Clear sky, I was walking my dogs outside my lawn facing 300 see a (1)flash starting around 210 (30 angle going towards the horizon which was my tree line) thought it was a meteor at first but there was no trail. As I walk to the side of my house to get a clearer view of the sky (Orions belt left of the sky)facing 210 (60 angle) now I saw another seemingly instant (2)flash no trail white bright light curving almost like an S but more so elongated. The light disappeared I saw the beginning and the end. The end was about 75 angle. (3)Then it appeared back into the sky from my view left side of the orions belt starting below his legs curving around it and and up towards 80 angle then dissapearing also seeing the end. No trails for anything no means for propulsion seemingly appearing in one side of the sky out the other. Quiet night no noise. There was also a plane in the sky heading towards Cincinnati I believe and I heard a helicopter. Before I left to walk my dog I was in a call with my friend on my pc using discord. When I came back inside my pc was back in the Home Screen page wanting a password and disconnected from the call. And that wouldn’t have happened other than my computer losing power and coming back on. I have no screensaver settings or any previous electrical problems with my PC Could be coincidence but all that happening together seems odd this was an explanation for checked box for electrical/magnetic interferences.

Two white flashing lights as well as orange orbs.

I saw two white blinking lights that appeared to be random. Not the FAA 1 blink per second. They seems to be engaged with one another so maybe just a military exercise I’m not sure. Orange orbs appeared near these lights, possibly flares. I only recorded the event for about 3 1/2 minutes. However, it went on for about an hr and I saw it several times over the span of about a week. Always between 6-8 pm, again most likely just a military exercise. That’s why it’s taken me a year to seek out the opinion of someone other than close friends.

The video I’ve shared is from an iPhone and it’s my understanding that unless viewing it from an iPhone the quality is significantly diminished. I’m just wondering if y’all have seen anything similar. I have a more compelling experience from this night but I didn’t capture it on video

Hello,I live in Batesville, Mississippi on Farrish Gravel Road. At about 4:00PM I was walking my dog and I glanced at some lights in the sky but didn't pay them any mind because there are street lights that can be seen behind some trees.

About 10 minutes later I looked up to see that the lights were closer than before when I left the house as well as higher in the sky. When I started to look at the lights I noticed that there were 3 lights in a triangular shape at the bottom of base I guess you could call it, with another single light at the top..

I then noticed that there was a weird shape sort of like a pyramid and that the lights were part of an object and not separate lights. I can't really determine the size but it was flying lower than an airplane and was still about the size of my thumb if I held it out in front of me.

There weren't any distinguishable colors of the shape other than a sort of hazy looking transparency. The lights were orangish yellow. But I looked at the object for maybe 10 minutes until it got too far me to see. The direction it was going was straight up when it got out of sight. That is all I can recall and it's pretty exact on what happened.

UFO seen trailing Aircraft

On the evening of July 4th, 2014, I was sitting on the steps to our home, when I noticed a jet coming across the sky. The time was around 8:16 PM (I made a point to look at my watch). I watched the jet and the small white traill of condensation left behind it.

It was extremely clear outside and I seen the jet coming along ways before it finallly passed over. The direction it flew from was WSW to NE. Illustrationally speaking for a mental image, a flight path from Dallas, Texas, to New York City.

As the jet neared closer, I noticed an odd object behind it. I didn't think much of it until it got closer. The jet didn't pass directly over me, it probably was (roughly) an eighth of a mile South.

As it got closer to passing over, I noticed the object trailing about (roughly) a half mile behind it, on the exact same path, flying at about the same speed. I was in T- Total shock! I watched both the jet and then the silver/grey disk-shaped object fly of towards the North-East. Nothing abnormal happened, no erratic movements, no lights, and no sound. By the time they were out of sight, my watch read 8:22 PM.

The disc was about 3/4s the size of the jet, including wingspan. Nothing very outstanding was noticed, other than it appeared seamless. Also, it appeared at a slightly higher altitude than the jet.

It's worth noting that this is the THIRD UFO visualization I've had since moving to Batesville a few years ago, but the first daytime/evening visualization. The previous two occurred at night after 10PM.

