Observation:
I observed an unusual aerial object at a high altitude, moving within a 60-degree angle between the south and east directions. Initially, I saw a red blinking light moving steadily at a constant speed, which I identified as an aircraft.

Shortly after, I noticed a small, white, non-blinking light resembling a distant star, positioned much farther away. This object exhibited highly irregular flight behavior, characterized by rapid, non-linear movements. It quickly darted from one point to another, paused abruptly, then changed direction with sudden accelerations and decelerations, similar to the erratic flight pattern of a fly.

The object’s speed was significantly greater than that of the nearby aircraft, and it maintained these maneuvers continuously for approximately 1 to 2 minutes before disappearing from sight.

The movements did not follow any known aeronautical pattern and lacked constant acceleration, suggesting advanced or unconventional propulsion or control methods. The object was silent and appeared to be operating at a very high altitude, beyond the range of typical drones or manned aircraft.

I am highly confident in my observation and can rule out common explanations such as planes, satellites, shooting stars, or weather balloons.

I saw 3 lights in the sky with my friend.

They were moving very fast and erratically.

When I zoomed in on the white object from a distance, it turned dark gray and black; it moved very quickly to the left and then to the left again. I saw it during the day; there were no clouds. My friend lives in Turgutlu. Since it was on my way, I decided to visit him. Around 10:00 PM, while we were drinking tea on the balcony, I noticed three red lights in the sky. They weren't very bright. They were circling around each other in a circular motion. Three white objects flickered on and off as they moved from Anka OSB toward İvedik Tax Office; we panicked, and it lasted about 3 minutes.

I was in Ankara İvedik OSB for business related to a real estate investment and visited Anka OSB near the İvedik Tax Office. Since it’s an Organized Industrial Zone, we initially thought the lights might be reflections caused by industrial activities. However, the objects moved so abruptly, flickering on and off, and at one point emitted light. There were three of them, and some people even recorded videos. My dad and I are on vacation, and every day we go to the beach to watch the sea and the stars. I really like astronomy and know how stars look, where they should be, and what they should do . I also know what rockets and satellites look like, but I can't understand what I saw recently.

We were sitting on the beach, talking about life, and I was watching the stars. I even saw a falling star. We were watching for about 15 minutes when I noticed a star that shouldn't be there. As I was looking at it, suddenly, it moved—not like an aircraft or a satellite, but from one spot to another in a split second. Then it moved again, and within about three seconds, it flew out of view. It left a little streak of light behind it and moved in a triangular shape.

Since I believe in UFOs, I often look at the sky. One day, while I was looking at the sky, I saw a black, egg-shaped flying object. It was daytime, and the weather was clear. I'm sure it wasn't an airplane. It was a pitch-black object moving very quickly. Normally, I don't live in Eskişehir. I had come to visit a friend. But from what I've heard from my friends, UFO sightings are apparently common in Eskişehir.

Multiple lights flying and moving randomly.

I was cruising at FL390 Eastbound in Ankara FIR where I spotted 3 to 4 lights moving randomly in the sky. Their general direction was East-North East. Their altitude varied between my level FL390 as up to FL600 (estimate). Their speed also varied but as an estimate between 500kt to 1500kt ground speed. As an airline pilot I have seen different phenomenon, from satellites to asteroids or rocket launch and this is nothing I have witnessed before. It is not my 1st encounter. This is my 3rd time in the past year and in 3 different places in the world. First time was over the mid of North Atlantic, second was over the Mediterranean ocean and the 3rd time is the one I am reporting.

A very fast moving light/object.

There was only 1 object. The color of the object was very bright yellow/orange. The object I saw was almost as bright as a star, but not perfectly round. At first it made strange movements, for example it went to the right and stopped suddenly, then it went to the left and stopped again. Even though it was far away, it was moving very fast. It moved left and right like this for about 5 minutes and suddenly it started to draw a circle in the sky. After 1-2 minutes, it got closer and fell while turning, making neither light nor sound as it fell. By the way, I'm not sure if the object fell because a tree blocked my view as the object was falling downwards. I saw this light very above the Black Sea.

