What I thought was satellites most definitely was not over 40 of these green lights all traveling in the upper atmosphere heading east.

The unknown objects I seen last night I thought were satellites possibly a string but satellite strings do not have over 40 in a line they were spaced apart not perfectly Some were flying next to each other some flying a great distance from one another all heading in the East direction these lights were green in color and was moving in the upper atmosphere faster than any plane in the night sky. So while viewing this I thinking I can't just be seeing this I requested my brother as well as all three of my neighbors to come out a witness this as I did. We witnessed these lights traveling over top heading in the East direction at the end of the viewing the last few green lights headed off in completely different directions and while I myself my brother and my three neighbors witness this for over 45 minutes they kept coming and kept coming and kept coming I have seen a string of satellites before and I've also seen meteor showers we all have but what we witnessed last night was not a meteor shower was not a military flare these were vehicles being powered by someone or something they were not connected and they were not being directed by one entity whatever was powering these vehicles or lights that we seen were intelligent. They were not connected they were singly but all flying in the East direction until the end of the line and then a few much faster green lights or orbs headed off in a different direction other than what the fleet was traveling in.

30-40 fast moving light orbs seen at high altitudes, changing directions quickly and disappearing into atmosphere

We were standing on our back porch, my husband was smoking a cigar and I was looking up at the stars. We started to see fast moving orbs, almost like a shooting star, at high altitudes. But then we started to see more and more, either in solo or pairs. The ones in pairs would move close together and then zip apart, almost as if they were playing with each other. They would then disappear- similar to how a rocket exits the atmosphere during a rocket launch and disappears. We watched this occur for about 5 minutes. We didn’t count but saw at minimum 30, but could’ve been upwards of 50. After this 5 minutes we didn’t see any others and we were freaked out so we went inside. I have never seen anything like this- it didn’t look like or act like a drone, plane, satellite, shooting star… very unusual.

First it looked like two shooting stars and then they merged into one which happened several times as a few turned into a triangle

First, I saw one star thinking it was a shooting star then two more appeared side by side forming a triangle with the other one then the two stars turned into one and this happened several more times with about 30 to 40 UFOs. Some changed directions while most headed Southeast together.

Flame-like orange orb

Evening stroll and stargazing on beach with family. Noticed an orange, flame-like orb turn on for a few seconds then turn off over ocean. This happened several times about 10 minutes apart. When they would reappear they would be similar but different. One occurrence there were 2 orbs and they seemed to be connected by a similar colored light, they twirled around each other, thinned out to a line and disappeared. Their final appearance there were 3 separate orbs arranged horizontally, parallel to the horizon. I first thought they were flares from boats off shore. However they would illuminate randomly in a fixed position and then disappear. There was no sound or streaks that would suggest a flare.

I was almost to my house when I saw what I at first thought was a C-130 taking off from somewhat nearby airport. But right when I got to where my driveway was this car sized object possibly a drone flew over me slowly not much over the treetops. I didnt hear hardly any noise at all and by the time i got in my driveway I tried to take a picture but trees obscured it by then.

I was just sitting in my car looking at the stars and then suddenly a light came into my view and at first I thought it was a shooting star but it shot straight down really fast and it stopped and went to the right. I have a pretty good view of the Virginia since I live close to the state line, there’s a road going up the mountain in the background. But I could still clearly see it was a light that made really unusual movements, something that an aircraft couldn’t do.

Lasted a few seconds and vanished

A white orb shot down across the sky at a 45° angle and as I saw it out of the corner of my eye I decided to look straight at it. Upon observation it suddenly stopped for a quarter of a second, changed direction, went into a figure "s" and at the bottom of the "s" like shape it did a sideways figure-8 before shooting forward and becoming invisible instantaneously. It only lasted for about 5 seconds in total. The speed was unimaginable for the area of the sky and the way it moved.

As me and a neighbor were looking up for the Flame Nebula, I was watching this orb waving around in one direction for about 10 seconds before I realized what I was even witnessing. I could only snap this last second video because I was in awe and never thought I’d ever see one in person. A second orb not shown in the video came from the side and fainted away after the second orb. Absolutely no sound came from the orb

Triangular aircraft with dim lights slowly moving and obscuring my view

It was a clear night sky with high visibility of the stars. I was stargazing in my backyard with all the outdoor lights turned off and noticed a single dark grey/black triangular aircraft that moved above me obscuring my view of the stars as it passed above. It emitted a low humming sound and had several dim lights. It moved roughly E to SE and much lower than the airplanes I observed before seeing this aircraft. It moved slowly but when it was closer to the SE I lost sight of it as it disappeared from my view.

Dark ufo flying toward me with just one dull large red light. There were no blinking nav lights.

I was letting my dog out around 10 pm but not sure of exact time. Saw a flying vehicle coming toward me. It flew slowly over my house (southeast to northwest). Had a quiet rotor sound and just one large round dim red light on the front. No blinking lights of any color. Seemed low, between 500 and 1000 feet, but it was too dark to determine the shape. Several objects moving from east to WSW. High in altitude.

I was star gazing on my back deck, (I do it often) looking at Mars and other night objects. I noticed 1 bright object moving across the sky, rather quickly. Then, I noticed several other not-as-bright objects trailing the brighter object. They passed overhead and seemed to slow down. Two of the more orange lights looked as if they stopped. Then they quickly split, one moving to the north and the other to the south. I did call for my wife to take a look and she also observed them. I had no idea what they were, there were no navigation lights that I could see, just using my binoculars. They didn't move like satellites in a straight line. Maybe they were drones, it was just a different type of sighting for me.

