I was on my way to work, and it was unlike any ordinary morning. I was approaching the end of the block on 16th avenue Northeast of Aberdeen (sd) when all the sudden some strange orb in the sky caught my eye. It was pulsating from red to blue and seemed to be moving. All the sudden I see three orange orbs, what I though was a plane, come down and fly just about above the rooftops of the houses on the right of me---VERY, VERY CLOSE. I noted, however, I did not hear this thing that was very close, and the lights were wide apart and unblinking. This is when I called my mom and put her on speaker; as I was terrifed. Oddly, in that direct moment, it shifted from towards me to flying beside me. She went outside and noted that she seen nothing but a plane flying (or so she though), but later on after work, I recalled what I had seen... the orange lights, and she said it was strange, but she seen some really high up, and one of them was like a bar shaped, and seemed to be blinking, or was far enough away that it looked to be blinking.

That morning, I remained on the phone with her, as I was seeing white orbs disappearing and reappearing in places off and on in the sky. I knew this was no ordinary occurrence, as nothing could change direction that fast, and nothing could explain the several different variations of sizes and colors. The last I seen before entering work was like a bar-shaped light, streaming downwards with blinking lights. All I know, is I was and am very aware of what I seen. I've seen strange things over the years, but this takes the cake. You always hear of stories like this of orbs and things in the night sky---but, being the one to see them close and in person---that is both extraordinary and unforgettable... and, frightening.

I had nightmares for weeks after that. I was afraid to leave home.

I believe we're not alone on this world, and there's living, concrete proof to that. It's seen everywhere on just about every day. It takes place around the world, and it continues to do so, even after centuries passed.

Saw object turn from white to red then launch at my grandpa and fly off

On a week day my grandpa was outside looking at the stars when he noticed something strange, he saw a circle that was white it was blinking it moved then switched to a red color almost like it was teleporting. It then launched at him he got scared then it flew off which he thinks is why.

Three triangle shaped aircraft flying at low altitude silently.

I was exiting my vehicle and pulling my child from the car seat while in my driveway. I saw three red lights and a strobe traveling from the north and heading to the south. I decided to stand and wait while holding my sleeping child to see the aircraft.

Eventually I could make out that there were 3 aircraft. Two in front and one in the rear. One of the aircraft flew directly over me. I could tell that the two lead aircraft were isosceles triangle shaped with underside red lights at their centers. The rear aircraft was an obtuse triangle shape with a red light at the center, but with a strobe on its nose. None of the aircraft had any navigation lights (no red and green wingtip lights, or tail light.) There was the one strobe light. These aircraft flew silently, very slowly and seemed to be at a low altitude. They appeared very large. I could not make out a color. These aircraft were not trying to hide from any observers on the ground. While it was dark and the aircraft were silent, anyone could have seen these things.

I use to fly UAS while in the military and have worked on flight lines. I am NO expert. I have a very limited experience, but I do have some experience. I do not believe these aircraft to be extraterrestrial.

Orange light grew in size/intensity while stationary, flew north, stopped, then disappeared.

It was a very clear sky that evening. I noticed an orange light that stood out from the rest of the stars. I figured it was a planet, so I focused my attention on the light. The light began to grow in size/intensity. The light was stationary at this point. After about 10 seconds it began to move in the north direction. It moved far enough that I had to turn my head to keep eyes on it. The movement was at a moderate speed. After about another 10 seconds of movement it stopped. The intensity reduced to what I initially saw and it remained stationary for another 10 seconds before it disappeared. No sound during the sighting.

I was looking at the moon at 00:55 when I had gone into the bathroom. I saw a green blinking light in the sky, I thought it was a satellite. The light turned solid white and the UFO zigged in the opposite direction it came from (south). Then it zagged back in it’s original direction (North). It zigged and zagged one more time before the light started blinking green again and heading west.

3 objects moving slowly emitting large dark colored exhaust/ smoke flames over 95 Baltimore

3 objects flying through sky at a slow rate of speed. All were leaving significant smoke trails behind them. Everyone on 95 southbound had no choice but to see them unless you were completely oblivious. 12/23/19 at approx 4:35pm I witnessed for at least 15 minutes until I was in the White Marsh area and they disappeared out of sight. I first assumed comets but seemed to be moving much to slow and a significant exhaust or smoke flume trailed in the sky behind the objects. I took approx. 15 photos as I drove home from work.

