Craft shifted from orb of light to unmarked airplane that flew overhead

Looked in the distance and saw a bright orb of light reflecting in the clouds. The light came out of the cloud by moving directly towards the left and then kind of slowly moved towards us, shifting from an orb of glowing light into a completely unmarked plain grey plane that flew overhead. One of the witnesses is very savvy with planes and aircraft, and was unsure what the plane was, having seen nothing like it and was confused by the way it moved.

I was sitting on my porch with my mom and I looked up to see a grey circle with a bright white spot in the middle flying by

We were sitting on our phones and I looked up to see this thing flying by pretty far away at a decent speed. When I first saw it, it looked like a circle with a glowing white part in the middle, but it then rotated and looked like what you would expect from viewing a greyish black disk from the side. I then said to my mom, who is a full believer, “is that a ufo?” She immediately jumped up and when I pointed it out she agreed it didn’t look like anything she’s seen before. It was pretty far off in the distance, and I watched it pass behind a pine tree across the street, come out the other side and then keep flying further into the distance. It was definitely not a plane or helicopter, as a skeptic myself I would say it was a drone, but I have never seen a drone fly that fast, high, far, or resemble this object.

Massive rectangular UFO/UAP, like a flying skyscraper that passes over our car and vanishes. It was unlike anything i could imagine

Driving west on US 64 from Folsom Capulin NM where it’s a Bortle 1 and at the time around the new moon and I noticed a fuzzy finger like object that wasn’t supposed to be there in the sky, Northwest of us. I pointed it out to my mother who was driving and as it got closer at first I thought it to be starlink and even said so to my mother, but then it kept getting closer and closer until almost right in front of us in the sky. A huge rectangular object standing straight up like a building. It had red lights that ran down the middle, the body a type of green with rectangles on either side of the red lights which were also a similar shade of green. Along the sides between the rectangular areas and at the base and tip of the object were little yellow type lights. I was in such shock and had a small flicker of fear that I couldn’t take my eyes and mind from it long enough to take more pics and video it with my phone but it happened so fast and had thought it starlink. As it passed over top our car I looked out the sunroof and to my surprise it was now laying flat, parallel to the ground and was rapidly vanishing from front to back as if cloaking. It made no sound, had no signs of anything pushing or pulling it along. I’ve also including a screen shot from a report on this site of an incident that happened the same night, within minutes of when I first saw it, and this 11 year old girl drew a picture that I swear is the same thing in her drawing. Almost seamed like something from Transformers movies and cartoons, but different. In her drawing you can see the red lights in the middle, the green body with the rectangles and even the ends where the yellow lights were and they said it vanished and the drawing shows it in the same position it was in when i saw it vanish. Included is also my pic from when I first saw it and also a zoomed in pic that you can zoom in on more and start to make out the red lights in middle. I’ve thought I’ve seen UFO/UAP before in my life, but this was on an entirely different level that I can’t explain.

Saw an object disappear and instantly reappear further away multiple times, got closer and saw that it was a delta with 3 lights.

At approximately 11:03 pm on Saturday July 23rd, my wife and I were returning from the gym in Folsom to our home. While southbound on hwy 25, my wife remarked on an object that appeared at first to be a star, but said it was moving very fast and asked "what is that?"

Looking through the windshield I observed what appeared to be the same object, and thought it possessed the physical appearance of a bright star. It was moving westward, and seemed to be bouncing up and down, and would disappear and reappear further away. There were a few times where the object seemed to fade out of one place and appear far away at the same instant. The light appeared to blinking in a somewhat rhythmic fashion, gradually dimming out completely and then reappearing further away at a rate of one blink every two seconds.

While watching it I judged it at first to be extremely far away, but noticed that it appeared to be moving in a manner that would be consistent with a lower altitude (the object appeared over our heads as we drove underneath it, and it seemed to get higher as we got closer), and I would say it was around 200-400m high. From there I would say we noticed it about one to two miles away.

