Was driving car and saw a glowing outline of an object moving irregularly at insane speed.

The object appeared (had a glowing outline with an irregular shape similar to pentagon) and immediately plunged down and then pivoted upwards at almost incomprehensible speed (roughly a 90 degree angle). The object maintained the same speed throughout and then completely vanished before my eyes.

I saw it moving quickly and noticed it wasn’t a plane.

It ended up disappearing into the clouds, was only able to catch it at the last moment. There was only one and it flew straight up into the clouds. Couldn’t really see much detail because of the sunlight.

August 12, 2019 at 11:10PM, Waynesboro, PA 17268 Saw a large extremely bright light travel across the Cumberland Valley , then become stationary. My wife thinks that there was a red light next to the white light. After 15 to 20 seconds, it made a left turn and traveled Northeast at a high speed (fifty times faster than a commercial jet and disappeared There was no sound.

Driving to downtown Waynesboro, GA, from near Vogtle nuclear plant, I received a text message, upon looking up from my phone I saw the silhouette of a large black triangle that appeared to be hovering about 200ft off the ground a short way down the road from me over a field to my left.

This triangle had orange lights that blinked from one side to the other in various brightness.

The lights began fading and the craft disappeared shortly after, but didn’t appear to have moved anywhere, it just faded away.

40 bright white dots traveling quickly, Augusta county Virginia.

While walking our dog tonight at approx 7:00 p.m. my wife and I noticed approx 40 bright white objects moving west to east in a large spread out group. This is the second time that we have witnesses this in the last 7 or so months.

The last time we saw these objects the weather was exactly the same, clear & cold with gusts from the west. The only difference this time is that there were twice as many objects, all traveling the same direction, but at random positions up and down back and forth.

It is very hard to say how high they were, but maybe at a few hundred feet is all.

This only lasted for 10 min before all were out of sight to the eastern sky.

Multiple objects ascending from mountain range and disappearing as being cloaked

This evening at approximately 9:55PM in Waynesboro,PA, we witnessed multiple sightings of what appeared to be an unidentified craft ascending from the East at the near top of South Mountain.

When the object first appeared, you could see what looked like the launching of a space rocket with a fiery base as it ascended straight up into the night sky in a SLOW ascension.

The object would move slowly and go directly to the skies and then take what looked like a ‘slight wiggle pattern’ to the right before beginning to do what I can only describe as ‘cloaking’ itself.

These objects (5 total witnessed) all followed the same pattern and did the same things. The appearance of each would take about 5 minutes before disappearing into thin air. Some were bright orange (4), only the second one was red. No sounds were heard in the night skies. At one point, several flashes of white light appeared across the horizon. The lights came from the north and looked like wide beams of strobe-like beams that you would only see in a rock concert setting.

My friend and I tried to capture these objects ascending to the skies while holding our iPhones. Although the videos have shake errors, you can see them online using the following YouTube links:

Bright red firey light moving silently across the sky, then went up and dissapeared.

Myself and two other people were working on a lawn tractor in a nice suburban neighborhood trying to get it started. We are in the age range of late teen to early 20's. We do not drink. I had already gotten dark. My one friend said, “woa, look at that!”. In the west/northwest sky we saw a very bright red light. It came up over the houses, and then began to silently hover.

We thought it was a parachute flare because it looked fairly low, however I know for a fact that most parachute flares only stay lit for 40 seconds. It had that bright red fiery glow flares have! They also make noise when being fired off when you’re at a close distance. This stayed lit for around 5 minutes. It began to fade, but never came down. In fact I believe it faded because it was going up! Eventually it looked like it went up into the clouds. It then disappeared.

Well, it was very interesting. That alone made us excited. Then after around 10 minutes later, the same light came back down briefly! It hovered again for maybe a minute, then went back up again and disappeared. Nobody else saw it from what I know. I don’t understand how somebody else could not have seen it! It was too amazing to be ignored. This is the second time I have seen this type of ufo in my town. The first was about two years ago. We are close to several military bases including Site R, and Camp David if that has anything to do with it.