UFO Sighting 9/18/18 Approx. time of sighting 9:52 P.M. 9:55 P.M I’m out hunting elk by myself on the Washington State coast. I’m hunting on Weyerhauser property located along Hwy 101 between the towns of Aberdeen and Raymond. At the mile marker 69 on highway 101 there is a locked Weyerhauser gate. The gate is located on the East side of the hwy. I was driving the gravel roads hunting elk in the vast forest east of highway 101 behind the locked gate at mile marker 69.

After an uneventful evening hunt, I decided to go to sleep early. Once the evening hunt was over and it got dark I decided to look for a place to park my pickup truck with canopy, so I could get to sleep and get up early for the morning hunt. I’m driving east on Sprucedale Road and I take a left onto a lesser traveled road at mile marker 10. I drive on the side road for about 2 to 4 miles. I come to a crest of a small hill and find a small semi flat grassy spot surrounded by taller trees. Because of the taller trees, most of the view of the night sky was obstructed. I didn’t check a compass but I believe my truck was facing west, and the rear of the truck was facing east. It took me a few minutes to view the area and turn my truck around so I could park on a semi flat spot, with my head slightly elevated. Once I parked, I gathered some stuff to get ready for bed like my cell phone flashlight and pistol. Once I felt I had everything I needed, I shut off the truck engine and headlights.

I exited the truck and walked behind the truck. I had my back to the back tailgate of my truck and I was facing what I think was East. I had to pee. My view as I was standing there peeing was the gravel road as it went down the hill in the opposite direction of the way I traveled in. Since there were no trees on the road itself. The road provided a small opening in the sky. I didn’t see anything unusual at all. I could hear some wrestling in the brush about 30 yards in front of me. Probably a small animal.

I finished my business and I opened the truck canopy and, crawled over the tailgate into the truck bed. I spent the next maybe 2 minutes or less situating my sleeping bag and getting my shoes off. I get into my sleeping bag then I notice it. I left the damn dome light on. Crap, it's not going off. I must have left it on when I was gathering stuff for bed. I get out of bed slip on my shoes open the canopy door and crawl out. I walk over to the driver door open it and turn off the dome light. Finally, I can go to bed and get some sleep. I shut the truck door and turn to go to the rear of the truck.

That’s when I see it. In the small opening in the sky I was just looking at a moment earlier when I was peeing now has a fairly bright slightly reddish color light in the sky. It seemed the light was perfectly situated in the center of the opening from my perspective. It seemed kind of shapeless, just light, then at times it looked as if it had a subtle square shape. Mostly it looked like light and the shape was difficult to see. No noise.

My first though was wow what the heck, that must be Venus, but it seems just a bit too large. It was much smaller than a full moon for perspective. I’m looking at this light and it seems to be moving wildly but slowly in a fairly large space in the sky it was maintaining. Although it looked like it was moving, its general location in the sky was fixed. I’m thinking is it really moving or is it that twinkle phenomenon that a star or planet gives off to give the illusion that its moving. I am now trying to figure out if it is moving as well as the distance from me. As far as the distance from my naked eye it seems like it might be closer than a planet would be. At some point it looked as if the light was only 100 feet in the air. I held myself and my head very still and looked at the tree tops and the distance from the tree tops to the light. When I did this the light appeared to be motionless in the sky. After I did this I didn’t see any more movement as if it stopped when I really focused on its movement. This was confusing because it looked like it was really moving. I walked back to the truck and grabbed my binoculars from the dash. I looked at the light in my binoculars and I thought wow it seems further away than with the naked eye and a bit crisper, so maybe it is Venus after all I told myself. I was going back and forth viewing this with binoculars and naked eye, trying to analyze what I was seeing.

Just when I had convinced myself this was Venus, poof it vanished. It was instantaneous, I was staring at it intently and all of a sudden nothing was there. Ok that freaked me out a bit, I almost dropped the binoculars. That is defiantly not Venus or any other planet or star. It didn’t dawn on me until after it was over, when I was analyzing the light to try and determine if it was a planet. I forgot that I was just looking at that spot in the sky while I was peeing moments prior and there was nothing there so had I realized that I could have ruled out a planet right away.

