Triangle shape craft hovering silently very close to roof. Initially all black then glowed red on the underside and silently moved away southwards.

My partner and i decided to have dinner out, so we went to glendale, new south wales, australia.

Whilst we were eating in our car i noticed lights in the sky from a distance. I told my partner as we both were watching i took note of the time 20:45.

We continued to watch as it got closer we came to realization it was triangular.

There was no sound coming from the object which was no more than 200 metres above us not even we could not see any sort of colour it blended with the night we saw 3 headlights at the front and 2 red pulsing lights in the middle at the front of the aircraft than 2 pulsating red lights at the back it definitely was not human aircraft due to how low the thing was and how slow it was moving this is not a hoax this is legit myself and my partner saw it the event lasted for 5-7 minutes.

Very Distinctive and large glistening orange oval shaped craft hovering above us in our home city skies

Driving home we noticed two lights in front of us as we were crossing the Boolaroo bridge. I was trying to think of what these lights were, my friend was really having a good look too - I asked him what he was looking at, he replied, lights - I don't know. We pulled over the side of the road and pulled the sun roof back; by this time we noticed that these objects were not lights but some type of craft that were now alongside each other slowly hovering above us, they looked quite large and a glistening orange colour, we stopped the car engine to see if we could here something. These craft made no sound at all, they weren't far from us and were obviously having no concern of being seen as they were quite easily located and noticeable. My 15 yr old daughter and her friend were very excited about it, my friend and I were simply trying to identify what type of craft these could be, though unable to come up with anything. After a good 10 minutes of the craft hovering above our area and slowly moving North, one of the craft made a 90 deg turn to the left and proceeded to fly West / inland. We watched in amazement as they got further away; I then remembered to quickly grab my camera from the car and take a couple of photos, though they were quite a distance away by then. My camera is only a cheap digital camera though one of the photos has succeeded; though I am unsure if the craft took off quickly - or I moved when taking the photo as the light looks like a serated line on a black night sky - it doesn't look a very convincing photo to me, though - not being of any interest of UFO's or there reports in the past, I certainly have changed my attitude on what is seen in our skys; these were inexplicable craft. As we all hopped in the car to go, the street light which we were parked under suddenly went out for about 1 minute before coming back on again; wether this had any significance to the craft, we dont know. I phoned the Williamstown RAAF Base (about 20 mins drive) the next morning to ask if th! ere were any domestic or military craft in this area at that time, there response was no, and they gave me a phone number for reporting sightings to. We are yet to discuss with these authorities on the matter.

It truly was a very clear and distinct viewing of these craft, we only wish the city / town folk were out and about like us to be able to see this phenomena as it was most amazing. We were unable to come up with any suggestions or eliminations to disprove our UFO thoughts. We all feel extremely fortunate to have experienced such a thing and only hope to some day experience it again.

Object enters with flash of light and explosion,flys, hovers, exits with bang & disappears, 3 sitings same location.

Object seen 3 times. Woken by flash of light and loud explosion sound.

Looked out the window to see a bright orange light moving slowly high in the sky. Estimate slow plane speed.Have looked on it with binoculars and seen that it is an object with an orange light on the bottom side with an elongated egg shape upwards.

It nearly always appears near my house. I treated the first siting as a one off which I would not see again. But it is almost a weekly event now. Its coming seems to come from the explosion which seems to occur from nothing visible. There is smoke after the bang [seen once as I rushed outside the 3rd time]. It seems as though a prank is being played on me but now I doubt that. It's too big to be fireworks about 2m x 4-6m in size???. I experienced a loss of time while I was making a snack. I found myselflooking for a cup of drink I thought had just poured and found it in the lounge room half consumed. THAT WAS FREAKY. I had seen only one siting A WEEK EARLIER at that time and had forgotten about it. On 2 occassions I had someone with me to see it. When I heard the explosion last night the words "4pm" flashed into my mind. I know all this sounds crazy. I had just had an argument with my wife about what we had been seeing recently, telling me to not mention it to anybody. But when it happened again that night she was not so so any more. The explosion sound is so loud it's like the place is being bombed. I feel like I have been targeted for something. I am having trouble sleeping because of the expectation that it will come back. I am not afraid of grey aliens coming into my house. That's a bit unlikely. I had just come to the conclusion how crazy the x-files series was. But this is too real for comfort.

bright red glow, that appeared outside window, on the horizon. The light then intensified, then disappeared.

A bright light was seen over mount sugarloaf, sort of a red glow coming through my window. When ilooked more closely, the light intensified, and shone so brightly, it hurt my eyes. Then it flashed, and disappeared.

At the approx time of 8.15pm a bright circular red light was spotted north east of Lake Macquarie NSW Australia.

At the approx time of 8.15pm January 2000 a bright circular red light was spotted north east of Lake Macquarie NSW Australia. I was called to view this. When I did I noticed it made no sound and was approx 10000 feet, (I first thought it might be an Aircraft). I then thought it was a Satellite/Shuttle until it started darting quickly backward, sideways and forward in an erratic fasion and then stoped for a lenghty period of time before starting to move erratically. My Parents who are open minded on UFO's were also convinced it was strange. I am a pilot and was convinced a fixed wing aircraft would not be able to manoeuvrer like this. There was no sound so that puts a Helicopter with a search light out of the question. Plus the altitude and erratic behaviour puts this out of the question. I went inside to telephone the local radar, (Williamtown Millitary RAAF Base) but I could not get through. It then was seen to pick up unrealistic speed and disappeared. It was a clear night, I am not certain of the moonlight on the night. I have been trying to find a report for my area to see if there was anyone else who saw this.

RED LIGHT WITH OTHER RED FLASHING LIGHT, ONE OBJECT

5 OBJECTS, SOME MOVING FASTER THAN OTHERS SOME STOPPING BRIEFLY, MOVING AS THOUGH IN A LARGE LINE TO COVER A LARGE AREA, NO NOISE, APPEARANCE AS A CONSTANT RED LIGHT WITH SECONDARY FLASHING LIGHT, NO OBVIOUS SHAPE VISIBLE, POSSIBLY 3 TO 5 METRES IN SIZE. OCCURANCES WERE ABOUT THREE OCCASSIONS OVER A FEW MONTHS.HAVE ALSO SEEN FAST YELLOWISH CONSTANT LIGHT OBJECT APPEARING ROUND MOVING VERY FAST. A FLASHING WHITE LIGHT ONCE FOLLOWED ME TRAVELLING IN A MOTOR VEHICLE, WHEN I STOPPED THE CAR IT ALSO STOPPED. IT STAYED A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 2000 METRES. I DROVE AWAY. I RETURNED A FEW MINUTES LATER WITH FRIENDS BUT IT HAD MOVED AWAY BEING JUST VISIBLE.