I take my video camera with me wherever I go...of coarse on this night I decided to leave it home! Never again will I make this mistake.

Two different types: one that flashes ...it almost looks like a star that's really close that appears and disappears, moves up and down and from side to side, takes off at highly rapid speed, and sometimes they disappear they appear in a completely different location, they color it flashes it a whiteish blue look similar color of a star on flashes...also they flashes are not consistant...also a ray of light..a beam of some short came out the side of one and then instantly they mulitplied...there was 5 to start with and end up be to May to count be cause they would appear and disappear but I know I seen at least 10 or more all at one time flashing together.

Second type: large golf ball to basket ball sized bright orange glowing orbs or fireballs..... they appeared 3 in row when I first saw them diagnally....they dimmed disappeared and then reappeared in a triangle....the disappeared and came back only this time there was 7 or 8 of them and formed a prefect circle in complete unison with one another...then scattered from the circle moving swiftly around, up down, side to side..... Then all but a few would disappear and the ones still visible where completely still just dimming off and on Myself and a family member witnessed this as we where enjoying a cigarette on my front porch. We started to witness this at about 7:15 pm... I do not where glasses or contacts my other witness does... There was no noise coming from these and weather was cold but no wind... There was no smoke coming from these lights so there for it didn't leave any trail.. Neither of us have been drinking or on any drugs!!!! This was real what we saw and can't be explained!!! This happened on 12/18/2013 at 7:15 pm in waynesboro, ga

Awaken by very intense flash of light followed by loud deep boom

It was around three in the morning and my brother and his wife had went in their room and went to bed about 30 mins before. I had just gone in my room and was laying in bed watching tv half asleep.

As soon as I fell asleep I was awaken by what I thought was someone turning my light on but when I opened my eyes the light was just fading and it was coming from outside then and i heard my brother say what was that and immediately after he said that there was a very loud and deep boom. We all ran outside to see what was going on but there was nothing nobody else out there looking or anything. I actually posted about it on my Facebook and one person out of my 600 friends heard and seen it!

Never on the news or anything like that...i even checked on here and found nothing similar.

Red, circular object sighted in night sky before fireworks display

On the night of Saturday July 3, 2010, myself, my husband, sister, and young son attended the Waynesboro Fireworks display. The fireworks are set off in a field located behind and to the left ( if you are facing the front of the school) of the local high school, and to the right of the middle school and were slated to start at 9:30 PM, but in the end were not set of until around 9:45.

My family and I decided to take seat in the field which is across the street located in front of the high school to view the evenings display. There were many people around us. Just to include some background info, they had already set of several "test" fireworks at around 9:15 PM. Again these fireworks, when viewed from our orientation, were located behind and to the left of the high school.

As we were waiting for the display to begin, at around 9:25, I was looking at the sky and noticed a red, circular object, with a kind of haze around the outside edges. It lined up with the left corner of the high school, however much farther south than the school was, and was just floating there.

I alerted my husband and sister to the object (my son is 2 and took no interest), and it began to move in an east to west direction, but could also have been moving away in an east to south-west direction. From our viewpoint it seemed to travel the length of the school (east to west). It was also slowly climbing in altitude, which quickly made us realize this was not a flare.

The object also seemed to be pulsating, as in the light would grow smaller, get bigger, and grow smaller again,but was not blinking.

Once it reached about the middle of the high school, as it was climbing very slowly in altitude it began to disappear. It would flicker out, then reappear and flicker out. It did this very slowly. Eventually, it either shrunk and disappeared or flew so far that the light was no longer visible. This object was visible for between one and two minutes.

I have tried to calculate the distance away and altitude just now, but find it hard to triangulate it without going back to the site and using proper tools, less I give and improper estimate.

After viewing the object, we were all puzzled as to what it could be. There were people behind us whom I know noticed it, and were confused also because I heard them saying, "What in the world is that?"

We did not discuss the matter with them, however.