I have got mysterious lights on video both times previously. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera where I could put my hands on it, and did not want to move from watching the phenomenon before me.

Mysterious Lights seen over field; Caught on Video.

Approx. 2 miles off of Interstate 55 and exit 246 ("North Batesville"), numerous unidentified flying objects were seen. Me and my Father were outside, and upon looking to the North (directly North), we noticed multiple lights over a vast field on the North side of Highway 35. We immediately got our video camera and prepared to take video. By the time we cut the camera on, and then got back outside to bein filming, the object(s) started moving. They seem intelligent, as they began to span out as we started recording from our backyard.

The objects move extremely fast and are much larger than an airplane. The Panola County Airport is down the road a small distance and we see airplanes and helicopters all the time--- This was neither. I have no knowledge of any aircraft that can go from a dead stand-still and move a couple miles within seconds. And the G-Force would be unbearable, in my eyes.

The objects also can stop on a dime and begin traveling in the opposite direction. They are some form of intelligence.

After getting a couple of video clips, the objects slowly vanished one by one. They seemed to, flash and burn off. It was at one point four different lights visible, all of which appear (through camera and binoculars) to blink a red, white, green/blue pattern. The lights seem to move independently. In addition, at the beginning of filming, we noticed a motor vehicle driver was stopped, facing North, on a road meeting Highway 35. I believe he/she observed the lights also, but after a few moments, they left the scene going Westbound on Highway 35 towards Interstate 55.

Last year near this time, we experienced the same lights, and their was atleast 4 witnesses at that point. We were unable to capture video last year, and are and were shocked we captured the clips this year.

I'm not sure why the river and Sardis Lake seems to be a hot spot, but its obviously a lot of activity, from personal experience and from reading others reports after this event.

Other notes...: There was no, I repeat NO noise from these objects. And no traffic on the Highway, other than the one driver who came from a nearby road.

I cannot explain any of this. But I know what I saw, and so does my Father. And if you do not believe me, my video will prove, if nothing else, what we seen. But, our video nor my testimony can completely concrete what exactly was seen. It is vast possibilities, but low probabilities of anything other than, an extra-terrestrial of some sort.

My daughter woke me up to her puppy whimpering and climbed in bed with me. I was afraid that the puppy might go to the bathroom in the bed, so I decided to go ahead and take her outside to go use the bathroom. We walked around the back of the house first and then to the front of the house. I live in the country, so my neighbors arent close. Across the street in my neighbors field. I saw and oval shaped object with 6 orangey red lights around it. Hovering about 100 ft off the ground. There was no sound and it did not move. Of course I was frightened so I grabbed the puppy and went into the house. I waited for my husband to come home from work. I did not see the object leave.

I was walking in my back door and looked up, the sky had a green tint like night vision, clear as day a witnessed a triangle shape object came to a stop high up directly above me like a car stopping at a stop sign, it then went on quickly and another craft of the same apperance did the exact same, stopped and went, I'm not saying it was aliens I saw, but I will take a lie detector test and will go to my grave telling this same story, I will die addmiting to this. No one believe me but I swear on my moms graves and if I'm lyeing kill my daughter, I promise and swear I really seen this and I think it was human craft, like the secret space agency, I can't say for sure but I will go to my grave saying and telling what I saw, I was sober when I seen this, no trick of my eye, I'm a million percent of what I seen!!!!!!

Orange lights that formed straight lines in the sky

I noticed a bright orange light in the clear night sky that looked like it was going in a streak or line. At first I thought it was a plane on fire that was crashing but then it started disapearing just as another line started forming in the opposite direction. I noticed that the 2nd line looked more like a bunch of orange circle lights that were connecting and as soon as it would get about 5 to 7 circles in length long it started disapearing 1 circle at a time. Then a third line started forming in yet another direction all of which seemed to start from close to the same spot but going off in different directions. The last circle or 2 was a little bit off kilter so it didn't form an exactly straight line towards the end then it also followed suit and systematically started disapearing. They all appeared to be near yet higher than a close by radio tower with a red light. By the time the second light had started I called my husband on my cell and when he! looked out the window they were all gone & didn't reappear. I called my local police dept. about half an hour later to see if anyone else called in about it and he said no but there was a helicopter that had landed at the hospital (which is not near where I saw the lights). There was no way this was a helicopter. I've never seen anything like this before.