While watching the Perseid meteor shower, I noticed two bright lights in the sky moving in a synchronized manner. They appeared to be following each other, maintaining a consistent distance, and occasionally displayed circular motion. Toward the end of the sighting, one light accelerated, and the other seemed to speed up to catch up. The lights remained steady without flickering, and their movement didn’t resemble typical aircraft, satellites, or meteors. The behavior was highly unusual and left me questioning what I had witnessed.

Daytime Hovering Sphere sighting

November 21 2020 was a Saturday morning. It was around 8:15 or 8:30 in the morning, the sun was up and had been for maybe an hour or hour and a half. The sky was clear and cloudless. I was playing around and roughhousing with my 10 year old son when we ran into my bedroom. We live on the 12th floor of a 24 story building. and there’s a balcony off of my room which faces due East. The curtains were open. While play fighting with my son I looked out and saw a perfect sphere, dull metallic or gunmetal gray, not shiny, and eerily out of place. It was just hovering perfectly still and above some buildings what seems like probably no more than half a mile away, and I’d guess maybe 1000 feet in the air. It was not there earlier. It was silent and a little smaller than the size of the full moon, except it was not on the horizon. I would estimate that it was maybe 15 to 30 feet in diameter. About the size of a city bus, except it was hard to accurately judge exactly ! how far away it was, and thus its diameter and how high up it was are just my best guesses.

We keep fighting a little, and I pause and look out again and I ask my son if he sees it. He says yes. Pretty matter-of-factly, I say something to the effect of “I think it’s a UFO” and go back to fighting. He chases me out of the room and down the hall and then back, about 30 seconds or so later. It’s still there. We stop and look at it for maybe 30 seconds. I guess you’d say I’m something of an amateur photographer and my pretty high quality camera was maybe 6 feet away. So was my phone. I think about taking a picture of it but I don’t. I tell myself something like “It can’t really be a UFO. It’s gotta be something else.” We start fighting again and run off down the hall. When I come back a little later the sphere is gone and I start giving myself a hard time for not taking a picture of it, but I was still trying to convince myself that it was something else even though I know it wasn’t anything common, practical, or easily explained.

I know it wasn’t the moon because it was in the wrong place for the time of morning. I know it wasn’t a star or a planet because we can barely see more than 3 or 4 stars even on a clear night due to light pollution, but I still checked the internet for locations of the planets and moon and so on. We are not near any heavy airplane flight paths, especially none that low, and the apparent size of the sphere made it much too big to be a plane. It wasn’t a helicopter, which do occasionally fly near here but you can hear those really easily. They are LOUD. It was too big to be a drone. I’ve never seen anyone flying one around here anyway, and no self-respecting Turk is up and out of the house that early on a Saturday, especially to fly a drone.

About a week later I experienced after affects. I awoke in the middle of the night and my entire body was vibrating and I felt a static electricity-like tingly sensation which lasted maybe 15 or 20 seconds until I startled myself out of it. Maybe a week or two later it happened again, but with less intensity. I've never felt anything like that before or since.

I'm still kicking myself for not taking a pic. And now I'm always looking up!

At that time I was in the park and the weather was nice with a very clear sky, I looked at the sky at the east nearly 60 degrees from the ground, and saw things I thought they were stars but the sun was bright enough that it’s impossible to see stars by the naked eye .

I concentrated more at that scene and they wasn’t stars, they are more than 30 stars like objects and are moving slowly in different directions.

They appear from nowhere from the east and moving towards the south.

They are high enough that you have to concentrate for 10 seconds to recognize.

After 15 minutes from the time I saw them they start to disappear, one or tow where more brighter than the others and then they have all gone.

I was watching the Sky from my farm around 10:00pm to about 1:00 Am and noticed the shooting stars that evening. I counted about 37. Some had large smoke trails on them.

