An orb moving slowly away from me. Thought it was a satellite until it began stopping & zagging. A 2nd orb appeared and did the same.

I was standing outside on our small backyard patio about 6 inches away from our basement sliding doors. I was out there filming with my (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) phone to see if I could see any aurora/northern lights through my camera. In certain situations cameras pick up quite a bit more color than we can see with the naked eye. We see them often here in Anchorage, even if very faint.

At 10:14 PM AKDT, (timestamped on video), I briefly saw what I thought was the ISS or a satellite moving in the direction away from me. It was a small round white orb. About 3 seconds later I began filming again and it was not long before I realized this object was not a satellite, and definitely not an aircraft.

The orb began briefly stopping, moving left, stopping, moving right, and had no defined linear direction of movement as it got further away. Just as it began to be less visible behind a tree, a second object identical to the initial orb appeared not far to the right of it. You could see it through the top of a tree It had slowly been moving opposite of the first initial orb towards me. It then stopped and was just hovering. The orbs both seemed to dissappear at the end of the video. I called out to my boyfriend who was half asleep in the other room downstairs to come look. By the time he had arrived they were already gone, therefore I was the sole witness. A few minutes after I stopped filming however, I began seeing small brief almost camera-like flashes from that direction and my sight got weird. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Underwater light traveling very fast.

Traveling on the state ferry from Petersburg to Wrangell Island on New Year's Eve, my husband and I saw a very fast moving light in the water on the left side of the ship, in the opposite direction that we were traveling. That made it difficult to tell it's speed. We were just amazed and both of us agreed it had to be an orb!

The other event taking place at the same time was a huge Aurora. The Kp index that night was an 8!! Which is why we were glued to the windows.

White circle seemingly stationary over mountain

Driving home, I saw this white circle brightly over the mountains. I live near this mountain and know that there aren’t any buildings on it. I kept looking when the trees allowed a view and did not see after 2:57pm, there was a wind storm and the weather report shows wind blowing NE. These mountains are Hatchers Pass Park with approximately 4000 ft. Elevation. This is much lower than google says weather balloons fly at, as well as it disappeared instead of blowing over with the high winds (15-36mph).

On New Year’s Eve, my Mother in her bedroom was watching fireworks in the distance, from her window and suddenly I heard my Mom saying , hurry there are Orbs/Drones in the sky. I ran quickly trying to get a mobile video using my phone, from her window but I couldn’t get a clear picture. There were 5 of the Orbs at the start. My Wife and soon later my Son was also present to witness this cool event from the bedroom window . I then hurried and went downstairs to the backyard to get a better video and there was only one single orb left in the sky. Then proceeded to watch the fantastic northern lights in the sky above our house.

Observed flashing light (after larger plane went by at higher altitude) SE to SW; then it reversed SW to SE.

Couple hours before sunrise I felt an urge to look outside. A large plane [?] was flying by and then I noticed a smaller flashing light at a distance. Odd lights, very large to be an airplane.

My husband and I went out to gas up our car. On the drive there we noticed really bright lights, two lights on top and would switch to blue lights on the bottom with a smaller white light in the middle. At first we thought it was a plane that had came over the Chugach mountain heading towards the Ted Stevens Anchorage international airport. Both my husband and I were commenting on the strange lights and so we kept watching it for a few minutes. The craft would change from red to blue every 20 seconds or so and a few times we saw a smaller white light appear briefly in the middle of the of the other two lights. Another strange detail was the fact the craft never moved and seemed stationary the whole time we were watching it. There was a commercial airliner traveling towards the mountains at a higher attitude and basically flew over the craft. We were about to make a left turn on Boniface when this craft shot straight down at a fairly high rate of speed to the treeline below and was out of our site. Once we were at the Chevron gas station on Boniface I had turned to my right and in the area we last saw it and it was back to the original area in the sky. I watched it again while my husband was filling the tank for two minutes and then again the craft shot straight down. The first time I saw it shoot down was enough to convince me that what we saw that night was truly an UFO.

Green glowing oval object the size of a school bus

While driving through Denali View point south at 11:30pm . A green glowing oval the size of a school bus slowly moving above our car just above the tree tops .The bottom of the oval was protruding out of fog as it illuminated the trees and ground around us . It was silent as no sound could be heard from inside the car as it moved over us . It was only visible for 5 seconds passing directly over us and passing us as we drove at 5mph . The oval was glowing green with blue and white exterior lines moving and shimmering like light reflecting of water.

