We were on Balcony of NCL Bliss. 5-7 white lights suddenly appeared

I was on the balcony of NCL Bliss on Starboard side. Suddenly this group of lights appeared above at a short distance from the ship. I called my wife out to the balcony for her to see. The lights moved about among the grouping and the entire group moved above and to the front of the ship. Then the lights came back above where we were on the balcony and then suddenly disappeared.

There was 1 circular aircraft above our car while we were driving to the airport from Jaco in Costa Rica and I didn't hear it or feel it. I just happened to look up in the sky and I told my friend and looked at it again and watched it disappear behind a cloud and I couldn't see it anymore. There were 6 lights on the bottom of it that I could see because I remember counting them because I have thing for numbers.

Red light flashing from right to left in a circular motion

Around 8:30 pm I looked at a red light with a semi-circular movement over the same place in the sky. It looked like the light was on the circular edge of a structure, but wasn't possible to look at what kind of object it was. The light was not an aviation light and was partially covered by a cloud, which reflected the red light. The light appeared for 2 or 3 seconds, then disappeared. About 1 minute later it appeared again and did the same movement. It reapeted the same thing on more time. I must add that on the previous weekend strange lights were seen in various parts of the central area of ​​the country, which were reported in local UFO groups on Facebook.

Large back object in the distance in remote area of Costa Rica shapeshifting and hovering over the water for at least 30 min. No other boats or objects near this sighting. I was on the first day of a yoga retreat at the Salvaterria resort. This object looked like a huge craft far in the distance hovering over the water in the middle of the ocean. It was shapeshifting but never touching the water. I could not stay to see if it continued because we had to return to make a meeting time.

Chevron Lights

I’m a pilot for a US airline. I feel inclined to mention this. I’ve seen a few interesting phenomena that had an explanation. Not sure about this.

My girlfriend, daughter, and I Saw a formation of lights. 7 white lights, perhaps unequal number on one side. Chevron describes it perfectly. It flew in the direction the chevron was pointing. There was a scattered layer of clouds, I verified at 12,000’ from the SJO airport METAR. The object was under the layer of clouds, I’m guessing 11,000’. At first I thought it was a design from a spotlight on the ground projected on the bottom of clouds that movie theaters use, or a more advanced laser projection because it was Halloween. But the lights maintained static brightness even when passing under an area without clouds. It moved flawlessly on track, with no variation. It wasn’t a projection from the ground. It wasn’t a flock of birds. Birds don’t have lights. It was completely silent.

The formation of lights traveled from the southern edge of San Jose to the northern edge in Less than 2 minutes. This distance is about 10 statute miles. 10 miles in 2 minutes is 300 mph. Maybe a Completely silent, flawless formation of jets or a B2 bomber. The angle of lights was steeper than a B2, but wider than an F-117. It was much much bigger than an F-117. Without red beacon lights or strobe lights. I’m going with ETs... I didn’t even think to get a photo lol.

HI.

Almost every day I photograph the sunset, birds, airplanes, cloud colors, cities, everything I like, when I direct my camera towards the Sun as I almost always do, I observed an object between the sun and myself, but I think I was in the vicinity of the sun and with an irregular route and the object does not seem to have a concrete form, make video, photographs.

In this latitude (Costa Rica) these days, the sun is hidden at 1745 hours, there were about 15 minutes of direct sunlight when you observe the phenomenon, also, as we are affected by the phenomenon of "La Niña" there was a lot of cloudiness.

The bad part was that I had my camera in my hand and had the tripod next to me, I could not use it, if I moved I lost the opportunity to capture the object.

Near the top of the sky, we first saw a light beam very high in the sky near the Orion Constellation. It appeared to be literally in space. It subtended probably 1 degree or less of the sky. At first I thought it was a shooting star streak that sustained for a moment, however, it was perfectly straight and whitish perhaps tinted blue in color and seemed unnatural.

As we all looked up (3 people saw it). Two additional beams of light appeared, appearing to go from east to west. These two beams were exactly parallel to each other and very close (let’s say 1/5 of the diameter of the moon apart). These beams subtended more like 50 degrees of the sky starting from near the eastern horizon (but none of us were sure of where it started as we were focused on the top part) and extended all the way to where we saw the first beam (next to the star Bellatrix in the Orion constellation) near the top of the sky.