Multiple craft seen flying over. Some in formation others at random elevation.

Got out of my vehicle and looked up to look at moon and and saw numerous craft in the sky fly from East to West. Many around the same elevation as commercial jets and the rest at varying higher elevations. I'm use to see commercial craft making their turn to land at Asheville Regional Airport, or heading to Charlotte. These had no blinking lights, but were very bright. Could not make out the shape, but appeared to be same size as commercial airliners. Some were in triangle formation and some were side by side. Made zero sound. I could see occasional commercial jets flying east, around the same elevation, with blinking lights, but they made noise. These objects were flying around the same speed as the commercial jets, with the ones at higher elevation flying a bit faster. I have never seen that many aircraft in the sky, so close, ever before. Even late at night if fighter jets fly over, way up, you can hear their sound a minute, or so, later.

These craft continued to fly over for a period of about 5 minutes, nonstop. The majority were bright orbs. Even after I went inside to get my wife to come see, she was able to count around 10, while I witnessed around 20 before getting her. After about 5 minutes, clouds moved in at that was it. These maintained same altitude, and I would say around 10000 to 15000 feet. Possible secret military aircraft. Possibly drones. But if I saw that many airplanes in the sky at one time, it would have been loud.

Took my dog out to potty near 10 PM and spotted a very bright light off to the west thru tree branches between me & it. Couldn't tell if it was near or far, only that is was very bright. After maybe a minute it split into 2 very bright lights and then split into three.. No movement or sound, couldn't see any craft only the very bright light(s). After morphing from one to two then three, it stayed like that for maybe a minute or so then in an instant they all vanished.

Driving a door dash we saw a saucer with flashing lights moving very slow. Moved horizontal at a pace of a helicopter at 8:22

As I was delivering a doordash saw a circular flashing light in the sky that moved at a horizontal pace. It was at not more than 2000 elevation
I could not find the saucer after delivery the food 3 mins later

Saw 8 orange lights in the sky

I was taking out the trash when I saw the orange lights far above. The first four were in a box pattern, the others flew in a straight line following them. There was also an airplane that night, with two blinking lights and moving at the usual speed. These were not planes. They were solid orange and moving very fast, much faster than the plane. When they were directly above me they slowed to a near stop.

I tried to watch them fly away but instead of continuing over the horizon they seemed to disappear one at a time. Maybe ascending above the clouds, but it seemed pretty immediate. Maybe could have been drones? Just not sure, but definitely not planes.

Orb or sphere with erratic movement brighter than stars and multiple lights after viewing through binoculars

The observed object looked like a very bright star that was moving in an erratic pattern above a mountain ridge. After checking for registered flight/ drone/ weather balloon activity and all coming back negative, the object was filmed and with the help of magnification turned out to be an unfamiliar shape. It had a spherical body with bright lights around it. It stayed visible for around 8 minutes before moving further NNW and dropping behind a mountain ridge, cutting line of sight.

Object size and distance are hard to discern. But the exact shape was visible through binoculars.

One reddish Light was first thought to be a planet due to the color and recollection of seeing Jupiter in the sky

(several miles away)Saw brief lights ascending rapidly and then dimming out once over the tree line. These lights were appearing around a very bright reddish light(we thought was a visible planet) in the sky and after approx 30 min of viewing multiple lights appear then dim away, the “planet” descended rapidly below the tree line within 3-4 seconds. It remained visible through the tree line for a minute or so and started heading west and disappeared through thicker part of the tree line. I also have a video of the smaller (appearing/dimming) lights which has the “planet” light in the sky.

Triangle shaped lights moving across the sky, then it ‘parked’ and stayed in one spot for a long time.

I was sitting on my deck and looked up into the sky, and I saw triangle shaped lights off in the distance. I watched it while it went across the sky slowly without sound until it went over my house.

About halfway across the sky, I noticed two other lights that were chasing it, but they never caught up. Or it looked like they were chasing it.

So many orbs seen every clear morning 4am-6am

Every clear early morning between 4-6 I see several orbs drop or appear out of no where. I have seen at most 3 at one time with naked eye. These orbs do not have any blinking lights but are a steady color of bright white and/or orange. Movement is sporadic with straight down, sideways, diagonal and sometimes complete sudden opposite change of direction. There have been instances in which a commercial plane is going along its path, when out of no where 1 orb will appear then will split into 2 with 1 heading straight towards that commercial plane, and the other just moving away slowly disappearing. They appear, move downward in an awkward sporadic bumpy motion, and eventually disappear.

Drones appear to morph into orbs making a larger orb

At this point I have seen this orb since the end of December. It has moved some in the past but appears to come out around 8pm-9pm almost every night. There are multiple drones flying near and around orb nightly and now to appear to be morphing into other orbs. Just two nights ago it appeared to land on Hibriten Mountain. I have worked in LEO and Aviation Security. I have seen planes, helicopters, drones and other odd things but nothing like this. I will continue to monitor.

Low flying lights without sound

Four bright orange-yellow balls of light hovering just above the tree line approximately half a mile away. One was moving up and down slowly. Two were stacked on top of each other but spaced out and moving right to left across the back of my yard in synchrony. These two vanished after they moved right to left for about 4 seconds. One appeared to be very close in proximity but small around motor vehicle size. For a moment it appeared to come towards me and my wife so much that we experienced initial fear.