Saw 3 non moving lights that disappeared one at a time

We were driving south on the Steese highway and I saw 3 lights 1 finger above the horizon. They were yellow in color and they were stationary. The made up a perfect upright triangle which it what drew my attention. Once I mentioned this to the driver he saw them too then the top one disappeared. Then 2 seconds later the lower right one disappeared and then 2 seconds later the last one disappeared. Same area the next morning I saw a single light which disappeared right after I saw it. I didn’t even have enough time to get the driver to see it. But we were headed north.

Large V shaped triangle with white lights

Driving up to the valley with a co-worker and randomly looked up to see a large V shaped object about 200 feet in the air. First saw the outline because of large white lights, at which point the entire object shifted slightly south towards Anchorage and again saw the outline with lights on the bottom. After the second time, it shot off at a high rate of speed but the lights did not show any dragging effects. The trajectory appeared in the sky as > ... > ... gone with the lights completely off for about half a second between the skips It happened really fast, but as I can remember it there was a forward light and 2 white lights on each side of the V for a total of 5 lights.

I've lived in Anchorage for a long time, and this is the first time I've seen anything I would personally qualify as "really out there" and totally unrelated to any aircraft/military activity. I know there is a service road right off the old glenn offramp, which is basically directly below where this thing was at. We were driving so didn't hear any sounds nor did I notice any other cars next to us slowing down. We both saw the vehicle, and my co-worker had mentioned that it seemed like it was skipping on air.. first > was the ship with lights, and then about 200-300 feet same ship with lights but it hadn't actually moved - it seemed like it was able to skip through space and move position without needing to move. No other lights or flashes were seen. It was pretty decently dark out there, so its possible the ship was moving and turning off the lights.

My first thought was this is actually a perfect place for JBER secret squirrel stuff but as a lifelong resident of Anchorage I can't believe that area would be large enough to actually hold anything that was as large as this ship looked.

Orange light was seen moving through the sky at a high rate of speed

While stringing holiday lights on the top end of a 25’ tall tree, as I was looking up towards the sky, a bright, orange light streaked through the sky. I could not see it clearly due to cloud cover and the “dirty orange” color description. This light was from the North and heading South. I was facing West.

Dark cold evening. Outside temperature was approximately 10 degrees F

Location of sighting is 5.7 miles South from US military base, JBER.

Air traffic is common in this area due to the proximity of the military base and high concentration of private aircraft owners in Alaska. I do not believe that this was aircraft due to the swift rate of speed and lack of multiple colors of aircraft lighting and/or flashing lights that is typically seen.

Large object hovering over summit of Redoubt volcano

While piloting an aircraft westbound offshore of Anchor Point, Alaska, I and my passengers observed a large object hovering over the summit of Redoubt volcano. It hovered there for about five minutes before proceeding north eastbound across the horizon, covering approximately 30 to 40°. It then disappeared. It looked like a white cylinder. It appeared to have some sort of vapor trail while hovering that dissipated once it started moving. It was at least a few times bigger than a 747.

5 orb-like structures seen near a small establishment.

My mom and I were bouncing from places and grabbing essentials items and what not when she decided to get a few soft drinks from a nearby convenience store. I was glued to my phone as she exited the vehicle and began her mild shopping spree of sodas and fast food. Something interesting caught my eye as I watched a car almost get t-boned in the side of the body by another, but thankfully they both stopped in time. After this event, I decided to pay a bit more attention to my surroundings, and that's when I seen these five orbs. They were much more clear with the naked eye, but hey, I can't record with my eyes so my phone would have to do. The orbs didn't really move that much, but we're suspended up in the sky, probably around a few yards up from where I could view. I couldn't stop thinking about them on the car ride back to my residence, wondering if I really had caught a UFO on my phone.

we went on an excursion with NCL to the Raptor Center, Sitka National Historical Park and Fortress of the Bears and somewhere in between them the photo I took is where it was. I never saw it with the naked eye it was not until I started working on my photos that I saw this on a photo. I have 2 photos taken 1 min. apart and it only shows up in one photo. It had to have moved fast because of the time difference between each photo. The photo with the ufo is 20231022_163701

It moved unlike anything I've seen, watched it for a while before recording, no clue, figured someone else might like to see it.

It would zip around, behind the clouds and get real dim so the video would lose it and then get closer I guess making it in front of the clouds or something. Not really sure if it was clouds or the thing was just getting dimmer and brighter. I could see it WAY better in person. This was just unlike anything that I've seen, by far. I was looking towards the South East I think.