Then I noticed from the corner of my eye a flash of white light coming from the northwest. I looked over and notice something strange. I observed a glowing light. First it would dim bright then dim back down until no lights could be seen then it would flash a bright silver white light for a few seconds then go dark. Again, it would start to dim and glow bright then dim to darkness. I would describe it as a pulsating light, that would flash a bright silver light after each pulse. I observed this ship for about 30 minutes just sitting in the still darkness of thirty acres in the middle of a forest. It moved slowly across the night sky, until it disappeared.

My farm is barren and has no trees. It sits in the center of a forest with no lights or villages around for kilometers. I started to search today about the event that took place on August 12th, 2017, at 23:30, on the internet to see if other people noticed it. I did not find any reports so I came a cross this site to report the event.

Blue lights I saw with my family, starts a formation then moves.

I don't remember the exact date. If I can find the paper I wrote, I will update.
It was an open sky at night. My dad called me over to show the light. There was one at first, it just floated and could be barely seen with the naked eye, but the blue light in the color of natural gas that it emits downwards made it visible to us. We used binoculars and tried to see how big they were but it was so hard to focus. I tried taking photos and videos but nothing could be seen. New lights came into view one by one, and when there were 4 they started to move.
My dad asked if me and my mom wanted to follow them. We got in the car and went in the direction we last saw them go towards but couldn't find them again. I had a video of us in the car but deleted it since we couldn't catch them again.

Those things were so still at first to be a wish lantern, and too fast to be a plane, helicopter, or some other possible light source.
The weird thing is that my mom found articles of other people seeing these things a couple of months after us. Two guys became so obsessed with them that they bought a camera just to record these. Funny thing, the news report is not online anymore. However, I found other people who say similar things.

Dear NUFORC, These photos were taken by me on the date of 27 August 2015, like 19:00 o’clock (07:00 pm) in Turkey, Burdur province, noticed the object at the photo just now.

We – me and girlfriend - were returning to Burdur, from a visit to the Lake Salda, and on the way I saw the ‘’Burdur slickenside 1 km’’ sign. I have never seen anything like it before, so we moved our car to the side road to see the slickenside, we investigated a little and realizing the beautiful scenery, we moved about 400 meters further up the same road to take some pics and move back. I took the pics and saw nothing abnormal. These are the pics, taken by the Nokia cell phone model: C3-00 Type: RM-614, a little old one.

I also send you the other photos which I took from the same place. I can't tell you the object at the photo named ''look at the air please'' is a bird, an insect or an ufo? If you find something remarkable, I'll be glad if you get a chance to turn back to me.

I was walking next to the Obelisk (there are three with in meters of each other there and the Mosque is where you see all the sea gulls flying) and I noticed a red ball way up in the sky. I watched it for a minute.

It was moving erratic so I pulled out my camera to try and catch it on video. It slowed down and then disappeared. It was completely silent.

I heard a jet coming up behind me, and he passed right by where it disappeared, but sorry I stopped filming before that.

The object had orange lights. It had a shape like a globe. I was on vacation with my cousin during this event and had a local person with us. She told us that these objects were being observed offen.

Anyway in Turkey Bodrum is known with high UFO activity. After the first event we started to watch the object. Following days the object appeared at similar times with same features. After a few days no further observation happened.

21.30 i stepped out of internet cafe in Erzincan Turkey after looking above from very high altitude in ordered distance slightly from southeast to opposite northwest flyng very bright shining objects.

After try to take a video failed because of distance and sight few pics remained. We have made a short video. İ have 7 witnesses from 21.30 to late night 00.00 they flew but i dont know how long and how much passed through (can be the biggest fleet sighting of the world from sure hundreds perhaps possibly thousands) they must have been a little larger for this huge altitude this may be the first sighting in this region.

I was talking on the phone with my friend and I was laying on the bed at the time. There is a window near to my bed.