Moving rectangular object with 20' x 20' bottom (approx) with red/green lights on opposite sides; other 2 sides had white lights.

Driving home after dark in our neighborhood with a speed around 25 mph. I was in the passenger seat and my husband was driving. I noticed an aircraft banking. It had red and green lights on opposite sides. The other two opposite sides had white lights. I assumed it was a commercial flight headed associated with RDU air traffic. Our area is often in their flight path where they make a turn to/from the airport. The reason it was of note, is that it seemed way too low and I was visually having difficulty understanding the direction that it was heading with the assumption it was coming to/from RDU. I said to my husband, “That airplane is way too low”. I continued to watch it. We continued down the road where it goes downhill and the object was out of sight. As you continue on the road, it goes uphill. At the peak, I looked up and saw the object. I could only see the green light and the two white lights at this point. It was very close, had a rectangular bottom which appeared dark in this environment. The rectangular area was large. Upon seeing it out the passenger window not far above my side of the car, I said to my husband, “It is right there. It is low. It is big.”

We turned onto Golden Heather. He looked out his driver side window and said “I see it. It is big. I guess we have those here now too.” He reported, it moved out of sight.

I joked, “Maybe they are here to visit their vulture overlords.”

We pulled into the garage at home. I got out to the driveway to look and there was nothing unusual visible. My husband said, “It moved away from here.”

I know how small a mavic drone looks at 400 feet. This was definitely large and seemed low. It is difficult to declare the elevation and size with accuracy as those two factors affect each other. It appeared about the size of a 2 car garage at least 20 feet by 20 feet in comparison with the house it was over. It felt lower than 400 feet, but with something appearing that large, it was likely higher.

There was no noticeable noise we could hear from the interior of the car. We did have the radio on low. The location of our home also experiences helicopter flights to/from hospitals. We know what helicopters sound like. This was not a helicopter. We were close enough to visually identify it was not a helicopter.

When the object was close enough to see, it behaved like a drone. As it was moving from East to West, the green light was visible, but not the red light. The green light was on the forward side of travel, indicating tilt in that direction, much like a drone behaves, assuming it is flat in nature. The white lights were still visible while the green was visible and the red light was not.

Note about the vulture comment. There have been 50+ vultures gathering in the highest tree at the back of our property over the past month or so on various nights. This is a new wildlife behavior we haven’t experienced before in the many years we have lived here. They were gathered there the night of this sighting and the object would have flown quite near them a half a block away, if it continued its flight after we last saw it.

I have seen the recent news reports of the sightings. In almost every instance of photo/video, it looked like someone filming an airplane or some flashing dot in the sky - or it is digitally faked. I was skeptical of the frenzy of sightings. I was not looking for a sighting. It appeared in the course of living my life.

Silent drone like craft

I was out looking at the stars with my new Celestron binoculars when I noticed flashing lights cruising behind the tree line, 167 degrees south. At least two swept back and forth or they were separate aircraft/drones, I can’t be sure. My line of sight was blocked where the trees got thicker moving west. Not all of them were the same. Some had white, green and red flashing lights and gave me the same impression as the NJ drone sightings, squarish and these ones were closer to the ground, below the airplanes taking off from the airport nearby and quite substantial in size. Easily visible without binoculars. These looked exactly like photos and videos I’ve seen from New Jersey.

I kept scanning the skies trying to find more but they had left. I looked higher up between 65-75 degrees elevation (vertically) when I noticed a very faint almost imperceptible blink among the stars, I focused my binoculars on it. It was moving at a casual speed, about as fast as a satélite, very smooth maintaining exact speed. These were not airplanes or satellites. They were so so far away that they blended in with the stars when viewed with the naked eye, I wouldn’t have noticed them if I had not been looking very closely for any abnormalities in the sky.

Using my binoculars I could see red and yellowish white blinking lights, absolutely no green. There were two or three red lights on either side which flashed more quickly and consistently than the intermittent white/yellowish lights of which there were only two towards the middle back end. I can say I definitely saw at least two.

The first one was moving east to west starting at about 155 degrees SE. It looked like a high tech, compact helicopter type craft without any blades, but was difficult to make out entirely against the night sky. It was longer than it was wide. It stopped in the sky and remained static for a few minutes before it just wasn’t there anymore.

I kept seeing these very dim and distant blinking specks, I went inside to get my husband, where he viewed another one that had moved around a bit before sitting static in the sky this one remained for at least 10 minutes. He said it was weird and went inside but I kept looking.

Another blink appeared near where the first one originated at 155 SE. I followed it as it traveled North. It was traveling slightly slower than a satélite cruising across the sky but in similar fashion, but wasn’t as high up as a satélite still, very high up. It completely crossed the sky where I had to turn all the way around towards North to see it, then it moved East never changing speed. The front tip was lower than the back traveling at an angle similar to a helicopter when it’s going really fast, like a \ slash.

In between these sightings, while facing 180 degrees South I saw a tiny distant orangeish dot bouncing around in the sky, I can’t believe I’m saying this but it was moving from one spot to the next instantly. Like it was teleporting. It would go back and forth from east to west appearing above and below where I intially viewed it but not moving so far as I would have to move my binoculars left and right or up and down. It would make a zigzag up and down as it moved horizontally across the sky if you connected a line to each each spot it appeared.