This object flew up from behind a ridge at extremely high speed.

We were sightseeing along Hatchers Pass Alaska and watched an object fly up from behind a ridgeline. It flew up at an extraordinary speed to a point high above the ridge. It came to a stop, hovered for a couple of seconds, then descended back along the same general path. It suddenly made a directional change and flew off horizontally. It seemed to accelerate instantaneously and disappeared within approximately 1 second.

I was headed to the store then I was driving on 28th Avenue about 2 streets over from my house then I seen a bunch of birds acting strangely. So I looked up there was 2-alumunus colored square shaped flying objects with a very strange sound but not loud. Then I taken a video footage of the 3 UFOs and went back to record some more then they were gone in nanoseconds. I went home to upload on my computer then screen shotted a couple of the objects seemed to look like they changed into disk shaped objects. I called and made a report to the Fairbanks Police Department.

I was driving home when I looked up at a large bright disk like object and after a few moments it flew down and away.

It was 6:39 pm I was driving along Chena Hotsprings road around 22 mile. I had just skipped a song in my playlist when I looked up and saw what I believe to be an extraterrestrial U.F.O of some kind. It was a sort of circular disk type of object, I slowed down to get a better look when it flew away at an incredible speed making a sort of V shape. I don't know of any aircraft capable of such a maneuver. I immediately opened my phone to tell my boyfriend what I had seen when I noticed the time read 6:48. I had lost nine minutes but I hadn't moved more than 600 feet from when I first looked into the sky.

August 17th 2022 at 1736, I took an 8 second 4K video of clouds with my Samsung cell phone. 30 frames per second is what the video captured the objects at. From my location 10 miles north of Anchorage looking south towards Anchorage, AK. I caught what appears to be some sort of objects in the sky moving in an easterly course below the altitude of the passenger jet. The passenger jet was on its approach to Ted Stevens Airport at around 10 thousand feet. The photos show that two of objects shadows are casted onto the cloud.

A white ball fell across the sky over Lazy Mountain around 7:45am. The trail it left lasted for a while. Photos started popping up on social media pretty quickly. In the photos you can clearly see a ball shaped object, BUT the police stated that it was some sort of commercial aircraft.

The police public safety report stated: "There have been no reports of overdue aircraft or ELT activations indicating an aircraft crash. A rescue team on a helicopter flew a mission around the Lazy Mountain area this morning and located nothing suspicious and there were no signs of crashed aircraft.

Further investigation revealed that a large commercial jet was flying in that area around the time that the photos and video were taken. The aircraft was contacted and reported normal flight operations on its way to JFK airport in New York. Troopers believe that the photos and videos showed a contrail from the commercial jet combined with the rising sun which together caused the unique atmospheric sight."

NOTE: I'm reporting this because it's big news up here. I did not see it in person. I currently run a big Alaska UFO group on facebook and this is the big thing right now. I just wanted to make sure you guys got a report with pictures and links. Looking at the photos (as the former MUFON State Director), it doesn't appear to be a commercial aircraft. It looks like a meteor or possibly space junk falling to Earth. I also want to note that earlier the same morning Poker Flat Research Range & NASA launched two rockets in an effort to study the aurora borealis. It had several colors it would flash and then seemed to get larger, then really small before it just disappeared. After looking at a map I realized it was very close to or over Cooks inlet. Have never seen anything like that in my life. It was also a very clear night and you could very easily see stars and this was no star or plane.

Bright light or lights that brightened, hovered, flashed, moved downward and disappeared, but were replaced by a new light.

My son called me to our window which overlooks the larger city near where we live. He told me that he saw a UFO. I was skeptical and went over to acknowledge, but reassure him and what I saw out our window was brighter and more pronounced than what my video captured. This is my first time to report any sighting. We usually see lights from the city outside our window, but this was different, enough for me to stop and figure out how to report this. The bright light flashed at times and seemed to move at other times. I noticed other strong lights that appeared, came nearby and eventually replaced the prominent light after it lowered and was no longer visible. Some of the lights appeared and disappeared, then reappeared. They all moved toward the same general space when they disappeared. I don’t remember exactly how many I saw altogether. My mother saw the light briefly just after I did with my son.

I work as a mental health therapist. I have two master’s degrees which pertain to my work. I have always been a skeptic about UFO encounters until the past few years, when I have learned more, and am still selective on what I pay attention to online and in the media. I am reporting this because this was unusual and something I haven’t seen before here. I have additional video, but it was too long. I can submit it later if it would help.