After judging it to be fairly close, it went behind a treeline. We continued straight down the highway, and we both became excited asking each other what we thought it was. When we got underneath where it appeared to pass, I rolled the window down and looked out west. I saw, very clearly, three bright lights in a tight triangle. It appeared to be directly over a field and someones home. The color of the light had changed to a more blue/LED color, but was still pulsing at the same rate as the other light. It did not disappear and reappear at this time. It dimmed and grew in intensity but remained visible. I looked around for any other lights but did not see any. The triangle shape of the lights was very apparent. We continued down the highway at speed and I quickly lost sight. The encounter lasted 2-4 minutes.
After this we were so astonished that we passed up our home. I checked the clock to verify the time, and turned around several miles down the road and returned home. On our driveway, we stopped to observe another very bright light that was behaving very differently. It passed overhead at which point we could tell it was definitely a jet plane. It was very loud and bright, and we could make out the green and red position lights. The other object made no sound, was not as bright, had no color position lights, and was fading in and out and constantly changing its flight path. The jet was on a static course. The object seemed to be on a carousel.

I am a 27 years old controls electrician. I install and program Siemens controls products. I do not drink or take drugs and have never claimed to have seen strange things. I am a very skeptical person, and am not religeous. I do not know what I saw, and am very interested to hear if anyone else saw anything that night.

My wife is 30 years old and has her Bachelors degree in applied nursing sciences. She is also a very skeptical person who does not drink or take drugs and is not given to fanciful ideas. She does not like to talk about the sighting.

Shiny chrome,very fast and moved in every direction with easy.

There were 6 shiny orbs, like chrome tic-tacs flying in formation but in a box like formation, one of these chrome objects would break formation and take off and backwards for a few seconds then come back and perform moves in every direction like it was nothing. They would all take turns doing this, and at speeds I've never seen before, in every direction. And I think they were following a jet airliner that had past over me about 5 minutes earlier. These chrome shiney orbs could have caught the jet air liner with out hesitation. And then with a blink of my eyes they were gone in the cloud cover to there left.

I was flying over Folsom from Sacramento to Vegas and saw a pill shaped dark grey object suspended in the air that did not move.

I was leaving from Sacramento Airport to Vegas Airport on April 4th. The flight took off around 6 and I was over Folsom lake I approximate around 6:15 to 6:30. There was a dark gray pill/ cigar shaped object suspended vertically with the round part facing up towards the sky. The object was not moving and was stationary the entire time. I approximate it was 3/4 the distance from the ground to where the airplane was. It was in my focus for about 30 seconds as the plane flew over it. It never moved and did not have any lights.

Filming a T-38 in flight and saw a UFO in the video

I was filming a T-38 on its approach to land at Mather Airfield and I noticed an object that flew into frame rather fast. I’ve lived near this airfield for 30 years, even when it was an Airforce base and have never seen any aircraft come close to another aircraft. When I slowed the video down to watch frame by frame, I noticed that it did not look like any other aircraft I’ve ever seen. It was spherical in shape and had some sort of vapor coming out of the back of the craft. As it moved forward the vapor seemed to move from the rear to the sides. It was also flying faster than most aircraft I’ve seen in the area. It was dark metallic looking (from what I could tell) however at on point light seemed to reflect off of it. It vanished just as quickly as it showed up.

Driving home on hwy 50 towards El dorado hills, around 10pm. We noticed a tall office building. It looked like 80 windows with silver metallic covers that were rippling. Then the windows turned metallic pink. Then all of the sudden it turned into a ufo disk. Vibrant colors. It was hovering. Then it became bigger. Then the UFO started having rings come down. I snapped pictures, until we passed it. People were slamming on their brakes. That's when I called 911. The next day, my daughter told me it was an Intel drone. The day prior to this I was reading about someone on TikTok? Was claiming to be from the future and wanted to warn us about aliens coming to earth on Aug 11th.