I don’t know what I saw tonight but I know it wasn’t fireworks or satellites or airplanes. They were so far up, as high as a plane at maximum altitude. Not a sound could be heard when these were hovering and moving around, while I could hear the airplanes that were flying above from time to time. I tried flashing my flashlight and changing the colors on my light from green to red to blue but I didn’t notice any type of response or recognition that it could see me flashing my lights at them.

I’ve lived here for two years and never seen anything like this before. I definitely see planes and helicopters and was stationed at a navy airbase back in 2009/2010 so I feel quite comfortable identifying the difference between these and other civilian/military aircraft.

Illuminated orb flying west towards Chapel Hill

As I returned from the Dog pen, I stopped and looked up skyward to see a single illuminated orb streaking westward towards Chapel Hill NC.
The orb was quite high in the night sky and easily observable. As I tracked it visually out of range a sudden flash appeared partly obscured by clouds.
This best I can figure is the object was not of this world as the hue and speed were amazingly rapid.

Seen on a clear, sunny day from about 20 feet away outside my living room window, the strange, cantaloupe-sized, oval object either emerged from the ground or was taking off from where it had landed in my front yard. At first, I only noticed its movement, because it was translucent and nearly invisible, almost like a soap bubble but more like a small, clear jellyfish sac. It rose and took off on a perfectly straight trajectory at about a 45 degree angle from the ground. As it went up, it gained in speed and vanished within a second. I was left with the strong sense that: 1. it was a physical thing with mass. 2. it was not a machine, but a living thing. 3. it had not expected to be seen.

Two circular orbs or discs moved across my screen very fast with erratic movements, sometimes disappearing than reappearing.

I was filming a horizontal panning shot for a fishing YouTube video. These are what we call transitioning shots for building a video story. I was doing that to prepare for the video. While I was taking this particular shot, I see something that looks like a shooting star then I realize there’s two.. then I realize these aren’t shooting stars as they’re moving extremely erratic in different directions and appearing than reappearing. They also seem to leave some kind of a shooting star type tail behind them at different points when they would go faster and they would disappear and reappear and become very bright and they would zigzag up and down and all different directions. Again, they seem to zigzag and slow down and speed up very erratically.

They also seem to be like a round sphere, cold orb, and other times one of them looked a bit like a disc. When I zoomed in on my camera and re-looked at what happened it seems as if these things actually changed shapes at times.
They went across the full length of the sky before disappearing off to the left. One thing to note is, they didn’t just go from my right side of my screen to my left and disappeared. They seem to take off directly away from us until they vanished at incredible speeds!

There was literally no one else around us. Everyone was still sleeping and everything was super quiet, and there was not a sound in the sky at all.
This whole thing also took place right next to the New Bern airport public airport. And just a short distance from there is a military airport. I live in the area and see many fighter jets go right over my home not far from this location almost daily at times.

I have never seen anything like this in my life and I don’t know what to think about it!

A golden glowing orb in the night sky. It moved horizontally, did a loop/circle, shot off at incredible speed with a streak of light

I observed this same orb yesterday (12/30/2024) at approximately the same time in the same location in the sky. I set an alarm today for 5:10AM EST to see if I could observe it again. My bed faces a sliding glass door. When I woke up, my eyes immediately saw the glowing golden orb at a distance through the door/window in the night sky that I had seen yesterday. I watched for a minute or two to see if it was moving (it was) to confirm it was not a planet again. I saw it move horizontally, then vertically a small amount. I also saw it make a small loop/circle. Tonight I could also see what looked like a glowing haze surrounding the object. At that point I reached over and woke my sleeping husband. We watched it hovering and making little movements side to side and for about a minute, but he fell back asleep. I was about to go wake my daughter and pull out my phone to record it when it made a sudden vertical move with a streak of white/blue light behind it and it vanished at approximately the speed of light. It didn't reappear.

I observed a distant golden glowing orb moving back and forth, disappearing and reappearing repeatedly over a 30 minute period.

I awoke for no apparent reason at 5AM EST. My bed faces a sliding glass door, which is the first place my eyes land when I open them. I immediately saw a bright golden glowing orb in the night sky, brighter than the stars around it. I figured it must be a close planet and was just admiring it when it moved horizontally sideways, then back, then disappeared. I sat up in bed wondering where it had gone. It reappeared suddenly. i watched it move horizontally left to right again, then disappear again. I got up out of bed and went to the window to watch it. Over the next 30 minutes, I whitnessed it moving horizontally side to side seemingly at random, no observed pattern, then disappear for minutes or seconds, then reappear. At one point I could see what looked like a fainter light beam just below it. After watching it for several minutes I retrieved my phone and recorded some videos and took one picture. During two of the videos i could see the object with my naked eye but it wasnt visible on camera until I pushed the video end button, at which point it was suddenly visible again on the phone screen. At about 5:30AM EST the object disappeared and didn't come back. (That is until 12/31/2024 at 5:10AM EST when I set an alarm to wake up to see if it was back and indeed it was.) * see follow-up report on 12/31/2024.

Flew from ocean over land. Split into two craft

Tonight around dusk, I witnessed something extraordinary over Masonboro Sound. I was out enjoying the evening when I saw a single flying object come off the ocean. It didn't have the typical sound of any aircraft I'm familiar with; it hummed quietly, unlike the distinct sounds of high or low bypass engines, turbojets, turbo prop, inline or even propellers of any type. What's more, it wasn't showing up on any flight tracker apps. The real kicker was when this object suddenly split into two - right before my eyes. There was no explosion, just a seamless division. Minutes after this event, a military AWACS flew by, which seemed to be trailing it.

