Cigar shaped object went west to east - 1991 approx 9:30pm. Cigar shaped.

UFO sighting - we were living in north-arm ? (chillingham, nsw, Australia) - a dirt road travelled to our home, we lived in a shed. It was around 1991, pap would allow me to take my mattress out on the water tank and sleep under the stars. When i saw like a cigar shaped flying object with no lights, fly / zoom across the sky from one end to the other - I think it went west to east. It was like no aircraft speed. I could see like some sort of air bow pressure infront of it, it was dark bow lines. And I thought 'urgh, no-one will believe me'.
The next morning the radio was on - I think pap had it on '92.5 oldies' when the radio man said that there was some phone calls received the night before upon seeing a cigar shaped flying object and I thought 'ha, still... no-one will believe me'. I have kept this to myself.