This was an unusual sighting because all military flying has been cancelled today and tomorrow for ice and the airspace is not even open for military aircraft until 0800 in the morning. I work in a flying squadron and I am familiar with the airspace time and what's going with the airspace for the week. This green orb made a swooping motion like a diving bird, not a jet and maneuvered back up and disappeared. F-35's are stealth craft and not flying, the F-16's are not flying here either, the KC-135 cannot maneuver that quickly and it was at a distance I would not be able to see a helicopter from the Army base. I have been in the aviation world for 15 years and I have never seen anything like I saw this morning.

I told my son not to shoot it that it was bigger than us.

My son and I were sitting at the bottom of my driveway around 1:00 1:15 1:30 a.m. and as we were talking it was a clear night so you can see the sky real good we noticed there was this big bright light brighter than the North Star in the sky and he said Mama is that moving I looked up and I said so I believe it is I said looks like it's coming towards us he said well I hope it don't well we're sitting there watching this thing and it looked like a star in the sky you know and it comes out of the sky down below the trees on the road in front of us just just flying along like a little butterfly no bebopping up and down the road around the trees and as it's coming towards us my son grabs the gun and I'm like no no no he's like I'm going to kill him I'm going to kill it I got to shoot at mama I got to shoot it I said son we don't know what that is it was a big bright ball of light like white light like an orb or something and they say I know it come down in front of the car and then it goes to the neighbor's house and we don't see it no more. But the thing is is that we see it almost every night sometimes there's two or three right now it's sitting right there in the sky you can see it come down I got it on recording too I got it I got a recording of it it just I mean it's it's amazing I mean what is it but it's there right now and it stays stays there until it comes down and then I'll go back up like like it never came down happens all the time we're used to it now but I would like to know what it is.

At sunrise, I saw shiny object hanging in the sky. The sun was shining directly on it and it shone bright silver. I thought it was a star but I had never seen a star this late in the morning so I decided to video it. When I watched the video, to my surprise, the shiny thing was moving. Upon closer inspection, it was not only sinking in a downward motion but it flew side to side as well. It glinted or sparkled in the sun. I was at work when I saw this and a coincidence happened -all wi-fi in the hospital quit working and cellular service stopped too. The IT computer team said there was an unexplained equipment failure and they were trying to fix it as quick as possible. It took 5+ hours to fix.

Upon closer inspection, it was not only sinking in a downward motion but it flew side to side as well. It glinted or sparkled in the sun. I was at work when I saw this and a coincidence happened -all wi-fi in the hospital quit working and cellular service stopped too. The IT computer team said there was an unexplained equipment failure and they were trying to fix it as quick as possible. It took 5+ hours to fix.

Fairbanks PD sees UFO

On Monday, 09/06/2021 my friend (recently retired Homer policeman) sent me a text saying that a buddy of his on the Fairbanks police force had seen a UFO. He forwarded two video clips of the UFO from his police friend. Apparently it was "dead quiet" when the UFO was overhead. The FPD officer also said that it wasn't long after seeing the UFO that four jets (from Eielson AFB) did a number of passes in the area - what the police officer presumed was in search of the UFO.

I was able to lift my head up and look at the silhouette of the craft and it seemed to stretch across the entire ridge. There were several circular lights across the aircraft. Admits all the wind and noise I herd a whisper, as if someone was right next to me, tell me to be quite. I looked over my shoulder and saw nothing. Then the craft went straight up and climbed through the atmosphere till it looked just like any other star.

bright orange UFO moving around all night

There's been one of those bright orange UFOs in my city every night since at least august 21st when I first noticed it. At first it was doing things like gyrating and moving left/right, changing positions in the sky and dimming then re-brightening its light. Its luminosity is as bright venus. It has been reappearing in the same general area of the sky every night over the chugach mountains, as viewed from anchorage. Around august 26th it settled into an act of sitting still and keeping its light constantly on to look like a star, but not moving in procession with the real stars, moon or venus as the hours go by. Every so often I still see it shut its light off and re-brighten (there are no clouds nearby) or quickly move away a little distance.

On september 12th it changed its color to white and looked like venus, which was nowhere on the current skymap, and when I viewed it with my perfectly high quality 50x telescope it was composed of two white lights (no detail unfortunately) rather than one. It stayed white the next few nights and reverted to orange.