When it vanished, it didn’t fly off or streak away. There was no left right up down movement at all. It was there then it was gone it just disappeared from sight instantly. There was a weird detail at the very instant it disappeared the night sky in that area seemed to go a shade lighter. I thought holy crap, that didn’t even look real. The light change was very subtle but I seen it. It reminded me of older movies where the eye could pick up the subtle change in the scenery when they cut and splice scenes. I thought the light change was like a reset or something. It almost looked fake like a movie but not. Omg maybe I was abducted and they just dropped me back off.

Moments after it vanished, I jumped in the back of the truck bed and grabbed my cell phone and pistol. I was a little freaked and excited. I got into the cab started up the truck and drove away. I checked the time to see if unknowingly hours had gone by. There was no unexplained time loss. I felt like I was only on the site for about 10 minutes. I called my wife to tell her what had just happened as soon as I got a block or so from the site. The call was made at 8:56 pm.

I drove back to the gate on highway 101. I drove down the road to the park and ride about 10 miles north of the gate. I slept the rest of the night in the back of my truck at the park and ride.

The strange light was there in view for 2 or 3 minutes total. Its creepy to think about but If I hadn’t left the dome light on I would never have seen it. I would have just gone to sleep. It seems as if it waited for me to get into bed before it appeared, because it didn’t appear until I got in the truck bed and shut the canopy door, as if it was waiting for me to get in so I wouldn’t see it show up to watch me.

The next morning I went back to the exact spot to investigate in the daylight. I seen nothing but forest. I don’t know what it was. I never seen it appear, but I did see it disappear.

Out walking at about 21:00 in Aberdeen, SD, I saw a very bright orange, firey light moving across the sky from easy to west at about 45 degrees above the horizon. There was no "tail" behind the object, which was much brighter than any plane I have ever seen, certainly much brighter than a star or meteor, and roughly ovular in shape (so bright that shape was hard to determine). The object was silent.

The object moved at a seemingly high rate of speed before slowing and starting to fade, though it would pulsate a bit while fading. Eventually the momentum stopped altogether and the light faded out while stationary. I observed this for about 3 minutes between first looking up and noticing the light, and when it faded completely from sight.

On Monday June 20th, 2016, at approximately 2100 hours (9pm) EDT, myself and 2 friends were looking for the moon due to there supposed to be a "strawberry" moon on this night. While looking into the sky, a friend Lisa noticed a orange ball in the sky. The rest of use went to look. It looked like a huge fireball traveling from right to left (assuming west to east).

As it traveled further east, it decreased in size (assuming due to distance)and than the light would go out. You could still see a dark object in the sky, but not able to tell what it was.

This happened 5 more times each time, traveling the same path. Our line of sight allowed us to see this object for approximately 2 minutes each time. I did manage to record a video, but the video does not do it justice. There was no sound with it either. We did call police to see if anyone else had reported the sighting, and they had not received any calls.

We do live near a military base that does testing. But the direction of travel was opposite of the way they normally fire test items, and also the no sound with it.

I have no idea what I seen.

I am a adult of good reputation, do not do drugs, drink, nor am I crazy.

I could see planes in the sky, I know what they look like, I know what a satellite looks like, I have seen shooting starts, this was nothing like any of them.

Myself and another guy had just walked out front of my house and just happened to catch the object move across the sky, and we simultaneously were like “did you see that?” It was Saturday night sometime between 10pm-11pm Aberdeen, Maryland. A flash of white light streaked across the sky over top the trees too small and too low to be an airplane and made no sound and moving way too fast to be a helicopter.

The Aldino Airpark is close but planes never fly to or from there that late and dark in the night.