This object was in no way a plane, helicopter, flare, or firework. It moved too slowly to be a plane or helicopter, and was like no fire work I have ever seen.

It also did not originate from the area where the fireworks were being set off at, and it went in a direction against the wind. I am able to remember this because the fireworks were being blown toward us to the north, and the object was moving to the west.

The object seemed to just appear all the sudden, also. I would have though it was possibly a flare, being happy to arrive at a known solution; however it traveled in a direction, and lasted an amount of time uncommon for a flare. Usually a flare will still be lit after it travels upward and begins to fall to the ground.

This object at no time fell in altitude, it rose. I have seen flares before, and this was not a flare.

I am at a loss as to what this object was, and it has bothered me since.

Very large and bright low hanging light in the sky, lasted for about 45 minutes before it dissapeared.

It was just after dusk, it was clear and the crescent moon was out as well as other stars. I was on my way home from the store and my daughter,who is 5yrs. old, said she made a wish on the wishing star.

When I looked at the star she was pointing at I noticed that it was not the planet Venus, which was the largest star besides the moon in the sky and in the wrong place, it wasn't a star at all. It was just a very large, very bright light hanging low in the sky. I was driving home about 10 minutes though open fields and in a large valley which you can see the mountains in the distance. I kept it in view as much as I could, it was very low to the ground and varied in its brightness, but I couldn't get a good look at the shape.

As I approached our road, I realized that it was hovering somewhere around my house, so I turned in my lane and when I got back to the house it was over the woods directly behind my house. I got my camera and took a few still pics with the! night vision. I would have taken video but my disc was full.

So I watched it for several more minutes and talked to my husband on the phone outside while watching it and then after we hung up I decided to get back in the car and try to get a better look at it on the next road over, because it was dancing behind the trees. I took my daughter and we rode to the next road over, but it was gone.

I live in a fly through area and we get lots of planes and aircraft, but nothing like this. It was silent and very bright, much brighter and closer to the ground than a star could ever be. Im not sure what it was. I hope someone else saw it too.

Three sons and friends saw multiple flying objects just before Dusk in Waynesboro, PA

While there was a difference in the number of UFOs spotted, my sons and one of the friends, ages 4, 6, and two 8 year olds, saw several flying objects in the south west to south east skie of South Central PA. One of my sons claims to have seen three small ships and one larger ship, while my other son (6) claims to have seen one large and one small one. All four kids came running home out of fear because they hadn't see anything like this before. The smaller ships were described as more "pod like" by my oldest son and his friend. The larger ship was described as a "battle ship" and was much larger than the other ships by all accounts.

The objects were described as "50 oak trees" high by my son -- so from his account I'm estimating these were close to 500-1000 feet from the ground. The smaller ships has three lights and the larger one had six lights. The lights were described as triangular on ships.

The small ships were were headed towards the larger ship, but had circled around the area "looking for people" according to my sons.

The larger ship was described like a "spear" by my oldest son, while the other, smaller ships were more tear dropped shape.

Large...beautiful...and brighter than anything I've ever seen....How small I have felt since....