Ever since then it has been behaving completely like a star -- an unusually bright orange one -- with constant light-on and inching along with the night sky. Reappearing in the east at dark and disappearing in the west at dawn.

On this specific time/date of this report what it did was at dawn it stopped pretending and started rapidly descending vertically, in real time, straight down under the treeline in my neighborhood.

Elmendorf Airbase launched 3 F-22 jets with afterburners which caught my attention. The jets were going up vertical and the first jet flew by an disc shaped object at approximately 15k - 20k feet altitude. The jets did not circle or engage the disc after the first jet flew by. The disc was moving South and moving slower than the jets were. The disc slowly gained altitude and distance from my view. My friend confirmed this sighting and when he had his binoculars, the disc was going out of our view. The disc was dark in color and the Sun was reflected from it or it was a bright light on the side of the disc. The disc was viewable by us for at least 10 minutes because of the disc not moving fast. The jets did not return toward the disc while we watched. The disc was approximately the same size as the F-22 that flew by it. The disc made no sound that we could hear.

Spinning silent pyramid over South Anchorage with red, green and blue lights. It turned into dancing yellow light as it went up. It stayed in orbit for a while.

Quickly moved left, right, back to center. After 30 min, it started to move further away until it looked like a large yellow star. Then the clouds came in and it was gone. Total time was 45 min. It was so beautiful, lights eminating when it was hovering over our city, I saw red mixed with blue to make purple. That's what made me look closer because I have never seen an airplane to have purple lights. I saw it spin tilted to the right on it's axis like a Christmas Tree. That's why it looked like a pyramid, otherwise initially it looked like a triangle.

Reports from witnesses in different locations confirm seeing 4 objects with flashing colored lights, hovering over resurrection bay

2 people pulled over on Nash road, noticed an object straight ahead, They thought it might have been a drone. The object was flashing colored lights, with a steady bright white light beaming out from it. The female witness called a friend who lived down the road to see if she was flying her drone, the witnesses friend looked outside and saw the object and noticed that there were three others in the sky further away forming a square pattern, one object on each corner. She did her best to record it and we have video.

The objects were in the sky for several hours. later that night the two friends met up with another friend who mentioned seeing the same things in the sky. He had witnessed the objects taking off one by one moving very fast across the sky. Many brightly lit fast-moving unidentified flying object have been observed in the Seward night sky for the past few months. The frequency is increasing with sightings. There is a lot of activity going on in the sky at night and a few of us have decided to pay more attention and document these sightings to the best of our ability, but we don’t have strong enough cameras or telescopes, we are attempting to obtain.

The next morning the original witness got a call from her boyfriend who is staying out at a lodge on Resurrection Bay, he said he saw his first UFO sighting the night before and he described the exact same thing that we had all seen. He was about 20 miles away from the original siding on Nash Road, and he stated that when he saw these objects in the skyHis hair stood up, and he knew that he had seen a real UFO It would be worth serious scientific examination from professionals and the sightings are becoming frequent enough to almost guarantee a sighting if someone were to come here to do research...

Saw two circle shape objects flying near each other. They were the bright and burning yellow. First noticed them as we have lots of aircraft here in Alaska. These were not aircraft in my opinion. The flying was not streamline it was all over kind of darting around. After it dawned on me it was not aircraft I ran inside and two other people came out and saw the tail end of what I saw. Went to walk my dog and a UFO was not very far away.

I decided to take my dog on a walk in a gravel pit down by the hay flats in Wasilla one evening. Everything was normal with the walk and about 20 min into the walk my dog was getting cold and let me know he wanted back into the car. We walked back to the car and I let him in and as I unhooked his leash off of his collar I seen out of the corner of my eye 3 bright lights in the sky about 500 yards away and 250 feet in the sky. The sky was clear and stars were out but these lights were dramatically brighter. I turned my head and looked right at it and it was just hovering in one spot. I knew exactly what I was looking at and couldn't believe it. Since I was out with my dog in an area with known wildlife that can attack people I did have my AR15 on my back but no way was I tempted to fire at it. I set my rifle in my car and grabbed my Cannon DSLR camera and as soon as I had the camera the craft slowly started my way. To my luck my camera didn't have a memory c! ard so I found one as fast as I could. When I looked back up at it I seen a dark colored triangle with bright white lights at each corner of the triangle. At this time it was right in front of me making a gradual left hand turn. It had to be at least as wide as a Boing 727. Next it did something I never would have guessed. As it was turning right in front of my eyes I watched it shift from a huge triangle and turn into a military C5 Galaxy yet there was zero sound. It was about 100 feet away and now pointed away from me gaining altitude. It must have tried to camouflage itself but way too late. I had totally forgotten about my camera till this point so I raised my camera and couldnt find anything at all in the viewer. I took three hail Mary pics and watched the thing slowly disappear high into the sky. My 3 pics were shaky and blurry of corse but it showed the back of a craft with lights at each corner and also 2 red large engine looking things along the flat craft's back s! ide. I've never heard of a UFO changing into something more co! mmon for a viewer to understand but it makes sense it would disguise itself. One thing that I'm concerned about is that when I first seen it it wasnt fully dark out yet and when I took the pics and it was headed away from me it was pitch black out. I'm not kidding.

