An orb of light that is gradually moving in the sky. Lights flicker and dim from time to time and at one point it seemed to be turning

I was walking the dog when I saw this white light in the sky. Stars were around it and yet it illuminated differently from them. I them called the mother and brother to come outside because the object had gradually moved upward. As my family were out there, we all saw flickering light and the object would dim from time to time. Later on I was the light getting smaller and eventually turned at one point. This brought terror I could have never imagined. I was able to recorded the object and it does captures it however it doesn’t show the full account of what happened. As I’m writing it’s still out there.

I was outside with my 2 sons observing the super flower blood moon when we notice 2 bright objects with what looked like a force field around it flying in our field of view going faster than anything I’ve ever seen in my 43 years of living. I’m constantly looking in the sky and see all type of objects from Starlink, to airplanes to satellites but this was something different. As stated it was moving at a very high rate of speed. Faster than any plane or satellite I’ve seen. It left me in awe to observe it and the speed of which it was moving. It was egg shaped with what appeared to be some sort of force field around it. I was going to try and capture a picture but when I looked at my phone to open my camera the light kept me from being able to see in the dark. By the time my vision was clear again they were long gone.

Descending flying double diamonds with long blue white double tail seen in horizon early morning

Saw descending flying or blinding object on horizon in early morning hours. It appeared as a double diamond enveloped in flames with a long tail or double tail. Object was dark. Appeared to have blue white flame tail(s). I was amazed at sight. It had a slow linear descent at about -20 degrees. Did not appear as meteor or meteorite, which I’ve seen in the past. Appeared large in the distance. If meteor, it would have caused massive impact and explosion, but did not. Object was hidden from view by trees in horizon.

On my morning commute to work while exiting to I-16 E off of I-75 N I saw a formation of lights at about 45 degrees up in the direction of NNW. It was two golden dashes with a white dot in between. It looked like morse code for K. About the half the width of a full moon. Appeared to be very high up and far away. The lights did not blink. It did not look like it was moving. I could only look for a few seconds at a time.

Once I was on I-16, I no longer had a view of it.

Bright white ball of light south of Macon, Ga

On 12/11/2017 I was driving south on I-75 between mile markers 125 and 126 a little bit south of Macon, GA, at approximately 22:15 EST. I caught movement out of my peripheral vision and looked out the passenger side of my windshield to see a bright ball of light hovering just above the tree line. As I watched the hair on the back of my neck stood up and I got goosebumps up and down my arms. The ball was a very bright white light and looked to be about 50-75 yards away. It hovered over the trees for a couple of seconds and made a rapid (1-2 seconds) vertical decent into the trees. It didn’t flicker behind the trees but kept the same brightness and solid ball shape. It looked to be between the size of a golf ball and a small tangerine at that distance.

Initially, looked like a shooting star, that was immediatly upon us-went from blue to glowing green-shot downward fast.

Driving north on I-75 between Bass rd exit and Rumble Rd exit in Bibb County-I along with both of my sons spotted something in sky that appeared at first to be a shooting star-however realized it was right upon us, about 50 to 100 ft above the tree line.

Color changed from blue to green (glowing) as it slightly paused and then shot downward disappearing behind the trees.

I was sitting on my front porch talking on my cellphone with my best friend.

I told him to go on his front porch as well to look at the moon and the clouds.

The sky clouded the stars at first because of the brightness of the moon.

Then, I noticed a bright light with colorful lights. Sphere shaped at a distance in the sky But I could see plainly the color of the lights. The sphere shaped object was hovering to the right side of the moon, another object was to the left side as if it was overseeing the larger sphere shaped object. The colors blinking were red, white & a faint orange.

This lasted about 45 minutes.

I got a pic of the moon but the sphere shaped objects I took but want to zoom in for a closer look

UFO SIGHTING: JANUARY 19, 2012

I am writing to report what I would describe as a UFO sighting. This occurred on the evening of Thursday, January 19, 2012 at around 7:00PM EST, and lasting for about an hour. This took place about 10 miles north of Macon, GA. I would estimate the angle at which I viewed this object relative to the Earths’ surface was about 35 degrees. As seen at arms’ length, I would say that it appeared to be about 1 ½ to 2 inches across and about ¼ inches high. It was a straight, horizontal rectangle. I saw nothing above or below this shape. Its size as compared to the full moon would be about 1/16.

