Bright blue light appearing in the sky

I was in Rize with a few friends. We were living in the house of a friend who lived there. We sat and chatted until late at night. Then we saw a very bright light blue object in the sky. It disappeared after 1 minute. Then we looked at it on a web application. There was no satellite or anything else visible at that time in that location. So we are sure that what we saw was not a satellite.