Around 04:30 while out on patrol I took a break and was doing some stargazing using the binoculars we carry in our patrol vehicles. I was watching one star in particular and noticed on the corner of my lens that there was something moving left to the right way out. I looked up from the binoculars to see if it was a plane that I could see with the naked eye and I could not. i looked back into my binoculars and kept following it for about five or six minutes another minute goes by and the object stops I try to focus in on it more but its so far out that i cannot see any full detail on what it could really be i get on my phone and check the twenty four hour plane radar to see if there is any planes going up to the slope or coming back i see none at all on my phone. i look back at the object for another two minutes, its sits there a second or two longer then starts flying back the way it came after about one minute the object just flat out disappears. The object was about one quarter the size of the star i was watching before i spotted it. It also emitted a rather bright light, traveled very fast and had a light haze to it.

Three objects, evening sky, over the city of Anchorage, Alaska, December 24, each seem to be each object was orange/flames

On December 24th (Christmas eve), in the city of Anchorage (Alaska) at 2205 (10:05pm), three employees that work for an utility company, that were working that evening were in a group circle discussing their job at that moment one of three men was looking into the eastern shy and noted to the others “ what’s that”? I was one of the three employees, 63 years old, work for the same utility company for over 40 years, spent lots of endless nites working, what I noted approximately 7000 to 10000 feet three orange like objects, moving south to north, no noise, each object close to each other. Each of us had our own comments, one was is that is it F16 jets with after burners on? Anchorage is next to Elmendorf air base. We agreed that’s what it look like but no noise. ORANGE look to me like fire or flames. I have heard our military jets before and they scream,,,,for me I took one photo and it came out terrible. One last point, I could not see objects however, what I! saw was three fire/flames and they were moving

I went outside to start vehicle and I immediately saw an outline of a huge craft headed west, maybe 500 ft in the sky and was as big as a football field in size. It had 3 big bright lights, what seemed to me was exhaust from engines. I was very excited and yelled for my wife and son to come out. My wife took 3 second video and a few pictures on phone. I was so excited that I thought I was videoing on my phone but I didn’t have it recording. I took picture on my phone. I have two pictures and 3 second video of the ufo that show it moving and the pictures show the bright lights. What is strange is only two bright lights showed on the pictures and video.

While coming home from work on the Old Glenn Hwy in Eagle River, I noticed four circular lights directly North of my location. The lights were at 45 degree angles in two separate pairs. I am unsure if this was one large craft or four separate craft. The lights hovered at what seemed to be 1000 feet in altitude if I had to guess. After about 15 seconds of visual all four lights ascended vertically at a rapid pace and eventually disappeared into thin air. I was in the military for 8 years. No man made aircraft or drone could have accelerated at that speed vertically. I suppose that if it was any aircraft at JBER it would have made a sonic boom that I could have heard from my location, however no noise was heard. I have never witnessed a UFO in my 43 years, this is the first time and felt compelled to report it.

Large fireball, which dissipated upward and flew away.

Glitched out window during complete darkness of early morning and saw a very large fireball, north of us. Hard to judge distance, but it seem very far away. I want my wife, as this is the second time I’ve seen this fireball and I wanted her to witness as well. After watching the fireball it looked like it begin to diminish, however it rose upward into a smaller single ball and then flew away at normal aircraft speed. We did later see, on the opposite side of our home in aircraft with navigation lights on. I cannot explain how this fireball moved upward and then flew away. I do not know what saw.

Large fireball north of Homer, Alaska. Dissipated up into the sky and then flew away as a single ball.