It was seen in the SW sky, and was hovering completely still in mid-air. What made it so outstanding were the colorful lights moving along constantly from left to right. The colors were vivid blue, less green, less red and white. They were intermittently blinking on and off as they moved along. Then suddenly, all of the lights would momentarily go off. Then all at once they became a solid line of bright white light with some brilliant flashes of that bright white light. Then the colored lights started moving along again. There appeared to be no repeat pattern. I reasoned that, even though I couldn’t see it, the lights were probably circling around something and I could see only one section. As the stars moved in a clockwise direction, this “object” very slowly sank to the right (westerly) until it was out of sight. At any rate, it was the most fascinating thing I have ever witnessed in my life

Fireball object that looked like exploded above ground about power line height continued going down road.

At approximately 8:30 tonight 10/6/11 I was in my truck heading southwest on HWY 49 (Houston Road) in South Bibb Co. of Macon Georgia. I had just passed a Subdivision on my left which was just past the intersection of Houston road which was on my left and Sardis Church Road on my right. Then a car was coming toward me on my left (at this area there is a large open field on my left).

I noticed what at first I thought was a falling star then I realized it was much larger maybe 2’ to 3’ in diameter, about 150 yards away. It had colors flowing from it like a falling star. They were red, yellow, blue, and orange flowing from around it and from behind it. It was coming down toward the ground at about a 45 degree angle.

When it was just below tree tops and just above power lines it looked like it exploded as if it had hit the ground with all kinds of colors coming from it. Then it looked like it continued going down the road in the direction I was going staying below the tree line and just above power lines. It had more of a yellowish/white light coming out from behind it at this time and was going about the speed you would think of a falling star.

It made a slight turn and went out of sight which was about direction road made at that point. It was all over in seconds.

My friend and I were coming home from the store going down Fulton Mill Road in Macon, GA when I looked out my passenger window because lights caught my eye. I looked up and I said to my friend, "What the hell is that!?" She said, "That's just an airplane." I said, "That don't look like an airplane."

As I'm saying this I'm hitting my brakes in my car and trying to watch the road while watching the flying object. About this time I see a car coming from the other direction. They hit the breaks and slowed way down as if they were looking at something as well. About that time I pull off a side road to watch it further and my friend yells "THAT"S NOT AN AIRPLANE!"

At this time, my friend and I both watched this flying object (which at this point didn't seem to be getting any further away from us) do a complete 90 degree turn to the right off of the path it was "flying". Another characteristic we noticed is that it was squared off in shape and had an arrange! ment of lights at each corner of the square and was noticed by both of us to be moving in an odd way like rolling or tumbling as it flew. Also, when it did it's 90 degree turn, we both realized at that moment that there was no possible way that what we were seeing is an airplane, helicopter or anything else of that matter. It literally scared both of us and sent me home in tears. It was overwhelming.

UFO sighting in Ga. 20 - 30 miles outside of Macon on I-16 around 10:00 P.M. Aug 15, 2011

On the evening of August 15, 2011, my girlfriend and I were headed back to Dublin, Ga. from Macon, Ga. on I-16 when we spotted an object in standstill high in the sky. The object was far away at first but we could tell it wasn’t moving. It was entirely too high to be a cell phone tower or radio transmission tower. As we kept getting closer we could see the lights underneath, three of them-shaped in a triangular form with a dim, red flashing light. The UFO then moved south about two miles. We were heading east so it moved from our left to our right and stayed there in that position hovering high in the sky. That was the last I saw of the unidentified flying object. I will be happy to go into more detail but would like to hear that someone else saw the same thing, first.

Several flashing lights in various positions seen in the northern sky nightly.

Every night, in the northern sky, I see several small flashing lights. They appear in various places and are mostly stationary, however every occasionally they seem to make small circular movements and then return to the original position. They do not appear in the same place every night. At first I only noticed one at about 0300. The next night I saw three. Since then I have seen different numbers on different nights. The lights seem to be white primarily but flash to blue and red.