At 23:00 hours I took my dog outside for her nightly duty. When I opened my basement door to let her out I noticed unusual lights coming from down the hill, over the Wishkah River, about half a mile away from the house. I paused to try to figure out what they were coming from. The thing was not moving or was moving very slowly, which got my attention rather quickly. I thought to myself, “This can't be what I think it is, can it?” I immediately ran back into the basement to grab my phone/camera to try to grab a picture. By the time I got back out with the phone, it was floating up the hill, next to my house. By the time I did all the necessary touching to get the camera working, I missed the best angle and could only get the tail end as it was heading farther up the hill. There were no wings, no signs of it being a balloon shape, as in a blimp and it made no sound until it was heading up the hill, when I heard a strange noise like a small generator motor going. Not nearly enough to power an engine, transmission, or rotor, etc. It actually reminded me of an old movie, the Absent Minded Professor, who drove around in a car powered by Flubber (no joke). I had a close look at the side and partial front end, through the trees that next to my house—tall Hemlocks. It was only about 150 feet or less from where I was standing. It was shaped like a modern flat bottomed yacht or large party boat. It was approximately the size of 4 to 6 transit buses bunched together. About 30 to 40 feet long. The front had huge window that sloped downward and had dividers between the window panels. The front end was rounded 180 degrees and the panels were emitting red and orange light. The windows looked like they were about 6' long, from top to bottom and maybe 3' wide. The slope appeared to be about 20' inward on the bottom. The top of the craft, above the windows had a structure but I was not able to get a clear enough view to see how tall it was. The bottom also had a structure to it that ! appeared to be flat and went down about 6'. As it went up the hill, I could see the back end, which was emitting bright white lights on either side, that appeared to be outlining the shape of the rear quarter panels. Needless to say, I had trouble calming down that night. I came up with a possible connection to the area and the craft as I was trying to sleep. The old naval base, at Pacific Beach, had recently been designated the center for Electronic Warfare Games. The kicker to the story is that I had just finished my MUFON Investigator Test that afternoon. I thought, what are the odds? Also, I did get a picture of the rear of the craft as it floated up the hill.

I saw a light above the tree line to the west, it was flashing blue, white, green, and I thought I saw a bit of red sometimes. The object would hover in place for a short time, then quickly accelerate in a direction, then hover again, the object did this many times and in many directions.

After about 20 minutes a second light east of the first caught my eye doing the same motions, but this one was solid yellow/light orange.

I got bored of watching after nearly an hour and went inside.

My wife and I were sitting in our hot tub getting ready to watch the Geminid meteor showers. We didn't know they started after 9:30pm. While I was scanning the night time sky I noticed an object crossing the sky.

I immediately told my wife to look at what I was looking at. To her amazement she saw what I saw! The object was shaped like a boomerang. The object emitted no sound that we could hear. The object appeared to be see through or cloaked. It wasn't too high in the sky either. It was moving southeast.

All we can say is we saw something that we both have never seen before.

During the course of this evening (11/03/14), I heard several sky based booms, the final one was a bit unnerving.

At approx. 2310hrs in the area of Carsins Run Road in Aberdeen, MD, I was outside on my porch, the weather was partly cloudy, 0% precip, and no air traffic that I could see or hear. What I experienced was a sky based explosion sound, similar to thunder, but sharper, not distorted by the air and resonated to where I felt it through the concrete and in my chest.

After the 2 second incident, I noticed dogs barking in the distance. I've been through enough thunderstorms living in this area to where thunder does not and has not had that reaction on the dogs in the local area.

Bright light in the sky that grew brighter and shot across the sky with a long bright tail behind it.

To whom it may concern:

I would like to report a UFO sighting on Friday September 5, 2014. The sighting occurred around 9:00 pm in the western sky above Aberdeen, Maryland.

I was looking at the big dipper group of stars, when I noticed what appeared to be a star above the first star in the handle. I had never noticed it before, so I continued to watch it. The star began to grow larger and brighter. I watched it become extremely brighter then anything else in the sky for a minute or so.

The light then moved very fast towards the north, omitting a bright tail of light that disappeared in less than a second. The tail of light was perfectly straight with no curve to it, and was hundreds of times larger than the light it seemed to come out of.

The conditions that evening were mostly clear with some light clouds scattered in the sky below the area where the sighting occurred. I was the only witness to this sighting that I am aware of.

So I decided to take snapshot pictures and noticed an anomaly of something perfectly sphere shaped absorbing heat from the sun and moved many times in zigzag zag pattern

in the snapshot pictures and emitting red belts around it the sphere in less then one minute it disappeared I got 5 pictures of something brighter or ad bright as the sun .

Four red crosses/X's flying east to west @ unknown altitude and speed.

