Two bright red lights in sky doing corkscrew patterns and accelerating at a high speed and then coming to a dead stop

Let my dogs out at 1:30 in the morning when I saw bright red light doing a corkscrew pattern and then shooting from the west to the northern part of the sky. It also circled around another red craft. They would hover and then accelerate in all different directions. Eventually the two crafts came within range of each other and then both dropped straight down as if they were falling.

Taking pictures of stars, saw something weird

I was outside taking pictures of the stars, and I noticed something strange in one of my pictures. I am not a believer in UFOs or anything like that, I don’t even believe in a god. However, what I saw was not a planet or a star. There were multiple smaller round lights both yellow and white with one long red light and one long green light. It also looked like there was a big black round shape behind the lights. When I looked up again and took a picture in the exact same spot, it was gone.

While pruning a tree observed objects circling est. 5000 ft above surface.

Working in back yard, first observed 3 or 4 light objects circling in sky, sun glinting on portions of the rotation. Soon observed very large group, not well organized but in general also circling. Seemed extremely high elevation for flock of birds, is what grabbed my attention. I've experienced seeing flocks
of sea hills in perhaps similar patterns, only near the surface of the ground. So high and distant, I could not determine size, or shape to confirm if birds or..drones, which I quickly came to question the possibility of.

I observed their activity about 30 minutes, until I was distracted then I returned and they were gone.

I'm adding a photo of the window I saw it out of and the position of the dots I saw (I drew in example of the dots).

I was finishing up my last email of the day for work when I looked out my window and noticed 3 circular white dots in the sky. They were apart from one another and then came near each other and began to dance around one another. This lasted 5 seconds and after that, they stood still for 2 seconds before parting ways. Two of the dots went east and one went west. The one that went west I followed for around 13 seconds in the sky until it was out of scene from my window.

I saw a shimmering object stationary in the sky at a fairly low altitude. Way too large to be a drone. And the light was very brilliant

I was awake at approximately 3:13am (I looked at the clock) and entered the darkened dressing area of my primary bedroom. Light was coming through the muted privacy window over my bath tub. It was so bright that I thought it must be a full moon because a full moon in a clear sky will shed light into that window. I looked outside through the blinds in my bathroom - which is part of the dressing area - and saw a bright, shimmering object sitting just above the tree line of my neighbors very high pine trees. I believe the object was much higher than the tree tops, yet from my vantage point, it was just above their trees. I looked away to be sure I was seeing something and looked back outside, and I was then certain I was seeing a bright object with a shimmering light; not a flat light. I studied it for a moment and observed that it was a oval/cylinder shaped object, and the surface appeared to have square shapes on it. The light was quite brilliant. I looked away and looked back at the object a few times...and it was still there. At 3am, I didn't want to go outside by myself and attempt to photograph this object. And I figured I could not be the only person who saw it. Even at 3:15am or so, I thought there must be a few people on the road that would see it. This location is right off a busy road; Eagle Road in Meridian, Idaho. I concluded I'd read about it in the news or on the "Nextdoor" neighborhood app. No one has reported a sighting. I looked at the moon this morning at 6:30am; not a full moon. A half moon. I know what I saw. Very, very odd. I've never seen anything like it. My family and I were driving on Interstate 20 heading East. We were west outside Meridian, Mississippi. I noticed something flying towards our direction and I asked my wife, “Is that a UFO?”, then I exclaimed “It is!”. My wife saw the object as well as both of my daughters. It was triangular in shape with triangular shaped lights out lining half of the larger triangle with red and blueish lights. The lights were moving in an outlining direction. On the back of the large triangle were two large round lights at either end. It flew from north to south over the highway and we watched it fly a considerable distance until we couldn’t see it anymore. This was an experience I shall always remember.

What looked to be a sparkling contrail was actually a massive illuminated ship that crossed the sky.

It was something very long, silently flying across the sky and then looked as if it just disappeared into an entire different dimension. OMG! With the naked wire this thing looked like a sparkling contrail. That’s what I thought it was at first for some reason or a meteor. It resembled a trail of sparking dust that something has left behind. Thankfully, I had my binoculars which I always carry. It was a solid long black but lit up craft. It was extremely long and resembled more of a sparkling sword. Like a massively long ship with its own constellations. I took a picture with my phone, but it does not come close to what I saw.

The objects were a orange color leaning more towards the red side of a scale then yellow glowing brightly in a fireball/orb like shape.

We were driving on Linder Road to the village at meridian when my companion pulled into sawtooth middle school and pointed the 12 lights in the sky just sitting there. I noticed that they were grouped together and all glowing orange my companion called her sister and brother-in-law who stated they could see the same fireball/orbs in their area a couple miles away. A aircraft flew around the objects while we were observing. After a few minutes the fireballs randomly disappeared and could not be seen again. I am a counselor for the school district and my companion is a stay at home mother. My son is a science enthusiast who first thought it was drones or Elon Musk however after he did more research he has said that it could not be either based on my description.

Eight witnesses of 3 orange glowing spacecrafts in triangular formation headed northwest.

Me and some of my work colleagues were staying late after a social distancing barbecue. Coming from the Southeast were a trio of orange-amber lights emitting objects. I quickly pointed them out and all 8 of us all stared dumbfounded as these three lights made their way across the sky heading towards bogus basin ski resort. They appeared to be flying at a normal aircraft height however it was hard to tell. They flew in a triangular pattern, like nothing I’ve ever seen. A perfect V formation. As a firm believer in science I can find no explanation for both the glow and formation these flying objects produced. On behalf of my coworkers this is a report coming from all of our eyewitnesses. I am hoping this was simply a trick on my eyes, and I’m sure this is probably the only sighting of these aircrafts.