At 6:57 pm est i video recorded two glowing fireballs flying @1600’ right behind one another, with constant speed 300mph right behind each other in the same pattern. Never changing altitude or course very straight in the flight pattern. We watched until they disappeared in the clouds i checked with my phones siri to check on flights above me and nothing was scheduled. As a drone pilot these made no noise and am very familiar with drones and flights of them. This was not two drone flying the same flight pattern and speed and direction impossible.

Large orange sphere-shaped object slowly moved across the sky from the NW to NE in Pennsylvania

We were sitting in our yard as we frequently do on weekends. We like to watch for satellites, the ISS, etc., and have seen these plenty of times and are very familiar with them.

At 22:17 (10:17 PM ET) we saw this orange light appear from the NW sky and it moved slowly across the sky to the NE and then disappeared as it reached a certain point in the distance, much like a satellite does. However, unlike a satellite or the ISS, this object was much larger, approx. the size of a dime held at arm's length and it was orange like fire, but was not a fireball. It was bigger than any airplane lights and there were no flashing lights. It was just a solid orange light and it was silent. It took around two minutes to move across the sky.

V-shaped object with no lights moving Silently over the town of Folsom.

On November 10th, at approximately 22:45 hours, I was looking up into the night sky, while talking to someone who was in a elevated position. As I was talking to them, I noticed a dark shadow move over their head. I focused my attention into the object and observed a large triangle object, moving in a southernly direction. The object was approximately 2500 feet about the ground moving at a slow pace. The object had no lights or markings and was about the size of a football field and blended into the night sky. The area I was standing in was lit up with powerful night time lighting and the light was reflecting off the metal material of the object. As I watched the object it was moving in a slow manner in a southernly direction. The thing that was the most amazing was that the object made no sound at all.

Something showed up in old picture

Hi Peter, I'm not sure what to do with this and although I'm a member of MUFON, you've always been my "go to" guy.

My husband and I were coming down hi-way 50 on 6-18-17 returning home to Lincoln, from Tahoe and I had my camera with me. I like to take shots of cloud formations and we had some clouds rolling through with all the pretty colors. Not sure what time it was but I'm guessing towards sunset and I believe we were around the Prairie City Rd. exit. I snapped some pix and decided to look at them later. The weather was beautiful that day. A few clouds but no rain in Tahoe or in the valley. At some point after that I checked them out and they were in my "gallery". All the pix are less than 1" square and I didn't look closely at any of them.

Two weeks ago, I was going through the gallery pix, deciding which ones to keep and I came across this one. I did not see this object or whatever it is at the time I took it. I do remember when I took it because it was my late mother's birthday and if I had seen it at the time, I would have showed it to my husband.

I don't know if you remember, but I emailed you or maybe wrote an account of possibly taking a photo of a ufo, it was pink/purple colored football shaped object and I immediately showed my husband and got all excited about it. I'm not very good at the tech stuff and couldn't figure out how to send you the picture. Turns out it was something on the window as the next time we went somewhere, I wanted to double check it and the same thing happened so I discarded it. I also sent in the account dating back to 1960 with my twin brother's experience.

I've taken a picture of the picture on my phone, I'm determined if nothing, and that's how I'm able to send it now. My phone is a Samsung 4G LTE and my camera is a Canon ELPH 350 HS Powershot. Oh, and my husband is a huge skeptic and when he saw this, he was amazed and told me I needed to send it to someone. Of course, my first thought was you.

I know you are a busy man but when you get the chance could you please take a look and get back to me with any thoughts. I would really appreciate it.

I was driving east bound Highway 50 just before sunset, to my 10'oclock I noticed an orange light about 30 deg above horizon. It seemed odd to me due to the color of the light being orange. I noticed that there was a dark spherical object that the light was on. I thought it may have been a helicopter or plane since it was near the flight path for Mather Field. There were no FAA lights on the object.

As the object came closer I kept looking to see if it was a helicopter, but still looked spherical as it passed over me. It seemed to be flying in the direction of Mather Field from the area of the Intel building in Folsom.

The lights were orange and I could not see any green, red or strobe lights that would indicate FAA regulated lights. I saw no wings or propellers. The object stayed spherical in shape.