I don’t have access to a large telescope, but I did watch through a 60x spotting scope. Through the spotting scope it appears that the red and blue lights are to the side of the white light, not the same light source changing color. I was unable to see the shape of the object that the lights are coming from.

I am police officer who works night shift and I told one of my squad mates about the light the first night I noticed it and he and I both spent about 15-20 minutes watching trying to figure it out. About a week later the other officer told me that he pointed out the lights to a friend of his and the friend used his telescope (significantly stronger than my spotting scope) and said that he could see a vague shape like a satellite of some sort but couldn’t think of any satellite that would be flashing red and blue lights and moving that way.

I have also pointed out the lights to my wife, and none of us have been unable to come up with an explanation for these lights that I see every clear night. Whatever these objects are they are either small or very far away. Any help would be appreciated.

Two lights flashing back and forth, moving in unison across the sky. No visible solid object could be seen between them.

Saw two reddish-white lights about 30deg. above horizon moving together in the same direction, from south to north. The lights were flashing in an alternating pattern in rhythm back and forth, one in the front then one in the back, in the direction of movement. The distance between the lights, well over the length of a football field, suggest the aircraft was close by, but was unable to see the body of craft due to ground lights and there were no sounds of planes nearby. There were no other lights in the vicinity of the object besides the two flashing back and forth in unison. At first I thought the flashing lights were from extremely tall transmitter towers halfway across town, but since they were moving slowly from south to north in unison it couldn't have been those.

Twin flashing lights seen over Macon, GA.

Let me preface this by saying that I have never thought of doing something like this before, and I am a "seeing is believing" type of person. I also want to let you know that I had spent 12 years in the Air Force, and my wife is still currently active at Robins AFB...so I am a little familiar with what aircraft look like. I am writing this approximately 25 minutes after this sighting. Lastly, while I am not entirely convinced that this is an actual "UFO sighting", I would like to provide this additional info in case someone else in my area reports this strange occurrence. Bare with me, as I am not very good at estimating distances.

While stepping outside of work for a smoke break, I noticed two brightly flashing lights approximately 20 to 25 degrees above my horizon look E-NE. Both objects appeared approximately two to three miles distant, and approaching me in such a way as to pass to the East of me by maybe a mile. I watched the lights for approximately 20 to 30 seconds before they passed behind a large tree, blocking my view. At first I suspected these lights to be aircraft flying to Robins AFB, as both were traveling at a speed that I would estimate to be faster than civilian aircraft or helicopters. I could detect no sound. Three things in particular caught my attention enough to question what I was seeing: 1) The lights of both craft (I am assuming that there were two) appeared to be flying in perfect tandem with each other, not uncommon with military aircraft, with one light trailing the other by perhaps 750 to 1000 feet...far enough to make it too large for both lights to be from any one aircraft I have seen.

2) The lights from both craft, at the distance which I saw them, appeared much larger that typical aircraft lights. They were approximately the luminosity of aircraft landing lights yet not blinding, and did not appear to shine light in any specific direction. What I mean by this is it didn't create any sort of beam of light in the sense that aircraft landing lights do. The color was a deep red, almost of the sort that you would see on a tall radio tower, but much brighter.

3) This is the one that got me thinking...both lights blinked in perfect unison with each other. I would estimate that the light would illuminate for 1-1/2 to 2 seconds, then disappear for the same duration. When the lights were off, there was no indication of any other wing lights or other illumination. Both lights blinked in perfect unison with each other for the 20 to 30 seconds that I first saw them, which I thought was unusual, as they did not once get unsychronized.