I'm quite versed in aircraft identification, but this left me scratching my head. Could be some experimental drone or tech, but it definitely wasn't your standard UFO scenario.

Just sharing what I saw, and I'm still trying to make sense of it." I truly don't know what's real or fake anymore. I know what I just saw. The popping noise at 6 seconds was coming from whatever those things were.

I saw an extremely bright orb shaped light flying, it shrunk it dimmed to a faint light and shot off after watching it for about 2 min.

My daughter and I were on the way back from getting some McDonald's, we live just about a minute from where the craft or object was sighted. I made the left turn onto the road leading between the Walmart (on the left) and the Lowe's ( on the right side of the road). Going straight would take us home. As we turned left and slowly approached the first red traffic light I looked up and to the right, an extremely bright light object moving in the sky caught my eye. I am an avid Star gazer and actively point out planets and stars to my family in the night sky. At first I assumed it was an extremely bright planet I had never sighted before. Then I noticed it moving, at first so slowing I wasn't even sure it was moving. It was about 2-3 times brighter than Jupiter in the night sky, then before my eyes it dimmed drastically. Becoming nothing more than a faint star like light. I watched it for another 15-20 seconds and the traffic light turned green before I thought to grab my phone to record it. When I stepped off the brake of my car and inched forward I watched the object rapidly accelerate and blink opposite the direction I was going and blink out of view. It is important I feel to note that I have 2 years under my belt watching the night sky. I am very familiar with how airplanes, jets, and helicopters look and behave in the night sky.

Strange color/shape changing object moving across the sky slowly.

I was outside walking my dogs when I noticed a bright object in the distant sky ahead. The object was remarkably bright, as there were 3. Moving all in different directions with colors changing rapidly and size expanding and contracting over and over. I ran inside to grab my camera and when I came back only 2 remained. They were there for 2-3 minutes total and my 39 second video records about same motions as depicted. The orb on top faded into the night sky. The lower orb lowered further until out of sight.

Three White Lights Going Straight Upward Into the Sky

Saw three white dots of light going straight up into the sky. They traveled upward together in a perfectly straight line. The second one was somewhat brighter than the last one. The last (I think) one left a perfectly straight tail behind it. They disappeared, one by one, as they moved higher into the sky. I do not think that they were close by--they seemed to be many miles away.

These appeared in the sky NNW of Corolla, NC. They did not move like Starlink satellites that I have seen.

Around 9:30 PM, walking out of the Old Post Office Playhouse Theater in Newton NC to our car, parked at the Wells Fargo bank parking lot, I saw a bright white light fly across the sky for a short distance at a low altitude. I told my husband and he suggested it might have been a shooting star, but it was overcast and no stars were visible. The light went horizontal and did not appear to change altitude. It was moving at an accelerated speed. I kept looking up for a few more minutes, but didn’t see any more lights, nor stars.

Viewed light drop extremely quickly from a low altitude straight down and did not reappear

Got off of the exit, stopped at the stop sign, looked up and saw a small bright green light drop from a low altitude (approximating 200-300ft in the air) at a high speed. Sighting lasted only a few seconds and the light did not reappear. As it dropped, the view was obscured by trees and the Outback Steakhouse building. It dropped way too fast to be a drone, as if being propelled downward rather than falling with force of gravity. Only one color. Unsure of size but from the viewing distance, I could approximate its size being between baseball and football size, but round.

My mother has told me about seeing a fast dropping light similar to what I observed but she never officially reported it (she saw one while driving in the desert in NM). I am a licensed private pilot and know the difference between an aircraft and a mysterious light. The night after this, I observed a white light (acting differently) in another town (will make separate report). I was only in the sighting area for about a minute or two waiting to turn off the exit ramp but kept my eyes on the sky and didn’t see anything else.

I don’t mind if an investigator wants to contact me but I don’t need to be contacted if not necessary.

Green lights in triangular pattern

I was driving northbound on 17 in Holly ridge passing 50 and I noticed a red light in the sky that appeared to be moving. It looked similar to the light on a cell tower. I quickly lost sight of it. Then about a mile down the road I noticed the red light again off to my left, about 20 seconds later I saw that It was just a cell tower. Then I saw multiple green lights 3-4 in the center running it's length and then two green lights one on each side going diagonal to the midsection of the other long lights. Almost like the outline of a craft. It was slightly cloudy but that made the lights almost stand out more. It didn't make any noise. This is near the camp lejuine area, I've driven under air craft plenty of time such as helicopters stationary over the road and ospreys passing somewhat low. You know they're there, they're loud, it buzzs your car. There was nothing from this and it appeared to be lower than anything I've seen before.

Many tiered flying things some moving some stationary

Tired objects large triangle shape with white and amber lights at the top with smaller white lights hanging straight down in a line below. There were too many to count in all directions. As I watched, some moved away, but one the one I began filming stayed in place. It didn’t seem to move but just hung in the sky. I am a stargazer and always watch the sky in the evening. Catching meteors and keeping tabs on the ISS. I have never in my life seen something like this.

Circular object floating above houses that then shot extremely fast vertically into the sky.