I have tried to e-mail several people on this site, as I felt this report form could not due my sighting it's justice. I'm curious, is there someone in my area that would like to talk to me...that would be great...but for now...here it is in brief (if such is possible). Leaving the AMC Hospital...looked up and OH MY GOD!!! There it was....or there it was traveling....at an extremely high rate of speed...this "Big"...shining..."Big"...craft...(of some nature). I began to zig and zag on the road leaving the hospital...not able to take my eyes from what I was seeing...as I approached the stop sign, I noticed a car had pulled over on the right side of the road...it's occupants seeing...what I was seeing!!! I pulled out onto the main road and immediately pulled off the road....head in...head out...glasses up (sunglasses)...glasses down...."what in the @$#@# is that??? I pulled out (as it had moved...quickly) and drove up the side road...and noticed behind me..three other cars...all doing the same!!! Now...here goes the description...at first when I saw this...I could see no outline of anything...just this "extremely large" white...glowing...and here is where it gets quite difficult...the color...odd as this is sounding...I've nothing to compare it to...it was soooooo bright.....not white....not blue....just....nothing I've ever seen.....ever....it was traveling at a very fast rate of speed and very, very large...at first I thought...a meteor...cool...than thought...OH My God...if it is..we are in some kind of big trouble down here, then as I moved to the off road site, as it moved...with my sunglasses on...and only then....as it was too bright to look directly upon...I could see a triangle...enlongated, of course, due to my position to it...down went the glasses...up went the glasses....and every time...the same...Wow...as fast as it was traveling....all of a sudden...."it stopped"... It stopped!!! I cannot begin to tell you what was going through my head!!! I looked back at the person ! in the c ar behind me (by the way...it was man in a red car...and that is all I can remember about him....) he was standing half way out of his car...looking...gazing...just as I was... then...off it went...and I mean..."off it went"... I could see it "go".... I know this writing is haphazard and I would love to speak to someone who checks into this sort of event, in my area.... I'll never be the same...that is all I can...it was the single most exciting thing I've ever wittnessed....and feel almost blessed to be one of those to see it. I've nothing to compare it to...it's color..speed..any of it...I'm so eager to hear if anyone (and I "know" there were others) have reported this... ya know what...it was even stranger that...as it was over...all three of we cars pulled out...not one of us spoke...heheheee If they were as overwhelmed as I was I do understand....I look forward to hearing from you guys or someone in my area....thanks Oh...this was in Fishersville, Va...3:15 in the afternoon...and clear as could be...beautiful...blue autumn sky....not a cloud in the sky...and I've not been able to look down to the ground since... :) I've actually felt very small and vulnerable since seeing this...and felt..."I should do something"... but what...tell you guys

Crudely "cloaked" bomerang object flying do West across Pennsylvania night sky

I regularly walk my dog between 9 and 9:30PM. Over the years I've seen dozen's of satellites and "falling stars", etc.. About 3 months ago, I decided to start looking for "black" or non-bright objects in the night sky. Well, last Sunday night at the stated time I saw a bomerang shaped object moving do West. The object looked like it was crudely cloaked (could only make it out because it distorted the stars behind it). The object made no discernible noise. It gave off almost no light (maybe just a little gray light). At first I thought it was a Carnival or search light, but this object KEPT a constant course across the sky (I watched it cross the sky to the western horizon). Assuming this object was at typical jet altitude, I would say it was 3 to 4 times larger than a jetliner and traveling around 3500MPH (it traversed the sky in approx. 12 seconds, etc..). If I was looking for bright objects in the night sky (as I've done until recently), I probably would have missed this event. I wonder if this object was extraterrestial, or an experimental government stealth aircraft. Did anyone else see this object?

Spinning red cigar in gyrosphere.

This was a red cigar shaped craft spinning in all directions but attached to a red circle in the manner of a gyrosphere. There were white beads of light coming and going from the "mothership" as if they were reporting back after venturing. It was way up in the sky and the owners of the house have seen it in the exact same place most nights for three years.

When I was 17, I came home from work around 10pm on a warm summer night in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia by the Blue Ridge Mountains. All of the lights were off in the house and nobody else was home. My house sat at the edge of a massive empty field that once was a location of the towns Drive-In Theater.

I did what I normally did, which was to go straight to my basement where I watched movies and played games. My cat, follows me down the dark stairway. I turn on the corner lamp next to the bar, by the back door. What happened next, I'll never forget… The memory is clear as water in my mind.

The cat wanders over to the shades, and I can see her staring contently through the glass and flipping her tail in that irritated manner, grumbling at something in the dark.I went to the sliding glass doors, unlocked and slid it open by half.

As she went out to the porch, I turned on the porch light. I stuck my neck out the doorway to take a glance around the yard, and immediately notice a ring of lights gleaming beyond the threshold, in the back right corner of my yard and the field beyond. Partially obscured by a single tree. I thought, maybe a flatbed truck back there?? That's all it could possibly be! Very quickly, this craft reacts to my sudden presence and began it's instant departure.