The beams then rapidly wobbled (perhaps about 1/5th of the moon diameter) back and forth in unison and staying parallel to each other before fading away. The total time was maybe 3-4 seconds for the second event. I would say maybe 10 seconds for the whole event starting with the first small beam.

A few other facts: • It was a completely clear evening and the Milky Way was dimly visible.

• The moon was not above the horizon yet.

• The beams were very thin like a triple wide pencil line on a sheet of paper with a taper at the tip. Imagine a very long, thin knitting needle appearing high in the sky.

• All 3 of us saw the exact same thing and described it to each other in detail which matched.

• The only airport is 30 miles away and I have never seen an airplane there (I have spent about 5 weeks or so in this area and viewed the sky many of these nights. I am 100% sure it was not an airplane light, but point this out as it is the only rational explanation at first blush.

o The sighting was on a beach just south of the town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast.

• The viewing was from a roof top condominium deck.

• There was nothing natural about the appearance.

Speculatively, I would guess it was some sort of Government test of a missile defense program. It was not natural, and no craft was visible.

Bright Blue semi-transparent illuminated sphere on a flat trajectory 1000' above valley floor streaked the sky and suddenly dissapeared

I stepped outside to check the night sky for possible rain. The time was approximately 20:45 pm central time in Cuidad Colon, Costa Rica. The sky was very dark but some clouds could be seen.

My location is near the top of a ridge approximately 3000’ elevation overlooking a deep river valley below, and the other side of the valley about 5 miles as a crow flies is a higher mountain about 4500’. There are no lights at night or anywhere in the whole area to be seen at night.

I was standing there for about three minutes and directly across from my location at 3000’, I saw a bright blue sphere shaped semi-transparent object that illuminated the space of a 10 foot diameter sphere with no sound what so ever very rapidly (faster than a jet aircraft) travel on a flat trajectory for approximately 3 sec. or one mile and then just like that completely disappeared without any effects, sound or anything.

Very bright lights of blue green red and white shining from a stationary object in the sky for 30 minutes.

At about 7:45 costa rica time I went out on the porch to look at the sky, the sky was mostly clear with light clouds moving through. Towards the west I saw a very bright object in the sky and it was flashing really bright white, red, blue and green light out from it, the object stayed in one place and at one point a jet leaving San Jose, Costa Rica flew towards the object but flew under it by quite a bit, I did notice as the jet and the object were in the same part of the sky the objects lights where a much brighter and clearer colors than the jet that flew by and the object had a bright green and a bright blue light that would shine from it.

I watched it for at least 30 minutes and it never moved, I had a spotter scope that I was looking at it through and the colors coming off of it were so bright and clear, at some point the light coming from it got less bright and the clouds started to move in and I lost my references with it, but it did seem to move furt! her away from me after about 30 minutes. At one point while I was watching it a much smaller light moved across the sky from one side to the other in a straight line and consistent speed, could have been a satilite but it was not very bright I almost couldn't track it through my spotter scope.

At 3:00 A.M., I got up from bed to go to the bathroom. The window is frosted glass and I noticed a flashing.

I went into the living room and saw alternating red, blue, and white lights. The white light was very very bright. I was looking west.

The lights seemed to be to the north (right) of the Arenal Volcano. It was hard to tell if they were actually to the North of Arenal Volcano or perhaps between me and the volcano but to the right.

I watched for about 5 minutes from the living room and then went back to bed. I live near the Arenal airport, but its a daylight only strip. No lights.

I have noticed aircraft at night but to the east of my home. Probably on their way to San Jose Costa Rica.

I was at a park in centro alajuela with my wife and kids, when some close friends of my wife happen to be at the park as well getting ice cream from an ice cream shop. my wife went to the mcdonald's to get ice cream just before the sighting, and as we were standing and sitting aroung talking over the vocano mountain range of volcano poas comes a bright light followed by another light traveling horizontal. the second light catches up to the first light and then both lights ascend upward and disappear,followed by another pair, again, and again and then again .

At first I thought helicopter but the way they ascended into the heavens and disappeared. then I thought shouting star , but someone said , stars dont ascend ,they shout horizontal. They appeared to be star shapedabout 4 thousand feet up .

we weren't the only ones to see this, the father in law of the persons to observe this had seen the sdame thing miles away and had asked if any one had seen what he ! Witnessed

6:40 a.m. In fishing trip at exactly lat=9.54548056158, lon=-84.7876647133, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

We both saw one hovering white ball, similar in size as a ping pong ball, about 20 feet away from the boat.