On 02/02/2014 @ 20:00 hrs I was on our back deck of our house looking NE. I saw a red looking cross / X in the sky coming over the tree line @ 65 to 70 degrees from me. It was either gaining in altitude or entering clouds. The direction it was heading was due west. A second red cross/X appeared seconds later a few degrees south of the first one. This one passed the first one on the north side. Both of these red crosses/X’s appeared to be climbing in altitude or entering the upper clouds. Through the tree line I could see two more red crosses/X’s appearing. All four were heading due west. I ran inside our house grabbed my Swarovski’s and asked my wife to come and look at these red crosses/X’s; which she did. It took me maybe 30 seconds to run inside and back out, by then only one red cross/X was visible with our eyes. As I was looking through the binoculars at the fourth red cross/X it did not look red or like a cross/X, it had a yellowish looking l! ight/beam in the center and a hazy/aura on the outside of the light. As this passed over head of me I continued following it using the binoculars. The light was disappearing and then I could see it actually take shape which looked like a dark dome shaped canopy as I continued looking at it. It was heading west, and looked like a large black umbrella moving across the sky. These objects did not make any aircraft noise or any noise at all. About 20 minutes after the four objects disappeared I heard aircraft flying overhead heading west.

This whole process was 5 minutes in duration. These four red lights were not blinking and were ten times larger than any aircraft lighting. Viewed through binoculars the yellowish looking light was 5 times larger than any helicopter’s spot light. Due to not knowing what altitude these units were at I am not sure how large they were.

The object went over Popular St. Heading towards Hey 211 towards Bethesda Cemetery in Aberdeen. It moved over my head slowly about 1000 ft up and left.

The deer in the area went the direction after the craft or light went through the sky. I heard Helicopters I believe from the Military went after it. I called the Moore County Airport, they said "they didn't get any call about something in the area".

I was arriving home from work. I stepped out of my car and saw several orange balls shoot into the air. I thought at first it was fireworks since it was New Year’s Eve. I walked to the end of the driveway, maybe 5 feet to get a better look without tree limbs in my way. The balls made a formation that looked to me like a check mark. They hung in the air for a minute or two.

I started to walk into the house, all the time looking at the orange balls. In the time it took to open the front door and tell a relative about what I saw and tell them to come outside and see it too, the balls were gone.

We went around to the back of the house, thinking that we may be able to see it back there. Nothing. All of this happened on the south side of town.

Silent fast moving very dim or possibly lit from reflected ground light, was either 6 or single objects, or one object with 6 discs

It was a mostly clear night just after midnight on Thursday April 11, 2008. I was leaving my work after it closed with other people I work with and my friend who just got in to town to visit me. I heard a plane and glanced up and when I did I saw a very dim object moving not too far from the plane but seemed to be lower than and behind the plane. It was moving silently and roughly the same speed as the plane and started to veer off in a different direction from the plane and then suddenly disappeared. It was hard to tell if the object was six or seven round objects flying in formation, or one object that had six or seven discs on it that were either very dim lights or reflective material reflecting ground light. My friend was the only other person to see it because my co workers were busy talking to one another and by the time they looked up it was gone.

Very bright, bell-shaped objects dissapear and reappear over Monmouth County, New Jersey.

My father and I were returning from a family dinner in Edison, New Jersey. We were traveling south on the Garden State Parkway when we saw a bell-shaped UFO above the horizon to our front-left. At first we assumed it was a normal plane simply too far away to make out correctly. Then, while I was absentmindedly staring at it, it simply vanished. I was stunned. I began informing my father about what I had just seen when I noticed it had reappeared many miles west from where it disappeared. This happened approximately three more times in a span of about 4 minutes. (While this was happening, I was lucky enough to have my camera with me, so I started snapping a few pictures.) Then it finally vanished from plain view for about five minutes. Then I noticed a jet-fighter flying high in the sky, moving west to east over the trees on the right side of the highway. As I began thinking this could somehow be related to the UFO I had just seen, I noticed it was actually pursuing a UFO of the same description. I witnessed this happen for about fifteen seconds when a second UFO appeared behind and slightly below the jet-fighter. Seconds later both UFOs vanished before my eyes and the jet-fighter was left alone in the sky. For the rest of the ride home, the sky remained UFO-less but I noticed at least a dozen jet-fighters in the sky.

Bright sunny afternoon. Traveling north on 15-501 about halfway to Aberdeen from Laurinburg, NC. Craft was just east of highway, less than 1/2 mile.

Craft appeared parked at about 1000 ft. No noise. No engines visible. No heat plume visible. triangular shape--equilateral triangle. Right wing was tilted approximately 30 degrees below horizontal. Only upper side of craft was visible. Some portions of the wings were "rearranging", but could not tell exactly what was occurring.

Craft was probably at least as long as a large passenger jet. Distinctive large rounded tailfin extended upward from about the rear 40% of craft. Wings were silvery-white in appearance. Could see dark cockpit windows.