My friend and I were coming home it was around 10:30p. We’re driving along and out her front windshield we see what we thought was a shooting star come into view going left to right, but it lasted too long and is was too bright and going extremely fast. It was shooting down at a steep angle, 45 degrees. Then I can see 2 lights on it not just 1 and realize it's not a shooting star but a plane or something that is going to crash. Then it disappeared in less than a second. There were no clouds in the sky infact there were stars out.

I've been watching crafts with multi-color lights pose in the sky as stars through my telescope since November of 08 every night.

Since November 16th of 2008 I've been watching objects in the sky pose a stars is what it seems. During the same time each night, these objects it seems turn multi color light on which are blue, green, and red and it zig zags and dances around. There is one red light that is on top of all of these objects and looking through a telescope and binoculars it would seem that these so called stars are in our airspace. If its a clear night I can show anyone who would like to see them. The best time is between 7:00-8:45 PM is when the lights are on.

Again, I've been watching these objects every night since 11/16/08. On 11/22/08 a News 10 Sacramento helicopter was covering a high school foot game and try to get close to one of these objects and it got further and further away from the helicopter.

It was since explained a few days later that it was an airplane with lights doing advertising which is not the case. I went online and the video of the helicopter chasing this object has been removed from every site it was on and only a still picture of what they chased is there.

Object spotted overhead moving quickly from east to west with three linear non flashing lights.

Enjoying the hot tub with my wife looking up into the very clear night sky and witnessed a moving object never seen before. It had three non-flashing evenly spaced lights in a linear formation moving quickly from east to west.

There was no sound emitted and could not judge the elevation of the object but it was moving quicker than any normal plane would.

Observers are 40 and 50 and would like to think this was not a drone or something similar.

Gold/yellowish light stops by what might be ufo then I see a circular object fly by with green and red lights

Around 8 pm we walked outside to see something far off in the distance. When I grabbed the binoculars I seen something that was blinking green...red...orange...then repeats. I don't know what that was but then 5 mins later a gold, yellowish ball shot out randomly from the sky and went next to what we thought was a UFO blinking green red and orange...it sat next to it for about 5 seconds then started coming over towards my house.

When it came over my house I looked through the binoculars...I saw a circular object! A green light on the front, a red light on the back and one green light on both sides of the object...then we ran to the front to see and it was too far away. I got a picture but its too small. My dad and sister thought it was a plane...but before that happened two planes flew over us and I know what a plane looks like. This was a ball of a bold gold/yellowish light and it was pretty big... And a plane doesn't stop in the air...it happen to stop rig! ht by what we thought was already a UFO...then when it took off the gold/yellow light was turned off and green and red lights were seen then. And I don't know if those planes I saw were after the object because they were going the opposite direction but the planes came around 2 minutes before the ball of light

Triangular aircraft was spotted 400-800 feet in the sky, eventually following myself and my friend and stopping to hover over the trees

Late at night in 2010 or 2011 my friend and I decided to take a 15 minute walk to grab some soda from the vending machine in front of a local store. We were two 19 year old girls who had spent the night hanging out together.

On our way back to her apartment with our soda, I was looking to the east at the neighborhoods there and the skies above them. I saw a very bright yellow/white light in the skies, I'd guess 400-800 feet above the houses. It was high enough that I thought it might be one of the brightest stars, but upon closer inspection my depth perception allowed me to see that it was much closer than I'd initially thought.

It quickly became evident that the bright light was growing larger and brighter very quickly, and it reminded us of seeing a helicopter's searchlight from a distance without the beam. Just a concentrated point of extremely bright light, like a star.

Eventually it seemed that it wasn't just moving in our general direction, but coming toward us specifically. It was hard to believe that this was happening. We started running to her apartment then. After turning down her street and slowing to catch our breath, we turned around to see that it had followed us the whole way. It was gliding very slowly before stopping and silently hovering just above the neighborhood trees (maybe 50-100 feet above us).