Triangle shaped bright white object with flashing green and red lights in a triangle form hovering in the sky then reappearing.

Seen floating in the same spot one bright white light with flashing green and red lights in a triangle shape. Seems to slowly fade away as if going very quickly directly away from me in the sky. About 30 seconds after fading away and becoming unseeable, it reappears again on the almost complete opposite side of the sky but this time about three times higher up from the ground, but instead of hovering in place it starts slowly moving slightly down to the left until it disappeared behind the roof of the house out of my window. What makes things weirder is when I told my family member about it the next day they told me they kept having horrifying nightmares about aliens and waking up in a cold sweat, terrified to go back to sleep. Planning on getting cameras to put in both of our rooms to try and capture more proof of extraterrestrials while we are asleep.

Was walking my dog looking East towards Nampa and Caldwell. I spotted four red lights in a line that were tilted at an angle and they were quite white apart. a man was outside sitting on his porch so I asked him to get up and take a look at it and I asked him if he knew what it was and he said he'd never seen anything like that in his life. I then called my parents live about three miles away and have them step outside and asked if they could see red lights. They confirm that they did and we're shocked at the way that they were moving and coming in and out of focus like they were going far away and then coming closer.and then a bright light appeared that started flashing like a strobe light following in similar vicinity of the direction the red lights were going. At some point they all disappeared.

Mother ship size cylinder/cigar object with 6 lights moving west to east.

I ALWAYS look up into the night sky and have seen dot’s (3 ufos to be exact) in the sky that have maneuvered in ways a satellite and planes cannot perform. However, this was my first sighting of a mother ship!!! In the northern sky heading west to east I saw and object that was about 6 to 8 inches long from my point of view. There was no sound at all. It had 6 lights with the second light from the rear being slightly larger than the other 5, example:(oOoooo) on a cigar/cylinder shaped object and it was moving slightly faster than a satellite. If this object was in low earth orbit, it was over a mile in length. If it was in the inner atmosphere then it was at least a quarter to half mile long! I wish I could tell the exact height in the sky to give you a better description of the size, but I just don’t know.

I really hope somebody else saw this object in the sky as this sighting kind of freaked me out. Something that big moving through the sky has had a profound effect on me as this was most likely a once in a life time event.

A coworker was looking up in sky and I took video of the object.

A coworker was looking up intensely at a diamond shaped object hovering directly above the approach path to BOI airport/ Gowen Air National Guard. Object appeared to be 100 to 200 feet above the typical altitude of the jets on approach. That altitude being about 400 feet. Apparent size of the object was slightly wider than the body of a 737-300 passenger jet, but about half as long. It was a very stormy day with low clouds and frequent wind gusts up to 50MPH. The object just hovered almost motionless despite the high winds. No sound. No lights. We observed the craft for about 3-5 minutes. Took video for less than a minute. Then the craft rolled to approximately parallel to the ground and then shot straight up very quickly and disappeared into the low clouds. I regret not continuing to video the object until it disappeared. That was shocking after seeing it just sit motionless for minutes. Wasn’t sure what I was looking at.

Commercial airliner sized diamond shaped craft hovering and flying upwind in high wind storm and in airport flight path

Approximately 10 miles NW of Boise BOI airport/Gowen Air field adjacent to a Boeing 737-300 class airliner on final approach, this craft was spotted by a colleague and I. It was a stormy day with dark low clouds and high winds. The craft appeared diamond shaped and hovered a mile or so from the airliner that was on final approach. After the airliner passed, the craft flew straight up towards the low storm clouds, rolled onto its side, and the shot into the clouds headed into the wind. after which we lost sight of it. I caught 24 seconds of video of the craft that I am uploading with this report. At first we thought it was a drone, but it was in the flight path of the airport, was above the jet liner and appeared nearly the same size as the jet. Way too big to be a drone. And it hovered, flew vertically, and shot into the clouds head into the wind at high speed. Definitely NOT a drone.

Multiple triangle shaped objects floating in formation.

Roughly 35 triangle shaped objects seen in sky over Meridian Idaho on May 4th, 2017, 6:36pm, while at sports event at 43.615085, -116.337603. From this location, the objects where in seen above in sky toward the southern direction.

Objects were seen by multiple people at the event, including children and adults., which appeared to be slowly gliding across sky and fading from sight, after about 7 minutes. In the picture (phone camera) they are white spots, but they were each visibly shaped like triangles. The objects remained fixed in position between each other, but there were no connections visible to the eye.

The sky was totally blue (cloudless) and objects could be seen quite well while lower in sky. The picture was taken a couple minutes after first sighting, as they were higher in sky, and smaller in appearance.

Different colors circular object non movement in same spot numerous times; no sound; light beams to ground seen twice

Just came across this site. I have seen this circular object in the sky near my home in wee hours of morning numerous times. Twice there has been two large beams of very bright light come down to ground. The circular object remains in same spot and can only see bright different color lights moving in a circular motion. My daughter who lives a house up road from me witnessed a bright light hitting the ground outside her bedroom window. That is where I saw the one I witnessed outside my bedroom window. I have not seen it in the last few nights/mornings. There is no sounds or movement. My wifi lights on unit start flashing which they normally do not do.

I looked out my window at 5 am and saw a bright flashing coming from the UFO. It caught my attention when the flashes changed from blue to white and sometimes red. The flashes were at different brightness and sometimes the white light would even strobe.

I believe it was a triangle because there seemed to be a large mass not quite lit up on the side where I was watching. The ship moved in fast motions. Some points it would do a lazy sideways figure eight and it would begin to quickly fly one direction then would quickly "change its mind" and zoom back to its beginning spot. It dropped little stars which I assume are ships, some underneath of it and twp shot out of the sides and shot up in an arch formation over the Meridian Speedway.