Thought it was military but Internet searches have not turned up anything close to resembling this object.

Observer is 47-yr-old analytical chemist.

Dark colored semi-disked shaped craft flew over Aberdeen Wa.

On 10/15/03 at 20:30 hours my wife and I were gathering firewood along the banks of the Chehalis river, in Aberdeen Wa. While loading my truck with wood I remembered hearing a report about the northern lights and that they were suppose to be bright this evening. So I looked up at the sky and I directly saw not the northern lights but this craft flying slowly above me. It was saucer or disk shape with the sides cut off blunt, if I hadn't looked right at it I wouldn't have seen it. It was dark in color almost like an eclipsed moon in color but darker. It was about 500 Ft. above me and moving very slowly from east to west, and down river towards the bay. I yelled at my wife to look, "look" and I pointed at what I saw and asked if she could see it. But she couldn't it was to dark in color and it was night and the craft made no sound. It was something you would have to look directly at to see. The craft was small about the size of a small bus. It took about 10-15! sec to pass over head and continued on its path west until I couldn't see it any longer which was't very long.

Considering the fact it was so hard to see and made no sound and moved so slowly I felt as if I was being spied upon or being observed, and I wasn't suppose to see it. But I did, and what ever or who's ever craft it is, made in America or Alien they are out there.

i worked nights for rite aid distribution center as a yard jockey moving trailers around the yard to be loaded for the following day. as i said it was around 3:00 am when i first noticed the light, it was a very bright spot light about 75 to 80 yards away from my position, the light seemed to come from nowhere i could clearly see the point at which the light started but not what it was coming from. i watched this for about 5 min as the light shined down on the train tracks which ran through the field next to me. as i watched i had turned off my truck as to try to hear something and i could not, as i looked up i noted how dark the sky seemed to be you could see nothing but this light. finally the light started to move away from me and seemed to be following the train tracks and after a few minutes i looked up and realized the reason i couldn't see anything was due to the fact that it was above me which meant its size was immense. i watched it for probably another 5 min until i finally lost sight of it. as this sunk in over the next day or two it really scared the hell out of me.

well this the first time to this site but after seeing the reports of the same sighting i need to report this. at about 10pm i was doing my rounds at a mill on port industrial. i was working nightshift security..anyway i saw sort of a greenish fireball coming out from behind the mill. i thought someone lit off a roman candle but the ball got bigger then suddenly dashed down the river toward oceanshores. at that time i heard a loud crash of thunder followed by a gust of wind that knock me down along with several stacks of wood.

Approx 3:00am 0n 3/29/00 the following opbervations were observed by myself while observing the Pleadies star cluster in northern sky. In site of my telescopic view out of the est came 3 unusual objuects. ist they were like oblong than change to triangle the most noted observations were there aerodynamic manuvers. they were erratic doing circles going back and forth. one more thing worth nothing. they would pulsate bright than dim than bright than dim i observed this for about 5 minutes the cellestial plain was very clear no clouds and this was no space junk or meteor shower. i have a Meade 2,000 DS 60mm refracting scope brand new i knew what i was viewing. i am an amatuer astonomer/ ufologists and know aerodynamic priciples and laws. after viewing objects they shot like hell to the west out of sight. I live in Aberdeen. As the cited article said, this thing was no helicopter. It was at least four times the size of a B-2 and from what I recall it was triangular in shape, black(possibly), and had seven lights. My father and I saw it as it traveled over our house (and shook it quite violently). It had a very low-pitched roar, rather dissimalar than a helicopter's - it was more like the noise you would hear from a quake, and for its size it was moving at an alarmingly low velocity and altitude.

I have no idea what this was, but I can vouch for its existence. From my father's friend (an onlooker which saw the vessel from the south side of the Chehalis River) we were told it's size was similar to a small city's.

Of course the local paper "the daily world" called it a helicopter.

Three calls received by Grays Harbor 911 Center starting at 04:42. Man on SR 12 reported fireball somewhere NE of highway about 4 miles east of Aberdeen, WA. Woman in Aberdeen reports brilliant blue flash in sky that lit up kitchen and reflected off cabinets, etc. Light came from the east. Man on East Hoquiam Rd. reports orangish explosion in sky over ridge to the east; he was about 8 miles NW of Aberdeen. Two police officers standing on east side of Aberdeen Police Station observed a fiery descending object to the east. The object exploded; "it lit up the whole sky like a transformer exploding, only much bigger." No sound. Apparently, it was a high altitude event.