We saw a circular object floating approximately 25ft above the houses. It was moving horizontally about 5-10mph. We circled around the backroad so we could get a view from the south. The circular object did not seem to be rotating. It was not emitting any smoke or other substances. It was moving slowly along the tree line then shot vertically into the sky at unworldly speed. It seemed like it was meeting another aircraft that looked very similar. The initial aircraft shot into the sky extremely high and met with another aircraft. The 2 objects looked like they were almost touching as that sat beside each other. They then separated by shooting off in opposite direction at an extremely high rate of speed. We lost track of the 2 foreign looking aircraft’s and have not seen them since. Also we have a BMW 535i and the trunk randomly opened while we were driving following the aircraft. The trunk has never randomly opened.

Hovering UAP/Drone?

My sister and I left her house around 6:30ish PM to drive 10 miles to our parents house. As soon as we pulled out of her driveway we noticed two glowing orange circles. One was lower to the ground and we noticed blue, green, and red blinking lights. Not like a plane, the blinking pattern was different, this was hovering, and glowing. As we continued to drive we lost sight of the one that seemed lower to the ground due to the tree line of the road we were on. The second one we had sight of the entire time and again, just a glowing orange or hovering in the sky. I took videos of these while driving (sorry for the quality), and another video of the one we never lost sight of once I arrived to my destination. We could see it through the trees. I took a video of airplanes too showing the difference between the UFO/UAPs we saw. I did notice neighborhood dogs barking while I attempted to get the video of the glowing orb through the trees once we arrived to our parents house.

My family and I were walking north up Carolina Beach Ave South and I noticed what appeared to be a Chinese Latern towards the ocean maybe a half mile out to sea. I said something to my wife and kids and we walked up the nearest beach access, one that doesn’t have steps to take a closer look bc it was pretty. My son mentioned it appeared like the lanterns from Disney Rapunzel! I just thought someone in their boat must have lite a Chinese lantern. But it seemed odd to me how bright it was and then was gone. It didn’t seem to get duller over time. I looked for a boat but it was too dark so it didn’t think much of it but it just seemed odd. I tried to take a picture with my camera phone but you couldn’t see anything. A day later and I kept thinking about it and then I found this site with similar stories and decided to post.

3 orb like balls in a line with a 4th one close by that was disappearing and coming back and circling around the 3 other orbs

On 11/27/24 around 9 pm while driving north on highway 85 and about to exit
At Beatties Ford road, 3 orb like lights appeared in a row above the highway with a 4th that appeared and would move around and disappear and leave a trail behind it as it went around the 3 others. All changed colors from silver to a pink orange and would disappear and reappear. That night I had a static like sound in my head, almost like a broadcast radio going off or walkie talkies when they get close to one another and a high pitch sound is heard… I also had dreams with these sounds and the things I saw in the sky. I’ve seen them twice since but wasn’t able to get photos as they appeared and were gone.

Looked up and saw three bright lights in triangular formation.

Looked up in the sky to make a wish because my indoor cat had ran out. She never runs out. I found this odd. As I am looking, three bright lights appear out of nowhere right above the tree. It was so low and so clear. Then it starts moving slowly to the right. Very slow. And I think to myself, why am I still standing here. My eyes never looked away. Then at the left light, another light seems to come out of it and moves the the right of it, and falls. Then there was brightness. I did not see where it fell. I could not. And when I got my eyesight straight it was gone. I ran to the gate and my two dogs were acting strange. The quiet dog was barking and running around the yard. My other dog, when she gets upset would grab a toy and shake it around. She was running around the yard and grabbing and shaking all of the toys. It was like slow motion. It seemed like something was pulling me to get to my door. When I finally get in, I yelled to my son and asked what is taking so long for him to come back outside. He said Mom I was only gone for thirty seconds. What is wrong. He came outside with me and I told him what happened. He says..Mom.. shhh. listen...and all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking.. My son said lets go in.

Driving back to my house and saw three lights in the shape of a Chevron flying really low and slow then another came after that one.

On Thursday, November 21, 2024 at approximately 7:15 PM I was driving north Northwest on W. Railroad St. in Parkton, North Carolina. I was less than a mile from an underpass when something bright in the sky caught my attention so I looked and initially blew it off, thinking it was just a plane, but then I noticed how slow it was flying and how low to the ground it was. Then how slow it was going, was put into perspective when a train passed by on the train tracks next to me and was going significantly faster than what was in the sky. There were three lights in the formation of a Chevron. Once it passed about 20 seconds later, another one came. Same thing three lights in the shape of a Chevron. I quickly pulled out my phone and captured that one. As it was flying, it disappeared into the tree line and I lost sight of it. As I was watching them, I was alone on the street without anyone or any car in sight.

Cruising at FL450 in Citation XL Private Jet encountered 2 lights above us to the west, turning on and off and moving and stopping.

Flying from Teterboro, NJ to Naples, FL at 45,000 feet I noticed a bright light that appeared at first to be a landing light approximately 10,000 to 20,000 feet above us at our two o’clock position and approximately 30-50 miles. The light kept getting brighter then would go out, then come back on in a different position in the sky. I brought it to the attention of the other flight crew member to see what he thought it could be. After observing it for a few minutes he ask me to contact Washington Center to inquire if there was traffic above us in the area where the lights were spotted. Washington Center initially said they had a primary target but then quickly said there was no traffic. Soon after that another less bright light appeared next to the original light. Both lights would turn off and on intermittently and would move both through the sky and around each other in a circular path. At one time both lights appeared and the larger brighter light rotated in an arc around the other light then both went out. The sighting of the lights was confirmed with ATC by at least six to ten aircraft in the air. A Southwest Airlines flight confirmed he had seen the exact same thing at the time of our original query with Washington. The Washington Center controller gave our aircraft and theirs the number to report it. Once we got transferred to Jacksonville Center, numerous aircraft inquired with them about the lights and we heard at least 6 confirm what we saw.