Look out my window early in the morning, complete darkness except large fireball several miles north. This is the second time I’ve seen this fireball, so I walked my wife so she would not think I was crazy, again.

It look like a very very large fireball, until it began to dissipate by going upward into a smaller ball. That ball then flew way under normal speed as if a common aircraft. The next aircraft we saw, from a window on opposite side of our home, had navigation lights. If I were fire on the ground it would not have dissipated upward and then flown off. I do not know what I saw.

Mt Shilshaldin Elev. 9404 above sea level Weather: Clear skies on top of overcast wind 20kt SW at 8500 feet Aircraft flying in a SW DIRECTION on a track from 54.945-163.452 to 54.744 164.382 Spotted an object which appeared to be an orb about 30 miles SW of the Mountain (PIC 1). Object estimated position > 54.690 - 164.522 < Object moving on a Northeast heading and getting closer to the mountain begins to become more defined.

High altitude UFO over Fairbanks Alaska seen by 3 witnesses

A friend and I were out taking pictures of the Aurora when I noticed an unusual light above us. It was at least twice as bright as the nearest stars and I noticed it was moving. I quickly grabbed my tripod and camera and moved it so the object was in the field of view. As I was doing this the object appeared to increase speed and the light emitted or reflected from the object dimmed to red and faded out as it sped away. My camera was set up for a 10 second exposure on a 1 second delay and the image shows a streak of light from the object. Object was at very high altitude and not an aircraft that I’m familiar with.

All of us present agreed it was like nothing we have ever seen.

Object was travelling West Northwest.

Object seemed to maneuver showing a less reflective surface as it sped away could possibly explain the light from the UFO and how it changed.

Object did not display normal meteor characteristics, No aircraft or satellites were in the area either from searching online services.

I can provide the photo which is unmodified.

2 bright lights above the mountains in Anchorage

My window faces the Mountains just east of Anchorage. My cousin and I looked outside and saw a really bright light above the mountains. It shined for about 2 minutes. It faded and then a second light appeared to the right of the first one. This one only lasted for about a minute. Then we looked around the sky and didn’t see anything except for two airplanes in the South. We have no idea what these lights were.

Few bright stars starting to show. Still night with no wind.

Event: I witnessed a bright red/orange light rise up from on top of Bligh Island to my west from my bedroom window. It took 60 seconds to raise up to a stationary position and hovered for 2 mins., then “blinked” out. My cousin also witnessed this from a different vantage point. The light was very bright and seems to be recurring each night. I’ve put out a game camera at to capture 20 second time-lapse intervals to see if it occurs at the same time every night.

Aug 07, 2019 Where: Prince William Sound, (Port Fidalgo) Alaska Duration: Approx. 5 minutes (total) Exact Time: Approx 11:50pm-12:05am Weather Conditions: Few low lying wispy clouds, lots of stars. Still night with no wind.

Event: I’ve documented an intelligent light on three other occasions and wrote a report 4-12-18 on the second sighting last year. I’ll post the first and second encounter below.

Over the winter of 2018/2019 I set out a game camera to take a photo every hour to try and capture the recurring light that seems to appear in the same location during the night and disappear when seen. I was able to capture what I believed to be the light but the camera does not take the best low light images.

Last night I was waiting for the northern lights to come out to photograph with a couple of guests staying with me when a light appeared over Blight Island to the west while we were sitting around a campfire (fire nearly out by this time and a few stars starting to shine). I immediately got excited and pointed it out to the guests where they confirmed on seeing it as well. It formed starting a small light and got brighter turning a red/orange color. The guests commented that the light was pulsating. About 40 seconds had gone by and I told them to keep their eye on it and ran to the office to get my camera with a telephoto lens. As I ran up and turned the lights on to the lodge deck/office I heard them yell that it disappeared (approx. saw it for 1 min). I grabbed my camera and came back and the light was gone. They said as soon as the lights came on the light “blinked” off. At the same time I was walking down the steps off the deck my cousin walked around the corned! to join the campfire and asked what was going on. We told him and after a few minutes of excitement of what just occurred he walked back to his room to get a camera. I along with the other 2 guests sat back down to wait for it to get a little darker in hopes to see the northern lights when the light again appeared again in the exact same spot. I spoke up to say there it is and watched it for about 10 seconds. The other two guests see it as well for another 10 seconds when it slowly starts to disappear and doesn’t get as bright as the first time. Just then my cousin walks up and misses seeing it a second time. We sit out for another hour but don’t see anything else. My cousin and I walk to another cabin and look one last time in the general direction when I spot the light start to form again (approx. 1:30am). As I point it out and grab him by the shoulder to look, it “blinks off” as I call out its location. We wait for another 15 mins but decide to go to bed after ! this. The next morning, I remember that I still had my game c! amera ou t and check to see if the light was captured. Sure enough it was (low quality). But I can now show where in location of the sky it forms and circled it in red for others to see where to look. I believe this is recurring light similar to the Martha lights in TX. But with an intelligence. I’ve seen it over several years now starting in 2016, always in the same spot.

