a notice in the Mansfield News Journal newspaper that research was being done on this very incident. Witnesses were being sought and the intent was to interview them and get their consent to undergo hypnosis for in depth acquisition of data. I responded to this notice in writing and my letter was returned, unopened, several weeks later claiming that no such address existed in Columbus, Ohio.

Needless to say, neither his mother nor I ever dismissed his inputs to us thereafter.

In the Fall of 1973 my sister and I came upon a large silver object hovering approximatley 20 feet above us on a clear, sunny afternoon in a heavily populated residential area. We walked around and underneath the craft for 15 or 20 minutes while it remained motionless and soundless above what should have been a busy, suburban street. Without apparent means the craft suddenly shot straight up into a small cloud and drifted away. We both completly forgot about this incident for 3 years. I think it is also relevant that both of us felt then and now that we are missing a 24 hour period of our lives.

Please forgive me in advance if this narrative seems to ramble. Frankly I am a little trepeditious of relaying the events of that afternoon 25 years ago. I am still fearful of what I saw but I am more afraid of what I cannot remember. My hope is that by relaying this bit of truth I might be able to let go of some of the isolation I feel in a forum of like-minded individuals and perhaps make contact with someone who also saw what we saw. As for autobiography I am a 41 year old Police Captain who has led a relatively normal life of ups and downs, good times and bad. I had an average childhood and an interesting adult life of travel. love affairs and advanced education. I suppose I'm just pretty damned average in every way except for this nagging experience which continues to haunt me. In either September or October of 1973 at approximately 1515 hours, my sister ((Name deleted)) (13yoa) and I (16yoa) had just been dropped off by our school bus in front of our house. We were living in a heavily populated suburban area of Mansfield Ohio in the ((Address deleted)) block of Cook Road. Cook Road itself is a busy two lane street and, although our section was mostly residential, a school and a convenience store were both within half a block from where we stood. Our house was at the base of two gradually sloping hills amidst dozens of homes on both sides of the street. I had exited the bus before my sister and stood waiting for her on the sidewalk. As she stepped from the bus and it pulled away I was startled to see a large object hovering over the street where the school bus had been. I pointed it out to my sister and we both stood captivated by it's appearance and proximity. The craft was approximatly 40 feet long and 15 or 20 feet tall. It hovered silently 35 or 40 feet overhead and had lights encircling it's cigar-shaped structure. I believe there was a larger red light on one end and a green light on the other but the rest of the smaller lights were multicolored. It was of a metal which looked like brushed aluminium and had no visible means of levitation or propulsion, no wings or propellers. I walked into the street underneath the craft and accross the street to see it from the other side. There were no numbers or letters of any kind displayed and I could not see any seams for the release of landing apparatus. At one point I picked up a rock to hear what it would sound like bounced against the exterior but my sister disuaded me from throwing it. I remember we were becomming increasingly distressed when I was not able to identify this object and by the fact we were alone. It had been at least 15 minutes since we first saw the craft and during this time, remarkably, no one had passed by. No one came out onto their front porch, no other kids walked the sidewalks and no cars drove by. In retrospect this seems absurd given the time of day and usual traffic on Cook Road. When I returned to the side of the street on which my sister stood I now saw a small black oval slightly above the row of lights. We thought it might be a window and waved but there was no response. Several minutes later the craft silently shot up and into a small cumulus cloud which drifted away. I remember my sister asking me what it was to which I replied "I don't know. do you think it could be one of those UFO's the paper's been writing about?" We were both excited and scared as we walked into our ho! use whereupon we both completely forgot about it. Although we had no apparant memory of the event I recall that we were both very upset with our mother whom we accused of leaving us for a 24 hour period. Mom insisted she had never done such a thing but we were convinced we had experienced a full 24 hours without her. This missing time was particularly perplexing to both of us and, to this day, remains a disturbing reality. I know that I am missing a day, but I cannot explain it. Three years after our encounter I had a sudden recall of the events described above while talking about the cosmos with some college friends. I called my sister and asked her if she had ever seen a flying saucer. At first she said no but when I mentioned the school bus in Ohio she also had a sudden realization and literally gasped on the phone. Her memory of the event is almost exactly like my own including the little window and the strange missing time. There's a lot more to tell about subsequent related occurances and some strange stories of little men I used to tell to my mother when I was very young but this is the heart of the matter. Life goes on but I sure wish I could understand the "what's" and the "why"s" of this event.

This report is in response to the 9/20/73 incident in Mansfield , Ohio which was reported January 1999. I have just now read this and am compelled to send in the account of my observation , which is remarkable only in that it occurred one mile NW from the location of the 9/20/73 incident. Regrettably, I can only narrow the date to between 1972 and 1974, though it did occur during the regular school year. I was a pupil of the Woodland Elementary school at the time. It was early to mid morning with clear skies. I was leaning with my back against a SW wall looking south when I looked up. I do not know why I looked up, but when I did I immediately saw an oval image directly overhead moving slowly from west to east. It was pure white with a slight homogenous glow over its shape. The major axis of the oval was several full moon widths long and the minor axis was about half of the major. The edges were slightly fuzzy due to the glow. The image had no colors or marks and I did not hear any sound from it. The lack of markings or sharp edges prevented me from judging it’s altitude, but I did have the impression that it was low, maybe tree top level. I observed this for three to six seconds until it passed out of view behind the school roof. I paused for just enough seconds to say to myself, “what in the...?”, then ran away from the building expecting to see it again. If it had maintained it’s velocity, I would have definitely seen it in the clear sky, but it was gone. Other kids were outside, but none were looking up. I wish I could provide a more accurate date, but I do not even recall what season it was. I am fairly sure of the year range, so there is a chance that it may have been 9/20/73.

The night Duke the dog died

I was returning from my aunts house who lived behind us at the time I was 11yrs old. I was out after dark and had to be home before mom came home from work that night. I heard a strange humming noise coming from the other side of a large hedge. There was a large apple tree that I was passing under so I had to move to the hedge where there was a hole that the neighbor kids and I would pass thru to get to each others house.When I got to the pass thru I noticed something hovering above the neighbors dog house and that Duke the dog was not barking but staring at this thing. I looked up to see a saucer type object just floating there. No lights and only a slight humming noise is all there was. Duke started to bark but I wasnt sure if it was at the object or me being there in the dark. But after a few barks this thing started to hum louder and went straight up then with in seconds it was out of site but it took less than 1 second for this object to go from 30 feet off the ground to a few thousand feet turn at a right angle and disappearing. That night it had rained but I know for a fact that it did not storm. But Duke the dog was found dead and all the grass in a 30 foot circle was dead and brown. The rest of the yard was still healthy. I dont know what killed Duke but I do know it wasnt a storm.

It was dark, and my sister and I heard a low humming deep sound.

She was ,eight,I was six. This wasnt our first time hearing the humming low roar soft sound.

My mother said to ignore it,but we insisted on her to open the door, to prove to her, again, what was (is) out there.

When she opened the door she, feel with astonishment, against the the door.

See, I said,I was calm, but my sister wasn't.The hover,over the roof,no wind, but a low rumblel noise,huge light,under neath.It dropped off two people in the neigber hood.One adult, and one teenager.Both on either side of subdivision.

He cried out, saying where am I, and she screamed, running towards her house.

My mother walked him home, My sister and I knew theyll be back, again.