The big UFO with the lights continued to wobble in its spot while these very visible smaller ships went out if vision. Then one of OUR aircraft with four big flashlights coming off all four sides seemed to have let some of its own ships go because I quickly saw two bright blinks in the sky separate from each other, but close to where the aircraft had just passed. As I watched the UFO it slowly lowered out of my vision and made quite a light display along the way. It left my vision at 6:16 floating over Middleton. I believe it was flashing lights on our houses.

Bright orb viewed in twilight and night sky over Meridian/Nampa, Idaho for nearly an hour.

On August 6th, 2016, I was in attendance at the stock car races at Meridian Speedway in Meridian, Idaho. The lady seated next to me and I had been talking about my line of work as a pilot, and she began to put a couple of eye drops in her eye. As she looked up, she said, “Oh, and there’s an airplane now.” I, too, looked up and immediately noticed what she was looking at was most definitely not an aircraft of any kind.

At first glance, the object appeared to be directly overhead the speedway at an altitude of approximately ten to fifteen thousand feet AGL (above ground level). The object was quite bright in the evening sky. The object was VERY slowly moving west. The object’s shape was hard to decipher, but it was definitely not perfectly circular. The shape was more oblong than anything, or perhaps even cylindrical shaped. I noticed other people in attendance at the speedway were beginning to watch the object as more people had their heads turned. I kept a keen eye on the object and noticed that it’s almost imperceptible movement began to slow after a few minutes.

The object moved from directly overhead Meridian, Idaho, to directly over what appeared to be Nampa, Idaho, in the span of fifteen minutes. During the first few minutes of observation, my guess was that the object was a weather balloon. Weather balloons are launched over the Treasure Valley twice daily from the National Weather Service station in Boise, Idaho. I looked at my watch and discovered that the last weather balloon was launched over two hours ago. The object never decreased in size during the entire hour that I watched it, indicating to me that this was definitely not a weather balloon. Weather balloons decrease in relative size from the naked eye as they gain altitude. This object was not gaining altitude and was remaining the same size during the entire viewing. The object appeared to be emitting its own light, and as the sun set and the other stars and planets became visible the object appeared to become much more red in color.

The lady seated next to me was quite interested in the object and tried taking numerous photos of the object with her iphone, but none of the images showed anything of merit.

After about 45 minutes of watching the object the lady seated next to me decided to go to her car and view the object with a pair of binoculars she had in her car. She left and I last viewed the object almost an hour after first witnessing the object. I looked up again a couple minutes later and the object was gone. The lady returned a few minutes later looking rather flustered and stated that she was at her car viewing the object with her binoculars, looking directly at the red orb, when in vanished into thin air.

I know this was not an aircraft, as I’m a full-time pilot, and I’m quite aware of what aircraft of all types look like in the sky. This object was not a weather balloon, drone, or blimp of any kind. The object emitted a very bright light in the evening sky and emitted a very bright red/orange glow after sunset. The peculiar shape of the object and the odd movement of the object are what baffle me.

I know dozens of other people at the speedway that night witnessed the object, so hopefully they too will write reports.

I first witnessed the object at 20:17 and last saw the object at 21:13 local time.

First time I saw it I ignored it. Thought it was an airplane or some flickering Star that would go away. But every night now for about 3 months there has been at least one and up to three UFO of some sort. They fly in every direction and at hyper speed. They like to do little flips and know when people are watching. They dance in the sky and shoot from left to right. It's become a ritual now, every time me and my fiance go smoke a cigarette we see the little "alien" we call it. And we watch it and then go inside and come back out a few ours later and do it all over again. We have had many friends over and they have all just sat and watched them too.

Very cool anyone else see these guys over downtown meridian???? Please tell me. I think we are are being watched and observed. and I don't mind it. Do you?

15-20 "Craft" with yellowish lights flying from south to north over South Boise and Meridian idaho

Friday December 4, 2015, between 2145 and 2200 hours, my friend and I came out of the Majestic Movie theater in Meridian, Idaho. I noticed a lot of lights in the sky to the south over what I would say would be south Meridian or South of Boise, Idaho. There were several lights that looked to be following each other in line, maybe 8-10 in the first group. They were flying north and then several stopped, or hovered, above West Boise, while others continued in different directions. There was NO noise.

I'm prior military and I've been around aircraft all my life and I know the different sounds from rotor-craft to fixed wing. I stepped into a frozen yogurt place for a second and then came back out and saw another formation coming from the south. This was the best picture I got as they left single file and began to make some odd formations. The second group had 8-10 craft as well.

I called Ada County Dispatch to see if they'd received any other reports of odd lights and they had not. They contacted Boise Airport and they did not have anything abnormal reported, nor did they have any radar information of 15-20 craft in the area. I contacted Boise Tower myself the next day and they confirmed that with me. Dispatch also talked with Gowen field and they did not have any night operations going.

We have Apaches, A-10's. and F-15's flying constantly in the area, but none of those were in training that night. I should also point out, there were no flashing lights on these craft, just the slightly yellowish steady light you see here.

The weather was cold and at the moment, it was slightly overcast in that general direction.

The lights were moving at a speed that would be typical for final approach to Boise except when they hovered.

Rope-like object over Meridian, Military jets in the immediate vicinity.

While working on a construction site near Meridian, ID, we heard military jets over head which turned our heads skyward. While trying to locate the jets an object caught my eye, but noticed that it was stationary, even as the patchy clouds in the blue sky passed by.

