To Whom It May Concern, I hereby confirm that on the date and time stated above, I observed two flying objects in the sky over Tverskaya Street, Moscow. The weather conditions were clear, with no clouds obstructing visibility, and the objects were illuminated by sunlight.

The details of the sighting are as follows:

First Object: A spherical shape, flying at a lower altitude.
Second Object: Appeared higher and at a distance, resembling a satellite.

A plane like object with abnormal speeds.

I do not remember the exact date and time, as this observation was about 25 years ago at the time of writing this report.

I was definitely conscious and awake. The time was between 8 and 10 am, sunny, no clouds. My bed was near a window facing the east. Opposite my window there is a similar residential building 30 meters away. Visually, as a child, it was difficult for me to determine the height, so I assume from several hundred meters to several kilometers. There was no condensation trail or any noise, as the object was observed not through glass, but through an open window. The object had a fairly low speed, presumably between 15-30 km/h, moving smoothly like a car. Then it stopped and hung in the air for 10-30 seconds. After that, without gradually gaining speed, the object rushed towards the west at lightning speed.

There is a possibility that it was a carrier-based fighter with vertical takeoff and the ability to stop during flight. However, I don’t understand what he was doing right above the capital, flying (in my opinion) at pretty low altitude and how he instantly flew away without acceleration.