I believe it took notion to leave when my lights came on, but instead of driving off down through the grass, it lifted up into the air. I remember gazing I'm awe. It was silent, minus the low level hum it emitted. At this point, I'm nearly shitting my pants, and remember being worried about my cat outside. I jump behind the wall and unplug the lamp, so I couldn't be seen watching what it (the vessel) was doing. As I lean back to the doorway, I slide it shut. I'm nervous. Now, the UFO started to lift over my neighbors house, and this was when I could affectively step out and judge it's size.

It was similar in size to their middle class style 3BR. It never sped off, but slowly hovered over their roof and down the road out of my view. It's gone. At this point, I'm freaked out, thinking... "They dropped one of em off". So I run inside, lock the doors, lights off. I literally hid in the corner behind the bar for about 20min.

I started thinking about alien sightings from the 50s and 60s and assuming this would be a typical visiting spot, given it's history as a Drive-in. If I was an alien or a spy.. and wanted to observe humans, I'd have taken advantage of such sights that a theater would provide and kept the coordinates on file. If the lights were off, the vessel could be hidden from view due to its highly reflective sheen of chrome, and sleek design.

This particular vessel, looked highly similar to the disk types, that we originally saw on television and such. I thought it would have been much bigger, as it seemed only large enough to fly one or two bodies somewhere in the center of the craft. It could have been a remote vehicle, with no pilot, as well. However, many others have reported that these smaller ones drop out of larger ones, which is likely.

There were several hues of dim pulsating marker lights around the outer rim. These lights, btw, seemed a little outdated for an alien craft. For a moment, I thought this was a government drone because of that single detail. This rim is also part of the vessel that spins as it lifts off. It seemed to be traveling from vacuum rather than propulsion. I couldn't be sure, only speculation.

Did I believe in aliens back then? Well, im not sure. It was Y2K. I kicked around on an Alien Workshop skateboard in my teens, drew their logo on paper a few times... but that's about the jest of my interest. I grew up watching X-files, but the production gave the subject matter a step into straight fiction. But I do remember trying to justify that I just saw a real UFO, and without a doubt... just 30-40yrds away from view.

Wasn't much longer, when the family was also arriving home. I tried emailing places I found on the internet a few times since (to tell my story) - with no response or further interest… not that I had much else to report on the matter. I never told my friends or family from fear of ridicule, as it was all deemed "taboo" to that generation.

Now, I'm pretty open about it, and people actually believe my account of the event. I'm pretty sure there aren't many "landing sightings", on record. So I thought I'd share mine.

Came home late back in 98, to discover a bright glow from beyond the curtain... IN MY BACK YARD.

I never believed in UFOs until I saw one with my own eyes. Im coming out now because the UFO phenomenon is more plausible or accepted now, then it was back in the 90s. I was only a high school kid at the time and certain that any account I might have shared with anyone, would have been dismissed entirely. I feared judgement and ridicule therefore chose to avoid embarrassment and remain quiet instead. I spent years trying to forget about the event, and brush it off to possible exhaustion? My home was in a convenient location for a landing, if there was one. I can NOT speculate this. My home sat on a common neighborhood street, but at the back side of the developed plot. Most homes had an alley, mine did not because there was a rutted out, grassed and brushed over, and mowed once a year.

What's more interesting about this area of land is that it nestles behind a long standing Ford dealership. Before Ford, the lot was a Drive-in Theater attraction. Leaving some speculation as to why any E.T. might have seen this as a past source of observation, likely to return for more data from the outdoor films being played. Another strange detail about the field is that one circle patch of trees always remained at center of this 10acre field. The maintenance mowed everything around it. In the center of the patch of trees, if an old house. Now in ruins and graffiti.