At this point, I was curious enough to change my vantage point. I moved to the side parking lot of my office to try to catch another view, and saw an aircraft in the distance probably 4 to 5 miles away, but clearly identifiable as an airplane from the light array. Thinking that I had just seen an airplane, I began to go back inside,I turned my head and saw both lights again, still blinking in perfect unison. They were now moving in a southerly direction, and still exhibited no other running lights. Suddenly, and in tandem, both lights appeared to change direction to the East, and then to the E-NE. This was a very fluid movement...not sudden, but quickly enough to make me think that it was a very maneuverable jet. Both lights executed the maneuver without growing closer or further apart from each other, as if was a single craft, yet too far apart to be a single craft. Also, the lights did not appear to alter position, such as if wings were turning. They maintained their luminosity throughout the turn...the blinking pattern remaining constant throughout. I watched this for another 10 -15 seconds before the lights simply vanished. Interestingly, a second or so after the two unidentified lights changed course, the distant aircraft also changed course, though in a much more leisurely manner, in the general direction of the other lights.

Conditions: Night, with scattered clouds, yet clear enough to see at distance. The cloud cover appeared to be above the lights at all times. According to Weather Channel online, visibility is currently 10 miles.

As I said, this is probably just an aircraft sighting, but there were enough curiosities to this incident to report this...if for lack of anything else, just in case someone else reports something. I'd be curious if anyone else saw this incident. I am familiar with watching aircraft, day and night, and this was different from any aircraft I have seen.

Was leaving the city of Macon Ms using Hwy 45 going North. I noticed a light to my left, turning I saw what I thought at first was a crecent moon. It was sitting very low at a distance over the tree tops. During the 10 mile ride home to the next town of Brooksville Ms I kept noticing what I thought was the moon then I mentioned it to my husband. We both watched as lights seemed to move rotating around it then it began to glow very bright then like a light being turned off it went black only to light up again, much like a light show. This went on until we reached Brooksville and got off the road. We have traveled this road many times over the years at night but never have seen anything like this before. We went down the same road tonight and it was dark as usual. We know what we saw was like nothing we ever saw before but have no idea what it could have been if not a UFO.

When I first saw this object it looked a very bright star.Two friends pointed it out to me.We were one and one half miles east of Gray,Ga. I live near the Bibb/Jones county line on Hwy.49. I drove from Gray to my home,and at about 9pm Itook my telescope out set it to check out the light. Object was traveling directly from east to west. Viewing the object through my scope it looked round and very bright. It seemed to move around and roll back and forth. It looked like it had lines on about two thirds of the right side surface. On the left side was a port or a crater looking thing. One large and one small.

eight bird shaped objects flying in a figure eight pattern

I was standing in my mothers yard and I had a feeling to look up. And high above me, altitude unknown, were eight craft shaped like birds (no wings flapping) flying in a figure eight pattern, and after a minute or so they would break from the pattern in a single file and form another figure eight pattern.

There was no noise no near collision.

I was really dumb founded. I remember I kept thinking those aren't birds and that was to dangerous for air acrobatics.

I watched until my eyes hurt and then sometime they just disappeared.

While videoing trees and sides of house object enters frame at high rate of speed moving from east to west

On march 20 about 1600 while doing some recording in my back yard oject flew through frame.At time I did not see object and continued taping.When tape is played in real time object is too fast to be seen,but in slow-motion is clearly seen. Object is dark egg-shaped with white dot on lower trailing end.Tape was made with Jvc Vhs-c Cam-corder at 2000frames/second.

SUMMARY: The night of this event I was coming home from a boy scout campout with some other boys when we saw the objects.

We saw 4 objects. One was white and was disk shaped. Another we couldn't make it out because it only had the colors of green, red,orange, and thats all remember. The others looked exactly like that.I have seen many other objects too.

saucer shaped soundless object hovering with rectangular lights going around; as soon as on would go off, the other would come on,

In december around 8 oclock I was riding with my friend when suddenly in the sky I saw an amazing site. Stop!!! Look!!! oh my gosh... It was a saucer shaped object hovering over with lights appearing to be going around and around it. I noticed it had no sound and that it was kinda dark metallic in color with all of the object being held together with triangle shapes all hooked to each other. There were big round like nots(very large screws) at every point of every triangle shape. Apparently this held it's shape together. I also noticed that when one of the rectangular shaped light's would go off, at that second the next light would come on - in a series of light's all the way around the craft. After a while of starring out the window of the car, the craft started almost unnoticeably going straight upwards, then up and to the side at exact incraments. Soundless, increasing speed all the time, it finally wens so darn fast it was absolutely amazing to the human eye. This is very true yall. I can only say that I have never felt the same since.