While I was talking with my friend, I saw a white flying object on the sky. First I thought it was an airplane, then I was thinking that there wasn't any smoke coming from the back side of the object.

Then I thought it could be a bird or something but the wierd thing is there isn't any bird, big, circle, white and goes that fast!! I told my friend on the phone that I was seeing an object moving on the sky.

It went for a bit then suddenly, the object moved so fast then it dissapeared super quickly.

It is the first time that I saw a real ufo. I am so excited and happy that I saw a ufo because I am a believer:).

The object with two lights

I live in izmir TURKEY. Tonigt, me and my family talked about my brother, who just married. While, we were talking suddenly i saw an object with two lights. Two lights are positioning almost three centimeters away. The object was moving in a steady speed. Two lights have an angle of 15 or 20 degrees. We saw the object visible nearly 1 minute. The lights are not exactly in the head and the tail of the object. As the seconds past the brightness of the two lights are getting decreased and the object disappeared. We did not heard any sound.

me and my 16-year old sister have seen the ufo ship from the balcony of our apartment.firstly we heard a sound (mum had also heard the sound)both of us went to the balcony,when we opened the door,the weird sound became stronger and after few seconds my sister first saw the ship and screamed,I looked up and yes there was a ufo ship turning and going slowly.we both started to shake ourselves and jump.since the duration of the sighting was 4-5 seconds,mom could not see the ship.the shape of the ship was very simple,even more simple than the ones in the movies.it had 4 lights but not so bright and it was circle with gray or metalic colour.we are so sure that this thing was not a dream or reflection since it was very close to us (about 65 feet) and it was very low,the height from the land was similar with a 12-storied apartment. Since me and sister have affected so much,now we cannot open the curtains as we might encounter with a weird,horrible creature or ship but now we are always looking the place we saw it to see again.Yet nobody has believed us:mum,dad,our close friends.but we are 100%sure that there are sth or sb who is capable of building a ship like this,flying,turning...so mr.davenport I hope you will believe us,then at least you can help us to release ourselves..sorry for my english , ((name deleted)) ankara,turkey

This is the one and only observation that happened to me 2005 in Turkey/Belek.

At night 01.30 I was sitting on my hotels balcony smoking a cigarette and watching the Mediterranean. Suddenly the object came from the dark sea, size of a full moon, hazy, red-yellow,totally silent, circular ball, which flew at a breakneck speed accurately horizontal. I saw the object about 30-40 degree angle where I was sitting and then it disappeared after 2-3 seconds behind the hotel silhouette on the right side. Inside the ball there was 5 circular smaller yellow shining balls in V-shape.

After a moment I was really very confused when thinking what I saw.

I haven’t ever believed in Ufos, but after that event I really look at the sky quite often. I cannot explain that phenomenon with my sense, because the object was totally evident, and not any kind of reflection or other delusion. I noticed it going through the light clouds and the colour of the object was changing little at that moment also. Against the clear sky the phenomena was seen totally clearly, although I could not see any visible framework, only big hazy circular shape and clear yellow lights.

Any manmade appliance cannot fly like that object without making any noise.

The distance and height I could`t estimate, but the phenomenon was huge in my eyes..

The very next night my daughter and my friend saw propaply just the same object with those lights, when it flew in the sky above their heads at night about the same time, when they were having time on the beach. They could`t hear any noise then either.

The object appeared over the beach of Kemer, Turkey at the Mediterraian Sea at 22:48. The sky was clear with lots of stars. The Antalya airport is located within about 50 miles of the site. There were numerous planes seen in mid air approaching and leaving the airport mostly in SE/NW direction. None of the planes approached the beach where we were located. The object, however flew directly over us and disappeared behind our hotel. It flew from SE to NW, over the sea and then over land, where its view was obstructed by buildings.