6 spaceshuttle technology schemed saucer shaped vehicles seen over Aberdeen,Md in summer of '96.

On or about the month of June or July of '96,in the town of Aberdeen,Md., my 15 yr.old son and I were returning from the dept.of motorvehicles(he was applying for his drivers learner permit),at approx.1330p.m.(traveling north on Beardshill rd.),we noticed a md.state police helicopter hovering above a buisiness building(on Barnett Ln.), and a couple town police cars close to the building. I pulled over to the side of the road(now facing east on Beardshill Rd.)to see what was going on if possible.My son and I were watching(facing west)the helicopter.To the north you could see a light airplane practicing flight maneouvers at the Harford Co.Airpark when I happened to look to the northeast and was startled to see a low flying vehicle(disk or saucer shaped)passing over head.I asked my son to look.He acknowledged by saying "What is that?" I replied,"It looks like a flying saucer!" The vehicle was approx. 500 to 750 ft. above us. As it passed overhead it made no noise whatsoever.It was just floating from N.E. to S.W.,following I-95 toward Baltimore. I would say the vehicle was approx.50 to 100 ft.in diameter,domed at the top and bottom with a dark ring around outside diameter.I saw no windows,engines,or wings.The color scheme was that of the space shuttle. The vehicle colors were bone white(top&bottom)and a visibly black tiled ring around the outer edge.You could see the top of the vehicle because as it moved away from us following I-95,it became level with our eyesight.We were standing at one of the highest elevations in Aberdeen.As this vehicle moved away getting smaller,I turned and looked to see another identical vehicle floating overhead. I told my son to look."WOW!",he said. We saw six of these vehicles that day. As one vehicle moved out of our sight to the S.W., one would appear from the N.E..They were following each other in an inline group.I would say they were traveling at approx.75 to 100 mph. The next day at work I talked about what I saw but nobody I talked to saw what I did.The Md.State helicopte! r pilot& copilot had to see these vehicles,as the helicopter was facing to the S.E.,and these vehicles would have crossed their "path".I can say that I do not think that these vehicles were extraterrestrial,but manmade in nature.Unless we truly do have alien technology! They were so close to us overhead that they resembled the same texture of material and color scheme that the space shuttle is made out of.I have stood next to the shuttle at Kennedy Space Center.Except for their shape,they do resemble each other.It was really uncanny.My son dosen't remember much about what he saw that day except that they were saucer shaped, but I am sure that some others in Aberdeen had to see these vehicles especially those helicopter pilots from the state police.I found out later they were searching for two robbery suspects at that building.Also I must note that I saw these same vehicles on the T.V. show "Sightings" twice. Someone had videotaped these vehicles in 1997 and turned the videotape over to the show.

Cylindrical craft crashes near Aberdeen WA

I am estimating the date and time of this event due to the amount of time that has passed. I do remember that it was shortly after I graduated high school (1980), and had landed a job at the local mall as a maintenance employee.

I remember leaving work and proceeding north through south Aberdeen, and had to stop at a red light before proceeding over the Chehalis river bridge. To my surprise, a long convoy of military vehicles was headed south over the bridge, pulling trailers, some covered with tarp, others obviously diesel generators, along with one truck pulling a piece of heavy equipment (bulldozer). I just thought there were military exercises taking place somewhere and thought nothing more about it.

Later that day, I heard local radio, reporting that a cylindrical shaped object was seen over interstate 5 near or at Olympia WA, and that the craft was headed West. This craft was witnessed by hundreds if not thousands of people already.

The craft was now reported by eye witness accounts to have been following State Route 12 West towards the coast. The craft was witnessed flying low, not very fast, and was on fire, but emitted no smoke and made no noise The craft was under some sort of control, as witnesses reported that it followed the highway, making turns to correct course. It had flown over sparsely populated areas, and was later seen flying "along highway 12", through the vicinity of Central Park, a outlying area East of Aberdeen, and again witnessed by hundreds, (motorists and residents of Central Park).

Before the craft entered the city of Aberdeen itself, it took a fairly large turn to the left, flying over Junction City, across the town of Cosmopolis, and was now headed South West towards Westport WA. Witnesses reported the craft to have followed the Westport highway to the point of the Elk River bridge where it turned abruptly to the left, flying directly over the bridge and followed the Elk River South East where one witness reported it crashing with a white flash on the visi! ble hori zon. The area of the crash is forest land accessible only by logging roads.