In conclusion, I have been flying for forty years and have seen rocket launches, starlink, space X rocket landings, satellites, and the ISS all from the air, but the lights we saw moved in different directions, seemed to accelerate and decelerate, and would turn off then reappear in different locations within seconds. In all we observed this activity approximately 15-25 minutes.

Multiple Orbs spotted

On November 17, 2024, around 7:45 PM, I observed multiple Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) in the sky near a street lamp. The weather was slightly cloudy with no stars visible. The UAPs were located in the sky near the moon. Behind them was a dense area of woods.

I was able to capture some footage on my camera, although the objects were visible to the naked eye much better than they appeared in the video. The objects were moving rapidly in the sky in various patterns—some appeared to be stationary while others zipped through the air unpredictably. There were about a dozen or more objects in total, some with faint red and green flashing lights, though not all were illuminated.

One of the UAPs seemed to move toward me as I filmed. Despite their high altitude, I could clearly see their bright, white appearance. The objects were small relative to their height in the sky and moved with varying speeds—sometimes rapidly, sometimes gliding slowly. They also appeared to hover for periods of time.

I caught an odd sound in the video, that I believe to come from the UAP, but i am unsure of the source of the sound. When the sound is heard you can then hear dogs barking and sirens followed right after. As I continued to track one of the orbs while in the car, it followed towards Eden and seemed to linger near a plane’s exhaust fumes while other orbs came up to it lingered for second then Going towards Shiloh airport and the river. That's when we noticed alot active in are area was slowing down.

Additional Notes:

The movement of the UAPs was erratic and unpredictable, with some changing speeds suddenly and others gliding or sitting still in the air. One orb appeared to be following a plane's exhaust trail, which may be of interest.

Sometimes it appear that it had a haze around them sometimes it looked invisible but it still had this haze around it but it blended in very well but only for shorts periods of time. I don't know if the UAPs was also causing my phone not focus at times but it has a very hard time focusing and staying focused usually Isn't a issue.

A dark sphere seen about 300 yards from the 3rd floor window of our oceanfront duplex

When I looked out the window from our 3rd floor oceanfront duplex I saw a dark sphere in the sky. It was quite high from my point of vision, and perhaps at a 50-60 degree angle. It wasn’t that far from the shoreline, perhaps 200 yards. It was not moving when it caught my eye and I thought that was quite strange, because shore birds aren’t round and are usual flying somewhere. It remained stationery for about 20-30 seconds before it quickly flew away in a straight line further down the beach. I lost sight of it after it went about a half a mile or so. It definitely had a circular shape so it didn’t look like a bird. It also didn’t look or move like a kite or balloon. If I had to guess I would say it was 5-10 feet in diameter. The weather was nice, mostly blue skies with some clouds and light winds, but the sphere was definitely not near any clouds or other objects. I had the feeling it moved because I was staring at it.

Four alternately blinking lights in a diamond

There were four lights in a perfect point-up diamond. They all flashed lights, but they went in order so 1 would turn on then off, then the second to the left on then off, then the back/bottom on then off, then the fourth, and it repeated. I looked huge. It was at dusk, so I saw it on the night side to my left, but the sun was out to my right. I had pulled over to watch it because it legitimately scared me. When I turned right and it became behind I couldn’t see it anymore and didn’t see it again.

I was driving and saw an ovular-shaped bright pulsating light just above the tree line off to my right. I was sitting on the couch with my two children and they pointed to the sky and said “look a shooting star!” But upon further inspection it had no tail and looked like maybe it could be an airplane. 2 Orange Orbs at Low Altitude

I looked out my bathroom window spotted what at first looked like two sparks arcing from one power line to the next, like an orange Jacob's ladder. There were, however, no power lines in that direction.

There was a lot of detail in the orbs, such that it looked like each orb contained two smaller points with an arcing light dancing between them. I watched them move slowly across the sky, maintaining speed and altitude perfectly, taking about 45 seconds to disappear behind the trees closer to my house. There was little to no wind and the sky was clear.

I'm a software engineer and have trained as a recreational pilot. I'm a former professional photographer and have some experience with astronomical photography. I consider myself a rationalist and someone uniquely well positioned to consider a broader array of mundane explanations, but I've never seen anything like this before and couldn't explain it if I tried. I've never had a similar experience.

Lights came over the southern horizon above Pamlico Sound, moved north then accelerated rapidly up 45 degree angle, lights went out

We (myself, wife, two adult children) had earlier been fishing at the Point and we stayed to watch the “Super Moon” rise. At about 7:00 my son said, “Look it's the comet”. (Two days earlier a comet had been visible.) I turned and saw the lights in the attached pictures come over the southern horizon above Pamlico Sound. I said, “That's no comet.” They moved northward fairly slowly. Then, when adjacent us, west of Buxton over the Sound. They turned on a dime and accelerated rapidly upward at about a 45 degree angle in a NW direction. Then all the lights went out at once. It did not travel out of sight. The lights went out. It disappeared. There was no noise. There were probably over 100 other people on the beach within a ½ mile stretch of beach.

The lights appeared to be part of one enormous object. If they were flying in formation, they were flawless. Pictures taken on I-Phone.