Description: Its shape is hard to define: it looked like a diamond or a stingray while somewhat flat at the front. At some point it seemed to be made of soft fabric and its sides seemed to slowly move up or down, as if slowly changing shape. The bottom part had numerous lights that were much dimmer than the stars in the sky. I would estimate the size as that of or larger than Boeing 747. But with the shape closer to B2 bomber it had to be quite big. No wings, however. Can't say if it was a single object or a formation - did not have a chance to see it long enough. Speed: approximately 250 mph. Height: I estimate 900 feet. Again these are only estimates but if this were a 747 or 777 it would be possibe to see detail of the fuselage, windows, side marks etc at this height. The object made no sound at all, or at least anything that could be heard above the noise of the surf. It did not occur to me to report it to local autorities. My family and I saw the object very clearly, however, if not for my daughter, I would have never noticed it.

My girlfriend were on holiday in Turkey, we were watching the night sky from our roof-top apartment balcony for shooting stars, it was a clear dark night & it was 03.00am, at about 03.30am I saw a strange object approaching us & I said too my girlfriend in a state of disbelief, "What the f**k is that?", I saw a dull luminious V shape in the sky, just like a flock of swans would form in flight, it had about 6 very dim lights down each side of the V, it was a dull orange/yellow colour, as it silently passed above our heads it changed shape, one side of the V 'slid' down to the bottom of the other part of the V, then the whole thing slowly rotated about 90 degrees before sharpely turning right at a 45 degree angle & dissappearing into the night sky just as it appeared. I would be prepared to under go regression therapy or hypnosis to evaluate my sighting.

i was on holiday in Zarzis (TURQUIE) and i saw two foo figthers crossing the sky( East to West fellowing the seaside) so fast that it was amazing, i m a scientist and i know what is a star... the two foofighters was flying together during maybe 20sec. and stop in one shot, after that, one of the two began to move like a bee and the otherone felaw quitly during its strange dancing during other 20sec maybe more and they stop moving one more, they finaly gone to the North accros the sea so fast... the two things was white( no fluctuation of color during acceleration and stop) , they was flying between 3500 or 4500 meters(french metric system)and i thing the distance was 25 kilometre done i 10sec...

i cant never forget that observation, unfortunatly i was alone during the event...

I had never believed such events about Ufos. But i believe that i have seen some of them in the sky in the middle of the night. My sister has a flat in Istanbul Besiktas. We can see a beautiful panaroma of Istanbul from wide windows. -nearly half of the Bossphorus we may see - Last nigt while i was sittingn at the balkony for smoking i saw a half ligtning disk shaped object fastly moving from north to south.

One can see 30 or 35 miles of the Istanbul city Panorama from my sister's flat. It moved across the istanbul to the north in three second period of time . Its speed was about 6 0r 8 miles in a second. It was the most beautiful thing and fascinating speed a human could see.

About 40 minutes later i have seen two lithning balls fastly fallowing each other across the Bosphorus. One was turning around another one . They were shining like diamonds and They were looking like a ball. They were magnificent. I believe nothing can be so surprising and beautiful on the earth. And no man can imagine somthing like that.

We see the same objects even on claudy days. They are always on different locations.

We work on a marble mine about 1100mt above sea level. The area we are working on is very rich on different kind of mines. Almost every night after dark we observe strange lights hanging on the sky. Some of them change color (blue to red). They do not stay at the same spot and they move forward, backward, up and down. More strange, when we flash a strong light through one of these objects, they slowly go back and dissepear, then they come back to the same spot. Sometimes, they move so fast from one spot to another that they leave a light track. Some of them come down over a coil mine which is about 10 km away from us. Sometimes dogs start barking, we go out, check arround but we could not see anything.

Hi, I live in Turkey (At Bodrum.) While I was driving my car From Marmaris to Fethiye, suddenly a very bright light appeared at passanger side(At right hand side of car) and me and my wife got shocked because it was coming rapidly towards to us. within some milisecond I felt and explosion (a very big sound and effect) sound like C-4 explosion under my car and my head hitted to top of car but I still were driving car. And after explosion a grey light disappeared at drivier's side(left hand site of car) and height was 300-400 ft away from ground. It means that ıt's way was like an arch comming from ground and passing through car and goes up to sky and disappearing...