Back in January 2008 my son and I were out walking bates street when about 50 yard or less an object about the size of a car was floating near a telephone poll. Was shaped like a gray saucer I moved quickly as to chase it then it moved toward me. It was coming so fast that I turned back grabbed my son and shot toward a house then as I looked back it retreated. UFO was so silent that it could have been inches above our head and we would not have not known it was there without looking up. As it floated away it used remarkable movement and agility as it missed all the power lines and trees; then just floated over a house. Just me and my son were out very cold night everything was quite but in a populated housing area. I never believed in UFO's but now I just have to wonder what this object was. Updated 1/20/2010

Green explosion/flash lighting up the whole sky for an instant similar color to the Alaskian northern light green

My girlfriend and I were in the hot tub between 3 and 4am on Sunday December 28, 2008 when the event took place. It was very windy outside and I had just pointed out to my girlfriend to look at how hard the tops of the trees were swaying due to the wind and just as she looked up twards the top of the trees it there appeared to be an explosion/flash in the northeastern direction and was directly followed by the complete sky lighting up in a green flash. I could not see an object before or after the event. It did appear that the flash caused the green lighting of the sky. Also it was the whole sky that lit up green not just a part of it or so it appeared that way. The event was extremely quick, a second or two at most. This was the first time I have ever seen anything like this. I am very curious to find out if the account was witnessed by anyone else.

Bright yellow/ornage fireball going W to E across the Northern sky.

Something went across the northern sky (W to E) so bright that it reminded me of an old fashioned comet illustration. Very bright with a long tail. I have a standard size window facing north and it completely filled the window pane. I watched for a moment then went outside and it was gone...but interestingly as I was watching the sky 2 different planes went across going the same direction, from the west to the east. I've watched many a meteor shower and have never seen anything like this!

Huge round black rimmed circle appeared in sky over Int 74 near Batesville, IN on 6/14/08

On 6/14/08 we were on our way home from an Oak Ridge Boys concert in Nashville, Indiana, and were proceeding east towards Cincinnati on Interstate 74 between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Just east of Batesville, Indiana we saw something in the sky. From a distance it looked like a blimp. When we got closer, we saw a round object rimmed in black. The center was transparent with lines running through it. It was hovering west of the interstate, made no sound, and was at a height of where you would see a helicopter in flight. It appeared to be about 200 yards in diameter. All traffic, including semis, were pulled off the interstate in both directions and people were out of their vehicles looking at the object. We did not stop and we did not have a camera available. Since it was still light outside, the object had no lights. We checked the newspapers and TV news the next week, but nothing was reported.

shiny object hangs in sky 10 mintues

while driveing to work on the moring of 11/07/04 i saw what appeared to be a sliver triangle hanging in the clear moring sky. there was no clouds it was cool but not cold it was high above the horzien. It had a shine like sliver as i moved it seemed not to move it hung in the same place. after ten min i could not see it any more.

Orange Pulsating light over Ramsey Mountain, Batesville, Arkansas on May 17th, 2004 at approximately 8:40 pm in the western sky.

At first, I thought I was simply looking at the top of a radio tower with a light on top. Those lights spin around to alert low-flying planes that there is a tower there.

However, it quickly came to my attention that this light was not connected to a tower of any kind; it was in fact, floating freely. As we left inner-Batesville, heading up Ramsey Mountain to the South, I lost sight of it. However, as soon as we crested the hill, I re-acquired view of the object, only to learn that it was MUCH higher than I had previously thought. It was still very bright, and it pulsated in a very regular pattern. It reminded me of a heartbeat, it was so rhythmic. It would be interesting to see if anyone else has seen anything like this.

For those interested, the object appeared to be no bigger than a medium orangeish-yellow dot. It reminded me of a radio tower light immediately, but like I said before, that wasn't anywhere near to the truth. There weren't any other mysterious craft nearby, but I did notice a couple of airplanes flying in relatively close proximity to the craft (remember now, this is in the sky; references are hard to come by up there), and within half an hour of having lost sight of the object for the last time, I heard two loud airplanes flying overhead. They could have been passenger jets or military craft, I couldn't say which though. While I was viewing the object, it seemed to stay in one place, moving very little; just pulsating like crazy. I realized just how high it was when the clouds began to mess up my view of it.

