After seeing the ISS, we noticed, going the opposite was triangular craft, with 3 red lights at each point, one of what was blinking

At around 6:49pm just after sunset (Marianas Time Zone) my partner & 4 year old child witnessed a triangular craft above us (traveling from E to W, maybe 15 miles above us) after having just seen the International Space Station moments before, traveling the opposite way. The craft was opaque/invisible, with 3 red lights on each point, one of which was blinking. We didn’t hear anything until about halfway through the sighting then it sounded like a jet engine. But this was not an airplane. As it passed through the cloud, the jet-sound disappeared & we didn’t see the craft after it went into the cloud.

Location details: Looking due East I believe, toward the Hill (Navy Hill), towards Southeast Saipan or towards Guam.

Shape: Orb
Color: Green, then red.
Estimated Size: 25-30 feet perhaps? From my viewpoint

Direction from Viewer: Southwest?
Angle of Elevation: 45
Closest Distance: Possibly approximately 1.5 miles from us.
Estimated Speed: 1000 mph?

Shortly after sunset, I was stargazing & saw a green orb, unmoving, then it turned red & went west then south towards horizon/houses.

Shortly after sunset, Finasisu Saipan, CNMI, as I was stargazing the 4 planets beginning to align, I discovered one green orb. It was stationary, I viewed it towards south Saipan, towards Guam I believe, for about 3 minutes. Then the orb started to move due west, turn red, then go south. The whole sighting was roughly 5 minutes long. My other witnesses were my 5 year old Hapa daughter(born in Hawaii) & my elder roommate, from Korea raised in Saipan. It’s possible I saw a drone; but I don’t believe drones move like that.

red orange light - 3 at first then two and then just gone

On the night of april 29, 2016 between 7:00 - 8:00 pm i was in our kitchen staring outside then I noticed three lights (red orange) and not sure first it its the street light but its too high to be a street light but it was the same color as the street lights - so I went inside and get my glasses - I looked up and saw one light vanished just disappear and i thought it was those skydiver but it was just so dark up there and if its there flashlight then it supposed to direct the light downwards - but its still impossible because no one tried to skydive at night time - if you will look at your map - saipan is just a small Island in the pacific - so then I called my daughter to take a look at it and even her was kinda shock and ask me what was that - it was moving slowly then when its almost past our house it did moved higher so I decided and run fast to get out so that I can see where it will go - Went out and look all over the sky and it just vanished - can't ! see it anymore - up to now Im still thinking about it and puzzled.

the ufo appeared for 10 seconds and it was gone faster then i can blink my eyes!

There where strange cloud formations, like rings in the sky and in the center we saw a triangle. There was three lights on each point of the Triangle. White,Red,and yellow. It was in the sky for a very short time before it was gone. Yes it was very silent. I could not hear anything like it was just floating in the sky no engine noise at all. I never Believed this stuff until i saw something and i don't think this was military plane.