After the shock I stopped the car and checked underside of car and there was no fault..

Also another strange one thing was; just before event there was a police car at left hand side of road and two policeman were talking under the tree and also there was a car repair service in front of us roughly 150 meters ahead. After event; when I stopped car and got out I check policemen's and people at front of the repair service I noticed that they couldn't hear anything and also couldn't see any flash light moving..BECAUSE THEY WERE RELAXING...

I am a ((deleted)) in Turkish Armed Forces based down south in a city called Mersin (TURKEY) which is 30 min away from the famous (ADANA)Incirlik AFB by car. I 've believed in UFOs since I was a little kid. I follow the press, internet, web sites and all other publications about UFOs. My hobby is watching the skies on clear nights when all the stars are out there. Last night was one of those nights and I was at the rooftop of our building smoking one last cigarette before going to bed and watching the skies as usual. Suddenly something filled my thoughts. I felt it with all my nerves. I said to myself "something's about to happen". I started watching with a higher attention and at first I saw two shooting stars. For some reason I knew that the show wasn't over yet and I kept looking. Then it happened appr. 5 mins later and it happened right in front of my eyes. This one round light (10X bigger then a regular star) drew an S in the sky. I just saw this thing...light make that S very fast and dissappear. I am an Aircraft Operations Agent in real life, military service is still mandatory in my country and I'm doing my 18 months of service here in Mersin since April 2000. I used to work for USAF in Istanbul (my home town) Ataturk Intl. Airport. I know a lot about aviation and I can tell for sure that it wasn't a plane or another flying object made by humans. I haven't told anybody what I've seen. People who don't believe in UFO's (actually I think they're way to scared to accept their existance)laugh at others who believe and even see them. I don't even know reporting this will do any good but at least I feel better sharing this with someone who believes. I wish I live long enough to see the truth being shared with the public. P.S: I am also a big fan of Zecheria Sitchin...His studies about the Sumerian tabletes are very interesting.

I was walking looking at the aircraft lights in the sky. I have seen two stars rotating around each other. I have seen 2-3 exact circular rotations, it was slow rotations. One remained unmoving. It was impossible to distinguish them from stars. Their light was exactly a star light. Another one was moving , it was either moving or lowering, it can't be said. I have observed the moving light for 30 seconds until the view is cut by the trees. The motion was slow, i have though it's a meteorit, but it was too slow and the light remained, not dimmed. This event is observed in the center of istanbul having heavy air-traffic. at the same time 2-3 aircarfts were flying around. but the lights i have seen are not like any of them. and no plane can make such perfect rotations..

My close encounter of the third kind with small greyish aliens with their egg-shaped ship.

First, I have seen a huge oval mother ship about 1 km lenght. It vanished, then a small egg-shaped, grey saucer (almost 3m diameter) with small windows landed to my garden. Small greyish aliens watched me. One of them came closer to me slowly, holded my hand softly; his skin was soft as a monkey's. Then he tried to pull my hand gently, in order to invite me to their ship. But I didn't accept it. For a moment I felt that I was not ready for such a travel, I have a family. Since that time, I have seen some other UFO's. Now I feel ready to go with them, I explained it to my family, they are also ready for that. I was never afraid, I felt just peace and comfort.

During the summer of 1999 I was waiting at Adana bus station in the southeast of Turkey and saw a large crowd gathered looking upwards. At first I was not sure what it was they were looking at.

Then I too saw the silver sphere shaped object which was motionless. It was at an altitude of that which was much higher than a commercial plane, and so obviously it was only just visible. Fortunately it was a bright clear day and more people began to notice the object. It was too high to be a balloon and the shape suggested that it was of advanced technology.