I checked pilot on the form because I was in flight school in the Navy for approx. 2 years. I am not currently a pilot. I haven't flown in the cockpit of an aircraft in about 20 years. I was a Cryptologic Officer for approx. 3 years. I retired from the reserves as an Intelligence Officer (NCIS Agent). In the civilian world I am a disability retired ATF Special Agent.

Weirdly shaped craft seen though a telescope, flying fast against the moon

I was viewing the moon with an iPhone connected to a telescope one night. All of a sudden I spotted this craft flying fast. It appears to fly up, but it was a reflector telescope that flips the image. So it is actually flying downward. It was captured against the moon. I have no idea how far away it was or how big but I can only assume pretty large. The video speaks for itself.

Witnessed 3-4 UAP with varying flight patterns (left-right, up-down). Lights would brighten then dim. 1 larger ship, 2-3 smaller orbs

While on DL975 from New York to Atlanta on 10/7/24, I witnessed Racetrack UAP above Asheville, NC starting at 10:16pm EST and ending at approximately 10:30pm. There were at least 2 smaller light orbs (possibly metallic orbs witnessed by U.S. government, this reminded me of the other Racetrack UAP seen by pilots). There appeared to be a larger craft that was being surrounded/escorted by the smaller light orbs. I captured a few video clips of the UAP showing the changes in light and direction. The UAP would brighten to a strong white light then fade out of view. The large craft/mothership was the brightest of the group during peak luminosity. The UAP moved faster both vertically and horizontally than surrounding aircraft. It is easier to view the UAP when they are dim by using a Negative filter over the videos. The 10:21pm video clip includes the pilot announcing the flight's descent and it's possible that you can hear him reacting to the UAP as they appear. There is a slight hesitation in his speech and voice crack as one of the UAP brightens.

The best clip is the 10:26pm clip and the picture was clipped from the 1:06 timestamp. The light source on the right side of the picture is definitely a plane (possibly N140SX). Flight navigation lights are clearly visible on the plane. The green streak in the photo is the aircraft's wing (clearly visible in videos). The light sources on the left side of the picture are the UAP. I have attempted to verify if the light sources were helicopters or military aircraft using Flight-radar, but it does not appear that there were other aircraft making the movements that I witnessed or flying in the target area.

Before the flight, I hoped I would see UAP over Asheville as I had assumed ET would be interested in military operations and disaster recovery in the Asheville area along with Hurricane Milton in the Gulf.

This is my first sighting, but a close family member had a previous sighting of a glowing orange, triangle shaped UFO in Long Island, New York in 1974. They were 15 years old when they witnessed a glowing orange, triangle UFO. They are sitting with a few friends on the bleachers at their high school football stadium. The group look out into the distance and the entire group sees the UFO. Possibly 10-20 miles out. It is oriented vertically. It remains motionless in the air as the group looks at it. Then the UFO instantaneously accelerated off into the distance. It appeared to instantly vanish due to its speed.

I was unable to load the 10:16pm clip, getting an error when loading it.

Lights rising above ridge, moving in multiple directions, fading out.

Sitting alone on the deck of my home on 10/04, 1-2 days after Hurricane Helene devastation. I am often on the deck, looking west. Have never seen this before.

Saw a light rising above the mountain range. Typically I see satellites because it is dark there, and a light rose, brightened, then faded. It did not flash like an aircraft. I thought nothing of it. Then there was another, and considered it was possible StarLink, as it followed the second light, maybe 20 seconds later.
Then there was a third, but started at a different location, and had a slightly different direction, starting low, as the rest had, rising higher, then getting brighter, then fading off.

This was followed by multiple (dozens) of others, so I got my iPhone and started recording. Eventually I saw several in the air at once, all of them appearing from behind the ridge line, from the same general section of sky, but moving in different directions, some ending up horizontal. They did not seem coordinated in their movement. There was no sound.

I saw several airplanes that night, and could discern their flashing lights. I have seen satellites as well, which tend to traverse a larger portion of sky, and do not brighten before they fade.

The following night, at approximately the same time, the lights appeared again, and lasted about 30 minutes again. I had told two other people about the lights earlier in the day, and when the appeared again, they witnessed them as well. The phenomenon behaved in the same way.

No noise noted, no flashing of lights.

A streak across the sky like a shooting star.

Seen on Raleigh, Nc CBS17 morning news. The meteorologist was showing the Rocky Mount cam. At real speed, it was a streak across the sky (like a shooting star). At slower speed some type of flying object.

Very orange orb, flying, super big

My husband was outside, in the deck of the house, back yard. We live in the country, just surrounded by farms and trees. He started seeing coming from the trees a weird orange light, he thought a first was a helicopter, but it was coming closer in the sky, very big, he called me to see and we called his mom also. In between the trees, this giant orange orb/sphere, seemed almost was on fire, was flying slow in the sky. Looked like the size of the moon, was really big and moving slow, and suddenly made a weird movement, right to left. No sound, no smells, trails. And keep moving slow until the trees didn't let us continue seeing it but since it was slow, I ran in the bedroom and grabbed my phone to try to record it. My husband told me it disappeared after we couldn't see more because the trees, so we walked very fast try to see where it goes, again was slow moving, but we didn't see anything else, until we look in the other side of the street, very far now, could see a small light, orange, static in the air. No moving. Was really impossible to understand how was so slow and suddenly appears to the other side, super far away. We looked for a minutes, but decided go back in the house, was kind of scary. After 30 minutes we go back to see and it already disappeared. And today around 6 am. My husband saw another bright orange orbs between the trees behind our house. And just suddenly disappear also.