I quickly realized the object began to change form from an indecipherable glob into more of the shape of a rope or fiber. The rope-like object was white but I could almost discern a slight black banding down the length of the object. It slowly curled and twisted just as a worm would as the clouds (below the object) passed quickly, which ruled out the possibility of it being anything inflatable like a string of balloons etc. The wind did not move the object!

About 2-3 minutes elapsed when the object suddenly began to fade and within 3 seconds, it vanished. After some research, i learned these sightings are called "Sky Serpents" and this was an exact stereotype. I discovered that they ! are very common and have have even shown up on some NASA footage. I do wonder if the military gets were scrambled to intercept this object. Their path was liner and didn't seem to engage, (basing on the sound as it tracked across the sky) but, the sound trail of the jets did pass in the immediate vicinity of this object.

A light began blinking across the sky, a relatively big light compared to the stars in the sky.

I went to open my window last night because it was hot in the room. As soon as I opened my blinds, I noticed a light in the sky. I opened my window to get a better view of it: It was about the size of a porch light (when looking in the sky). When I looked at it, it started blinking and began to hover East. I'm not sure if it was some sort of aircraft because you could heard what sounded to be engines as it passed by.

Circular green object moving from north to south overhead.

On September 13th, 2015 at 10:00 pm, I entered my bedroom and sat on the bed and looked out my south facing window. Immediately overhead a green, circular object moved from north to south and disappeared on the horizon. The object made no sound. It wasn't a flare, nor did it look like a shooting star. The light didn't pulse nor did it flash. The outer rim of the round object was a lighter green, with the inner part of circle being of a darker green.

Saw object at very close range next to residence hovering. moved very rapid and sent out bright blue flash and vanished into night sky.

As I pulled in my driveway I seen different colored blinking lights and thought it was an airplane but realised the object was very close to my roof of my residents hovering.

Immediately lights turned off and object moved fast as lightning diagonally back and forth a few times. Released a very large blue flash that blinded me for a second as if a picture was being taken of me.

After the flash, I could not see where it flew away to. Vanished in the night sky.

Bright/star-like light in high in eastern sky, seemed to sort of hover, then vanished

Facing east on Franklin Road at the intersection with Eagle Road.

Noticed an object high in the sky, position around 11 o'clock, at first thought it was a plane reflecting the rising sun. Then object appeared to turn and get brighter (reminded me of Venus in the sky at night).

Realized the object wasn't moving like a plane would but more hovering in same place. Also the sun was behind it, so don't think it could have reflected so brightly based on my relative location.

Then just like that it vanished and I could never find any sign of it in the sky again.

Grey or charcoal color wing shaped craft with a curved aft to a point. No lights were observed, and no sound.

Craft looked to be segmented with lines being spaced evenly and were oriented from front to back. Craft looked to be approximately 200' wide and was flying at a low altitude of around 500'. Low enough to make out details of the craft even in low light conditions.

Craft moved from the West to the East.

Craft was visible for approximately 30 seconds as it moved across the sky.

Craft never changed speed or altitude.

I saw military planes go after it!

I was outside smoking when I looked at the south east and saw a dark saucer with blinking blue green and purple lights. I tried to capture it on my phone but it was too far away. As I stood there trying to figure it out, I saw from the east; two jets flying towards the object. After that the object seemed to fade away into the night sky, as the two jets just flew idle in the sky. Craziest thing I've ever seen!

Approximately, 2255 our small dog began to grow out of bedroom window. When my fiance looked outside the window she asked if I could see a series of lights moving in slow but steady path.

When I first looked I was unable to see them due to reflection on the glass, however moving to a different spot was able to see the "craft."

We then proceeded to move to our front room and look out a porch sliding glass door and watch the "craft" continue to move. There were 8 lights in a W pattern, the lead light was white, the next 6 were either white or blue (I saw white, finance saw blue) and the last light was red.

The air was distorted like there was a solid object in the sky, however as it proceeded the lights spread out.

I was able to get one more look from another bedroom window where the lights had significantly spread out.

Craft was moving N-NW (~335 deg) to E-SE (133 degrees) First window faces North Door faces North Second window faces East Lights appeared to be approx 1000-2000 ft off the ground Sound sounded like a "hum" of roter blades from a helo, but very quiet.

cloudy field ufo

I was eager to take photos after having been complimented on a previous picture I had taken, so I grabbed my camera and headed outside.

The weather was calm, quiet and cloudy. I looked around my yard for good sky shots, took two pictures under some trees, then three more overlooking the field behind my house. Satisfied with the shots I went inside and uploaded them to my computer, I then saw the object in my 2nd of the three field shots.

It was a medium sized disk object (slightly to the left around the middle of the picture), seemed to emit some light, did not make any noise, and no other aircraft were in the area.

It was not a stationary object, I find myself lucky to get such a shot of a speedy UFO mid flight.

More than a dozen red lights travelling slowly towards North and then slowly together up in the sky

As we were driving West from Boise towards our home in Meridian tonight around 9:00 PM, I saw what it looks like red lights going slowly towards the sky.

First I thought they were attached to a very high post for some advertisement or something like that since today is Saturday. As we were getting closer to them they look like small red circles going North.

They were very close together but they did not touch each other. Almost like they were connected by a net I took my phone and decided to take a video. My husband stopped the car so we can have a better view without getting or causing an accident.

I don't know when they showed up, or how many they were from the beginning, but when we saw them they were about 12-15 and as they travelled North, they started to disappear one by one in the same spot until they were not visible anymore.

When we arrived home, my husband decided to go outside to see if they were still visible . He called me outside and they were all together almost like a bunch of grapes and they went up slowly up in the sky. We took more pictures with our cell phones and I did try to take a video again but is not visible to the naked eye. The pictures we took at home we can make them bigger and it looks like a big light in motion.