When we approached it, up to 10-15 feet, it slowly went up and flew above us, we both clearly saw the blades coming out from the middle of the sphere, they measured around 4' in diameter.

The UFO flew for approximately 1 min.

We couldn’t hear anything probably because of the noise from the outboard engine.

Don Pauldsn,and NUFORC People don't usally try to post fake ufo sighting they usally report them because of the feeling of the unknown! I am sure there might be a couple of them out there! How does any of us know what we are viewing up there thats why its a ufo?? Having this site to report with people are more open and willing to report a possible sighting that would norally not say anything at all out of fear of someone saying they are crazy or seeing things! And it well just might be a real ufo we don't know and someone also could of seen the same thing on the same day, it might of been just a flash of light or a streak going thru the sky, ufo's if they are real must be able to travel at great speeds or they would never get to our planet traveling at our slow primitive ways it would take they decades to get here we would be very old or would have passed away already! streak of light/object moved across the sky at an extremely high speed

While driving west on rt 18 I saw a straight line streak of red light that flashed from north to south. The streak had a bearly visible beginning and end as if an object went by. This appeared to occur about 50 miles above our western horizon at an angle of about 60 degrees altitude, and moved through the sky covering a distance of about 50 degrees arc. It happewned so fast that I wasn't sure I saw it because of the tremendous speed. So I turned to my wife and said "did you see that?". She said "yes, what was that?". I asked "well what did you see?" She sais "a streak of light". The weather that night was 'electric' with lightning flashes lighting up the sky all around us as we travelled. All of these flashes were behind the clouded skys and bright white. I know what lightning looks like, after living in south Florida for five years, and seeing different types of lightning for fifty-six years. This was not lightning, but something moving at a major portion of the speed of light. Meteor? Not below the clouds moving that fast.

A family on vacation fotographed the colored sky at the afternoon. The first photograph did not showed a elliptical flying object in the middle of the sky as the second one do.

Although it was too small, we clearly see that it is not a bird, if so, it would have wings or at least a thinner body.

My wife and I were watching the sunset and had another tourist take our picture that when printed would show a tiny spec in the sky above my head, that when enlarged would reveal an oval shape, laying in a horizontal plane, with a hump or bulge in the middle.

bright lights dancing in the soutwest sky

It started with the four or five dogs on our property barking wildly. Soon the dogs all ran away. We looked to see what was up, and saw a single blue white light, like a star. After observing it for awhile, we realized it wasn't a star. It sometimes had red, orange and green lights spinning around the top. A steady bright white light was at the base. The light was dancing in the sky, making deep drops, and steep climbs, other times staying motionless. When it appeared the light turned to the other side, we could see the outline shape of a saucer. At times the object appeared to send rays of reddish light downward to earth. The light at time seemed bright and focused in our direction, at other times dim and focused away. It was mostly in the southwest sky, out toward Puntarenas and then south over Panama. Once the light disappeared, the dogs all quieted down.

We agree with the witness that the object was not a star, if in fact it was moving across the night sky as described. However, if the witnesses were looking in the southwest sky at 1:00 a.m., then the star, Sirius, is a candidate for explaining what they were viewing. We do not know what it was the witnesses may have been looking at. PD

Three lights above the atlantic Costa Rican coast were seen by three people around 3 a.m.

While volunteering and tagging leatherback sea turtles with two fellow volunteers (a Columbian woman and a native of Costa Rica), we witnessed three intensely bright lights making the shape of an equilateral triangle about 15 degrees from the horizon. The duration was about five seconds and no sound was made. The lights simply appeared then disappeared. As a research scientist in the United States, I only make conclusions based on a sufficient amount of evidence, so I can make no definitive conclusion for what we saw. However, due to the fact that all three of us witnessed the event, I am confident it was real. We were also in a very isolated part of the country, where there were no cars and only a couple of small plane flights came to the area during the daytime.

on the morning of April 13, 2002 I was working taking photos of a construction project for my client. I did not notice this object until I developed the pictures on Monday the 15th of April. Equipment used was a Canon EOS-ELAN II 35MM. Zoom Lens 28-105 Canon Ultra Sonic. Mode of Camera was in Auto focus. I think this objest is real and reported to the Local Police and local news media. CHANNEL 4 FROM San Jose ran a story on my report last night and a friend suggested I send you the photo.

