Satellite looking

As high in the sky as a satellite and we watched it keep pace with us as we drove east firstly up out the driver's side window then slowly it moved left above the windscreen untill it was only seen out the passenger side . This took about an hour and a half and then suddenly it took off like a flash of light to the north and was gone in seconds

Satellite looking light in the sky as high up as a satellite would look

We were travelling towards Ouyen about 1:30 in the morning , there was no other traffic when we saw a light high up in the sky looking out the driver's side window. For about the next hour and forty five minutes it kept pace with us but was slowly moving across the sky untill eventually it was only visible high up out the passenger's side . Then in a sudden burst of speed that was so fast it took off in about a north east direction and was gone
