After seeing the ISS, we noticed, going the opposite was triangular craft, with 3 red lights at each point, one of what was blinking

At around 6:49pm just after sunset (Marianas Time Zone) my partner & 4 year old child witnessed a triangular craft above us (traveling from E to W, maybe 15 miles above us) after having just seen the International Space Station moments before, traveling the opposite way. The craft was opaque/invisible, with 3 red lights on each point, one of which was blinking. We didn’t hear anything until about halfway through the sighting then it sounded like a jet engine. But this was not an airplane. As it passed through the cloud, the jet-sound disappeared & we didn’t see the craft after it went into the cloud.

Location details: Looking due East I believe, toward the Hill (Navy Hill), towards Southeast Saipan or towards Guam.

Shape: Orb
Color: Green, then red.
Estimated Size: 25-30 feet perhaps? From my viewpoint

Angle of Elevation: 45
Closest Distance: Possibly approximately 1.5 miles from us.

Shortly after sunset, I was stargazing & saw a green orb, unmoving, then it turned red & went west then south towards horizon/houses.

Shortly after sunset, Finasisu Saipan, CNMI, as I was stargazing the 4 planets beginning to align, I discovered one green orb. It was stationary, I viewed it towards south Saipan, towards Guam I believe, for about 3 minutes. Then the orb started to move due west, turn red, then go south. The whole sighting was roughly 5 minutes long. My other witnesses were my 5 year old Hapa daughter(born in Hawaii) & my elder roommate, from Korea raised in Saipan. It’s possible I saw a drone; but I don’t believe drones move like that.