two objects - one at a time shooting through the sky and extinquishing in mid flight...the second exactly the same - a seconds apart

Shortly after dining on Christmas eve dinner, while gazing out towards the Pacific Ocean...from the east over our heads one (what appeared like a falling star) shot from behind, over our heads, travelling west well before the horizon disappeared...then another from behind us did exactly the same as the first....the second one maintained equal distance throughout the flight and disappeared exactly the same spot. What appeared to look like to falling stars but seems to have been propelled with great force then the usual falling stars.

Black Triangular Craft moving north to south at time of lunar eclipse. Well camoflaged, it appeared as if a piece of the sky had moved.

At approx 10.50pm while observing the Lunar Eclipse, I spotted something in the sky below the level of the moon and a few degrees to the north. The object at first looked as if a section of the sky had peeled away from the background, and moved from north to south almost like a chesspiece on a board. I immediately shouted out to my companions and said " look! what the hell is that?" What I saw was a 'triangular (equilateral) shaped black object moving rapidly from north to south. One of the points of the triangle being the leading edge. The two outside edges (behind the leading point) had several dim lights down the two sides. These lights were a little ways in from the edge. The object moved in a straight line (without deviation) and without sound. It was visible for only a few seconds (four or five) and then we lost it in the glare of the lights from the hotel.. One of my friends missed it all together as he was looking in the direction of Orion trying to see shooting stars, but my other friend and myself observed it. Without prompting, I asked him to describe to me what he had just seen. He describe it 'exactly' the way I had seen it. We were located just south of Puntarenas Costa Rica. Date Jan 20/2000, Time 10.50pm local time. We did not talk about it much while we were on holiday, as it took a few days to sink in, but had a serious discussion when we got back. The other day at work I asked him to draw the object in question and I would do the same. The drawings were identical. I cannot explain what we saw that night, it was most unusual to say the least. I asked one of the local guys at the hotel in Costa Rica (Caribbean Village Fiesta Hotel) to check the local papers and the internet. He did not find anything. At the time of the sighting the weather was clear and visibility was good. My friends and I were on a pier, away from the lights of the hotel, so we had a pretty good view of the night sky. We observed the craft by looking east over the beach. It was only after the craft had move towards the south, that the lights of the hotel came into play.

My sister and I are vacationing along the Pacific coast in Costa Rica. Out of the corner of my eye a glowing bright, bright orange shape appeared.

Approaching out from the north sky, slowly, silently gliding to the west. Changing from a large watermelon circle to a star-like size, and repeating from larger to smaller, then instantly disappearing directly out to the west.

I have never, in my life witnessed such a sight. I have alway believed in such events but this is my first sighting that I feel was 100% legit. I went to google "UFO sightings in Costa Rica" with surprise to see numerous video recording the exact same image I witnessed. I was stunned.

I wish I could have captured this event. I could not take my eyes off what I was seeing to grab my phone to even find the camera.

This morning, I also saw 4 helicopters along the coast, unlike tourism helicopters......Completely breath taking.

I'm sending the article: Unidentified Flying Objects Spotted Over Costa Rica. Itar-Tass 26-DEC-97 MEXICO CITY, December 26 (Itar-Tass) - The Costa Rican mass media reported on Thursday that unidentified flying objects were spotted the day before in the country's air space over Golfito district, which is 330 kilometres to the south of San Jose. However, TV cameramen were unable to film them as they did on Monday. On December 22 cameramen from two local television channels filmed at least a dozen "flying saucers" in the sky south of the Costa Rican capital. Before the eyes of hundreds of people, they made zigzag maneuvers for several minutes. Flight controllers of the International Juan Santamaria Airport counted "approximately fifty thousand traces" of their movements. Some car drivers stopped to watch the phenomenon. According to Ufologist Carlos Vilchez, most remarkable is the fact that these UFOs appeared in daytime, that they were seen by hundreds of people and were filmed by TV cameramen. He also expressed the view that an influx of UFOs into the air space of this Central American country could be expected within the next two months. About ten "saucers" were watched by hundreds of people over San Jose exactly one month ago. They flew over the city for several minutes. They were also filmed by TV cameramen. Scientists have not found any explanations for this phenomenon.

mercury colored saucer comes down leaving a trail of neon green smoke that lite up the farm like if it was day.

