Circular craft above our vehicle with 6 lights underneath, disappeared after 30 seconds with no lights to be seen

There was 1 circular aircraft above our car while we were driving to the airport from Jaco in Costa Rica and I didn't hear it or feel it. I just happened to look up in the sky and I told my friend and looked at it again and watched it disappear behind a cloud and I couldn't see it anymore. There were 6 lights on the bottom of it that I could see because I remember counting them because I have thing for numbers.