After some twenty minutes, the object suddenly shot upwards and vanished into the upper atmoshere.

I have never seen such an object in my life , movies and TV.

I want you to be sure about the correctness of what I report. I am a married Turkish citizen having 3 children. I was 44 years old when I saw the strange object. We were at a summer resort by the sea, about 45 kilometers on the west of Antalya.Just after dinner, without any alcohol and walked to the sea shore about 75 feet away from our bungalow and our dinning table. Lit a cigarette and seatted on one of the woodden strechs and started to look to the sky. Time was some minutes after 21.00 hours. I noticed the signal lights of an airplane,one red and the other green. The body of object had a color like aluminium but little darker. I did not pay any attention as I thought it was an airplane leading to the airport about 30 miles away. I kept smoking and noticed that the airplane / object was at the same position. I said how come an airplane stays at the same point. Started to look more carefully. At that time the object started to generate powerful red, green and yellow lights. As if the lights were generating from speedy propellers. With the effect of these new lights the body of the object became more visible. The shape was regtangular. The power of the lights were not the same. It seemed as if the power of lights were increasing with the increasing speed of the propellers. Red light got powerful , then the green light got more powerful than the red one. They were like the fancy lights of Las Vegas. Iwas shocked with what I have observed. Called my wife a few times to make her my witness but she did not attend as she was washing the dishes.

Light generation kept on some time then they became weaker and the object went straight up with an unbelieveable speed.



I am not very much interested with UFO s. The sky was very clear when Isaw this object.

Same object has been reported 3 months later by the captain of Turkish Airlines on his flight from Sofia / Bulgaria to Istanbul Turkey.

A bright, huge, and shape-changing object, exploded into numerous smaller spherical objects which moved in formation.

It was an autumn evening with a clear sky. The sun had set about an hour ago when the incident occurred. My family (my parents and my brother) were having an after-dinner tea time at the balcony of our apartment; and I was in my room. Our apartment was located at the top of a hill in the city, where the most of the north side of the city was visible from. Then my brother came into my room shouting that there was something strange in the sky. I rushed out to the balcony.

The object was about 5- 8 kilometers away, at an altitude of 1500 - 2000 meters above the city. It was huge. Comparing with the buildings at that distance, I can say that it was 150-200 meters in diameter. The object had a very bright silvery metal color. It was self luminous, and a “haze” of bright white light was surrounding it. It’s difficult to describe its shape because of the brightness and the “light” surrounding it. The “haze” was not homogeneous; it had a somewhat patchy appearance, and for short durations of time (5 to 10 seconds), it was possible to see parts of the thing inside. The inside object was roughly egg-shaped, but its shape was constantly changing. The “shell of the egg” was fluctuating like the appearance of the surface of wavy melted metal. It looked as if something inside, trying to come out, were forcing and deforming the wall. The object had not moved around and stayed still at that location for about 2-3 minutes. Then suddenly something even more strange had happened: The object had gradually expanded 2-3 times in diameter while its brightness had increased making it difficult to look at it directly, and then it “exploded” without making any noise (in fact, no sound at all could be heard during the whole incident). This event took about 10 seconds. In a few seconds after the explosion, all the “white – silvery – bright” haze and other things had disappeared, and numerous (about 50 or so of them) spherical objects came out of it. The spheres were also luminous but not that bright. They had pale neon colors on their surface with a thin layer of “haze”. The spheres were all identical to each other. They were perfect spheres in shape. Although it is difficult to make a correct estimate, based on their distance and their altitude, I can say that their diameters were about 20 meters or so. No details (windows, signs, etc.) were seen on their surfaces, except that their ever changing pale neon colors.

Immediately after their appearance, the spheres started to move towards south (towards our location). They moved horizontally at a constant speed, and did not change direction. Their speed was about twice or three times faster than an airliner. They moved all together at the same speed, side- by-side; but they were not lined up in perfect rows. They did not make any sound at all. They did not leave any trails behind them while they move. They passed over the roof and disappeared from our sight.