Could have hit this one too.

A rare occurance of the aurora borealis (?) occured in the deep south that summer, and I thought I'd go out with my camera and try to take pictures. As the night wore on it was evident nothing was going to happen. I thought I saw a small private plane in the distance approaching, so I turned up my camera and set it on bulb, hoping the passing plane and its lights would cause a streak on the film.... anyway, as the craft approached, it was evident that it was flying very low and very slow. When the damn thing passed me overhead... about 60 feet in the air, it wasn't a plane at all, but a rectangular craft about 20 feet wide and about 50 feet long with a series of lights on the bottom lit up in no particular pattern. By the time I arranged my camera it was out of range. I snapped pictures but nothing came out. The craft was totally silent. I contacted the Air Force in nearby Warner Robbins and the tower told me they had no activity on their radar at the time I reported it. I feel especially lucky to have seen not only this craft close up, but another when I was quite young. I would like to experience regressive hypnotherapy to re-live the events and determine if other details are missing. These were not teeny lights in the sky, I could have hit either of these crafts with a well thrown rock.

place in early 1977 at the Georgia Academy for the Blind in Macon. It was a residential school for the blind back then, and there were four students per room.

On this particular day, I awoke sometime between five and six in the morning, and as was so often the case, I simply decided to lie there until it was time for our house parent to awaken us at 6:30.

All of a sudden I heard from across the room what I can only describe as a sort of trumpet fanfare. It came from high on the wall. I’m guessing there was only a second between the fanfare and the startling thing that happened next. I heard my dear, sweet friend suddenly emerge from the exact place where the music came from. It sounded to me as though he simply came through the wall, and he was sobbing as he was turned over in mid-air and then dropped on his bed. He cried for a few more seconds before he went to sleep.

I can assure you I did not go back to sleep. I can also say that the boy who slept in the bed next to mine had also been wide awake, and he heard the sound of a brass fanfare too. I know he did, because I overheard him later that day humming under his breath the exact notes that had come from high on the wall.

I never did ask my dear, sweet friend what happened to him. After all we were only seven years old at the time.

The following school year I heard that he had moved to another state, so I never got the chance to ask him about this terrifying experience. Who in the world (or from another world) would have taken my friend out of his bed in the middle of the night, and where did they take him. Whatever they did to him made him sob, and whoever brought him back just dropped him on his stomach on the bed.

I would gladly answer any further questions you might have about this most unsettling experience from early 1977.

I have been carrying around this story inside my head for forty years, all the while wondering who would believe such a thing. The person who overheard the sound of the brass fanfare and who rehearsed it perfectly later that day is name ((name deleted)). He presently lives in Atlanta. In a phone conversation seven years ago, I asked him if he any recollection of the incident. Alas, he had no memory of the experience.

The primary person in the story is named ((name #2 deleted)), and I wouldn't even begin to know how to contact him. It seems as though his father was in one of the branches of the U.S. military, and was connected in some way to the State of Alaska. I did not report the incident to anyone at the Academy For The Blind, and as far as I know, ((name #1 deleted)) didn't report it either.

In all your years of gathering and sorting through U.F.O. stories, have you ever heard anything like what happened to ((name #2 deleted)) in March of 1977?

Most curious of all in some respects was the brass fanfare ((name #1 deleted)) and I heard just before ((name #2 deleted)) materialized in mid-air. What occurs to me now even as I type this is the possible link between ((name #2 deleted)) having been abducted, and his father's serving in the military.

Joint Post-GUFOG/MUFON-Debriefing of Witness-Probable Wave of 1973

Witness Debriefing- Probably retro to the "UFO Wave of 1973".

GEORGIA UFO GROUP- Joint post of 2002 witness account via MUFON of Georgia inquiry.

The below described inquiry and witness debriefing was conducted by this investigator during my tenure as Georgia Director of MUFON.