I don't know if an expert with the right technology will be able to see something on my video. I can't make it bigger as the pictures can.

From the time we first saw them until they went up in the sky, I would say it was about an hour. We decided to come inside and check the local news but I did not see anything.

Outside that light was still visible and it seems like 1 big blinking light to me, but my husband said he saw more than a couple of blinking of different colors (red, silver, white) In the pictures we took it looks white with blue around it.

Very bright white oval shape gliding swiftly against the clear blue sky.

I was driving to work and saw an odd bright white craft coming from the west. I thought it looked odd because it was so bright white and shiny like glass. My mind started telling myself it was an airplane though it did not look like one at all. It glided through the air so quickly and smooth. The sky was very clear. As I looked at it at the stoplight I saw a girl in her car next to me looking at it with an inquisitive face. I tried to follow it but it completely disappeared. I believe it was an oval shape and the brightest white you can imagine.

My son saw something flying under the lights on the freeway. He was so upset that I could not see anything at first.

When we got off the freeway I was trying to calm him down when he saw it again. I told him it was a firework then quickly changed my mind when it flew 20 feet from us.

Slamming my brakes we sat in our car and looked in disbelief at this hovering, huge ball of fire. The fire burned on the top and looked as if it was shaped perfectly like a crown. The most intriguing part was the loud buzzing sound it made.

Right when we thought to grab my phone to take a picture, it quickly took off.

A fluxuating flaming orb moving across the sky.

I was going home, traveling northwest in our subdivision and out of the corner of my eye I saw this 'red flame rising'. It raised to the tree line and then took off, crossing over the tree tops at a high rate of speed, heading southwest. A friend was riding with me at the time and he too saw the same. It seemed to be egg shaped and maybe the size of a car. Red flame(s) coming from the top and possibly whiteish flames from the bottom. We went inside the house and we were telling (2) two of our buddies what we had just seen. Within 10 minutes the (4) four of us went outside for a smoke break and we saw the same object, in approximately in the same place and it again traveled in the same southwest direction. This object made no sound that we could hear. Our backgrounds: we've all lived here in Idaho our entire lives, Occupational Therapist, Carpenter, and (2) two of us work for a mortgage title business.

Initially seen an orange light approaching from the north. The light stopped then began moving again but also began to fade in and out, after which a dark outline could be seen in the glow of the city lights. I could see a clockwise rotation of the craft which was roughly circular, but had tentacle like extensions and seem to change shape. I could hear no sound from it. It stopped almost directly overhead and ,at fist length, it was the size of a walnut. The outline of the object suddenly began to get much larger and quickly became as large as a basketball at fist length. At this point I felt as though my life were in danger and I sprinted for my front door ( I had initially went out to get my mail and spotted it at the mailbox )as I was sure it was going to hit the ground or stop directly above me.

After making it in the house I waited a few seconds then began looking out the windows to see where the object was. I couldn't see anything so I ( slowly ) went back outside to see what happened. Nothing was around but I quickly spotted the same orange light back to the north roughly were I had spotted it originally. At this point I decided to run back into the house and obtain my binoculars.

Luckily it was still there and I was able to view it. The objects orange light was emitting from the outer edge and looked like some sort of thrust, being bright at the source, then fading outward, not flickering like a flame, but more like light. It slowly rotated around the outside but did not appear to affect its direction. I could not make out any specific surface detail but their were things protruding from it. I watched it as long as I could for about a minute before I lost sight of it. I don't know it this was a second object or the same one I spotted originally.

My boyfriend at the time, and I were driving home from the movies. I was looking out of the passenger side window when I saw something moving slower than a satellite and much brighter. It was unlike anything I had ever seen. . I was trying to figure out what it was and before I knew it, the object got really bright and took off with lightening speed and disappeared. Immediately after that, my boyfriend yelled "did you see that?!" We compared what we saw and it was the same exact same sighting. We went home and watched UFO videos the rest of the night.

Bright light during the late afternoon initially stationary, moves, then disappears, reappears a few minutes later.

First Sighting I was driving my 18 wheeler through Mississippi today, I was about 25 miles west of Meridian heading West on interstate 20, the sun was going down and had just dipped below the horizon, so it was still pretty much daylight. The sky was clear with just a few small wispy clouds. Looking through my windshield I noticed a bright light in the sky in front but slightly to the left, I pointed it out to my 12 year old son who was sitting in the passenger seat, saying to him “look at that star” and that it seemed unusual to see a star in daylight, not knowing too much about astronomy , I added that it was perhaps Venus which is why we can see it because I couldn’t see any other stars as I looked around the rest of the sky. As we looked at what by now I was convinced was Venus, a small wispy cloud moved across but the light was not obscured by the cloud, the cloud passed and the bright light was again in a cloudless part of the sky, a few seconds later I remarked to my son that the br! ight light appeared to be moving a little more to the left and also appeared to growing slightly dimmer, then it became quite obvious it was moving as it picked up speed very quickly moving upwards at a roughly 45 degree angle, it completely disappeared within a few seconds over the south western sky. All in all we had watched this thing for about 5-6 minutes, I noted the time that it disappeared, it was 4.55 pm central time.

