I saw a star that turned into a UFO and then disappeared

I first noticed anything in the sky 4 nights before I observed the object I recorded the last night.

On the first night I noticed that there was a real bright star above my house and it looked as if maybe was barely twinkling then. I kept a watch on it and it never moved but was really bright.

Well on the 4th night I went outside and was staring at it and then that's when it split apart into the 3 sections with red blinking lights on each end of it. It turned and twisted and then a whole bunch of rainbow colors exploded out of it and it made a design pattern with the lights for about 30 seconds then the colors went away and then it came back into a round looking bright star then just slowly went away.

Triangle shaped object witnessed over tree line in early pm for about 30 secs and then vanished.

Arrived home after work and image caught my eye as parking. I witnessed a triangle shaped object hovering above the nearby tree line.

I watched it approximately 30 secs. No visible lights and made no sound.

It was approximately 100 yards in front of me and the sky was clear.

The object then completely disappeared in an instant.

Look I can't recall the date exactly, but it was in that area of time especially the hour of night. It could be in a range of two weeks or so from the date.

This is what I saw. I was sitting on the side steps at my house smoking a cigarette (tobacco). And I looked up at the sky and I saw an object moving fast threw the sky at amazing speed. The tail seemed to be on fire. Not a long tail at al short but burning. Well i thought it was an afterburner. You know ex Navy here aircraft-carrier duty. But the fire went out and through the dark I could see a circular object moving through the sky still at a fast rate of speed. This thing was moving. So i said don't get spooked out to myself and waited for sound of the turbines. But guess what the sound never came. So then I was spooked out. I don't know why I waited this long to report it sorry.

Oh yea this thing was'nt small either it was fairly big. Well it scared the shit out of me. Later!! Oh yea i ain't ((deleted--attempting to fool)) ya niether I know what i saw.