The object was black or dark grey, triangular, and had a single white/yellow light at each point. It was completely silent while in motion and while hovering. It didn't visibly disturb the trees. It really felt like we were being stared at and it felt unsettling.

After a few moments, we ran the short remaining distance up the road and went inside her apartment. We didn't dare to go outside or even look out the windows again that night. I've never seen anything like it before that night or since.

Four white objects in formation over Folsom, CA

They were white and looked like large birds lazily gliding - but the perfect formation was never broken.

While I watched, I saw an odd, experimental looking airplane fly overhead, and by the time I looked back at the formation, they were gone.

I drove back to work, studying the sky and saw two objects, maybe aircraft, flying low on the horizon at the same altitude. I couldn't see more than two, due to nearby trees. Back at work, I saw nothing.

The three objects in formation moved like aircraft in an air show, but their speed seemed too slow to be planes - and the formation was too perfect to be birds, though they seemed to fly like gliding birds.

I wish I had binoculars.

Bright lght with glowing red lights top and bottom changing speed and direction over Folsom

Nov 10th 2010 My brother in law and I just got off work at 12:45 a.m. and where on our way home. We take White Rock to Old Placerville road every night. Like every night I’m on the lookout for strange things in the sky.

Last night we came over the hill and I noticed a bright light with a flashing red light and it was moving slowly east coming right at us. It got over the top of us and it started moving north toward Folsom at a high rate of speed. The top of the craft had a glowing red light as well as the bottom. The middle was lit up with three dull white lights and the middle of the craft was wider so it made it looked saucer shaped. We headed down east Bidwell following it into Folsom. It stopped over the housing project where I live and turned and headed east again. We tried to follow it but it eventually flew off and we lost sight of it.

When I got home at 1:00a.m., my wife was up waiting for me. I asked her if she had herd a helicopter or any planes flying over in the last couple of minutes and she said no. The craft was flying low enough where she would have herd something.

As I was driving home I looked up to see what apeared to be a plane without any lights on heading east but only the reflection from the full moon which was behind me. I watched it for about 30 seconds as it traveled at a normal speed for a plane when without warning it instantly accelerated at an alarming rate, left a short dull light trail and disappeared. I have seen my share of meteor showers and I have never seen one change speed, and I dont think that it could have been one simply for the fact of it cruising at a normal speed and then speeding off.

We were traveling North on Hwy 25 and a bluish white light crossed from East to West across the highway. Its movements were somewhat sporadic but intelligent. It did not blink. We could not find a source for the light on the ground.

A bright, big circular object over Folsom, California

I was taking out the trash at my job when i looked up in the sky and saw a very bright circular flying object. It was very close to the ground to be a plane and was moving at speeds that were unthinkable. It was brighter than a full moon and about half the size. It flew over me then stopped in mid-air. It waited for 15 seconds, then abruptly moved very fast to the left. It floated for another 10 seconds and then miraculously the light when dark. It vanished just like that.

-Another thing i found odd was i was in a back parking lot with only two cars in it and when the object disappeared both of the car alarms went off without any outside interference.

Extremely fast, bright light flies then disapears

I was taking the trash out from my job around 9:45 at night, when a bright circle-like object flew above me. It was going very,very fast. Then, all of the sudden, it stopped in mid-air and hovered there. It zipped to the right at an extremely fast speed, which i've never seen any other flying object do!. It hovered again to my right. Then, it just went blank. The light literally just went invisible or teleported. There was nothing there. It vanished in the sky. It didn't fly somewhere, but just went blank. As soon as i saw it, four car alarms next to me went off! There were no people so i found it strange that it did that.

bright orange object moving across horizon

at 8:25 pm on 5/11, my wife and i were going to a local store in folsom ,ca. my wife noticed a long glowing yellow-orange "slit"looking or "line/disk" looking object towards the west during sunset moving across the horizon heading south. while driving, it appeared to be still. we pulled over and got out of the car to get a better look. it was definitly moving. we watched it for a few minutes, trying to figure out what it was, when it suddenly vanished completely.

im not sure where this object was located exactly, maybe over the bay area or ocean. it was pretty far away. if anyone else seen this or has any information on what it might have been, please let us know!!!!