Besides us, thousands of people of the city had observed the incident. The incident took place in local newspapers next day. The government agencies explained the incident as “a meteorite passing over the city”.

That spectacular show was the most extraordinary event of my life. Despite after the 30 years passed, and still remembering most of the details, I do not have any explanation of it. It was certainly not a “meteorite”, not even close to it.

This happened one time but on other occassions we would see the mountain range south of the base ringed with small lights that would remain till after dawn. We checked maps and with local pilots who confirmed that no one lived in these mountains and the terrain was far too high and rough for any roads.

I have been interviewed by Dr. Greer at my home and he video taped my remarks. I was alwa ys uncomfortable with this sighting but nothing ever happened and no harm done.

This used to be a U. S. Army base. We used to watch these things nightly. All nightime workers used to watch these as a matter of routine.

Eary 1970's - Sinop, Turkey. In the mountains on the north coast of Turkey we would experience nightly light shows. White sphere shaped balls of light would "pop" up into the air. Sometimes a large "ball", as I'll call it, would rise with a smaller one orbiting around it. Others would come up and down out of the mountains and just sit there. Usually that's all they would do - just sit there. Occasionally they would leap-frog over each other but would never leave the mountain tops or approach the base. One night working the midnight shift, I had to drive to a remote part of the base to another building. As I was waiting for clearance to enter the building the large "ball" came up with it's smaller companion orbiting around it. I mentioned it to the MP in the guard shack who just smiled and said, "Yeah, they've been real busy tonight." No one ever talked about them and my captain didn't want to hear of it. They usually would string the mountain tops like christmas lights. These things never did anything and would just sit there till dawn when daylight would fade their light. They were all over Vietnam too. Put out a call to GI's who have been in remote areas of the world, Turkey, Vietnam, Korea, Alaska etc.. You won't believe some of the stories. I know a Marine combat veteran who has photos. No name ATT.

Memorable experience brought back to mind by the recent O'Hare UFO report and how national news is trying to dismiss it (Fox news, for example, had a crawler stating that FAA said it was likely a lenticular cloud).

While I knew a bit about UFOs and had heard about lenticular cloud formations in college science classes, I had never seen such a formation, however (other than pictures). Then, in 1968, I was assigned to an Air Force 'outpost' in Trabzon, Turkey. Trabzon is an old city with a harbor, located on the Black Sea coast within 'striking distance' of the border between Turkey and Russia. Our facility was on a high mountain (Boztepe) that overlooked the city below and had an unobstructed view out to the Black Sea beyond.

One afternoon in late spring, I was walking somewhere and happended to look up/out toward the sea (view was toward North). I saw a dull metallic looking 'disk' shaped object hovering in the distance. While I had little to judge size and distance by, it appeared to be pretty good sized and several thousand feet up in the air.

As I watched it, I became sure that I was seeing an actual lenticular cloud formation. I did not see anything like ports or windows, and did not hear any engine sounds, etc. There were a lot of clouds on the horizon...clearly, a significant weather front was moving in...and the light / sun angle / etc. was a little 'off'. Everything had that 'pre-storm' look, if you know what I mean.

Then, after several minutes of observation, during which the object hovered in one spot, it pulled the same maneuver the United Airlinea employees observed at O'Hare. Suddenly, it shot off at an upward angle...against the prevailing wind direction...directly into / through the approaching front. Punched a hole clear through it, like drilling a tunnel.

I was dumb-founded and realized this was no 'lenticular cloud'.

Lightening object

My mother saw, an object with changing intensive colored light in Mardin one of the city of Turkey. It descended a hook and lift a very big snake up. While snake was being lifted, a colored light surrounded it. In Mardin most of the people sleep in open air areas in the hot summer days. Since she frightened, she covers herself and tried to sleep. When my mother told me this event she commented that she had never seen such a big snake in her life.