I was between the age of 16 and 18 at the time. This would roughly set our timeline between 1999 and 2001. Today, I simply can't remember if I was returning home from my restaurant job, if I had a job at all at that time... or commonly returning home from hanging out with local friends. I can NOT remember which. However, I was sober this night... leading me to believe that I was at work. Being sober then, is why I decided it's okay to make this report now.

I remember clearly it was summer, but not sure which month. It was somewhere between 9:30 and 10:30pm, approximately. Neither my brother, mother or step-father were home, the place was very quiet and dark.

Our home had a split/ half finished basement. This was where my younger brother and myself commonly separated from the parents. As usual, I would head down the stairs and turn on the lights, then the TV. On the far rear wall, adjacent the couch is a sliding glass door to the rear patio. Two long curtain panels cover the view from the inside.

Out of the corner of my eye, I see my cat looking at something from behind the curtain panel. I call to her, but she pays no attention to my calls. The movement of the curtain allowed me to visualize a glow from the back yard, yet... I don't remember ever turning that light on. Thinking I may have flipped a switch on accident, I go check the switch...and the ACTUAL light comes on. Creeped out and confused, I go to investigate the yard from the glass. When I peek from a sliver of opening... that's when I saw it, and I froze for several seconds, in shock.

I was in a wave of emotions all at once, because what I saw... was sci-fi. My yard only extends 20yards to the back of the property, where the empty field sits. Hovered at the property line, about 40ft off of the ground was the vessel. It was close enough to not be mistaken for anything OTHER than a UFO.

What I remember about it, was it's silence. It didn't make any sound except for a low level hum. It had the basic saucer shape commonly related to UFOs. It was silver/ metallic in color. On the wide brim, several lights were visible, of several various colors. If I would guess the color of the markers, I'd say orange, red, blue and yellow. They slowly and dimmly illuminated to no particular pattern that I could tell. I can't recall if they flashed, but there was definitely a fading pulse of brightness to the beat of the internal hum. It moved gracefully.

After the realization that I wasn't dreaming sat in, seconds later, I panicked and scurried to turn off all lights in fear that I might have been spotted witnessing them.

My cat remained fixed, so I felt a little silly from hunkering in a dark corner of the room. I gather my courage and zip back to the glass. This time, I slide the door open as the craft slowly hovers up and over the largest tree at the back of the yard, at the division fence of the next door neighbors yard. This was how I could determine the level of sound it emitted.

At this point, I realize that it's leaving and my fear quickly subsides. I must have blown it's cover. I'm not sure why this thing wasn't more stealthy than it apparently was.

Curiosity follows as I slowly slip onto the patio to catch one last gaze of what I expect to be a "one time only" experience. I keep the lights off to be incognito. I watched the UFO slowly ascend across the neighbors back yard, up above the house and very quickly out of view once it crossed over the roof and eastbound toward the mountain range. This maneuver is how I was able to determine that the vessel itself was similar in size to their house.

That was the only time that I've had an experience. There's no shame to explain this today. It shouldn't be a stigmatized taboo subject and should always be investigated ...openly.

However... Its fair to add, that I'm genetically hypersensitive, hyperactive and hyper-autoimmune. This invokes a high level of intelligence and a special ability to possess a "sixth sense" persay. Particularly to electrical waves and signals... including emotions.

A few examples: knowing your phone is about to ring, seconds before it rings. Computing math in unorthodox ways. Not understanding how you know certain things or able to make accurate predictions.

Currently, I often try to rationalize the UFO event by relating myself to it. Why MY house? Why ME? Well...there's a lot to unpack there. It extends through my ancestry of the lost ancient Pict tribes. Or maybe... Im not related to this at all.

Perhaps, the old drive-in was always a destination for these off-world visitors... or even earthly spies. Who's to say? Back then, now shuttered...our Dupont plant was a point of industrial complex and something of an ecological concern. Maybe it was just a random drop-in altogether? I just can't be certain to speculate.

Although, I've never reported this until now... I've always talked to close friends about the experience. Those who know me best, not to make such a thing up. The story hasn't changed one bit, as the memory of that faint yellow-green glow will always remain crystal clear.