Second Sighting My wife was also traveling in the truck but was in the sleeper listening to an audio book, I had considered disturbing her to look at the bright light when I first noticed it, but thinking I would be disturbing her for something as unremarkable as an ‘ early’ star or Venus I didn’t bother, it was only when my son and I realized that this thing was moving off at a high rate of speed that I finally called her, just too late for her see anything, in fact when I told her what we had just seen, I thought she might think we were imagining or exaggerating it. For approximately the next 10 minutes my Son and I discussed what we had seen with my wife, telling her several times that I had wished I had disturbed her so she could have seen it too. Then to my astonishment the light suddenly appeared again, this time all three of us watched it, but it only stayed stationary for about a minute, then started moving again, except this time it moved in the opposite direction ( south west to! south east) and in less than 10 seconds faded out of sight completely, it was almost as if someone turned out the light with a ‘dimmer’ switch! The only difference this time was that it didn’t look exactly the same kind of light a star at night has, this time it had a reddish hue to it, we think that this time because of the change in direction it may have been reflecting the sun, despite the sun being quite a way below the horizon by now.

I ought to add that I’m sure the object was very high in the sky, I don’t believe it was a plane because all the planes were leaving long contrails. Also, planes don’t really move that way. No flashing airplane lights either.

It changes form and does not look like anything that is man made. when looked at through a scope, it goes from looking like multiple colors from further away, but when focused closer becomes many lights and is definately inside our atmosphere. Our background is we are just regular people. We saw something similar about 2 months ago that looked like an atom in the sky. these seem to always be below the moon (closer to the ground than the moon)the one we saw a couple of months ago was red and blue colors and was constantly spinning. It looked like a giant atom.

Over 2 hours long UFO hoovers nears Boise, Idaho skys.

Looked out bathroom window at 1 am on 9-23-09 and saw what i thought maybe was a plane on fire heading directly towards me, at quick glance. me and wife and 18 yr old son went into back yard and watched for about 30 min taking videos and pictures from couple cell phones. The object had green lights around the outer edge of the saucer shaped craft with red lights top and bottom, nothing flashing. The craft would linger there like a old porch light in the wind and u can see that in videos. My wife and son went back to bed after about an hour, I stayed up recording and watching. I was not getting the quailty shots I wanted so I called local news room KTVB Channel 7 in Boise Idaho and told them to look for it. I hope they did, it stayed for about another 20 - 30 mins after that I went and looked and could no longer see it. I live in Meridian, Idaho and view it in the southwest sky. I never really believe in UFOs but that was something funky,,, a UFO.... The weir! d thing is we have a airport near by, BOI, and never heard or saw a plane in the entiree time watched UFO.

Two of us saw a flying triangular gray illuminated object above our house and yard.

My 11 year old daughter and I were jumping on the trampoline. We stopped to lay down and look at the stars. Upon looking up a triangular shape caught my eye. It had just become dark and for a split second I thought it was a weird bird. Then I looked at how it flew, from east to west, then back again, then in a circle. I asked my daughter if she saw it and she said, "Yes I do. What is it? Is it a ghost or a demon or a spaceship?" It moved very gracefully, then turned south and began to fly over us. It never increased or decreased in speed. It appeared as a triangle with a hollow center, sort of like a boomerang with stripes. There were no lights but some sort of very small illumination like a glow which gave it the ghostly appearance. It was gray, a light gray and made no sound at all. The thing continued to fly, very smoothly and gracefully, to the south until we could no longer see it. About a minute later what looked like a star, just a simple star, began to zigzag across the sky. It disappeared twice and then flew to the southeast. We went inside and told my boyfriend, who laughed at us. Then one of my other children suggested we draw what we saw (the triangular thing) in opposite rooms. We did and the pictures are identical. This concerns me as I've had weird things happen to me all my life - playing with strange objects in my room as a small child (that no one else ever knew about as they visited me at 3 a.m. or so), a triangle cut into my back in the middle of the night (as with a laser) that I never felt happen, a metal rod instered into my heel that I never remember the trauma of receiving (showed up on an x ray).

230 to 250 foot wide Crescent or manta ray shaped object with no audio or lighting low altitude and high speed in Merdian idaho

My Wife and were sitting in out backyard hot tub talking. The moon was not visible, the sky was clear, there was no wind.

My wife noticed something in the sky and said "look at that!" I turned to see a very large manta ray shaped object coming from the South east headed north towards Ontario Oregon across Highway 86. The object appeared to be under 1,000 feet in altitude but over 500 feet in altitude and was moving at a steady pace and appeared to be gliding along rapidly with a wing span I estimate from between 230 to 250 feet. crescent shaped front end and had a protrusion in the middle of the back portion. It looked exactly like a giant manta ray with a short tail.

The Object was almost the color of the sky like it was supposed to be camouflaged but lighting from the ground made it possible to be seen, it completely blocked out the stars that would have been visible had it not been there and it's shape was determined by the outermost edges of the craft.

There was no noise as it came towards us, no noise as it was directly overhead and no noise after it passed by. It had no lights, No writing, and no visible fire from a jet or any sort of engine.

after it had passed I thought that it's color was so odd that it was like if you were to take a large mirror into high grass of all the same color and then witness the mirror reflecting the grass back at you from a distance - it would be hard to tell where the mirror was unless it was moving the Color was so odd that i believe the object may have been super shinny and was only allowing us to see its camouflaged surface, the flaw being fairly bright ground lights shinning straight up onto the bottom, and also the fact that a star you could see would not be visible as it passed between us and the star.

The object appeared to be gliding rapidly - it was only visible for about 15 seconds before it was too far away to see any longer.

That's all, I have not seen it since but I am keeping an eye out for it again.

Me and my parents were sitting outside on our porch when my dad noticed three lights we've never seen before. They were brighter than the north star. This was at night. We saw these around 8:30PM.

We came out at 9:00PM and the lights were gone. We looked all around the sky, but we could never find them. They were arranged in a line, evenly spaced. It was not Orion's belt, I looked for it to check. My mom, dad, and I saw them.

It was the night after Hurricane Katrina hit us, so the power was out all around.