Event: I live in a remote part of Alaska and host fishing and hunting guests when a couple of hunters went missing and I had to call the coast guard to find them. As the coast guard chopper came into view they started to search to the west of where we were. As I looked up the coastline from our dock, I watched the chopper looking into different bays and I would run back to the main office (150’) where 3 other people were helping coordinate and to talk to the USCG by phone. As I was running back and forth a bright light appeared out of no where above Bligh Island to my west. I had seen this light earlier in the spring (documented on nuforc last year 4-12-2018) and wanted someone else to see the light before it disappeared. I was afraid to call out from the dock and thought it might disappear and remembered not to focus on looking directly at. After a few moments of not being able to get anyone’s attention in the main office, I looked directly at it to get a better view! and POOF it disappeared. I then focused on the situation at hand and we would later find the two hunters safely camped out on a beach who decided to just spend the night in the outdoors without telling anyone.

Event: I was sitting across from a young man (guest) around a campfire when a light came into view and my first impression was that it was an airplane flying at high altitude that the sunset was hitting lighting it up. Upon pointing it out to the guest he had already spotted it as well and as we both focused on it, it suddenly “blinked out”. We both thought, “boy that was weird” and never thought again about it. This was my first encounter seeing this light.

Bright orange donut off Cook Inlet Alaska

Large bright orange donut-shaped object hovering southeast of Iliamna volcano for about an hour and then slowly moved north along Cook Inlet shoreline until it hovered around the base of Iliamna volcano for several minutes. Its light dimmed until it was no longer visible after that.

In moments it appeared to split into two separate objects and then rejoin while it was hovering. The donut shape was only noticed while looking through binoculars. At a distance it just appeared as a growing and shrinking orb.

I thought I was witnessing a shooting star/meteorite because it appeared as a bright light crossing the sky but when it crossed in front of the mountains facing my house I realized it was a smaller and closer object.

It was a quickly moving white oval light that slowly flashed off then on again a few times. The light became two lights and turned towards the mountains and below the tree line. I couldn't tell if it was one light that became two or if it was two lights all along travelling next to each other that only revealed themselves to be two lights when they turned away from me towards the mountains.

Looked exactly like a star, but it traveled across the sky.

I was watching the lunar eclipse at totality and I saw something out of the corner of my left eye. I turned to see a moving star within the Ursa Major constellation (Big Dipper). The light looked the same size, shape, and color as the other stars in the constellation, but it moved.

The Big Dipper was facing mostly vertically in the sky with the dipper part upwards and the handle downwards, slightly tilted to the right.

The UFO moved from the upper right corner down to the lower left corner of the four stars that make the dipper part of the constellation. For a brief moment it blended in perfectly with that star.

Then it curved to the right a bit and continued moving straight further away into the distance until I couldn’t see it anymore. It moved quickly, but not fast.

At first, I thought it was a shooting star, but it wasn’t fast enough. Then I thought it was an airplane, but it was too high in the sky and the lights didn’t flash. There also weren’t any red lights visible. Since it was moving away from me, it couldn’t have been the headlight on a plane.

It could have been a satellite, but it was “twinkling” the way stars do and it changed directions.

Heard on Radio Station at approx. 9am 11-30-18 after 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake near Anchorage, Alaska. 2 people called in Station saying they saw a Green Light in Sky after our Major Earthquake. I never heard anything further. Radio listener.

I live in Wasilla and was hearing a weird rumble for about 10 minutes. Not thunder. Not jets flying over. Went out and looked over Cook Inlet and saw bright white lights in a stack. Not moving. One would blink out then another until there were only 2 then more would blink back on. Most I counted were 5. All lined up in a stack. Not moving and no other lights other than very bright white. No green or red.

At one point they all went out. Then one blinked back on and lit up the sky. Then another blinked on. I watched while the weird rumble continued. After about 10 minutes, all blinked out and the rumble stopped.
