Over multiple nights I've taken various long exposures of moving lights in the sky, last night i captured some video

Link to a video above, multiple long exposures have been taken, and can be sent at a later time.

Lights occur regularly in this area and have been seen by night water truck drivers. I was told of this phenomena and tried many times to see it but seen nothing. this month i've seen it on 4 different occasions and caught photos and video from mulitple cameras (Phone, GoPro, Canon R5 with 24-70mm 2.8 lens and 100mm Macro.

I observe a bright yellowish warm white colour that moves relatively slowly, and sometimes quickly. the light almost appears as though it's on a dimmer switch. it fades in, then it cranks up before dimming again, anywhere from 10-30 seconds later in the same area. Usually it's 1-2 lights, 3-4 is rarer.

I know from flight radar there were no craft (domestic/civilian in the area) we are an isolated oilfield.
There are no flashing lights
There are no different coloured clearance lights
They are not drones, planes or helicopters
They do not meet the criteria for Min Min lights
They do not behave as satellites do as I've seen plenty of them
It was not Starlink or similar, I've seen and photographed it before.

Floating between 10-38 degrees on the horizon moving left and right and up and down, usually in relative straight lines