I was approached by a strang flying light driving home in july.

I was driving home to Meridian, Idaho, with my aunt and her grand kids. I had left Fruitland, Idaho, late on the 7th of July. The distance is about 45 miles one way. I’m not sure exactly what time we left but it was getting close to midnight. I took the Franklin exit off of Interstate 84 by mistake. So I just headed north till I hit cherry lane road. It’s a back road which heads straight into meridian. There was no other traffic that night on that road and all we could see was a lot of open fields. Most of the fields on that road were not in use.

From out of nowhere a strange light approached the side of the car at ground level and then flew right over us. It hardly made any sound at all. I could see 4 bright white lights that were round in shape. It felt like I was being watched for a split second. After it flew over the car it dove down into the field next to us and its lights went out. I saw that it didn’t look anything like a plane. It looked more like a long wing or saucer shaped. I saw one light come on after the bright ones went out. It was a small blinking blue light. After it had swooped down in the field I saw it whip around and jump back up in to the sky. I felt lucky this thing didn’t crash into us and I just kept driving. I looked back in my rear view mirror at it and it was just hovering above the trees.

Several nights before this event I had gone to let my dogs out in the backyard and behind our house is 100 acre tree reserve (we live in a very rural area) it was around 9-10pm and I saw a light shining through some trees which immediately blinked out and I thought how odd because the light was at tree top level. My husband said maybe it is some deerhunters. A couple of night later I had walked down to my sons house across my pasture and when I was coming back the mist was rising in the pasture with a large area obstructing the stars. Out of the mist above me I saw a horizontal beam of light like a laser shining out of it. It scared me and I ran on into the house.

On the night of the 19th my son called me to come outside. I can see his home from my front yard and he was standing on the deck. He said "look down at the pond". The pond is downhill from my house in the middle of my pasture with the tree reserve on the backside of it. A very bright light was shining down into the pond; so bright that I couldn't see the source. My son said, " I have been watching it for 20 minutes." In just a few minutes the light went out and triangle shaped caraft was lifting up!!! It turned toward my house and lifted its nose and slowly acclerated upward. It was making a pumping sound like an old washing machine for a few seconds then became absolutely quiet. It had the white corner lights and orangish light in the center. After reaching an altitude of a couple hundred feet all the lights went out and small red blinking light came on. As it flew off it you could no longer tell what it was. With the linking red light it now looked like any plane that would be crossing the night sky. I don't know if the other 2 events have anything to do with this but it all happpened in the same week.

Three Head Lights, Plasma bottom, Different colors, Bizzar flying Patterns, 2 encounters almost exactly 1 year apart.

July 27th, 2001 While Driving Home From my GirlFriends house at 12:45, I was heading northbound on Meridian Road in between Ustick and McMillan. While coming to the stop sign at the intersection of Meridian and McMillan I saw a Green light coming from the field northwest of the intersection. It was about 50 feet high in the air, moving parallel with McMillan about 40 feet north of the road. It was coming towards me and then the Green light dissapated. I could still tell their was an object flying in the sky and when it came to the point where it was going to cross meridian road, it banked and turned 180 degrees and was then heading west. I was probably fifty yards from the craft. Then, the belly of this diamond craft lit up like white lava and radiated very bright light on the ground. As soon as the craft lit up, it dived for the ground and then pulled up back to about 50 feet from the ground. Then the plasma light on the belly completely shut off. I saw It then bank, and turn another 180 degrees and it was coming towards me again, still moving parallel with McMillan coming towards meridian road. Then the Front of the craft illuminated it's front "Head Lights." It had three very large lights on the front of the craft. The lights remind me of lights in a Football stadium. The middle light was slightly higher then the other Lights on each side. Then the Diamond shaped UFO started to radiate colors from the end of its wings. Not blinking lights like an airplane, But slowly appearing light that gradually became brighter in color. I beleive the first color was blue, then red then green. It took about 5-7 seconds for each color to come on very dim, gradually become brighter and then dim out-to start the next color. After the green color on the edges of the UFO dimmed, the front headlights shut off, the UFO banked and turned again, the belly lit up and the CYCLE repeated itself. Instantly I knew I had encountered it again. Absolutely nobody was on the desolate farming roads except for me. I had a sensation ! of an ov erwhelming feeling that I needed to leave the area ASAP. The only logical thing I could think of doing was to drive where lots of people were, so I headed towards boise down McMillan street at a very fast pace. July 28 2000. While coming home from work at 1:20 in the morning on a late thursday night (Friday morning), I saw the exact same UFO I had just described. Except this was the first time I had ever encountered a UFO. The exact coloring, shape, plasma bottom, three head lights and the cycles of going in circles were all the same. But, I didn't recognize it untill I pulled into my driveway at home. It was probably 100 yards away from me and the three headlights (It was so bright, that Is all I could see)was coming straight for me. I scrambled inside of my house, and paced back in forth in disbeleive of what it was. I kept seeing the craft fly about 30 feet high off of the ground on my street where my house resides. I quickly woke my father up to tell hime about the flying crafts outside of our house. He woke up and walked outside with me. Nothing was their. He went back to bed thinking I was insane. About 20 minutes later I heard the distinct humming noise this diamond craft makes and I immediately went back to wake my father up. We went outside again and the craft was farther off in the distance. Within a minute or so the craft was in our back yard, doing the cycles and my dad was so scared, he ran in the house (of course I did too). We peeked out of our windows and watched the craft for about an hour and a half, going back and forth inside and outside. While watching the UFO, it did it's cycles in three spots within about a couple of miles. The first cycle was right near our house. Then the craft would fly about 2 miles southeast and do some cycles there. Then the UFO would go directly west and do more cycles and then come back to our house, (northeast) and continue its cycles. Three different spots of continuous cycles and then repitition. This lasted for nearly 2 hours..... The UFO was quiet large. I would say it is bigger then an average size home, Especially the width. For how big it was, It meandered through the air like a hang-glider. For something that big to be flying 50-60 feet off of the ground and turning around and diving towards the ground, ruled out any logical explanation of what I think it could be. I also realized that when I had come across the UFO for the second time, it was one day away from being exactly one year from when I saw the first one. The only thing I can conclude, is that both experiences happend on the last thursday night (Early friday morning) of July 2000 and July 2001

Was observing another aircraft when I saw this object, making no sound, travel in a straight line from west to east an go out of sight.