On 20April02, this investigator received a WUFOD report from a former Georgia resident then living in Minnesota. Over the course of April-May 2002, this FI communicated in detail with the witness via email, telephone, and U.S. Mail.

The witness stated that in 1973 or 1974, she was a 27 YOA mother and home-maker living in suburban MACON GEORGIA. Her husband (now deceased) was an aviator and away from home at the time of the event. Her husband's cousin and family lived very close-by.

(Investigator's Note: Macon is one of the larger Georgia cities, sitting astride north-south I-75 in our state's "center mass", with Warner Robbins AFB being about 14 miles due south, mostly very flat terrain).

WITNESS ACCOUNT - During the evening in question, the witness said it was very warm, the sky was clear, but with some clouds, perhaps above 5000 feet. The witness stated that she had put her baby to bed, fixed a glass of iced-tea and proceeded outside to sit on the patio in the dark. Within a short time, she noticed a GLOW coming across the tree tops to the SW, proceeding TOWARD her, and while enroute, passing directly over the parking lot of the "Disabled American Veterans" organization, which was located ACROSS the N-S road from her E-W residential street. Witness continued, stating that the GLOW was LOW-LEVEL and SILENT, continuously moving toward her in a SWIFT manner. As she watched the approach, the glow resolved itself and she observed a THICK LENS SHAPED OBJECT heading right toward her position. This object was still SILENT and steadily GLOWING in a bright YELLOW-ORANGE color......also described as AMBER. As it passed directly OVER the witness, she was able to determine from UNDERNEATH that is was actually a ROUND saucer-like craft, additionally described as being "gigantic", like two ranch style homes placed together (WUFOD data fields.... ACTUAL SIZE-300 ft.; ALTITUDE-500 ft.+). Witness observed NO fuselage protrusions, portholes or the like.

At that time, the witness became nervous, ran inside and locked the door. She went to her rear bathroom window and watched as the craft departed, continuing on over the nearby homes to the NE.

The next day, she discussed the matter with her husband's cousin who told her that along with his wife and kids, he too had observed something similar. They debated if it was the same object, but the witness does not recall their final conclusion. She DOES recall a newspaper or TV news report about it, saying several other people described similar observations in Macon from that night.

OTHER RESEARCH- GUFOG investigator Officer Michael D. Hitt spent three years of intense research, focusing year by year, on ALL locally reported UFO phenomenon in Georgia from 1947 through 1987. This resulted in his 1999 publication documenting this activity (appx. 250 accounts). The period of 1973 in Georgia reflected the SAME TYPE of activity as that being reported nationally......."The Wave of 1973"........as it is described by some of the top American researchers, Ronald Story, Peter Davenport, Dick Hall, Stanton Friedman, Jerome Clark, et al.

1973 in Georgia found reports POURING in from citizens, motorists, MANY law enforcement officers, pilots, reporters and news crews. These reports were being made to the various media, local police and other officials. Numerous of these reports were from central and south Georgia, including the MACON area where our primary witness lived.

This writer was a police Patrol Officer in 1973 and during the summer and autumn of that year, had been routinely assigned to temporary administrative duties after shooting and killing a deranged gunman. While working at night in the radio center during this period, MANY teletype messages from central and south Georgia were monitored as various agencies had patrol units actively pursuing and reporting "unknowns" from county to county. This included the MACON and central Georgia area where the witness lived and made her observation. A few of these teletype messages were preserved by this writer (if conditions had permitted, ALL would have been preserved!).

Due to the above circumstances, this writer feels that the MACON witness' report is PROBABLY part of the "1973 Wave", even though she cannot remember the exact date or year......stating either 1973 or maybe 1974.

The MACON witness was forthright and above board in ALL of her accounting and conversations with this investigator. The witness' OUTSTANDING writing ability and diction was traced to growing up and being educated in England AND Europe. She did not muck about, being intelligent, observant and concise. One highly credible lady.

I imagine that bits and pieces from the "Wave of 73" and other eras will probably continue to come in and undergo some form of scrutiny by GUFOG or my friends and associates in MUFON of Georgia. Credible witnesses, such as described in this report, will hopefully add more pieces to the 1973 Georgia puzzle.