We wonder whether the witnesses might have been observing a "contrail" behind a high-altitude aircraft, which was being illuminated in the western sky by the setting Sun. Just a guess, since we did not see the display. PD

two hawk shaped objects paceing small jet at high alt. and speed

I was driving and when came to a stop light I looked out of my open window up into the semi puffy wierd cloudy crystal clear blue sky of which i have a slight habit of doing , quite frankly i observe the skys every day, so to say i have a keen eye like a hawk again my sight is highly trained and practiced. well,I quickly spoted a small leer jet type plane at 11:00 position headed north east at about 20,000 ft. just above the cloud level. I was observing the plane mainly for a con-chemtral when i noticed just behind the plane on both ends of the wings of the plane where to hawk shaped objects paceing the plane they where both the same distance behind the plane about a thumbnail length but seemed to be just higher then plane they looked like two souring hawk at high altitude but they flew at the exact same speed as the plane, they and the jet plane flew pretty much right over my head and off to the north going extremely fast I just kept looking and looking saying to myself no no no hawks dont fly at the same speed and hieght of a jet air plane I have been perplexed ever since that bazarre event oh every one in traffic was laughing at me as i pulled myself back through my car window

black government triangular shape hovering above Hwy 50 in Sacramento

The craft was triangular in shape and appeared to have three lights fixed at each angle. It was hovering at a stand still over Highway 50 just above the tree line of some large native pine trees and looked to be 2 yards length from the ground. I could'nt believe my eyes as we drove by it and noticed no blinking lights that would portray a personal/commercial aircraft. If I were to guess, it looked to be a one of ours due to the engineering aspest of the craft.

I've spotted E.T UFO's in the past but, this one was somewhat rustic in nature. I say this because there was no discoloration from the lights at the bottom of the triangle it just shined a yellowish/white light. I should of pulled over to get a closer look however, circumstances and traffic didn't allow it.

I also forgot to mention that after sighting the object some of the street lights blacked out as it appeared there was a energy force within the area.

As it turned north, the lights were obstructed by an oak tree in our cul-de-sac, and I ran to the front yard to see what this was. It took me about 8 seconds to view around the oak tree and there was nothing in the sky.

White cylinder craft dissapears and reappears right above us on Folsom lake in CA. 5 witnesses

There was a group of 5 people wakebarding on Folsom lake around 7 o'clock on Wedensday the 24th. Our boat was travelling parralell next to the Folsom dam.

Above the damn we saw a white cylindrical object in the sky. It appeared still at first then slowly moved away from the dam. In no way did it appear to be a plane.

It was in the sky for a good minute when our friend fell down in the water, and we took our eyes of the craft for no more than 5 seconds. Then we look back and it had dissapeared.

Before we had turned away it was a fairly close distance and no plane could have dissapeared that fast from how close it was to us.

This day there were absolutely no clouds in the sky.

10 min later on the way back to the dock, we were all scanning the skys when suddenly the same craft was directly above us! It had appeared there in practically an instant. Then it moved toward the damn at a faster speed. We eventually lost sight of the craft until it was too far.

We also saw a helicopter in the area that appeared to be head in the direction of the craft. We also saw plenty of passenger planes that were instanly identifiable as planes. This craft shared no resemblence. None of the plane were moving at the speed of the craft.

Triangular shape over Folsom, CA

The object was witnessed by 3 people who have never seen anything like this before, or made any such report. Male age 52, son age 18, female age 50. All three of us wrote down our observations independently and they are almost completely identical. Object was observed almost directly overhead, moving roughly northwest. It was a triangular shape, with softly glowing orange tips on all three points. The outline appeared to be faintly lit as well. I would guess its' altitude to have been at least several thousand feet. It moved steadily in a straight line until it was blocked by the roof of the house. There was absolutely no sound we could discern.