Object Description - White to Silver, shaped like a seed of rice, traveling a direct path from almost due west to due east. Sighting - At approx. 1700 hrs mountain time, I observed the above described object traveling at what appeared to be a very high altitude. I detected no sound as it traveled across an approx. 105 degree arc in a straight line. From Straight up, it was approx. 10 degrees to the south. I observed the object through the arc over a period of approx. 10 to 15 seconds until it went out of sight. From my location I first saw the object at approx. 45 degrees to the west and lost sight of it at approx. 60 degrees to the east. Background - I am a 29 yr. retired police officer presently operating a private investigative agency.

A white light, typical of visible orbiting satellites, moved erratically on a westerly course in the pre-dawn sky.

The object appeared almost overhead, about 80 degrees above horizon, heading generally west south-west. It appeared to be a satellite (of which I have observed hundreds over the years), similar in speed, tracking and intenisity of light (which was steady, non-blinking), until making several sudden, major course changes, which included coming to what appeared to be a complete stop. There is an all-night service station/convenience store about 100 yards directly west of my location that is brightly lighted all night. The object was bright enough to be easily seen, even over the lights from the C-store coming from the same general direction. I observed no strobes, beacons, or sounds coming from the object or its general direction that might identify it as an aircraft. Boise's Gowen Field is about 8 miles east south-east of my location and there is a lot of military and commercial traffic arriving and departing nearly all day and late into the night. However, there is seldom anything flying in the area between about midnight and 7:00 a.m. I am a private pilot with several hundred hours of PIC time logged and recognize how both military and general aviation aircraft are typically lighted. The light given off by the object was silvery-white, not incandescent or florescent, and of the intensity I have observed from satellites over the years. It diminished only when the object passed behind a thin stratus cloud layer in the west, which was the remnant of some small, localized thunderstorms that had been in the area the previous afternoon and evening. The object remained visible through the clouds for several seconds. It made at least 5 course changes of as much as 70 degrees during period of observation, but its overall progress of travel remained generally westerly. The object faded from view upon passing behind more dense area of cloud layer and was lost.

Caller was driving east on I-20, and at Mile Marker #120, he observed a silver-colored, metallic-appearing, "opal shaped" object in the sky. It was 15 degrees to the draver's right, and 30 degrees above the horizontal, and it was hovering totally motionless.

The object clearly appeared to be rotating, and it occasionally would reflect sunlight, as if it had a flat side on it.

The observer pulled off the highway and stopped. As he was watching it, the object instantly just disappeared.

The caller was trained in the military in photo analysis, and perhaps other specialties. He was very precise in his description, using very unambiguous terms, and the proper use of angles, rather than distances. Also, he served in the UN forces in 1979 with the Peace Keeping Mission, arising out of the Camp David Accords.

I was on the 5th floor of the hospital in the room with my grandmother who was dying. She died at approx 4 pm. Other family members were also at the bedside.

I turned to the window sobbing and was looking to the southwest. There were large cummulus white clouds in the sky. While I was looking out the window to the sky I saw a pewter gray round object flying through the air. I almost turned to say , "Look, look!" but the object entered a cloud and I decided not to.

Then I saw it exit the cloud and and cross the sky and enter another cloud and I no longer saw it. It came from my left and was about the size of a half dollar and got smaller as it climbed into the clouds. It was completely smooth, round like a ball bearing and had no markings.

Silver cylinder craft flying silently, lower than normal air craft, rotating as it flew, with writing on the side (could not read it)

The craft was flying lower than normal airplanes in the area, which is what grabbed my attention to it. I looked up and saw a short, cylinder shaped craft flying horizontally through the air, and rotating while it flew. There was no sound, nor any trail. It glided through the sky seamlessly. It was grey/silver/white in color and had writing on the side.

It flew from east to west at the same speed an airplane would pass. It was like seeing a satellite that floats out in our orbit here under the clouds. My age at the time was 8 years and I was very interested in space exploration, so I assumed it was a NASA craft and didn't even mention it to anyone, not even my teachers.

It was only later when I was an adult that I realized I had never heard of that type of technology existing and what I saw was odd. Never seen anything else like it since. The craft was not flashy, no special lights, no aura, no glowing, nothing. It looked like normal, current technology to an 8 year old in 1986.

It passed over our house and the other houses dead center of them at such a slow speed, I couldn`t figure how it could stay in the air, and not a sound did it make, but what a light show and brilliant colors. My wife then and I where in total awe of this disc craft and it`s lights that changed colors, it was no more then 100 feet max. in the air, so we got a good long look at it on a clear late May night. About three months later our paper reported, that two county shriffs saw and photographed the same thing we saw in detail, there pictures were sent to sacramento, they were told they got lost, so the paper said. As I am older now I realize how little we really know or understand, about anything and I wish I knew more, I am not nuts, it never harmed us and it never changed my belief system, but for the fact we are not alone, nor as advanced in the technologies. Why can`t we be told and know the truth.