My Story starts on A friday Night i was spending Some time in a rural farm with my grandmother and aunt. Visiting this part of the country it was nice very dense vegetation and lots of wildlife. i recall it in my mind like if it just happened. We where sitting aroung a fire out back eating and enjoying the time when our guest asked if we wanted to stay for the weekend he said there were going to be a festival in town and i told him i couldn't i was to take my plane back to N.Y. that sunday. It couldn't have been no more than 5 seconds when i heared a boom i thought to my self well the fireworks are starting early for the festival, was i wrong as we look to our left in front of the volcano in the foregroung there it was it looked just like a football it's color was silver like the mercury and all around it was a GREEN Flourecent glow as it decended it was leaving a trail of green smoke thin as a razor line and the field all around us lite in a erie green light for about 6 seconds not one sound was heared it couldn't have been no more than two blocks away from us it fell across the road into the dense wooded farm no one brave soul gather up strength to go looking for it my grandmother and aunt praying in fear beg me not to go so i stood. i can tell you that i did have a video camera but i had it in the house it was late it was dark there was no need forr it but in times like that it would have been increable. after time i came to beleive that the boom that we heared was the object breaking though the sound barrier. it been some time now but i remmenber it well if the farm were it fell didn't have dense woods and spiky tree truncks i might have had the courage to look for myself. now when i go on vacation i always carry a camera in hand.

I did not see a craft. Neither did my mother, I am speaking on her behalf. She does't know much English. What she saw one night in 1975 was what describes as a very ugly human like creature. She said there was a full moon. she was sitting inside a little pick-up truck with a closed cab. There was three other people with her but they all were sleep. When she tells me the story and remembers she seems as if she saw a ghost. She said she was setting on the drivers side looking at the moon and worring that shes was going to get in trouble for not being home. The place they were park at was very desolate then. very country. She recalls being able to see real good because of the moon light. She said out of no where this pale creature jumped on the hood ofthe truck. my mom said she was completely paralized. panicking she could not move or scream. then she says the thing moved over to her window, which was open. She said it look at her very curiously and paciently. my mom thinks it was about 4' in height. She said he had a skinny neck with a large head and very large eyes, also long arms and fingers. My mother grew up in a third world country with no tv until she was about 16. The incident happened when she was 14. So she could not have any ideas what an alien may have looked like then based on Hollywood. My mother said she finally snapped out of her panic and she then slapped the driver who was sleeping on the passenger side. she was screaming and crying very nervous because she had never seen anything like that in her life. No one believed her then. My mother is a very serious person. she doesn't lie. I believe her. When she saw the movie "Fire in the Sky" she said the creatures looked very much like the aliens portrait in the movie. Also like the ones in "Close Encounters of The Third type". She drew a face illustration for me of what she saw and it looked just like them. I believe her, do you?-@#$%^&&&&&&&*()*()_.

June 69: I was student of secondary. Past the 7:00 PM with my family saw a triangular formation of some 6-8 objects that emitted light of colors (yellow, green, orange, blue, reddish), descending to 2 kilommeter of my house in a hill to some, toward the NW of San José. Did the objects lower and they then appeared more in similar formations and did they also lower (¿go down to land?). Always stayed a "ship" in the air, without descending (size more). The location of Conception of Alajuelita witnessed the alarmed event, somebody called to "Radio Clock" (more popular station of notices) in order to warn of the event. To the while, for fatigue of seeing many that "go and come" (without noise some), many witness were gone retiring to sleep. To the being the midnight, suddenly, to the front of the district, in a site of filly with cultivation of coffee, to some 80 meter appeared a "red sun": a sphere the double of size that a ball of basketball (1-2 meter diameter) to some 2 meter of height of the floor, still, without movement, of a red yellowish tone. The following day, from the crossroad of "The Gardenia" (a hill), we saw (whatever that it turn their face) in that place a silver shine, like of a roof in dome, that reflected the rays of the sun.

In 1986, working with the Ministry of Atmosphere and Energy in the Refuge of Life Wild Black Pipe had, with witness, other sight in form of cylinder or pure of tobacco, including a contact of answer with signs of light.