No explanation was given as to what it was by any Government agency. Residents in the vicinity of the crash site reported that the military cordoned off the area and installed road blocks into the area denying any entry. Reports by residents, (rumors) that some of the teenage boys took dirt bikes out and rode as close as they could,”after already trying the roads and having been sent away by armed soldiers”, and hiking through the timber, where they reported seeing tree tops broke. They reported seeing a roughly 70 foot long cylindrical craft, lit by flood lights, with men moving about the craft in protective clothing, “obviously what the diesel generators were used for”. About 10 years later, while working another job, I had the opportunity to speak personally with one resident who lived in the area of the site, who was a fellow co-worker of mine. He told me, “one of those teenage boys on the dirt bikes was his”, and that many days after the event, “government sedans had stopped at many of the residents homes to ask what they had seen, and to not continue to spread rumors”. He also said that some residents had been “threatened to shut up or else”. This was big news for about a week in the area, but died out just like the rest. I recall my co-worker telling me that they flew the craft out, wrapped in canvas tarp towards the ocean slung under a sky crane helicopter. Weeks later, after many calls to the local authorities, the local radio reported that the government reported that it had been a small airplane that crashed. Nothing more was ever reported, but to this day I believe what I saw (the convoy), and what the neighbors in the area saw to be true. I truly believe, if this was not a crash of a then new cruise missile, to be a craft from another place, and another Roswell, but due to the time and place, receive much less publicity. This incident happened in the evening, while I was working, my shift ending at 07:00AM, so the m! ilitary response was pretty rapid since the heavy equipment was assembled and in the area in less than 9 hours, as witnesses in Central Park were calling in reports to authorities around 22:00 hrs. Fort Lewis WA is less than 2 hrs from Aberdeen, and probably less than 3.5 hrs from the actual crash site. No other aircraft were reported in the air visually, with the stricken craft. All witnesses reported seeing flames emanating from the craft and they also reported that it made no engine noises, or any noise at all. If it was a cruise missile it would have been emitting sound.

There were three lights on the object. There was no sound from the craft.It was treetop high in its flight.

the object tree top high. It was triangular shaped, with three amber colored circular lights. One light had each point of the triangle. I noticed the object off to my right as I was driving east on Route 7, between route 543 and route 40. The object was hovering, and there was no sound. The color of the object was black. The lights did not illuminate the object or the ground below. I saw the object several times.

When I got to route 40 and looked back to see the object off to my right as I turned west on route 40 there was nothing to see, the object was gone.

Thinking back it was similar in appearance to a stealth bomber.

Traveled south to north at a slow speed,(90deg. of arc in two min). Size of a half dollar coin at arms length, had a neon orange glow. No sound, Shape well defined, Sky dark and clear, 30-40 degree temp. Observed for approx. 2 minutes

The object was sighted from a "Ground Observer Corp". post on the roof of a hotel in Aberdeen SD.It was in November, around the 15th. The weather was clear and cold. At about 18:30 hrs we stepped out of our shelter building on the roof to get a bit of fresh air. As we walked toward the roof edge we noticed an orange eliptical shape traveling towards us at a fairly slow rate of speed. When it was first noticed it, it was about 25 degrees above the horizon. It appeared to travel straight south to north and directally above the main street below. As it approached, the shape changed to a more circular shape. when it was directally over head it appeared circular. As it continued North, it again took on a more eliptical shape. We returned to the shelter where we called in the sighting to the G.O.C. reporting station in Huron SD, 90 miles due South of our location. The officer taking our report indicated that an object of the same description had been sighted at their location about 3 minutes earlier, it was traveling North. It's shape was well defined against a fairly black winter night sky. Some air glow was present but planets and stars were visible. Both of the observers were highschool students who had signed up to be Ground Observers and were on their normal shift. Although we felt there was little chance of us seeing a foriegn military plane at our location, we did keep good track of all civilian aircraft in and out of the airport some 8 miles to the East of our location. During the week and during the previous week there had been several reports by ranchers of cattle mutilations so we were especially watchfull for non aircraft in the skys. It was reported on the local radio station that theres on the North edge of town had also seen the object about the same time as we had seen it a few miles South of their location. Thgis sighting was near the end of a week long series of sightings around the state.