Please, anyone else that has seen this light, please come forward to tell me anything you might know about it. I really don't know what to make of this, casue I've never seen anything like this before. It makes me wanna go out there tomorrow to try and get it to land here, LOL! :D Thanks for your time.

Did not see a UFO, found the above referenced circle - have no logical explanation for it's existence. Visited area day before and saw nothing unusual, next morning I found the circle. Wondered if anything similiar had been reported previously?

Diamond shaped, lighted objects hovering near microwave tower.

Date is approximate. We first witnessed a diamond shaped craft hovering very close to a tall microwave tower east of Batesville, Mississippi. Viewing it through binoculars, I was able to make out an array of red, green, blue, and yellow lights that seemed to be pulsing more than flashing.

After a few minutes, the object was joined by a second one, which also hovered near the tower for a while. They then accelerated east across the sky at a speed faster than anything I’ve ever witnessed... I would estimate they flew from one end of the sky to the other in less than two or three seconds.

I waited outside, hoping and, oddly, expecting, that they would return, and a couple hours later, three of them appeared from the east, as quickly as the first two had exited in that direction, and stopped suddenly near the tower again, hovering for a while before returning east.

I’ve thought about this event many times since then, and I’ve remembered it in great detail. One thing that would help pinpoint the date is the fact that the weather report on the 10:00 PM news of Memphis station WMC mentioned “a lot of UFO sightings around the mid south tonight”. I’ve tried to find transcripts of the news and haven’t had any luck.

Thanks for the follow up. The sighting state was actually Mississippi, and I live in Oregon now. It’s possible I mistyped in the form, so my apologies. I’ll get back to you if I remember more, but one thing that I’ll note is that it was dark when I first saw them, and I remember being outside for three hours. The news aired at 10:00 PM, so sunset that day was quite early (before 7). This would indicate a winter month, and I’m thinking probably January or February of 1992.

It didn't seem harmful, it was like it was observing.

Well I was in the house visting with some of my mom and dads friends when my little sister came running in and telling me to come outside because there was something floating in the sky. at first I thought that she was kidding so I went outside and there it was floating about 15 feet of the ground hovering over a field about a 150 yards away. It was so beautiful it was kinda shine, and it kinda looked like what you see on tv but it was one solid object, it looked seemless. it was dark so it is hard to remember all the details, but it did have lights on the bottom. it shot up in the air about 50 feet and stop dead in its tracks then it moved to the right and stoped. then it moved to the left and stoped. and then it shot out of sight in a blink of an eye. I thought that we were the only ones to see it but there where other people who people who saw it.

Shiny Silver Sphere seen for about 10 minutes in rural North Mississippi circa 1975

It was around October 1975 in rural North Mississippi, four miles north of Batesville. I was 16 years old at the time and was walking along the edge of a soybean field with my trusty .22 rifle squirrel hunting.

I heard a very loud high pitched buzzing sound (like a cicada in the trees--which it may have been) but then everything was silent--even the birds. I looked up over my shoulder and saw a silver sphere just hovering about 300 feet above the ground and 1/4 mile away. It just stayed there. I thought, "hey look, a weather balloon." but there wasn't anything hanging from the bottom. Not a weather balloon. No gondola, so it also wasn't a hot air balloon either. It was just there hovering silently.

Here's where I acted like a typical teenager. The .22 had a scope on it, so I looked at the sphere through the scope--looked like a shiny silver ball. I decided, "what the heck" I squeezed off a shot thinking if it was a balloon, I would be able to retrieve it. It hovered for a few seconds more then slowly drifted up and out of sight. There were cumulus clouds in the sky that day and the sphere was going along the edge of them rising in a slightly erratic fashion. But I was able to keep it in sight while it rose due to the contrast of the white clouds.

The thing that still makes me wonder to this day is how readily I accepted what I saw and how I felt no alarm
